A
A
All
right
I'd
like
to
call
to
order
this
park
board
meeting
on
monday
february,
7th
2022.,
we'll
begin
for
our
ordinance
to
be
completed
at
february's
meeting
the
election
of
our
park.
President
vice
president,
will
be
starting
with
our
president.
If
any
board
member
wishes
to
make
a
motion
to
nominate
another
board
member,
you
may
do
so
now.
C
I'll
nominate
carl
eats
crabs
I'll
second,
that
is
that,
yes,
sir.
E
D
So
if
mr
read
that.
A
A
So
we
have
not
recommended
to
make
any
changes
to
this
lease
agreement.
We
are
presenting
it
as
is,
but
I
would
like
to
invite
him
if
he
has
any
questions
comments.
Brian
sackley
with
we
does
head
the
jackson
county
soccer
association.
F
Appreciate
the
time
to
talk
to
you
guys
from
our
on
behalf
of
course,
we
have
one
more
meetings.
We
would
like
to
make
it
possible
to
maintain
the
contract
we
currently
have.
Basically,
just
within
our
budget
needs.
E
F
So
from
our
behalf,
we'd
like
to
keep
it
as
it
is,
I
know
we've
talked
a
little
bit
about
use
possible
use
of
the
flag
football
field
or
what
you
identify
as
a
flag
football
field
for
possible
future
use
for
travel
soccer,
and
we
can
discuss
those
terms
later
once
we
get
to
that
point.
So
that's
from
older
leagues,
we've
got
kids
that
are
that,
obviously
don't
play
soccer
in
the
spring.
We
want
to
offer
that
program.
F
F
C
I
just
like
to
make
comment
and
compliment
brian,
his
family
and
all
his
workers,
because
I've
we've
been
a
part
of
it
for
the
last
12
13
years
and
and
you
do
a
phenomenal
job.
I
think
it's
great
for
the
community
and
it's
well
run.
So.
Thank
you
very
much
appreciate
that.
F
A
Yes,
so
this
is
something
that
we
brought
up
to
the
board.
At
the
last
meeting,
we
were
discussing
our
campground
fees,
something
the
board
you
sounded
like.
You
were
interested
in
revisiting,
so
excuse
me:
well,
we
put
together
a
little
background
on
it
for
our
current
dog
park.
We
charge
20,
and
this
is
an
annual
fee.
A
There's
only
a
couple:
people
that
are
a
little
hesitant
having
the
dogs
that
moving
forward.
If
we
remove
the
feed,
we
wouldn't
have
the
shop
records
on
top,
so
we
have
done
a
little
bit
of
research
on
that.
In
per
the
indiana
code,
with
our
liability
and
regulations,
the
owner
is
liable
for
any
damages
caused
by
the
dog
indiana
code.
1520-20-1-4-5.
A
Who
qualifies
as
an
owner
and
dog
bite
liability
so
also
the
owner
would
be
liable
if
the
dog
were
to
bite.
Somebody
indiana
law
also
requires
the
dogs
three
months
and
all
to
receive
their
rabies,
vaccination
and
that
that,
wouldn't
matter,
if
they
were
to
enter
into
any
dog
park
or
not
or
you
just
were,
to
keep
them
at
home.
So
overall
we
looked
at
also
kind
of
the
profit
and
loss
of
what
this
is
generating
since
the
park
department,
a
lot
of
our
stuff
is
fee-based.
A
Ultimately,
when
you
break
everything
down,
it
came
out
to
a
positive
seventeen
hundred
dollars.
It
was
all
the
dog
that
the
dog
park
recuperated
last
year.
We
do
have
over
160
members
that
participated,
but
we
do
know
that
it's
still
so
feasible
that
you
were
able
to
enter
and
exit
the
facility
without
having
paid
that
fee.
We
can't
100
guarantee,
since
that's
not
monitored,
24
7.
A
A
I
think
you'll
see
this
as
a
positive
throughout
the
community,
with
our
numerous
events
that
we
have
going
on
from
regatta
to
river
chautauqua,
you
name
it
but
then
also
with
our
campground,
as
our
campground
attendant
mentioned,
that
he
has
to
make
75
to
80
of
our
families
that
come
in
do
have
pets,
and
such
you
couple
that
with
what
chad
is
trying
to
bring
on
with
rutgers
sports
complex,
bringing
in
more
families
for
the
entire
weekend
and
just
kind
of
everything
that
we've
got
going
on
with
our
city.
D
G
A
So
chad
and
I
held
a
meeting
with
kerry
from
ratio
architecture
to
discuss
where
we're
at.
I
believe
I
brought
this
up
at
our
january
meeting,
but
the
overall
breakdown
of
the
master
plan
there's
numerous
steps
and
we
have
completed
the
rough
draft
portion,
which
was
due
back
in
january.
14Th,
yes,
and.
A
The
surveys
that
we
completed
the
condition
of
all
of
our
facilities,
parks
overall
equipment,
the
basic
park
board
and
department
info
and
kind
of
a
social
economic
factor
so
moving
forward.
