Committee Work Session

C
E
E
The
second
reason
is
I'm
concerned
that
it
seems
like
the
road
has
never
been
evaluated
for
drainage.
We
haven't
seen
any
changes
to
the
road.
They
brought
a
scarifier
out
and
they're
paying
Paving
it
as
it
lays,
in
other
words,
with
its
existing
highs
and
lows
so
places
where
the
water
couldn't
make
it
over
the
hill.
E
You
know
don't
seem
to
be
changed
at
this
point,
maybe
when
they
paid
it,
it'll
be
different,
I,
don't
know,
but
in
the
development
agreement
between
Addison
and
the
city
and
I'm,
quoting
it
says,
the
developer
and
the
city
shall
cooperate
in
good
faith
to
determine
whether
any
drainage
improvements
are
also
necessary
in
connection
with
an
improvement
of
Gulf
Coast
Drive.
Such
drainage
improvements
shall
be
made
in
accordance
with
a
joint
recommendations
of
the
developers,
Consulting
engineering
fund
and
the
city's
engineer.
E
So
I
ask
you:
has
the
city's
engineer
been
out
and
evaluated
the
drainage
issues
on
Golf,
Course
Drive,
and
if
it
has
his
Royal
report,
that
I
could
see
I'd
like
to
get
see
what
someone's
opinion
is
whether
or
not
there
is
anything
that
needs
to
be
done?
You
know
it
seems
like
if
you're
going
to
put
in
and
put
new
pavement
down.
You
would
want
to
do
something
about
the
drainage
issues.
First
and
my
concern
is,
and
the
concern
I'm
sure
of
Karen
asphalt
is
that
if
the.
E
B
E
Road
as
it
has
in
the
past
so
and
so
will
heavy
traffic.
So
my
concern
is:
has
someone
evaluated
the
road
from
the
city
and.
E
E
What's
got
what
that
would
mean
for
Golf
Course
drug
Golf,
Course
Drive?
The
road
has
never
been
extended
up
there
to
get
out
to
the
area
where
the
water
tower
is,
and
the
easement
agreement
with
Addison
is
unexecuted
and
unsigned,
and
if
you
read
the
contract,
it
says
that
the
developer
will
present
that
contract
to
the
city
to
get
the
easement
in
force.
E
E
Using
Golf
Course
drive
to
get
to
the
water
tower
was
the
it
created.
The
river
means
for
Council
to
be
able
to
use
Tiff
Monies
to
do
the
work
on
Golf
Course
drive,
because
I
had
heard
many
times
from
you
guys.
You
repeatedly
told
us
that
public
funds
cannot
be
used
on
private
loads.
So
if
this
rumor
is
true
that
there
is
a
different
path,
that's
going
to
be
taken
for
the
city
to
get
to
the
water
tower.
How
does
that
affect
the
people
on
Golf,
Course
Drive?
E
In
terms
of
this
easement
does
this
easement
become
unnecessary,
and
since
it's
unsigned
at
this
point,
then
you
have
to
wonder
you
know
what's
going
to
happen,
who
would
end
up
doing
the
maintenance
on
Golf
Course
Drive,
who
will
be
ultimately
responsible
for
Golf
Course
Drive
and
are
we
back
then
at
Square
One
and
the
fourth
reason
I'm
concerned
is:
there
are
still
no
final
plans
out
there
for
the
Landscaping
over
there?
And
you
know
we
just
don't
know
so.
We
were
kind
of
hoping
for
some
answers
tonight.
If
anybody
has
them.
H
These
man
has
not
been
executed
and
recorded;
it
will
not
be
executing
recorded
until
the
road
is
completed
and
then
we're
satisfied
that
it's
done
correctly,
we'll
have
inspectors
out
there
as
parent
paves
from
GPD.
So
there's
someone
out
there
the
range
improvements.
My
understanding
is
that
they're
going
to
be
done
on
the.
H
East
side
of
Golf
Course
Drive,
so
there
will
be
some
improvements.
Somebody's
going
to
be
on
the
golf
course
portion
of
the
property.
I
know
that
our
Engineers
working
with
their
Builder
to
talk
talk
through
those
I,
don't
know
exactly
what
they
are
set
on
enough
details
to
answer
that
question,
and
so
the
city's
intention
to
take
the
road
through
easement
still
be
the
attention
used
to
funds
to
help
maintain
that
load
and
use
it
as
an
access
port
to
the
water
tower.
H
A
Well,
it's
probably
my
next
question:
the
teeth
turned
around
yeah
by
the
Water
Tower
or
back.
H
So
I
was
going
to
give
an
update
if
I
was
asking.
I
was
going
to
send
an
email
in
the
morning.
