Pfeiffer
3764,
Golf,
Course,
Drive
Norton,
hope
all
you
guys
had
a
nice
Thanksgiving
I
was
wondering
if
any
of
you
with
a
long
weekend,
had
a
chance
to
come
up
and
see
the
finished
product
on
Golf,
Course
Drive.
H
H
Two
hours
ago
we
got
word
back
that
the
inspectors
did
indeed
find
that
it
was
wrong
and
it
will
be
fixed
it
because
winners
upon
us
it
it
may
not
be
completely
fixed
this
year,
they'll
put
a
hard
surface
down
and
fix
it
in
the
spring
if
they
don't
get
to
it
this
year.
So.
A
I
was
there
also
I,
don't
believe
it's
14
foot
it's
supposed
to
be
in
20
foot
for
the
first,
what
2300
feet
I
think
it
was,
and
then,
after
that
it
was
supposed
to
be
14
foot
for
the
next
550,
with
the
turnaround
of
the
32
feet
and
I
believe
they
started
tapering
that
off
and
before
you
even
get
up
that
far
it's
down
to
like
11
feet.
It
goes
down
to
like
nine
feet.
J
I'm
up
that
part
of
our
properties,
you
know
that
touch
the
street
belong
to
the
golf
course
you've
got
like
on.
Our
property
is
probably
close
to
10
to
15
feet
that
was
set
back.
So
when
we
had
our
driveway
put
in,
we
didn't
do
the
whole
our
whole
driveway
and
cement,
because
we
weren't
sure
what
they
were
going
to
do
and
their
trees
on
the
property
and
all
that.
So
we
all
of
the
neighbors
along
the
road
kind
of
just
let
it
go.
You
know
they
didn't
know.
J
In
fact,
my
one
neighbor
she
had
made
arrangements
with
Joe
flogg
to
put
a
bunch
of
bushes
and
whatnot
up
at
the
end
of
her
property,
knowing
that
it
was
on
the
golf
course-
and
he
said
well,
if
the
golf
course
has
ever
sold
at
some
point,
you
might
have
to
you
know,
get
rid
of
those
and
so
not
knowing
what
was
going
to
happen.
She
put
in
a
backup
row
between
her
house
and
the
street
this
time.
Thinking
that
something
might
happen,
her
property
is
one
of
the
properties
up
there.
J
That's
sitting
in
the
9
to
10
to
11
foot
measurement
of
the
width
of
the
street
in
front
of
of
it
and
I
don't
want
to
speculate.
You
know
what
happened,
but
it's
hard
not
to
you
know
it's
like
they
saw
her
bushes.
There
didn't
know
what
to
do.
I
think
it
was
just
you
know,
a
lack
of
knowing
what
to
do.
You
know
when
we
came
in
last
Monday.
We
kind
of
discussed
that
and
still
the
crew
seemed
to
be
a
little
bit
that
way.
She
has
some
real
concerns.
J
You
know,
because
of
the
way
the
road
was
cut
in
front
of
her
property
yeah,
all
of
our
mailboxes
are
kind
of
set
back.
J
You
know
and
like
in
these
roads
in
some
parts
in
front
of
our
property,
like
there's
this
much
space
between
our
house
and
and
the
paving,
and
so
it's
like,
we
didn't
know
like
if
you're
going
up
Greenwich,
sometimes
people
come
along.
The
city
comes
along
and
fills
in
that
area
in
between
the
road
service
and
people's
yards.
J
So
we
didn't
know
if
this
was
just
an
unfinished
thing
from
Perrin
asphalt
or
if
that's
as
much
as
anybody
has
you
know,
that's
all
that's
going
to
be
done,
but
that
concerns
us
too,
because
once
that
water
crosses
the
road
there's
that
space
all
along
that
edge
now
that's
been
scarified
where
the
water
is
going
to
be
able
to
trickle
down
along
those
paths
and
eventually
it's
going
to
form
ice
and
eventually
it's
going
to
whatever
ice
does
to
the
roads.
J
But
so
we
just
wanted
to
give
you
a
heads
up
and
hope
that
you
will
come
out
and
look
at
it.
You
know
and
I
I'm.
You
know
it's
almost
like.
