Description
Policy Committee Laredo and Webb County Area MPO Special Meeting 040620
A
Area,
politics,
panic
or
organization
Policy
Committee-
and
this
is
my
birth
to
little
special
meeting.
That's
life
through
a
Lorado
piensa,
baguette,
comm,
live
and
also
through
the
public
access
channel
spectrum.
Tv
channel
1300
today,
April
the
6th
2020,
it's
1:30
I
believe
no
one
party
already
1:40
p.m.
and
so
I
wrote
you
this
I'm
calling
the
meeting
to
order
a
rope.
C
A
A
A
C
We
have
this
absolute
for
citizens
coming,
so
we
just
want
to
leave
this
up
for
a
minute.
The
way
we're
taking
public
comment
will
be
through
dialing
phone
number
and
this
is
being
broadcast
on
the
city's
channel,
but
if
there
is
a
little
bit
of
a
delay,
so
we
can
just
hold
here
or
minute
and
allow
an
opportunity
for
the
public
to
call
in
and
if
they
do
we'll
take
that
call
on
delivery.
Oh.
C
A
It
appears
no
one
is,
is
attempting
to
call
or-
or
we
haven't
received
any
calls
so
I'm
moving
forward.
If
it
should
call,
will
we'll
make
some
some
some
room
there
for
Miss.
Well
done
so
we'll
be
going
to
item
four
for
Eddie
and
that's
a
tweety
public
testimony
in
it
and
initiated
a
public
reviewers
comment
period.
We
proposed
amendment,
which
is
amendments
of
the
2019
2020
to
a
Transportation,
Improvement,
Program,
otherwise,
on
those
tests-
and
it's
got
various
numbers
there
to
seven
yeah
seven
items.
Yes
go
ahead,
please
people
from
Texas.
C
B
Sure,
good
afternoon,
members
of
the
policy
committee
we're
going
to
touch
on
these
projects
that
are
going
through
the
the
chip
amendment.
So
all
these
projects
were
you're
going
to
see.
We
had
a
directive
from
our
finance
division
in
Austin
to
modify
the
funding
from
federal
funds
to
state
funds.
So
that
is
what
you're
going
to
see
being
reflected
on
these
tip
amendments
and
six
of
these
seven
projects
here
have
a
January
2020,
letting
dates.
Oh,
that's
why
it
was
critical
that
we
we
get
it
done.
B
We
we
were
planning
on
getting
done
at
the
March
NPO
meeting,
but
since
that
did
not
occur,
that's
why
we
requested,
if
you'll,
have
this
for
meeting.
So
we
appreciate
you
accommodating
that
to
make
sure
this
project
stays
on
schedule
to
let
in
June
of
2020
I'll
touch
on
the
projects
really
quick.
The
first
project
21:50
zero.
Seventy
eight
that
with
action
of
a
right
turn
lane
at
the
intersection
of
Killam,
Industrial
and
F
in
1472.
B
This
project
is
the
project
that
is
being
sponsored
by
the
RMA
and
that
it
has
a
proposed
letting
date
of
fi
2020.
It's
actually
scheduled
for
August
of
2020,
so
this
project
is
not
letting
in
June
with
the
other
projects,
but
this
is
a
next
additional
project
that
is
being
added
at
the
request
of
the
RMA
and
text
that
is
going
to
let
it
together
or
planning
to
let
it
with
our
other
project
on
1472
in
august
2020.
Does
anybody
have
any
questions
on
that
project.
B
B
B
B
E
B
Connector
so
Direct
Connect
number,
eight
dr.
Martinez,
is
the
one
that
is
going
east
to
south,
so
east
I-69
onto
southbound
I-35.
Thank
you
yes
and
revision.
Number
six
is
converting
the
bond
for
CH
day:
zero,
zero
86
14
0
84-
that
is
the
widening
of
I-69
West
from
four
to
six
lanes
from
the
world
trade
bridge
to
I-35.
That
project
is
scheduled
for
August
2020
and
is
on
schedule
to
let-
and
that
is
converting.
B
Fifteen
million
dollars
of
funds
from
federal
to
state
I
believe
that
is
it
red,
curry,
so
I'm,
sorry,
the
last
revision
is
2150:
zero,
four
zero
76,
which
is
for
the
construction
of
an
additional
travel
lane
on
1472
from
Big
Bend
Boulevard
to
kill
him
industrial.
So
this
will
be
added
an
additional
right
turn
lane
capacity
on
1472,
so
that
vehicles
can
make
a
right
turn.
They
turn
movement
into
kill'em
and
it'll,
be
letting
together
with
the
the
previous
project.
