From YouTube: 02-25-21 District 4 Town Hall Meeting
Description
Councilwoman Dionne Faulk held her first annual District 4 Town Hall Meeting on Thursday February 25, 2021 via Zoom Conference.
A
A
A
My
team
and
I
have
been
working
diligently
to
prepare
an
informative
and
comprehensive
meeting
for
you
tonight.
I
would
like
to
personally
thank
you
for
taking
time
out
of
your
busy
day
and
making
sure
that
you
tune
in
and
join
us
this
evening
for
the
community
meeting
and
especially
for
wading
through
the
long
delay.
A
A
A
A
Okay,
so
now
on
your
screen,
if
you
go
to
the
next
slide,
you
will
see
our
town
hall
agenda
and
we
have
a
lot
of
exciting
updates
for
you
this
evening
from
our
city
of
inglewood
department
heads
as
well
as
updates
from
sofi
stadium,
the
clippers
arena
inglewood,
unified
school
district
and
much
more.
A
A
Louis
atwell,
director
of
public
works,
dr
erica
torres
inglewood,
unified
school
district,
halima,
ginyard,
inglewood,
airport
area,
chamber
of
commerce.
Gerard
mccullum
will
samini
maria
camacho
and
jason
witt
and
then
that
will
round
out
all
of
the
wonderful
presentations
that
we
have
scheduled
for
you
this
evening
and
then
we'll
go
into
our
closing
remarks
so
tonight's
meeting.
A
The
purpose
is
to
provide
important
updates
and
information
and
allow
an
opportunity
for
all
you,
district
4
residents,
to
have
your
questions
heard
and
be
engaged
in
this
process,
as
we
continue
to
move
forward
as
this
wonderful
city
progresses.
So
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we
take
time
to
answer
all
your
questions
this
evening.
A
Next
slide
before
we
get
started.
I
want
to
take
this
opportunity
to
acknowledge
that
it
is
black
history
month
this
year,
I'm
so
very
excited
to
highlight
my
sorority
sister
vice
president
of
the
united
states,
kamala
harris
kamala
harris
is
the
49th
vice
president
of
the
united
states
and
a
woman
of
many
firsts.
A
She
is
the
first
african-american
and
indian-american
woman
to
be
elected
to
the
united
states
office
of
vice
president,
the
u.s
senate
san
francisco
district
attorney
and
the
first
african-american
woman
to
be
elected
to
the
california
attorney
general's
office.
She
is
also
a
member
of
the
first
sorority
founded
by
african-american
college
educated
women.
Alpha
kappa
alpha
sorority
incorporated
as
her
sorority
sister,
I'm
extremely
proud
of
her
legacy.
A
I
would
like
to
acknowledge
one
of
her
well-known
quotes.
She
stated
to
the
children
of
our
country,
regardless
of
your
gender.
Our
country
has
sent
you
a
clear
message:
dream
with
ambition,
lead
with
conviction
and
see
yourself
in
a
way
that
others
might
not
see
you
simply
because
they've
never
seen
it
before
again.
A
I
want
to
share
a
little
bit
about
district
4..
I
want
to
just.
I
know
that
there's
a
lot
of
new
residents
moving
in
to
district
4
and
you
might
not
know
that
much
about
what's
happening
in
your
district
or
what
business
and
services
are
actually
operating.
So
I
just
wanted
to
go
over
it
briefly,
just
to
kind
of
update
some
of
our
newer
residents.
So
you
know
what's
happening
in
the
city,
so
for
district
four,
we
actually
have
five
inglewood
unified
school
districts.
Within
our
district
we
have
a
head
start.
A
A
A
We
have
some
amazing
landmarks
in
our
district.
I
don't
know
if
it
gets
better
than
this.
I'm
just
saying
we
have
hollywood
park,
casino,
the
sofi
stadium,
the
nfl
media
center,
that's
under
construction
coming
soon
the
hollywood
park
development
that
is
inconsiderate.
The
construction
is
also
in
process,
and
then
we
have
the
la
clippers
arena
coming
in
2024
and
I
can't
wait.
A
Okay
and
the
large
shopping
centers
we
have
the
like
I
mentioned
earlier.
We
have
the
crenshaw
imperial
plaza.
We
have
the
crenshaw
imperial
shopping
center,
that's
across
the
street.
A
We
also
have
the
burlington
shopping
center
and
all
of
it
is
right
there
at
crenshaw
imperial
center,
and
then
we
have
the
village
at
the
century.
That's
where
a
lot
of
our
residents
go
and
do
their
their
daily
shopping,
where
the
targets
is
in
the
home
depot
and
the
chili's.
A
So
that's
a
wonderful,
a
wonderful
shopping
center
for
everybody
to
please
go
and
patronize,
and
also
we
have
the
hollywood
park
marketplace,
and
so
those
are
our
larger
shopping.
Centers
in
in
our
district,
very
exciting
shopping,
please
make
sure
you
go
and
patronize
all
of
our
businesses,
especially
during
this
pandemic.
A
And
lastly,
we
have
a
few
other
ones.
We
have
a
costco.
Every
city
has
a
costco,
so
we
have
our
costco.
We
have
our
food
for
less,
and
so
we
have
like
a
lot
of
great
a
lot
of
great
business
and
services
in
district
four,
so
I
hope
that
everybody's
getting
out
and
and
supporting
them
and
and
and
making
sure
that
we're
all
you
know,
participating
and
supporting
each
other
during
this
very
difficult
time.
A
I
want
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
my
vision
for
district
4..
I
I've
only
been
in
office
for
a
very,
very
short
period
of
time
about
two
months
and
I
have
I
tried
to
hit
the
ground
running
and
I
I
feel
like
I
have
I'm
having
this
town
hall
for
you
all
tonight,
so
I
hope
I
am,
but
I
wanted
to
talk
to
you
about
some
of
the
things
that
I
would
like
to
focus
in
on
over
the
next
four
years.
A
Our
seniors
are
the
backbone
of
our
community,
they
provide
guidance,
wisdom,
support
for
the
city
and
so
many
different
areas.
They
also
volunteer
for
community
service
projects
and
they
volunteer
for
government
projects
happening
in
the
city.
They
have
just
been
so
wonderful
and
we
don't
know
what
we
would
do
without
our
seniors.
So
I
I
definitely
want
to
lift
you
up.
I
support
you
and-
and
I
want
to
continue
to
engage
all
of
you.
A
A
A
Their
world
has
been
turned
upside
down.
Literally
as
your
elected
leadership,
I
will
continue
to
work
with
mayor
butts
and
my
colleagues,
my
city
council
members
and
in
our
city
of
inglewood
leadership,
to
support
all
of
you
and
make
sure
that
we
are
looking
out
for
everyone's
best
interests
as
we
move
forward
to
progress,
this
wonderful
city.
A
B
Thank
you
very
much
dion
and
you
got
me
on
the
wrong
camera.
C
B
B
B
D
D
There
was
a
time
when
england
rightfully
was
called
the
city
of
champions
in
the
80s
we
were
home
of
the
three-peat
world
champion
showtime
lakers,
the
la
kings
and
concerts
at
the
forum.
The
hollywood
park
racetrack
drew
an
average
of
43
000
people
six
days
a
week,
then
in
1999
the
music
began
to
die.
The
lakers
and
kings
left
for
downtown
los
angeles
to
the
staples
center
in
o8.
The
great
recession
hit
and
the
housing
market
collapsed
off
track.
Betting
caused
the
racetrack
to
tend
to
dwindle,
eventually
to
crowds
of
about
one.
D
We
negotiated
an
agreement
in
2011
with
madison
square
garden
to
loan
msg
18
million
dollars
in
redevelopment
funds
for
rehabilitation
purposes.
Msg
eventually
would
add
82
million
dollars
to
that
loan
in
january
of
2014
the
forum
reopened
and
would
become
the
number
one
concert
venue
in
california.
D
F
C
G
D
In
june
of
2017,
we
entered
to
an
exclusive
negotiations
agreement
with
murphy's
bowl,
a
limited
liability
corporation
to
negotiate
the
construction
of
an
18
000
seat,
state-of-the-art
nba
arena
in
2018.
The
city
negotiated
the
sale
of
the
old
security
bank,
building
to
the
la
philharmonic
to
be
redesigned
by
frank
gehry
into
an
orchestra
hall,
at
a
cost
of
15
million
dollars
to
house
the
youth
orchestra
program
of
the
la
fill
last
week
that
construction
began
in
march
of
2019.
D
D
In
2022,
super
bowl
56
will
make
englewood
the
center
of
attention
of
the
free
world
as
we
host
america's
biggest
football
game
in
2023,
the
nc2a
championship
bowl
game
will
be
held
here
in
2024.
The
clippers
are
scheduled
to
call
inglewood.
Their
new
home
negotiations
are
underway
for
a
fifa
world
cup
in
2026
and
in
2028
the
summer
olympic
games
will
open
here
in
the
city
of
englewood,
like
the
legendary
phoenix
rising
from
the
ashes.
D
B
There
was
a
time
now
during
the
pandemic.
We
were
one
of
the
few
cities
who
had
projects
that
were
allowed
to
go
forward
and
we
completed
sofi
stadium
on
time,
but
the
pandemic
really
really
has
devastated
us.
We
have
given
debit
cards
to
help
people
with
their
rent,
we've
frozen
rents
at
three
percent,
and
we
continue
to
seek
vaccine
testing
and
inoculation
sites.
B
So
here
are
the
cases
in
english,
12
979
cases
resulting
in
274
deaths
in
california,
3
million
500
000,
resulting
in
51
000
deaths
in
la
county,
1.1
million
cases
resulting
in
21
000
deaths
and
across
the
united
states
of
america,
29
million
cases
resulting
in
over
half
a
million
deaths.
Now
so
here's
the
key
to
get
out
of
this
people
are
going
to
have
to
be
vaccinated.
B
B
B
The
england,
unified
school
district
is
going
to
have
on-site
vaccinations
and
in
addition
to
that,
we
are
opening
up
the
senior
center
to
vaccinate
550
seniors
on
the
9th
of
march
and
11th
of
march.
Just
this
last
sunday
at
trinity
hall
at
faithful
and
central
bible,
church
250
seniors
were
vaccinated.
