If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
A
B
A
Aye
all
opposed
all
right.
We
will
leave
on
the
table
the
fire
department,
Sops
and
we'll
discuss
that
at
the
second
meeting
in
February
there
were
no
adjustments,
noted
correct,
Brian,
all
right.
Moving
on
to
new
business,
I'd
like
to
invite
Tony
steinhardt
up
here
to
talk
about
the
Crystal
Beach
Aquatic
Park
contract
award.
C
Good
morning
board
members
today
is
a
great
day
that
we
can
actually
have
a
conversation
about
awarding
a
project.
That's
dear
to
this
community's
heart
and
soul,
and
that's
a
crystal
beach
swimming
pool.
I've
got
Tim
Doling
here
as.
D
C
As
our
contractor
Brad
from
ARL
Turner,
if
you
have
questions
specifically,
we
have
spent
the
last
several
weeks
going
through
an
extensive
value.
Engineering
Process
and
a
couple
things
that
have
come
out
on
that
and
Tim
will
explain
a
few
things
as
well.
One
of
the
things
that
we
were
able
to
work
with
RL
Turner
on
was
having
the
project
delay
its
opening
and
completion
until
May
of
2024..
C
That
major
reduction
was
a
close
to
a
half
a
million
dollars
in
a
reduction
of
the
original
scope.
So
unfortunately
we
will
be
delaying
the
pool
opening
from
late
this
summer
to
the
spring
of
2024
as
a
recommendation,
along
with
those
we're
happy
to
announce
that
we're
proposing
a
contract
for
7.270
and
21.7
million
270,
000
and
21
to
you
tonight
to
improve
that
is
much
less
than
the
original
bid
as
well,
as
gives
us
all
the
amenities
that
have
been
presented
to
the
community
here
on
the
board.
C
So
we
were
able
to
get
well
under
the
seven
seven
million
three
hundred
fifty
thousand
dollars
that
we
had
budgeted,
which
will
give
us
some
built-in
contingencies
as
we
move
into
the
project.
But
as
I've
stated
before,
the
way
we
split
the
project
by
doing
the
demolition
early
should
have
alleviated
most
of
the
unforeseen
conditions,
as
we
feel
like
most
of
the
objects
that
we
were
expecting
to
find
underground.
That
might
have
been
a
surprise,
have
all
been
removed
and
in
our
well
within
its
what
we're
well
within
knowing
what's
there
now.
A
While
Tim's
approaching
Tony,
so
the
demolition
was
done
so
that
we
could,
as
you
mentioned,
make
sure
we
could,
with
confidence,
move
into
the
next
phase
of
the
pool
replacement
project
with
knowing
what
the
soils
are
like
at
the
pool.
So
I'm
glad
that
we
did
that
and
then
now
what
we're
talking
about
is
actually
approving
the
contract.
I'm
grateful
for
our
RL
Turner
being
here
and
the
work
that
you've
done
with
the
city
to
help
us
move
into
this
extremely
important
phase
of
the
project,
which
is
the
pull
replacement.
A
That's
been
decades
in
the
making
candidly,
and
so
thank
you
for
being
here
and
working
with
the
city
to
do
that.
We're
very
excited
about
it.
One
of
the
options
we
had
in
the
con
in
our
in
our
actual
bid
documents
was
the
the
the
place
and
service
date
relative
pool
we've
exercised
that
option
to
move
it
to
spring
of
2024
in
a
in
order
to
achieve
what
ourselves
and
Council
wanted
us
to
do,
which
is
some
cost
reductions,
and
you
have
done
that
and
just
want
to.
A
E
Since
then,
you
know
rolling
up
our
sleeves
and
really
digging
into
opportunities
for
savings.
We
put
together
a
list
of
probably
30
to
40
items
vetted
all
those
with
with
Tony
with
the
city
with
contractor
and
settled
on
probably
roughly
20
different
items
that
are
cost
savings
to
the
project.
Some
big
some
little
Tony
mentioned
you
mentioned
Mr
Mayor,
the
the
extended
schedule,
which
was
probably
the
biggest
one,
certainly
was
the
biggest
one.
There's
also
a
lot
of
little
things.
