Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
D
Oh
yeah,
okay
yeah,
that
always
happened
so
I
have
to.
I
have
to
shut
off
youtube
because
there's
always
like
this
weird
15
seconds
away.
So
I
think
we're
good
now.
So
we're
live
on
youtube.
Now
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
hit
record
and
then
we
can
start
all
right.
So
we're
recording
live
right.
B
Thanks
sir
appreciate
it
any
public
comment
today.
D
A
comment
I'm
not
sure
if
I'm
is
that,
are
you
guys
seeing
that
right
now.
D
Okay,
I
came
in
today
and
I
I
send
this
out
to
everybody
because
it's
a
little
bit
lengthy,
it's
about
the
timing
of
street
sweeping
I
don't
know
if
anybody
wants
wants
me
to
read
it
or
guess
technically
we're
supposed
to
read
it,
I'm
not
sure
devonte
what
the
rules
are.
B
Yeah,
I
can,
I
can
read
it
if
you,
I
would
like
the
city
to
look
into
a
more
efficient,
less
disruptive
method
for
street
sweeping.
I
live
in
fall
creek,
which
must
be
close
to
where
the
street
sweeper
is
stored.
Every
weekday
morning,
I'm
awakened
at
least
once
often
more
than
once,
between
four
and
six
am
by
the
street
sweepers.
It
either
makes
its
way
to
where
it's
going
or
as
it
works
nearby
in
the
very
early
morning
hours.
It's
incredibly
noisy,
my
neighbors
mentioned
being
awakened
every
morning
as
well.
B
So
it's
not
just
me,
because
cars
are
parked
on
both
sides
of
the
street.
At
night,
the
street
sweeper
has
to
weave
around
them
unable
to
actually
clean
at
the
curb
and
leaving
the
line
of
debris,
so
you
can
see
where
travel.
I
understand
that
there
also
may
be
cleaning
storm
drains,
but
all
these
tasks
can
be
done
during
the
day
without
disrupting
the
sleep
of
the
residents.
B
Many
studies
have
rules
where,
at
a
specific
time
and
day
of
the
month,
cars
need
to
be
off
one
side
of
the
street
street
sweeping
a
few
hours
each
month
and
the
entire
curb
area
can
get
cleaned
once
a
year.
It
seems
that
the
city
posts
such
signage.
It
makes
a
concerted
effort
to
clean
each
side
of
the
street.
B
The
rest
of
the
season
seems
that
it's
a
much
less
efficient
process,
regardless
of
the
efficiency
running
such
noisy
machinery
through
residential
neighborhoods
at
4am,
is
more
disruptive
than
the
intermittent
noisy
neighbor
having
a
party
late
at
night.
Additionally,
the
amount
of
fuel
spent
as
it
weaves
around
multiple
items
around
multiple
times
on
multiple
days
concerns
me.
A
more
efficient
cleaning
schedule
would
save
money
on
fuel
as
well.
I'd
appreciate
if
the
city
considered
policies
more
considerate
of
the
taxpayers
and
residents.
Thank
you.
B
Thanks,
I
wanted
to
actually
mike,
if
you
have
any
thoughts
on
any
response
to
the
public
comment.
Any
thoughts.
D
Yeah,
I
did
talk
to
mark
verbanik
on
our
the
way
that
we
sweep
the
streets,
usually
in
the
springtime,
we'll
go
to
odd,
even
parking
and
we'll
tell
people
not
to
park
on
a
block
so
that
we
can
get
a
good
street
cleaning
done
so
that
the
catch
basins
don't
get
filled
up
and
all
that
after
that
spring
cleaning.
What
we
do
is
we
do
maintenance,
cleaning
on
the
streets
and
just
sweep
up
stuff
that
accumulates.
D
D
D
We
get
a
lot
of
comments
like
that
on
snow
removal
and
we
also
get
it
on
garbage
collection
and
the
reason
is
is
if
we
do
it
during
the
day,
then
we
box
up
traffic
and
then
we
get
even
more
complaints
about
okay,
so
dpw
has
been
doing
this
for
a
long
time.
I
like
to
think
that
over
the
decades
we've
worked
out
a
schedule
that
probably
produces
the
least
number
of
complaints.