What
is
due
for
our
final
draft
on
april
15
would
be
our
public
participation
which
will
take
place
at
our
march
meeting
a
needs
analysis
and
then
basically,
a
priorities
and
action
schedules.
A
So
when
chad
and
I
met
with
ratio,
it
was
to
discuss
our
priorities
list,
and
that
is
the
paper
that
you'll
see
in
front
of
you
from
our
meeting
on
january
28th,
we
outlined
our
biggest
priorities
over
the
next
five
years,
and
this
was
a
pull
also
from
when
we
had
a
meeting,
I
believe
it
was
august
or
september.
Last
year,
with
our
park
board
members,
we
sat
down
and
discussed
what
we
kind
of
feel
is
the
highest
priority
moving
forward.
A
We
understand
that
there's
a
lot
of
deferred
maintenance
throughout
our
facilities
across
our
neighborhood
parks.
We
know
that
there's
been
financial
insolvencies
across
our
different
facilities
too.
That's
one
thing
that
we've
not
been
shying
away
from
of
analyzing
attacking
our
overall
communication
with
everything
that
we
do
to
our
online
employees
with
our
overall
programming.
The
golf
course
campground
that's
been
a
definite
need
that
we've
been
identifying
and
want
to
continue
to
improve
on
and
then
just
our
major
facilities.
A
Your
rutgers
sports
complex,
that
used
to
be
a
premier
facility,
but
no
longer
quite,
is
campground
trying
to
expand
our
bath
house
there,
making
that
a
little
bit
more
accessible,
our
overall
bathrooms
across
the
community
and
such
so
there's
a
lot
of
different
areas
there
that
we
feel
our
programs
there's
a
lot
of
things
that
we
need
to
get
done,
but
we're
all
kind
of
trending
in
the
right
way.
So
what
this
is
is
essentially
breaking
down
the
four
main
areas,
so
one
upgrading
neighborhood
parks.
A
We
rank
those
baseline
falling
priority
to
our
financial
assault
facilities.
So
this
would
be
the
campground
crystal
beach
swimming
pool,
sunrise
golf
course,
and
then
we
kind
of
group
them
together
of
the
rutgers
sports,
complex
brown,
gymnasium,
three,
improving
overall
communication,
our
marketing
and
online
presence
and
then
and
that
kind
of
goes
hand
in
hand
with
the
increasing
participation
which
we've
set
as
a
goal
for
2022.
A
And
then
for,
like,
I
said,
upgrading
our
major
facilities
and
then
we
went
a
little
bit
further
and
broke
that
down
on
a
year
by
year
basis
from
2022
to
2026.
And
this
is
just
again
the
high
priority
things
that
we
want
to
see
from
this
master
plan.
As
we
kind
of
create
this
blueprint
for
the
next
five
years
and
embark
on
this
kind
of
adventure
with
this.
A
D
A
Just
sort
of
the
generic
breakdown
and,
like
I
said,
we'll,
discuss
this
with
public
participation
here
at
our
next
meeting,
but
I
would
advise
everyone
on
the
park
board
to
go
ahead
and
take
a
look
at
that
overall
rough
draft
master
plan,
it's
about
80,
85
pages
and
then
kind
of
our
overall
plain
and
pro
read
list.
I
will
leave
this
open
for
discussion.
If
there's
any
thoughts,
ideas
comments
that
you
may
have
or
questions
over
all
this.
A
A
And
then
the
last
comment,
the
master
plan
rough
draft
edits
you
can
ignore.
That
is
just
kind
of
our
comments
that
we're
making
as
we're
trying
to
share
a
few
of
those
things.
A
That
can
be
brought
up
at
any
point
in
time.
The
march
meeting
will
be
basically
open
to
the
public
for
them
to
give
their
overall
their
wants
their
needs.
What
they
see
as
priorities,
and
that's
where
we
need
the
master
plan,
is
all
about
what
the
parks
department
sees,
what
the
parks
board
sees
and
what
the
public
sees
and
kind
of
integrating
that
all
as
one
plan.
A
B
Any
time,
okay!
Well
what
I
did
do
like
okay,
so
I
went
through
the
baby
pages
like
one
of
the
football
weekends
and
gosh.
If
we
had,
if,
if
money
wasn't
an
option,
what
a
dream
world
we
would
live
in
because
everything
gosh
it
was
really
neat
to
see,
and
it
was
so
thorough
and
I
appreciated
that
the
game
park.
E
B
And
I
just
call
it
the
broadway
part,
because
I'm
learning
the
names
of
all
the
facilities
overall,
I
think
the
only
upgrades
on
that
were
maybe
an
improved
playground.
I
want
to
say
I'm
trying
to
think
what
the
specific
things
were,
an
idea
that
I
had
that
I
just
want
to
throw
out.
There
was
a
labyrinth,
a
walking
labyrinth.