B
A
Thank
you
so
much
mayor
for
that
wonderful
presentation,
I'd
like
to
move
forward
with
our
next
presenter
at
this
time,
and
I'd
like
to
go
to
our
chief
mark
fronterata
and
officer
cinder
eller,
to
give
updates
on
public
safety
at
this
time.
A
I
Councilwoman
yeah
good
evening,
councilwoman
good
evening,
everyone,
I
just
want
to
say,
welcome
and
thank
you
for
having
us
councilman
fox
officer.
A
F
I
A
A
I
Thank
you,
yeah.
Thank
you,
councilwoman
and
good
evening
to
everybody
in
council
district
four.
I
hope
everybody's
well
and
your
families
are
well
certainly
with
coven
and
this
difficult
year.
We've
had
this
first
slide
that
I
wanted
to
put
up
for
the
citizens
of
district
four.
I
If
you
look
down
in
the
lower
right-hand
corner
is
lieutenant
marvin
aguilar
in
each
district
we
have
a
lieutenant
who's
assigned
to
that
district
and
in
your
district
it's
lieutenant
marvin
aguilar-
and
I
have
him
here
tonight,
he's
in
the
room
as
well
as
captain
hurt
yep
and
the
the
number
to
have
for
citizens
who
want
to
contact
the
lieutenant
for
any
issues
they
may
have
in
the
in
the
district
and
I'll
just
read
this
number
out,
but
we
certainly
have
it
on
the
slide
here,
but
it's
three
one:
zero
four
one,
two
five,
two
one
zero
and
lieutenant
aguilar
is
assigned
to
this
your
district
specifically
to
answer
any
questions
or
concerns
you
may
have.
I
Obviously,
if
you
have
an
emergency,
we
we
encourage
you
to
call
9-1-1
and
a
general
service
number
of
3-1-0.
I
But
this
is
on
our
website
and
you
can
research
that
at
any
time
also
carl
cardell
hurt
captain
hurt,
is
in
charge
of
the
patrol
bureau
and
for
that
for
those
purposes
of
the
entire
city
when
it
comes
to
our
frontline
services
and
he's
doing
a
very
good
job.
Both
these
gentlemen
are
doing
a
great
job.
I
So
if
I
could
have
the
next
slide
please,
so
these
are
some
to
date,
crime
statistics
for
district
four.
You
know
I
always
caution
when
we
look
at
crime
statistics
that
I
always
preface
it
by
saying
one.
One
crime
is
one
too
many,
and
I
certainly
our
entire
heartfelt
thoughts
and
prayers
go
out
with
all
victims
of
crime
and
on
behalf
of
the
men
and
women
of
the
ingwood
police
department,
but
I
am
pleased
to
say
that
crime
is
down
in
the
district,
significantly
specifically
violent
crime.
I
But
again,
I
always
preface
it
by
saying
one
crime
is
one
too
many,
but
we
will
continue
to
work
hard
to
work
in
those
numbers
and
continue
to
drive
down
our
crime.
I
Go
on
to
the
next
next
statement.
So
this
is.
This
is
a
photograph
of
a
specialized
unit.
We
have
it's
called
an
imet
team,
where
we
have
an
officer
that
is
embedded
with
a
representative
from
the
department
of
mental
health,
and
their
purpose
in
this
office's
unit
is
to
specifically
go
out
and
make
contact
with
those
individuals
who
are
certainly
less
fortunate
than
us
and
suffering
from
some
mental
issues
and
to
offer
them
resources
to
hopefully
get
them
off
the
street
and
to
provide
them
into
some
shelter.
I
I
worked
hard
to
bring
dmh
in
here
and
I'm
glad
to
say
and
happy
to
say
that
not
only
do
we
have
a
dmh
worker
with
us,
but
we
also
house
a
dmnh
regional
supervisor
in
our
building
and
that's
the
level
of
cooperation
and
commitment.
I
We
have
to
this
huge
issue
that
we
face
as
a
as
a
community,
and
it's
our
hope
that
we
can
help
as
many
people
as
we
can
on
the
street
suffering
from
mental
illness,
and
you
know
these
folks
that
we
have
do
a
really
really
good
job
and
it's
a
really
tough
job,
and
it's
been
particularly
tough
this
past
year
with
covert
and
all
as
has
been
everything
else
and
cinder.
I'm
sure,
as
also
cinderella
has
also
participated
in
this
important
commitment.
I
We
have
in
dealing
with
folks
less
fortunate
than
us
and
has
a
you
know:
there's
been
some
great
stories
over
the
years
where
we
found
housing
for
these
individuals
and
in
some
instances,
even
actually
reunited
them
with
family
members
who
haven't
seen
them
for
many
many
years.
I
So
I
commend
the
efforts
of
the
the
officers
in
this
unit
and
what
they've
done
since
its
inception.
Several
years
ago,
you
can
go
on
to
the
next
slide.
I
So
this
is
a
I
wanted
to
put
this
in
here
for
the
citizens.
This
is
actually
a
mobile
app.
We
have
that
you
can
load
onto
your
cell
phone
and
this
will
tell
you
how
to
do
it
and
of
course
I
know
this
is
being
recorded.
So
you
can
take
a
look
at
this
at
a
later
time.
I
It
will
allow
you
the
ability
to
tie
into
this
app
and
you
can
look
at
it
and
we
post
things
on
here
about
what
we're
doing
and
all
kinds
of
information,
helpful
information,
and
I
really
encourage
citizens
to
tie
into
this
app
and
it
really
gives
you
a
a
different
view
and
perspective
of
the
men
and
women
of
the
england
police
department
and
what
we
do
every
day
for
each
and
every
citizen
in
this
community.
I
So
again,
I
encourage
you
to
when
you
look
through
this
again
it'll
kind
of
walk
you
through
the
steps
to
download
this
app
onto
your
cell
phone.
This
is
kind
of
a
couple
slides
on
that.
You
can
go
through
this
breaks
down,
who
we
are
and
really
what
we.
I
I
We
are
hiring
in
this
on
our
department
and
I
really
truly
love
when
I
have
citizens
from
this
community
directly
apply,
and
I
encourage
you
to
encourage
your
loved
ones,
your
friends,
your
neighbors,
to
apply
to
inglewood
pd.
We
have
all
sorts
of
job
openings
here
and
these
two
gentlemen,
gentlemen,
by
the
way,
my
lieutenant
and
captain
are
originally
from
this
community.
I
So
we
truly
encourage
that
and-
and
like
I
say,
be
part
of
the
solution
and
help
us
recruit
good
people
from
this
community,
the
community
of
inglewood.
We
would
truly
appreciate
that,
and
so
with
that,
I'm
going
to
give
give
it
over
to
cinderella
right
now
to
a
few
comments
on
her
important
work
with
homelessness.
C
J
Okay,
good
evening,
councilwoman
faulk,
thank
you
for
giving
me
this
opportunity
to
speak
to
you
guys
about
our
homeless
problem
mayor,
butts,
council,
chief
rhonda,
rada,
captain
and
lieutenant
aguilar.
Where
do
I
start?
First,
I
want
to
say
thank
you
to
chief
and
and
mayor
butts
for
giving
me
this
platform.
Initially,
I
didn't
really
want
it,
but
it
kind
of
fell
in
my
lap,
and
I
appreciate
the
the
push
that
they've
given
me
in
the
in
the
leeway
and
to
help
the
community
I'm
a
citizen
of
inglewood.
J
I've
been
there
since
I
was
seven
I'll,
be
51
years
old
this
year,
so
my
entire
life
has
been
with
the
city
of
inglewood
and
my
my
hope
and
prayer
is
to
help
each
and
every
person
in
the
community
homeless
or
not
to
transition
into
a
better
life,
and
I
hope
that
I've
been
doing
a
great
job
for
for
this
city.
I
pray
that
I
did
and
I
hope
I
continue
to
do
it
to
go
back
to
our
homeless
count
2019
because
of
the
pandemic.
J
J
each
year
it
became
greater
due
to
the
city
of
inglewood,
but
up
against
the
different
counties
and
cities.
We're
like
the
mecca
so
around
us.
It's
we
have
hawthorne.
We
have
the
los
angeles
county,
we
have
airport
police,
we
have
chp
and
we
have
lapd.
All
of
the
same.
All
the
agencies
come
through
inglewood.
We
bought
up
against
the
cities
and
all
of
the
homeless
sometimes
seem
to
gravitate
towards
inglewood,
because
we
have
the
405
freeway.
J
We
have
the
105
freeway
in
all
the
thoroughfares
manchester
florence
to
century
to
imperial
and
everybody
seems
to
come
to
england,
so
you're
going
to
see
a
lot
of
the
homeless
on
our
freeways.
Unfortunately,
I
apologize
for
that.
I
know
we're
working
really
hard
to
combat
that
with
the
relationship
that
we
built
with
with
caltrans
chp
and
hawthorne
and
the
sheriff's
department.
We
collaboratively
work
together
to
make
it
better,
but
unfortunately
our
hands
are
tied
councilman.
J
I
know
you
know
we
go
through
these
meetings
every
week
and
talk
to
you
and
mr
fields
and
we're
trying
and
we
have
a
great
team.
I
want
you
to
know
that
we
have
a
great
team
working
with
with
me.
My
partner
officer
osorio,
like
chief,
said,
he's
mental
evaluation.
We
work
as
a
team
and
we
go
out
there
every
day
every
day
we're
in
the
community
trying
to
help
one
person
it's
hard,
it's
difficult,
but
the
chief
has
opened
up
the
position
for
another
met,
another
mental
evaluation
or
another
partner.
J
We
would
say
to
help
us
out,
and
I
really
appreciate
that
chief,
because
we
need
the
help
right
now.
What
we're
doing
is
we're
going
to
collaborate
with
chp
and
our
caltrans
to
clean
up
our
freeways
in
the
next
couple
of
weeks,
thanks
to
mr
atwell
speaking
to
the
caltrans,
and
so
we're
going
to
be
cleaning
up
the
freeways
you're
going
to
see
it
soon.
I
can't
tell
you
what's
going
to
happen
overnight,
but
I
can
tell
you
that
it's
going
to
get
better
mayor
butts
has
given
me.
J
You
know
carte
blanche
on
what
we
need
to
do
within
reason
and
within
the
law
to
make
sure
that
we
take
care
of
everybody
in
the
city
of
englewood
in
the
city
of
inglewood.