Let's
didn't
get
a
chance
today,
so
draft
team
over
to
Mr
slaga
at
the
end
of
last
week
and
Mr
Bates
have
asked
me
this
I
apologize,
Mr
Bates,
we're
not
getting
back
to
you
and
he
has
sent
back
comments
over
the
weekend.
I
just
did
not
get
a
chance
to
write
that
email
today,
so
I
apologize,
okay,
I
think
so,
but
it
was
being
reviewed
and
comments
are
being
made
on
it.
J
Something
drainage
excuse,
my
voice
is
still
scratchy.
The
drainage
issues
was
just
from
sight
of
looking
at
it.
That
you'll
realize
that
there
was
a
drainage
issue.
It's
just
with
the
ongoing
issue.
There's
not.
The
problem
is
yeah
I.
H
Think
at
the
time
we
did
a
development
agreement.
There
was
some
concern
that
there
could
potentially
need
some
drainage,
additional
drainage
there
to
drain
the
road.
So
the
concept
was
built
into
the
development
of
Glenda.
Again
they
understand
that,
in
order
for
us
to
take
this
driveway
Golf
Course
Drive
by
easement
underwater
satisfaction,
got
to
comply
with
the
development
agreement.
So
it's
Our
intention
to
see
that
clear
level
so.
D
Real
quick
to
just
to
clarify
so
there's
not
confusion
with
what
Miss
wifey
said.
What's
being
done
tomorrow
is
spelled
out
in
the
agreement.
The
the
rule
is
not
going
to
where
the
water
tower
would
be.
It's
whatever
is
spelled
in
that
agreement,
because,
what's
going
in
tomorrow,
if
there's
an
easement
from
that
road
to
the
water
tower,
that's
a
separate
situation
that
would
be
correct.
Yeah,
I,
just
don't
want
it.
H
But
the
intention
is
not
to
abandon
Golf
Course
Drive,
the
agreement
as
written
is
going
to
be
complied
with,
so
GPD
will.
H
Specifically
yeah
to
the
specifications
in
the
agreement
for
both
the
I
think
I
said
you
know
the
Council
of
compaction
the
base
and
then
the
top
layer
that
two
inches
of
asphalt
that
spelled
on
the
agreement.
They'll
be
verifying
all
that
and
also
the
Western
length
of
the
red
temperature.
A
H
A
H
Was
what
the
conversation
was
between
Mr
slaga
and
the
developer
was
that
we
would
treat
it
like
a
normal
City
Improvement,
where
you
have
like
a
maintenance
Bond
period
of
a
year,
so
because
it's
a
little
colder
as
the
pour
in
the
road.
We
would
not
take
that
until
that
period
year
period
ended
so
that
we
can
make
sure,
there's
no
defects
and
that
the
road
then
just
fall
apart
next
year,
while
the
city
was
then
left
holding
the
bag
and
we're
not
looking
for
that.
For
the
residents
more
for
the
city,
yep.
K
John
Pfeiffer
3764,
Golf,
Course,
Drive,
I,
guess
I
feel
a
little
bit
more
comfortable
after
hearing
some
of
your
responses.
Well,
just
to
give
you
some
background
as
to
why
we
developed
a
concern
over
this
I
believe
it
was
Thursday
the
last
week
the
fairing
came
out
and
began
scarifying.
The
if
you
want
to
call
it
paved
particle.
Of
course,
drive
not
the
Stone,
Park
and
I
was
watching
them.
K
They
were
marking
where
they
were
doing
the
scarifying
and
they
stopped
where
the
stone
portion
started
and
I
asked
one
of
the
workmen
that
was
there
what
they
were
doing
and
what
about
this
he's
we're
only
going
as
far
as
this.
That's
all
we've
been
told
to
do,
and
so
right
there
I
became
concerned
about
what
was
going
on
and
actually
I
went
in
and
I
talked
to
Jeff
Schaefer
I
think
he
all
recognized.
That
name
he's
the
site
manager
for
Addison
and
I.
K
J
A
K
But
he's
pretty
truck
and
he
drove
up
the
road
and
he
was
looking
at
things
and
we
had
a
good
conversation
about
things
and
at
that
point
we
were
also
talking
about
the
supposed
turnaround
at
the
end
of
the
street
and
at
that
time
nobody
seemed
to
be
aware
of
that
and
again
I
spoke
with
Jeff
and
discussed
with
him
that
they
can't
just
pay
that
if
they
already
said
the
retrieves
there's
brush
debris,
all
that's
got
to
be
cleared
out
and
they're
talking
about
at
that
time.
K
In
any
case,
you
know
all
this
apparent
confusion
led
to
some
consultancies
too,
because
I
was
even
talking
to
him
about
the
drainage
and
stuff
and
they
said
well,
you
know
they're
not
doing
anything
other
than
scarifying
the
road
and
Paving
it.
