If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Workshops
that
does
exactly
what
you're
talking
about.
We
have
adopted
plans.
The
point
is,
we
know
we
want
to
make
changes
to
those
plan
plans
based
on
new
visions,
and
that
is
the
major
focal
point
of
what
we
have
to
do
in
august
before
our
meeting
to
make
it
work,
and
that's
part
of
the
report
that
I
believe
heaven
will
be
discussing
with
the
members
as
well,
but
it's
really
a
good
idea.
A
B
Just
to
say
why
I
feel
this
way,
because
it's
all
about
it's
all
about
perception.
It's
all
about
processes
right.
So
if
we
are
supposed
to
be
driven
driving
a
plan
that
they
have
given
us,
which
we
clearly
have,
we
have
a
plan.
We
just
have
to
map
it
out
as
to
what
we
want
to
do
and
see
if
it
fits
inside
said
plan.
I
think
it's
important
before
they
decide
what
they
want
to
see
to
say:
hey,
they
do
have
ideas
and
it
does
fit
or
it
doesn't
fit.
B
So,
even
if
you
have
an
idea
that
doesn't
fit
in
said
corridor,
I
think
it
should
be
at
least
mentioned,
so
it
can
be
part
of
a
menu
of
things
we're
discussing,
because
if
I
were
let's
say
boss
and
I
had
hired
someone
to
be
productive
and
proactive,
I
want
to
see
that
they
were
doing
something
prior
to
me,
trying
to
take
it
over
and
rework
it.
That's
just
how
my
business
mind
works.
So
that's
why
I'm
going
to
take
that
extra
step.
First,
yeah
right.
A
Thank
you
again
for
that,
because
to
build
on
your
point
that
it
might
not
fit
within
the
plan.
That's
the
purpose
of
going
through
this
exercise
to
amend
the
plans
is
appropriate
to
get
them
in
there,
which
will
then
want
to
work
back
through
the
community
and
with
the
city
council
for
for
approval.
After
announcement
by
using
board.
C
All
right
we're
staff
report,
one
of
the
things
I
think
we
need
to
do.
Jeff
brought
up
the
issue
about
the
lighting.
We've
always
been
told.
We
need
to
speak
as
one
voice.
If
that's
something
we
want
for
staff
to
bring
back
before
us.
I
think
we
need
to
be
very
clear
that
we're
asking
them
to
bring
that
back
before
it
gets
implemented
or
before
it
gets
decided,
and
I
guess
I
need
to
pull
everybody
as
a
whole
to
make
sure
everybody's
on
board
with
that.
Yes,
okay,.
C
I
give
good
directions:
okay
on
the
new
business
bike,
racks
bottles,
trash
cans,
seatings
terrace
seating
and
for
the
downtown.
D
Okay,
so
you
guys
all
got
a
bunch
of
pretty
pictures
in
your
agenda
packets
for
the
decisions
that
you
came
to
consensus
about
at
our
workshops.
So
if
you
have
any
questions
on
any
of
these,
let
me
know,
but
these
are
ready
for
your
final
approval,
so
we
can
start
going
out
to
bid
putting
stuff
in
the
ground.
D
C
B
Similar,
I
think
he
told
us
that
those
were
no
longer
available.
I
feel
like
in
one
of
our
classmates.
They
said
that
those
were
no
longer
the
one
pole
versus
the
two
pole
I
feel
like
those
they
said
were
no
longer
available,
and
that
was
the
closest
they
could
get
to
it.
I
think
that's
what
they
told
us.
I
can't.
C
The
board
member-
they
was
picking
on
this
one.
Specifically,
I
just
looked
at
this
and
thought
those
out
there
are
like
have
a
a
12
inch
circle
and
have
like
13
14
inch
legs
that
go
down
and
and
this
according
to
that
drawing
looks
like
it's
about
three
inch
legs
that
go
down,
and
so
that
does
not
look
like
that,
and
so
I
want
to
make
sure
before
we
get
hundreds
of
those
things
out
there
that
we're
clear
about
what
we're
ordering.
