on
you
know
why
certain
family
members
have
diabetes
and
have
genetically
been
connected
to
certain
illnesses
that
just
run
through
the
family.
A
lot
of
it
is
contributed
to
eating
the
eating
habits
of
what
we've
been
taught
to
eat
and
what
we've
been
thinking,
that's
good
for
us
because
it
tastes
good,
but
it's
really
bad
for
us
and
now
we're
learning
the
proper
way
to
eat,
to
find
ways
of
finding
better
ways
to
find
full
without
so
much
disease
characteristics
connected.
