If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
Okay,
so
on
the
minutes,
I
just
want
to
point
out,
you
guys
might
have
caught
it
too.
On
the
first
line.
It
says
the
minutes
the
sixth
day
of
February,
and
it
should
have
been
the
sixth
day
of
May
or
June
I
mean
so
I
would
move
that
we
change
the
month
in
the
first
line
of
the
minutes
there,
but
I
would
move
that
we
would
accept
it
with
that
change.
C
A
D
E
A
All
right
so
Kim
can
update
that
for
us
and
Phil
have
you
had
a
chance
to
look
at
the
claims?
Yet?
Yes,.
A
A
B
Thank
you,
Carla
I'll,
give
you
a
little
back
story.
We've
been
looking
at
brown
gym
really,
since
I
came
on
board,
really
the
a
condition
and
the
utilization
of
the
gem,
and
really
believe
that
that
facility
is
extremely
underutilized
and
that
there's
opportunity
to
a
repair
it
and
get
it
back
in
good
shape
and
then
draw
a
lot
more
people
to
that
facility.
B
So,
during
those
conversations
we
have
spoken
to
a
designer
as
an
architect
designer
and
have
requested
proposals
for
preliminary
schematic
design
concepts
of
what
we
could
do
in
the
basement
of
brown
gym
from
a
programmatic
standpoint,
and
so
what
you
have
in
the
packet
is
his
proposal
for
that
work.
It's
a
stepped
proposal.
B
Ultimately
it's
about
thirty
thousand
dollars
that
would
take
us
all.
The
way
through
construction,
drawings,
I,
probably
would
not
engage
him
for
the
ultimate
project,
but
for
the
conceptual
piece
of
it,
I've
worked
with
him
before
he's
very,
very
good,
and
so
what
all
I'm
asking
for
you
today
is
to
approve
the
process.
B
We
are
going
to
try
and
get
some
grant
money
to
pay
for
this
and
I'm
working
on
that
Grant
application
right
now,
but
I
just
wanted
you
all
to
see
this
and
kind
of
approve
the
process.
We
have
a
an
internal
time
frame
in
mind
that
we
would
love
to
have
everything
completed,
renovated,
whatever
it's
going
to
be
by
February
27th
2025,
which
is
the
100th
anniversary
of
the
opening
of
the
gym,
and
so
for
us.
B
We
think
that's
a
very,
very
Monumental
date
and
we
would
love
to
see
the
new
brown
gym
rededicated
on
that
date.
It's
also
an
important
year.
1950
was
a
little
bit
of
a
Monumental
year
in
Madison
basketball,
so
it
would
be
the
75th
anniversary
of
the
1950
state
championship
team.
So
2025
is
a
big
year
and
I
think
historically,
this
would
be
Monumental
for
the
city
to
be
able
to
bring
brown
gym
back
to
life.
We've
got
much
bigger
plans
for
brown
gym.
B
We
have
another
phase
that
we're
thinking
about
after
this,
but
for
right
now
this
is
for
renovating
the
basement.
Doing
a
lot
of
work
down
there
to
make
it
usable
space,
accessible
space,
programmatic
space,
with
a
wide
variety
of
uses
and
so
I'm
asking
just
for
your
approval
to
go
forward
with
the
process
and
seek
grant
funding
for
the
design.
B
B
Here's
a
dance
studio,
I
could
go
here;
it
could
go
there
and
from
input
from
us
and
from
the
public
that
would
shape
what
this
plan
would
ultimately
become
and
at
the
end
of
the
day,
when
you're
ready
to
go
out
to
bed-
and
you
have
all
of
your
documents
in
hand-
that's
what
the
price
would
be.
36
000.
for
now
it's
ninety
nine
hundred
dollars
for
this
phase,
and
that's
all
we're
going
to
go
for
right
now
is
the
9900
just
so
we
can
start
thinking
about
what
this
may
become.
Okay,.
A
Those
plans
for
the
basement
would
be
a
community
band
room,
new
locker
rooms
and
showers
and
restrooms
rooms
for
some
group
classes
like
yoga
dance,
aerobics,
a
strength
and
training
workout
area
like
a
small
gymnasium
area,
with
machines
where
people
could
come
in
and
do
stuff
and
then
some
open
areas
and
some
storage
and
then
to
fix
the
office
for
the
program
manager
upstairs
that
that's
what
it
would
all
entail.
B
B
Should
we
add
this
to
it
because,
right
now,
if
you
look
at
the
plan,
it's
basically
it's
just
a
chopped
up
basement
with
a
lot
of
block
walls,
and
you
can't
Envision
anything,
and
so
it's
much
easier
to
have
that
conversation
when
you
can
visualize
what
it
may
become
down
the
road
and
that
that's
what
this
would
be.
This
would
be
the
the
talking
points
beginning
so.
