As
you
know,
the

of
1.5
million
dollars
for
the
river

F
It
will
provide
a
team,
a
10

wide
pedestrian
and
bicycle
trail,
which
will
pass
under
the
existing
san,
juan
hollister

and
connect
to
the
existing
unpaved

the
industrial
wastewater

where
it
will
connect

About

complete
with

it's
cons
it's
expected
to
be
completed
on
today,
we
can
hear
you:
can
you.
D
D
A
A
F
I
can't
hear
you:
yes,
please
do
okay,
so
the
city
was
awarded
a
cdbg
public
facility
grant
in
the
amount
of
1.5
million
dollars.
The
project
will
provide
a
4,
800
foot
linear
river
park,
trail
between
a
0.32
acre
staging
area
at
the
southern
corner
of
bridge
and
bridgevail
road
and
the
apricot
park.
F
The
trail
will
have
the
installation
of
benches
trees,
doggy
pots,
trash
and
recycle
cans
along
with
informational
and
interpretive
signs.
On
january
29th,
we
awarded
a
contract
to
clean
cut
landscaping
out
of
clovis
california.
Construction
began
on
august
17th
and
the
anticipated
completion
date
is
december
18th.
F
E
Good
evening,
commissioners,
I
was
contacted
by
a
11
year
old
residence
resident
about
two
weeks
ago
regarding
the
playground
at
clower
park.
E
I
immediately
contacted
the
manufacturer
to
see
what
we
can
do
and
I've
been
working
with
jack
about
some
of
the
improvement
ideas
for
the
playground,
the
city
manager
and
I
discussed
the
project
and
it's
been
decided
to
fast
track
it.
Unfortunately,
it
will
be
going
to
council
most
likely
at
the
second
meeting
in
november,
which
means
I
cannot
provide
a
detailed
review
to
you
before
it
goes
to
council,
but
I
believe
in
this
case,
speed
is
of
the
essence.
E
E
Well,
all
our
parks
are
by
the
letter
of
the
law
ada
accessible.
It
just
depends
on
when
the
park
was
manufactured
on
different
theories.
About
accessibility
collar
park
is
one
of
the
older
playgrounds,
and
so
it
has
some
less
developed
attitudes
towards
accessibility
and
then
the
loose
fill
rubber
that
we
use
is
classified
as
a
wheelchair,
wheelchair,
accessible
surface
legally,
but
in
practicality.
E
D
How
about
next
up
is
dun
park.
E
E
It
was
just
completed
in
the
last
48
hours,
which
is
why
it's
not
in
front
of
you,
the
drawing
that
the
the
most
the
thing
I
feel
most
comfortable
moving
forward
with
the
council
is
to
replace
the
center
tennis
court
with
three
pickleball
courts.
Four
was
just
too
tight.
I
could
see
people
crashing
into
each
other
if
they
were
trying
to
get
a
ball
before
it
went
out
of
bounds
and
the
reason
why
we're
looking
at
replacing
the
center
court
is.
E
B
I
had
a
question
for
mike.
I
was
just
curious
how
many
parts
you
were
able
to
get
open
and
you
know,
get
the
fencing
off
around
the
kids.
E
E
Oh,
I'm
sorry,
I
didn't
understand
we
changed
gears.
Currently,
there
are
eight
playgrounds
open.
We
have
four
parks
that
have
hand
washing
facilities
within
physical
restrooms
dunn
park
park,
hill,
mccarthy
park
and
valley
view
park,
and
then
we
have
four
playgrounds
that
we
rented
hand
washing
facilities
for
which
meets
the
state
standards
and
that's
santa
ana
aguirre,
clower
and
apricot.
A
Recreation
staff
is
busily
working
on
our
treat
street
event.
That's
happening
this
saturday
between
12
and
2,
at
the
hollister
municipal
airport
and
in
addition,
we're
also
working
on
a
few
after-school
programs
for
future
cohorts,
and
we
will
end
that
program
november
5th,
but
then
a
week
after
that,
we'll
start
a
second
session
of
cohorts
and
then
we're
also
working
on
pictures
with
santa
social
distancing,
of
course,
and
some
winter
camps
during
the
break.
A
B
A
The
tree,
the
tree
is
not
real,
it's
mike
are
you
there
mike.
E
A
The
here
tree
that
we
put
over
at
the
vets
building.
E
E
So
if
you
go
up
there,
the
playground
kind
of
looks
like
the
set
of
the
old
movie
holes,
there's
just
a
whole
bunch
of
holes
everywhere
that
my
staff's
been
digging
trying
to
find
the
pipe.
So
as
far
as
I
know-
and
that
was
as
of
10
o'clock
this
morning,
we
still
have
a
leak
and
we're
still
trying
to
locate
it.
E
We
were
able
to
get
the
eight
playgrounds
open.
We
do
have
a
ninth
park
open,
which
is
valley
view
or
I'm
sorry,
brigadino
that
has
hand
washing
facilities.
The
remainder
of
the
parks
are
open
for
passive
recreation.
The
playground
structures
are
not
because
we
cannot
meet
the
hand
washing
requirement
states
set
without
renting
any
additional
facilities.
E
E
So
staff
has
enough
time
to
complete
the
plumbing
and
get
all
the
dirt
in
place.
Staff
is
currently
working
on
the
shade
structures
to
get
them
in
place,
so
we're
not
driving
heavy
equipment
back
in
there
once
the
irrigation
is
repaired
and
they
poured
a
few
of
the
gates,
I'm
going
to
call
them
driveways
for
lack
of
a
better
word,
but
basically
we're
putting
concrete
pads
underneath
the
gates
to
prevent
any
animals
from
digging
underneath
the
gate
and
being
able
to
escape
either
the
park
itself
or
from
one
area
of
the
park
to.
B
A
No,
I
think
everything
is
pretty
straightforward.
Okay,
great.
D
Wow,
so
studying
of
the
next
regular
meeting
date
is
tuesday
november
24th.
This
is
during
thanksgiving
week.
A
A
Meeting
yeah
or
tuesday
november
24th,
yes,
we
can
have
a
special
meeting
in
december
or
because
we
don't
usually
have
meetings
in
december
or
we
just
cancel
our
november
by
2014..
B
A
That
would
be
up
to
you
guys,
especially
me,
and
we
can
do
it
november,
17th
or
sometime
in
december.
Oh
sorry,
there's
another
meeting
in
here.
