Are
groups
or
members
of
the
committee
to
visit
other
cities
on
the
consideration
of
research
on
how
other
cities
deal
with
parking
specifically
on
how
they
deal
with
owners?
I
think
we
were
more
Julian.
We
were
discussing
more
to
kind
of
get
an
update
from
the
city
on
what
they
were
doing.
Great
I
think.

I
C
The
one
that
thinks
this
Smyre
Valley,
one
of
the
things
that
we
did
at
the
university
is
we
hosted
our
annual
service
events
at
the
outlet
mall,
where
we
brought
about
close
to
500
students
and
I
would
throw
500
shoes
at
these.
Over
200
students
have
at
some
point
in
time,
stated
that
they
had
never
gone
to
the
outlets
and
so
most
of
those
students
after
the
surgeries
actually
state
angering
around
turn
around,
because
there
was
another
activity
going
on
it.
It
was
about
5:00
p.m.
when
I
had
to
go
to
another.
C
D
J
J
E
D
D
G
F
Been
more
than
one
occasion
where
I
get
a
newsletter
or
actually
go
to
an
expo
and
I'm
surprised
to
see
the
cities
there
or
the
stage
listed
as
a
sponsor,
especially
when
they
come
the
international
trade
being
that
I
don't
see
the
participation
from
some
of
the
associations
that
are
involved
in
international
trade,
so
I
think
the
better
that
we
can
bridge
whether
it's
you
know
us
sharing
booth
space
with
you
or
you,
or
vice
versa,
or
helping
promote
things
like
the
logistics
and
manufacturing
symposium
at
these
events.
So
that's
great,
you
guys
are
doing.
D
G
D
F
I
A
G
The
question
I
have
regarding
discussion.
Number
two
is
one:
do
we
really
want
to
call
it
a
3d
agreement
policy,
or
are
we
better
off
calling
it?
You
know
an
economic
development
policy.
These
I
did
notice
that
tax
curses
were
not
included
and
from
what
I've
seen
in
other
cities,
that's
become
a
huge
economic
tool,
so
maybe
I'm
having
some
guidelines
on
how
we
utilize.
G
Those
also
alongside
of
380s,
is
something
that
I
think
is
important,
and
my
final
kind
of
comment
is
you
sent
this
for
works
policy
and
it
has
all
these
great
categories
listed
in
there.
That's
just
that.
We
need
to
focus
on
the
comprehensive
plan.
It
talks
about
designated
innovation
zone,
innovation.
G
Love
to
see
these
in
our
policy,
but
I
can
tell
you
those
are
actually
impossible
to
include
because
they're,
not
even
in
our
land
development
code,
so
I
think
it's
really
important
that
in
this
recode
process
that
we
simultaneously
think
of
recode,
as
we
think
of
this
policy
and
make
sure
that
things
we
really
wish
to
put
in
this
policy
are
available
in
our
in
the
city
of
Laredos
Building
Code.
So
we
need
to
make
sure
recode
is
including
these
districts
so
that
we
can
utilize
them.
I
E
I
D
F
Instead,
it
instead
of
a
subcommittee,
could
we
do
meeting
more
of
a
workshop
and
I
mean
and
I
could
do
this
as
a
motion
when
you
gather
from
that
well,
but
maybe
more
of
a
workshop
setting
where
we
get
the
Planning
and
Zoning
people,
we
get
the
Turner's
people,
we
get
all
of
us
to
kind
of
talk,
and
maybe
do
an
update
of
this
is
what
we
envisioned.
This
is
what
we
were
working
towards.
I
know
here
on
this
committee.
We
have
like
the
housing
subcommittee
and
things
like
that
and
I
know.
F
D
You
know
take
girls
direction,
but
here's
what
I
would
suggest.
Let's,
let's
put,
let's
put
a
kind
of
working
through
80
documents
together
and
the
committee
and
thermos.
Let's
start
inviting
outside
you
know,
input
whether
it
be
from
other
groups
or
like
they're,
suggesting
I'm,
the
work
of
me
so
that
we
or
have
a
working
and
it's
not
just
a
free-for-all.
D
A
Of
the
other
things
that
go
is
to
have
maybe
two
other
policies
too,
you
know
so
we
can
compare
you
know
because
having
one
policy
we
don't
know,
you
know
like
the
levels
or
certain
certain
policies
that
might
be
there
too
straight
too
lenient.
Maybe
we
might,
you
know,
might
want
to
get
certain
things
from
other
cities
as
opposed
to
jail.
G
A
A
G
G
F
D
A
D
A
D
D
A
D
D
G
F
F
I
D
H
Generally
speaking,
one
of
the
things
that
I
see
kind
of
do
rels.
These
plans
is
that
you
have
too
many
cooks
in
the
kitchen.
I
think
the
subcommittee
issue
is
probably
the
best
way
to
go,
but
would
probably
whoever
is
on
that
subcommittee.
Just
my
two
cents
have
one
person
to
take
care
of
the
draft
and
then
run
it
around
because
and
you
you
wasted
a
lot
of
time,
spinning
your
wheels
doing
the
same
thing,
and
it
looks
like
at
least
with
this
Fort
Worth
380
agreement.