B
B
He's
going
to
have
three-dimensional
views
like
you're
standing
in
the
space,
and
you
can
turn
and
see
what
what
it
would
look
like
around
you
how
the
finishes
and
lighting
might
look
in
the
basement
and
he's
got
how
the
gym
floor
would
look
with
opened
up
ceilings
From
Below,
especially
upstairs
too
so
we're
kind
of
looking
at
a
little
bit
of
upstairs
a
lot
of
downstairs,
but
just
some
general
ideas,
phase
two
I
think
would
inform
some
of
this
some
more,
but
we're
not
ready
to
talk
about
phase
two.
B
Yet
that's
that's
a
much
bigger
project
than.
C
B
Can
probably
yeah?
We
could
probably
push
him
a
little
bit.
I
think
in
my
in
my
mind,
in
a
tracking
mine
from
a
construction
standpoint,
go
through
schematic
design,
get
construction,
drawings,
I
think
if
everything
was
great,
we
could
have
construction
drawings
by
probably
January
go
out
to
bid
in
January,
which
would
give
us
a
full
year
for
construction,
which
I
think
is
plenty
of
time
to
get
that
done.
C
A
So
I'll
make
a
motion
and
move
to
I
couldn't
approve
the
9900
to
get
the
schematics
done
for
the
basement
or
the
brown
gym.
B
Tanya's,
not
here
today
so
I'll,
give
the
assistant
director's
report.
Excuse
me
event
update.
We
just
had
our
major
event
for
the
year,
which
was
the
parade
for
the
Regatta
and
the
fireworks
I
think
we
had
72
float
entries
or
entries
for
the
parade,
so
it
was
pretty
good
sized
parade
well
attended
weather
held
out
for
us,
so
that
was
nice.
It
was
a
lot
of
work
last
week
with
interns
and
everybody.
So
I
appreciate
everybody's
effort
with
that
Senior
Center
I
think
we
have
some
pretty
exciting
news
for
the
senior
center.
B
As
you
know,
it's
it's
been
somewhat
ignored
for
a
period
of
time
and
we're
trying
to
generate
excitement
about
activities
and
programs
for
the
senior
center
we've
been
talking
with
lifetime
resources,
who
was
here
before
covid
and
they
supplied
meals
and
and
did
a
lot
of
work
well
they're
very
much
interested
in
being
a
partner.
Once
again,
they
have
a
substantial
amount
of
money
available
to
renovate
the
senior
center.
B
B
For
a
senior
center,
the
only
the
only
thing
that
we
would
do
is
we'd
have
to
match
ten
percent,
so
we've
got
to
find
thirty
thousand
dollars
so
I'm,
including
that
in
the
Grant
application
as
well.
So
we
can
do
our
matching
part
of
this.
The
design
piece
of
this
from
the
same
designers
55,
is
five
thousand
dollars.
They've
asked
us
to
pitch
in
500
hours
our
10,
which
we've
already
agreed
to
so
they
will
pay
for
the
design
piece
of
this,
and
so
that's
already
underway.
B
So
I
think
this
is
very
exciting
for
the
senior
center.
This
will
make
it
a
whole
different
place.
We
are
really
trying
there's
a
group
of
people
there
that
are
really
trying
to
expand
the
people
who
use
that
and
I
think
there's
reasons
why
people
haven't
been
going
and
we're
trying
to
clear
those
up.
But
I
think
this
is
a
really
good
opportunity
for
that
location
that
building
not
only
to
have
people
there,
but
to
have
lifetime
resources,
be
available
for
meals
and
and
meals
out
in
the
community
as
well.
A
D
A
B
B
Could
and
I'll
make.
This
is
just
my
suggestion.
This
is
probably
just
as
good
of
a
forum.
I
would
like
to
see
from
a
personal
standpoint
that
we
Implement
a
rule
that
if,
if
you're
tossing
out
candy
that
you
walk
the
sidewalks
along
the
sidewalks
in
the
street
not
throw
in
the
middle,
because
you've
got
kids
running
out
in
the
middle,
you
got
people
who
then
bleed
out
and
stand
out
in
the
street.
They're.
B
B
Yeah
I
think
it's
just
a
matter
of
time.
There's
there's
things
that
have
changed
in
the
last
couple
years
that
people
aren't
used
to
and
I
think
as
long
as
we
keep
enforcing
and
keep
pushing
it
we'll
get
there.
It's
all.
Change
is
hard
for
some
people,
so
I
think
it's
just
a
matter
of
time
to
to
get
there.
D
I
think
the
parade
went
well
I
I'd
like
to
discuss
and
maybe
not
hear
with,
some
of
the
logistics
of
what's
allowed
in
the
parade
and,
what's
not
I,
think
it
made
it
very
difficult
for
the
bands
for
the
high
schools
all
of
them
to
since
they
didn't
have
their
trailer
or
couldn't
pull
their
trailer
to
load
back
up
and.
A
D
That
may
not
seem
like
a
big
deal,
but
I
can't
imagine
having
to
either
carry
that
equipment
all
back
or
try
to
find
a
parking
space
down
there
for
a
trailer
or
a
semi.