We
we
simplified
how
the
concrete
was
reinforced
at
the
base
of
the
pool.
E
We
pulled
our
structural
engineer
back
in
to
make
sure
they're
comfortable
with
this
redesign,
but
their
Savings
in
that
we
reduce
the
concrete,
reduce
the
steel
thickness
there.
So
there's
savings
there,
one
of
the
bigger
things
probably
to
the
to
the
functioning
of
the
pool,
but
it
was
a
smaller
savings.
E
Was
we
revised
the
filter
system
to
a
regenerative
filter
which
is
a
more
expensive
filter,
but
as
we
dug
through
it
with
our
Alternatives
input,
we
found
that,
although
the
filters
are
more
expensive,
the
the
associated
costs
were
less
so
we're
able
to
realize
the
savings
get
the
city
a
better
filter,
a
better
system,
a
better,
a
better
pool.
Basically,
for
this
and
there's
all
kinds
of
other
things,
we
we
included.
Simplification
of
the
site,
drainage,
reduced
some
yard
out.
Inlets
re
change,
some
of
the
aluminum
storefront
to
a
hollow
metal
system.
E
F
Thanks
Tony,
the
the
first
thing
that
we'll
be
doing
in
Tim's,
Tim
team
will
be
doing
is
resubmitting
to
the
state
with
the
the
finalized
plans,
and
once
we
have
that
back,
we'll
be
ready
to
mobilize
we're
we're
ready
to
mobilize
whenever
we've
actually
already
started,
releasing
a
lot
of
our
subcontractors
for
materials
and
equipment
for
submittals
and
stuff.
That
way,
we
can
get
kind
of
a
jump
on
it,
get
moving
as
soon
as
soon
as
we're
released
to
be
on
site.
We'll
we'll
be
out
there.
A
Fantastic
well
welcome
to
Madison.
Have
you
been
to
Madison
before
Adam.
A
Well,
you'll
learn
more
and
more
about
Madison
over
the
course
of
the
next
year's
year.
Doing
something
that
literally
is
a
generational
investment
that
City
Madison
is
making
for
Crystal
Beach
well,.
C
C
The
design
team
and
the
contractors
over
the
last
few
weeks,
the
amount
of
hours
and
creativity
and
thought
that's
gone
into
really
value
engineering.
This
pool
into
a
position,
as
we've
said,
is,
is
going
to
be
a
generational
change
for
Madison
and
without
the
team
that
we've
had
in
place.
I
don't
think
we
could
have
gotten
to
where
we
are
today.
So
I
want
to
thank
the
city
council,
the
Parks
Board,
you
folks
for
all
being
patient
with
this
process
and
again
thank
the
design
team
and
the
contractor
for
rolling
up
their
sleeves.
So.
A
A
Birds
but
you're,
confident
that
it
includes
all
of
the
schedules
and
terms
that
we
need
that.
There's
no
ambiguity
with
regard
to
the
design
standards
that
we're
going
to
be
or
architectural
elements,
that's
going
to
be
incorporated
in
the
pool
that
you
know
may
arise
later
and
and
create.
Perhaps
change
orders
and
cost
increases.
We're.
E
A
E
A
A
Great
Tony:
what's
the
recommendation
here
today
for
Action
by
the
Board
of
Public
Works
and
safety
yeah.
C
I'm
recommending
that
you
award
the
contract
and
notice
to
proceed
to
RL
Turner
for
the
construction
of
Crystal
Beach
swimming
pool
at
700
or
7
million
two
hundred
and
seventy
thousand
and
twenty
one
dollars
and
give
the
mayor
the
authorization
to
execute.
That
document.
D
Okay,
I
have
one
one
question:
the
date
of
May
is
that
the
is
there
a
financial
penalty,
the
date
of
May
2024.
C
Yeah
there's
a
500
a
day.
Liquid
data
damages
that's
specified
in
the.
C
A
little
bit
more
time
than
most
pools,
these
guys
are
really
experienced
into
building
pools,
and
so
we've
got
a
little
bit
more
time
in
the
schedule
now.
Well.
A
Originally
and
I'm
glad
you
brought
that
up,
because
we're
really
trying
to
figure
out,
you
know
no
punishment,
but
how
do
we?
