preparing

conducting
or

with

concerning
their

or

All
right,
we
will
now
continue
the
regular
council
meeting
and
we
are
going
to
do
Communications
from
the
public.
First
is
a
letter
for
Miss
Heidi
Baker
asked
the
clerk
to
read
it.
Please.
F
This
was
received.
Excuse
me,
via
email
today,
Monday
September
12th
at
4,
14
pm
from
Ms
Heidi,
Baker,
3378,
Easton
Road
in
Norton
good
evening
as
a
wife
to
a
veteran
and
I
do
come
from
a
family
line
of
veterans
who
served
our
country
I,
wanted
to
express
my
feelings
towards
this
gold
star,
Memorial
I
do
not
feel
it
is
right
to
just
honor
gold
star
families.
Norton
should
be
honoring
any
and
all
veterans
who
serve
this
in
the
city.
F
F
I
would
love
to
see
my
father's
name
who
lived
in
Norton
and
died
in
Norton
who
served
in
the
U.S
Navy
memorialized,
why
not
memorialize
all
lost
and
all
who
came
home
whom
to
served,
give
the
total
respect
to
all
that
deserve
it
far
as
the
gentleman
that
came
from
Painesville
and
his
wife
last
week,
why
don't
Paynesville
have
a
gold
star,
Memorial
shouldn't
they
be
advocating
to
get
their
own
City?
To
put
one
up,
instead
of
going
to
other
cities,
my
husband
is
a
veteran.
F
E
Thank
you,
Mrs
Baker,
Mr,
Pete,
Gonzalez,.
K
E
H
E
Thank
you,
Travis
crane.
L
Brian
Smith
3794
Easton,
Road
Norton,
well,
first
on
on
the
memorial,
you
know
this
Administration
can't
take
care
of
what
we
have
now
in
a
moral
for
veterans.
It's
going
to
have
to
be
taken
care
of
it
to
me.
It
would
be
a
disgrace
to
get
a
memorial
for
veterans
and
have
it
look
like
it
looks
over
there
right
now
or
the
cemetery
next
door
to
Acme.
L
L
L
You
know.
That's
my
question:
are
you?
Is
the
city
really
going
to
take
care
of
it?
I
mean
you
got
to
roof
leak
them
for
30
years
at
the
police
station
I
haven't
seen
anything
come
across
cross
Council
to
fix
the
rough.
Yet
so,
what's
that
part
going
to
look
like
in
two
years
or
three
years,
you
know
the
other
question
I
do
have
is
I
see
the
new
windows
are
in
in
the
building
Community.
H
L
L
Because
look
at
how
they
installed
your
windows,
you
know
if
it
was
Grant
great,
but
it's
still
our
taxpayers
money
grant
money,
don't
come
out
of
the
sky.
It
comes
out
of
our
taxes.
Look
at
them
windows,
they're,
not
clocked
they
spray
phone,
some
some
they
did
some
of
them.
You
can
see
the
wood
shims.
E
I
do
know
those
windows,
Mr
Smith
were
Firma
Grant.
Just
for
your.
L
Record
yeah
yeah,
but
you
know
everybody
thinks
it
grants
free
money.
It's
not
free
money.
It's
it's
us
taxpayers
that
money
comes
from.
The
government
comes
from
the
average
Joe,
so
it's
still
resonance
money,
I,
don't
care
if
it's
free
or
out
of
our
taxes,
it's
all
it
all
comes
from
presidents
it
that
money
don't
grow
on
trees.
You
know
so
I'd
say
somebody
go
look
at
the
new
windows
and
the
one
that's
smashed.
Are
they
going
to
give
you
a
new
window,
or
are
you
stuck
with
that
bad
window
already.
E
Deb
Pfeiffer,
please
state
your
name
and
address
for
the
record
and
you
have
five
minutes.
Deb.
M
Pfeiffer
3764
Golf,
Course
Drive
I
have
a
question
about
some
of
the
discussion
at
last
week's
meeting.