D
Whenever
we
change
something,
we
get
a
whole
new
set
of
complaints.
So
I'm
not
sure
what
the
answer
is:
it's
in
fall,
creek
that
is
probably
closest
to
dpw.
I
don't
know
where
this
person
lives,
but
I'm
sure
the
dpw
as
the
street
sweeper
is
heading
out.
It
probably
runs
up
cayuga
street.
They
mostly
focus
on
the
downtown
areas.
C
Yes,
just
so
you
know
she
lives
on
near
the
clockwork
building,
that
stretch
of
the
street,
not
that
it
makes
a
difference,
but.
B
Good
to
know,
okay,
yeah
well
we'll
just
keep
an
eye
out
for
more
efficient,
quieter
methods,
but
I
think
you're
right
mike
that
we
often
get
complaints
about
what
is,
and
we
don't
know
how
good
it
is
until
we
try
and
change
it
to
something
else.
And
then
we
get
10x
complaints
ago.
Okay,.
D
B
B
Right
well,
thank
you.
Let's
go
now
to
reports
any
reports.
George,
do
you
have
a
report
as
a
council
liaison.
E
I
went
down
to
newman
golf
course
this
morning
and
the
friends
of
newman
it's
a
group
of
golfers
gave
the
city
five
thousand
dollars
at
a
little
ceremony
this
morning
and
it's
to
help
pay
for
the
irrigation
system
that
is
going
to
put
it
be
put
in
at
newman.
So
I
just
want
to
thank
friends
of
newman
for
doing
that
is
it's
really
cool
and
I
got
to
see
league
starting
out
at
the
beginning
of
the
day
and
there's
a
lot
of
people
dave
warden
was
one
of
them.
E
I
don't
know
how
good
a
golfer
he
is.
I
didn't
get
to
see
him
hit
the
ball,
but
it
was
a
really
a
really
positive
thing
and
I
just
want
to
thank
them.
B
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
George.
Thank
you.
Friends.
That's
much
appreciated
any
board
liaison
reports.
F
D
Guess
I
can
go
ahead
so
just
from
the
overall
bpw
organization.
You
know
we're
heading
into
budget
season
right
about
this
time
of
year.
We
don't
have
a
lot
of
guidance,
yet
I'm
not
sure
if
savant
or
steve
do
either
there's
a
lot
of
things
to
figure
out.
The
good
news
is:
there's
money
out
there.
The
bad
news
is
we're
not
quite
sure
how
to
use
it
yet,
but
I
I
suspect
that
we'll
be
hearing
more
about
that.
D
B
D
Has
put
in
probably
the
all-time
record
number
of
capital
project
requests
as
far
as
not
only
the
number
of
requests,
but
also
the
dollar
amount.
D
I
do
want
to
just
kind
of
give
a
heads
up
to
the
board
of
public
works
here.
One
of
the
items
that
is
so
expensive
is
work
that
needs
to
be
done
on
our
60-foot
dam.
D
Some
of
the
dam
safety
work
is.
We
need
to
put
in
some
rock
anchors
there
at
the
because
the
dam
doesn't
meet
current
dam
safety,
stability
analysis,
but
even
more
critical
than
that.
What
we're
starting
to
find
is
we're
getting
leaks
in
the
raw
water
main.
That's
the
24
inch
pipe
that
goes
from
the
dam
to
the
water
treatment
plant,
we're
getting
leaks
right
now.
We
think
we
can
handle
the
leaks.
But
what
is
a
little
bit
scary
to
me?
Some
of
the
outlet
works
on
the
dam.
D
So
part
of
the
problem
is
the
reservoir
has
been
filling
up
with
sediment
over
the
years
and
a
lot
of
these
outlet
works
are
now
buried
under
30
feet
of
sediment,
and
so
I've
been
working
with
scott
gibson
and
also
tg
miller
on
coming
up
with
a
plan
to
get
our
dam
fixed
and
unfortunately,
every
way
we
look
at
it.
It's
millions
of
dollars.
D
The
thing
is,
is
it
you
know
it's,
it's
served
us
well
for
110
years
and
it
needs
to
service
well
for
the
next
110
years,
and
so
you
know
at
some
point.
We
have
to
put
some
money
into
that
thing
and
I
just
wanted
to
give
people
a
heads
up
and
I'm
not
sure
that
it
will
be
funded
this
year.