That's
all
they're
doing
now.
K
In
the
conversation
it
was
taught
because
of
the
drainage
issue
I
had
discussed
with,
and
they
were
talking
about,
tilting
the
pavement
to
a
point
where
it
would
flow
to
the
east
side
of
the
road
which
would
be
away
from
where
all
the
homes
are,
and
you
know
maybe
there
is.
There-
are
things
that
go
on
during
the
paving
process
that
maybe
I'm
not
familiar
with,
because
my
understanding
is,
they
don't
want
water
laying
on
the
road
either.
K
It's
not
good
for
the
asphalt
the
folks
around
the
company
owner
was
out
again
today
and
they
scarify
the
stone
section
of
the
road
and
I
was
informed
that
there
was
supposed
to
be
a
company
out
to
take
the
brush
and
the
trees
and
all
the
stuff.
With
the
turnaround
is
then
we're
going
to
clear
that
out
today
they
didn't
show
up
and
the
workers
that
are
there,
said
they're
supposed
to
be
Paving
tomorrow.
K
So
it
just
seems
like
all
this
is
happening
and
it's
in
the
month
of
November,
but
it
seems
like
there
doesn't
appear
to
be
a
lot
of
commission
communication
going
on
and
that
kind
of
posts.
The
concern
and
what
I
was
going
to
say
anyway,
so
they're
supposed
to
show
up
tomorrow
to
pay
I,
don't
know
if
that's
going
to
happen
or
not,
because
the
turnaround
hasn't
been
cleared
to
where
they
can
pace.
K
K
If
the
city
doesn't
need
Golf
Course
drive
to
access
the
water
tower
if
it's
going
to
be
up
through
where
redwood's
coming
in
or
if
it's
going
to
be
off
a
club
view
or
the
streets
that
are
going
in,
let's
say
north
of
the
parking
lot
of
where
the
club
used
to
be
there.
If
there's
no
necessity
for
the
city
to
use
that
road.
K
K
Easement,
so
that's
that's
a
concern
we
have,
you
know
now
Mr
Market.
What
you
were
alluding
to
this
is
going
to
be
them
different
story.
Yeah.
It
generates
my
opinion,
but
I
think
sure
you
know
we
need
to
get
this
up
front
and
you
know
from
a
big
plan
that
was
approved
by
a
council
and
pushed
through
as
as
it
was,
you
know,
to
create
Brookside,
Flats
I
think
you
know,
we
need
to
be
sure
that
at
least
what's
in
the
contract
or
the
agreement
is
in
fact
run
according
to
it.
H
Sure
and
skip
two
things,
one
just
to
relay
said
before:
there's
no
intention
of
abandoning
that
easement
area,
the
city
will
take
the
evening
area
if
it
uses
it,
it
has
legal
right
to
use
it
as
an
obligation
to
maintain
a
spot
on
that
agreement.
There's
reports
are
going
to
go
to
Council
on
condition
of
the
road
just
to
make
sure
you
know
we've
built
in
those
safeguards
for
that
purpose.
H
The
second
is
to
your
point
about
when
they
came
out
on
the
degrading
of
the
road,
the
city
was
not
informed
to
that,
so
that
sort
of
caught
everybody
off
guard.
So
to
your
point,
there
wasn't
a
lot
of
dialogue
at
that
point,
but
then,
once
we
found
out
what
was
going
on,
then
they
started
talking.
Engineers
started
talking
and
I
think
everyone
hopefully
gone
the
same
page
so.
K
I
mean
that's
the
concern
that
they
do
and
the
fact
that
it
just
happened
and
the
communication
that
seems
to
be
lacking
about
it
happening
and
how
it's
supposed
to
happen.
Etc
the
fact
that
we've
never
seen
I
try
to
pay
attention
to
it
during
during
the
day
as
much
as
I
can
I've
never
seen
any
Engineers
or
anybody
actually
going
up
the
road.
K
Looking
at
things
assessing
things
other
than
the
crew,
that's
actually
doing
the
Excavating
over
there
they've
when
we've
had
the
nasty
downpours,
they've
filled
in
the
ruts
that
are
over
there
and
I.
Think
several
of
the
council.
People
have
seen
the
ruts
that
are
over
there
and
I'm,
not
exaggerating
when
I
say
that
it
was
deep
after
some
of
those
records.
You
know,
and
that's
you.
F
D
I
Thank
you,
Mr
President.
This
will
be
ordinance
number
94
2022
to
purchase
John
Deere
power
rake.
Basically,
a
grading,
Landscaping
sort
of
Tool
we
do
have.
There
were
three
different
quotes.
I
know
we
only
had
the
one
from
John
Deere
in
here.