Since
there
was
nobody
here
from
Administration,
you
guys
didn't
get
the
answer
that
you
wanted
either
and
that
regards
how
the
Planning
Commission
works.
You
know
you've
got
rezonings
coming
up
and
I
when
I
get
into
discussions
with
people,
I'd
like
to
think
that
I
that
I'm,
more
informed
and
so
even
Council
seem
to
not
understand
the
what
was
going
to
happen
as
an
example.
M
The
property
along
I-76
in
Norton
acres
is
going
to
be
rezoned
from
a
B1
to
a
C1,
so
the
Planning
Commission
has
already
met
and
said
you
know:
okay,
it's
approved,
and
so
now
it's
coming
before.
You
go
you
guys
and
one
of
the
resolutions
or
but
the
question
becomes.
M
If
Council
approves
this
in,
you
know
tonight
or
at
the
next
meeting,
then
what
happens
when
the
the
company
that
comes
forward
that
wants
to
build
there?
So
it
goes
again
before
the
Planning
Commission,
the
Planning
Commission.
Do
they
have
the
all
the
ultimate
decision
on
it,
or
does
that
come
back
again
to
council?
So
my
question
becomes:
is
that
is:
does
every
new
building
every
new
business
that
comes
into
Norton
that
ends
up
in
front
of
the
Planning
Commission
to
make
sure
that
it
meets
the
qualifications
for
our
zoning?
M
C
I
I
could
say
it
shortly
so,
depending
on
its
own
classification,
some
properties
do
need
to
come
back
before
Council
for
site
plan
approval.
Most
do
not
see
one
as
an
enhanced
site
plan
approval
process,
right,
Mr,
Fowler,.
C
Yeah,
so
that
that
would
be
one
that
would
have
that
sort
of
increased
site
plan
approval
by
Council,
but
most
doing
effect,
classifications
do
not.
If
it's.
If
it's
a
use
that
fits
a
zoning
code,
then
you
could
potentially
construct
without
coming
back
to
Council
on
as
to
what
goes
on
the
property
is.
C
G
I
had
a
quick
question
so
that
that
would
be
in
our
in
our
codified
ordinances
right
under
the
final
site,
development
plan,
application
procedure
and
there.
G
Information
in
there,
but
it
goes
through
and
it
even
gives
the
all
the
different
commercial
and
Office
Buildings
all
the
designs
is,
that
is
that
kind
of
where
we
would
we
we
as
Council
we
get
that
information
from
that
would
be
the
best
place
for
us
to
find
it
right.
That.
C
G
And
I
could
share
that
with
you,
Mrs
Pfeiffer,
you
know
send
to
send
it
to
you
or
I
can
show
you
where
to
look.
It's
it's
a
lot,
I
think
it's
a
case-by-case
scenario,
because
there's
so
much
of
what
can
and
cannot
be
in
there.
As
far
as
building
wise,
you
know
like
there's
a
lot
of
restrictions
as
far
as
like
you
know,
adult
entertainment
type
things
and
then
even
okay.
C
Except
for
mixed
use,
District
also
has
Council
mixed
use.
District
also
has
Council
approval,
but
for
the
most
part,
if
it's
a
permitted
use
in
another
zoning
classification,
it
would
not
come
back
to
council.
C
On
a
state
plan
yeah
not
an
honestly
plan,
no
plat
subdivision
Flats,
you
would
you
would
review
there's
different
things.
You
would
review,
but
not
not.
First
sight,
plan.
G
My
question
would
be
if
it
was
a
C1
under
the
Town
Center
overlay,
because
there's
an
approval
procedure
with
that
inside
our
codified
harnesses
as
well.
So
that's
where
it's
a
little
confusing
to
see
one,
but
if
it
also
falls
under
this
town
center
overlay
that
we
have
approval
of
that
those
conditions.
The
way
I
understand
it
in
our
in
our
codified
ordinances,
yeah.
E
Okay,
moving
on
Committee
of
the
whole
financial
reports,
I
acknowledge
the
receipt
of
August
2022
Financial
reports.