You
know
I
hate
to
come
here
and
complain
because
now
we
have,
you
know
a
paved
road,
but
ultimately
you
know
the
easement
arrives
on
whether
or
not
the
road
is
going
to
be.
You
know
decent
enough
to
accept,
and
you
know,
and
so
it's
kind
of
a
spinning
Circle
and
if
we
don't
say
anything
now,
it's
we
might
be
out
of
luck.
A
E
That
the
road
has
been
paved
but
to
kind
of
maybe
add
some
detail
to
what's
been
discussed.
I
personally
went
out
and
measured
everything
the
turnaround
itself
in
one
aspect,
it's
good
because
it's
the
drawings
show
11
feet
wide
and
it's
like
16
feet
wide,
which
is
nice,
I
mean
whoever
has
to
turn
around,
but
you
can
barely
turn
a
car
around
in
there.
If
you
go
to
use
it
and
if
you've
been
up
there,
you
can
see
that
and
I
think
it's
about
half
the
link
that
it's
supposed
to
be.
E
If
you
try
and
interpolate
from
the
drawings
but
like
at
the
south
end
of
our
property,
where
the
road
starts,
it's
14-ish,
maybe
a
little,
maybe
a
little
bit
more
than
14
feet
wide,
but
literally
as
it
tapers,
it
does
taper
as
you
go
up
towards
the
end,
and
it's
really
like
nine
and
a
half
feet
of
where
the
curve
starts
to
go
into
the
turnaround.
So
obviously
there's
an
issue
that
needs
to
be
dealt
with
when
the
paving
was
taking
place.
I
did
have
an
opportunity
to
talk
to
the
GPD
at
GPD
inspector.
E
That
was
there
and
I
actually
furnish
the
drawings
for
him,
so
he
could
see
what
was
going
on
and
explained
to
him.
You
know
the
depth
and
what
that
turnaround
is
supposed
to
be,
and
it
seems
to
me
like
there
was
regarding
this
whole
Paving
project.
E
There
was
a
communication
issue
where,
where
it
was
I
had
no
idea,
but
it
seemed
like
you
know,
Perrin
wasn't
aware
of
what
was
required
and
part
of
the
issue
was
that
the
turnaround,
the
impairment
wasn't
prepared
to
take
down
trees
and
move
Shrubbery
and
all
kinds
of
oops
I'm.
Sorry,
I,
don't
want
you
to
hear
me,
they
didn't
know
what
to
do.
They
I
think.
The
reason
to
turn
around
is
the
way
it
is.
They
did
the
best
they
could
with
what
they
had.
E
They
just
used
their
own
equipment
and
cleared
it
out
as
best
as
possible
and
they
paved
it
and
that's
what
they
did.
Whether
I
I
think
they
actually
had
a
drawing
of
how
things
were
supposed
to
be
I
thought
I
saw
a
copy
and
somebody's
pickup
truck.
So
maybe
there
was
something
there,
but
even
the
site
developer
wasn't
aware
of
all
the
requirements
that
would
need
to
be
filled
to
put
the
pavement
in
up
and
then
turn
around.
E
They
were
surprised
when
I
made
the
comment
and
he
said
that
I
won't
mention
names,
but
he
said
he
hadn't
been
up
there
and
wasn't
aware
that
that
was
there.
So
it's
like
you
know
there
was
a
rush
to
get
this
done
in
the
month
of
November
and
everybody
just
jumped
in,
and
this
is
what
we
ended
up
with
and
certainly
I.
Don't
think
anybody
is
going
to
complain
about
the
fact
that
it's
been
paved
I
mean
it's
just
you
know
it's.
It's.
C
A
E
Difference,
but
you
know
the
water
issues:
I
was
advised
that
those
would
be
handled
through
the
excavation
and
contouring
of
the
land
where
the
homes
are
going
to
be
sitting
on
the
new
Street,
that's
going
to
go
by
there.
Now,
if
that's
the
case,
that's
a
good
thing.
I,
don't
think
anybody
was
going
to
be
concerned
about
that.
But
the
bottom
line
in
all
this
is
I
think
is
communication
and
I.
Don't
know
like
the
GPD
inspector
that
was
out
there,
who
does
he
communicate
with?
E
Who
does
he
give
his
information
to
so
that
if
there
is
an
issue
it
can
be
dealt
with
appropriately
without
becoming
a
major
event?