We
can't
help
everybody
but
the
ones
in
our
city
of
inglewood.
We
can
help
it's
difficult
and
I
get
calls
all
the
time
saying
that,
because
we
have
the
stadium
because
we
have
the
clippers,
they
don't
understand,
that's
not
how
it
works,
because
we
have
this.
J
So
I
have
to
kind
of
reiterate
all
the
time
that
it
doesn't
matter
that
we
have
the
stadium.
It's
they're,
not
they're,
not
the
ones,
that's
going
to
help
clean
up
that
we
have
to
do
it.
You
know
in
our
surrounding
agencies
and
the
people
that
we
have
our
partnerships.
So
we
do
have
a
big
partnership.
We
have
st
margaret's,
we
have
the
south
bay
cog,
we
have
st
joseph's,
we
have
pat,
we
have
lhasa
and
we
all
work
diligently
to
make
it
happen,
but
the
problem
is
councilman
faulk,
as
we
mentioned
before.
J
If
we
do
not
have
a
place
to
to
house
the
homeless,
we
cannot
do
anything
with
them.
All
we
can
do
is
clean
up
the
area
around
them
and
that's
the
unfortunate
thing.
J
J
Some
of
them
have
mental
illness
problems.
Some
of
them
have
substantive
substance,
abuse
problems.
Some
of
them
don't
know
what
to
do.
Some
of
them
don't
know
how
to
get
off
the
street.
So
that's.
Why
we're
there
to
make
sure
that
we
walk
through
and
walk
them
through
I'm
going
to
give
you
a
little
story.
Last
week
we
had
a
young
lady
on
nutwood
in
hillcrest.
J
I
was
just
driving
through
canvas
in
the
area
like
I
normally
do
and
she
would
sleep
up
under
the.
I
guess,
like
a
little
bridge
where
they're
doing
construction-
and
I
stopped-
I
couldn't
just
walk-
drive
past
her.
I
stopped
asked
her
her
name
asked
her.
Did
she
need
help?
She
stood
up
and
she
was
partially
naked.
J
J
I
got
her
shelter.
I
sent
her
via
uber.
She
went
to
the
shelter
three
days
later.
She
called
me
back
and
told
me.
Thank
you.
I
saved
her
life
not
only
that
I
contact
when
I,
when
we
help
people
we
contact
their
family.
Like
the
chief
said
we
kind
of
reunite
them,
so
the
family
know
where
they
are.
We
don't
we
don't
all
agencies.
Don't
do.
That
inglewood
is
very,
very
different
when
it
comes
to
outreach
because
we
build
a
relationship
and
we
go
beyond
the
relationship
and
we
talk
to
their
family.
J
We
call
people
so
they'll
know.
Maybe
about
a
month
ago,
mayor
buzz,
contacted
me
and
said
that
I
knew
he
wanted
me
to
go
and
speak
to
a
young
lady
that
was
in
our
hotel.
J
He
got
a
call
from
the
chicago
mayor
and
said
that
she
had
someone
here.
Can
I
go
outreach?
I
went
found
out
who
she
was
found
out
that
she
was
from
chicago
found
out
that
she
had
some
family
issues
with
her
daughter.
Her
daughter
took
it
to
the
airport,
dropped
her
off
and
told
her
bye
you're
on
your
own
airport
police,
put
her
into
a
hotel
in
in
our
city
mayor
called
me.
I
went
contacted
her
found
out
that
she
wanted
to
go
back
home.
J
J
These
are
things
that
other
cities
don't
have
the
opportunity
to
do,
because
my
chief,
the
mayor
they've,
given
us
that
platform
and
I'm
appreciative
so
people
call,
and
they
always
ask
how
do
you
guys,
handle
homeless?
How
are
you
able
to
do
this
and
do
that?
It's
because
our
administration
is
great.
A
Thank
you
so
much
officer,
eller
and
chief
mark
fronterada.
We
appreciate
those
those
updates.
This
is
the
reason
why
we're
the
city
of
englewood,
because
we
have
our
staff,
our
our
elected
officials,
our
our
cabinet
members.
Everybody
really
cares
about
the
members
of
this
community
and,
as
you
can
see
by
this,
this
presentation
that
we
go
above
and
beyond
in
a
lot
of
situations.
A
So
thank
you
again
for
those
very
important
public
safety
updates,
and
so
I
would
like
to
see,
I
know
we're
having
technical
difficulty
but
I'd
like
to
see
if
we
are
able
to
take
a
a
few
questions
and
so
I'm
going
to
open
up
yes,
so
I'm
gonna
ask
that
you
go
ahead
and
press
star
nine
now
to
join
the
the
phone
line
queue
and
then
your
number
will
be
identified
and
then
you'll
be
asked
to
unmute
at
that
time.
A
So
again,
press
star
nine,
if
you
have
a
question
of
chief
mark
mark,
fronterada
or
officer
assinder
eller,
and
we
can
go
ahead
and
take
your
questions
at
this
time,
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
ask
our
it
team
to
take
the
first
question.
A
Okay,
so
the
number
is
right
now:
if
your
number
is
a
7-7
ending
in
7715,
please
go
ahead
and
press
star
six
to
unmute
and
you
can
go
ahead
and
ask
your
question
at
this
time.
Thank
you.
A
Okay:
okay,
we're
gonna
go
ahead
and
move
to
the
next
one.
If
your
phone
number
ends
in
zero,
four
six
zero:
please
go
ahead
and
press
star
six
to
unmute
your
line
and
go
ahead
and
ask
your
question
at
this
time.
K
Ahead
and
ask
your
question:
yes,
I
just
heard
about
the
officer
allen
what
the
update
on
the
report
of
the
homeless
information
and
population,
but
I
really
have
a
great
concern
and
I'm
not
sure
if
that's
in
district
4,
inglewood
area,
but
it's
right
there
when
you
exiting
off
a
prairie
off
the
105
or
you're,
getting
on
to
the
105
going
west
that
whole
area
there
there's
a
lot
of
a
homeless
encampment
there
is,
can
that
be
addressed
by
the
city
and-
and
I
also
did
a
put
in
a
complaint
for
the
cal
trans
as
well,
but
has
that
been
addressed?
A
Yes,
thank
you
so
much
for
that
question.
We
are
actually
addressing
that
now,
as
I
I've
literally
hit
the
ground
running
and
I've
been
made
aware
that
that
encampment
over
in
that
section
is
growing.
So
we,
our
cabinet
members
here
and
city
staff,
have
been
working,
but
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
ask
either
chief
mark
fronterata
or
officer
eller
to
quickly
answer
that
question.
Give
an
update
on
that.
A
Can
you
go
ahead
and
you're
you're,
muted.
J
Okay,
here
we
go
ma'am.
What's
your
name
again,
I'm
sorry!
I
didn't
catch
your
name,
hello,
okay,
to
update
on
the
cleanup
on
the
105
exit
at
prairie.
Yes,
we're
going
in
the
next
couple
of
weeks,
you're
going
to
see
the
cleaning
crew
from
caltrans
to
clean
up
you're,
going
to
see
a
big
cleanup.
We
just
met
mr
adwell,
our
city
manager.
We
just
met
with
caltrans
with
our
public
works
and
they
will
conduct
a
cleanup
in
the
next
couple
weeks.
I
believe
march
15th
or
somewhere
around
there.
J
A
L
A
H
That
is
good,
yes,
hello.
This
was
mr
larry
rigsby
and
I
really
didn't
have
a
question.
What
I
wanted
to
do
was
compliment
the
councilwoman
and
the
assistant
for
the
monthly
newsletters
that
you're
sending
out,
and
I
really
appreciate
the
small
business
write-up
that
you've
been
doing.
I
think
that
gives
them
a
lot
of
motivation
and
a
lot
of
gratitude
that
they're
being
thought
of.
So
I
just
wanted
to
give
that
shout
out
and
thank
you.
Councilwoman.
A
Thank
you
so
much
for
that.
I'm
glad
to
see
that
that
those
newsletters
are
appreciated
and
we
will
keep
them
coming.
So,
thank
you
so
much
for
that
compliment,
and
so
what
I'm
going
to
do
now
is
move
on
to
our
next
presenters
at
this
time.
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we
get
to
all
of
our
presenters,
and
so
I'm
going
to
ask
if
our
newly
elected
city
clerk,
miss
aisha
thompson
would
go
ahead
and
unmute
her
line
at
this
time.
M
Hello,
hello-
I
am
here.
How
is
everybody
thank
you,
councilwoman,
so
much
for
having
me
and
to
everyone.
That's
here
listing
on
zoom
this
evening.
Thank
you
all
for
being
here
councilwoman.
I
would
like
to
first
introduce
myself.
My
name
is
aisha
thompson.
I
am
the
newly
elected
inglewood
city
clerk
and
I
was
previously
the
deputy
city
clerk.
I
served
as
deputy
for
six
years
here
in
the
city
clerk's
office.
M
However,
my
tenure
within
the
city
clerk's
office
here
in
the
city
of
englewood
has
been
16
years,
and
so
it
is
indeed
an
honor,
a
privilege
and
a
pleasure
to
be
able
to
serve
as
an
elected
to
the
residents
here
in
the
city
of
inglewood.
M
I
would
like
to
make
mention
to
our
residents
that
our
office
is
open
monday
through
friday,
except
for
our
close
fridays.
We're
here
ready
to
assist
ready
to
answer
any
questions.
Anything
any
need
that
you
may
have
any
questions
that
you
may
have.
We
are
here
to
answer
those
from
9
00
a.m,
until
four
o'clock
p.m.
Considering
the
covet
crisis,
we're
here
temporarily
and
then
when
the
city
opens
back
up
and
we
resume
business
office
hours,
we
will
be
here
from
7
30
a.m
until
5
30
p.m.
M
Our
office
is
also
wanting
to
make
mention
that
voter
registration
is
very,
very
important.
We
do
not
want
to
wait
until
there's
an
election
to
get
our
our
residents
registered
to
vote
because
you
never
know
when
there
may
be
a
special
election
to
come,
so
it's
important
and
and
for
my
staff-
and
I
we're
also
working
on
a
newsletter
to
encourage
our
residents.
The
newsletter
will
be
up
on
on
my
web
page
at
the
city
of
inglewood's
under
city
clerk.