N
I
have
a
question:
Mr
Vice,
President,
yep
I
couldn't
help
but
notice
that
there
was
a
payment
to
homes,
I
think
for
about
fifteen
thousand.
Why
is
that?
Why
were
we
still
paying
them?
15
000
that
we
pay
him
before
for
their
oversight
of
Barber
Road.
O
E
Moving
on
this
is
a
PC
application
r9-2022.
This
is
my
committee.
This
is
for
Brookside
green
phase.
Three
through
eight,
the
plants
are
available.
If
anybody
wants
to
see
what
those
plants
look
like,
Carey
will
have
them
in
our
office,
and
you
can
view
those
Monday
through
Friday
when,
when
the
administration
building
is
open,
I
asked
for
a
a
mounding
plan
in
the
work
session
and
back
months
ago,
well,
I'm
happy
to
say:
I
did
get
a
preliminary
mounding
plan.
E
So
if
anybody
wants
copies
of
this,
you
can
get
copies
of
this
from
from
carry
as
well
so
I'm
going
to
make
a
motion
to
add
ordinance
76-2022
to
tonight's
council
meeting
for
our
first
reading.
Only.
H
N
E
Hearing
none
those
minutes
are
approved
as
submitted
minutes
of
community
committee
work
sessions,
September
6
2022.
E
Approval
of
the
minutes
for
the
committee
work
sessions
are
deferred
until
the
regular
council
meeting
for
September
26th
2022.
P
P
Therefore,
I
Mike
Zeta,
by
virtue
of
the
authority
vested
in
me
as
mayor
of
of
Norton
in
the
state
of
Ohio.
Do
you
hereby
Proclaim
the
week
of
September
17th
through
23rd
as
Constitution
week,
and
urge
all
citizens
to
study
the
Constitution
and
reflect
on
the
privilege
of
being
an
American
with
all
the
rights
and
responsibilities
which
that
privilege
involves
and
witness
whereof
I
have
hearing
to
set
my
hand
and
cause
the
Seal
of
the
state
of
North.
P
Now
this
will
be
starting
on
Saturday,
but
it's
for
next
week,
but
we
were
asked
to
put
a
proclamation
together
on
behalf
from
the
city
and
we
've
done
so.
E
E
E
E
E
N
Was
it
74,
isn't
that
what
the
gentleman
was
willing
to
address?
Yes,.
E
K
Yeah
I
didn't
well.
Thank
you,
I
didn't
have
anything
prepared.
I
was
just
really
anticipating
responding
to
any
questions
from
Council
or
or
community
members,
but
you
know,
while
I'm
here
you
know
the
we
we've
been
working
with
staff
for
a
little
while
on
what
we
think
and
trying
to
figure
out
the
best
use
for
the
site.
You
know
the
we're
aware
of
the
general
overlay
that's
going
on
in
this,
this
municipality,
regarding,
in
this
case,
from
C1
to
B1
or
B1
to
C1
and
based
upon
that,
the
conceptual
plan
that
we've
put
forth.
K
K
So
we've
we've
really
been
evaluating
what
the
options
are
under
the
current
zoning
versus
what
the
proposed
potential
rezoning
and
you
know
we
can
go
down
a
path
either
way,
but
I
I
believe
that
the
proposed
use
is
probably
ultimately
meets
the
needs
of
our
side
and
then
ultimately,
the
neighborhood
and
the
community
as
well.
So
that
was
generally
our
our
approach
in
trying
to
plan
for
the
site.
Again,
it's
it's
conceptual.
K
You
know:
we've
I've
developed
a
lot
of
Flex
space
and
storage
space
around
and
in
this
case,
given
the
site
the
size
of
the
site,
it's
really
pretty
low
density
regards
to
square
footage.
Another
I
have
a
comparable
site
that
we
have
10
times
the
proposed
square
footage
as
to
what
we're
talking
about
here.