D
D
F
Didn't
look
closely
enough,
but
I
assumed
these
were
the
same
ones
when
I
put
my
sticker
on
that
were
out
there
and
if,
in
fact,
they're
no
longer
available-
and
this
is
as
close
as
you
can
come-
that's
fine,
but
we've
got
a
lot
of
them
out
there,
especially
on
that
secondhand
lot,
and
I
like
them
and
to
for
consistency.
If
they
happen
to
still
be
available,
I
would
prefer
if
I
was
choosing
the
existing
design
that
we
have
out
there.
So
that's.
D
B
B
It
looks
like
waves,
dolphins
and
surfboards,
which
is
a
new
fish
which
is
fine
with
me,
but
I
wanted
to
make
sure
there's
some
kind
of
notation
that
the
surfboard
we
try
to
implement
that
logo
in
there
too,
because
we
had
talked
about
how,
since
it's
ground
and
our
other
ones
around,
it
just
made
sense
to
make
those,
not
everyone
had
to
have
on
one
occasional
one
with
the
jacks
beach
door
go
on.
B
It
would
be
great,
and
then
I
had
one
other
just
side
comment
to
those
beautification
guys
that
the
seating
stones
that
we
chose
that
I
do
like
and
think
will
fit
really
nice
in
the
area
since
we
don't
have
a
wavy
pathways.
I
would
like
to
hypothetically
ask
or
wishfully
ask
that
we
do
as
much
as
vegetation
as
we
can
like
this,
because
the
vegetation
does
make
those
rocks
seem
so
much
more
inviting.
So
that's
really
all
I
wanna
just
hopefully
wish
for
it
when
we
do
place
them,
but
other
than
that
I
have
ingredients.
B
D
And
I
don't
have
it
in
front
of
me,
but
just
my
recollection
of
the
hardscape,
the
streetscape
plan,
a
lot
of
the
locations
were
within
little
landscape,
right
buffers
and
islands.
So
I
think
what
you're
talking
about
has
already
kind
of
been
incorporated
into
the
plan
for
where
these
seats
will
actually
be
located.
C
I
just
to
me
it's
just
it's
going
to
be
another
place
for
our
urban
outdoors
and
just
gotta
hang
out
all
day
long
and
there's
no
way
for
you
to
kind
of
shovel
people
along
unless
you
fence
it
off
and
you
trespass
it
24
7.,
and
so
that
being
said,
I
don't
I,
I
don't
think
we
should
even
attempt
putting
in
some
sort
of
terrorist
seating.
Like
that,
I
I
can't
speak
for
the
board
as
a
whole.
I'm
going
to
talk
about
that.
Just
I
see
nothing
but
problems
coming
from
that
yeah.
F
On
that
point,
I'm
kind
of
neutral,
but
I
understand
the
police
had
some
real
concerns
with
it
too,
both
from
that
standpoint
and
the
safety
thing
with
people
rolling
off
the
back,
and
things
like
that.
F
So
I
passed
that
along
and
then,
where
was
my
undercover?
F
F
F
And
what's
the
time
you
know
like,
I
have
a
couple
right
now,
where
I
have
one
specific
one
right
now
and
that
is
trash
cans,
glorious
subjective
trash
cans
on
second
avenue
north
from
the
the
ocean
front
to
the
beach
the
ocean
front
to
third
street.
F
Excuse
me:
there
are
seven
trash
cans
along
those
three
blocks
on
third
avenue
north
and
there's
two
two
bars
and
restaurants
on
that
street
on
third
avenue
north
the
same
thing
from
the
ocean
front
to
third
avenue:
there's,
maybe
two
and
there
are
seven
artisan
restaurants
on
that
short
stretch
and
they
generate
a
lot
of
trash
and
people
walk
out
legally
or
whatever,
with
their
cups
or
hamburger,
wrappers
and
stuff,
and
there
is
absolutely
no
place
to
put
the
trash
that
hot
dogs
stand
in
front
of
the
ritz.
There's
no
trash.
F
B
Trash
out
there,
francis,
I
don't
want
to
go
back
to
the
chair,
seating.