D
B
B
Yes,
I'm
excited
about
that
I'm,
hoping
we'll
have
some
other
new
working
on
another
piece
of
that
as
well,
that
we
haven't
gotten
final
answers
on,
but
hopefully
I'll
be
able
to
report
that
out
next
month
for
that
space
next
piece
is
the
park
and
recreational
comprehensive
financial
report.
Again
this
is
the
report
that
you
all
be
seeing
each
month
as
we
update
it.
B
There
are
still
areas
that
are
that
have
dollars
associated
with
expenses
that
are
not
in
the
right
location,
so
this
isn't
quite
balanced
the
way
it
should
be
we're
working
on
that
with
the
treasurer's
office
to
try
and
get
them
to
move
some
things.
We
also
have
an
issue
with
our
funding
coding
and
that
some
of
the
nro
funds
that
we
receive
are
going
into
General
funds,
and
so
we
started
working
on
that
today,
trying
to
correct
some
of
the
coding
issues
there.
B
So
those
are
tracking
correctly
as
well,
making
sure
that
we
it's
like
Sunrise,
whatever
money
they
take
in
stays
there
or
the
campground,
so
creating
some
new
codes
and
closing
some
old
ones
that
aren't
being
used
so
right
now.
This
is
this
is
accurate
as
far
as
where
we
are
according
to
our
accounting
system,
but
it's
not
actual
in
real
world
as
to
where
line
items
should
go.
If
you
look
at
exit
on
the
general
Parks,
the
parks
director
expense
against
no
budget
and
the
very
first
page.
B
That's
because
the
budget
sits
in
the
Park's
nro
account,
and
so
we've
built
against
the
general
Parks
fund
when
we
should
be
billing
against
the
nro,
and
so
that's
happened
in
a
few
spaces.
I've
tried
to
highlight
those
in
yellow
where
we're
not
over
budget,
it's
just
incorrectly
inputted
and
then
also
on
the
last
page.
We
have
the
unappropriated.
That's
a
function
of
the
accounting
firm,
ready,
accounting
firm,
who
is
closing
out
certain
accounts,
putting
the
money
in
a
location
to
re-
to
put
the
money
back
into
a
correct
count
later.
B
B
Yeah,
the
the
three
which
one
are
you
talking.
B
B
Yep
so
we've
we've
got
64
percent
of
our
budget
remaining
for
the
year
and
we're.
B
Now
I
will
tell
you
this
does
not
include
I.
Do
not
believe
it
does
include
those
chemical
costs.
So
it's
gonna.
It's
gonna,
hit
us
again
in
in
next
month.
So
again,
that's
a
function
of.
We
should
be
doing
this
on
our
accrual
basis.
We
should
be
hitting
that
chemical
cost
divide
by
12..
It's
five
grand
a
month.
That's
what
it
is
instead
of
65
000
in
July,
yeah
yeah,
that's
just
not
a
good
representation
of
July
for
the
golf
course
get.
B
Campground
operations
again
we're
doing
fairly
well
I'd,
add
a
little
bit
of
extra
data
this
month
and
I've
set
this
up,
so
that'll
be
automatic.
You'll,
see
it
every
month,
I'm
looking
at
year-to-date
variants
from
last
year
to
this
year,
so
Revenue
last
year
at
this
point
was
94.
000
this
year
it's
101
expenses
last
year
were
6
400
against
almost
8
900.
B
net
revenue
last
year
at
this
time
was
88
000
this
year,
we're
at
almost
93
000.,
so
we're
up
about
five
thousand.
The
interesting
thing
is
that
our
actual
reservations
are
down
from
last
year,
so
we
made
more
money,
but
we
have
less
reservations.
So
that's
probably
the
function
of
location
or
duration.
C
B
Yeah
so
right
now
we're
about
four
thousand
dollars
to
the
good
for
campgrounds,
and
then
the
data
behind
that
is
just
for
the
month.
B
We
also
had
to
pay
the
previous
superintendent
his
comp
time
that
landed
in
June,
so
those
two
pieces
alone
were
about
probably
about
an
extra
ten
thousand
dollars
that
we
wouldn't
normally
have
to
pay,
and
then
we
also
had
a
lot
more
labor,
as
we
were
transitioning
from
the
last
superintendent
to
our
current
superintendent
is
trying
to
keep
the
golf
course
looking
good
and
going
well,
so
we
took
a
little
bit
of
a
hit
in
June
more
than
we
anticipated
and
then
again
in
July,
we'll
take
a
pretty
good
size
hit
because
of
the
chemical
was
hitting
in
July.
B
Yes,
yes,
we
have
our
superintendent
Christian
Hansen,
two
full-time
employees
benefit
eligible
employees.
The
second
employee
starts
Wednesday,
but
he's
in
place.
We
are
now
going
to
start
losing
our
summer
help
for
college
high
school,
so
we're
going
to
start
losing
labor
on
that
side,
but
we've
got
our
plan
figured
out
for
that
for
our
pieces.