Now
you
said
you
had
some
communication,
but
it
was
only
because
of
what
you
did.
You
went
up
the
street
okay,
so
had
you
not
done
that,
had
my
wife
and
I
not
been
here
to
talk
about
it?
E
How
would
you
know
you
know?
Where
is
the
communication?
You
know,
and
it
just
seems
like
you
know,
if
that
could
be
handled,
a
lot
of
these
issues
could
be
resolved
up
front.
They
wouldn't
be
issues
so
think.
That's
all
you
need
to
to
comment
on
at
the
moment,
but
I
just
wanted
to
let
you
know
that
in
fact,
I
did
measure
this
home
I
did
look
at
it,
I
compared
things
to
our
drawings,
and
there
are
definitely
issues
and
I
did
speak
to
the
GPD
inspector
and
he
kind
of
confirmed
what
you
said.
E
Yes,
it's
wrong.
The
plan
would
be
to
fix
it
probably
in
spring
or
whenever,
because
there
are
some
issues
with
the
new
roads
they
put
in
over
there.
Those
have
to
be
dealt
with
because
they're
cracking
already
so
and
hopefully
it
will
come
to
pass
the
way
he
said,
but
who's
going
to
follow
up
on
it
and
make
sure
that
it
happens
thanks.
Thank
you.
I.
A
It's
not
like
this
hasn't
been
looked
at
and
ready
to
go
for
quite
some
time
as
far
as
the
drawings
and
what
what
they'd
agreed
to
for
the
roads
and
the
turnaround
and
the
wits
and
the
fact
that
they
know
there's
water
stuff
I
mean
what
kind
of
excuse
do
we
have
between
our
engineer
and
theirs
and
Perrin,
which
parent
would
have
been
happening
to
be
given
what
they
were
supposed
to
do,
which
I'm
just
again,
it's
just
another
one
of
the
Addison
company's
failure.
As
far
as
I'm
concerned
that
needs
to
be
taken.
A
Care
of
it
was
supposed
to
have
been
done
by
November
1st
if
they
needed
an
extra
day
to
look
at
what
they
were
supposed
to
be
doing
to
get
it
right.
They
should
have
taken
it
instead
of
just
get
out
there
and
throw
it
together.
What,
however,
they
can
I
don't
know
if
I
lived
over
there
I'd
be
really
worried
in
new
houses.
F
J
J
I,
don't
want
it
to
look
like
it.
You
know
like
Perrin
did
something
you
know:
evil
I,
don't
know.
If
that's
because
you
know
the
way
that
the
road
was.
There
are
all
these
dead
trees
on
the
one
side
that
could
have
been
cut
back
and
and
all
this
bushes
and
things
that
could
have
been
moved
and
they
could
have
widened
the
road,
but
I
don't
know
if
they
understood
that
they
had
the
scope
to
do
that.
A
J
And
we
need
to
get
it
right
because
you,
because
of
that,
like
like
known
if
the
road
is
going
to
break
up,
you
know
there's
already
some
roads
sitting
in
front
of
Cheryl's
house,
and
that
was
part
of
the
issue
where
that
one
low
spot
was
and
that
you
know,
and
the
water
runs
down
it'll
come
down
those
two
paths
that
are
created
by
the
dips
between
the
the
grass
that
got
scarified
out
in
the
road
and
that
one
whole
thing
is
going
to
end
up
in
front
of
Cheryl's
house
again
and
it
just
undermines
it,
but
there
won't
be
all
the
heavy
traffic
which
will
be
you
know
hopefully,
but
we
don't
know
because
we
heard
that
they
were
going
to
close
off
that
entrance
to
the
the
parking
lot
off
of
you
know:
Golf
Course
Drive,
but
as
of
right
now
it
wasn't
in
fact,
when
they
started
doing
this.
J
My
husband
said:
like:
are
you
going
to
like
fill
in
that
dip?
It
kind
of
goes
down
here
and
around
the
curve.
You
know
it's
like
you
just
going
in
there.
H
Moving
on
to
Committee
of
the
whole
Council
has
received
a
rough
sketch
from
Mr
Hess.
This
was
emailed
out
on
Wednesday,
but
quarter
cat
off
Wednesday,
so
the
agenda
had
already
been
out
so
I
apologize
to
the
public.
