D
A
C
A
D
Okay,
let
me
give
you
a
little
background,
I
guess
for
the
record.
Basically,
as
you
all
well
know,
we've
discussed
this.
The
setback
ordinance
that
was
proposed
that
went
to
the
city,
Laredo,
Planning
and
Zoning
Commission
was
tabled
and
they
basically
said
they
want
and
correctly
and
step
in
at
any
time
mister.
He
noticed
the
white
clarification.
They
wanted
to
find
out
more
information
on
what
the
Board
of
Adjustment
had
been.
D
You
know,
approving
or
variances
in
regards
to
setbacks,
and
also
they
had
concerns
on
what
other
cities
the
event
on
the
feedback,
the
economic
give
back,
and
so
we're
back
here
to
try
to
perhaps
address
these.
If
the
committee
desires
you
know
to
to
address
this
to
be
in
Anacortes
with
require
other
requests
from
the
Planning
and
Zoning
Commission.
So
with
that
I
kind
of
I,
don't
know,
did
you
want
to
know.
D
D
D
D
So
with
that
in
mind,
we
have
the
what
the
Board
of
Adjustment.
So,
if
you're
reading
this
one
one
King
like
basically
on
the
totals
on
the
Clark
course,
there
were
seven
that
came
into
the
board
of
adjustments.
Four
of
them
got
approved.
Three
were
denied
within
the
last
15
was
the
front
setbacks
for
Kingdom
three
and
got
a
three.
Then
the
rear,
seatbacks
final
group
came
in
all
five
were
approved
site.
D
Or
twelve
kind
of
proved,
then,
basically
I,
don't
know
that
details
I
didn't
want
to
get
too
much
popped
out
into
details.
We
don't
know
what
they
were
actually
approving,
whether
there
was
two
feet,
a
flood.
You
know
ten
feet
whatever
so,
but
this
kind
of
gives
you
an
idea
of
what
the
Board
of
Adjustment
in
these
particular
categories
have
been
approving
with
that
being
said,
I
guess
just
open
it
up
to
the
committee.
What
is
the
committee
want
to
do
in
reference
and
I
know,
histories
and
mr.
F
No,
the
only
thing
I
want
to
add
to
your
comments
on
the
meetings
on
the
first
meeting.
They
were
also
asking.
This
was
consistent
with
the
comprehensive
plan.
Okay
and
I
did
a
quick
look
at
the
comforts
of
plat
before
coming
out
here,
and
there
was
only
two
mentions
as
far
as
that,
I
could
see
doing
a
find
work,
fine
for
setbacks
and
one
the
residential
they
were
encouraging
to
modify
them
so
that
people
could
park
in
the
rear
and
then
on.
The
commercial
buildings
like
the
downtown
district
to.
D
For
the
planning
that
contained
director,
the
scenery
go,
and
she
did
mention
that
the
new
comprehensive
plan
is
basically
allowing
like.
Basically,
that
wasn't
was
more
liberal
in
what
you
could
build
or
do
how
to
develop
the
property.
And
now
comes
the
issue
of
addressing
the
land
development
code,
which.
F
F
Of
it
to
where
you
have
five,
you
know
five
on
the
side,
five
on
the
rear
and
ten
in
the
front
it'll
make
it
easier
for
them.
It's
kind
of
like
go
gates.
One
thing
checked
off
the
check
off
the
list.
The
other
comment,
I,
wonder
and
I
think
there
was
a
lot
of
discussion
when
we
first
were
talking
about
the
setbacks
and
then
I
sent
I,
don't
know,
y'all
got
it
or
not,
but
actually
the
motion
that
the
initial
motion
that
that
that
was
or
the
agenda
item
originally
was
to
change
all
setbacks.
D
F
They
were
on
a
residential
or
commercial
each
other.
You
know
the
original
deal
and
the
reason
I
knows
and
in
June,
because
I
had
received
a
text
from
somebody
asking
me.
What's
this
all
about
on
me.
That
is
so
that's
why
I
know
they
send
it
to
me
June
the
14th,
so
it
must
have
been
the
second
week
in
June
of
the
council
and
it.
F
The
item
were
at
discussion
with
possible
action
to
direct
the
Technical,
Review
Board
and
city
manager,
to
direct
staff
to
review
and
recommend
changes
to
the
derivative
under
both
of
the
purpose
of
right.
Here.
The
dimensional
standards
set
back
requirements
and
any
matters
incident
there
to
assure
that.
It.