B
We
think
that,
with
the
three
full-time
year-round
positions,
we
will
need
to
have
probably
three
seasonal
positions
and
so
it'll
be
a
total
of
six
people
working
on
the
on
the
ground
side
of
the
golf
course
versus
any
number
that
we've
had
in
the
past.
So
as
we
start
working
through
that,
then
those
numbers
will
get
a
little
bit
better.
We're
going
to
meet
in
probably
September
Roger,
Christian
and
I
we're
going
to
formulate
our
Manpower
plan
for
the
following
spring:
we're
going
to
have
a
structure.
These
are
the
people.
B
A
A
C
Was
he
was?
He
was
the
bridge
between
Brandon
and
Christian
and
Roger
and
Christian?
Don't
you
know
they
can't
say
enough
good
things
about
Mr
Copeland's,
yeah
yeah.
It
was
and
he
wants
to
be
there.
So
that's
great
and
Christian
is
very
enthusiastic
as
well.
I
think
the
golf
course
is
in
very
good
hands
right
now.
Good.
B
B
B
And
then
my
way,
I
like
to
really
heavily
fertilize
and
water,
the
heck
out
of
it.
So
the
initial
seed
was
that,
wouldn't
it
be
great
if
we
could
find
a
place
to
put
a
driving
range
at
sunrise-
and
there
were
some
conversations
about
you
know
we
could
move
hole
one
and
put
the
driving
range
down
where
hole.
B
One
is
along
Michigan,
Road
and
there's
enough
room
to
to
accommodate
that,
but
I
have
a
tendency
to
have
like
really
grandiose
plans
and
so
I
kind
of
blew
it
up
from
there,
and
so
we've
we've
hired
a
golf
course
architect
who
is
in
the
process
of
evaluating
anything
from
a
driving
range
to
something,
much
more
significant
for
changes
at
Sunrise,
which
would
which
could
include
a
practice
area
extending
the
golf
course.
So
it's
a
longer
golf
course.
B
So
we
could
get
Collegiate
play
and
our
broader
scope
of
people
playing
the
golf
course
it
could
mean
new
greens.
It
definitely
needs
to
have
a
whole
new
irrigation
system.
The
irrigation
system
is
original,
it's
60
years
old
and
it's
not
in
good
condition.
It
could
mean
relocating
and
building
a
new
Clubhouse,
a
bigger
Clubhouse.
It
could
mean
relocating
all
the
superintendent
functions,
to
a
different
location,
on
the
golf
course
and
not
in
the
front
door
of
the
of
the
golf
course.
B
So
we
have
a
lot
of
ideas
that
we're
talking
about
we're
working
with
a
golf
course
architect
that
kind
of
give
us
some
scenarios
of
how
it
might
all
work.
We
haven't
seen
anything
yet
we're
still
trying
to
finalize
some
base
map
information
for
him
to
get
accurate
and
repeatable
drawings,
and
we
should
have
something
hopefully
in
next
next
month
or
so.
So
we
can
start
really
looking
at
what
this
thing
may
be
start
getting
input
from
everybody.
B
The
golf
board
has
been
very,
very
enthusiastic
about
the
ideas
and
the
concepts
I
think
in
order
for
Sunrise
to
get
Beyond
a
golf
course
that
barely
gets
by
every
month
we
have
to.
We
have
to
change
what
we're
doing
I
had
a
person
who
used
to
tell
me
if
you
always
do,
which
you
always
did
you'll,
always
get
what
you
always
got
so
I
think
it's
time
to
start
doing
something
different
at
Sunrise.
It's
a
great
course
don't
get
me
wrong,
but
our
our
reach
for
play
is
very
minimal.
B
It's
very
local
there's
opportunity,
I
believe
in
the
golf
course
board
believes
that
there's
opportunity
for
for
play
and
stay
where
hotels
have
packages.
We
have
a
great
tourist
City,
a
lot
of
visitors
and
we
don't
capture
what
we
should
for
the
golf
course
and
the
way
we
do,
that
is
to
make
it
better,
and
so
we
are
in
the
process
right
now,
of
trying
to
come
up
with
a
plan
and
and
figure
out
the
cost
as
to
what
we
can
do
to
make
it
a
much
better
place
and
a
destination
versus
a
local
Municipal.
C
So
what
I've
seen
is
and
what's
been
proposed
is
very
exciting.
I
don't
have
any
idea
what
the
price
tag
is.
So
we'll
just
have
to
see.
That's
going
to
be.
You
know
as
a
Golf
Board
member,
fantastic
okay
as
a
Parks,
Board
member,
you
know
I
def,
you
know
the
eyebrow
Telegraph
needs
to
go
up
for
sure,
but.
E
C
It's
very
very
exciting
stuff.
Now
you
know
we
always
we
were
talking.
You
know
if
we
shoot
for
the
stars
and
we
still
just
get
the
driving
range.
You
know
great
right.
