zoning
and
planning
committee
on
today,
March
15
2015
I'm
Lisa,

I
chair
the
committee
I'm
joined
by
my
colleagues,
council
members,
Reich
Johnson
and
more
Sami.
We
are
quorum
of
the
committee.
We
have
just
four
items
on
today's
agenda
on
the
consent
agenda,
although
if
anyone
would
like
to
pull
me
off
just
let
me
know,
item
number
one
is
an
easement
vacation
submitted
by
Hennepin
County
to
vacate
to
abandon
storm
sewer
easements
located
at
the
target
field.
A
Station
development
item
number
two
is
approving
adoption
of
the
Holland
neighborhood
smell
area
plan.
Item
number
three
is
referred
by
the
Heritage
Preservation
Commission
approving
the
historic
landmark
designation
of
the
Thomas
Lowry
memorial.
The
statue
there
located
at
2330
Hennepin
Avenue
South.
An
item
number
four,
is
approving
the
historic
landmark
designation
of
the
Camden
Park
State
Bank
building
at
seven.
Oh
five,
forty
second
avenue
north
as
anyone
want
to
pull
any
of
those
or
discuss
any
of
the
items.
Seeing
none
I
will
move
approval
of
the
four
consent
items
all
those
in
favor.

The
two
billion
dollars
of
permits
issued
last
year
were
overseen
by
dougs
group
and
he
has
been
an
incredible
leader
for
that
team
during
a
time
of
great
change
in
the
policy
makers
in
the
city,
a
great
time
of
growth,
a
very
active
number
of
policies
coming
through
the
committee
lots
of
complicated
development
projects.
I
just
want
to
thank
you
here
on
behalf
of
the
zoning
and
planning
committee
for
your
service
to
the
city
and
all
your
leadership
in
this
position,
and
we
will
miss
you.