F
H
E
I
I
I
C
D
A
C
D
B
C
D
Sometimes
they
just
don't
come
in,
they
really
know
and
and
I
made
sure
that
these
because
some
of
these
were
tabled
and
then
we're
back
on
the
agenda
and
I
said:
oh
no
I
don't
want
any
refuse.
I
just
want
to
know
how
many
cases
you
know
what
were
the
outcomes?
That's
really
what
I
asked
and
so
I
need
to
do
like
to
say.
You
know
how
many
stop
works.
I
need
my.
C
C
D
We
want
to
do.
Is
we
wanna
educate
and
there
is
a
project.
I
know,
jury
and
they're,
working
on
it
to
credit,
educate
the
people,
because
you
and
the
benefits
of
getting
a
permit
explain
to
them.
Look
you're
getting
somebody
that's
certified
going
in
and
check
it,
you're
already
doing
an
investment
thousands
of
dollars.
You
want
to
make
sure
it's
done
right.
You
get
some
fire
on
my
opinion
to
go
by
there,
and
so
that
is.
That
is
something
that
the
building
department
is
trying
to
tackle.
D
I
B
I
I
D
G
D
What
the
bank's
not
gonna,
evaluate
D
to
get
a
permit!
The
tax
appraisal
district
comes
to
the
office.
It
gets
all
those
theories
which
one
of
these
got
permits.
So
then
they
don't
certify
the
once
it
didn't
get
permits
and
guess
what,
when
you
select
that
addition
guess
what
you're
not
getting
the
appraised
value
for
it?
Why
they're
already
doing
that
so.
J
E
J
A
C
A
I
heard
there's
social
proof
yeah,
it's
not
gonna,
be
like.
C
A
F
F
D
Okay,
but
the
argument
to
if
there's
are
ones
and
they're
allowed
to
be
building
more
and
now
you
put
two
and
three
families.
Well
I
bought
a
house
in
another
one
and
all
of
a
sudden,
my
neighbor
there's
like
20
people
living
next
door.
You
know,
what's
the
whole
point
of
the
land
development
code
and
the
usage
you're
controlling
how
you
support.
D
A
H
A
A
Can
do
it
on
the
existing
setback,
the
extra
one
room
that
you
can
enter
the
backyard
you
can't,
you
know,
put
a
whole
other
family
back.
There
I
think
most
of
you
everybody's
arguments
against
the
setbacks.
From
what
I've
seen
everybody
that's
against
it,
it's
all
about
personal
preference,
and
so
now
it's
good
people
should
be
allowed
to
use
a
backyard
where
people
need
space
and
everybody
likes
the
barbecue
Marino
and
everybody
likes
this
when
you're
going
and
buying
a
piece
of
property
that
the
latest
subdivision
in
North
Korea
$11.50
of
square
foot,
zombies.
C
G
D
F
When
radio
has
no
real
inspire
prior
to
its
Betty
Flores
being
mayor,
there
was
really
no
emphasis
on
parks
and
that
kind
of
stuff,
no
emphasis
on
parks,
community,
centers
and
all
of
this
stuff.
Today,
most
all
the
communities
have
a
park
real
close
by
to
their
to
their
property.
So
the
issues
of
when
this
land
development
code
was
was
put
together
and
today's
issues
are
completely
are
completely
different
and
there's
because
now
we're
Barney,
you
know
one
of
the
most
aggressive
cities
as
far
as
open
space.
D
G
D
F
A
D
D
J
Play
devil's
advocate
on
that
subject:
a
complete
flip
side
of
it
would
be,
somebody
would
argue
and
say:
well
if
you
push
it
all
the
way
to
five
feet
in
the
back.
Theoretically,
somebody
can
go
build
the
entire
house,
five
feet
side,
five
foot
side
if
I
foot
back
and
just
build
a
brick
whole
structure,
all
right
with
that.
That's.
F
F
You
can
stand
the
aerials
and
you'll
see
it
today.
Yeah
I
mean
I,
she
can
see
I'm,
qual,
Creek
and
then
the
reason
I
remember
this
is
when
I
first
started
with
armadillo.
We
started
building
in
Coal
Creek
and
all
those
in
this
is
also
a
and
I
can't
I
hope
the
home
of
you
a
few
years
ago
and
otherwise
I
was
looking
at
all.
I
was
looking
at
the
aerial,
those
preparing
the
mat
for
the
water.
You
know
just
admit
for
the
pressure
for
the
pressure
test
purge
for
the
water
for
some.
J
B
J
Now
so
do
there
are
safeguards
that
we
need
to
think
about.
