Description
10-1-19 City Of Inglewood Council Meeting
A
Individual
actions
and
I
believe
we
are
well
on
our
way,
if
not
slightly
already
ahead
of
our
goal.
But
ultimately
the
purpose
of
clean
air
day
is
to
make
sure
that
people
understand
that
they
can
take
individual
actions
to
reduce
air
pollution
and
prevent
climate
change.
A
lot
of
folks
think
with
all
the
information
and
all
the
news
that
we're
getting
today,
that
this
issues
just
too
big
for
them
or
that
that
they
don't
know
how
to
take
the
first
step
in
reducing
emissions.
A
And
this
is
that
first
step
in
making
sure
that
people
have
the
ability
and
our
empower
to
take
action
to
improve
their
air.
So
thank
you
very
much
council
members
and
mr.
mayor
and
certainly
appreciate
the
city
of
Englewood
commitment
and
efforts
and
leadership
on
this
issue.
So
thank
you,
sir
step.
B
B
I,
like
it
okay,
then
a
few
forward
I'm
doing
it
again.
Okay,
before
we
get
started,
I
wanted
to
see
if
Senator
Bradford
was
in
the
chamber,
I
wanted
him
to
come
forward.
I
wanted
to
to
recognize
him.
He
was
one
of
the
authors
of
SB
206
and
the
governor
signed
that
one
day
ago,
and
it's
it's
a
pretty
landmark
legislation.
B
California
is
the
first
state
to
allow
athletes
to
make
money
from
their
efforts.
It'll
prohibit
the
NCUA
from
barring
a
university
from
comp
from
competition
if
its
athletes
are
compensated
for
the
use
of
their
likenesses
or
their
personas
to
make
money-
and
this
is
so
long
overdue
and
I
wanted
to
give
him
a
big
hand.
B
C
You
mr.
mayor
and
thank
you
to
Council
for
this
brief
moment.
Yes,
SB
206,
as
you
clearly
stated,
is
landmark
legislation.
It's
going
to
change
college
athletics
for
the
positive
and
many
of
raise
all
the
concerns
of
a
lawsuit
from
the
NCUA
professionalizing
amateur
sports.
This
is
not
what
this
bill
does.
It
just
affords
college
athletes
the
right
to
monetize
their
name,
likenesses
and
image.
If
someone
sees
fit,
there's
no
conflict
with
any
of
the
colleges
that
colleges
won't
pay
for
this.
It's
those
businesses
at
local
businesses.
C
Here
in
Englewood
it
has
someone
who
grew
up
like
a
Byron
Scott,
and
you
want
to
put
his
picture
in
your
dealership.
You
will
be
able
to
do
that
and
you'll
build
him
on
it.
He
should
be
able
to
monetize
his
image,
so
it's
one
of
those
things,
but
what
it
really
will
do
that
people
don't
want
to
talk
about
is
gonna
incentivize,
that
young
athlete
to
stay
in
college
longer
and
possibly
graduate
since
he's
no
longer
have
to
be
lured
by
financial
temptations,
a
professional
sports.
C
So
if
you
could
monetize
and
we,
as
we
all
know,
only
three
percent
of
undergraduates
are
African
Americans,
but
fifty
fifty
percent
of
the
football
and
basketball
teams
is
generating
revenue
generating
teams
are
comprised
of
African
Americans.
So
this
really
helps
us.
It's
a
civil
rights
issue
of
the
day.
So
thank
you
for
this
recognition.
C
Just
if
I
may
add,
on
less
than
5%
of
all
those
athletes
ever
make
Perot
the
average
pro
career
is
three
years,
maybe
three
and
a
half
years,
and
what
this
also
will
do
is
protect
and
help
female
athletes,
because
outside
of
soccer
and
basketball,
there's
very
little
opportunity
for
professional
sports.
So
this
allows
those
outstanding
female
athletes
all
across
the
state.
D
B
E
D
B
D
B
D
B
G
E-M1,
yes,
mayor,
City,
Council,
the
where
the
parks
department
is
doing
a
survey
to
find
out
and
get
feedback
from
residents
on
what
they'd
like
to
see
in
terms
of
programming
and
a
Parks
and
Rec
Department
and
I.
Suppose
let
the
public
know
that
the
date
to
get
those
surveys
back
has
been
extended
to
October
14th.