You
know
how
to
accelerate
construction,
so
we
can
get
a
little
bit
of
pull
time
in
the
2023
season
since
we
were
closed
last
year
and
it
really
just
wasn't
impractical.
We
would
have
to
take
some
shortcuts
in
order
to
make
that
happen
or,
potentially,
you
know,
cost
more
as
we
discovered
and
we
wouldn't
really
get
that
much
pool
season.
A
So
we
felt
it
was
better
to
take
our
time,
be
more
thoughtful
and
prudent,
pragmatic
about
this
major
investment
and
then
work
through
the
Parks
Board
and
our
partners,
such
as
Clifty
Falls,
State,
Park,
Department
of
Natural
Resources
OVO,
our
nonprofit
organizations
to
help
supplement.
You
know
swimming
for
another
another
Pool
season.
A
While
we
make
this
this
level
of
investment
and
we're
just
going
to
ask
for
the
entire
community's
understanding
to
do
that,
because
the
dividend
is
going
to
be
in
2024
when
there
is
a
brand
new
Crystal,
Beach
Aquatic
Park
there
on
the
site
of
the
current
pool,
and
it's
going
to
be
one
that
will
be,
you
know
a
regional
destination
and
a
very
you
know,
additive
to
City
of
Madison's
historic
district.
So
we
think
this
is
the
best
approach.
A
A
lot
of
work
has
gone
into
this,
while
I'm
I'm
proud
to
make
the
motion
for
the
board
Public,
Works
and
safety
to
approve
the
recommendation
to
award
the
Crystal
Beach.
A
Aquatic
Park
contract
to
RL,
Turner
and
authorize
the
mayor
to
subject
to
review
with
Council
authorize
the
mayor
to
execute
the
documentation.
A
It's
really
cool
yeah
Joe.
We
don't
need
a
roll
call
here.
Can
we
just
do
all
in
favor?
Please
say
aye
aye
all
opposed.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
RL
Turner,
for
making
this
investment
in
Madison
because
it
wouldn't
happen
without
you,
either
and
and
our
and
our
partners
who
are
helping
us
Finance.
C
And
I
would
say
mayor
too
tomorrow
night
at
the
city
council,
meeting
there'll
be
more
information
about
from
our
Parks
director,
as
well
as
some
other
information
about
Crystal
Beach.
That
I
think
will
be
exciting
for
the
community
here.
So
for
those
that
would
like
to
know
more
about
that,
please
show
up
tomorrow
night
at
5
30
at
the
new
second
floor
at
Crystal,
Beach,
a
handicap
accessible,
elevator
works
and
we're
excited
to
debut
that
space
to
the
city
as
well.
Tony.
A
Fantastic
well,
let's
move
on
to
a
couple
of
other
projects
that
are
near
and
dear
that
exemplify
our
commitment
to
the
city,
mass
and
park
system.
C
Yes,
so
in
front
of
you
today
we
have
two
projects
that
Matt
Willard,
our
Parks
director
and
myself
have
been
working
on
for
the
city
as
a
part
of
our
quality
of
life
and
park
reinvestment
strategy,
the
first
one
that
I
bring
to
your
attention
mirrors
the
Crystal
Beach
pool
project.
C
It's
the
renovation
of
the
Crystal
Beach
basketball
courts
at
the
corner
of
Broadway
and
Vaughn
drive
we
have
received,
quotes
from
three
contractors
and
are
recommending
you
to
award
the
low
quote
to
Saddam
Contracting
in
the
sum
of
26
650
for
Associated
work
at
the
corner
of
that
of
that
project.
If.
A
Anyone's
driven
by
Crystal
Beach
over
the
course
of
the
last
four
days,
you've
probably
seen
where
the
1970
vintage
public
restrooms
have
been
removed,
opening
up
that
space
for
additional
improvements
to
the
basketball
area,
which
is
very
popular
used
all
the
time
and
so
again
there's
lots
of
different
phases
to
Crystal
Beach.
It's
not
just
the
pool
house
or
the
Aquatic
Park
area,
there's
inside
the
campus
and
now
also
at
the
corner
with
the
basketball
court.
