I
I
I
know
that
you
have
to
vote
on
the
phase
two
issue
tonight
and
I
know
it
doesn't
really
matter
if
you
vote
yes
or
no
on
the
face
to
because
the
result
is
going
to
be
the
same
thing
you
vote
now,
you
know,
addison
is
going
to
see
you
and
they're
going
to
win.
They
are
real
estate
attorneys.
So
I
have
good
faith
in
that.
I
The
residents
on
golf
course
drive,
and
I
I
think
I
speak
for
them,
but
I
might
be
wrong
realize
that
they
can't
stop
phase
two
and
they
probably
can't
stop
phase
three
or
anything
else,
but
all
they
can
try
to
do
is
mitigate
anything.
That
might
happen,
and
there
are
two
kinds
of
people.
There
are
people.
You
know
that
react
when
the
situation
happens
like
firemen
and
there
are
those
kinds
of
people
that
you
know
realize,
what's
going
to
happen
and
maybe
plan
for
it
and
regret.
I
Regrettably,
I'm
a
planner,
so
I'm
looking
ahead,
trying
to
figure
out.
What's
going
to
happen
to
us
on
golf
course,
drive
and
my
neighbors
at
the
northern
end
all
feel
the
same
way
that
I
do
you
know
yes,
you've
put
in
some
provisions
in
the
tip
agreement,
but
there's
a
lot
of
legal
room
in
there.
I
So
I'm
sure
that's
not
going
to
be
to
our
advantage,
and
we
just
want
to
make
sure
before
all
of
these
cards
are
put
in
place,
that
if
there
was
anything
we
could
do
to
make
it
better
for
ourselves
or
maybe
any
way
that
we
could
help
them
figure
out.
What
would
be
better
for
us
that
you
know
that
we
do
it
now
and
I'm
so
crazy.
I
I
called
the
property
manager
the
other
night
and
said
I
told
him
my
name
and
I
said
you
know
where
I
live,
and
I
said
you
know
you're,
probably
gonna
think
I'm
public
enemy
number
one,
I'm
the
one
that's
coming
in
speaking
out
at
the
council
meetings.
You
know
come
over
and
show
us
where
the
boundary
line
lines
up
come
over
and
explain
to
us
why
this
can't
be
done.
Maybe
we
can
offer
some
kind
of
help
that
you
know
we
can
figure
this
out.
I
He
will
put
the
road
in
so
the
question
is
who's
going
to
deal
with
that
issue.
After
that,
is
it
going
to
be
the
golf
course
wide
residents
who
live
in
a
private
road
that
people
keep
saying?
Well,
the
city
doesn't
owe
them
anything.
Is
it
going
to
be
addison?
Well,
maybe
for
a
while,
because
they
will
own
the
road
until
they
sell
off
every
property
that
touches
it
and
once
all
those
properties
are
sold
off
to
ryan,
then
well,
the
boundary
becomes
the
responsibility
of
the
hoa
residents.
I
Is
it
going
to
be
norton
who's
agreed
in
there
that
they
would
look
every
starting
from
june
2023
and
look
and
see
what
the
status
of
the
road
is?
So
you
can
understand
that
all
of
us
were
coming
forward
now
and
we
came
forward
because
at
the
planning
commission
meeting
when
people
said
this
might
not
happen,
we
all
got
concerned.
You
know,
you
know
we
can
wait
till
it's
not
done
and
then
come
forward,
and
it's
too
late.
But
we
can
step
forward
now
say:
are
the
provisions
in
place?
I
Has
it
been
executed
and
is
the
city
gonna
pick
us
up,
and
and
so
that's
where
we
stand,
we
the
time
that
the
no
vote
should
have
taken
place
was
when
the
mud
was
proposed
to
begin
with-
and
I
know
that
our
situation
is
different
than
probably
a
lot
of
other
areas
in
norton,
because
we
do
live
on
that
private
road.
But
I
see
this
as
becoming
a
problem
for
everybody
and
you
know.
I
just
hope
that
you
know
I
don't
want
to
become
the
squeaky
wheel.
I
B
I
Me
than
a
lot
of
other
people,
my
family
owned
it
at
one
time.
You
know
so
what's
happening
over
there
or
what
might
happen
behind
any
other
allotment
like
the
property
off
of
cleveland
mass,
and
you
know
I'm
I'm
just
not
concerned
about
you
know
us,
although
I
do
care
about
my
own
property
values
and
where
I
live.