M
Our
our
newsletter
will
be
up
for
the
public
to
view,
but
we
will
focus
on
voter
registration
because
we
feel
as
though
that
is
very
important
and
for
those
that
I'm
sure
we're
all
registered
to
vote.
However,
we
have
family
members,
we
have
friends,
we
have
our
neighbors
that
are
not
registered
to
vote,
and
so,
if
you
need
voter
registration
information,
voter
registration
cards
feel
free
to
call
my
office
at
310
412-5280
and,
if
you're
unable
to
come
down,
please
call
me
and
we
will
get
those
mailed
out
to
you.
M
M
Many
have
come
in
to
be
sworn
in,
but
there
are
still
a
few
that
have
not
turned
in
their
700
forms
and
has
not
come
to
be
sworn
in,
and
so
please,
please,
please
it's
important
that
you
contact
our
office
and
be
sure
to
one
get
the
700
forms
in
and
secondly,
to
be
sworn
in
councilwoman.
That's
all
that
I
have
tonight
if
there's
anything
that
I
may
have
missed
or
that
you
want
answered,
I'm
here
to
answer
those
questions.
Thank
you
again
for
the
time.
A
Thank
you
so
much
madam
city
clerk,
for
your
updates,
always
appreciate
you
and
again,
congratulations
on
your
recent
win.
Okay.
At
this
time,
I'd
like
to
call
on
mr
christopher
jackson,
he
is
our
inglewood
city
of
inglewood,
director
for
economic
and
community
development
and
I'd
like
to
call
on
him
to
give
you
some
in
very
exciting,
updates
on
what's
happening
in
not
only
the
city
of
inglewood,
but
also
specifically
within
district
four.
So,
mr
jackson,
you
have
the
floor
all
right
good
evening.
N
First
of
all,
thank
you
for
the
opportunity
to
be
able
to
come
before
your
district
to
share
exciting
activities
that
are
going
on
in
inside
of
your
district.
Your
district
is
full
of
activity
and
for
those
of
you,
who've
seen
me
before
you
know,
I've
been
able
to
see
us
from
where
we
were
many
years
ago
to
where
we
are
now,
and
hopefully
you
see
and
appreciate
the
progress
and
do
everything
in
your
power
to
give
councilwoman
your
assistance
to
take
us
even
to
higher
heights
I'll
quickly
run
through
this
I'll.
N
Try
and
move
it
along
real
quick.
Since
we
have
a
couple
of
of
the
major
major
actually
projects
that
are
going
to
be
covered
by
both
gerard
mccallum
of
wilson,
mini
and
he'll
be
addressing
the
clippers
arena,
as
well
as
maria
camacho
and
jason
witt
regarding
sofi
stadium
and
the
rams
location.
But
obviously
I
just
want
to
give
you
a
quick
picture.
Look
at
our
project
that
we
are
working
on.
We're
really
excited
about
it.
N
We've
done
a
number
of
things
that
are
pushing
us
closer
to
this,
we're
hoping
to
break
ground
on
this
in
this
year
and
with
the
completion
date
of
2024
and
I'll.
Let
gerard
handle
most
of
that
next.
N
For
those
of
you
who
have
seen
our
beautiful
new
stadium,
sofi
stadium,
absolutely
stunning,
I
I
can't
get
enough
of
hearing
them
talk
about
how
great
and
the
accolades
that
come
with
the
stadium
and
how
they
always
say,
inglewood.
That
makes
me
feel
really
good.
They
don't
say
los
angeles.
They
say
the
beautiful
sophie
stadium
in
inglewood.
So
we're
excited
about
that.
As
you
know,
it's
still
a
construction
activity
site.
N
So
there's
a
lot
of
activity,
that's
going
on
and
still-
and
so
I've
heard,
at
least
from
the
public,
a
lot
of
concerns
about
the
construction,
fencing,
that's
around
the
site.
Eventually,
that's
going
to
come
down,
but
for
right
now
we're
making
sure
that
people
stay
safe
as
there
are
large
construction
vehicles
on
the
site
as
well
as
construction
activity
so
and
under
the
covet
protocol.
N
One
thing
I
wanted
to
be
able
to
point
out
was
the
american
airlines
plaza
quickly,
which
is
going
to
be
exciting
on
the
site,
and
then
I
wanted
to
talk
about
a
few
of
the
stadium
activities
at
hollywood
park.
We
have
sinopolis,
that's
going
to
be
coming.
You
see
a
lot
of
that
construction.
That's
going
on
at
the
corner
of
prairie
and
century
that
large
building
at
the
top
is
our
theater.
So,
yes,
everybody
we're
going
to
have
a
theater
cineplex,
not
just
any
cineplex.
N
You
know
the
next
slide
we're
going
to
have
sinopolis,
which
is
really
great,
because
we
have
a
number
of
theaters
in
and
around
the
south
bay,
but
to
be
able
to
go
to
a
real
high-end,
shishi
kind
of
environment.
N
Really
exciting,
I'm
looking
forward
to
taking
my
family
there
and
spend
some
money
in
the
city
of
englewood
so
and
then
we
have
next
slide.
We
have
our
our
media,
nfl
media
nfl
networks,
which
you
see
on
the
building.
Now
it's
branded
there
if
you
happen
to
be
driving
down
prairie
and
you
look
at
that
large
building
multi-story
building
that
is
housing.
N
N
There,
large
screens,
interactives
tours
all
the
good
stuff
they're
going
to
be
coming
as
a
result
of
that
we're
looking,
hopefully
to
get
them
all
tucked
in
this
year
in
time
for
the
super
bowl,
that's
going
to
be
occurring
in
february
of
2022.,
then
we
also
have
we're
excited
about
having
three
weavers
come
in.
You
know
three
weeks
is
a
local
craft
brewery.
That's
here
in
inglewood
and
they're
expanding
their
footprint
coming
into
our
retail
center
and
they're,
going
to
be
doing
a
large
retail
component
of
they
won't
actually
be
brewing
per
se.
N
There
they'll
still
continue
to
brew
at
their
location
over
in
our
industrial
area,
but
they
will
be
providing
the
food
and
the
beverage
and
all
the
ambiance
that
we've
come
to
expect
from
three
weavers,
so
we're
excited
about
them
and
then,
finally,
amongst
the
many
that
we'll
be
announcing
over
the
next
few
few
years,
olympus
fitness
so
we're
we're
going
to
get
one
of
those
high-end
nice,
fitness
centers
for
those
who
love
working
out
right.
So
that's
going
to
be
fun
and
then
we're
going
to
talk
quickly
about
a
few
of
the
projects.
N
The
aria
hotel,
our
hotel
that
we're
working
on
right
now
we're
going
through
the
environmental
process
of
this.
This
will
be
pretty
much
behind
the
clippers
location.
The
I
bet
the
englewood
basketball
and
entertainment
complex
and
it's
I
call
it
the
dubai
hotel,
because
it's
it's
a
hotel
like
you've,
never
seen
before
something
you
would
see
in
in
really
exclusive
areas
and
we're
excited
that.
It's
not
really
exclusive
areas.
N
We
are
the
exclusive
area
now
then,
we
have
also
the
hotel,
true
site
that
many
of
you
have
seen,
particularly
in
your
district.
We've
talked
about
that
that's
going
to
be
occurring
for
construction,
hopefully
completed
in
spring
of
2022,
so
it's
going
to
be
providing
some
new
amenities
in
it
down
prairie
we've
heard
some
of
the
concerns
about
prairie
and
you're,
already
going
to
be
seeing
the
transformation
of
prairie
all
the
way
down
to
the
105
freeway.
So
we're
excited
about
that
and
then
what
can
I
say
about
norms?
You
know
you
know
we.
L
H
N
Mr
william,
many
of
you
know
past
unfortunately,
last
year
one
of
his
biggest
thing
was
to
get
a
norms
in
the
city
of
inglewood
and
we
were
able
to
accomplish
that
and
he
was
actually
able
to
go
and
eat
there.
So
we're
really
excited
about
the
norms
project
at
the
inglewood.
N
Crenshaw
shopping
center
excited
about
that
and
then
finally,
this
is
one
of
the
ones
that
kind
of
for
a
construction
activity,
one
of
the
ones
that
was
really
blighted,
and
we
worked
many
many
years
with
previous
councilman
councilman
franklin
who
did
a
stellar
job
and
handed
a
great
baton
off
to
you,
councilwoman
faulk,
at
dealing
with
some
of
these
problematic
sites.
N
So
this
is
what
happens
when
you
work
collaboratively
when
we
have
the
leadership
from
mayor
to
council
to
our
city
manager,
who
kind
of
push
us
to
make
sure
that
we're
trying
to
incrementally
affect
what
the
aesthetics
of
our
city
look
like
and
we're
going
to
see
more
of
that.
So
those
who
pass
that
that
intersection
of
yukon
and
imperial
you
know
what
it
used
to
look
like.
N
I
didn't
want
to
show
that
one,
but
we
show
you
now:
it's
it's
a
really
clean
environment,
and
hopefully
everybody
in
that
neighborhood
is
taking
advantage
of
that.
Finally,
I'm
just
going
to
talk
quickly
about
some
of
the
city-wide
initiatives
that
we're
doing
we're
going
to
be
establishing
our
accessory
dwelling
unit
standards
for
the
city.
N
My
planning
staff
is
working
on
that
for
those
who
don't
know
as
director,
I'm
over
planning
I'm
also
over
building
safety
code
enforcement
and
economic
development.
Those
are
the
four
divisions
that
I
handle
and
they
keep
me
really
really
really
busy
yeah.
It's
amazing
we're
also
going
to
be
talking
about
enhanced
tobacco
and
smoke
shock
regulations
to
make
sure
that
we're
tightening
that,
because
those
there
seems
to
be
a
proliferation
of
those
activities
going
on
I've
been
working
with
the
chief
frontorada
on
putting
forth
some
legislation,
some
regulations
to
address
those
issues.
N
We
have
our
caltrans
active
transportation
plan
plan.
That's
going
to
be
coming
forward,
talking
about
alternative
modes
of
transportation,
those
you
like
me
like
to
bike
ride
run.
You
know
other
mechanisms
of
getting
around
and
then
we're
talking.
We're
also
going
to
be
moving
forward
with
our
transit-oriented
development
plan
for
the
crenshaw
imperial
era,
it'll
be
in
your
your
district
councilwoman
to
address
providing
intense
opportunity
for
development
in
and
around
our
stations
that
we
have
here
in
the
city
of
englewood.