We
hit
the
moon
because
when
this
conversation
all
started,
my
point
of
view
is,
you
know.
The
golf
course
is
always
treading
water.
If
we're
going
to
really
make
a
profit
with
the
golf
course,
the
driving
range
is
where,
where
you
make
the
profits
you
get
guys
out
there,
you
got
a
Snack
Shack.
You
got
somebody
Manning,
the
snacks.
C
You
got
somebody
out
there
still
hitting
balls
under
lights
at
you
know:
10
p.m.
Things
like
that
and
that's
that
would
be
a
way
to
to
quit
treading
water.
Now
all
this
other
stuff,
you
know
really.
You
know
we
got
to
be
careful,
but
this
guy
could
be
the
limit
with
you
know,
bringing
in
New
restaurants,
new
hotels,
because
it
could
be
a
premium
course,
at
least
as
far
as
a
municipal
course
goes,
it
could
be
one
of
the
best.
D
Do
like
to
play
golf
just
like
they
like
to
play.
We,
you
know,
need
more
pickleball
courts,
so
I
think
it
goes
hand
in
hand.
We
just
need
to
keep
an
eye
on
the
money
yeah.
B
And
they're
we're
having
conversations
you
know
very
similar
to
you
know,
there's
there's
bonds
available,
there's
ways
to
achieve
that.
Because
I
mean
let's
look
at
what
we
have
for
facilities.
We
have
brown
gyms,
that's
that's!
100
years
old,
it
was
last
renovated
in
1993.
we
have
the
golf
course
at
60
years
old.
It's
got
the
original
irrigation
system.
No
Money's
been
put
into
that
other
than
patching
it
Rucker.
B
B
And
add
the
tennis
courts
to
it,
you
know,
and
I
can
I
can
keep
John
Paul
Park
to
it.
You
know
we
can
go
on
and
talk
about
all
these
other
parks,
and
so
what
I've
been
doing
is
I've
been
putting
together.
All
these
plans,
I've
been
talking
to
musco
about
changing
out
the
lighting
I've
been
talking
to
Rain
Bird
about
what
the
cost
would
be
for
the
irrigation.
B
At
the
golf
course,
I
mean
I'm
talking
to
National
contractors
who
do
this
every
single
day,
I'm
talking
to
the
the
moats
group
out
of
Cincinnati
about
what
would
it
cost
for
us
to
do
artificial
turf
and
some
ball
fields?
So
you
know
we're
looking
at
this
on
a
holistic
approach,
that
we've
got
significant
issues
with
our
parks
and
we're
gonna
have
to
spend
money
on
them.
If
we
want
to
have
a
park
system
that
attracts
people,
businesses,
families,
industry
to
Madison,
we've
got
to
start
upgrading
these
and
have
not
been,
but.
D
D
I
know,
we've
talked
about
it
for
years,
but
if
we
do
make
it
the
necessary
improvements
or
some
good
improvements
to
a
golf
course
and
to
you
know
the
complexes
and
some
of
the
other
areas,
the
United
States
went
to
Omaha
and
there
were
700
travel
teams
there
tied
into
the
College
World
Series
700.
We
took
30
in
our
group,
so
700
times
30,
you
know.
D
Obviously
we
you
know
it's
not
something
we
could
shoot
for
with
700
teams
right,
but
we
could
shoot
for
50
or
60
teams
to
be
in
Madison
roaming,
the
the
downtown
even
at
the
restaurant.
Staying
in
the
hotels,
it's
it's
very
realistic
and
very
possible,
but
the
improvements
would
be
the
start
right.
B
Right
and
you
can't
do
that,
we
we
had
a
tournament
this
weekend.
This
gentleman
approached
me
about
six
weeks
ago.
He
said,
Hanover
didn't
want
it,
and
my
predecessors
didn't
want
it
and
I
said
I'll
take.
It
was
four
teams.
It
was
two
days
I
charged
them
100
a
day
because
it's
a
fundraiser
for
them.
We
took
concessions
and
we
grow
sixteen
hundred
dollars.
B
That
was
just
local
teams
for
two
days.
You
know
on
a
big
night
for
t-ball,
we'll
get
a
hundred
dollars
in
concessions,
so
it
didn't
take
up
much
effort
from
us.
It
didn't
take
much
cost
from
us.
All.
It
took
was
an
interest
in
saying
yeah
we'd
love
to
play
now
when
it
rains-
and
you
have
a
lake
on
you
know
in
the
infield.
It's
embarrassing.
It's
embarrassing
when
the
water
doesn't
go
anywhere
and
and
you've
got
all
these
teams
from
around
that
are
playing
in
our
complex
and
and
when
it
rains
it.
B
D
C
I'd
like
to
say
something
about
the
irrigation
system
since
I've
been
on
the
Golf
Board,
whenever
that
was
September
just
about
every
meeting.
You
know
it
was
kind
of
cocking
our
brains
like
how
are
we,
how
are
we
going
to
figure
out
how
to
fix
this
irrigation
system?