I
agree
with
your
art
I
am,
I
am
actually
online
on
it.
I
do
think
it's
a
great
concept
to
have
something
like
that.
I
think
it
would
channel
traffic
into
the
park
because
you
can
block
it
off
and
have
directly
two
ways
into
the
park.
I
think
it's
great
for
additional
seating
if
you
can
utilize
it
for
if
there
are
things
to
buy
on
the
boardwalk
to
sit
and
eat.
I
also
think
it's.
B
It
would
be
a
great
way
to,
even
if
you
can
make
it
tall
enough
to
incorporate
a
bathroom
or
something
because
the
bathrooms
are
six
south
and
second
there's
a
huge
gap
with
no
public
restrooms.
Even
though
there's
some
by
the
band
shell
they're
never
really
ever
open.
I
think
there's
a
lot
of
positives
to
having
this.
However,
I
don't
think
we
have
the
infrastructure
or
the
proper
use
of
the
green,
to
justify
putting
something
like
this
until
it
becomes
so
populated
that
it
would
be
used
by
patrons.
B
C
G
G
I
think
we
need
to
take
the
steps
to
improve
laken
plaza
and
the
banshell
area,
and
this
is
a
quality
step
and
I've
seen
this
used
in
urban
areas
all
around
the
country
and
numerous
cities
that
don't
have
the
problems
that
you're
talking
about
we're
going
to
have
the
police
for
the
homeless
one
way
or
another.
This
is
not
going
to
make
any
difference.
C
I
don't
have
a
problem
with
cleaning
up
the
bushes
there
cleaning
up
the
fence
beautifying
that
area.
I
just,
I
think,
putting
it's
almost
like
when
we
put
the
the
the
benches
in
the
park.
I
guess
you
call
it
dolphin
park
down
here
at
fifth
avenue
south
we
put
toasters
rather
than
park
benches,
so
you
don't
have
people
that
are
going
to
sleep
around
all
the
time.
C
If
you,
if
you
were
wrecked
almost
like
stadium
seating
out
there,
you're
going
to
have
people
sleeping
on
them
all
the
time
and
there's
not
going
to
be
any
way
legally
for
the
police
to
shepherd
them
along
unless
you,
unless
you
fence
it
off,
and
you
can
basically
trust
me-
trespass
people
off
there
and
then
where's
your
aesthetics.
C
If
you
have
a
fence
around,
I
mean
it's
just
one
of
those
things
where
right
now,
I
agree
with
francis
says:
if
you
want
to
do
it
later
on,
if
it
makes
sense
later
on
saying
that,
let's
never
do
it.
I
just
said
right
now:
I
see
it
being
more
of
a
problem
than
anything
else.
The
police
chief,
the
police
officers,
already
said
that
they
thought
it
was
a
problem.
I
mean
I
don't
understand
what
we're
trying
to
fix
here.
E
Just
to
add,
you
know
my
opinion
there.
I
don't
think
you're
going
to
end
up
with
a
bunch
of
people
on
it's
like
the
equivalent
of
sleeping
on
a
sidewalk
when
it's
concrete
it's
flat,
they
can
do
that
right
on
the
sidewalks
right
next
to
it.
So
I
don't
foresee
that
being
too
much
of
an
issue.
I
like
the
idea
that
I'm
concerned
about
you
know
how
does
this
affect
deck?
E
F
Francis
I,
like
you
know
I
like
the
concept,
but
I
think
we
should
wait
until
we
address
the
rest
of
latham
plaza,
which
brings
up
another
point.
We've
had
proposals
for
latham
and
designs,
and
I
haven't
seen
anything
mentioned
in
a
couple
years
now
on
that
now
is
that
sitting
desk
somewhere?
F
B
Okay,
I'll
be
general
enough
to
not
get
myself
in
trouble.
Yes,
there
have
been
drawings.
Yes,
those
drawings
were
held
up
by
people
who
may
or
may
not
have
been
on
city
council
in
the
past,
and
people
who
worked
in
the
city
because
it
did
interfere
with
our
advanced
downtown,
purposely
didn't
want
to
do
it
because
affected
vendors
and
it
affected
other
things.