So
please
get
your
surveys
in
and
get
that
opportunity
to
win
a
new
iPad
for
yourself
for
your
children.
H
Earnings
was
three
hundred
sixteen
thousand
nine
hundred
and
six
dollars
successor
agency
funds
under
management,
cash
in
investments,
fifty
two
million
one
hundred
thirteen
thousand
one
hundred
twenty
two
dollars
and
the
gross
investment
interest
earning
to
service
debt.
Thirty,
six
thousand
two
hundred
seventy
dollars:
Housing
Authority
funds
under
management,
sick,
one
hundred
six
thousand
two
hundred
ninety
one
dollars
in
joint
powers,
authority
funds
under
management,
cash
and
investments;
it's
twelve
million
four
hundred
sixteen
dollars,
five
hundred
and
ten
dollars
and
the
gross
investment
earning
just
to
service
debt.
H
Roughly
bombs
that
were
called
for
fiscal
year,
eighteen
nineteen
and
basically
that's
jr.
by
five
year
bonds
at
a
certain
amount
of
interest.
For
example,
if
I
buy
a
bond
at
2.5%
interest
and
interest
will
drop,
you
know
likelihood
that
bond
is
gonna,
be
called.
So
during
the
year
we
had
20
million
bonds
that
were
called
you
know
likelihood.
I
will
be
reinvesting.
Those
bonds
and
I
have
also
the
CDs.
H
None
of
them
have
been
called
us
for
there's
a
play
and
regarding
the
treasurer
you
don't
curve,
the
trevor
year
occurs
is
sinking
today
at
the
two
years
in
one
one,
six
three
and
the
three-year
one
point:
five
six
five
year,
one
point:
five:
five
and
the
seven-year
one
point:
six
two,
as
you
can
see,
it
is
dropping
like
a
blog
ten
year.
One
point:
six,
eight
and
the
thirty-year
two
point.
One
two
and
I'd
also
like
to
also
congratulate
senator
Bradford
on
SP.
206
really
is
about
time.
H
Does
something
like
that
happen
because,
as
you
mentioned,
most
of
the
athletes
don't
make
the
kind
of
money
your
top
basketball,
like
Kobe
and
James,
the
others
have
those
lucrative
contracts
and,
for
the
most
part,
most
of
them
generate
broke
within
about
five
years
same
thing
with
football.
You
know
your
top
quarterbacks
in
your
your
top
running
backs
in
your
top
defensive
players.
There's
your
there
general
okay,
but
the
others.
You
know
again
their
their.
F
H
Career
may
not
be
demoted
in
three
to
five
years,
if
that,
because
all
these
stars
are
coming
out
all
the
time,
so
it's
a
matter
of
stand
tough
on
your
gay
men
and
they're
younger.
So
again
for
the
most
part,
most
of
them
are
broke
within
three
to
five
years,
because
they
really
need
to
teach
these
guys
how
to
manage
their
money.
They
don't
realize
that
this
money
has
to
last
them
the
rest
of
their
lives
and,
in
all
likelihood,
they're
not
gonna
make
this
kind
of
money
ever
again
in
their
lives.
H
H
Also
for
his
I
think
he
said
47
years
of
public
service,
because
he's
served
on
three
levels.
You
know
at
the
police
department
and
also
LAX
and
here
and
the
city
clerk
I
certainly
want
to
thank
her
for
her
service
also
and
for
her
faithful
contribution
to
my
city,
treasurer
stood
academy
program.
She
not
only
has
supported
that
program
financially.
She
is
also
fine
and
helped
that
program
with
regards
to
you
know
giving
tours
and
and
and
telling
these
kids
the
importance
of
voting.
Also
another
thing
the
council
for
their
support,
also
for
the
Academy.
I
H
The
deputy
city
clerk
at
this
particular
event
she
had
her
praise
dancers,
I
mean
they
were
dynamic
and
she's
been
doing
this
for
about
the
past.
I
think
what
seven
eight
years,
the
youngers
I
think
was
seven
years
old,
the
about
12
I
mean
they
were
terrific.
That
concludes
my
remarks.
You
for
the
extra
time
Thank.
I
D
B
D
E
D
K
206,
this
is
something
that
I
had
direct
connection
with
over
30
years
and
it's
just
now
coming
up,
but
while
working
on
my
masters
in
in
college,
we
talked
about
this
same
thing
30
years
ago,
and
it's
just
now
coming
to
fruition
and
I'd
like
to
thank
him
and
I'm
very
proud.