If
you
don't
have
the
sketch,
but
this
is
just
for
conversation
before
he
goes
to
get
more
quotes.
H
H
We
can
discuss
that
further
a
moment
and
the
third
quote
he
suggested,
as
you
can
see,
on
the
drawing
cutting
that
corner
off
on
the
front.
So
the
service
garage
can
take
down
the
existing
side
and
repair
it,
and
it
would
kind
of
almost
make
a
display
area,
which
I
personally
think
is
a
pretty
good
idea.
H
F
I'll,
just
add
to
that
I
think
that
the
chain
link
fence
on
the
back
is.
Is
nice
I
think
it's
a
cost
saver?
Not
many
people
are
going
to
see
that
so
the
Aesthetics
don't
really
matter
the
south
side
of
the
property.
Already
has
black
existing
chain
link
fence,
so
it
kind
of
match
on
those
two
corners.
Another
thing
too,
with
the
baseball
fields
being
on
the
back.
F
If
somebody
would
hit
a
ball
and
go
over
the
fence
instead,
somebody
maybe
just
jumping
over
the
the
the
expensive
picket
fence,
you
know
for
somebody
to
jump
over
the
the
chain
link
fence
it
would
be.
It
would
be
easier.
So
I
love
the
angle
there,
how
I
how
it
will
draw
your
eyes
over
to
the
to
the
cemetery,
I
think
it's
it's
a
major,
Improvement
and
I
think
that
this
drawing
is
really
good.
I
think
it's
a
really
really
good.
Look
for
us.
H
To
two
other
changes
that
are
of
note,
we
had
discussed
last
week,
two
eight
foot
Gates
one
in
the
front,
one
in
the
back
and
through
some
input
from
residents.
Actually
he
has
agreed
to
go
to
a
10
foot
or
two
five
foot,
as
you
see
there
and
he
didn't
find
it
necessary
for
a
big
gate
on
the
front.
He
just
thought
a
man
gate,
but
four
feet
would
be
good
but
that
that's
all
up
to
us
to
kind
of
tell
him
what
direction
to
move
in.
B
B
H
A
I
think
the
the
four
foot
gate
in
the
front
would
be
just
fine
with
the
larger
Gates
back
in
the
back
in
order
for
the
city
access
if
we
are
actually
going
to
put
some
Landscaping
up
here
or
some
kind
of
signage
or
something
that'd
be
good,
our
I
kind
of
like
the
way
with
that
angle,
with
the
strawberries
or
something
there.
What
I
was
wondering,
though,
is
there
some
kind
of
electrical
box
there
or
something
from
Acme
and
I
didn't
go
over
it?
A
That's
One,
Direction
I
didn't
go
and
look
at
anything
since
we've
got
no.
No,
it
was
like
it
was
nothing
that
there
would
be
interfered
with
right
and
the
chain
link
fence
in
the
back
I'm
I'm
good
with
that
as
well.
It's
that
was
more
of
a
safety
and
preserve
it
as
far
as
I
was
concerned,
so
we
would
not
have
to
have
the
aluminum
commercial
back
there
as
long
as
it's
just
got,
all
four
sides
taken
care
of.
H
F
I
do
have
one
quoted
according
Mr,
President
I
do
have
one
thing
to
add,
as
we
were
talking
before
the
meeting,
we
think
that
that
fence
on
the
North
side
is
going
to
border
right
along
the
side
of
Acme's
back
parking
lot.
So
when
snow
comes
is
snow,
going
to
get
pushed
right
up
against
that
fence.
F
H
Okay,
any
any
more
comments
on
this
and
we
will
move
on
consideration
of
minutes
of
the
committee
work
session
on
November
7th
2022.
Those
will
be
deferred
until
the
December
12th
meeting
the
minutes
of
the
regular
council
meeting
of
November
14th
2022.
Those
will
also
be
deferred
to
December
12th
and
the
minutes
of
the
committee
work
session
of
November
21st
will
be
deferred
to
the
12th.
H
Okay,
thank
you.
Miss
Wiki,.
K
Thank
you,
Mr
President
this
evening
we
have
a
second
reading
on
ordinance,
89
and
that
would
be
the
appointment
of
the
confirmation
of
the
appointment
of
Mark
holderbaum
Mark
holderbaum
is
here
and
present
this
evening.