B
Have
you
seen
those
painted
on
blacktop
before
it's
like
a
giant
maze
and
literally
you
have
a
little
entrance
and
it
would
just
be
like
a
walking
area
and
then
and
make
it
more
of
like
a
park
with
like
landscaping
like
an
adult
park
more.
You
know,
as
opposed
to
all
of
them
being
kid-oriented.
This
could
be
one
where
you
could,
like
literally,
walk
through
and
smell
the
flowers,
and
you
know
stuff
like
that
and
a
labyrinth.
B
You
just
buy
the
pattern,
you
paint
it,
you
could
repaint
it
as
many
times
as
you
want.
I'm
sure
the
initial
investment
would
be.
You
know
a
chunky
change,
but
and
like
a
community
garden,
where
you
know
we
call
upon,
we
have
master
gardeners,
I
mean
gosh
when
I
walk
downtown
and
look
at
people's
landscape
and
I'm
like
oh
my
gosh.
If
I
can
just
live
in
your
world
for
a
little
bit,
you
know,
maybe
we
can
get
some
people
who
enjoy.
E
B
That,
and
would
you
know
if
I
you
know
if
we
opened
it
up
and
said:
hey
we'd
like
to
help
us
plant
flowers
on
saturday
at
gaines
park,
we're
going
to
beautify
it
or
whatever,
and
then
do
we
still
hire
summer
health
like
high
school
kids
to
do
summer?
Stuff,
yes,
so,
obviously
to
umpire
run,
concession
stands
and
stuff
like
that.
B
B
I
didn't
have
access
to
get
anywhere,
so
I
could
never
go
to
the
camps,
but
there
would
always
be
a
group
that
would
come
to
michigan
road
elementary
once
a
week
and
they
could
keep
on
with
us
or
we
would
do
arts
and
crafts,
and
I
know
that,
of
course
I
have
these
big
dreams
right.
I'm
not
pleased,
there's,
no
pressure,
I'm
just
mentioning
the
stuff
like.
B
Love
to
get
back
to
that
work
periodically,
we
could
go
to
where
the
kids
are
to
bring
them
things
to
do
in
the
summer
and
use
the
high
school
kids
and
college
kids
that
come
back
to
do
that,
but
to
really
promote
ourselves
and
to
get
out
there
and
say:
okay,
you
don't
have
a
ride,
but
can
you
walk
to
your
neighborhood
school
where
we
can
do
a
basketball
clinic
or
a
tennis
clinic,
or
something
like
that?
So
that's
just
my
big
dream.
Okay,
I
don't
want
to
put
any
pressure
on
you
guys.
B
A
Oh
yeah,
that's
that
one,
I
believe
is
during
chad's
section,
that
is
gary
vaynerche,
youth,
basketball
and
so
he's
been
doing
that
for
a
number
of
years
and
that's
grown
to
be
a
pretty
substantial
league
where
they
have
numerous
amounts
of
teams
and.
A
That
kind
of
took
over
the
city
leagues
gary
vany,
saw
basically
programming
was
lacking
a
number
of
years
ago
and
he
kind
of
filled
the
void
and
kind
of
took
over
doing
some
of
those
things.
C
So
carla
there's
this
city
league
that
is
running
right
now.
Their
family
runs
third
grade
through
seven
sixth
grade
they're
seven
and
then
the
boys
and
girls
club
run
the
smaller
kids
k
through
two.
Maybe
yes,
okay,
so
it's
kind
of
piecemeal
together
travel,
that's
greatly
impacted
all
of
that
and
basketball
baseball,
whatever
else,
so
that
that's
where
the
travel
leagues
looks
a
little
bit
different
than
when
I
was
growing
up
now,
it's
a
lot
of
travel
and
then
some
of
the
local
leagues
have
different
options.
B
B
That's
okay
and
then
I
wanted
you
to
know
that
I
had
given.
I
had
brought
up
at
the
last
meeting
about
a
packet
to
give
to
our
camp
campers
when
they
come,
and
we
already
talked
about
the
free
dog
park
thing
just
a
couple
of
the
brainstorms
I
had
again
just
to
throw
it
out.
There
was
maybe
a
coupon
buy
one
get
one
free
at
crystal
beach,
where
the
two
of
them
wanted
to
go
for
every
day.
That
they're
here
you
know.
B
B
I
was
going
to
call
the
accrede
golf
cart
people
and
ask
if
they
could
give
us
a
coupon
of
some
sort
to
encourage
people
to
rent
and
to
get
around
and
see
the
sites
and
to
go
to
the
parks
to
take
their
dog
or
whatever,
and
then
I
feel
like
if
we
could
just
get
an
informational
package,
then
like
to
let
them
know
that
we
played
pickleball
monday
through
friday
from
10
to
12.
Just
so,
they
know
and
you're
welcome
to
come.
B
B
A
H
Hello,
lord,
so
just
going
off
of
our
what
we
talked
about
last
meeting,
our
kiwanis
project
is
underway.