N
So
that
actually
concludes
my
presentation.
I
want
to
give
a
little
time
back
and
I'm
certainly
available
at
your
call
for
any
questions.
Thank.
A
You
so
much
exciting
updates
district
four
man.
We
have
a
lot
coming.
I
hope
everybody
put
their
seat
belts
on.
I
want
to
see
if
we
can
maybe
take
a
few
questions
if
possible,
I'm
sure
that
we
have
some
residents
that
are
excited
and
have
a
few
questions,
so
I
want
to
go
ahead
right
now.
I
see
a
phone
number.
The
last
four
digits
are
six
six
two
one,
and
at
this
time
I'd
like
to
ask
you
to
go
ahead
and
unmute
and
ask
your
question.
O
N
Yeah,
absolutely
we're
really
excited
about
that.
That's
not
in
this
district
four.
So
I
kind
of
made
sure
it
kind
of
focused
on
district
four
but
yeah
market
market
street
is
our
common
saffron
and
associates
development.
Inglewood
gateway
is
under
construction.
They
just
topped
off
the
building
on
the
portion
of
the
street.
That's
on
la
brea!
N
I'm
really
excited
about
the
units
that
are
going
to
be
there,
some
2
200
rental
units
and
that's
also
that's
market
rate
as
well
as
affordable
component
in
it
that
we're
working
on
and
then
there's
going
to
be
a
neighborhood
target
that
will
be
there.
That's
going
to
be
coming
in
with
a
grocery
component
to
it,
that's
going
to
be
central
to
the
to
the
downtown
location
and
then
we're
working
on
some
of
the
other
new,
exciting
opportunities
going
to
be
coming
in
and
along
that
market
street
corridor.
N
A
Thank
you
so
much,
let's
see,
do
we
have
any
other
hands
for
any
other
questions.
For
mr
jackson,
okay,
I
don't
think
I
see
any
so
at
this
time.
I'm
going
to
thank
mr
christopher
jackson
for
his
presentation
really
always
appreciate
you
and
your
your.
Your
presentation
was
very
exciting,
so
I'm
sure
our
residents
are
really
appreciating
it.
Okay
at
this
time,
I
want
to
keep
things
moving,
I'm
going
to
ask
if
our
public
works
director,
mr
lewis,
atwell
can
unmute
at
this
time
and
start
his
presentation
there.
Q
How's
everyone
first
I'd
like
to
say
thank
you
so
much
to
the
mayor
and
council
and
you
councilwoman,
as
well
as
artie
fields,
our
city
manager,
for
giving
me
the
opportunity
to
serve
the
residents
and
businesses
of
the
city
of
inglewood,
I'm
on
my
ninth
year.
So
thank
you
very,
very
much.
Congratulations.
Q
So
I'd
like
to
get
started
with
the
presentation,
so
I'm
in
charge
of
the
public
works
department.
Next
slide.
Q
Q
Q
So,
under
all
those
divisions,
we
have
our
core
services
and
I
won't
go
into
detail
with
all
of
them,
but
essentially,
under
those
divisions
we
design,
construct
and
inspect
our
infrastructure.
We
maintain
our
city
buildings,
we
issue
encroachment
permits
which
could
be
to
the
gas
company
or
to
verizon.
At
t
we
manage
the
solid
waste
contract,
as
I
mentioned,
and
again
we
maintain
and
repair
and
order
our
vehicles
next
slide.
Please.
Q
So
I'm
just
going
to
talk
about
some
projects
that
we
completed
recently
within
district
4.,
they're,
very
notable,
especially
the
century
boulevard
project.
That's
the
city's
biggest
public
works
project
at
40
million
dollars,
and
I
know
it
took
a
few
years
and
it
was
like
surgery.
It
took
a
long
time
and
it
was
painful.
Q
But
now
I
believe
we
have
one
of
the
most
beautiful
streets
in
the
south
bay
and
it
runs
from
border
to
border
from
van
ness
to
la
cienega,
and
it
was
actually
a
full
depth.
Reconstruction,
so
literally
almost
two
feet
below
the
asphalt
surface.
We
removed
all
of
the
base
material,
the
structural
material
and
we
put
in
a
brand
new
roadway,
which
should
last
hopefully
a
century
and
with
it
we
included
signal
lights,
traffic
lights,
pedestrian
lighting,
we
constructed
new
sidewalk,
curb
and
gutter,
driveways,
medians
and
storm
drains,
and
what's
unique
about
this
street.
Q
We
also
have
a
ground
water
recharge
system,
because
the
storm
drains
under
century
are
not
big
enough
to
handle
some
of
the
bigger
storms
like
a
25
or
50-year
storm.
So
the
water
that
enters
the
catch
basins
along
that
street
also
enters
our
groundwater
basin,
and
so,
if
the
storm
drain
system
can't
handle
the
flow,
a
lot
of
it
gets
percolated
back
into
our
groundwater
system,
and
hopefully
we
don't
have
flooding
like
we
have
had
in
the
past
a
long
century.
Q
Next
slide,
please
and
then
two
other
notable
projects
within
the
district
include
imperial
highway
and
prairie
avenue,
and
they
look
wonderful.
You
should
have
seen
them
before
again.
These
were
roadway
resurfacing
projects,
some
new
sidewalks,
not
entirely
we
repaired
sidewalk
that
was
broken
or
unsafe,
and
we
also
included
curb
and
gutter
and
imperial,
was
from
venice
to
prairie
and
prairie
was
from
imperial
to
manchester,
and
each
of
these
projects
were
about
four
million
dollars
next
slide.
Q
Please,
and
then
I
won't
go
through
every
single
one
of
these
streets,
but
these
streets
were
improved
under
our
streets
and
alleys
improvements
project,
and
this
is
one
of
the
most
important
projects
that
we
have
every
year
this
year.
It
got
off
to
a
little
bit
later
start
because
of
covid,
but
you
can
see
the
number
of
streets
that
we
touch
over.
The
past
couple
years
next
slide,
please
and
so
propose
projects
next
slide.
Q
As
councilwoman
faulk
knows,
she
made
sure
this
one
was
on
there
that
one,
yes
and
then
we
have
yukon
cherry
den
118th,
116th
and
104th,
and
you
can
see
from
what
street
to
what
street
they're
going
to
next
slide.
Please
and
as
officer
cinder
mentioned
in
chief
frontorada,
we
did
reach
out
to
caltrans.
One
very
notable
person
that
spoke
earlier
mayor
butts,
sits
on
the
metro
board
and
actually
sits.
Q
I
don't
know
about
now,
but
when
he
was
chair
he
sat
very
close
to
the
district
7,
the
person
that
runs
district
7
of
caltrans,
and
so
he
can
actually
speak
to
the
district,
7
caltrans
manager
and
he
helped
pave
the
way
to
get
the
cleanups
within
the
city.
Q
Unfortunately,
for
caltrans,
as
most
people
know
they
used
to
have
you
know,
people
that
do
community
time.
The
community
workers
on
the
roads,
the
ones
that
maybe
got
in
trouble
with
the
law
and
one
way
to
do
time-
was
to
assist
in
cleanups
under
covet
that
disappeared,
and
so
the
roadway
cleanups
weren't
as
robust
as
they
are
now.
However,
cal
trans
will
be
coming
in,
as
officer
sender
mentioned
within
a
couple
few
weeks
to
clean
up
all
around
the
inglewood,
including
the
405
and
the
105..
Q
So
the
key
is
hopefully
we
can
keep
them
clean
because
it's
almost
like
we
clean
them
up,
they
come
back,
they
make
a
mess,
and
then
we
have
to
clean
them
up
again
so,
but
we
will
assist
we'll
do
our
part
we'll
work
with
them,
at
least
on
our
properties,
which
are
adjacent
to
caltrans,
and
you
know
try
to
do
our
best
under
the
law
next
slide
and.
A
L
Hi
my
name
is
yolanda,
but
this
this
has
nothing
to
do
with
him.
I
was
caught.
I
was
the
question
I
have
was
the
line,
that's
on
110th
and
111th
on
crenshaw.
It's
an
influx
of
traffic
and
people
over
there,
and
I
was
wondering
councilwoman
what
we're
going
to
do
to
combat
that
issue.
A
L
A
See
if
we
have
any
other
questions
for
mr
atwell,
I
don't
see
any
so
what
we're
going
to
do.
Thank
you
so
much
that
is
mr
louis
atwell.
Our
public
works
director
for
that
wonderful
presentation.
It
really
kind
of
gives
insight.
I
know
that
the
area
right
there
at
105
in
prairie
is
a
concern
for
a
lot
of
residents.
So
thank
you
so
much
for
addressing
that
in
your
presentation
march.
A
A
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Okay.
At
this
time
I
am
going
to
ask
dr
erica
torres
from
inglewood
unified
school
district
to
come
forward.
She
is
going
to
give
some
updates
on
behalf
of
englewood
unified
school
district,
and
I
just
want
to
say
hello.
I
miss
you,
my
my
family
and
I
used
to
talk
to
her
several
times
a
day,
and
so
I
really
miss
you
and
I'm
happy
that
you're
here
today.
Thank
you
so
much
you
can
go
ahead
with
your
presentation.
R
R
The
city
of
inglewood
is
amazing.
It's
a
city
of
champions,
we're
on
the
rise
and
I
am
so
excited
to
participate
this
evening.
I
wanted
to
share
with
you
that
I
have
had
the
distinct
pleasure
of
supporting
and
overseeing
our
district
for
over
a
year
now,
prior
to
serving
as
the
county
administrator,
I
was
the
los
angeles
county
office
of
education,
deputy
superintendent,
and
previously
I
served
in
various
leadership
positions
in
the
los
angeles
unified
school
district
for
over
20
years.
R
So
I
am
excited
to
provide
updates
regarding
the
inglewood,
unified
school
district,
and
so
let's
go
to
the
next
slide.
Please,
and
so
what
I
wanted
to
share
is
that
the
ingowood,
unified
school
district
is
a
district
on
the
rise
and
we
have
the
honor
of
providing
educational
services
to
over
8
100
students
from
preschool
to
adult
school
and
we're
really
guided
by
our
mission
and
equity
principle.
