All
right
new
business,
the
hunter
hall
rental
agreement,
so
we
made
the
only
I
think
change
was
in
the
price.
Is
that
correct,
so
just
FYI
on
the
official
records,
the
price
is
three
hundred
dollars
for
a
half
a
day,
which
is
six
hours,
five
hundred
dollars
for
a
12-hour
day,
Plus
the
cleaning
fee
of
one
hundred
dollars
correct.
Is
there
anything
else
you
would
like
to
add,
discuss
talk
about.
A
D
C
A
D
We
have
dance
cheer
and
art
in
there
that
are
during
the
week
and
then
the
tea
party,
but
that's
just
a
few.
There
are
some
groups,
the
Art
Council
that
is
through
us,
that
has
a
date
reserved
already
and
I
mean
people
are
going
to
use
it.
So.
D
B
So
but.
A
D
There
is
a
printed
copy,
just
of
some
updated
numbers
were
just
shy
of
888
dollars
for
sponsorships
on
the
summer.
Events
still
have
a
few
follow-ups
on
that.
We
had
our
first
movies
in
the
park,
which
was
very
well
attended
a
beautiful
evening
at
the
park
right
now,
we're
really
heavy
into
registrations
for
the
parade.
That's
Regatta
week
we
have
a
movie
in
the
park,
Wednesday
the
parade,
Friday
and
then
fireworks
Saturday.
So
a
lot
of
details
with
parade
registrations.
D
Any
questions
on
events
I,
don't.
D
D
Okay,
we
can
move
on
to
seniors
one
of
the
biggest
things
that
I
found
with
them
is
just
communication.
There
are
so
many
of
them
that
aren't
on
social
media
or
even
use
email.
So
I've
worked
with
the
Communications
Department
got
them
content
I'm
going
to
bring
this
up,
so
you
guys
can
glance
I
don't
have.
D
D
D
E
D
Quarterly,
or
by
we're
working
on
some
different
funding
for
that
as
well,
we
may
have
to
do
some
advertising
just
to
help
cover
the
cost
of
it,
because
I
don't
have
an
exact
cost
of
what
those
are
going
to
be.
Yet
we
have
emailed
that
to
the
printer
to
find
out
just
from
our
database
alone,
we
had
over
900
people
in
the
55
and
up
category
which
we're
going
to
filter
that
to
65,
and
up
probably
for
these
mailings
that
55
to
65
group
necessarily
are
the
ones
we're
targeting
for
this,
but.
B
D
I
have
been
meeting
with
lifetime
resources
too,
to
get
them
back
in
the
community.
They
were
here
pre-covered
after
covid.
They
have
not
operated
out
of
Jefferson
County
at
all,
so
we
actually
just
met
with
them
at
the
senior
center.
Today
they
have
some
funding
available
to
redo
kitchen
space
building
flooring.
That
kind
of
thing
so
I'm
excited
to
get
them
back
over
here
and
serving
meals
on
a
regular
basis.
D
D
A
D
There
they
are
very
appreciative
of
the
city,
investing
in
in
them
as
well
and
and
Personnel
focused
on
some
of
their
activities
and
getting
the
word
out
for
them.
B
C
A
F
Expenditures
versus
kind
of
what
you
see
from
our
accounting
department,
it
gives
you.
F
F
F
F
C
F
A
A
60
kids
signed
up
to
attend
our
princess
tea
party
33
at
Cheer,
Camp
33
in
dance,
camp,
194,
kids
in
swim,
lessons,
27,
kids,
baseball
or
softball
36,
kids
in
pickleball
and
19
cheerleading.
Those
are
different.
Two
different
cheer
categories.
We
have
and
31
kids
in
the
First
Tee
golf
lesson
program.
So
548
kids
in
Madison
are
involved
in
Parks
programming
right
now,
and
that
is
basically
in
nine
weeks
and
I.
Think
that
is
very
impressive
and
I'm
very
excited
for
the
shift
and
the
direction
that
we're
headed.
C
F
F
F
C
I
just
want
to
add
something
on
the
golf
course.
We've
spent
the
last
couple
years
working
very
hard
to
reverse
the
deficits
of
the
golf
course
and
I
think
the
2023
is
going
to
be
a
better
year
than
in
the
past.
We've
already
driven
down
that
deficit
by
about
60
2023
ought
to
drive
it
even
closer
to
break
even
but
but
Sunrise.
Golf
Course
is
one
of
the
best
assets
in
our
parts
department
and
it
should
be
a
contributing
asset.
C
We
need
to
invest
in
it
to
make
it
to
make
it
that
way
and-
and
it
is
to
do
the
planning
that
between
the
parks,
Parks,
Board
parks,
department
and
the
Golf
Board,
we
can
put
those
plans
together
and
figure
out.
