A
I
think
the
more
information
that
we
get
based
on
you
know
why
certain
family
members
have
diabetes
and
have
genetically
been
connected
to
certain
illnesses
that
just
run
through
the
family.
A
lot
of
it
is
contributed
to
eating
the
eating
habits
of
what
we've
been
taught
to
eat
and
what
we've
been
thinking,
that's
good
for
us
because
it
tastes
good,
but
it's
really
bad
for
us
and
now
we're
learning
the
proper
way
to
eat,
to
find
ways
of
finding
better
ways
to
find
full
without
so
much
disease
characteristics
connected
to
it.
Red
meat.
A
Like
my
mother,
she's,
a
diabetic,
they
have
to
cut
off
her
big
toe
and
she
doesn't
eat
any
red
meat
anymore
and
she
had
to
take
insulin
for
a
long
time.
And
my
older
brother
was
a
diabetic.
So
when
I
seen
that
I
started
to
like
pull
back
and
do
things
a
little
different
and
it
missed
me,
but
it
hit
my
mother
and
my
brother.
A
So
a
lot
of
this
is
genetically
put
on
us
by
the
food
that
we
eat,
but
it's
not
working
out
by
us
just
being
in
a
position
where
we
get
so
comfortable
with
the
way
we've
been
living
that
that's
contributed
to
the
negative
results
of
us
having
bad
health
issues.
So
if
we
could
eat
better,
we
could
work
out
a
little
bit
and
just
do
a
little
bit
more
research
on
the
food
that
you
are
eating
and
find
ways
to
find
better
food.
There's
plant-based
food.