That
he's
had
a
part
of
doing
something.
K
With
this
we
talked
about
how
athletes
get
out
even
starting
from
the
recruitment
of
college
high
school
to
college
and
getting
scholarships
and
stuff
like
that,
once
had
a
program
called
safe
sa
Fe
student
athletes,
a
future
empowerment
program
which
was
given
a
write-up
in
the
Sporting
News
years
ago,
but
that
was
important
then,
and
it's
to
come
to
fruition
today.
Thank
you
very
much
in
that
Thank.
L
Breathless
Redshaw
NAACP
Eric
Holley,
is
our
president
I
just
wanted
to
personally
thank
the
mayor
for
dropping
by
at
the
human
trafficking
event.
We
had
the
clergy.
The
panelists
got
to
take
pictures
with
him.
He
was
gracious
and
they
talked
about
it
even
after
the
event
was
over.
We
brought
some
very
powerful
information
and
the
community
turned
out.
We
had
over
70
people
at
the
height
of
it
that
was
getting
information
from
these
expert,
panelists
and
so
forth.
L
So
I
just
wanted
to
the
city
to
be
thanked,
because
many
of
them
are
here
who
came
and
it
made
us
look
good.
It
made
us
look
like
hope,
wait
a
minute
action
is
going
on
which
it
is
so
again.
I
just
want
to
thank
everybody
thanks
for
the
support
that
we
got
and
will
continue
to
bring
more
to
the
problem
to
the
city.
We
appreciate
you.
M
Ere,
council
members,
my
name
is
ray
lawson
up
from
the
southwest
regional
council
of
carpenters.
We
represent
the
carpenters
that
are
working
on
englewood
stadium,
but
the
problem
is,
we
don't
have
enough
trained
residents
in
the
city
of
Inglewood
to
meet
what
a
lot
of
contractors
are
desiring
as
far
as
apprenticeship,
we,
the
carpenters,
we
offer
apprenticeship
program,
free
apprenticeship,
training
and
we,
like
we
have
a
boot
camp
program
or
three-week
boot
camp
program.
M
We
like
to
bring
it
here
to
Englewood
and
to
train
up
some
of
the
residents
here,
so
they
can
be
able
to
get
on
the
egg
with
Stadium
or
any
future
construction
projects.
So
I'm
here
just
to
introduce
myself
and
to
tell
you
about
some
of
the
programs
that
we
offer.
We
also
have
a
program
for
veterans,
also
called
cover
where
we
take
veterans
and
we
train
them
and
we
make
them
available
for
construction
projects.
B
I
actually
wants
you
to
talk
to
miss
Johnson
right
now
and
give
her
your
information
and
we're
definitely
going
to
contact
you
try
and
range
here
at
City
Hall.
If
we
can
a
class,
this
is
very
important,
so
sergeant
sergeant
arms.
Would
you
take
him
over
to
the
admin
and
knock
on
the
door
and
they'll?
Let
him
in
and
and
give
his
information.
E
M
D
J
N
May
city
of
Inglewood
greetings
to
everyone,
one
to
give
special
thanks
to
Eric
and
Fred
for
what
they
did
actually
with
sex
trafficking.
The
ladies
that
put
it
on
the
line
and
told
the
truth
about
what
they
go
through,
makes
me
willing
to
put
it
on
the
line
for
human
trafficking.
No
I
don't
think
it's
too
big
to
handle
so,
like
I
said
thanks
to
the
city
of
Englewood,
thanks
miss
Barnes
for
changing
the
homepage
appreciate
it.
O
O
O
O
P
Q
Afternoon,
mayor
council
and
city
staff,
it
was
a
very
busy
weekend
this
weekend.
First
of
all,
I
would
like
to
thank
the
engl
police
department
for
grilling
all
the
people
that
came
to
Georgetown
since
a
5k,
walk
and
I
would
like
to
thank
mr.
Dawson
for
having
such
a
wonderful
event.
A
very
well
thought
out
very
well
attended
and
thank
you
to
you,
your
wife
and
all
your
staff
that
put
everything
together.
Q
Q
Q
Q
Q
A
B
B
B
P
P
P
We
had
a
lot
of
people
out
there,
but
these
were
some
of
the
celebrities.
There
are
some
people
that
I
want
to
recognize
that
well,
their
help.