How
do
we
get
more
out
of
Sunrise
Golf
course,
because
it
really
ought
to
be
a
retributing
asset
and
we
didn't
Direction
already.
A
About
the
golf
out,
I
always
have
to
ask
about
these
signs
forever.
Have
they
been
ordered.
F
They're
manufactured
in
Kentucky,
they
were
doing
final
setup.
We
have
a
slot
already
plugged
into
manufacturing.
B
On
the
golf
course
changes,
I
know
it's
very
early
stages,
but
adding
a
driving
range
and
some
other
changes,
I
assume
where
the
land's
already
there,
for
that
I
mean
we're
not
going
to
have
to
acquire
land
or
anything.
B
B
F
C
B
C
A
C
Oh
just
appreciate
all
the
work
and
that
everybody's
doing
this
guided
referred
to
Oak
Hill,
we'll
actually
be
having
our
city
ribbon.
Cutting
up
there.
I
was
up
there
today
and
the
half
of
the
playground.
Surface
area
is
installed,
it's
beautiful.
C
C
You
know,
through
our
Master
Parts
planning,
we'd
identified
a
lot
of
these
needs
and
now
they're
being
focused
on
and
addressed,
and
you
know
Scott's
working
really
hard
to
prepare
us
for
the
2025
Centennial
of
the
construction
of
the
brown
gym,
so
we'll
be
having
some
a
lot
of
work
between
now
and
then
on.
The
brown
gym.
C
Okay,
well,
I
mean,
if
you
want
me
to
I,
can
address
Crystal
Beach
the
fact
that
we
are
having
a
groundbreaking
on
I.
Don't
know
if
you
mentioned
that,
did
you
mention
June
13th,
so
June
13th
we're
having
a
groundbreaking
for
Crystal
Beach,
a
lot
of
progress
being
made
toward
mobilization
and
getting
that
construction
project
started.
So
it
is
on
schedule
with
what
our
plans
have
been.
If
you
recall,
when
we
went
through
all
of
the
design
processed
and
the
bidding
process,
we
had
some
real
timetables.
C
We
had
to
meet
at
the
end
of
the
year
relative
to
financing
and
design
in
order
to
finish
up,
but
anyway,
at
the
end
of
the
year,
we
had
closed
on
all
the
financing
commitments
that
we
needed
and
I
had
went
ahead
and
started
demolition
of
the
pool.
So
we
could
be
prepared
for
a
quick
build
out
of
the
pool
once
we
break
ground
they'll,
be
on
site
and
start
the
actual
vertical
vertical
construction
of
the
pool.
We've
already
been
receiving
some
of
the
materials
that
had
longer
lead
time.
C
So
we're
happy
to
fully
get
started
on
vertical,
but
there's
been
a
lot
happening
between
the
end
of
the
year
when
we
closed
on
our
financing
and
then
the
compliment
to
that
is
all
the
swimming.
Lessons
is
being
offered
at
the
junior
high.
As
Scott
had
mentioned,
we
had
188
enroll
enroll
in
roll
swimming
lessons,
and
so
the
partnership
with
the
high
school
has
been
really
good
in
that
regard,.
A
C
E
A
I
too
I've
had
a
lot
of
people
know
that
the
guys
but
ask
me
about
the
Crystal
Beach,
and
you
know
I've
kind
of
told
them
that
too,
that
there's
a
lot
of
planning
that
goes
on
before
you
actually
see
a
human
body
on
the
ground.
You
know
subcontractors
are
being
lined
up
and
plans
are
being
searched
over
and
over
and
making
sure
they
have
all
the
supplies.
So
once
we
get
started,
we
don't
have
those
delays
so.
C
C
A
C
F
F
Walmart
but
needs
a
lot
of
work.
The
it's
been
well
kept,
but
the
issue
with
your
maintenance
within
field
still
can
tell
you:
we've
got.
We've
got
massive
lifts
on
the
infield
and
on
the
Outfield
grass
we've
got
drainage
issue.
We've
got.
A
G
G
G
The
6th
I'd
have
to
ask
Doug
where,
where
I'm
at
but
anyway,
that
would
be
an
improvement
and
as
a
compliment,
you've
made
some
cosmetic
improvements
down
there,
which
is
paint
of
the
building
and
Landscaping
and
rocks
and
things
around
and
the
pavement
was
sprayed
and
and
that.
G
G
Oh,
that's
one
of
the
most
inconvenient
things
that
you're
all
set
up
is
to
have
to
move
or
get
one
of
those
little
honey
wagons
and
tote
it
over
to
the
dump
station.
So
you
know
most
campsites
that
are
out
there
now
that
attract
a
lot
of
people
who
do
have
full
electric
water
and
sewer.