So
you
know
if
we
do
have
some
sort
of
capital
project.
C
I
do
think
it's
pretty
Savvy
to
kind
of
tie
the
tie,
the
irrigation
system
into
a
more
higher
end,
Capital
project
as
well
to
kind
of
get
that
done,
because
it's
not
you
know
back
for
a
better
word.
It's
not
very
sexy.
You
know
to
to
fix
something
like
that,
but
it's
grossly
inefficient
kind
of
you
know
if
you've
got
a
car
and
you've
got
a
transmission.
How
many
times
are
you
going
to
repair
the
transmission
before
you
just
buy
a
new
car?
C
C
B
So
that's
in
process
I
want
to
give
you
an
update
on
summer
and
fall
programming,
and
the
this
reflects.
Essentially,
our
programming
doesn't
include
things
that
started
last
year
and
finished
this
year.
This
is
only
starting
this
year
currently
registered
through
the
fall
River
City
Showdown
number
is
twice
what
it
should
be,
so
it
should
be
48
and
not
96,
but
overall,
we've
got
about
a
thousand
available
entries
for
our
programs.
B
We've
had
just
a
little
bit
north
of
800
people
participate.
So
that's
pretty
easy,
math
we're
at
about
an
84
84
participation
rate
in
our
programs,
which
I
think
is
an
incredible
number.
It
just
shows
that
we're
we're
offering
classes
that
people
want
to
take
our
programs
or
what
people
want
to
do,
and
so
that's
great
news,
I
think
as
we
go
forward
this
will
that
Trend
will
continue
with
some
new
classes
that
we're
doing
and
then
we've
had
four
classes
that
were
on
wait
lists.
B
So
again,
we've
had
some
issues
with
swimming
this
year
with
the
pool
at
the
at
the
junior
high
weather
related.
That's
caused
some
problems
and
and
been
a
little
bit
of
a
hassle
for
us,
but
we've
worked
through
them.
People
have
been
pretty
good,
I
think
we've
only
probably
issued
a
couple
partial
refunds
overall,
but
overall
it's
it's
actually
been
received
fairly
well.
So
we
shouldn't
have
this
issue
next
year
at
Crystal,
Beach.
B
Sorry,
Lions
Club
playground,
repair,
we
had
a
company
come
in
kind
of
clean
up,
Lions,
Club
structure,
repair,
broken
pieces
and
pieces
that
were
loose
and
and
not
doing
well
completely
clean
pressure
wash
and
and
seal
the
equipment
up
there.
B
Gaines
Park
we're
moving
very
well
there.
The
playground
equipment
has
arrived.
So
it's
actually
here
in
the
city,
so
we're
just
waiting
for
an
install
date
from
the
contractor.
The
sidewalk
is
poured,
the
basketball
court
is
poured.
The
curbs
are
poured
for
the
playground,
equipment
fence
posts
are
in
so
we're
we're
getting
to
the
home
stretch
there.
So
there's
no
reason
to
think
we
won't
be
done
by
the
end
of
the
summer.
B
I
think
the
deadline
was
Labor
Day
for
that
Park,
so
I
think
we're
looking
pretty
good
for
there
Crystal
Beach
update
the
contractor
has
a
camera.
You
can
go
to
their
website
and
you
can
watch
anytime.
You
want
I,
know
I,
they
I
happen
to
catch
them.
They're
doing
some
load-bearing
ratio
tests,
soil
tests
out
there
they're
doing
some
compacting
and
they're
actively
working
out
there.
So
we're
we're
just
moving
along,
not
an
awful
lot
to
report
right
now
other
than
it's
is.
B
B
We
talked
about
that
this
morning,
brown
gym
repair
update.
As
you
know,
we
had
a
section
of
the
floor
structure
collapse
in
the
northwest
side,
most
likely
probably
from
wood
Rafters
that
rotted
out
that
were
pocketed
into
a
brick
exterior.
B
We
have
it
short
up
in
the
basement.
I
had
two
companies
come
out
to
give
me
pricing
to
tear
down
the
ceiling
in
those
areas,
so
we
can
get
the
structure
engineer
back
out
to
evaluate
and
come
up
with
a
design
to
fix
it.
One
was
Teton,
I
met
them
out
there
last
week.
He
said
he
couldn't
get
to
it
till
September,
which
doesn't
work
for
us.
Rumpke
demolition,
Environmental,
Services
I've
used
them
a
lot
when
I
was
in
Louisville.
I
actually
call
them
originally
because
they
do
asbestos
abatement
and
lead
base
paint
abatement.
B
When
I
thought
we
were
definitely
going
to
have
asbestos
there,
so
I
called
them.
They
came
out
and
their
proposal
is
4800
dollars
to
tear
down
those
ceilings.
There's
a
lot
of
stuff
attached
to
those
ceilings.
There's
a
lot
of
electrical
conduit,
there's
just
a
lot
of
stuff
there.
So
they'll
come
in
tear
it
down.