I
But
you
know
I'm
looking
at
this
bigger
picture
with
what
muds
could
do
to
the
rest
of
the
city,
so
I
hope
you'll
take
that
into
account,
and
I
hope
you
guys
will
enforce
all
of
those
provisions
that
are
in
there
and
try
to
get
the
mounds
or
whatever
that
were
required
and
and
not
wait
till
phase
six
or
day
seven,
when
there's
no
chance
to
fix
the
road
to
look
at
that
and
send
the
engineer
out
now
to
our
properties.
Have
them
come
out
and
talk
to
some
of.
I
Up
there,
you
know,
I
don't
know
where
he
lives
or
even
live
in
norton,
but
maybe
he
could
come
out
and
you
could
go
up
there
and
say
this
is
where
the
water's
coming
from
this
is
where
the
water
goes.
This
is
where
the
issues
are,
have
them
go
down
and
talk
to
the
people
on
the
south
end
of
our
road
or
even
better
call
summit
county
out
the
summit
county
water
district
and
have
them
look
at
it
and
you're
going
to
put
a
water.
You
know
tower
up
there
and
maybe
they
can
mitigate
it.
J
Minutes
drive
just
kind
of
a
synopsis
of
how
this
whole
thing
started.
After
the
planning
commission,
we
approached
the
madness
that
we
had
was
just
appeared,
beautiful,
melody.
J
J
That's
what
we're
talking
about
just
to
make
sure
that
things
don't
get
changed
for
the
years
in
this
whole
project,
so
that
that's
our
concern.
You
know
shell
heart
folks
have
the
concern
to
some
people
like
to
stand
up
enough.
Some
people-
don't
I
don't
particularly
like
to
do
it,
but
my
wife
and
I
feel
we
kind
of
have
a
responsibility
just
because.
J
J
J
K
I
wanted
to
ask:
let
council
on
something
up
in
windows,
for
the
community
center
did.
Did
we
ever
get
more
than
just
one
contractor
bidding
on
the
windows.
H
H
H
K
K
H
L
G
G
K
3762
eastern
road-
I
probably
attended
this,
but
anyway
you
know
the
couple
that
just
spoke
about
the
asset
development.
I
spoke
last
week
about
it
better.
K
I
spoke
just
briefly
about
that
mud
agreement
and
you
know,
basically,
when
that
was
opened
up,
you
guys
were
led
down
a
cattle
sheet
in
some
ways
once
it's
approved,
so
you
can't
things
that
come
up,
it's
more
or
less
well
we're
already
here,
so
we
just
have
to
approve
this
one,
and
then
it
keeps
going
down
down
the
path.
But
one
question
I
have
was
in
that
original
mud
agreement.
K
K
When
you
see
cause
or
it
would
be
like
development-
that's
sustainable
versus
just
development
for
the
sake
of
development,
because
all
those
developments
come
with
costs
to
the
city
that,
if
taxes
don't
cover
it
then
you're
on
to
the
next
development,
and
it
turns
into
a
ponzi
scheme
in
a
sense.
K
K
And
also
last
week,
mr
markey
brought
up
a
discussion
about
storage
for
to
keep
the
videos,
in
addition
to
the
state
required
written
minutes.
So
those
he's
the
example
of
you
know.
One
meeting
takes
a
gigabyte
of
space
and
it
might
put
stress
on
the
server
well,
those
I
just
randomly.
I
just
want
to
say
I
just
looked
up
a
two
terabyte
thumb
drive,
so
that's
2,
000
gigabytes
is
now
30
a
hard
drive,
105
dollars
that
has
50
terabytes.
K
K
K
E
G
Okay,
so
next
as
we
go
on
the
committee
of
the
whole
before
letter,
a
I'm
going
to
turn
it
over
to
mr
lukens,
him
and
mr
fowler
have
been
working
on
a
veterans
project
project,
and
I
would
like
him
to
have
the
floor.
M
So,
as
mr
towsley
said,
we're
really
excited
to
inform
rest
of
council
and
the
citizens
of
norton
that
we
have
been
working
on
a
an
idea
for
a
veterans
memorial
project
in
the
city
of
norton.
I
will
preface
this
by
saying
I
am
a
military
veteran
proudly
serve
the
us
army.
I
have
a
lot
of
friends.