We're
we're
looking
at
possible
grant
opportunities,
and,
but
I
just
did
just
want
to
let
everybody
know
that
that's
that's
out
there
floating
around
so
yeah.
That's
mostly
what
I
have.
C
Yeah
at
the
risk
of
sounding
that
was
a
damn
good
report
by
the
at
the
risk
of
sounding
completely
naive.
Is
there
an
option
to
deconstruct
the
dam
and
find
an.
D
Now
I
think,
I
think
any
conversations
about
that
really
would
probably
have
been
tied
into
the
discussions
of
building
the
water
treatment
plant
which
took
place.
You
know
long
before
I
was
here
probably
10
or
15
years
ago,
but
with
the
new
water
treatment
plant
that
that
treatment
plant
depends
on
that
dam
and
that
reservoir
being
there,
and
so
we
put
the
money
into
the
plant
plants
working
great.
Now
we
need
to
make
sure
that
it
continues
to
have
a
water
supply,
that's
reliable,
so.
B
D
B
Just
don't
know
exactly
it's
a
tricky.
It's
a
tricky
time
trying
to
predict.
What's
gonna
happen
with
the
sales
tax
trying
to
figure
out
where
the
assessments
are
headed
and
then,
of
course,
what
we
can
expect
in
continued
state
aid
and
federal
aid.
It's
been
an
unpredictable
time,
but
we
hope
to
have
the
guidance
out
around
the
normal
time,
which
is
next
month
in
july,
and
then
departments
can
react
to
that
and
submit
their
budget
proposals
to
myself
and
steve
there
and
we'll
take
it
from
there.
B
Any
other
staff
reports,
tim
or
john
also
does.
Does
anybody
know
I'm
going
to
send
a
message
to
bpw?
Let
folks
know
that
we
need
quorum
if
they
can
join
us.
F
I'll
try
to
keep
a
short
report,
but
I
think
we've
begun
the
season
if
you
can't
get
there
from
here.
As
I
joked
with
somebody
earlier,
there's
construction
all
over
the
city
and
whether
it's
hours
or
utility
companies
or
university
projects,
we've
got
a
couple
big
ones
up
on
east
hill.
The
university
is
doing
work
on
the
roadway,
just
north
of
the
thurston
avenue
bridge
they'll
be
maintaining
traffic
for
the
most
part,
but
the
intersections
with
credit
farm
drive
and
is
closed
and
wade.
F
Avenue
is
open
for
now,
but
that'll
be
kind
of
a
moving
target.
The
contractor
working
for
nice
ag
as
beginning
to
close
college
avenue
the
three
blocks
there
between
dryden
and
mitchell,
for
the
big
vaults
and
underground
duct
work
that
they're
doing
on
college
avenue.
F
The
university
has
the
hoy
road
and
the
dam
up
there.
The
dwyer
dam
closed
with
a
detour
up
to
judd's
falls
road.
So
a
couple
big
projects
up
on
east
hill,
downtown
we've
got
utility
work
and
the
titus
flats,
the
gas
companies
doing
continued
kind
of
big
area.
Gas
main
and
service
replacements
down
south
of
the
creek.
F
Our
elmira
road
paving
project
has
begun,
that'll
maintain
traffic,
but
we'll
take
a
lane
down
and
wander
in
both
directions
at
some
time,
so
that
works
has
begun
mostly
off
the
street.
For
the
moment,
as
they're
planing
for
traffic
signals
and
doing
sidewalk
work
that
paving
work
will
primarily
be
in
august
and
will
be
night
work
to
try
to
minimize
the
impacts
on
businesses
in
the
traveling
public
and
then
one
that's
off
well
kind
of
two
that
are
kind
of
not
really
affecting
traffic
too
much
one
is
the
casket.
F
We
found
quite
a
bit
of
rotten
wood
up
on
the
veranda
on
the
north
side,
which
maybe
shouldn't
be
unexpected,
but
you
never
really
know
what
you're
going
to
find
until
you
find
it
so
we're
doing
our
best
to
replace
as
much
bad
wood
with
good
wood,
as
we
can
try
to
really
make
that
building.