So
we're
going
to
keep
going
until
it
is
the
pride
of
Madison
and.
C
I'm
really
excited
to
say
that
this
is
just
not
refurbishing
of
the
basketball
courts,
but
it's
also
creating
some
other
amenities
for
the
community
as
well,
and
those
players
will
be
installing
water
fountains
there
at
that.
That
area
additional
seating,
bicycle
racks,
as
well
as
a
bicycle
repair
station
at
that
corner
for
the
citizens
that
attend
both
the
pool
or
those
who
need
a
place
to
repair
their
bike
or
visit
the
basketball
courts.
So
there'll
be
some
other
quality
of
life.
Amenities
added
to
that
corner.
C
We
hope,
if
you
give
notice,
proceed
in
acceptance
to
this
contract
today,
that
the
work
can
be
done
in
and
around
June
1st
on
that
corner.
A
Okay-
and
this
will
also
be
on
Parks
agenda
tonight-
I
believe
is
it:
are
they
looking
at
both
of
these
tonight.
C
C
In
just
a
little
bit,
there's
there's
it's
a
little
short
on
the
width,
I
believe
Matt
Matt's,
not
here,
but
he
could
tell
you
he's
he's
asked
for
it
to
be
just
expanded
a
little
bit.
It
will
be
with
three
quart
paintings:
it'll
be
red
and
white
yeah.
This
court
will
be
painted
red
and
white,
so
it'll
celebrate
Madison
Cubs
as
a
part
of
that
re-striping
new
basketball
goals
will
be
a
part
of
that
as
well.
Some
fencing
just
a
cleanup
of
the
general
area.
C
D
B
A
C
Excited
today,
to
also
bring
to
you
another
project
in
our
revitalization
of
parks
and
quality
of
life
initiatives
and
that's
Gaines,
Park
Gaines
Park
will
be
funded
through
arpa
dollars
that
the
mayor
has
allocating.
The
city
council
has
approved
the
the
Saddam
Contracting
quote
that
you
have
in
front
of.
You
is
also
the
low
of
the
three
for
38
850.
C
So
is
the
mayor
in
getting
their
input
and
feedback
into
the
design
as
a
part
of
that
we'll
be
adding
a
stage
structure
that
will
allow
them
to
use
that
facility
for
their
festivals,
for
the
weekends,
where
the
church
may
be
able
to
have
outdoor
Services
as
well
as
potentially
music
in
the
park,
and
that
for
that
neighborhood.
So
we're
really
excited
for
this
project
again
that
the
goal
there
is
for
this
project
to
be
completed
in
time.
A
C
A
I'm,
sorry,
I'm
sorry
did
we
did
we
already
have
the
motion
in
a
second
yeah.
Okay,
no.
D
A
And
authorized
mayor
to
sign
this
is
one
where
we'll
need,
since
it's
arpa
funds
we'll
need
a
specific
agreement
for.
D
A
A
C
Good
morning,
an
exciting
day
again
for
the
city
of
Madison,
we're
expanding
our
EV
charging
stations
from
our
current
two
to
ultimately,
seven
throughout
the
downtown
Zone
I.
Think
I've
included
a
map
for
you,
as
a
part
of
that
there
will
be
one
station
at
the
bridge
as
a
part
of
the
bridge
Gateway
project,
two
stations
in
the
Mulberry
Street
project,
two
stations
at
the
new
Riverfront
parking
lot
across
from
Lamplighter
Park
and
then
we'll
be
replacing
the
two
stations
that
are
currently
in
the
main
street
parking
lot
across
from
the
comfort
station.
C
As
we
looked
to
move
to
a
different
EV
charging
strategy,
one
of
the
things
that
we
needed
to
do
was
pick
a
manufacturer
that
gave
us
flexibility
and
allowed
us
to
have
convenience
for
both
the
visitors
and
residents
here
in
Madison
and
also
provide
us
with
an
opportunity
to
recoup
the
cost
of
those
of
that
charging.
Currently,
the
two
stations
that
were
installed
a
few
years
back
were
free
to
the
public.
To
use.
C
Most
communities
now
have
gone
away
from
that
as
an
introduction
to
EV
charging
and
and
it's
prudent
to
actually
start
charging
for
those
for
that
service.