The
other
two
were
from
Akron
tractor,
and
that
was
that
was
significantly
higher
a
little
over
18
000,
and
then
there
was
one
from
Bobcat
of
Akron
for
roughly
the
same
price.
This
one
does
have
a
little
discount
attached
to
it
as
we're
part
of
the
purchasing
Cooperative.
I
That
kind
of
gives
us
some
discounts
because
we're
governmental
entity
and
if
there
are
any
questions
or
comments,
I
have
a
quick
question.
J
J
J
Yeah
I
think
it's
strictly
have
to
be
the
Bobcat
with
the
attachment
on
the
front
like
a
skid
steer,
attachment
Bobcat
exercises.
B
It's
useful
like
grading
dirt
and
getting
the
rocks
and
stuff
out
of
there.
It's
an
84
inch.
It's
a
it's,
a
big,
it's
a
big
one.
Yeah!
That's.
A
A
J
For
anybody
else's
information
on
the
website
here,
John
Deere,
Powerade,
perfect
for
landscape
blocks
tasks
such
as
seabed
preparation,
Rock,
raking
site
development,
more
adjustable
and
plates
enable
the
power
rank
for
double
duty
as
a
box
scraper
trapping
and
Gathering
stones
for
piling
and
pickup.
So
just
an
all-around
Landscaping
tool,
yeah
you'd.
B
Sort
of
hard
part
thank
you,
Mr
President.
This
is
just
the
term
rate
CRA
agreement
that
we
have
with
condo
welding.
This
was
ordinance
number
95-2022
back
in
January,
14
2019
Council
approved
this
CRA.
It's
a
community
reinvestment
area
agreement
and
they
never
did
any
work
so
basically
retracting
this
agreement
for
redevelopment
of
29.94
Barber
Road
in
Norton,
so
I'd
like
to
make
a
motion
to
to
bring
this
back
and
cancel
that
agreement
on
council's
next
agenda.
B
L
A
Yeah
we've
not
been
in
contact
with
them
whatsoever,
I
have
not
I'll,
just
be
kind
of
curious,
I
mean
we've
been
over
backwards,
giving
KDA
everything
and
they
failed
all
the
test,
and
yet
we
still
give
them
everything,
and
so
I
would
just
if
you
know,
if
he's
having
a
hardship
of
some
type,
yeah
I,
don't
think
so.
I.
B
Just
if
I
just
Google
them
for
reference-
and
it
looks
like
they
have
a
new
facility
on
593,
Millway,
Street,
mattress,
okay,.
B
I
You
Mr
President.
This
is
Number
96
2022.
This
is
for
some
transfers
here
at
the
end
of
the
year.
According
to
our
job
fund
balance
policy,
we
intend
to
maintain
a
targeted,
unencumbered
cash
balance
of
30
or
at
least
30
percent
of
general
fund
operating
expenses
every
year.
So
these
that
are
detailed
on
page
15
of
the
packet
are
they're
just
some
of
the
2023
transfers
that
would
get
us
to
a
target
of
2022
unencumbered
cash
balance.
A
G
G
I
President
before
we
move
on
I
wanted
to
make
sure
I
forgot
to
mention
too,
it
has
been
asked
in
order
to
get
this
done
by
the
end
of
the
year.
We
can
do
a
second
reading,
then
wave
the
third,
so
just
as
a
heads
up
that
would
be
requested.
Okay,
thank.
I
You
Mr
President.
This
is
for
women's
97
2022.
This
will
be
our
for
our
annual
comprehensive
financial
report.
We've
historically
engaged
in
the
state
auditor's
office
this
year
kind
of
a
delay
I'm
getting
back
to
us.
They
told
us
they
were
not
able
to
do
it.
So
we've
gone
with
rain
Associates
we've
got
an
event
from
them.
We
also
reached
out
to
another
firm
who
was
not
able
to
quote
because
they've
taken
on
too
many
of
the
audit
States
clients
really
is
the
one
that
does
our
you
know
audit.
I
A
So
this
is
basically
they're
going
to
start
doing
what
I
know
quite
well
as
the
catheter,
but
they
don't
like
having
a
combat
anymore,
correct,
okay,
and
was
this
for
three
years
or
four
years,
that's
kind
of
three
year
term
confusing
the
way
we
had
it
written
up,
22
through
2024
and
then
said,
22
and
23
so
took
70
000
for
all
three
years,
correct,
combined
winning
paper
you're
leaving.
Yes,.
I
C
I
H
Right
so,
okay,
so
the
first
I'm
sorry
I'm,
just
pressing
connect
sure.
So
the.
F
H
Whereas,
where
it
talks
about
the
21-25,
that's
Rey
is
actually
doing
their
audit
for
fiscal
year
21-25,
and
so
that
was
just
to
give
background
that
there
are
now
also
going
to
do
our
annual
comprehensive
financial
report
for
22-24.