So
if
should
we
decide
to
wave
a
third
reading
and
pass
it
this
evening,
I'm
prepared
to
administer
an
oath
of
office
and
and
put
him
on
civil
service?
Thank
you
and.
G
H
C
I
A
B
No,
that's
quite
a
quick
question.
Actually
was
it
the
last
time
we
discussed
this?
Did
we
also
discuss
like
an
equipment
inventory
sheet
that
we
were
going
to
have
created,
that.
B
F
C
I
C
You
Mr
President
for
ordinance
number
97
2022
for
its
first
reading
and
ask
the
clerk
to
read
it.
Please
an.
B
So,
given,
given
the
fact
that
Mr
holderbaum
is
here
tonight,
and
the
mayor
is
also
able
to
give
his
oath
this
evening,
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
that
we
waive
the
third
reading.
A
H
G
E
H
A
H
B
H
I
A
K
Are
you
ready,
let's
put
your
right
hand
repeat
after
me,
hi
Mark,
holderbaum
II
I'm
Mark
Porterville
II,
you
solemnly
swear.
Do
you
solemnly
swear
to
uphold
the
Constitution
of
the
United
States
to
uphold
the
Constitution
of
the
United
States,
the
laws
of
the
state
of
Ohio,
the
laws
of
the
state
of
Ohio,
the
charter
of
the
city
of
Norton,
the
charter
of
the
city
of
Northern
and
the
ordinances
of
the
city
of
Norton
and
the
ordinances
of
the
City
of
Lawrence
Summit
in
Wayne,
County's,
Ohio
Summit
in
Wayne,
County
Ohio,
and
that
I'm
Faithfully.
K
A
While
they're
doing
that,
I
did
have
another
question
that
bopped
into
my
head
here:
did
they
get
any
type
of
orientation
for
this?
Are
they
just
thrown
out
there
to
go
to
Civil
Service
meeting,
or
did
you
know
something
to
help
them
along
that?
That's
kind
of
there's
a
lot
that
goes
with
that
job.
B
D
Yeah
I,
don't
think,
there's
there's
no
formal
orientation
program
for
our
boards
and
commissions.
But,
given
you
know
the
nature
civil
service
and
the
responsibilities
they
have,
it
might
make
sense
to.
We
can
reach
out
to
Mr
holderbaum
and
sort
of
walk
them
through
the
responsibilities
and
what
to
expect
right.
C
C
H
A
A
If
I
understand
correctly,
none
of
this
is
really
supposed
to
be
in
stone.
But
since
we're
we
already
have
a
zoning
officer
if
it
was
to
go,
I
mean
how
do
you
look
at
that
full-time,
part-time
you're,
saying
a
full-time
zoning
officer
for
six
months,
but
that's
not
actually
a
full-time
zoning
officer
and
could
is
that
going
to
come
back
to
us
so.
A
A
I
would
just
like
to
know
before
we
get
done
to
saying
yes,
because
I
don't
want
to
say
yes
to
a
budget
and
then
find
out
and
inadvertently
I've
already
okayed
something
and
I
can't,
because
how
many
times
are
we
told
well
you're,
not
spending
the
money?
This
is
just
projected
to
be
spent
and
before
you
spend
it,
it's
going
to
be
come
back
to
us.
But
since
this
was
a
hiring
deal,
I'd
like
a
little
bit
more
clarification
on
that.
L
H
So
I
think
I
can
answer
those
questions.
I
spoke
to
Chief,
D'alessandro
I,
don't
remember
the
day.
Last
week.
The
days
were
all
jumbled
together
because
of
the
holiday,
but
I
spoke
to
him
last
week
and
he
said
that
when
Mr
Fowler
took
his
place
as
City
administrator,
he
started
a
new
replacement
program
and
his
policy
was
to
not
let
Vehicles
go
past
five
years
to
get
the
the
best
trade-in
value
for
the
vehicles
and
the
vehicle
is
at
five
years.
H
So
that's
specifically
why
that
lower
mileage
vehicle
is
is
up
now
as
far
as
the
trade-in
in
in
his
on
October
60
sentimental
memo
to
council
that
did
have
the
trade-in.