E
H
H
It's
just
taken
gene
some
time
to
get
down
there
and
measure
it
all
out
and
give
us
an
estimate,
but
they
do
they
have
everything
that
we
want
to
do
down
there.
That
should
be
in
the
works
as
soon
as
we
can,
with
it
being
so
cold.
We
really
aren't
able
to
break
ground
and
get
anything
going
on
right
now
anyway.
H
So
it's
a
good
time
to
just
figure
out
estimates
and
and
the
numbers
part
of
it
also
a
facility
update
that
we
did
not
talk
about
last
time
in
our
meeting
field,
three
up
at
rutgers
sports
complex
that
the
infield
that's
one
of
our
skinned
infields
we've
actually
added
on
to
the
infield
up
there.
So
now
we
can
have
70
feet
baselines
as
your
travel
leagues,
go
up,
there's
a
required
length
of
base
paths,
and
so
we
decided
to
add
on
to
field
three
up
there.
H
So
with
that
underway
we
can
have
two
fields
for
seven
feet,
based
paths
with
youth
programming
kind
of
like
what
we
talked
about
already
our
city
parks
department,
basketball
is
underway,
both
girls
and
boys.
H
We,
our
first
game,
was
two
thursdays
ago.
The
pope,
john
team,
walked
away
with
a
victory
and
we
were
supposed
to
have
more
games
on
thursday
of
last
week,
but
because
of
the
snow
we
pushed
those
back
to
tomorrow
and
again,
our
idea
with
starting
basketball
in
february,
was
to
try
to
wait
until
band
y
and
aa
leagues
had
finished,
and
so
we
could
pull
some
of
those
kids
from
those
leagues.
But
now
you
know
looking
forward
next
year
as
of
right.
H
Now
we
want
to
open
up
our
registration
when
the
van
wye
league
opens
up
theirs.
We
can
put
our
teams
in
there
in
their
organization
and
then
they
can
use
our
facilities,
be
a
nice
little
partnership
there,
adult
leagues,
we've
got
men's
basketball
league
and
that's
it
is
co-ed.
Just
so
far
the
only
people
that
have
reached
out
have
been
men
and
they
have
you
know
their
teams
made
up,
but
we
will
kick
that
off
february.
20Th
that'll
be
the
first
game
right
now
we
have
eight
teams
signed
up.
H
I
believe
so
it's
right
where
we
left
off
the
last
time
we
offered
men's
basketball
was
18,
so
I'm
excited
to
get
that
league
up
and
going
because
we
opened
up
registration
for
that
in
the
summer
and
we
got
nobody
to
sign
up
so
we're
already
leaps
and
bounds
ahead
of
where
we
were
in
the
summer
senior
programming.
Our
senior
dances
have
come
to
a
brief
halt.
Just
with
coven
numbers
and
the
temperatures
we've
decided
to
pull
off
on
having
those
for
a
while
at
the
brown
gym.
H
Our
first
dance
will
be
march
4th
back
down
there,
but
we
are
still
operating
out
of
the
senior
citizen
center,
we're
still
having
a
decent
turnout
down
there.
Despite
you
know
the
cold
weather
and
covet,
but
in
addition
to
all
that,
we're
going
to
start
looking
for
sponsors
to
sponsor
our
senior
dances
when
they
have
low
turnout,
it's
hard
to
get
the
bands
paid
so
and
they
require
300
payment.
All
the
bands
do
so.
Our
idea
is
having
a
group
go
ahead,
going
ahead
and
sponsoring
the
event
with
the
300.
H
That
money
can
then
go
straight
to
the
bands
and
then
whatever
we
get
at
the
door
or
from
concessions,
we
can
put
that
right
back
into
our
senior
fund
to
try
to
you
know,
bump
those
numbers
up
a
little
bit.
Yeah.
That's
that's
all
I
got
on
my
report.
You
guys
have
any
questions.
H
C
Any
questions
I
just
have
a
comment,
and
we
can
talk
about
this
later,
but
you
know
your
idea
about
matching
up
or
or
coming
out
when
bandwide
opens
van
wyk
runs
all
on
the
weekends.
C
If
the
city
league
would
be
ready,
I
mean
like
we
put
in
one
of
our
teams
so
that
we
could
have
a
game
during
the
week
or
and
a
practice
time
because
gym
time's
at
a
premium
school
yeah.
So
it
could
be
a
good
match
not
only
with
local
kids,
but
there's
no
reason
that
switzerland,
county
or
carroll
county
or
trimble
county
couldn't
join
the
city
league
unless
they
have
something
going
on
in
their
own
community.
But
it
could
be
a
good
match
for
a
lot
of
those
teams.
C
A
I'm
just
going
to
start
with
saying
for
the
city
campground.
We
did
unveil
our
new
software
astra.
This
we
officially
went
live
on
january
27th
and
so
our
booking
site
we
now
show
up
on
reserve
america's
database.