Forty
eight
hundred
dollars
haul
it
away,
and
that
gets
us
to
the
next
step
of
getting
the
structural
engineer
back.
B
I've
already
told
them
that
I
would
bring
it
to
you
all
tonight
to
look
at
I've
already
got
them
scheduled
they're
going
to
start
next
Monday.
So
this
isn't
something
that
you
know.
Should
we
do
it?
We
have
to
do
it
so
I've
already
got
them
engaged
and
they're
going
to
start
next.
Monday
probably
take
a
couple
days.
We
don't
need
to
shut
down
brown
gym.
B
B
B
B
We
did
400
for
half
day
and
600
for
a
full
day,
and
so
the
question
is,
you
know
for
Regatta.
If
somebody
wants
to
rent
out
Hunter
Hall
for
Regatta
agree.
C
B
Know
do
we
charge
him
a
thousand
dollars
a
day,
because
it's
high
demand
and
I
think
the
other
thing
we
probably
didn't
talk
about
either
was
non-profits
and
I.
Don't
remember
exactly
what's
the
meaning?
Are
we
giving
price
breaks
in
nonprofit
or
we're
just
it's
an
event?
Hall,
it's
400
or
600,
so
I
think
there's
I.
Think
I
just
want
to
have
maybe
some
more
discussion
about.
Maybe
the
next
phase
of
what
that
agreement
should
be.
B
If
you
all
think
about
it
and
there's
nothing,
we
need
to
answer
quickly.
Just
something
I
think
we
need
to
look
at
moving
forward.
B
So
you
know,
as
we
talk
about
how
we
communicate
we're
always
talking
about
you,
know,
apps
and
phones,
and
push
notifications
and
texting
and
Instagram
and
Facebook,
and
we
have
a
certain
segment
of
our
constituency
that
doesn't
do
any
of
that.
They
have
a
landline
and
they
get
a
letter
in
the
mail,
and
so
we
went
through
and
did
a
mailing
a
quarterly
newsletter
for
our
seniors.
It
cost
us
about
700
to
mail
which
was
way
more
than
we
should
be
spending.
B
So
we've
made
an
agreement
with
a
company
that
will
do
this
for
free
they
get
to
sell
advertising
in
it,
and
so
for
us
it
doesn't
cost
us
anything,
they
publish
it,
they
produce
it,
they
send
it
out,
they
get
money
for
advertising,
and
so
for
me,
that's
a
win-win,
and
so
we're
going
to
move
forward
with
them,
not
the
next
quarter,
because
it
was
too
late,
but
after
the
next
quarter,
they'll
start
there
is
it's
a
three-year
agreement.
We
cancel
anytime,
but
it
won't
cost
the
same
or
to
mail
it
out.
B
B
I
alluded
this
earlier.
The
last
item
on
the
agenda
for
me
is
I've,
been
talking
with
some
some
large
companies.
Some
companies
that
are
very,
very
good
at
what
they
do.
Musco
is
probably
the
leading
athletic
field
lighting
company
in
the
United
States.
They
probably
do
80
percent
of
all
Lighting
on
athletic
fields
anywhere
from
Little
League
to
NFL,
so
I
had
musco
out
looking
at
all
of
our
lights.
B
If
you,
if
you
look
at
most
of
our
lights,
they're
all
old,
sodium
lights,
high
energy
lights
take
forever
to
come
on
hard
to
control
and
they're
in
dire
need
of
replacement.
An
example
is
at
Rucker,
the
lights
are
controlled
by
going
into
the
electrical
panel
and
throwing
the
breaker
to
turn
a
one
pole
light
on
so
for
field
four,
which
is
men's
softball,
that's
five
Breakers!
You
turn
on
you're,
not
supposed
to
use
Breakers
as
a
switch.
So
it's
five
Breakers.
We
turn
on
to
turn
those
lights
on.
B
I
had
the
guys
install
a
timer
this
year,
so
at
least
they
shut
off
on
their
own
without
paying
overtime
for
somebody
to
go
over
and
turn
them
off.
So
we
have
that
going,
but
we're
getting
pricing
to
replace
all
of
our
sodium
lights
across
the
city.
In
our
athletic
parks
with
LEDs
some
poles,
we
can
reuse
some.
We
won't
so
that's
out
there
I'm
looking
at
it
for
Capital
budgeting
purposes
right
now.
B
So
that's
in
process,
I'm
gonna
skip
Pickle
bar
ball
for
one
second,
just
to
tease
Carla
Rucker
field,
repair
replacement.
Again
I
had
the
moats
group
out
from
Cincinnati.
They
did
as
a
frame
of
reference
Madison's
football
field.
They
do
again
anywhere
NFL
Fields
they
do
they
do
it.
All
and
part
of
my
concept
is,
as
we
have
a
20
acre
parcel
just
east
of
Rucker.
B
B
Our
ability
to
have
people
working
to
do
those
trades
is
greatly
diminishing.
So
how
do
we
reduce
the
dependence
on
Manpower
and
reduce
our
costs?