K
So
all
those
things
come
into
play,
there's
nothing
finalized
and,
as
I
mentioned,
when
I
was
here
during
Planning
Commission,
we
I'm
entirely
open
to
sitting
down
with
whomever
in
the
neighborhood
and
talking
about
whether
I
anticipate
those
hot
points
to
be
and
seeing
if
we
can
come
to
an
agreement
on
making
everyone
as
happy
as
possible.
You
know,
and
you
know,
subject
to
ultimately
my
objective
of
getting
a
project
approved
and
building
it
out.
I.
N
I
beat
you
again
yeah
okay,
then
I
have
the
the
big
question
is
and
what
about
the
access
to
it
coming
in
off
of
Norton
Acres
so
to
speak?
Are
you
just
going
to
be
looking
at
coming
in
off
of
Cleveland
Mass.
K
Well
again-
and
this
is
my
first
project
in
this
municipality-
so
I-
don't
know
what
will
be
required
when
we
get
down
to
Fire
and
various
staff
Departments
of
of
access.
You
know,
I
know
the
road
in
the
neighborhood
is
stubbed
out.
It's
been
there
for
a
long
time.
I
expect.
So
you
know
that
was
always
I
believe
anticipated
to
be
accessed
to
that
site.
I
recognize,
that's
that's
a
another
hot
button
for
the
neighborhood,
like
I
mentioned
during
the
Planning
Commission
meeting.
G
We
okay,
what
we've
thought
we
have
to
review
my
records
again
and
then
another
question
is
kind
of
for
him
and
for
Administration
or
this
this
will
not
fall
under
the
Town
San
overlay
District,
because
I
was
looking
at
the
map
which
it's
1279-17
and
our
codified
ordinances.
But
the
map
is
so
vague.
You
can't
even
really
see
it
so
I
think
we
really
desperately
need
to
update
that.
So
we
can
see,
but
I
was
trying
to
see.
Does
this
fall
under
that
Corridor?
G
O
G
K
E
J
E
G
I
think
it
was
said
pretty
well
in
the
Planning
Commission
meeting,
where
you
know
all
that
whole
entire
Street
there's
no
sidewalk.
So
like
the
kids,
they
they
don't
have
any
other
any
other
place
to
ride
their
bikes
and
skateboards
and
stuff
in
the
road,
and
no
one
wants
to
see
a
you
know
a
situation
with
a
kid
on
the
road.
With
a
you
know,
a
truck
or
a
trailer
or
an
oversized
vehicle
coming
down
that
road,
so
that
that
is
obviously
our
number
one
concern.
E
F
E
B
My
name
is
Majid
mcluf
I'm,
with
the
law
firm
of
burns,
ocher
greenberger.
We
were
an
legal
counsel
for
the
project.
We
were
hoping
that
the
council
votes
on
this
tonight,
actually
we're
counting
on
on
the
vote
happening
tonight.
This
is
a
a
non-discretionary
matter.
It's
its
approval
of
the
plaid
and
the
final
plate
is
based
on
the
preliminary
plant.
I
understand
that
there
was
some
discussion
about
the
landscape
plans
and
the
landscape
plans
can
Trash
one
have
nothing
to
do
with
this.
H
B
You
know
and
then
two
under
the
development
agreement,
they
are
to
be
approved
administratively,
so
there's
no
reason
whatsoever
to
hold
one
for
the
other
and
with
the
time
of
you
know
the
season
where
we
are,
you
know
the
the
we're
talking
damages
that
are
growing
daily,
not
not
weekly.
So
we
ask
that
the
council
vote
on
this
tonight,
because
again,
the
landscape
plan
is
submitted,
we'll
work
with
the
city,
we'll
you
know
that
those
are
untethered.
Those
are
two
separate
things
having
nothing
to
do
with
each
other.
B
E
C
B
The
material
none
of
the
things
that
anybody
would
have
any
concerns
about
sort
of
for
public
comment
or
anything
of
that
nature
are
part
of
that
plan
and
the
and
the
the
the
the
the
code
is
very
clear
that
the
plot
has
to
be.