So
this
is
kind
of
the
analogy.
Is
it's
kind
of
like
google
when
you
go
in
there
to
search
for
something
that's
kind
of
how
reserve
america
is.
A
That
is
your
number
one
database
to
go
search
for
any
of
the
campsites
across
the
nation,
and
so
we
are
live
on
that
everything
with
astrid
has
been
going
very
well.
Our
overall
response
has
been
primarily
positive
because
of
the
the
ease
of
access
and
how
simple
it
is
to
get
booking
sites
are
going
even
quicker.
So
that
is
the
only
negative
thing.
Is
that
sites
are
going
too
equipment
for
some
people,
but
that's
good
for
our,
but
ultimately,
everything
has
been
great
kim,
did
a
great
job,
helping
out
with
everything.
A
So
the
first
couple
hours
of
that
is
always
hectic
once
we
unveil
go,
live
with
everything
because
they
want
our
big
weekends,
but
everything's
been
good.
Looking
back
at
2021,
we
combined
both
january
and
february
of
what
we
did
revenue-wise
we
brought
in
just
over
35
thousand
dollars
in
reservations
within
five
days
of
our
new
software.
A
So
what
I
want
to
show
is
just
a
brief
demo
on
what
this
website
looks
like,
and
so
I've
got
two
different
areas.
So
first,
like
I
mentioned,
reserve
america.
This
is
what
you
pull
up.
When
you
get
to
this
site,
you
obviously
type
in
reserve
america,
and
then
it
asks.
Where
do
you
want
to
go
so
we
want
to
search.
A
We
want
to
go
to
madison
indiana
and
we
are
going
to
be
it's
going
to
give
you
all
the
different
places
that
you
can
go,
but
we
are
the
number
one
spot
city
of
madison
campground,
and
so
this
is
the
first
thing
that's
going
to
pop
up.
It's
got
all
of
your
basic
information
contact
mailing
address
phone
numbers,
nearby
attractions,
recreations,
you
name
it
so
from
there.
All
you
need
to
do
is
just
check
the
availability
of
it.
What
that
does?
Is
it
takes
you
exactly
to
your
site.
A
First
thing
that
you're
going
to
see
is
our
policies
for
the
2022
season,
again
location
where
we're
at
the
campground
phone
number,
along
with
the
parks
department
who
our
campground
attendant,
is
and
then
overall
policies
when
our
season
is
check
in
check
out
how
reservations
work
on
the
first
come.
A
First
serve
basis,
the
overall
basics
of
it,
a
little
nod
to
the
park
board
on
how
a
price
structure
works,
and
then,
yes,
you
just
essentially
accept
and
then
you're
able
to
pick
your
overall
site
that
you
want
between
our
34
sites
and
then
your
date
ramp.
So
all
you
would
do
here
is
you
would
go
pick
whatever
night
that
you're
looking
for
so
you
can
see.
We
already
have
some
stuff,
that's
grayed
out,
because
those
have
been
completely
booked
all
34
sets.
A
A
So
that
is
really
how
simple
it
is,
and
we
see
here
these
are
grayed
out.
So
we
know
those
are
unavailable.
We
have
these
remaining
sites,
you
click
on
it.
It
gives
you
your
price
of
how
much
it's
going
to
be
because
we
are
looking
at
four
or
five
nights
here.
So
that's
why
you're
seeing
the
price
like
that-
and
it
gives
you
all
the
attributes
for
that
site.
A
So
we
have
a
couple
little
pictures
here
too,
that
show
again
more
reserve
buttons,
but
our
site
is
very,
very
user
friendly,
very
nice
to
work
with
on
the
the
directors,
and
I
call
it
we're
able
to
pull
reports
able
to
move
hosts
very,
very
easily
able
to
process
our
transactions
refunds
much
more
smoothly
and
then.
E
A
Another
example
too,
because
people
there's
another
way
to
get
to
this
site
so
on
our
city
website
page
as
soon
as
you
pop
on
there,
you
go
to
departments
under
parks
and
recreation.
It
brings
you
to
this
page
right
here
and
then,
as
soon
as
you
click
on
campground.
That
again
takes
you
right
back
to
this
spot.
So
it
looks
just
slightly
different,
but
it's
still
through
the
book,
your
site
website,
but
it's
got
our
main
photo
right
there
location
where
it's
at
again.
All
of
our
information.
A
If
you
want
to
email
us
call
us
where
we're
located
a
little
bit
about
us,
what
the
weekly
rates
run
and
then
what
our
overall
amenities
are
along
with
nearby
attractions,
and
it's
the
same
thing
you
go
to
book
now
and
it
brings
you
right
back
to
the
same
spot.
So
overall,
our
our
website
has
been
working
very,
very
well
we're
very
excited
about
this
and
the
possibilities
and
potential.
A
A
All
right
moving
forward,
sunrise
golf
course,
so
we
did
20
thousand
dollars
in
revenue
between
our
season
pass
car
stickers
and
car
farm
storage.