We
couldn't
have
finished
setting
up
on
time,
I
want
to
take
the
park
and
Recreation
Department
Sabrina
Barnes,
especially
her
maintenance
staff
and
crew
Juan,
Leo,
Joe
and
Rudy
at
the
park.
I
mean
these
guys
really
really
helped
us
out
a
lot.
So
thanks
to
those
guys
now,
I'm
gonna
mess
up
somebody's
name.
So
I
apologize
the
sergeant
right
now
that
I'm
gonna
miss
your
name.
P
Police
out
there
on
bicycles,
I
can't
tell
you
how
many
people
came
up
to
me
and
said
how
wonderful
and
how
safe
they
felt
in
that
Park,
and
they
were
all
excited
about
this
being
inside
the
park.
We
didn't
do
this
outside.
We
did
this
inside
the
park
and
they
brought
their
children
out.
I
mean
it
was
just
fantastic.
So
if
you
missed
it
this
year,
make
sure
you
make
it
next
year
and
I
want
to
thank
the
5k
team.
P
P
No
I
wasn't
leave
me
one
thing:
nothing
happens
around
here
without
a
team,
you
see
us,
don't
see
the
people
behind
us
and
I'm
telling
you
I
didn't
realize
how
much
help
something
like
this.
We
have
to
have
to
put
it
off
so
I
want
to
thank
all
you
guys,
everybody,
the
name
that
I
call
and
those
that
I
did.
Thank
you
very
much.
You
guys
have
a
wonderful
day.
Thank.
I
I
We
always
talk
about
getting
our
community
together,
but
also
folks,
not
only
from
Inglewood
but
from
outside
England,
and
you
did
all
that
so
kudos
to
you
and
all
your
hard
work
to
bring
your
team
together
and
to
do
such
a
successful
I
mean
this
was
the
big
event.
Folks
I
mean
you
see
the
pictures
up
there,
and
so
you
know
I
mean
you
did
the
right
thing
you
know
and
giving
you
know
thanks
to
all
your
folks,
man,
that's
so
important,
and
so
congratulations
to
you
for
your
leadership.
I
You
know,
I
do
want
to
say
that
you
know
we
did
the
car
charging
stations
a
couple
of
weeks
ago,
right
here,
right
outside
of
City,
Hall
and
I
mean
so
you
know
we're.
You
know.
Folks
have
been
coming
to
us.
What
are
you
guys?
Gonna
start
getting
electrical
car
charging
stations?
Well,
we've
we've
done
that
now.
You
know
we
look
at
today.
Oh
one,
the
ordinance
on
the
parking
meters
for
folks
to
be
able
to
finally
use
your
credit
cards
to
pay
for
your
parking
meters.
I
That's
another
big
move
that
you
know
I
mean
that's.
You
know
a
lot
of
work
going
into
that
and
I
know
Mario
you're
back
there.
Thank
you
for
your
leadership
and
and
putting
together
this
report
for
us
to
look
at
you
know,
I
mean
you
work
really
hard
Mario,
and
thank
you
for
that.
So
you
know
we're
headed
in
the
right
direction.
I
also
just
want
to
give
acknowledgement
for
the
last
month,
or
so
we
had
some
artwork
over
at
the
library
that
was
put
up
there
by
one
of
our
residents.
I
A
district
two
resident
Sidney
tugger
son
he's
there
with
his
wife,
amber
the
mayor
and
I
were
there
to
celebrate
his
artwork.
This
is
one
of
the
many
shows
that
he
puts
together
and
he's
very
talented,
and
he
does
all
this
and
allows
the
city
to
hang
these
up
there
to
show
the
good
work
that
we're
doing
here
in
the
city
of
Englewood
and
the
the
talent
that
we
have
from
our
communities.
So
a
special
shout
out
to
Sidney
and
amber
tugger
son
for
for
helping
us
put
that
together
and
displaying
it
at
the
library.
I
I
also
want
to
congratulate
I.
Finally
know
Sabrina's
been
on
me
for
a
while
to
get
a
commissioner
assigned
to
my
Arts
Commission,
and
we
did
that
a
couple
of
weeks
ago,
but
I
just
want
to
recognize
on
our
Erlich
Belle
who's,
a
district
two
resident
a
business
owner
a
designer
she
does
a
woman's
clothing
and
apparel
and
she's
very
talented
property
owner
here
in
Englewood
and
so
I'm
very
fortunate
to
have
her
part
of
our
team
here
in
the
city
as
one
of
our
commissioners.