You
know
approved
if
it's
substantially,
based
on
the
preliminary
plant,
which
this
says
it
went
through
the
Planning
Commission,
the
Planning
Commission
reviewed.
It
unanimously
agreed
that
it
meets
the
criteria
for
approval,
so
I
think
that's
the
issue.
I
understand
sort
of
I
appreciate,
I
I.
B
You
know,
I
appreciate
the
the
desire
to
look
at
the
plat,
but
but
you've
seen
it
because
it's
based
on
the
preliminary
flat
the
preliminary
plant
has
been
for
a
very
long
time,
and
this
is
based
on
it.
It
substantially
is
based
on
it
and
there
none
of
the
not
honestly,
what's
another
week
or
two
gonna
do
having
the
plat
available.
It's
been
in
the
public
domain
for
a
very
long
time.
G
B
The
delay
with
the
construction
season
they
need
to
move
on
with
work.
They
need
to
continue.
They
need
to
record
the
the
the
plot
with
the
County
Recorder,
because
there's
transfer,
you
know,
purchase
and
sale
of
property
that
needs
to
happen.
So
by
delaying
the
plat,
we
can't
record
with
the
with
the
county
right
and
it
delays
purchases
that
need
to
happen.
So
there's
real
real
damages.
There's
Finance,
you
know
lines
of
credit
that
are
accruing
interests
that
are
sitting
there
that
are
being
harmed
by
that
delay.
B
H
B
So
we
I
plead
with
you
and
honestly
that
this
is
a
serious
issue
that
that
can
cause
substantial
damage.
We
really
need
this
approved
tonight.
E
B
Most
communities,
it
never
even
goes
before
the
city
council,
the
under
the
Ohio
Revised
Code,
the
Planning
Commission,
is
the
planning
authority
of
the
municipality
under
the
the
Ohio
Revised
Code.
So
what
the
this
is
not
the
enactment
of
legislation.
It's
not
like
if
it's
sitting
here
you're
going
to
get
public
comment,
people
saying
change
this
clause
or
change
that
Clause.
It's
simply
an
administrative
approval,
most
municipalities,
honestly,
don't
even
have
a
resolution
or
they
approve
it
by
motion
verbal
motion
and
it
moves
on
to
the
to
the
next
thing.
B
It
literally
is
that's
why
I
say:
there's
not
much
discretion
here,
there's
not
much
the
the
delay.
The
purpose
of
the
multiple
readings
is
to
provide
the
public
with
the
opportunity
to
comment
on
the
legislation
on
the
law,
that's
being
enacted
to
provide
an
opportunity
for
changes.
None
of
that
exists
here,
so
the
delays
is
honestly
serves
no
purpose,
but
for
the
purpose
of
delay,
it's
a
very
different
kind
of
act.
G
Mr
vice
president
I
think
maybe
this
might
be
proper,
that
we
we
make
a
motion
to
go
back
into
executive
session
to
discuss.
This
are.
Q
N
I
I
This
plaid
the
spinal
platform
phases
three
through
eight
complies
with
that.
Nothing
is
going
to
change.
I
understand
what
council
was
saying,
I
understand
that
there
are
things
that
people
don't
like:
I
get
it
I
get
it,
and
maybe
if
some
people
could
go
back,
they'd
change
it,
maybe
they
would
I,
don't
know
I'm,
not
we're.
J
N
H
C
Yeah
and
who's
your
current
I'll
just
make
the
the
comment,
while
you
guys
are
contemplating
that
it's
it
is
Administrative
versus
a
legislative
action.
There's
and
we've
talked
about
this
on
the
prior
plaid
approvals.
We've
done
it
historically
as
an
ordinance.
It
could
be
done
by
emotion.
It
could
be
done
by
an
ordinance
it
can.
But
if
you
do
by
ordinance,
it's
not
like
you
need
to
have
readings.
It's
not
like.
You
have
to
follow
all
those
procedures,
because
it's
not
legislation.