Here
in
the
month
of
january,
and
just
to
look
back
at
2021,
we
did
not
start
selling
until
the
course
opened
february
15th
last
year,
which
that
was
about
the
time
we
had
the
snowstorm.
So
really
we
didn't
start
selling.
A
For
our
golf
board,
meetings
have
been
moved
to
the
last
tuesday
of
each
month
and
they
have
the
we've
adjusted
the
time
of
5
pm
and
these
are
going
to
be
held
at
the
pro
shop,
but
the
golf
board.
What
we've
been
talking
about
lately,
working
on
acquiring
updates
for
our
shelter
houses
and
pond.
The
pond
has
had
some
issues.
If
you've
been
around
hole
6
there,
you
see
that
it's
sunken
in
just
a
little
bit.
We've
got
some
issues
with
the
sinkhole,
that's
below
it.
A
So
we're
still
working
on
affordable
options
to
try
to
fix
that
issue,
but
then
our
shelter
houses,
if
you've
noticed
too
the
exterior,
has
been
completely
renovated
on
our
two
back
out
bathrooms
out
that
are
on
the
course
currently
working
with
the
golf
board
and
with
roger,
whose
main
emphasis
here
in
this
off-season
has
been
selling
our
corporate
sponsorship.
A
So
that's
one
of
the
documents
that
you
have
in
front
of
you
kind
of
outlines
what
that
corporate
sponsorship
gets,
you
the
cost
and
the
kind
of
direction
that
will
go
into
that
and
then
something
else
with
it
that
I've
put
on
there.
This
started
off
as
just
kind
of
an
idea
that
we
had
last
year.
We
cost
wise.
We
didn't
get
it
implemented,
but
we
are
going
to
get
it
done
for
this
year
and
that
is
a
new
t-sign.
A
What
we
currently
have
are
the
wooden
t-signs
they've
got
the
the
glass
plane
in
front
of
them
and
it's
basically
a
google
earth
image
that
was
zoomed
in
and
they
kind
of
cut
out
and
shown
there
and
those
are
very,
very
faded
after
a
number
of
years
being
on
display,
and
so
they
desperately
need
updated.
So
we've.
E
A
Been
working
with
some
private
donors
that
are
looking
to
fund
these
new
cast
bronze
t
signs
that
you
see
there
in
front
of
you
as
well,
so
that
is
going
to
kind
of
all
coordinate
here
with
these
corporate
t
sponsors
that
we
would
attach
those
onto
the
bottom
of
these
new
t-signs.
So
all
would
be
kind
of
that
cast
bronze
iron.
That
would
look
very,
very
classy
overall,
that's
kind
of
the
direction
that
we're
headed
with
doing
the
corporate
t
sponsors
and
then
with
those
with
the
new
t,
signs.
A
And
then
for
the
golf
course
as
well,
we
have
ordered
our
remaining
golf
cart
batteries,
so
brent
has
been
up
with
our
golf
course
guys
finishing
that
up.
So
our
golf
course
at
the
golf
carts
that
we
started
the
police
agreement
in
2016,
we
had
a
third
of
the
batteries
replaced
in
2019
and
that
left
us
with
two
thirds
that
we
needed
to
get
done.
Life
expectancy
is
only
two
to
three
years,
with
only
35
parts
in
our
fleet.
That
goes
by
pretty
quickly.
That's
a
lot
of
wear
and
tear.
So
we.
H
A
Another
third
of
them
last
year
and
we
finished
out
the
final
third
of
them
this
year,
we're
just
getting
them
installed
now
and
lastly,
for
the
course
our
grill
is
currently
open.
7
a.m
to
3
p.m,
and
we
are
breakfast
at
lunch
right
now,
tuesday,
through
sundays.
We
are
off
on
mondays
at
this
time,.
A
For
crystal
beach,
I
will
keep
you
posted
on
ruby's
hand
with
this.
They
are
having
five
weekly
meetings,
but
I
was
able
to
attend
the
meeting
on
february,
2nd
with
the
the
design
team.
With
our
contractor
pool
group
and
the
engineers
and
construction
was
underway.
We
got
to
take
a
little
tour
of
the
facility.
Things
are
progressing
well
there
and
the
pool
group
will
be
providing
again
charts
soon.
So
as
soon
as
I
get
that
I'll
be
able
to
relay
that
information-
and
let
you
know
where
we
stand,
that
schedule
was.
A
For
our
parks
general
with
john
paul
park,
so
we
met
with
the
doctor
of
american
revolution
to
discuss
plans
for
john
paul
park
and
they
deal
with
the
plans
more
so
on
the
top
part,
not
with
the
pertaining
to
the
baseball
softball
field,
but
they
have
ordered
some
benches
that
they've
been
working
on
for
a
few
months
now
that
just
took
some
time
very
kind
of
beautiful
rustic,
looking
benches
that
are
now
finally
finished.