So
it's
a
little
confusing,
but
they
are
doing
the
actual
audit
services
21-25
and
that's
why
that's
there?
Okay!
Okay!
So
thank
you!
D
M
This
particular
ordinance
deals
with
awarding
a
contract,
a
Custom
Fencing,
to
install
a
aluminum
fence
for
the
high
around
the
cemetery
in
the
Morton
Center
there.
M
The
project
is
twenty
three
thousand
five
unseen
and
Gates
or
gate
and
contingency
for
any
overruns
or
anything
like
that
of
14.50.
M
So
it's
a
total
of
24
000
and
fifty
dollars.
As
I
said,
this
includes
the
main
gate
going
in,
which
is
AP
wide,
and
the
fence
itself
is
four
feet:
high.
M
It's
made
out
of
aluminum
commercial
grade
material,
so
it
should
help
reduce
having
to
worry
about
maintenance
rotting
of
the
wood
or
anything
like
that.
So
it'll
be
my
only
question
really
I
have
two
number
one
did
we
receive
any
other
quotes
from
any
other
company,
and,
and
here
they
quoted
kind
of
white
or
black,
and
has
that
decision
been
made.
Yet
that
was
my.
D
Well
so
I
can
answer
the
question
on
the
quotes.
I
don't
know
about
the
white
or
black,
two
more
quotes,
one
was
about
a
thousand
dollars
higher
and
the
other
one
was
at
like
thirty
three
thousand
dollars.
A
A
L
J
Had
a
quick
question:
Mr
President!
Yes,
so
this
would
be
moving
closer.
This
this
funeral
is
that
or
no
yes?
Yes,
yes,
I
thought!
You
just
said
it
would
not
my
understanding.
J
H
H
B
It's
going
to
be
cheaper
if
we
do
all
four
sides
at
one
time,
obviously
that
it
would
be
to
do
two
sides
at
one
time
so
I
don't
know,
I,
think
we
should
keep
talking
about
it
and
getting
all
four
sides
yeah.
Definitely.
M
J
Did
Mr
essay
that
it
was
a
major
issue
to
have
it
not
open?
Was
that
part
of
what
what
their
request
was
that
it
was
going
to
be
for
landscaping
purposes
and
such
is
that
what
he
had
said.
H
And
talked
about
it
that
was
going
to
happen.
That's
why
he
went
out
to
Thriller,
and
it's
like
Noah
has
two
sides
in
his
opinion
so
and.
M
When
we
had
more
than
one
quote
for
any
project,
can
we
make
sure
that
we
have
those
other
Council
votes?
Council
has
them
I,
believe
or
I
was
going
to
say
included
in
the
packet
just
so
that
way
sure
there's
an
official
record
of
it.
People
can
see
it.
M
Getting
the
information
that
we've
heard
here
tonight,
it
sounds
like
we
want
to
go
back
to
Mr
Hess
and
maybe
have
him
get
more
involved
and
see
what
we
can
do
about
getting
a
quote.
Some
quotes
all
the
way
around
and
also
for
the
one
where
the
one
company
was
changing
over
to.
D
J
B
J
D
M
Yeah
just
on
to
the
next
work
session,
and
if
we
get
these
quotes
back
and
everybody's
satisfied
with
the
quotes
that
would
come
back
at
the
beginning
of
our
next
regular
council
meeting.
We
can
address
returning
Committee
of
the
vehicle
every
choose
and
go
ahead
and
move
it
on
for
that
night
for
its
first
read,
but
for
now
I'd
just
say:
moving
on
committee
as
a
whole.
J
So
I've
received
two
complaints
over
on
a
long
drive
when
you
turn
off
the
Norton
Avenue
there.
So,
if
you're
coming
down-
and
you
turn
on
the
long
drive
when
you're
coming
around
the
corner,
where
the
apartments
are
at
I-
think
it
would
be
considered
the
I
guess,
the
south
side
or
the
west
side
of
long
there's,
some
trees
there,
like
bigger
pine
trees
and
I
thought
I
complain
from
two
different
residents
that
they
feel
as
when
they're
coming
around
that
corner.
J
J
But
you
know
I
guess
you
know
some
people
sometimes
do
cut
Lanes
short
coming
around
the
corner,
but
I've
had
two
different
points
over
this
now
so
I
think
I
expressed
one
once
several
months
back
but,
like
I,
said
I
received
another
complaints,
I
don't
know
if
maybe
maybe
Mr
Hess
or
someone
can
go
out
and
take
a
look
and
really
look
at
it
and
see
if
I
think
if
they
agree
that,
maybe
it
could
be
considered
a
safety
concern.