From
that
perspective,
to
say
the
setbacks
are
this,
but
you
know
you
still
must
leave
you
know.
50
percent
of
your
backyard
is
green,
so
you
know
yes,
you
can
extend
on
one
side,
but
you
know
not
do
this.
We're
now
now
now
you're
in
Crete
you're
drastically
increasing
the
density
of
an
r1
neighborhood,
reuniting.
K
G
E
H
F
F
Oh,
you
know,
I'm
looking
at
adding
to
money,
I
mean
I
want
to
add
to
my
to
my
to
my
structure
as
it
was,
you
know,
was
you're
gonna
have
to
go
up,
you
know
so
getting
with
Wes
or
him
to
see.
You
know
the
vegan
golf
burning.
You
know
what
to
see,
though.
Let
you
see
the
foundation
sets,
but
it'd
be
easier
for
him
to
add
to
the
backyard
because
he
lives
close
to
ya.
A
F
C
F
A
E
You
think
that
whatever
was
mentioning
whenever,
when
I
want
idea
that
I
think
maybe
he's
what
he's
trying
to
move
to
is
I
know
what
other
comments
from
from
P
Z
was
was
the
lifestyle
of
backyard,
but
this
and
that
can
we
I
guess
I'm
just
trying
to
find
out
the
middle
ground.
Ok,
can
we
do
something
where
it's
still
the
same
setbacks
xx
such
but
but
having
words
of
percentage?
We're
like
that.
You
know.
E
A
Only
be
for
that
is
that
we
I
just
think
who
the
hell
do.
We
think
we
are
to
tell
people
how
do
you
need
to
live
and
and
how
they
should
be.
It's
like
and
I
think
you
should
have
some
backyard
space.
My
thing
is:
what
is
a
big
objection
from
a
safety
standpoint
from
a
engineering
standpoint
and
what's
the
big
deal
about
using
more
of
your
backyard
space.
J
D
D
A
J
J
F
B
F
Go
tonight
you
go
to
plantation
and
instead
of
them
being
like
8
feet
away
from
each
other
or
10
feet
away
from
each
other
of
the
houses,
man,
they
use
every
single
piece
of
it
and
then
they
leave.
You
know
the
majority
of
are
going
to
that
minimum
20
foot
in
the
back
and
then
they
had
all
their
accessory
structures.
So
if
you
all
know
to
be
able
to
use.
E
B
J
A
J
F
Mean
there's
absolutely:
we
basically
had
four.
We
have
two
recommendations
right.
Basically,
we
had
a
recommendation
for
existing
and
a
recommendation
for
new
new
developments
so
and
the
existing
took
it
over
to
the
back,
nothing
in
the
front
and
the
new
developments
we
said.
Take
it
over
to
the
back
end.
You
know
still
take
it
to
the
energy
is
more.
J
G
G
A
J
F
F
C
F
A
D
J
J
H
A
D
A
Got
a
deep,
we
got
like
30
minutes
left
and
what
I
was
thinking
was.
Should
we
define
this
is
what
I'm
thinking
could
we
never
have
enough
time
here
to
do
anything
and
I
think
this
book
we
keep
coming
back
to
these
things?
Should
we
define
maybe-
and
we
can
all
vote
on-
how
we're
going
to
present
it
and
maybe
an
outline
of
what
a
presentation
is
going
to
look
like
and
then
we
can
put
together
a
little
group,
I'll
volunteer,
it
has
to
be
four
or
fewer
of
us
will
meet
going
forward.
A
A
J
B
F
H
I
F
F

G
D
B
D
This
into
your
beacon
can
say
they
had
talked
to
us
on,
so
this
is
world
where
it
doesn't
matter,
but
the
point
is,
and
we
clearly
define
this
is:
where
was
it
exists?
This
is
over
posing
this.
Is
why
she's,
what
the
word
of
adjustment
everything
has
to
have
identity,
then
we
all
want
a
presentation
on
the
front
tip.
Then
we
also
have
a
presentation
on
Career
Service
that.
G
C
F
G
B
C
D
E
F
F
F
F
D
D
B
H
F
C
A
So
we
have
a
little
committee
meeting
with
jumped
work.
You
think
also
so
don't
wait
for
another
month
and
then
bring
them
in
and
then
find
out
what
their
objections
are.
That
way,
we
just
pick
up
the
phone
and
call
everybody
meet
with
a
little
bit
or
just
fix.
Little
and
I
think
we
need
to
look
at
the
existing
code.