A
A
The
other
thing
I'd
like
to
see
is
a
little
update
on
some
of
our
lighting
there,
keeping
basically
a
little
bit
newer
lighting,
but
still
keeping
that
kind
of
rustic
look
and
keeping
it
all
looking
old-school,
but
still
still
functioning,
but
they're,
always
a
pleasure
to
work
with
they're
very
helpful.
I
think
their
biggest
goal
and
kind
of
eyes
on
the
prize
is
restoring
that
fat,
not
sure
what
capacity.
But
I
read
the
initial
plans
for
that.
How
john
paul
park
was
initially
designed
to
get
even
a
fraction
of
what
they
had
would
be
fantastic.
A
A
So
we
are
working
on
different,
basically
a
more
efficient
way
that
we
can
get
that
entire
facility
more
secure,
that's
something
that
gets
used
frequently
throughout
monday
through
friday
and
then
night
time,
with
all
the
different
practices
between
volleyball,
basketball
or
adult
leagues
and
then
on
the
weekends
as
well.
So
we've
got
a
lot
of
things
there
that
we
need
to
make
sure
that
our
contents
of
that
and
everything's
secure.
I
A
For
staffing,
two
quick
updates:
we
have
hired
a
couple
of
seasonal
staff
members
they're,
going
to
be
kind
of
what
I
call
floaters.
They
won't
be
just
assigned
to
one
facility,
they'll,
be
all
across
working
for
streets
and
parks
and
kind
of
everywhere
for
us
and
then
the
last
thing
I
have
is
some
wonderful
news.
A
Mr
chad
eisen
who's
been
serving
as
our
program
coordinator,
effective
on
january
31st
was
promoted
to
deputy
director,
so
he
is
going
to
be
seeing
some
increasing
responsibilities
as
if
he
doesn't
work
enough,
but
we'll
try
to
put
a
little
bit
more
on
his
plate
and
he's
been
nothing
short
of
phenomenal
to
work
with,
and
it's
kind
of
been
my
right-hand
man
throughout
everything,
and
so
I'm
excited
for
that
things
are
progressing
in
the
correct
way.
So
that
is
pretty
much
what
I
have
for
you
guys.
B
A
Yeah
so
been
meeting
with
a
couple
different
contractors
and
I've
met
with
architect
team
on
that
we
we're
holding
off
from
doing
any
of
the
major
renovations,
because
what
that's
going
to
entail
is
basically
knocking
down
and
rebuilding.
A
So
it's
going
to
take
a
little
bit
of
a
market
study
along
with
kind
of
an
roi
to
see
what,
depending
how
much
we
want
to
put
into
this.
What's
our
return
going
to
be
on
our
overall
investment,
so
we've
kind
of
pressed
pause
on
that,
because
we
didn't
want
to
dump
all
the
money
that
we've
just
earned
last
two
years
into
something
that
we
may
go
ahead
and
knock
down
three
or
four
years.
If
we're
going
to
do
this,
we
want
to
do
this
the
correct
way.
A
B
A
Both
depends
on
what
the
the
project
is,
but
we
work
with
our
economic
development
team
and
then
also
our
planning
and
design
team
here
at
the
city
to
kind
of
get
the
word
out
there
on
that
and
then
obviously,
with
our
communications
director,
make
sure
that
everyone's
aware
and
if
it's
over
a
certain
amount,
we
have
to
legally
get
at
least
three
bids
anyway.
Okay,.
H
A
Yeah
we're
trying
to
get
the
word
out
on
on
the
different
options.
That's
why
we've
been
meeting
with
contractors
to
kind
of
pick
their
brain
been
listening
to
our
campers
to
see
what
they
want,
and
it's
been
no
secret
that
upgrading
the
bathroom
house
is
the
number
one
thing
that
they've
owned
so
far.
B
A
Yeah
we
just
at
this
point
with
what
we
have.
It
would
really
just
be
cosmetic
when,
if
you're
going
to
do
anything
structurally
you're
tearing
down
the
whole
thing
because
the
the
plumbing
and
the
piping
is
all
throughout
the
walls
there
and
because
of
being
in
the
floodplain,
it's
got
to
be
that
kind
of
concrete
cylinder
block
anyway,
and
so
there's
a
couple
small
things
that
we
can
do
and
some
ideas
that
we've
got
for
it.
But
it's
it's
really
just
going
to
have
to
be
cosmetic.
It
won't
be
able
to
be
structural.
B
A
Yes
and
yes,
we
we're
gonna,
have
funding
for
all
of
them.
We've
just
been
working
on.
Basically,
we've
had
people
reach
out
to
us
and
say
hey.
I
really
like
that.
We
would
love
to
come
forward
and
buy
one
by
two.
So
it's
been
kind
of
an
overall
group
effort
between
the
park
board
and
with
roger
and
myself
on
trying
to
solidify
that,
but
the
public
has
been
very
receptive
to
it.
I
I
So
we
want
to
make
sure
that
that
mural
is
taken
care
of
it
can
be
cut
into
decades.