H
D
From
their
association
you
know
or
our
trainers
today,
thank
you
to
bring
to
the
meaning
of
having
open
meetings
with
30
and
50
people.
That
just
me,
but
you
know
as
long
as
we
get
that
done
with
this
in
a
reasonable
amount
of
time,
then
take
it
back
to
the
to
the
council
is
what
really
matters?
Okay,.
G
A
I
A
To
three
the
for
the
subcommittee
for
the.
D
A
I
I
A
D
D
J
But
but
the
thing
is
that
the
big
thing
is
that
they're
parking
in
the
streets
there
they're
congesting
the
traffic
on
the
streets.
You
know
it
seems
like
the
warehouse
cannot
accommodate
the
volume
they're
picking
up
there,
the
business
that
they're
picking
up
to
accommodate
all
the
parties
inside
and
their
docks
and
whatever
and
so
they're
sitting
outside
closing,
so
we
travel
whatever
and
and
and
what
you
want.
Is
you
want
a
system
that
has
an
appointment
type
of
deal
that
they
can
park
in
a
location?
Well,
something
like
that.
J
D
F
Think
that
we're
talking
about
you
know
a
parking
lot
as
it
says
in
the
agenda,
then
it
honestly
that's
what
it's
limited
to,
but
you
think
about
that.
Then
I
would
think
the
target
would
be
the
people
who
are
owner
operators
that
maybe
you
know,
want
to
be
parking
on
in
their
driveway
parking
on
their
yard
wherever
they
park
their
tractor.
I
D
G
A
J
F
In
in
like,
for
example,
my
name
it
you
know
it
has,
it
were
nasco
members,
the
city's
NASCAR
members
less
pronounced
members,
but
one
of
the
reports
we
got
on
the
membership
phone
call
update.
Last
year's
loves
the
truck,
stop
change.
They
are
working
on
an
app
where
you
can
reserve
your
spot
beforehand
is
not
what
you
need
to
really
bring
a
lot
of
these.
These
up
these
technologies.
You
know
and
everything,
and
in
do
these
things.
F
So
if
it
is
a
city
thing
for
people
that
are
gonna
park
overnight,
you
know
or
whatever
it
is.
Those
are
things
that
we
could
do
to
be
different
and
I.
Think
personally,
it
is,
of
course
it
is
just
us
in
a
subcommittee,
but
I
would
thinking
about
it.
I
think
that
we
should
have
more
than
one
and
more
than
one
location,
one
on
the
west
side,
one
on
the
east
side,
one
on
the
south.
F
E
G
G
They
that's
why
I'm
like
really
curious,
like
what
how
you
saw
this
issue,
because
I've
seen
two
people
already
try
solving
this
and
I've
heard
and
demands
owners
I've
even
spoken
to
them
and
said
why?
Don't
you
just
team
together
by
a
lot
for
these
trucks
apartment,
they
say
things,
that's
not
the
problem,
it's
when
they
build
up,
and
these.
F
E
F
F
The
phone
about
us,
I,
think
or
Grande,
was
doing
that
with
their
roads
within
their
industrial
park
is
making
it.
So
there
wasn't
that
same
problem
that
you
haven't,
kill
them,
where
they're
just
blocking
the
roadway
or
the
whole
Center
or
whatever
it
is
so
so
I
mean
there's
a
lot
more
to
it
and
I
in
and
I've
seen
more
often
than
not
that
when
things
are
developed
in
the
radio
or
plans
progressed,
they
do
that
for
the
problem
right
now
and
not
turning
the
future.
So
it's
a
two-fold
thing.
F
C
E
F
C
F
Already
so
it's
past
I
can
most
of
mines,
road
development,
it's
on
the
left,
hand,
side
and
I'm,
not
sure
they
were
planning
on
doing
something
there
I
don't
call
those
details,
but
there
was
a
lot
of
discussion
about
different
things
that
they
could
offer.
I
know
because
LM,
a
you
know
in
her
big
hairy.
F
Of
having
some
type
of
vocational
type
program
here,
we
talked
about
doing
something
at
a
place
like
that,
so
so
yeah
there's
already
things
in
these
kind
of
the
piece
of
all
together
and
when
we
see
him
again,
that
big
problem
is
what
are
we
trying
to
solve
and
I
think
I.
Think
part
of
the
reason
this
came
about
was
because
I
know
George
out
felt
had
brought
up
at
City
Council
to
I
mean
he's
in
the
minds
Road
area:
that's
his
district.
All
those
residents
easy!
F
C
E
F
Of
these
commercials
and
the
city
is
already
being
they're
working
on
their
parking
enforcement,
they
keep
yeah.
G
D
A
This
morning
they
wronged
my
this
morning,
yeah.
G
B
G
G
G
H
J
A
E
F
E
F
F
All
they
can
change,
yeah
I
know
it's
not
and
I
know
like
I.
Remember
when,
when
I
guess,
it's
fight
squad
now
was
through
the
bites,
but
before
it
was
spookified
soldiers,
as
you
can
be
bribed
Laredo
and
it
was
going
to
be
our
local
version
of
an
issue,
lifter
uber
and
one
of
the
points
they
talked
about.