This
is
one
way
to
do
that.
These
aren't
zero
maintenance
but
they're
reduced
maintenance
and
so
again,
just
for
Budget
purposes
and
discussion
purposes,
I've
gone
out
and
gotten
in
the
process
of
getting
pricing
I'm
going
to
have
a
meeting
with
them.
Next
Tuesday
they
have
their
pricing
together.
For
me,
so
again
is
the
budget
and
discussion.
B
Point
I've
engaged
them
just
to
talk
about
Rucker
and
what
we
can
do
different
and
then
pickleball
courts.
I
had
tennis
Technologies
out,
tennis
Technologies
is
doing
medicines,
tennis
courts,
they
just
did
Hanover's
tennis
courts.
Louisville
Paving
used
to
do
a
lot
of
tennis
courts,
but
they're
out
of
the
business
of
tennis,
Technologies
out
of
Louisville.
Now
does
those
and
I
had
them
price
new
outdoor
pickleball
courts
at
Lorenz,
Park,
six
pickleball
courts
fence
in
between
five
foot
fence
around
permanent
pickleball
courts?
B
So
you
don't
have
to
have
a
membership
general
public
just
go
out
and
play
anytime,
they
want,
and
that
number
I
think
was
a
hundred
and
ninety
thousand
dollars
for
six
quarts.
So
again,
another
just
what,
if
kind
of
thing,
if
we
do
something
like
this,
what
would
it
cost
and
where
can
we
put
it
and
that
looked
like
a
good
opportunity
as
far
as
location
and
space
for
it?
So
a
lot
of
what
I
do
is
is
I
want
to
have
in
my
mind
what
it's
going
to
cost
to
do
it.
B
So
when
we
have
these
conversations,
I
have
a
general
ballpark
idea,
and
the
only
way
to
do
that
is
get
people
out
and
say:
hey
for
Budget
purposes.
What
would
it
cost
me,
and
so
I've
I've
been
doing
that
a
lot
the
last
two
months
with
a
lot
of
big
companies
just
for
Capital
budgeting
purposes
and
conversation
purposes,
for
us
to
start
looking
down
the
road
one.
A
B
A
B
Stuff,
absolutely
all
right,
absolutely
yeah.
A
lot
of
these
are
hey.
Here's,
your
text,
here's
what
it
cost!
You
know,
I
told
them
I'm
just
right
now.
I'm
just
want
budget
numbers,
just
discussion,
pieces
I,
don't
have
any
formal
proposals
from
anybody
yet
so
again,
very
loose.
Nothing
structured!
Nothing
committed!
Just
just
conversations.
Okay,.
A
Yeah,
it
is
a
lot
going
on.
Okay,
this
is
the
oh
I.
Have
one
more
question
for
you
before
we
go
to
public
comments
or
next,
for
you
guys.
We've
had
a
couple
of
donations
within
the
last
year
and
I
mentioned
them
too,
and
you
were
going
to
try
to
track
them
down.
One
was
for
Rucker
Sports
Complex
from
the
Burch
Johnson
family
and
one
was
from
Carol
Brown's
family
for
Kiwanis.
Were
you
able
to
track
those
down
and
not
yet
I
just
want
to
make
sure
we
follow
up.
B
A
B
A
B
E
Good,
no,
it's
good!
Okay,
I'm,
Jan,
batres,
701,
East,
2nd
Street,
exciting.
What
you
guys
are
doing
really
appreciate
it,
with
the
exception
of
Phil,
the
rest
of
you,
weren't
involved
in
the
bicentennial.
So
I
just
want
to
encourage
you.
When
you
have
the
folks
looking
at
the
senior
center,
there
are
two
pieces
that
are
really
important
from
the
bicentennial:
they
should
not
just
disappear.
E
Hal
Davis's
mural
is
an
original.
He
is
now
deceased,
so
it's
invaluable
and
the
bicentennial
quilt
was
made
specifically
by
folks
and
it
hung
at
the
library
during
our
celebration.
But
then
the
seniors
asked
to
have
it
there.
E
So
if
you
need
it
stored
for
a
while
or
you
decide
that
you
don't
want,
it
displayed
anymore,
make
sure
it
doesn't
just
disappear,
because
those
are
part
of
the
Legacy
in
the
history
and
I'm,
assuming
since
you've
done
all
the
research
on
the
brown
gym.
You
know
that
the
James
Graham
Brown
Foundation
is
a
very
large
organization.
B
You
and
just
just
to
make
you
feel
a
bit
better.
We
had
we
had
those
exact
conversations
in
the
senior
center.
The
mural
will
definitely
stay
and
what
we
actually
said
about
the
quilt
is
that
they
are
not
being
displayed
properly
and
they
need
to
have
more
of
a
focal
point
from
the
street,
so
they're
more
visible
because
they're
beautiful.
So
we
need
to
find
a
place
where
people
can
look
in
the
window
and
see
them
versus
being
hidden
in
the
back
room.
Yeah.