There
are
military
veterans
and
one
of
the
things
I've
always
wondered
about
city
of
norton.
It
just
seemed
like
we
never
really
had
an
official
veterans
memorial
type
park.
M
You
know
a
lot
of
the
cities
around
us,
barberton
akron,
you
know
a
lot.
They
have.
They
have
these
kinds
of
things
and
it
just
it's.
One
of
the
things
that,
when
I,
when
I
was
running
for
this
position,
was
something
that
I
wanted
to
make
a
priority
of
at
least
trying
to
research
us
and
look
at
what
are
our
options
for
the
city
of
norton.
M
So
myself
and
mr
fowler,
we
came
across
an
organization
called
the
woody
williams
foundation
and
basically
they
are
about
gold,
star
families,
and
they
have
this
a
it's
a
51c3
non-profit.
They
they
operate
nationwide
and
they
are
trying
to
raise
awareness
about
military
veterans
that
have
or
military
families
that
have
lost
a
soldier
and
the
way
that
they
do.
M
M
So,
as
the
more
we
started
looking
at
this,
it
seemed
like
working
with
an
organization
that
does
this
for
a
living
and
as
a
reputable
organization.
It's
it
just.
It
started
started
to
take
off,
so
we
are
looking
at
what
is
the
official
name
of
that
park?
Mr
fowler.
H
M
M
In
our
opinion,
it's
very
underutilized
at
this
point
anyway,
there's
not
really
a
whole
lot
going
over
there.
It's
a
great
location
and
we're
just
really
excited
to
be
able
to
at
least
start
this
process
and
see
where,
where
it
can
lead-
and
if
we
can,
we
can
have
a
fitting
place
in
our
city
to
honor
and
memorialize,
not
only
the
gold
star,
families
that
have
paid
the
ultimate
sacrifice
for
freedom,
but
also
our
military
veterans
that
we
have
in
our
city
in
the
surrounding
area.
M
So
I
know
that's
a
lot:
did
anybody
from
council
have
any
kind
of
questions
or
anything.
L
L
That
donated
it
that
was
part
of
their
restrictions
on
it.
It
had
to
stay
apart
type
thing
right,
and
this
would
not
only
honor
the
veterans
and
those
that
are
cast
in
service,
or
is
it
just
service,
or
is
it
otherwise?
As
far.
M
As
what
for
service
for
the
military,
yeah
yeah,
it's
the
it's!
It's
based
around
gold
star
families,
which
is
another
name
for
families
that
have
lost
loved
ones
in
combat
gold,
star
family.
L
L
M
Okay,
yeah
can
be
utilized
right,
but
we
already
own
the
property
and
it's
it's
an
excellent
location
as
it
stands
already,
and
I
think
I
think
more
people
would
be
interested
in
this
than
what
we
even
realized.
I'm
just
really
excited
to
just
play
a
small
part
in
this.
I
thank
mr
fowler
for
helping
with
this
also,
and
I
just
look
forward
to
seeing
where
this
can
go.
M
To
our
our
military,
you
know,
as
a
lot
of
us
know,
that
we
have
more
more
military,
combat
veterans
right
now.
I
think
we've
ever
had
in
the
history
of
our
country.
I
mean
we've
been
at
war
for
20
years,
and
I
think
I
think
the
time
is
right
for
something
like
this
and
I'm
I'm
looking
forward
to
it.
G
E
I
just
want
to
say,
though,
normally
in
the
past,
we've
done
memorial
day
services
there
and
I
know
over
the
last
couple
of
years,
especially
we've
done
them.
I
know
the
vfw
hall
or
the
vfw
post
that
we
had
here
in
the
city.
I
think
disband
or
broke
apart,
but
I
know
for
the
last
couple
years
we
tried
to
have
something
there.
I
know
this
year
again
we
looked
at
it.
We're
unable
to
come
up
with
an
honor
guard
right
to
be
a
part
to
play
a
part
of
it
from.
M
E
But
I
know
that
some
of
the
discussion
that
we've
had
already
was
that
I
knew
that
eu
and
mr
fowler
have
had
discussion
about
maybe
doing
something,
hoping
that
we
can
get
this
project
moving
forward.
And
it
would
be
nice
if
you
know,
maybe
next
year
year
after
whatever
next
couple
of
years,
we'll
be
able
to
do
something
and
and
put.