I
N
C
B
But
I
understand
again
honestly,
we
were
shocked
when,
when
you
mentioned
first
reading,
because
in
my
mind,
I
I've
been
doing
this
for
20
plus
years
I've.
Never
once
in
any
Community
I've
been
in
every
community
in
this
District
in
this
northeast
Ohio
they
can
the
idea
that
a
plat
goes
through
multiple
readings,
we're
sitting
here,
looking
at
each
other.
Just
what
you
know
it
was
the
idea
of
it
being
subjected
to
readings
was.
Was
the
shock
to
us
because
it's
it
was.
B
There
was
nothing
to
ask,
because
the
type
of
the
action
is
an
administrative
action.
This
is
not
legislation
and
it's
never
subjected
to
three
readings.
So
that's
why,
when,
when
you
mentioned
first
reading,
you
know
we're
raising
our
hands,
come
up
here
and
I'm,
trying
to
say
it
as
as
politely
as
gently
as
possible,
but
we
have
contractual
obligate.
You
know
I
think
don't
put
the
developer
in
in
the
position
where
they
have
to
take
legal
action.
We
don't
want
to
take
legal
action.
We
want
to
be
very
Cooperative
with
this,
but
I
I.
N
I
I
J
H
I
N
B
B
I
K
C
Yeah,
if
you,
if
there
would
be
a
court
case
about
it
there,
wouldn't
it
wouldn't
be
subject
to
a
referendum.
It's
not
subject
to
Executive
session,
not
go
through
session
emergency
Clause.
None
of
that
really
applies.
It's
just.
It's
really
a
voice,
but
I
mean
a
Voice
vote
is
typically
how
it's
done.
It's
just
not
how
we've
done
it
historically,
so
I.
E
Just
think,
looking
for
my
for
my
side
look
from
the
inside
out.
It's
a
it's
kind
of
a
surprise
to
us,
and
some
of
us
are
new
Council
people
and
who
knows
if
we
would
even
voted
for
this
thing
in
the
in
the
beginning
to
having
a
housing
allotment
there.
But
you
know
if,
if
we
would
have
known
in
advance
a
little
further
in
advance
that
we
had
to
move
this
thing
through
a
little
bit
faster
than
it
would
have
made
it
a
little
easier
to
swallow.
E
Q
F
J
G
Q
B
H
E
F
N
I
had
requested
before
I'm,
going
to
request
again
I'd
still
like
to
see
the
coyote
report
coyoto
report,
showing
that
they
meet
the
allotted
employees
or
or
the
wages
or
any
of
that
that
we've
not
really
seen
a
written
thing.
N
E
E
I
E
Ordinance
number
71-2022
now
this
is
for
Mr
pilot
he's
excused
today
and
Mr
tousley's
excuse.
So
this
would
fall
to
miss
whipkey.
E
G
N
G
President
are
we
allowed
to
make
mention
of
the
the
public
meeting
tonight?
Are
we
allowed
to
do
that
or
sure.
G
Special
meeting,
okay,
so
special
meeting
just
wanted
to
let
public
know
there
will
be
a
special
meeting
here
at
the
city
council
chambers
on
September
22nd
at
7
pm.
It's
open
to
all
the
public
to
come
and
give
their
opinions
and
any
kind
of
suggestions
with
this
gold
star
families,
Memorial
project
that
we're
working
on
right
now
so,
like
I,
said
Thursday
September
22nd
at
7
pm
right
here
in
the
council
chambers.
G
Q
N
Mr
Vice
President,
just
for
the
Public's
behalf,
I
talked
to
Chief
D'alessandro.
Last
week
after
the
Civil
Service
meeting
and
asked
him
about
the
SRO
officer,
there
isn't
one
at
the
school,
yet
they
still
haven't
Chosen
One
and
that
they're
they're
gonna
have
to
get
together
with
the
school.
For
that
particular
thing.
So,
just
to
let
the
people
know
since
I
think
they'd
heard
me
ask
those
questions
before.