So,
as
a
part
of
that,
we
have
a
system
that
will
allow
us
to
do
that
through
an
app
and
I'll
talk.
You
through
the
system
that
we're
recommending
that
we
go
with,
which
is
cyber
switching,
which
is
a
company
out
of
California.
C
C
C
Part
of
what
sets
them,
apart
from
the
other
manufacturers
that
we
looked
at,
were
their
customer
service,
the
reliability
and,
ultimately,
the
pricing
for
these
facilities.
That
we'll
be
installing
was
a
really
good.
Strong
value
for
us,
and
the
ease
of
of
the
maintenance
and
upkeep
for
these
products
is
the
simplest
in
the
market.
C
So
you'll
you'll
notice
here
that
one
of
the
things
that
is
also
important
to
us
is
the
ability
to
install
and
then
the
post
order
support
where,
basically,
there
is
no
repair
on
site,
it's
an
actual
new
device
being
sent
out
and
installed.
Many
of
the
devices
that
we
looked
at
through
other
companies
had
multiple
computer
boards
had
multiple
layers
of
different
kinds
of
issues
that
could
have
happened
in
breakdowns
with
this.
They
basically
send
you
a
new
device.
You
swap
it
out
and
cinematic.
C
This
is
a
a
give
you
a
sense
of
what
one
of
those
looks
like
they
are
all
4G
and
Wi-Fi,
so
this
will
work
off
of
an
app
now
we'll
have
city
City
branding
on
these,
as
well
as
you
a
scan
code
that
those
folks
who
are
wanting
to
use
these
will
come
up
and
use
their
phone
they'll
scan
that
code.
C
C
So
again,
what
can
you
do,
potentially,
with
this
app
called
amp
up
it'll,
allow
us
to
have
real-time
information
and
data
on
who's,
using
it?
How
much
we're
we're
actually
spending
on
that
it
will
give
the
the
owners
of
the
EVS
the
opportunity
to
set
a
session
a
time
frame
and
give
us
the
ability
to
manage
that
through
this
app
and
through
their
portal.
C
C
C
So,
by
the
end
of
by
the
next
spring,
or
by
the
end
of
this
summer,
we'll
have
seven
Chargers
and
by
the
end
of
next
hopefully,
next
spring.
We'll
have
we'll
have
we'll
have
five
Chargers
by
the
end
of
this
year
and
seven
by
the
end
of
next
spring.
C
Correct
most
most
cars
won't
need
and
again
will
be
able,
as
to
the
municipality,
be
able
to
set
the
parameters
around
the
charging.
Most
most
cars
can
receive
a
charge
and
fully
charge
them
four
hours
about
11
kilowatts,
an
hour
of
charging
and
so
a
four
hour.
Timing
for
charging
limits
is
typical
in
most
communities
as
the
upper
band
of
that,
and
so
we'll
be
working
with
you,
folks,
the
Board
of
Public
Works,
as
well
as
the
city
council,
and
determining
the
parameters
around
the
new
EV
spaces,
because
currently
we
have
no.
C
A
C
A
C
I
just
need
you
to
authorize
us
to
go
to
cyber
switching
as
a
part
of
our
EV
charging
strategy
and
as
them
as
the
the
manufacturing
supplier,
okay,.
A
I'm
happy
to
make
that
motion
that
we
contract
with
cyber
switching
for
our
EV
charging
services
and.
C
And
Associated
amp.
A
Up
yeah
and
the
amp
up
app.
Yes,
thank.
B
Tony,
your
information
here
describes
the
the
pricing
and
the
fees.
C
No,
the
these
five
of
the
five
of
the
installs
will
be
done
as
part
of
the
current
construction
process,
the
two
that
are
going
to
be
in
the
replacing
on
the
main
street.
We
will
have
to
contract
that
out
with
the
electrician.
C
A
H
Yes,
I
am
so
this
contract
is
with
Sunset
Cinema,
which
is
the
same
company
we've
used
in
the
past,
just
a
different
name,
and
they
did
our
movies
all
last
summer,
we'll
be
doing
five
movies
in
the
park
this
summer.