B
I
am
not
a
mindset
that
we
should
be
designing
the
plaza
for
those
events,
even
though
they
bring
us
a
lot
of
revenue,
but
sometimes
more
headache,
I'll
generalize
that
so
it
is
somewhere
in
the
moth
falls,
but
purposely
placed
because
it
was
affecting
those
areas.
Therefore,
we
never
got
to
see
them
so
I'll
limit
that,
but
I
do
think
we
as
a
board.
B
I
think
we
all
could
say
we
want
to
jump
on
life
in
plaza
and
figure
out
what
that
feel
is
going
to
be,
which
may
be
part
of
our
pitch
that
we're
gonna
do
his
homework.
I'm
gonna
do.
I
hope
you
guys
join
me
on
with
this,
because
there
are
properties
in
that
area
that
we
don't
own,
but
we
can
give
direction
to
the
city
or
to
the
people
who
actually
own
those
lots
around
that
area.
Then
we
can
say
hey
if
we
do
this,
do
we
incentivize
you
to
do
this?
E
B
Bring
the
patrons
there
which
will
bring
the
businesses
there,
which
will
then
make
sense
to
have
such
seating,
because
there'll
be
so
many
well
the
biggest
way
to
move
or
to
deter
some
passer
passerbys
is
to
have
it
a
busy
location
and
being
monitored
by
cops,
because
there's
a
big
group
of
patrons
around
that
would
generate
the
seating
being
done
by
a
public,
not
necessarily
those
who
visit
per
se
or
don't
have
their
homeless.
I
could
just
say
so.
B
I
think
that
this
could
be
a
very
short-term
project
for
us
if
we
decide
to
just
jump
on
it,
but
we
can't
do
that
until
we
have
a
consensus,
decide
what
we're
going
to
do
in
that
corridor
and
if
that
corridor
fits
in
our
current
plan,
or
we
need
to
ask
for
an
update
in
it,
because
we
as
a
group
want
it.
So
I
don't
think
that
saying
no
now
means
no
in
a
year
as
this
thing's
known
now,
but
maybe
in
six
months
we
attack
it.
So
that's
all
I'll
say.
E
B
D
D
A
If
I
may
sure
many
of
the
things
that
we
discussed
at
the
beginning
is
brought
up
by
new
francis
and
others
is
in
this
program,
as
it
relates
to
the
workshop
the
vision
plan,
the
amendment
process-
that's
an
important
part
of
it.
Someone
said
this
is
a
lot
of
work
to
be
done
in
the
next
few
months,
and
it
is-
and
we're
very
excited
about
doing
that,
because
this
is
the
type
of
work
that
we
really
enjoy
doing.
A
All
of
this
has
to
come
after
the
work
that
we're
talking
about
here,
though,
in
terms
of
the
vision
plan,
knowing
what
we
want
to
do,
a
lot
of
work
to
be
done,
and
the
next
part
of
this
is
we
adopted
the
incentive
toolbox
that
was
submitted.
The
next
important
part
of
this
is
taking
it
down
to
the
next
level
of
detail,
so
decisions
can
be
made
about
the
best
ways
and
means
to
use
incentives
to
achieve
your
objectives.
A
It's
not
about
just
throwing
away
free
money,
but
it's
about
our
second
folks
that
may
receive
incentives
to
make
sure
that
they
do
what
they
are
supposed
to
do
when
we're
talking
about
using
public
money
to
assist
them.
So
it's
a
very
ambitious
agenda
and-
and-
and
I
think,
I'm
speaking
on
behalf
of
taylor
maher
we're
very
excited
about
this.
This
we've
already
done
a
lot
of
work.
A
One
part
from
that
which
you'll
be
seeing
very
soon
as
far
as
incentive
is
a
project
profile
analysis
that
will
give
you
some
clear
criteria
in
which
to
evaluate
projects
and
and
then
we
would
move
into,
let's
see
what
we
can
get
done,
how
quickly
so
we're
excited
about
this
very
ambitious
agenda.
It's
something
that
we
really
enjoy
doing.
