reduction
in
parking
is
for

to
renovate

building,

going

add

off
to
be
more
efficient
for
the
parking
and
in
goodwill,
we've
already
determined
that
it's
an
underutilized
parking
lot
already.

know
you
mentioned

there

personal
issues

hand

the
applicant,
but
if
it's
been
deferred
a
certain
number
of
times,

there

process

that

will
it
just
keep
getting
deferred
until
he's
able
to
do
that?

code
basically
says
that
the

first
deferral
was
not
a
request
by
the
applicant.
That
was
a
deferral
because
of
failure
notice
on
the
city's
part.

this
is
the
first
requested
deferral.
The
code
allows
you
to
grant
one
requested
deferral
and
then
it's
really
up
to
the
board
if
they
wish
to
grant
any
more
or
just
want
to
hear
the
case
and
absence
of
the
applicant.

continued
deferrals
at
all
affect
the
cities,
because
I
know
that
there
were
various
code
enforcement
issues
also
involved
in
that
case,
that
sort
of
prompted
this
appearance-
or
maybe
it
was
the
other
way
around-
that
that
multiple
deferrals
won't
have
any
impact
on.

issues