We
used
to
do
a
lot
more,
but
the
attendance
was
low
and
last
year
we
did
five
and
the
attendance
was
much
higher,
so
better
use
of
our
time
and
resources.
H
H
We're
working
with
the
car
show
on
that
and
we're
actually
going
to
be
showing
the
new
Top
Gun
movie
the
top
gun
Maverick.
So
we
chatted
with
them
about
that
and
they
believe.
A
H
H
A
The
good
thing
about
a
lot
of
what
Hannah
and
Keely
work
on.
We
have
tremendous
public
support,
making
donations
to
these
events
so
that
they
are
free
to
everyone.
H
That
is
correct
and
we're
going
to
try
and
do
the
food
trucks
down
in
the
park.
At
the
same
time,
like
we
did
last
summer,
some
of
the
events
will
just
be.
It
depends
on
the
events,
so
the
movie
that
we
show
in
July
or
in
June
is
coordinated
with
the
Regatta
and
doing
food.
Trucks
is
a
little
bit
difficult
because
of
the
event
footprint,
but
we
are
working
with
those
events,
so
we
can
have
some
food
options
for
the
attendees.
A
B
E
J
A
K
K
000
was
the
number
and
we
I
just
wanted
to
update
you
also
on
on
2022.
It
was
380
000
that
we
spent
on
the
property,
casualty
and
liability
by
the
time
we
were
done.
Negotiating
and
working
on
this
policy.
We
ended
up
at
339,
309.
A
To
a
certain
amount,
well,
really
good
outcome,
and
some
of
the
some
of
those
right
is
having
a
a
good
good
broker,
with
Greg
goodnight
and
Gardner,
helping
us
sift
through
those,
as
well
as
their
insurance
brokers.
Looking
at
deductibles
having
a
good
loss
history
that
we've
been
managing
putting
in
proper
process
and
procedures
for
cyber
security,
they
ask
a
tremendous
amount
of
it
for
a
tremendous
amount
of
information
along
the
way
and
it
it's
not
happening
by
accident.
It's
happened
by
really
good
management.
A
Get
a
result,
thank
you.
Thank
you.
Maddie.
Moving
on,
we
will
have
a
resolution
here
now.
I'll
turn
it
over
to
Joe
and
Mr
staff.
If
you're
here
representing
the
number
fours,
please
come
to
the
podium
in
case,
there's
any
questions
for
you
and
welcome
to
Board
of
Public
Works
this
morning.
This.
G
Is
resolution
number
three
b-2023
a
resolution
of
the
Board
of
Public
Works
and
safety
of
the
city
of
Madison
Indiana
regarding
a
certain
portion
of
Walnut
Street
to
be
closed
for
the
Walnut
Street
Fire
Company,
whereas
there's
been
a
requests
filed
by
Frank
Taft
on
behalf
of
the
Walnut
Street
fire
company
for
our
street,
closing
in
conjunction
with
the
companies
150th
Year
celebration
to
be
held
on
March
18
2023.
now,
therefore
be
resolved
by
the
Board
of
Public
Works
and
safety
of
the
city
of
Madison
Indiana.
G
That
Walnut
Street
from
north
of
OVO
parking
lot
to
south
of
Third
Street
shall
be
closed
on
Saturday
March
18
2023
from
9
A.M
to
6
p.m.
Be
it
further
resolved
by
the
border.
Public,
Works
and
safety
of
the
city
of
Madison
Indiana
said
stroke
street,
as
close
shall
be
with
supervision
control
of
the
Walnut
Street
Fire
Company.
A
Welcome
Frank
tell
us
a
little
bit
about
the
event
and
I
Know
Carl
can
add
in
because
he's
also
a
member
of
the
force.
J
A
A
A
J
Are
blocking
off
side
of
the
interest?
Okay,
so
they
will
have
access
to
that.
Also,
the
section
of
the
branch
office
of
the
bank.
J
J
Aren't
open,
nor
is
the
Salvation
Army
serving
lunches
on
Saturday,
so
with
traffic,
which
is
normally
foot
traffic.
A
Well,
first
of
all,
let
me
thank
the
fours
and
all
of
our
other
fire
companies
for
service
to
our
community.