So
I
want
to
welcome
her
aboard.
I
Know
we
need
to
change
these
meetings
to
seven
o'clock
because
nobody
comes
and
I
said.
Well,
you
must
not
be
watching
the
council
meetings
cuz.
You
know
we
always
get
a
great
turnout.
You
know,
and
so
I
want
to
thank
you
for
coming
out
and
then
so
many
folks
that
watch
it
on
television
and
then
I
always
tell
folks
look
if
you
can't
come
to
a
council
meeting,
you
can
always
reach
out
to
any
one
of
us
any
time
and
we'll
get
back
to
you.
B
I
J
Do
want
to
acknowledge
that
councilman
Dotson
I
too
was
out
of
town,
but
I
heard
your
5k
was
outstanding
and,
as
you
found
out,
it
does
take
a
lot
of
labor
of
love
to
put
on
one
of
these
efforts
and
a
lot
of
people
behind
the
scenes
that
made
it
happen.
So
congratulations
I
also
want
to
thank
the
community
for
your
participation.
District
4
had
our
town
hall
meeting
at
the
Hollywood
Park
Casino.
It
was
entitled
expanding
our
progress
and
we
had
a
number
of
keynote
speakers,
particularly
from
Sutton
Hill
Hospital
Medical
Center.
J
For
those
that
are
not
aware,
the
cities
on
the
rise
and
population
is
increasing
in
the
city
and
more
to
come
well.
What
about
the
medical
facilities
to
be
able
to
handle
that
kind
of
increase?
So
they
did
an
outstanding
presentation,
great
stakeholders
and
continue
to
make
more
investments,
that's
involved,
and
they
did
that
presentation
and
they
were
their
outstanding
Hospital,
one
of
the
top
hundred
in
the
in
the
nation,
so
they're
outstanding,
and
we
tip
our
hats
off
them
or
have
them
right
here
in
Englewood.
J
We
then
had
the
public
safety
update,
so
we
had
captain
yet
ridings,
jr.
and
captain
mark
free.
That
also
talked
about
public
safety
issues
and
things
that
you
can
do
as
residents,
particularly
when
the
individuals
try
to
take
advantage
of
you
and
trying
to
do
trade
online
and
try
to
get
you
to
meet
somewhere
to
to
buy
a
vehicle
etc.
But
they
could
be
simply
an
opportunity
to
rob
you
and
they
dwell
on
that
as
well.
J
It's
was
video
recorded,
so
you'll
be
able
to
get
that
information
as
well,
and
then
we
had
economic
development
updates
with
Chris
Jackson.
Who
then
gave
us
the
things
that
are
already
up
things
that
are
going
to
be
up.
So
then
that
way
people
are
going
to
understand
what's
going
on
with
throughout
the
city
and
then
finally
I
a
little
bit
regarding
things
that
are
going
on,
particularly
around
the
city
overall,
particularly
when
it
comes
to
the
the
roads
and
the
other
issues
of
life
quality
of
life
of
issues.
J
J
So
we
get
that
on
board.
That
concludes
my
comments
and
Mayor.
I
do
have
one
final
comment:
I'm
sorry
I
would
like
for
you
to
close
the
meeting
in
honor
of
month,
Moriah
fare
she's
been
a
longtime
district,
4
resident
that
just
passed
away.
She
was
a
very
active
member
of
the
Van
Wyck
block
Club.
So
if
you
close,
the
neuron
I
appreciate
it.
Thank.
B
E
You
know
I
want
to
start
by
acknowledging
Woolies
speech.
It
just
kind
of
shows:
we've
come
a
long
way.
I
mean
we've
joked
around
about
how
we
remember,
but
it's
it
shows
how,
when
we
get
to
know
each
other,
you
know
things
change
like
that,
and
you
know:
we've
become
a
city
where
you
know
Stewart
gets
up
there
and
we
can
joke
around
about
the
whole
black
and
brown
thing,
because
we
know
we're
all
good,
and
that
means
something.
Okay.
That
means
something,
and
so
I
just
wanted
to
point
out.
E
But
the
truth
is,
you
know
it
always
comes
down
to.
They
don't
think
they
want
to
share
their
money.
That's
what
it's
really
about.