J
If
you
come
around
that
corner-
and
you
can't
see
if
there's
an
oncoming
car
and
from
either
side
it
looks
like
it
could
be
kind
of
blocking
review
of
the
road
coming
around
the
corner.
I'm
sorry,
on
long
drive
like
when
you
turn
off
the
Northern
Avenue,
you
go
around
that
corner.
The
detoxes
are
on
the
right
and
there's
apartments
on
the
left,
which
would
be
I,
guess
the
west
or
south
side
along
there.
It
kind
of
obscures
the
road
when
you're
going
into
that
corner.
M
I'm,
assuming
that
Mr
Hess
has
a
written
preventative
maintenance
program
to
keep
up
on
all
this
equipment
that
we've
been
buying.
M
We
with
that
in
years
past
some
of
that,
maybe
so
through
the
cracks
with
previous
people
in
charge
down
there,
and
they
just
wanted
to
make
sure
we
had
some
type
of
written
program
in
place
to
make
sure
that
we
take
care
of
the
equipment,
the
way
that
we
should
be
and
the
second
one
is
do
we
know
like
we
have
the
police
vehicle
list
here
in
the
mileage
and
all
that
good
stuff.
Do
we
know
on
average
how
many
miles
they
drive
or
put
on
a
vehicle
each
year.
J
A
A
Service
Garage
maintenance
program.
You
know
it's
kind
of
an
updated
list
of
all
equipment,
yeah.
What
we
have
down
there
is
well
like
we.
You
know
we
just
got
with
the
police
vehicles.
Let's
try
to
raise
Etc
yeah,
all
of
it.
So
we
kind
of
have
an
idea.
We've
been
buying
an
awful
lot
of
stuff
over
the
last
couple
years,
I'll.
J
Second,
that
that
would
be
nice
to
know
just
just
for
our
own
knowledge.
So
we
know
what
we
have.
M
Now,
let's,
if
memory
serves
me
correctly,
we
have
to
buy
salt
so
far
in
advance.
We
have
to
commit
to
so
much
right.
B
So
at
least
we're
not
in
Buffalo
anybody
else,
yeah
I
have
something.
I
was
contacted
on
Saturday
by
School
Board
president
Louis,
you
in
regards
to
the
confession
of
the
fuel
pumps.
The
fuel
pumps
are
used
by
the
school
bus
garage.
B
We
had
an
issue
with
the
pumps
not
working
though
they're
outdated,
and
that
kind
of
thing
so
I
know
that
you
and
Mr
Fowler
went
down
the
top
of
the
school
board
about
some
different
things.
So
I
want
to
add
that
to
the
next
work
session,
about
making
a
plug-in
to
move
forward
with
doing
some
stuff.
Now
the
school
board
was
talking
about
with
you
guys
about
doing
a
like
a
joint
service
crash
possible
I.
L
They're
very
tanks
yeah,
so
every
time
they
have
it
inspected,
they
get
worse
and
worse,
marks
yeah,
so
we're
looking
at
possibly
above
ground
tanks,
putting
them
at
the
service
garage
so
that,
right
now,
when
the
sort
of
the
gas,
the
pumps
that
we
have
they're
actually
at
the
school
bus
garage,
but
we
share,
we
know
we
pay
car,
we
pay
for
our
gas,
but
it
comes
through
the
school
right.
So
all
we're
looking
to
do
is
I
think
we
were
going
to
take
that
on
and
looking
to
take
that
on.
A
L
G
President
I'd,
like
to
add
it's
been
Partners
included
in
the
budget
from
2023..
Oh
good
spots,
two
hundred
thousand
gas.
J
L
J
G
J
A
And
it
appears
to
have
finally
been
repaired,
but
nobody
bothered
to
tell
us
that
and
then
have
we
been
reimbursed
for
that
yet
magic
we
paid
for
it
and,
if
not,
then
we'll
be,
and
then
I
had
said
a
couple.
Dozens
to
get
a
hold
of
me
that
they're
not
particularly
happy
with
our
gas
aggregate
I,
believe
that's
a
no
pack
and
they'd
like
the
city,
be
looking
at
now
before
time
like
getting
a
better
conglomerate
ordeal
and
it
must
be
looking
into
it
to
be
able
to
change
it.
A
I
think
there's
a
lot
of
people.
That's
been
disappointed
with
the
new
pet
deal
and
they've
even
suggested
calling
Barberton
I
recall
correctly,
rather
than
is
with
the
one
that
we
used
to
have
before
we
switched
over.
A
They
don't
seem
to
be
helping
any
and
I
just
tell
them
right.
Now
is
not
a
good
time
to
be
anything,
but
it
has
to
be
on
the
lookout
for
what's
coming
up
here
when
we
get
the
chance.
What
is
it
this
summer
we
can
change.