The
trade-in
value
is
twenty
thousand
dollars,
but
because
we
don't
know
if
we're
going
to
get
the
vehicle
or
which
vehicle
they
want
to
correct
me,
if
I'm.
E
G
H
B
B
A
Exactly
we've:
it's
already
depreciated,
since
the
last
time
we
were
supposed
to
trade
it
in
and
we
did
and
then
they
were
gonna.
They
said:
they'd
buy
it
out
right
from
us
on
the
first
two
cars
that
they
couldn't
get.
They
stayed
and
then
they'd
buy
those
two
vehicles
from
us.
The
charger
got
totaled
and
we
still
had
the
Ram
truck,
and
here
today
we
still
have
the
Ram
truck.
So
let's
wait
another
six,
seven.
B
B
B
K
F
L
C
C
A
I
kind
of
had
another
question
before
I
answered:
I'm.
Sorry.
But
since
you
said
it,
Mr
Fowler
started
a
new
policy
as
to
we
were
going
to
replace
them
if
they
were
five
years
or
older.
Didn't.
G
A
That's
not
the
same
thing
as
a
policy
that
I've
been
asking
why
we
were
doing
this
and
it's
taken
he's
not
even
here
anymore,
now,
I'm
hearing,
why
all
of
a
sudden
we're
getting
another
car.
So
that's
what
I'm
asking
now
I
thought
that
if
it
came
down
to
finances
and
policy
which
this
is
definitely
finances
that
we
should
have
been
asked
about
that
before
he
went
ahead
and
made
up
his
mind
is
how
we
were
going
to
handle
things
so.
D
A
D
Mr
Fowler
Mr
Talley
said,
was
very
adamant
on
for
all
vehicles,
not
not
leasing
them,
because
we
had
a
history
of
Leasing
and
then
trading
in
to
get
highest
value
to
replace
Vehicles.
So
I
think
the
the
concept
of
replacing
the
police
Fleet
had
been
discussed
on
Council
floor
and
encouraged
previously.
L
A
Why
are
we
getting
a
forward
when
we
could
be
getting
it
from
Fred
Martin
at
less
dollars
and
as
opposed
to
taking
this
out
after
you
know
the
things
we're
supposed
to
be
looking
at
the
percentage
consideration
we
give
to
Norton
businesses
the
fact
that
Fred
Martin's
been
taking
care
of
us
for
quite
some
time,
and
yet
we
go
outside
and
to
go
and
order.
Something
and
the
argument
that
oh
well,
they
couldn't
comply.
A
The
last
time
either
could
afford
after
we
went
and
ordered
that
one
because
it
was
supposed
to
have
been
ready
and
available
to
us
here
we
have
a
good
Norton
company
and
we
say
no
to
it
and
I've
not
heard
the
things
that
I've
been
told
as
far
as
the
Durangos
versus
the
Fords.
If
anything
I've
heard
the
exact
opposite
yeah,
it
might
be
a
little
smaller,
but
not
to
the
point
to
where
we
should
be
turning
our
back
on
our
local
companies.
B
I'd
like
to
add
something
just
a
little
bit
so
I
mean
I.
Think
going
back
to
what
Mr
Kernan
had
said
before
that
this
is
what
they've
asked
for,
and
you
know
it's
not
that
we're
saying
no
to
anyone.
We
are
purchasing
a
vehicle
from
Fred
Martin
we're
just
getting
another
vehicle
for
somewhere
else.
I.
You
know,
I
think
this
is
we've.
Had
we've
been
discussing
this
for
several
weeks,
I,
don't
look
at
like
we're.
Turning
our
back
on
anyone
we're
giving
our
Police
Department
what
they're
asking
for
well.
A
L
When
we
look
at
the
money
and
we're
talking
about
the
money,
the
Ford
Interceptor
is
53
965.
If
I'm
recalling
rights,
the
Durango
is
46
000
and
some
dollars,
plus
the
outfitting,
which
was
another
9
300,
which
makes
it
fifty
six
thousand
sixty
five
dollars.
When
you
take
the
two
percent
off
that
we
give
for
local
business,
that's
eleven
hundred
and
twenty
one
dollars
that
brings
Fred
Martin
down
to
54
943,
the
Interceptor
is
still
less
expensive.