Last
and
they're,
starting
on
the
siding
work
up
there
as
well
and
the
other
one
is
the
led
street
light
project
is
well
underway.
A
Yes,
the
city
sidewalk
contractor
millennium
construction
took
last
week
off
the
main
guy
was
getting
married,
so
everyone
else
has
stopped
for
a
week
and
they're
working
this
week
on
the
500
600
block
of
west
green
street.
I
think
they're
also
going
to
take
another
week
off.
We
got
really
good
prices
for
them
so
and
we
because
we
extended
their
schedule
to
give
them
more
freedom
to
come
and
go,
but
they're
going
to
finish
up
what
they've,
disturbed
and
excavated
and
restored
and
they're
going
to
move
on
to.
A
C
Yeah
john
kind
of
a
random
question,
but
related,
I
noticed
in
driving
by
green
street
that
in
some
instances
the
contractor
replaced
the
drive
portion
adjacent
to
the
or
the
transition
between
the
curb
and
the
the
street
with
concrete
and
in
other
cases
they
replaced
it
with
asphalt,
and
it
just
struck
me
as
being
odd
that
they
would
do
both
and
I
couldn't
necessarily
see
a
pattern.
C
A
Yeah,
so
for
the
most
part,
the
city
sidewalk
program
only
pays
for
the
running
through
sidewalk.
We
don't
do
driveway
aprons
in
instances
that
we
did.
We
do
driveway
aprons.
We
talk
to
the
property
owners
and
say:
hey:
do
you
want
to
pay
the
city's
costs
for
doing
the
excavation
concrete?
Basically,
whatever
the
city's
costs
are
and
then
for
the
most
part,
it's
concrete?
In
other
instances,
the
property
owner
will
pay
for
asphalt
to
be
put
in
there.
B
A
A
The
property
owner
didn't
want
to
pay
for
anything,
and
so
we
gave
them
style
by
doing
a
one
or
two
foot
strip
of
asphalt
as
a
patch
or
a
weight
of
meeting,
and
I
want
to
say
also
that
they'll
be
on
west
seneca
street
for
a
good
portion
on
there
within
a
few
weeks
as
well
the
sidewalk
program,
and
then
we
are
moving
forward
with
contract.
Signing
for
the
jowl
street
sidewalk
project
for
right
now
looks
like
later
fall
for
starting
that
long
project,
which
will
be
exciting.
D
B
E
I
have
a
question
for
tim
about
the
led
lighting
tim.
Do
we
know
where
is
there
like
a
schedule
of
where
they're
gonna
be?
I've
got
certain
people
in
certain
neighborhoods
that
are
wondering
where
they
are
in
the
queue.
F
F
B
What
do
you
think
if
we
discuss
the
items
now
as
a
as
a
body,
because
we
won't
be
able
to
vote
on
them,
but
we
can
give
staff
a
sense
of
direction
at
least
and
then
see
what
we
can
do?
I
know
we
have
two
options.
One
is,
if
there's
anything
we
really
have
to
move
forward
on,
we
could
call
another
special
meeting
make
sure
we
have
a
quorum
and
then
do
that
before
next
month.
We
could.
D
B
Just
send
any
of
these
items
that
need
to
be
voted
on
to
county
council
council
can
do
anything,
ubw
can
do,
but
we
could
give
them
a
sign.
We
could
say
the
four
of
us
the
meeting
we
all
supported
it
or
we
all
opposed
it.
Whichever
and
let
council
take
it
from
there,
how
does
that
sound
mike?
Does
that?
Would
that
be
useful?
Or
no
do
you
think
we
should
just
reschedule.
D
I
think
I
think
a
lot
of
these
we've
discussed
at
least
the
fall
creek
drive,
so
I'm
not
sure
there's
anything
more
to
discuss
the
south
albany
street
bridge.
D
I
didn't
read
through
the
whole
thing
tim,
but
since
we're
declaring
lead
agency
and
also
doing
a
negative
declaration
on
the
same
night,
I
think
it's
just
one
of
those
requirements
that
we're
supposed
to
do.
I'm
not
sure
that
there's
any
real
environmental
oh
hold
on
garrick
garrick
is
here
so
I'm
gonna
admit
him.
So
we
have
a
quorum.
I
think.
D
I
just
called
him
and
got
a.