We
we
talk
about
all
across
the
state
when
I'm
with
our
legislatures
and
there's
no
rain,
fries
professional
retired
professional
firefighter.
So
we
really
appreciate
all
the
support
to
our
community.
It's
invaluable
service
and
celebrating
I
think
is
something.
A
I
would
certainly
like
the
entire
Community
to
come
down
and
and
do
with
us,
because
it's
it's
it's
for
the
community
and
it's
all
volunteers,
which
I
think
is
also
remarkable
and
You
Know
Carl
marching
one
of
the
founding
members.
I
was
yeah.
He
looks
great
for
150
I
tell
you
can
pick
on
him
every
now
and
then.
B
Frank,
will
you
have
some
of
your
odor
apparatus
on
display
coming
back
to
we.
J
We
have
the
1929
Aarons
Fox,
which
is
parked
behind
my
fire
hall,
but
it's
really
not
displayable,
but
we'll
be
just
at
the
fire
hole.
You
can
see
the
evolution
of
firefighting
from
equipment
that
was
used
in
the
1800s
all
the
way
up
to
the
motorized
and
then,
of
course,
at
the
new
station
you'll
see
our
Aaron's
Fox
100
foot
tower
on
display
and
people
will
see
everything
behind
the
doors
we'll
have
all
the
compartments
open
and
you
can
generally
see
all
of
the
equipment
that
we
carry
to
the
fire
zones.
A
Fantastic
well,
do
we
have
a
a
motion
for
approval
of
resolution,
3B
2023.
B
J
The
Casey
dog
program,
which
is
a
fire
prevention
program,
that's
provided
by
course,
and
Fire
and
Security,
and
that
will
be
appearing
sometime
around
the
12
30.,
we'll
have
a
brief
ceremony
at
12
o'clock
and
the
rest
of
it
is
just
generally
looking
at
the
equipment
and
enjoying
yourself.
We.
A
Look
forward
to
it
we'll
we'll
Chase
or
who's
the
other
Paw
Patrol
dog.
Will
he
be
there?
There's
Chase
and
chief
help
me
out
there.
I
Thank
you
mayor.
You
should
have
a
breakdown
of
the
change
order
in
front
of
you.
The
original
contract
some
was
2
600,
8
400.
I
This
new
change
order
decreases
that
amount
to
2
million
four
hundred
ten
thousand
six
hundred
dollars
so
still
a
negative
change
orders.
Many
of
these
will
be
paid
out
reimbursed
to
the
city
from
the
design
team.
That
total
is
about
twenty
eight
thousand.
I
I
Though
it
works
complete,
there
may
be
one
more
chain
order
as
we
go
through
all
of
our
documentations
just
to
make
sure
we
have
everything
that
needs
to
come
before
you,
but
I
would
anticipate
this
as
the
last
one.
Okay.
A
Any
discussion
and
again
just
a
reminder
tomorrow,
night
at
city
council,
we'll
have
the
kind
of
the
first
reveal
of
the
new
space
upstairs
fully
accessible
and
join
us
for
a
special
announcement.
There.
Any
discussion,
comments
or
questions
on
therapist,
say
aye.
B
A
We
got
Nicole's
still
here,
we'll
be
talking
about
our
ready
pay
applications
for
probably
the
first
two
projects
we
have
underway
is.
I
That
correct
that's
correct.
You
should
have
four
pay
applications,
total
there's
one
for
the
mural
law
and
comfort
station.
That
should
be
your
first
page
for
the
amount
of
one
hundred
three
thousand
336
dollars
and
twenty
cents.
A
I
Pay
application
number
two
for
the
Gateway
project
is
fifty
one
thousand
three
hundred
forty
five
and
the
final
pay
application
is
for
seventeen
thousand
nine
hundred
seventy
seven
dollars
and
thirty
two
cents.
A
So
these
are
with
ready,
Grant
funds
that
we
are
applying
for
they've
already
been
approved,
we're
we
were
going
through
a
a
process
for
a
draw
process
with
the
Southern,
Indiana
or
RDA.