I
think
it
is
you'd,
be
able
to
find
that
probably
the
easiest
and
are
we
playing
Mr
Fowler
his
regular
pay,
while
he's
working
at
the
mentor
up
until
December
9th
or
is
he
just
collecting
his
vacation
pay
for
both.
F
A
G
A
Oh
so
he's
a
source
she's
working
for
Mentor
or
whatever
as
well.
That's
right,
I
also
I
had
a
couple
calls
from
Barberton
and
mad
District,
basically,
is
where
it's
coming
from.
They
still
need
to
set
a
citizen
for
Norton
for
the
mosquito
District
they've
advertised
Christ.
Apparently
they
didn't
have
any
takers
and
they're
having
a
real
hard
time
getting
their
meetings
together.
A
The
mosquito
District
can't
move
on
with
first
must
have
had
somebody
they
held
him
up
as
long
as
they
could
and
they
do
need
a
placement
for
that
seat
for
the
man
board
itself
and
the
deck
is
having
a
real
problem.
They've
not
been
able
to
have
their
meetings
because
people's
not
showing
up
at
him.
A
So
they
wanted
to
see
what
we
could
get
done
about
that
and
the
DAC
has
to
set
up
the
stuff
for
being
able
to
put
in
the
paper
to
do
the
hiring
and
take
the
applications
in
for
the
Madden
district.
And
then
they
deliver
I.
Think
the
paperwork
finances
too
towards
you
in
the
year
or
the
beginning
of
the
year.
So
they
wanted
us
to
be
thinking
of
a
way
to
address
that
and
I
had
asked
about
the
telling
comparisons.
A
I
was
curious
about
that
now,
after
getting
him
as
even
more
curious,
because
I
was
dividing
him
up
and
that's
11
3
of
2021
last
year,
when
we
had
Jeffrey's
and
I
took
and
I
divided
it
up
by
the
fifty
dollars
that
we
were
charging,
then
for
the
city's
fee.
Administrative
fee
and
Natalie
comes
like
what
55
vehicles
and
then
here's
hookers
again
I
divided
that
full
amount
by
the
85
dollars
we
charge
now
and
I'm
still
coming
up
with,
like
300
over
300
Vehicles.
How
does
that
happen?
A
A
If
that
was
on
that,
so
I'd,
like
a
little
explanation
on
that
and
under
the
police,
cruiser
purchase,
I
was
kind
of
distraught
when
I
read
the
story
about
Fred
Martin
having
good
vehicles
stolen
off
their
lot
there
in
a
matter
of
just
a
few
days
and
the
fact
that
we're
even
sitting
here
thinking
about
buying
from
somebody
else
ordering
after
all
the
things
that
we
have
done
with
that
with
them.
What
they've
done
for
us
is
what
I
should
say
we
were
supposed
to
yeah.
J
F
A
With
the
two
cars
that
they
had
the
one
time
that
we
was
wanting
to
get
but
those
things
nobody
was
coming
up
with
anything
and
then
they
did
not
hold
it
against
us
and
told
us
that
we'd
still
they'd
still
buy
our
used
vehicles
at
the
prices.
They
were
going
to
happen
as
a
trade-in
of
which
one
got
totaled
so
that
was
lost
to
us,
but
we
still
have
the
Dodge
Ram.
We
said
we
were
going
to
sell
it
to
them.
We
still
have
it
so.
A
On
us
and
since
then
it's
depreciated
in
value
and
right
now
the
ram
isn't
even
being
included
as
being
traded
in
on
the
card,
I
mean
the
Jeep
Cherokee
were
looking
to
buy
from
there
there's
nothing
down
there
on
our
part
about
the
ram
coming
off
that
being
traded
in
or
that
we
keep
hearing
about
is
going
to
get.
We
can
sell
them
well
begin
with
that
had
to
be
willing
to
buy
them.
Most
of
these
companies
are
not
willing
to
buy
any
of
our
used
vehicles
or
take
them
in
on
a
trade-in.
A
We've
been
told
that
the
officers
were
50
50
between
the
forge
and
Durangos
and
I'd
stated
before
I'm,
not
hearing
that
the
preference
is
so
much
reforms,
and
now
we
have
a
local
company.
That's
been
good
in
the
city
with
purchases,
their
vehicles,
work
done,
free
car
washes
and
the
trade-ins,
and
they
should
be
considered
for
the
percentage
price
consideration
as
well.
When
we're
looking
at
doing
business
of
any
type
and.
A
That
there's
been
issues
with
the
Ford's
lights.
The
lights
goes
across
the
top
and
we
have
to
outfit
the
Durangos
with
the
Fords
come
that
way
to
us
and
the
larger
engine
in
the
Durangos
before
and
then
from
the
listen
we
were
sent
out
on
vehicles,
neither
of
the
unmarked
vehicles
in
the
current
Fleet.