I
got
his
answering
message,
but
maybe
he
saw
that
I
called,
or
he
saw
your
email
savante.
I
saw
your
email
that
just
come
out.
C
B
B
Would
anyone
like
to
move
9a
the
environmental
review,
negative
declare
declaration
for
fall?
Creek
drive,
that's
moved
by
dave.
Second,
by
rob
any
discussion
all
those
in
favor
that
carries
unanimously.
Next.
Is
the
resolution
to
direct
sidewalk
work
on
the
300
block
of
fall
creek
drive?
Would
anyone
like
to
move
that,
let's
move
by
rob?
Second
by
dave
any
discussion
there.
A
Just
want
to
say
savante,
real
quick,
that
we
did
start
all
these
discussions
back
in
march,
so
we've
got
ilpc
approval
for
this
and
certificate
of
appropriateness
and
yeah,
we'll
get
submit
a
capital
project
request
for
your
review
and
the
rest
of
the
team
later
this
year.
That
would
be
the
city
portion
of
this
project,
but
yeah.
A
It
will
also
be
voted
on
I'll,
be
back
next
month
with
the
2022
work
plan
for
all
the
sidewalk
work,
and
this
project
will
be
listed
as
an
alternate
because
it's
actually
funded
not
with
the
sid
money
but
probably
taking
the
lead
on
it
as
a
engineer
or
a
project
manager,
so
yeah.
Thank
you
for
all
your
time
and
efforts
are
moving
through
and
I'll
be
done.
B
We
haven't
voted
on
that,
yet
it
was
moved
in
second
mid.
All
those
in
favor.
B
The
next
is
to
change
that
same
block
to
one-way
traffic.
Again,
this
is
we.
We
have
discussed
this
and
any
well
would
I
would
like
to
to
move
first
moved
by
rod.
Second,
by
dave,
any
discussion.
A
I
just
want
to
say
that
briefly
that
the
this
resolution
says
that
after
the
construction
happens,
then
the
scheduled
change
will
happen
in
the
vehicle
traffic
law
of
the
city
so
yeah.
It
is
contingent
upon
the
construction,
all
the
signs
going
up
and
everything,
but
yeah
it's
good
to
get
it
done
ahead
of
time.
B
And
that
carries
unanimously
as
well,
I
think
john's
in
favor.
Yes,
thank
you
thanks
thanks
jonathan,
that's
it's
great
to
get
that
that
package
moved
through.
So
next
is
leading
the
south
albany
street
bridge
project.
Would
anyone
like
to
move
move
by
david
is
our
second
second
by
rob
all
those
in
favor
of
declaring
the
board
of
public
works.
The
lead
agent
on
this
project
that
carries
unanimously
and
then
the
environmental
review
for
negative
decoration
for
the
south
albany
street
bridge
project?
Would
anyone
like
to
move
move
by
david?
B
Second,
by
rob
any
discussion,
there's
tons.
E
B
Tons
of
it's
amazing
just
what
it's
such
a
small
bridge
and
so
much
I
mean
you
think
it
was.
I
don't
know
indian
point
or
something
or
chernobyl,
it's
like
pages
pages.
Okay,
then
all
those
in
favor.
B
And
that
carries
unanimously
great,
so
we
already
authorized
the
project
tim
right.
That's
why
we're
not?
We
don't
have
a
third
vote
to
actually
fund
it.
F
That's
right,
yeah,
so
the
council's
voted
to
extend
into
final
design.
We
still
need
to
make
the
big
choice
about
which
alternative
is
the
preferred
alternative,
whether
it's
the
wider
deck
with
bike
lanes
or
it's
a
little
narrower
one
with
shared
lanes,
but
that's
kind
of
a
budget
decision
in
many
ways.
So
the
board
you
know.
Obviously
we
talked
about
this-
like
we're-
welcome,
happy
to
hear
your
opinion
on
it,
but
we're
kind
of
waiting
to
see
how
we
finish
out.
The
budget
conversation
too.
B
Okay,
yeah
does
anybody
so
first
garrick,
that
is
the
that
is
the
last
voting
item.
So
that
was
the
last
voting
item.
So
if
you
do
have
to
run,
I'm.