Thank
you.
C
A
P3,
do
we
develop
plan
amendment
envisioning,
the
the
next
detail
level
on
senate
work?
No,
no.
A
C
G
That's
that's
really
the
big
thing
and
jim
the
thing
that
we
really
need
to
focus
on
is
this
planning
and
you
need
a
proposal
that
does
talk
about
preparing
plan
amendment
language
within
90
days.
We've
got
a
lot
of
work
to
do
in
90
days.
To
make
that
happen,
I
mean,
I
think
the
first
steps
are
what
francis
was
talking
about
before
and
I'm
you
know.
G
G
You
know
in
the
proposal
six
months
ago,
but
it
did
and
we
got
caught
up
in
administration
yeah,
and
so
we,
this
time
around,
we
really
gotta
focus
on
the
planning
aspects.
No
question:
does
the
the
items
that
you
specifically
mentioned
in
here?
I've
got
mine,
highlighted
I'm
not
going
to
read
them
all,
but
those
are
the
ones
that
we
really
need
to
focus
on
in
our
upcoming
meetings
for
the
next
90
days.
Good.
A
C
F
I'll
move
to
or
approve
the
contract
extension
for
the
southern
group
as
proposed
to
the.
C
C
A
That
we
had
one
of
the
last
meetings
about
doing
this,
and
discussions
and
heather
and
taylor
can
discuss
it.
What
would
be
the
best
process
to
get
this
on?
The
record
is
something
that
you
had
indicated
that
you
wanted
to
do
and
the
resolution
right.
It's
the
result.
It's
a
recommendation
for
this
resolution.
D
D
C
I
think
this
is
just
me:
you
captured
everything,
but
what
we
did
not
put
in
here.
The
reason.
Why
is
because
we
have
one
more
block
left
of
commercial
on
first
street
and
we
want
we
figure.
That's
a
good,
ending
point
right
there
in
that
last
commercial
piece,
and
so
I
don't
know
if
you
somehow.
You
can
add
that
to
your
memorandum
here
because
it
just
says
we
want
to
do
it,
but
it
doesn't
give
any
reason
why
we're
doing
it
and
that
seems
kind
of
arbitrary
we're
going
to
send
another
another
block.
But.
D
G
Comment
that
we're
going
to
make
sure
that
the
pavement
markings
are
such
that
those
are
cheryl
lanes
right,
not
pipelines,
but
shared
lanes,
because,
right
now
the
pavement
marking
on
that
margaritaville
is
it
has
a
bike
line.
The
actual
vehicle
lane
is
marked
as
a
bike
lane,
not
as
a
share
of
lane
as
it
is
when
you
go
a
little
bit
further
south
all
of
the
markings
are
through
sheriff
lane.
So
we'll
do
the
same
thing.
All
the
way
up
to
8th
avenue
north.
D
F
A
question
I
don't
know,
I
wouldn't
look
the
next
day
and
there
is
a
shared
logo.
There.
You
have
the
bike
lane
and
the
shared
logo,
which
I
agree
is
a
little
confusing,
but
the
logo
is
there
pointing
north
on
the
margaritaville
block.
They
don't
have
one
as
you
come
south
as
you
enter
the
lane.
I
think
you
probably
would
need
one
there
too,
for
the
people
coming
from
the
north,
but
there
is
one
there's
a
white
light.
Now,
there's
the
shared
air
over
on
the
west
side
of
the
street.
D
D
G
G
G
So
I'm
hoping
we're
taking
a
look
at
that
to
figure
out
how
to
improve
that
situation.
So
we're
not
getting
all
the
traffic
backing
out
onto
first
street.
D
Yeah,
I
do
believe
homeworks
is
looking
at
sixth
avenue
north.
I
don't
think
that
same
problem
is
is
happening
on
seventh
avenue.
B
C
C
B
B
Are
we
going
to
try
to
squish
that
in
before
you
guys
meet
with
city
council
and
provide
other
things
as
well
or
but
where
are
we
as
far
as
hashing?
This
out?