We
have
that
we
can
reached
a
50,
000
mile
Mark
to
be
getting
replaced
and
that's
what
we
were
told
that
we
were
doing
was
replacing
one
of
those
with
unmarked
car.
A
A
But
the
point
of
it
is,
is
they've
been
loyal
to
us
and
we
should
be
loyal
to
them
as
a
person
just
thumbing
our
noses
up
at
a
proven
partner
when
we
forgive
an
outsider
that
we've
used
once
and
then
the
second
time
around
they
couldn't
comply
either.
So
I
think
we
need
to
be
rethinking
that
Statewide
Ford
purchase
and
getting
a
better
explanation
is
what
is
needed
and
planned
for
the
current
Fleet
as
I.
Don't
see
any
trade-ins
offered
or
any
talk
on
sales,
it's
only
been.
We've
talked
that
we
could
sell.
A
once
again,
I'm
still
missing
designing
reports
for
2021
April,
June,
September,
2022,
January,
February,
May
and
July
I?
Don't
suppose
we
have
enough
any?
We
haven't
heard
anymore
about
the
Rhino
World
Orlando.
A
No
thank
you,
police
department
repairs.
Has
the
plumbing
been
done
down
there
that
we'd
already
contracted
out
for
they're
working
on
it
they're
working
on
it?
Now
as
the
roof
started,
or
do
we
have
any
idea
when
it
will
be
I?
Don't
know
not
that
I'm,
not
that
I'm
aware
of
okay?
Maybe
we
already
talked
about
the
Landscaping,
the
mounting
for
the
zip
side
updates
on
that
Brookside
greens,
tap
and
fees.
I
know
we
were
told
basically
that
make
the
lines
answers
they
shouldn't
have
to
correct
me.
A
A
H
H
We
repeal
the
ordinance
that
charge
an
access
charge
for
sewer
once
we
did
the
deal
at
Barberton,
so
we
don't
have
an
ordinance
that
allows
us
to
collect
that
amount
for
the
Brookside
greens
or
any
property
in
Norton,
because
we've
eliminated
that
tap-in
fee
well,.
A
A
How
did
I
mean
I
was
asking
about
them
having
to
pay
on
that
up
in
the
Brookside
for
oh
gosh
a
couple
years
now
there
must
have
been
in
discussions
of
it.
Unfortunately,
Mr
Fowler
in
here
and
I
kept
asking
and
well
you
can't
charge
for
something
that
hasn't
been
installed
when
entries
that
was
installed.
You
just
didn't
tell
me
that
we're
not
going
to
charge
him
but
I,
don't
think
that's
right.
They
benefit
of
it.
They
probably
wouldn't
max
out
that
pump
station
with
all
the
extra
on
there
I
know
when
we
built
it.
A
We
built
it
with
the
intention
it
could
handle
some
more
growth,
but
I
think
it's
been
wiped
out
by
that
one
development
between
Redwood
and
Brookside
dreams,
and
that's
not
against
anybody
that
lives
over
there.
This
has
got
the
fact
that
I've
got
people
in
Nash
Heights
that
make
big
money
to
have
sealed
put
in
and
they
got
charged
anywhere
from
11
000
one
up
to
do
it
and
they
didn't
get
any
Tiff
money
back,
rehabition,
so
I'm,
just
not
comfortable
with
that.
There
should
be
something
coming
back
and.
A
Did
we
actually
get
the
bids
put
out
on
Cherry,
Wood
and
Driftwood
I.
H
A
A
And
then,
unfortunately,.
A
It's
not
pleasant
but
and
I'd
like
KDA
looked
into
and
what
you're
going
to
be
doing
about
that
I
mean
I,
understand
the
other
ones,
probably
not
doing
anything,
but
in
the
meantime
I
think
kba
has
put
us
in
a
bad
light
to
a
man
in
a
position
that
we
both
need
to
be
in
I.
Think
that's
something
else.
We
should
be
considering
and
retreating
debating
that
they
already
have
so
I
guess,
that's
all
I've
got
for
everybody.
Thank
you.
D
D
L
From
11
to
2
p.m,
there's
a
it's
filled
up,
filled
a
boat
fundraiser.
F
L
The
Norton.
L
It's
the
fire
department
will
be
out.
All
proceeds
will
go
to
MBA
once
again,
it'll
be
November
25th
from
11
to
2.,
hit.
L
L
L
L
All
right
so
keep
in
mind:
it'll
be
December
3rd
and
down
here
at
the
Columbia
Woods
Park
and.
D
I
L
L
F
L
D
The
sound
has
been
rough
tonight,
I
guess
on
on
YouTube,
so
we
will
have
that
looked
into
tomorrow,
she's
already
reached
out
during
the
meeting
to
have
that
looked
down
too.