R
R
R
The
next
slide
is
our
executive
cabinet,
and
I
can't
do
this
critical
work
alone
without
our
amazing
board
and
executive
cabinet
and
staff.
Our
chief
business
official,
rafael
guzman,
dr
bernadette
lucas,
our
chief
academic
officer,
dr
hedya
kajavi,
our
chief
of
human
resources
and
mr
norberto
perez
our
chief
operating
officer.
R
What
I
thought
I
would
do
this
evening.
The
next
slide
is
a
reopening
update
and
I
wanted
to
share
with
you
that
districts
across
the
country
made
the
very
difficult
decision
to
close
our
schools
physically
almost
a
year
ago,
and
so
we
rose
to
the
challenge
and
immediately
transitioned
to
100
percent
distance
learning
per
the
guidance
and
directive
of
the
los
angeles
county
department
of
public
health
and
the
state
of
california.
R
And
so
what
I
also
wanted
to
share
is
that
on
march
10th
I
have
a
board
meeting
at
5
00
p.m.
And
I
encourage
you
to
join
in
and
receive
additional
information
about
the
status
of
reopening
of
schools,
but
just
to
highlight,
in
the
inglewood
unified
school
district.
We're
planning
to
continue
to
offer
100
percent
distance
learning
for
parents
that
choose
to
keep
their
children
enrolled
in
that
model,
but
we're
also
working
towards
a
hybrid
model
of
with
cohorts
of
students
and
staff.
And
these
will
be
smaller
cohorts.
R
So,
for
example,
our
hybrid
model
would
include
two
days
of
in-person
instruction,
two
days
of
distance
learning
in
a
remote
setting
and
one
day
of
e-learning,
which
will
incorporate
live
instruction
in
the
morning
then
asynchronous
learning
in
the
afternoon
during
the
month
of
march,
I'm
planning
to
host
a
series
of
town
hall
meetings
for
our
parents,
our
community
and
anybody.
That's
interested
in
learning
more
about
our
reopening
plans.
Of
course,
safety
is
the
top
priority
and
we
will
be
presenting
details
on
our
instructional
model,
our
safety
cleaning,
disinfecting
protocols
and
our
plan.
R
R
Special
education,
adult
transition
staff,
nurses,
food
services,
workers,
custodians
and
any
other
employee
that
has
direct
contact
with
the
public.
And
so
beach
cities
has
agreed
to
vaccinate
our
educators
at
one
of
our
schools
and
we
have
designated
inglewood
high
school
to
serve
as
our
vaccination
site.
And
I
have
already
sent
out
a
communication
to
staff.
We're
excited
about
this
opportunity,
because
what
I
plan
to
do
is
to
align
our
school
reopening
with
the
vaccination
program
for
our
educators.
R
R
Let's
go
to
the
next
slide.
Please.
This
slide
provides
you
with
an
update
on
how
we
are
setting
up
our
classrooms,
and
this
is
based
on
the
guidance
for
the
los
angeles
county
department
of
public
health,
and
so
our
classrooms
will
have,
for
example,
12
student
desks
and
we're
going
to
follow
the
six
feet.
R
Distance
guideline
we've
also
set
up
our
school
sites
with
appropriate
signage
that
are
posted
throughout
our
campuses
and
also
posted
at
all
of
our
high
traffic
areas,
and
we
also
have
staff
assigned
to
every
school
site
and
district
office
to
conduct
our
health
screenings.
Let's
go
to
the
next
slide,
please.
R
So
if
children
do
not
feel
well
we're
asking
that
they
remain
home,
we're
also
requiring
face
coverings
for
students
and
staff.
We've
also
purchased
ppes
and
we've
also
designated
very
specific
entry
points
to
ensure
that
we
don't
have
large
crowds
congregate
throughout
our
entry
points
at
our
school
facilities
and
offices.
R
Let's
go
to
the
next
slide.
Please
there
is
a
temperature
check
requirement,
so,
as
you
enter
a
school
or
one
of
our
district
office,
we
do
require
that
visitors
take
their
temperature.
We
also
have
temperature
kiosks
and
held
handheld
thermometers.
We
have
hand
sanitizer
stations
throughout
all
of
our
campuses
and
our
offices.
R
We
post
regular
updates
and
information,
and
we
have
a
web
page
dedicated
to
covid19
updates,
and
I
encourage
you
to
check
our
website
regularly
and
what
I
wanted
to
share
with
you
is
that,
since
the
very
beginning
of
this
closure,
the
inglewood
unified
school
district
has
done
an
amazing
job
of
working
with
the
city
with
community
partners
to
provide
comprehensive
supports
to
our
families,
because
we
know
that
this
pandemic
has
caused
significant
impacts
on
all
of
us
next
slide.
Please.
R
R
R
R
R
We
want
to
do
what's
best
for
our
families,
always
our
food
services,
staff
drop
off
breakfast
and
lunch
for
our
students
every
single
day
and
we're
also
going
to
begin
offering
free
swimming
lessons
for
any
of
our
students
that
are
enrolled
in
the
ymca.
Again
I
mentioned
this
is
free
of
charge
for
family,
so
I
encourage
you
to
sign
up
your
children.
R
I'm
also
excited
to
share
that
we
are
working
on
expanding
this
partnership
with
the
ymca
because
they
are
located
in
westchester,
we're
working
with
the
city
to
expand
this
opportunity
and
have
a
distance
learning
site
at
the
inglewood
public
library.
So
more
information
on
that
to
come
next
slide
please.
R
So
this
pandemic
has
really
highlighted
the
need
of
our
families,
and
we
have
leveraged
the
amazing
partnerships
that
we
have
with
the
city
and
with
community-based
organizations
with
our
board
members
to
ensure
that
we
distribute
meals
to
our
families,
and
so
we
offer
our
grab-and-go
meals
every
day
throughout
the
week
we
also
partner
with
organizations
like
the
la
regional
food
bank,
food
forward,
our
city
council
members,
the
social
justice
learning
institute
and
many
others
to
offer
food
distributions
for
our
community
next
slide.
Please-
and
lastly,
I
just
wanted
to
share
that,
especially
during
this
time.
R
We
also
have
a
parent
academy,
and
so
our
parents
have
an
opportunity
to
connect
with
staff
members
during
the
week
to
answer
questions.
They
might
have
about
resources
about
our
instructional
program
and
we
also
offer
our
staff
mental
health
and
counseling
supports
through
our
employee
assistance
services
for
education
program,
and
this
is
in
partnership
with
the
los
angeles
county
office
of
education.
R
A
Thank
you
so
much
dr
torres
that
was
such
a
comprehensive
update.
It
warmed
my
heart
to
see
the
the
pictures
of
our
students
sitting
at
the
table,
trying
their
best
to
focus
and
learn
under
the
the
difficult
circumstances
of
the
pandemic
and
what
they're
going
through,
and
I
tell
you
our
kids
are
so
resourceful.
A
It
just
really
warmed
my
heart
to
see
them
still
trying
to
learn
under
such
difficult
challenges
and
circumstances.
So,
thank
you
so
much
for
including
those
pictures
in
there
it's
beautiful
to
see
them.
It
really
was.
Thank
you
yeah.
We
really
appreciate
your
updates.
I
want
to
see
if
we
have
a
maybe
take
a
couple
of
questions
for
dr
torres.
A
Okay,
I
don't
see
any
right
now,
so
I
don't
see
any
right
now,
dr
torres,
but
thank
you
so
much.
We
really
appreciate
you
taking
time
out
of
your
busy
schedule
to
give
us
the
updates
and
it'll
be
interesting
to
see
how
the
school
reopening
happens
and,
if
it'll
happen,
with
all
the
changes
with
this
coven
19
pandemic.
So
please
continue
to
keep
our
city
of
inglewood
informed
as
to
what's
happening
with
the
reopening,
and
we
appreciate
you
so
much
for
all
that
you
do.
Thank
you
very
much.
A
Thank
you.
Okay,
at
this
time
I'm
gonna
go
ahead.
We
have
two
more
presenters,
I'm
a
little
bit,
sorry
that
we're
gonna
it
looks
like
we're.
A
Gonna
go
a
little
bit
over
time,
and
that
is
due
to
we
had
some
serious
technical
difficulty
at
the
top
of
the
hour,
the
top
of
the
meeting,
so
we're
going
to
go
a
little
bit
over,
but
we'll
try
and
have
our
presenters
present
and
and
get
the
information
to
you
and
then
we'll
hold
all
the
questions
to
the
very
end,
going
forward,
just
to
make
sure
that
our
presenters
have
an
opportunity
at
this
time.
I
want
to
ask
mr
gerard
mccullum
from
wilson
mini
to
present
on
the
clippers
arena
and
ibex
center.
A
S
Yes,
thank
you
again,
council
member,
for
allowing
us
to
speak
again.
It's
good
to
see
many
people,
I've
seen
over
the
number
of
years
that
we've
been
doing
various
projects
here
in
the
city
of
inglewood.
S
It
is
great
working
with
the
city
of
inglewood
and
all
the
various
members
from
public
works
to
economic
development
to
the
mayor,
the
city
council.
We
really
appreciate
the
years
of
collaboration
and
working,
so
we
can
go
into
the
presentation
I'll
try
to
sum
up
some
of
this,
so
that
we
can
gain
a
little
time
at
the
end
there
next
next
slide,
please,
I
think
everybody
kind
of
knows
where
we're
located
at.
S
We
are
located
we're
looking
to
locate
right
in
the
corner
of
centurion
prairie,
as
chris
alluded
to
a
little
bit
earlier.
We
are
looking
to
build
an
18
000
seat
arena.
It
will
be
the
state-of-the-art
arena.
S
S
There's
a
sports
medical
clinic
for
the
athletes
that
will
be
proposed
at
the
building,
so
this
will
be
a
facility
that
will
operate
beyond
game
day,
as
we
will
have
over
two
to
three
hundred
people
working
day
to
day
to
to
support
and
structure
both
the
arena
practices
and
the
the
team
itself
on
event
days
that
employee
account
will
go
over
up
to
over
a
thousand
people,
everything
from
parking
attendance
to
ushers
ticket
takers
to
event
staff
to
production.
S
Folks,
all
those
will
be
incorporated
into
this
one
building,
it's
a
very
unique
design.
Our
architects
are
aecom,
along
with
a
lot
of
the
local
architects
that
are
actually
being
involved
with
that
baker.