Are
we
waiting
for
another
workshop
for
us
to
do
it
or
because
I
don't
want
this
to
go
away
so
there's
a
lot
of
work
and
it
makes
a
lot
of
sense,
especially
for
this
construction
is
it.
I
haven't
seen
on
the.
B
H
Good
afternoon
trevor
hughes
parks,
recreation,
superintendent,
parks
and
recreation
staff
is
excited
to
come
and
give
an
update
on
our
beloved
playground
at
south
beach
park.
Evaluation
committee
did
commence
or
actually
I'll
back
up.
When
I
last
was
with
you,
I
told
you
that
we
did
have
five
responses
to
our
rfb
evaluation
committee
was
going
to
meet
and
evaluate
those.
At
that
time
we
were
hoping
to
get
to
get
it
narrowed
down
to.
H
Everyone
else
actually
score
a
99
out
of
100
in
the
scoring
process
and,
and
one
of
the
the
great
pluses
was
many
of
the
major
players
that
work
for
the
firm
that
we
have
chosen
actually
participate
in
the
original
install
the
sunshine
playground,
so
that
that
really
helps
us
with
our
our
big
theme
and
one
of
the
biggest
scoring
parts
of
our
rfp
was
in
maintaining
the
history
and
the
the
theme
of
the
actual
park,
and
we
feel
like
that
that
the
the
firm
that
was
chosen
by
the
committee
is
the
best
route
to
get
them
I'm.
H
Actually,
I
brought
some
of
the
concepts
I'm
going
to
get
these
to
you,
but
remember
these
are
only
very
basic
preliminary
concepts.
This
is
not
the
design,
so
the
process
from
here
will
be
will
come
back
to
you
on
at
the
end
of
this.
My
end
of
july.
A
H
For
approval
for
the
18
500
for
design
fees,
the
following
monday,
we
will
take
it
to
city
council
city
council
will
then
approve
the
selection
of
the
vendor
and
then
at
that
point
we
will
come
back
and
with
the
help
of
this
firm
through
our
public
outreach,
involve
the
cra
board
involved
city
council
and
we
are
well
on
pace.
We're
excited
for
it.
H
H
H
B
H
H
Them
or
simply
rehab
them
made,
but
but
absolutely
the
the
the
the
core
the
entrance,
the
mermaid
going
in
all
that
it
may
not
be
in
the
exact
spot,
but
it
will
be
refinished,
possibly
moved,
but
yes,
the
bricks
that
were
already
sponsored,
the
pickets
that
were
sponsored.
We
will.
We
will
reutilize
those
or,
like
we
said
we'll
pre-make
them.
C
E
Saying
who
is
this
jason
fatigues
parks
and
recreation?
I
I
don't
know
the
rules
and
regulations
of
the
cra
well
enough
to
say.
Definitely
if
we
could
or
could
not,
we
didn't
anticipate
we'd,
be
this
far
in
the
process,
but
certainly
if
we
did,
it
may
help
us.
We
still,
I
don't
think,
could
get
on
the
agenda
for
the
next
city
council
meeting
on
july
19th.
A
I
was
going
to
say
this
channel
that
you
do
need
to
have
a
formal
written
resolution
in
front
of
you
that
names,
the
vendor
and
an
amount
of
money
with
all
the
other
paperwork
that
we
do
in
recommending
contracts
to
city
council.
But
I
don't
think
there's
anything
wrong
with
with.
A
E
Know
this
is
just
I
need
an
idea,
but
is
the
great
square
the
cover.
H
E
H
You
know
seated
areas,
yep,
absolutely
and
remember.
This
is
just
plain
very
conceptual.
When
we
come
to
the
design
phase,
they
will,
they
will
actually
come
in
and
we
will
go
through
the
design
and
then
they
will
go
in
and
do
the
design
and
then
come
back
for
sure,
yeah,
but
absolutely
okay.
Thank
you
here
trevor.
The
next
step
in
this.
G
Process
would
be
to
to
really
sit
down
with
the
community
and
get
input
from
the
community,
and
I
assume
you're
going
to
do
that
before
the
august
selection
process
is
at
the.