A
D
I
I
have
one
pace:
midpoint
for
315
East
4th
Street
Melissa
Miller
has
completed
over
50
percent
of
The
Rehabilitation
on
this
dilapidated
structure,
including
of
rebuilding
of
some
exterior
walls,
as
well
as
some
foundation
work.
Her
request
for
disbursement
is
twelve
thousand
five
hundred
dollars
is.
I
A
I
Have
two
finals,
starting
with
an
the
first
elaborated
structure,
Matt
Chandler
worked
on
11
111
East,
2nd
Street.
I
And
some
wow
after
slash
in
progress
photos,
their
Pace
Grant
was
completed
according
to
their
Pace.
A
Will
have
a
ribbon
cutting
announcement
on
that
so
soon,
but
what
a
remarkable
transformation
we're
proud
to
be
part
of
that
and
our
other
Pace
projects,
and
that
is
part
of
a
whole
Corridor
that
is
just
seeing
tremendous
revitalization
I'll,
make
a
probably
make
a
motion
to
approve
well
you've
had
one
more
we'll
do
them
as
a
batch.
Sorry
about
that
get
ahead
of
myself,
1001.
I
I
Making
his
whole
Pace
Grant
25
000.
I
Don't
believe
so
he's
still
there's
still
a
lot
on
this
property
that
he
has
to
work
through,
but
he
didn't.
He
finished
everything
that
was
included
on
his
Pace
project
we've
since,
since
his
project
we've
changed
the
regulations
where
the
Liberty
structures
have
to
finish
the
exterior,
but
his
project
fell
before
that.
A
Okay
and
what's
our
time
I
mean
I,
know
he's
actively
working
on
it,
the
rear-
it's
not
shown
in
this
picture,
but
the
rear
Edition
is
already
framed
up
and
on
a
roof
he's
making
good
progress
on
it
and,
as
you
mentioned,
you
know,
generally
speaking,
we
wouldn't
make
the
final
disbursement
until
the
exterior.
All
the
exterior
improvements
are
completed.
A
Property,
that's
completely
transformed
down
there
on
did
everybody
know
that
we
have
a
Pearl
Street
in
Madison.
Did
you
know
the
Pearl
now
any
comments
or
questions
discussions?
I
I
A
Fantastic
great
work:
we've
got
to
have
a
ribbon
a
bunch
of
ribbon
cuttings
here.
It
looks
like
well
moving
on
to
the
mayor's
comments.
I
just
want
to
reiterate
tomorrow
night
communities
invited
to
Crystal
Beach
for
the
city
council
meeting
where
we
will
have
initial
reveal
of
the
new
space
upstairs
we'll
be
naming
the
space
as
well
in
honor
of
a
influential
person.
A
It
was
involved
in
Crystal
Beach
in
1938,
and
we
also
earlier
today
talked
about
Gaines
Park
I,
believe
that
we're
scheduling
a
groundbreaking
for
Gaines
Parks
upgrades
for
February
23rd,
we'll
we'll
get
a
press
release
out
about
that
Bob,
just
to
confirm
that,
but
as
you'll
as
you'll
notice,
we've
been
planning
for
years
now
to
make
substantial
investments
in
upgrading
the
city
of
Madison
Park
systems
that
has
gone
several
decades
without
a
major
infusion
of
capital
to
upgrade
them.
A
We
have
a
long
way
to
go,
but
just
in
the
course
of
the
last
couple
of
years
you
know
the
sums
that
we're
investing
in
our
Parks
is
in
the
it's
well
in
excess
of
10
million
dollars
and
you'll
you'll
notice.
A
difference.
When
we
talk
about
our
Parks
too,
when
we
talk
about
our
Gateway,
that's
a
park,
we
talk
about
Crystal
Beach
as
a
park.
Bicentennial
is
a
park.
The
super
Overlook
is
all
of
the
riverfront
is
a
park.
A
Oak
Hill
Park
just
drive
around
town
There's
tremendous
investment
happening
right
now
and
we're
continuing
to
execute.
You
know:
strategies
from
the
recently
completed
Park
master
plan
to
see
that
the
quality
of
life
in
Madison
is
exceptional
and
then
lastly,
I
want
to
just
recognize
the
family
of
Joe
knoble,
who
passed
away
and
was