So
I
wanted
to
take
note
of
that,
and
and
just
let
senator
Bradford
know
that
we
appreciate
his
courage
for
that,
the
district
one
5k
you
know:
we've
become
that
city
that
that
we're
doing
5ks
now
and
and
councilman
Dotson
I
have
to
say
you
know
you
did
a
great
job.
E
Alicia
was
there
I
know
she's
the
one
who
did
everything
you
get
to
get
the
applause,
but
the
truth
of
the
matter
is:
is
that
the
the
event
itself
was
a
different
type
of
event.
It
was
one
that
showcased
our
city,
it
wasn't
about
just
a
usual
community
event:
I
was
speaking
to
people
from
Baldwin.
Park
I
spoke
to
people
from
Encinitas
all
the
way
in
San
Diego
County.
E
We
had
folks
and
and
of
all
different
races
and
backgrounds,
and
they
were
here
in
Inglewood
at
7:30
in
the
morning
for
a
5k,
and
they
were
happy
to
be
here
and
our
Park
was
showcased
in
a
way
that
we
haven't
seen
in
a
while.
So
even
we
can
that
the
event
was
a
lot
of
things,
but
as
a
whole,
you
know
you
could
take
a
bow.
You
made
us
look
good
that
day
and
we
all
appreciate
it.
So
congratulations
on
that.
That's
all
I
got
mayor.
Thank.
B
You
I
wanted
to
give
the
credit
for
the
traffic
workshop
in
its
entirety
to
the
n-double-a-cp
in
English,
amber
Eric
Holly.
We
merely
provided
the
venue,
they
provided
the
substance
and
and
it's
much
appreciated
piggyback
on
what
I
guess
everybody
said,
and
particularly
council
Morales
things
have
changed
so
much
here
as
it
relates
to
just
how
residents
feel
about
their
city.
How
other
people
view
us
when
I
started
here
as
the
mayor,
it
was
more
like
the
Maytag
man.
Nobody
came
to
see
you,
you
didn't
have
any
place
to
go.
B
We
just
weren't
respected
on
Saturday
alone,
I
attended.
Seven
events,
the
n-double-a-cp
trafficking
workshop
was
one
of
them,
then
to
the
5k.
I
would
tell
you
that
I
was
so
inspired
so
inspired
by
the
park
staff
by
Sabrina,
Barnes
work,
but
primarily
by
Councilman
Towson,
who
has
come
such
a
long
ways
as
an
elected
official
I
would
say
that
in
the
history
of
the
city
and
I've
been
here
since
72,
the
only
person
that
comes
close
to
miss
Curtis,
Tucker
senior
and
he
ended
up
a
state.
Senator
bounced
from
Dotson
has
been
dedicated.
B
We
had
a
couple
block
clubs
on
Fifth,
Avenue,
everybody
so
happy
about
the
city
happy
about
how
things
are
going.
I
was
invited
to
a
wine
tasting
and
cigar
smoking
event
on
the
front
lawn
of
the
Gardena
City
Hall,
the
mayor,
Tasha
serda,
invited
me
so
Tasha.
Why
do
you
want
me
to
come
so
I
don't
drinking
out
on
smoke?
She
said
because
everybody
wants
to
see
somebody
from
Inglewood.
B
B
Guess
he
still
load
them,
but
anyway
they
gave
a
five-minute
concerto
to
start
the
event,
and
so
you
know
150
people
there
in
the
auditorium-
and
you
just
wouldn't
think
Inglewood
LA
Philharmonic
community
concert
seven
years
ago.
I
mean
that's.
That's
where
we
are
I
want
to
really
congratulate
and
give
my
appreciation
to
Thomas
Vaughn
KD,
a
you
communicator
and
the
videography
unit,
because
what
they're
doing
now
is
chronicling
history?
History
is
being
made
every
day
in
the
city.
It's
no
longer.
We
just
let
things
go
by.
B
They
have
to
be
memory,
so
people
know
and
there's
villainy
and
Moses
and
and
there's
another
one
with
the
CEO
of
the
LA
Phil
and
his
assistant
right
there.
That
was
out
front.
That
was
a
step
and
repeat
you
know
we
have
real
community
partners
now
real
community
partners
and
believe
in
this
city
and
I'm
just
I'm
very
proud
to
have
spent
now
I
guess,
19
plus
27
years
since
service
of
this
city
in
47
years
in
public
service.