L
Now
we
can
certainly,
if
we
want
to,
we
can
give
that
business
to
a
local
community,
even
above
that
two
percent,
but
there's
got
to
be
a
good
reason
to
do
that,
not
just
because
they're,
a
local
business
and
I
haven't
heard
a
good
reason.
All
I've
heard
all
along
is
some
people
are
saying:
the
interceptors
are
better
cars.
Some
people
are
saying
the
Durangos
are
better
cars.
The
Interceptor
is
bigger.
It
comes
a
fully
outfitted
already
as
far
as
I'm
concerned.
L
I,
don't
know
I,
don't
sit
in
a
police
car
every
day
I
mean
the
police
chief
has
has
requested
the
interceptor,
even
with
the
discount
that
we
give
local
businesses.
The
Interceptor
is
still
cheaper
and
so
to
be
good
stewards
with
the
city's
money.
I
think
we
need
to
go
with
the
Interceptor,
because
it's
still
cheaper.
L
So
you
know,
I
I
certainly
have
no
problem
helping
local
businesses.
We,
as
Mr
Lukens
indicated
we
are
buying
a
vehicle
from
Fred
Martin.
Look.
If
we
really
wanted
to
help
Fred
Martin,
we
could
have
bought
the
flock
cameras
so
that
when
they
got
ripped
off
a
couple
weeks
ago,
we
could
have
maybe
found
out
who
did
it?
L
H
I
would
like
to
add
some
of
that
Mr
fernan
said
I'm
a
little
bit
hesitated
to
speak
on
this
from
the
floor,
because
it's
not
a
secret
that
there's
some
division
in
the
police
department,
so
I
don't
want
to
come
across
as
taken
aside
I,
it's
not
my
interest,
but
we
have
departments
in
the
city
and
we
have
department,
heads
and
the
police
chief.
Is
the
department
head
to
me
if
this
is
what
he's
asking
for
there's
a
reason
for
it
pulling
the
workers,
regardless
what
department
is
probably
a
slippery
slope?
H
Have
the
right
to
vote
it
down
for
sure,
but
I
don't
think
it's
controversial
to
to
give
the
department
head
what
he's
requesting
I.
F
Mr
President
I
did
talk
to
the
chief
a
number
of
weeks
ago
and,
and
he
stated
to
me
that
he
didn't
care
what
he
got.
I
didn't
hear
anything
about
the
police
department,
taking
a
vote.
50
50
of
her
hearing
Council,
but
I
haven't
heard
that
anywhere
else.
F
You
know
a
thousand
dollars
difference.
You
know
irregardless,
which
whatever
direction
we
we
go.
Police
need
Cruisers
to
do
their
job
to
protect
our
street
to
protect
our
citizens.
So
you
know:
do
I
want
to
give
our
money
to
the
local
business
I.
Absolutely
110
percent
do
for
a
thousand
dollars
with
all
the
stuff
that
Fred
Martin's
done
for
the
city
over
the
years
and
years
and
I
mean
it's
kind
of
it's
kind
of
a
no-brainer,
but.
F
H
K
The
only
thing
is
if
some
of
the
police
want
one
car
and
they're
comfortable
and
that's
you
know
they
like
driving
that
car
at
least
you've
got
one
of
one
and
one
of
another
and
they
can
take
whatever
car
they
want,
if
just
take
their
and
take
care
of
their
shift
in
so
whether
it's
leg,
room
or
seat
room
or
back
room
or
whatever
it
is.
You've
got
two
different
vehicles
and
this
way
I
think
it's.
K
A
D
D
The
trade-in
offers
we
have
that
will
honor,
regardless
of
whether
we
buy
for
them
or
not.
We've
had
conversations
with
them
about
whether
we're
going
to
buy
for
them
or
not.
They
they
understand
they
think
from
what
I've
been
told.
I
didn't
have
those
conversation
directly
if
we
can
get
the
vehicle
get
the
vehicle,
it's
a
tough
time
to
get
police
vehicles
and
you
know
they'll,
be
you
know,
even
if
they
did
order,
one
for
Nora
and
they'll
be
able
to
turn
around
sell
it
anyways.
A
Was
understanding
on
the
first
time
around
when
we
ordered
new
Durangos
and
then
we
couldn't
get
them?