Now
you've
got
your
electric
and
you
got
your
water
there,
but
really,
ideally
everywhere
we
go
now
pretty
much
has
the
sewer
hookup
and
this
group
would
like
to
come
sometime
next
spring.
G
G
I
was
in
was
level
was
number
five
and
it
was
so
unlevel
I
had
to
back
up,
get
Boards
out,
put
and
drive
the
real
inconvenience
when
your
wheels
are
off
the
ground,
because
your
site's
unlevel,
these
sites
are
paved
in
your
plans
for
improvement,
my
opinion
and,
as
you
look
at
most
you're,
really
nice
Parks.
They
have
concrete
You
Can
level
concrete.
You
can't
very
well
level
payment
over
time.
The
other
thing
is,
some
of
these
rigs
are
big
and
when
you
go
put
your
jacks
down
on
a
hot
pavement,
they'll
sink
concrete.
G
G
A
few
of
the
sites
could
be
taken
out
and
make
and
made
the
bigger
ones
in
the
back
that
there's
some
things
to
be
done.
That
could
improve
that
we
of
everywhere
we
can't
we
live
12
miles
mayor,
and
this
is
our
favorite
spot.
We
love
it
and
our
and
people
that
we
invite
to
come
love
it.
We
just
love
it
a
little
more.
If.
C
I
appreciate
your
remarks:
it's
a
such
a
unique
Campground
and
it
and
it's
like
the
other
things
right.
It
needs
more
investment
in
order
to
modernize
it.
That
happens
to
be,
though,
an
asset
that
pays
for
itself,
which
is
very
different
than
many
of
the
other
Park
assets
that
we
have,
which
are
you
know,
more
supported
by
other
types
of
Revenue
City
versus
user
fees
or
rental
fees
there,
so
that.
E
C
That
was
in
our
Park
master
plan,
and
it
is
certainly
on
our
on
our
radar
and
maybe
Scott
once
but
I
agree
with
you.
Charming
Campground
needs
to
be
modernized.
F
G
G
C
F
Book
your
site
book,
your
site,
uses
background
platform,
sure
is
getting
phased
off,
a
new
saw,
Firefly
seems
to
be.
We
just
had
a
Zoo
meeting
on
it
earlier.
This
week
seems
to
be
a
lot
more
adaptable
for
that
kind
of
thing.
So
as
we
as
we
get
into
that,
we
all
have
it
on.
A
E
I'm
Doug
buckler
the
campground
host
one
thing
that
I
that
I
don't
know
if
the
people
around
you
realize
that
you
know
Memorial
Day
weekend,
probably
70
percent
of
the
campers
that
was
there
in
the
campground
live
probably
within
40
mile
of
Madison.
E
So
we
have
a
lot
of
local
people
that
puts
their
local
money
into
the
campground
stuff.
It's
not.
You
know
people
from
Arizona
long
distance,
but
we
draw
like
right
now.
I
just
had
seven
motorhomes
come
in
from
Greensburg
they're
down
here
for
a
week,
so
we
have
a
lot
of
local
people,
but
you
know
interested
in
the
same
thing
that
he's
interested
in
and
what
can
we
do
to
make
things
better.
F
E
There's
there's
there
are
magazines
that
different
Camping
World
puts
out
camping
a
lot
of
your
different.
You
know
cancer
that
they
put
brochures
out.
Magazines
out,
I
forget
what
the
one
that's
a
monthly
magazine.
D
E
E
H
E
F
G
G
G
H
About
Crystal
Beach,
so
thank
you,
mayor
and
I'm
glad
there's
a
schedule
and
it
will
be
open
before
swim
season
next
year,
but
with
the
brown
gym
I,
don't
understand
exactly
what's
going
on.
Is
the
community
band
still
able
to
practice
there
and
how's
that
going
I
did
see
some
Facebook
posts
that
they're
looking
for
more
members?
I
know
a
couple
members
moved
away,
but
just
keep
plugging
that.
Thank
you
very
much
and
then
my
other
question.
H
There
was
a
big
editorial
in
Columbus
about
how
hard
it
is
to
play
Pickleball
there,
even
though
they
have
a
bunch
of
Courts
people
that
just
want
to
come
with
their
kids
and
play
can't
get
on
the
courts
because
pickleball
club
members,
evidently
they
have
a
club
there
keep
them.
So
do
we
have
a
way
that
people
can
either
sign
up
to
play,
Pickleball
or
know
about
playing
pickleball?
Is
that
being
advertised
through
the
visitor
center.
A
So
you
can
buy
a
membership,
we
have
daytime
memberships
and
evening
and
with
that
you
have
hours
at
the
brown
gym
for
open
courts
and
also
permission
to
use
the
sport
court.
We
have
equipment,
that's
locked
up
down
there,
but
you
have
to
have
a
combination
which
you
get
with
your
membership.