Anderson
michael
anderson
is
a
part
of
this
design
team,
along
with
walter
hood
on
the
landscaping
team.
We
really
try
to
incorporate
a
lot
of
local
involvement
in
this
project
next
slide,
just
to
give
you
approximation
of
where
it
it.
S
It
sits,
actually
just
north
of
us
as
the
sofi
stadium
and
then
just
north
of
that
is
the
forum
next
slide.
S
So
the
review
process
of
this
project
was
very,
very
intensive,
as
many
of
you
might
have
known.
Not
only
did
we
get
ab987
certification,
which
will
actually
enhance
the
amount
of
mitigation
requirements
relative
to
greenhouse
gases
and
knox
and
pm2
emissions,
so
this
will
be
one
of
the
cleanest
buildings
really
built
in
the
los
angeles
county
area.
We
have
already
got
no
hazard
determination
for
the
faa
size
of
our
building
is
much
smaller
than
obviously
the
football
stadium.
S
The
environmental
impact
report.
Not
only
did
we
do
thousands
of
pages
of
technical
support
and
15
different
environmental
access
studies
in
depth,
but
we
also
considered
several
different
alternatives
as
well.
We
really
went
the
extra
mile
with
this
project
to
really
try
to
make
the
determination
of
how
best
we
can
mitigate
any
of
the
impacts
that
locating
the
project
would
have
here.
S
This
will
be
a
zero
e
net
ghg
admissions
building
we're
going
to
generate
over
a
million
kilowatts
of
energy
per
year
by
the
solar
panels
that
will
be
on
the
roof
of
the
building,
we're
going
to
have
a
smart
water
system
saving
so
that
we,
you
know,
really
are
paying
attention
to
the
environment
overall,
a
zero
waste
reduction
program,
including
a
recycling
program,
and
then
we
are
going
to
go
for
a
leed
certification
will
be
one
of
the
first
buildings
in
a
lead
certification
status
here
in
the
city
of
inglewood.
S
But
beyond
that
we're
actually
now
expo
exploring.
Can
we
get
to
platinum?
We
really
really
do
want
to
start
to
address
the
issues
of
climate
change
and
also
the
environment
as
it
relates
to
here
in
the
city
of
inglewood
yeah.
You
know
one
of
the
other
things
that
we're
also
doing
is
actually
trying
to
clean
up
some
of
the
knots
and
pm
2.5
or
particulates,
which
are
that
really
heavy
stuff.
You
know.
Normally
we
look
at
things
like
car
emissions,
but
the
really
heavy
stuff
from
diesels
and
locomotives
and
airplanes.
S
We're
looking
at
trying
to
do
some
cleanup
in
there,
so
we're
going
to
actually
look
at
a
program
with
the
port
of
los
angeles,
to
clean
up
a
lot
of
the
large
diesel
admission
boats
to
try
to
add
to
cleaning
up
the
bay,
the
the
environment
here
in
the
south
bay.
We're
also
looking
at
you
know
the
future
here,
as
everything
starts
to
move,
you
know
towards
electrical
vehicles.
S
S
We're
going
to
try
to
add
another
thousand
trees
to
the
green
canopy
of
the
city
not
only
to
beautify,
but
also
to
help
provide
clean
air
to
the
residents
as
well
and
again,
we're
working
with
the
city
of
inglewood
to
enhance
its
fleet
towards
zero
emission
vehicles
as
well
next
slide
fiscal
impacts.
This
is
where
the
project
really
succeeds.
Quite
a
bit
seven
thousand
construction
union
jobs
will
be
a
part
of
the
project
and
we
have
a
thirty
percent
local
higher
for
construction,
jobs
and
thirty
also
earmarked
for
minority
owned
and
disadvantaged
businesses.
S
S
So
the
priority
will
be
given
first
to
inguind
residents
and
england
based
businesses
and
then
we'll
move
out
to
different
parts
of
la
county
and
those
will
be
based
on
really
sort
of
a
a
income
based
qualifications
so
that
we
do
give
these
opportunities
to
disadvantages
disadvantaged
businesses.
S
You
know
the
income
generated
for
the
city
towards
this
general
fund
for
tax
revenues
during
construction
will
be
about
12
million
dollars.
Again.
This
is
a
36
month,
construction
project
and
then
post
construction.
As
we
were
talking
a
little
bit
earlier,
we're
going
to
earmark
35
of
those
jobs
we're
going
to
really
make
a
targeted
effort
for
local
hire
throughout
the
entire
project.
S
So
that's
not
only
us
just
ticket
takers
and
parking,
but
also
what's
happening
with
our
our
team
and
and
what's
going
on
with
some
of
the
other
operations
associated
with
the
venue
as
well,
six
million
dollars
in
tax
revenues.
You
know
if
this
is
going
to
be
a
real
for
property.
That's
been
basic,
basically
vacant
20
30
40
years.
It's
going
to
really
change
a
lot
of
the
in
economic
impact
to
the
city,
the
local
school
district
and
all
the
various
taxing
entities
associated
with
the
county
next
side.
S
Part
of
this
you
know,
one
of
the
things
that
was
really
negotiated
on
behalf
of
the
city
by
the
mayor
was
an
extraordinary
community
benefits.
This
project
will
be
proposing
a
hundred
million
dollars
of
community
benefits
to
the
city
of
inglewood.
That's
extraordinary!
You
know.
S
No
other
project
I
can
think
of
in
the
united
states
on
a
private
basis,
has
really
proposed
this
level
of
community
benefits
and
the
80
million
dollars
of
that
will
be
geared
towards
affordable
housing
and
renter
support.
And
I
want
to
say
you
know
these
community
benefits
led
again
by
the
city,
council
and
mayor
butts
primarily,
was
really
part
of
an
effort
we
did
with
the
citizens.
S
We
did
a
number
of
focus
groups
to
see
exactly
where
the
need
was
and
where
we
wanted
to
target
the
community
benefits
and
so
acquisition
and
preservation
is
a
development
of
affordable
housing.
We're
going
to
create
a
loan
fund,
high-risk
loan
fund
for
developers
to
come
in
and
be
incentivized
to
be
able
to
build
buildings
that
are
geared
towards
affordable
housing
and
then,
as
that
loan
matures
put
it
back.
So
it
kind
of
keeps
going
perpetually
to
keep
moving
forward
with
trying
to
create
and
incentivize
the
increased
production
of
affordable
housing.
S
Next
slide
million
dollars
will
be
the
creation
of
we're
going
to
work
with
this,
the
city
on
rehabilitating
the
main
library,
also
working
with
after
school
tutoring
for
inglewood
students,
youth
innovation
and
design
camps,
college
scholarships,
open
open
pathways
to
college
for
english
students
and
we're
also
going
to
provide
some
funding
towards
the
senior
center
at
programming,
and
then
we're
already
started
on
some
of
the
renovations
of
some
of
the
public
basketball
courts
next
slide.
S
So
in
addition
to
that,
you
know
we,
the
arena
will
be
used
for
charitable
causes
like
like
the
local.
You
know,
high
school,
graduations,
etc.
We're
going
to
provide
access
to
the
local
nonprofits
for
community
and
community-based
groups
for
games,
and
then
the
outdasar
plaza,
which
will
be
basically
like
a
public
park,
we'll
be
providing
programming
outside
of
game
days
for
local
residents
to
to
enjoy
the
amenities
that
are
on
the
lot
itself.
S
Next
slide.
These
are
just
a
few
slides
of
just
some
of
their
images
of
the
arena
itself.
S
Again,
aecom
some
of
the
most
progressive
design
elements
will
be
associated
with
this
building,
and
so
the
idea
is
that
along
prairie
you'll
have
some
of
the
most
iconic
buildings
in
the
world,
and
that
concludes
my
presentation
and
council
member.
You
know
I
look
forward
to
hopefully
coming
back
the
next
time,
because
I'm
hoping
we'll
be
able
to
announce
that
we're
actually
being
able
to
start
construction
we're
targeting
we're
hoping
crossing
our
fingers.
S
A
Thank
you
so
much
gerard
mccullum,
you
know
I
will
tell
you
that
I
was
so
excited.
Just
listening
to
your
presentation.
A
I
think
that
it's
fabulous
that
we're
going
to
be
able
to
bring
jobs,
jobs
and
more
jobs
to
inguinal
residents
and
the
100
million
dollars
in
community
benefits
is
going
to
be
amazing,
updating
our
main
public
library.
I
mean
there's
so
many
wonderful
things
that
inglewood
residents
can
look
forward
to
as
we
continue
to
partner
with
the
ibec
center
and
so
of
course,
you're
going
to
come
back
you're
going
to
continue
to
keep
us
updated
on
all
of
the
amazing
progress,
that's
happening
in
englewood
and
district
four.
A
So
thank
you
so
much
and
let
me
if
you
don't
mind
I
wanna
see.
If
we
have
any
quick
questions
for
you,
can
we
go
and
see.
I
know
we
have
one
more
presenter.
A
So
if
you
don't
mind
holding
on,
we
might
have
a
couple
more
questions
for
you
in
our
next
presenter,
which
is
miss
maria
camacho
and
jason
witt,
and
so
we're
I'm
gonna.
Have
them
present,
mr
mccullum,
if
you
don't
mind
holding
on
I'm
sure
that
there
might
be
some
questions
for
both
of
you
guys
just
so
many
amazing
things
happening
in
the
city
of
inglewood.
It's
just
amazing!
So
at
this
time
I'm
going
to
ask
maria
camacho
and
jason
witt
to
there.
She
is
hi.
How
are
you
hi
good
evening?
A
T
T
You've
got
the
you've,
got
the
the
goods
right
there.
So,
first
and
foremost,
congratulations,
councilmember
fox
we're
so
excited
the
rams
organization
looks
forward
to
working
with
you
from
now
on
out.
So
looking
forward
to
that,
so
thank
you,
of
course,
so
our
2020
season
came
and
it
went.
T
We
wish
we
could
have
had
this
first
official
season
in
inglewood
with
fans
in
our
new
home,
but
we
hope
our
2021
season
will
be
our
real
start.
T
But
meanwhile,
the
rams
organization
has
found
many
ways
to
embrace
the
community,
so
I
just
wanted
to
run
through
a
fun,
a
few
fun
facts
of
things
that
we've
been
working
on
and
again
in
partnership
with
council,
member
faulk
and
obviously
the
mayor
and
the
other
additional
council
members.