If
the
inception
was
that
there
are
a
lot
of
truck
drivers
that
mean
we
just
need
to
go,
do
something
you.
F
E
F
But
but
it
so
so
yeah
there's
definitely
different
variations
and
needs,
because
you
know
you're
right,
the
guys
are
trying
to
load
onto
his
face,
but
I'm
more
thinking,
I'm
stuck
on
the
guys
that
fat
do
this
and
come
to
town.
You
know
my
co-workers,
dad.
You
know
he
parks
in
their
driveway,
so
he
has
the
ability
to
do
it.
Well
then
he
allowed
to
or
not
but
one
of
the
things
that
was
brought
up
at
that
City
Council
meeting
with
George
I'll
cut
when
he
brought
up
the
whole
is
it
was
a
noise
factor?
F
H
It's
also
getting
different
perspectives
right.
Most
of
these
people
go
all
around
the
nation
most
into
that
I
represent
all
interstate
right.
So
it's
like
what
other
cities
do
it
right
and
so
I
mean
we
just
had
a
trial
with
this
guy
from
Chicago.
He
said
man
I
won't
go
to
the
Northeast
because
there
aren't
any
relay
roads,
and
so
how
am
I
gonna
target
like
everything
single
lane
and
we
stopped
traffic
for
half
a
day,
because
we
got
to
go
to
somebody
warehouse,
that's
out
in
like
Massachusetts,
where
they
don't
have
feet
of
roads.
H
A
F
So
that
was
a
mix
of
when
he
first
came
on
board
his
first
meeting.
He
mentioned
something
about
the
shark
team
thing
and
working
on
shark
tank
thing
and
working
on
some
funding.
For
that
and
then
Rothfuss
of
agenda
item
last
month
was
some
type
of
small
business
I
think
it
was
like
an
assistance
type
program.
My.
F
An
incentive
package
and
then
it
kind
of
moves
a
little
bit
from
that
and
earlier
and
then
I
had
brought
up
and
in
this
time
I
find
actually
found
the
link,
which
is
the
Motor
City
match.
We
have
a
name
to
it,
which
was
I,
was
more
excited
to
see.
It
wasn't
just
a
philanthropist
thing:
it
wasn't
mix
between
Housing
and
Urban
Development,
the
city,
the
state
and
the
private
Economic
Development
Corporation's
work
together,
so
that
was
the
Detroit
project.
I
keep
I
kept,
bringing
up
and
I
think
that's
what
he
was
talking
about.
F
G
F
A
J
F
F
F
Knee-Deep
in
something
on
his
roof
and
he's
like
how
am
I
gonna
sit
there
and
go
that
I'm,
not
gonna,
make
it
and
he
just
dealt
with
the
ticket,
but
that's
what
that's
what
last
month
was
and
I
think
that
we
don't
want
to
incentivize
to
create
a
competition
to
come
to
downtown
and
not
support
it.
For
sustainability
and
parking
is
one
of
those
things.
F
F
G
A
G
San
Antonio,
you
pay
a
certain
fee
and
you
get
all
so
it's
an
expedited
fee.
You
get
all
you
everyone
at
a
table
and
you
just
coming
through
it
all
and
it's
an
offense
to
the
city,
because
essentially
that
added
cost
is
being
paid
for
by
the
developer
or
pregnant
individual.
That's
going
into
the
city,
they're.
C
G
E
I
J
E
F
E
B
F
F
He's
gonna
ask
for
suggest:
is
that
I
know
you
know
every
month
our
meeting
agenda
changes
drastically
because
there's
so
many
things
to
talk
about,
but
maybe
there
was
something
we
talked
about
in.
You
know
June
that
we
never
followed
up
on
and
if
maybe
we
could
take
the
time.
I
don't
know
if
that
needs
a
subcommittee,
but
take
the
time
to
go
back
and
look
at
what
other
things
haven't.
We've
resolved
we
never
as
since
I've
been
on
board.
F
G
B
I
can
include,
should
the
community,
you
know
if
it's
agreeable
I
can
include
another
sheet
where
you
have
your
motions
on
a
separate
sheet
that
are
pending
and
then
the
actions
that
we're
taking
the
follow
up
and
close
them.
So
you
can
actually
see
it
at
the
next
minute,
and
you
know
these
are
the
motions
there
were
emails
sent
out.
This
is
what
happened.
Maybe
some
information
on
them
and
you
can
vote
to
close
that
motion
or
keep
it
open
or
follow
up
one
additional
action
on
it.
Okay,.
B
B
I
can
go
through
you're
managing,
obviously
I
just
started,
but
I
can
go
back
to
the
December
minutes
and
looked
into
them
and
I
guess
it
would
just
be
a
deal,
though,
just
find
out
they're
kind
of
guessing
the
crapshoot
which
emotions
you
haven't
gone.
Oh,
we
can
just
start
now
and
say:
hey.
You
know
it
because
these
motions
that
were
pending
from
the
last
meeting
and.