B
B
Is
it
yeah
seems
like
all
the
airports
getting
an
upgrade
thanks,
obama
anyway,
so
the
the
albany
street
bridge,
while
we're
all
here
anybody
have
thoughts
on
the
deck
I
mean.
If
there's
excess
budget
does
it
say
yeah
john,
go
ahead.
C
Yeah
I
mean
I,
I
I
I'll
sound
like
the
broken
record,
but
any
chance
we
can
put
bike
lanes
in
the
city.
I
think
that
should
be
our
first
priority.
In
fact,
I
think
it
should
be
our
only
priority.
I
realize
it's
a
budget
decision
and
we
can't
always
do
what
we
want,
but
you
know
you
know
tim's
work
on
the
state.
I
don't
know
what
it
would
be,
the
the
project
down
by
brinley.
C
C
Where
we're
already
spending
the
money
to
do
it,
we
should
find
a
way
to
make
it
work,
because
it's
so
important-
and
I
you
know
I
I
was
reminded
of
it
recently
of
the
desire
to
have
you-
know-
sort
of
more
obvious
and
safer
bike
lanes
as
I'm
down
to
my
family's
down
to
one
car
and
I'm
riding
my
bike
a
lot
more
to
get
to
and
fro-
and
you
know
it's
just
there's
like
a
lot
of
places
where
you're
really
taking
your
hands
your
life
into
your
hands,
and
I
it's
it's.
B
Yeah
my
feelings
are
similar
right.
I
think
it's
important
to
grab
whatever
opportunities.
We
can.
You
know
a
budget
dependent
of
course
I
I
know
that
road
is
also
already
kind
of
narrow.
So
sometimes
it's
you
get
limited
utility
when
if
the
road
is
narrow
and
then
you're
out
of
bike
lane
just
on
the
bridge,
but
then
the
lane
disappears
past
the
bridge,
then
it's
kind
of
it's
not
quite
as
useful.
In
fact,
sometimes
I
feel
a
little
more
dangerous
weaving
it
in
and
out
like
in
and
out
of
the
lane.
B
F
E
F
Yeah,
some
of
the
counter
arguments
to
bike
lanes
that
we've
heard
have
been
a
little
bit
along
the
lines
of
what
you're
saying:
cevante,
there's
not
really
a
bikeway
that
extends
north
and
south
along
albany
street,
and
the
city
has
spent
a
little
bit
more
time.
Investing
in
the
bikeway
along
plain
street
and
bikewalk
tompkins.
Recent
bicycling
for
everybody
plan
actually
keeps
that
focus
on
plane
street,
not
so
much
on
albany
street,
and
if
we're
able
to
have
a
wider
deck
part
of
the
question
would
be.
F
Does
it
make
more
sense
to
have
wider
sidewalks
on
the
bridge?
It's
kind
of
similar
to
the
conversation
we
have
on
cuga
street
south
cougar
street
bridge,
with
all
the
people
that
are
walking
around.
Do
we
spend
kind
of
our
capital
so
to
speak?
I
guess
literally,
but
you
know
on
bike
lanes,
or
does
it
make
sense
really
to
make
the
pedestrian
experience
really
top-notch
and
maybe
focus
more
on
the
bikeway
on
plane
street?
F
B
And
at
the
risk
of
starting
a
a
fight,
I
mean
what,
if
we
do
put
you
know
in
the
future,
could
we
put
bike
lanes
on
albany
by
removing
a
lane
and
parking
and
creating
a
full
thoroughfare
there?
If
that's
even
in
the
cards,
I
mean,
how
often
do
we
repair
the
bridge
once
every
40
years?
Ideally
so,
should
we
do
it
now,
anyway,
I'll
all,
you
know
all
an
academic
conversation
until
we
know
what
the
budget
looks
like
sorry,.
F
B
We've
already
blown
it
what's
the
longest.
Could
we
just
hang
out
anybody
want
to
watch
lord
of
the
rings,
all
right,
fine,
fine!
I
go.
Do
it
myself,
there's
a
lot
of
infrastructure
talking
lord
of
the
rings
when
they
have
to
hold
helms
deep,
there's
the
bridges
and
then
there's
the
walls
and
I'll.
Send
you
guys
my
thesis
later?
That's
what
I
did.
My
master's
thesis.