We
look
forward
to
continuing
our
family
formation
that
we
have
going
on
here.
So
a
few
fun
examples
come
from
our
players
right
recently.
T
Our
offensive
tackle
andrew
whitworth
recently
made
a
50
000
donation
to
the
serving
spoon
to
help
keep
this
37
year
old,
local
eatery
afloat
during
the
pandemic
and
we're
actually
highlighting
the
service
serving
spoon
story
in
our
black
history
month.
Celebration
efforts-
and
we
have
all
of
that
effort
and
the
dialogue
on
our
rams.com
backslash
community
site,
we're
also
preparing
to
unveil
the
jared
goff
library
at
warren
lane
elementary
school
and
we're
continuing
to
work
with
jared.
T
Obviously
he's
no
longer
our
quarterback,
but
he
is
continuing
with
his
support
and
we're
working
with
him
and
the
district
on
some
ongoing
support,
as
he
as
he
transitions
to
detroit
we're
working
with
cooper
cup,
our
wide
receiver,
one
of
them
a
wonderful
wide
receiver
and
england
unified
to
provide
the
district
with
nike
items
to
use
for
school
incentives,
hopefully
focusing
on
attendance
and
success
of
students.
T
We
also
love
to
find
ways
to
work
with
our
inglewood
students,
we'll
be
hosting
career
panel
discussions
for
city
honor
students
and,
hopefully
morningside
and
englewood
high
school
students
as
well.
We're
preparing
to
introduce
a
new,
read,
20,
slash,
play
60
virtual
program
for
inglewood
students,
so
we're
working
on
that
now
we're
also
working
with
century
park
for
our
read
across
america
day
and
we're
donating
2
500
worth
of
books
to
the
school
which
purchased
through
a
local
bookstore
in
the
city
and
really
the
list
goes
on
and
on.
T
There's
a
ton
of
information
on
our
website
and
the
rams.com
backslash
community
that
highlight
our
things
like
our
recent
black
history
month
celebrations
our
social
justice
efforts,
our
small
business
program,
which
is
the
certified
rams
house
program.
Obviously
our
work
with
the
military
efforts
and
support
of
the
military
and
then
play
60
activity,
events
and
making
sure
youth
get
out
there
and
play
and
engage
outside
and
just
be
physically
active
for
60
minutes
a
day
every
day.
We
hope
so
again
so
excited
to
be
here.
T
A
A
P
Yeah,
so
we
can
go
on
ahead
and
go
to
the
next
slide.
They've
actually
already
infiltrated
the
room.
P
Right
now
hold
on
one
second
for
daddy,
okay,
so
a
little
bit
about
sofi
stadium
and
hollywood
park.
So,
as
you
said,
my
name
is
jason
witt,
I'm
the
director
of
community
engagement
for
sofi
stadium
at
hollywood
park,
so
so
far,
stadium
established
in
2020,
the
world's
newest
landmark
and
the
first
indoor
outdoor
stadium
of
its
kind
with
the
design
inspired
by
the
region's
sweeping
coastlines,
lush,
canyons
and
singular
culture.
It
reflects
all
that
makes
southern
california
truly
golden.
P
As
you
can
see,
people
who
have
driven
by
our
site
can
see
just
the
iconic
structure
that
sofi
stadium
is,
and
you
can
really
start
to
see
the
the
the
rest
of
the
build
out
as
it's
going
to
come
to
fruition.
P
So
we
are
the
home
of
the
los
angeles
chargers
and
of
the
los
angeles
rams,
as
you
see
represented
by
miss
maria
camacho
here
tonight,
and
then
some
things
that
you'll
see
coming
soon
to
our
project,
the
performance
venue,
which
is
a
6
000
seat
venue
and
the
hollywood
park,
retail
and
residential
next
slide.
P
So
we
are
the
largest
stadium
in
the
nfl
3.1
million
square
feet
of
event,
space.
A
fully
covered,
semi-transparent,
etfe,
roof
canopy
so
that
roof
canopy
is,
is
truly
unique.
It
is
essentially
a
glass
polymer.
If
you
will
that's
able
to
support
it's
essentially
like
glass,
and
it
can
support
the
the
weight
of
a
truck.
You
know
if
it
drives
on
it.
It's
very
sturdy
very
strong,
but
also
provides
a
lot
of
support
from
the
sun.
P
So
it
definitely
gives
us
a
lot
of
coverage
if
you
will
from
from
the
sun.
As
you
see,
we're
gonna
be
an
indoor
outdoor
stadium,
70,
000,
plus
seats,
that's
expandable
up
to
a
hundred
thousand
360
degree
concession
locations,
and
next
to
it
is
the
two
and
a
half
acre
american
airlines,
plaza
that
mr
jackson
talked
about
a
little
bit
earlier
and
then
12
acres
of
lake
park.
P
So,
as
you'll
see
there
we're
going
to
have
roughly
25
acres
of
park
and
then
12
and
a
half
acres
of
that
is
going
to
be
lake
park.
P
So
our
commitments
that
we're
going
to
have
to
the
community
think
big,
so
we're
going
to
commit
to
innovation,
inspiration
and
imagination
and
the
delivery
of
extraordinary
experiences
through
every
interaction
we're
in
this
together.
So
you
know,
we
definitely
realize
that
this
this
project
is
iconic
and
it
is,
it
is
inglewood
you
know,
and
englewood
is
iconic.
So
for
us
we
want
to
make
sure
that
everyone
knows
that
our
commitment
is
to
bring
an
environment
that
promotes
teamwork,
mutual
respect
and
recognizes
the
positive
achievements
of
all
all
are
welcome.
P
You
know
we,
we
don't
want
this
to
be
anyone
else's
stadium.
It's
all
of
our
stadium
hollywood
park
is
all
of
our
project,
so
we
commit
to
valuing
and
celebrating
the
diversity
of
our
community,
our
team
and
all
that
we
serve
keeping
it
clean.
P
And
so
keeping
it
clean,
we
can
almost
even
move
to
the
top.
Now,
based
after
after
everything
we've
experienced
with
covid,
you
know
we
commit
to
the
highest
standard
of
cleanliness.
So
we've
we've
we've
really.
You
know
from
when
we
first
started
to
come
about
last.
You
know
a
year
a
year
ago
to
where
we
are
now
really
making
that
commitment
to
cleanliness,
to
making
sure
everyone
is
safe
and
then
safety
first,
so
we
commit
to
safety
as
our
top
priority.
You
know,
most
importantly,
anybody
that
comes
to
visit
our
project.
P
It's
three
and
a
half
times
the
size
of
disneyland.
The
stadium
sits
on
60
acres
and
and
the
entire
project
is
298
acres.
So
some
of
the
upcoming
events
upcoming
concerts,
taylor,
swift,
kenny,
chesney,
motley
crew
and
def
leppard
large
scale
upcoming
events.
You
have
l.a
bowl
in
2021,
so
another
bowl
game
is
now
in
southern
california.
Outside
of
the
rose
bowl,
you
now
have
l.a
bowl
2021
that
will
take
place
here
in
inglewood
super
bowl
2022.
P
So
in
february
of
next
year
we
will
have
that
we
will
be
hosting
super
bowl,
56
college
football
playoff
in
2023,
along
with
wrestlemania
in
2023
that
one
I'm
super
excited
for,
and
then
the
olympics
opening
and
closing
ceremonies
of
the
olympics.
P
Yes,
I
think
that
was
all
of
my
slides
other
highlights
just
to
recap:
kind
of
2020.
As
a
year
for
hollywood
park,
we
were
able
to
do
1200
plus
hours
of
volunteering.
We
total
pounds
of
food
and
security
relief.
So
all
the
events
that
we
were
able
to
host
drive
through
events
and
and
other
events
we
were
able
to
support.
P
We
were
able
to
provide
77,
000
pounds
of
food
relief
and
food
insecurity
as
events
that
the
city
of
england
would
definitely
know
such
as
the
the
turkey
giveaway,
which
we
were
very
happy
and
proud
to
be
able
to
partner
with,
and,
as
you
see,
our
partners,
the
rams
and
the
chargers
came
out
to
support
as
well
of
one
of
our
corporate
sponsors
pepsi
who
provided
product
and
support.
P
So,
as
we
said,
we're
really
looking
forward
to
continuing
our
partnership,
really
continuing
our
give
and-
and
we
know
that
everyone's
really
excited
to
come
and
visit
our
site
and
come
and
visit
their
site.
Really.
And
you
know,
our
goal
is
as
soon
as
it
is
safe
and
we
get
the
the
all
clear
that
we're
able
to
do
that
and
that
you
can
really
experience
everything
that
sofi
stadium
in
hollywood
park
has
to
offer.
P
A
Wait
a
minute
chris
jackson
is
still
here.
He
he
got
his
hands
up
he's
like
yes,
he
loves
the
name.
I
have
to
give
you
props.
Oh,
oh
there's
another
bit:
okay,
oh
look!
She's.
A
P
A
A
I
appreciate
everyone
for
having
us
thank
you
so
much
and
see
if
we
have
any
questions
for
for
you
guys
and
then
also
I
don't
know
if
gerard
is
still
on
the
call,
but
I
wanted
to
check
back
oh
there.
He
is
oh
awesome.
He
is
there,
hey,
hey,
hey
gerard.
I
wanted
to
see
if
we
have
any
questions
from
our
district
4
residents
at
this
time.
I
know
it's
getting
a
little
late.
A
Can
you
go
down
a
little
bit?
They
would
be
at
the
top
right
there
right.
Okay,
all
right!
Well,
it
looks
like
we
don't
have
any,
but
I
want
to
thank
you
all
for
those
very
good
and
comprehensive
presentations.
I'm
just
excited.
I
I
see
that
the
sofi
stadium
and
clippers
arena
care
about
inglewood
you're,
bringing
jobs
to
our
residents.
A
Community

you're,
updating,
some
of
our
our
buildings
and
working
with
our
residents.
It's
just
really
exciting,
and
I
I
look
forward
to
continuing
to
partner
with
you
and
and
and
being
a
part
of
this
wonderful
relationship
that
we
have
going,
and
I
know
that
inglewood
residents
will
definitely
be
happy
that
you
guys
have
decided
to
land
right
here
in
the
wonderful
city
of
englewood.