It's
it's
corrugated.
It
took
a
lot
of
work
to
paint
and
there
were
a
lot
of
people
from
the
community
involved
in
it,
and
we
want
to
make
sure
that
it
is
repurposed.
Somehow
I
am
not
an
artist.
I
don't
know
how
to
do
that,
but
as
you
look
at
possibilities
either
with
fencing
or
or
something
at
the.
E
I
Before
the
historic
order
you
met,
and
I
was
told
that
the
appropriate
place
to
come
was
here
to
the
parkward
so
here
I
am
to
make
sure
that
whatever
happens
to
that
that
it
is
considered
as
a
as
a
part
of
the
celebration,
I
mean
there
were
a
lot
of
young
folks
and
senior
citizens
during
water
aerobics
that
participated
in
that
and.
I
I
The
second
thing
is,
and
I
again
I'm
sure
you
don't
know
exactly
where
the
pool
is
going
to
be
ready
and
it
will
be
open.
But
if
I
read
the
minutes
of
your
last
meeting
correctly,
you
did
not
well
or
you.
I
That
is
one
of
the
most
popular
programs
the
parks
offers
we
do
have
instructors
lined
up
for
at
least
one
more
year
at
least
from
last
year,
and
I
want
to
encourage
you
not
only
to
offer
water
aerobics
passes
but
to
seriously
consider
pac
season
passes
for
crystal
beach.
I
Do
not
carry
cash
and
to
those
of
us
that
come
every
day
to
find
cash
to
bring
every
day
is
a
problem
and
most
of
the
time
when
we
use
our
charge
card,
there's
a
one
dollar
fee.
So
if
we're
paying
five
dollars
to
get
into
the
pool
and
then
another
dollar,
that
is
a
good
system,
so.
I
I
So
you
didn't
have
very
many
season
passes,
but
I've
done
some
research
on
what
other
pools
charge
and
what
they
offer
and
I'm
sure
you
guys
can
do
your
own
research,
but
a
season
pass
makes
getting
in
and
out
of
the
pool,
much
easier
for
those
of
us
that
don't
always
carry
cash
with
us.
Please
consider
that
and
I
will
be
back
every
month.
So
thank
you.
Welcome
to
the
board.
J
A
lot
of
work
has
been
put
into
what
I
would
consider
transforming
the
parks
department.
The
last
couple
of
years
and
2022
is,
is
what
I
believe
will
be
the
dividend
year.
J
J
J
J
J
J
This
year,
like
it
was
last
year,
I
don't
remember
or
not,
but
the
poor
lifeguards
were
out
there
freezing
because
of
how
cold
it
was.
The
temperatures
did
warm
up
and
we
did.
We
did
play
host
to
one
around
12
or
13
000
visitors
to
the
pool-
and
I
know
there
there's
been
some
remarks
about
season
passes
and
those
kinds
of
things,
but
I
agree
with
jan
what
aerobics
is
really
important.
J
Neighborhoods
are
different,
kids
are
different,
their
lifestyles
are
very
different.
Their
interests
are
very
different,
but
I
know
they're
already
exploring
things
in
the
programming
realm,
that's
different
than
just
athletics,
and
that
will
bring
more
participants
in
our
youth
program
and
we
think
that's
also
really
important.
J
J
I'm
pleased
to
report
that
oak
hill
because
of
planning
we're
doing
on
roads
and
sidewalks
the
changes
there
with
asset
management
planning.
You
know
oak
hill
now
is
our
priority
street
sprout
streets
and
sidewalks
project
for
2022.
Because
now
we're
actually
going
to
be
transforming
this
higher
neighborhood
and
part
of
that
transformation
process
is
looking
at
the
neighborhood
park.
That's
in
oak
hill,
so
there's
a
tremendous
amount
of
work.
That's
being
done,
I'm
very
very
pleased
with
the
direction
that
we're
heading,
because
the
outcome
is
going
to
be
stronger,
more.
E
J
Sustainable
more
beautiful
park
system
and
it
starts
with
you
guys.
It
starts
with
supporting
our
parks,
department,
council
and
also
just
operating
it
efficiently
enough.
So
we
can
find
those
other
sources
of
revenue,
because
outside
of
public
safety,
our
parks
and
recreation
is
the
most
expensive
budget
item
that
the
city
incurs,
because
we
place
a
high
value
on
quality
of
life
and
we
have
to
make
that
continued
investment
all
across
the
community
and
we
have
a
phenomenal
park
system
for
the
size
of
our
town.
So
I.
J
As
I've
got
some
value
to
add,
and
we
have
lots
of
conversations
daily
and
I'm
already
appreciative
of
the
dialogue,
the
support
you're
giving
to
to
matt
and
ken
and
chad
and
the
rest
of
the
parks
department,
because
they
all
want
to
do
the
right
thing
and
that's
make
everything
better.
Okay,
thank
you.
Thank
you.