M
Yes,
thank
you,
mr
mayor,
and
we
understand
that
it.
You
know
it's
been
a
situation
where
it's
nothing
against
any
other
entity
or
any
other
volunteers
that
have
had
these
ceremonies
here.
But
it's
you
know
it's
an
it's
an
aging
fleet.
You
know
the
vfw.
A
lot
of
these
guys
are
are
older.
The
fop
vfw
it's
hard
for
them
to
even
get
out
and
do
these
ceremonies
and
it's
it's
time
to
pass
the
baton.
F
Thank
you,
mr
president.
This
is
for
ordinance
number
57
2022.
This
is
for
us
to
enter
into
an
agreement
with
engineering
associates
inc.
This
would
be
for
the
to
do
the
bidding
construction
administration,
construction,
staking
construction,
observation
and
drawings
for
the
water
line.
It's
not
quite
a
loop
but
carl
street
small
little
street
between
wadsworth
road
and
rhymer
road
go
up,
rymer
road
from
from
carl
street
over
to
cleveland
maslin
and
then
down
cleveland
maslin
a
little
ways.
F
H
So
they
they
handle
our
water
line
design.
We
don't
we
separate
our
water
out
our
water,
our
street
work
or
different
engineering
firms,
and
if
we
did
storm
sewer
or
sanitary,
we
typically
use
different
firms.
They
handle
all
our
water
line
design
and
they
actually
designed
the
project
and
we
did
receive
grant
funding
to
fund
the
project.
H
The
reason
I'm
asking
to
add
this:
we
are
trying
to
get
the
project
bid
because
cleveland
maslin
road
north,
that
section
there's
a
small
section.
That's
going
to
be
piped.
That
section
is
set
for
resurfacing
next
year.
So
the
idea
with
there's
some
there's
a
part
of
the
project
includes
some
cast
iron
pipe,
which
has
a
long
lead
time.
H
I'm
telling
you
supply
chain
is
a
trouble
as
a
problem
and
so
we're
trying
to
get
that
lead
time
long
enough
that
we
can
get
the
pipe
order,
get
it
in
and
then
get
out
of
the
way
in
time
for
the
street,
paving.
A
H
L
Yes,
thank
you
states
in
here
that
we're
amending
the
contract.
How
are
we
amending
the
contract?
What's
the
amendment
so.
H
H
H
L
And
and
then,
since
you
were
looking
the
way
of
the
reading
and
then
you're
stating
that
we
could
go
the
three
readings,
there's
not
emergency
language
in
here
correct.
H
That
would
be
fine.
I
I
don't
prepare
with
emergency
language.
That's
a
council
decision!
I
was
not
certain
that
it
would
be
added
to
the
agenda.
So
I
as
long
as
it's
passed
at
the
last
meeting
in
june,
so
that
we
can
award
the
construction
contract
before
you
all
leave
for
vacation
in
july.
All
of
that
would
be
harmonious.
H
L
H
F
Anybody
else
so
yeah,
then
I'll
move
to
add
an
ordinance
number
57
2022
to
tonight's
agenda
for
our
first
reading.
G
M
H
H
C
B
L
On
this
before
we
move
on
yeah,
I
did
actually
there's
a
500
difference
between
this
one
and
the
last
two
we
bought.
I
was
kind
of
wondering
about
that
and
I
think,
since
it
was
spent,
we're
wanting
to
spend
the
people's
money,
I
think
they
deserve
to.
Why
are
we
needing
a
third
cruiser
if
the
other
one's
going
to
be
here
and
well?
It
should
be
here
at
any
time
and
we're
going
to
be
getting
the
one
cruiser
back.
L
L
So
I
just
don't
see
why
we
should
be
looking
to
purchase
the
third
car
when
we
have
one.
It
is
repairable,
we'll
be
coming
back.
We
just
got
a
new
car.
We
have
another
new
car
coming.
The
car
that
was
taken
out
of
commission
isn't
even
one
that
we
were
planning
on
keeping
or
was
going
to
be
using
and
looks
like.
We've
lost
the
what
fourteen
thousand
dollars
we
were
going
to
get
it.
I
don't
see
fred
martin
still
saying
they
want
to
buy
that
from
us.
L
If
it's
totaled
out,
I
just
don't
see
why
we
would
want
to
be
spending
that
money
at
this
time,
and
actually
this
leads
me
to
the
insurance
company
that
when
I
was
out
there,
I
talked
to
rick.