Yes,
they
did
tell
us
that
Mr
Huff
told
me
that
himself
in
any
issue
with
it,
but
for
us
to
sit
and
say
well
we're
going
to
buy
from
somebody
else,
but
we
still
expect
you
to
buy
whatever
it
is.
We
have
left
here
which,
if
they're,
giving
us
fifteen
twenty
thousand
dollars
for
a
car,
that's
more
than
making
up
for
the
outfitting
it
would
have
taken
to
do
it.
C
H
H
B
B
F
B
Mr
President
quick
question
last
meeting
I
had
brought
up
about
those
pine
trees
over
on
long
drive.
I
was
just
curious
if
maybe
Mr
Hess
or
anyone
got
a
chance
to
take
a
look
at
it.
B
Were
the
ranches
stuck
out
far
enough
when
they
were
coming
around
the
corner
it
caused
a
blind
spot
in
the
I,
did
take
a
picture
a
little
video
the
other
day
when
I
drove
through
there
I
don't
know
it's
hard
for
me
to
determine
whether
or
not
it's
a
serious
issue
or
not
just
judging
by
me
looking
at
it-
and
you
know,
but
I
can
maybe
forward
this
video
to
someone
and
or
they
can
drive
out,
take
a
look
at
it
and
see
if
they
feel
like
it's
a
safety
issue,
a.
D
B
A
I've
asked
enough
on
this
that
I
don't
feel
that
way
and
I
was
out
by
Nick's,
belong
to
Wolf
Creek
again
I'd,
like
an
the
latest
update
on
that
to
see
if
they're
into
compliance
or
what,
because
they've
got
dirt
files
out
there
and
they've
had
them
out
there
again.
You
can't
help
but
notice,
somehow
that
big
place
keeps
getting
bigger.
Now
they
can
line
up
four
of
those
bins
where
they
used
to
be
able
to
barely
get
two.
So
I'd
like
an
update
on
that.
A
Look
at
it
is
that,
like
an
update
on
that
as
to
what
they're
actually
doing,
if
they're
in
compliance
and
what
they're
doing
right
now,
aren't
they
supposed
to
stop
working
on
that
for
a
while
on
this
time
of
the
year,
I'd.
A
A
D
A
And
the
more
I
thought
about
it:
the
more
I
disliked
the
fact
how
long
did
I
sit
here
asking
about
assessments
on
those
sewer
systems
in
that
development
year
and
a
half
two
years
and
now
I'm
hearing?
Oh
no.
We
don't
do
that
anymore.
So
we
don't.
They
got
out
of
it,
not
happy
about
that.
When
I
asked
all
those
times
and
either
I
was
ignored
or
I
was
told,
there
wasn't
any
infrastructure
there
couldn't
charge
for
something
that
wasn't
there
when
the
entire
time
it
was
that
was
by
our
former
administrator.
A
A
Okay
and
I'd,
like
a
breakdown
on
the
towing
administrative
fees
as
to
how
we
come
up
with
that
and
I
might
have
miscalculated
that
on
the
one
vehicles
that
was
there
for
a
minute.
A
Jeffries
I
think
I
used
the
wrong
number
on
there
and
I
think
there's
closer
to
200
200
cars.
They
may
have
towed
I'd
have
to
re-calculate
that
I
just
caught
it
real
quickly,
but
I
know
I,
didn't
miscalculate
the
ones
on
hookers
and
like
an
explanation,
is
why
we
could
have
389
Vehicles
towed
in
the
same
amount
of
time
that
the
other
company,
when
it's
actually
they
don't
get
to
go
and
just
lasso
them
up
and
drag
them
down
the
impound
impoundment
lot
that
actually
has
to
come
from
our
Police
Department.
H
H
A
H
A
And
then
I
know,
we've
already
had
to
discussion.
Mr
Fowler
is
still
on
the
payroll
I'd
like
to
have
what
exactly
we've
paid
him
for
the
last
two
months
up
to
date.
What
it
is
we're
paying
him
as
it
is
and
then
I
know,
I'd
also
asked
on
the
cost
for
the
arbitrations
and
I.
Think
I
asked
about
it
last
week,
possibly
the
week
before
that,
what
we
would
have
had
to
pay
for
overtime
or
something
for
the
two
officers,
while
they
weren't
working
with
this
and
somebody
had
to
cover
their
shifts
and
I.