N
I
have
an
issue
with
the
fact
that
we
won't
do
the
same
thing
for
shellhart.
Why
is
it
because
Cleveland
Massillon
gets
seen
and
shellhart's
a
side?
Road,
That,
We're,
Not
Making,
a
strong
enough
thing
against
Lockhart
to
make
sure
that
those
people
are
whole
I
mean
really
they
cut
down
four
trees.
They
didn't
have
to
on
one
man's
property
and
told
him
after
the
fact,
and
then
we
would
actually
sit
back
and
let
this
man
get
paid.
Fourteen
hundred
dollars.
For
that,
that's.
N
We
were
more
upset,
I
think
when,
when
I
forget
the
name
of
the
company
that
came
in
and
cut
the
trees
down
for
the
lady
along
the
railroad
tracks,
there,
it
just
seems-
and
particularly
the
older
people
so
I
would
I
would
really
like
to
rethink
this
and
see
if
the
city
can't
do
something
to
make
sure
this
gets
done
and
I
haven't
talked
to
the
gentleman
this
week
to
know
if
anybody's
been
out
to
take
care
of
the
Yards
where
Mr,
Carruthers
and
Mr
meddler
Mr
Carruthers
was
the
one
that
put
up
his
own
mailbox
after
they
didn't
put
it
up
correctly,
and
he
had
some
issues
with
the
way
the
grass
and
the
weeds
and
stuff
Mr
Miller
is
the
one
that
lost
his
trees,
and
he
has
big
bare
spots
in
his
yard
and
it
does
really
look
bad
and
it
was
supposed
to
have
been
taken
care
of,
and
was
not
so
I'd
really
like
to
see
something
done.
N
The
city
needs
to
stand
behind
our
citizens
as
much
as
we
did
behind
the
Cleveland
Massillon
widening
and
make
sure
it's
taken
care
of
bad
enough.
They
got
to
look
at.
They
went
through
Nash
Heights,
getting
the
septic
the
sewers
put
in
they've
seen
the
water
line
come
in
now
they
get
to
look
at
everything
coming
in
across
the
road
over
at
Brookside,
I.
Think,
there's
more
that
we
can
do
to
help
them,
and
that's
all
on
that
particular
subject:
I'm
going
to
ask
again
where's
our
third
board
member
on
the
Civil
Service.
N
This
has
been
since
March
now
and
for
the
public
just
in
case
they
didn't
catch
it
the
last
time,
because
I
know
that
your
ward
2
people
was
asking
about
the
C1
stuff
that
that
they
didn't
need
to
have
a
hearing
because
it
was
just
creating
it.
N
Well,
now
that
we
know
that
Brookside
is
coming
down
to
the
end
of
the
line
there,
whatever
happened
about
them
being
assessed
for
their
tie-in
fees
for
the
sewer
and
the
water.
We've
not
heard
any
more
about
that
and
they're
supposed
to
have
been
discussions
going
on
I
had
a
public
information
put
out
there
or
questionnaire
and
I
didn't
get
an
answer.
P
Thank
you,
I
have
a
couple
of
them.
First
off
I
would
like
to
announce
the
Norton
Historical
Society
they're,
having
a
pasta,
dinner
fundraiser
this
coming
Thursday
September
15th
dinner's
at
five
o'clock.
It's
from
five
to
seven.
The
dinners
will
be
fifteen
dollars.
Kids
under
10
will
be
seven
dollars:
it's
pasta,
salad,
bread,
roll
dessert
and
a
drink.
It's
a
fundraiser
to
restore
the
one-room
schoolhouse
down
in
Royal
Oak.
So
once
again,
this
coming
Thursday
September
15th.
P
Second
of
all,
I'd
like
to
just
remind
everybody,
Norton
cider
Festival
is
coming
up.
It's
Friday
September
30th,
Saturday,
October,
1st
and
Sunday
October,
2nd,
so
there's
stuff
on
Facebook,
as
well
as
information
on
our
City
website
and,
last
but
not
least,
on
Norton
Women's
Club.