I
know
that
the
police
chief
has
called
wanting
to
know
if
the
insurance
company
contacted
them.
We
went
with
whitaker
since
they
were
supposed
to
be
a
better
company.
I
believe
they've
got
the
ohio
plan
or
something
they
worked
with
and
he
rick.
L
I
can't
remember
his
last
name,
the
man
that
owns
the
establishment,
where
the
cars
had
he's
rather
frustrated,
because
they
haven't
been
out
to
look
at
it.
He
never
had
this
problem
when
we
had
weiker
that
he'd
send
them.
The
pictures
tell
them
exactly
what
happened
and
they
would
go
ahead
and
do
it,
let
alone
the
fact
that
this
insurance
company
and
and
I'm
doing
this
because
it's
all
tied
in
adding
it
in
we
need
to
be
re.
Considering
this,
they
want
him
to
put
used
parts
on
their
cars.
L
Now
I
understand
that
that
can
be
something
beneficial
to
maybe
the
general
public,
but
these
are
cars
that
are
and
vehicles
any
of
them
that
they're
tied
with
that
they'd
be
putting
money
out
to
fix
them.
Putting
used
parts
on
cars
that
not
only
the
safety
of
the
officers
driving
them
is
concerned,
but
the
general
public
as
well.
I
think
we
need
to
be
rethinking
about
that.
L
G
Okay,
we'll
move
on
to
consideration
of
minutes
minutes
of
the
regular
council
meeting
of
may
9th
2022.
Are
there
any
additions
or
corrections,
then
the
minutes
for
may
9
2022
are
approved
as
submitted
next.
The
minutes
of
the
committee
work
session
of
may
16
2022.
Are
there
any
additions
or
corrections
there
being
none?
G
Those
minutes
are
approved
as
submitted
as
well
reports
from
officers
boards
and
commissions.
I
I
have
something
real
quick
before
we
move
on
to
the
administration
last
week
we
I
just
want
to
acknowledge.
We
received
a
resolution
from
the
parks
and
cemetery
board
about
headstones
and
monuments,
and
they
are
asking
city
council
to
consider
looking
at
repairing
them.
That
will
be
added
to
our
work
session.
Our
next
work
session.
I
just
wanted
to
acknowledge
the
receipt
of
that
mr
fowler.
H
Sixty
six
thousand
five
hundred
dollars
we're
having
the
contractor
that's
handled
the
paving
do
that,
so
that
they
can
continue
to
do
the
base
repair
when
they
replace
the
culvert.
C
Mr
fowler
where's
that
repair
pipe
going
to
be
at
you
know.
H
E
Thank
you.
Yes,
I
just
want
to
just
the
norton
high
school
seniors
graduated
yesterday
sunday
and
just
want
to
wish
the
class
of
2022
our
very
best
and
as
they
move
forward
in
making
career
decisions
and
doing
what
they
do,
we
just
want
to
wish
them
wish
them.
Well,.
L
H
A
M
M
So
as
we
discussed
our
last
meeting
when
we
discussed
this,
where
me
and
mr
fowler
are
working
on
a
tiered
pay
scale,
that
will
be
want
to
make
it
comparative
scale
and
then
also
reward
those
that
return
from
year
to
year,
we're
still
in
the
process
of
finalizing
that
not
quite
ready
with
it
yet.
But
this
is
just
our
first
readout
reading.
Only
tonight.
H
G
G
M
Yes,
the
seasonal
seasonal
wage
rate.
F
Thank
you,
mr
president,
for
ordinance
number
57
2022
for
its
first
reading
and
ask
the
clerk
to
read
it.
Please.
B
G
G
Again,
this
is
for
thousand
three
hundred
thirteen
dollars
all,
but
several
thousand
dollars
of
this
is
on
a
grant.
I
have
a
motion
in
a
second
on
the
floor.
Is
there
any
further
discussion,
yeah.
G
L
You,
mr
president,
is
this
going
to
be
coming
out
of
the
the
land
fund
like
okay,
I've
had
this.
Let
me
go
back
here.
D
L
D
A
L
So
that's
why
I
was
wondering
if
that
was
coming
out
of
there
and
while
I'm
on
the
roll
here,
I'm
thinking
that
of
these
are
the
requests
that
the
parks
people
is
making.
This
should
be
come
directly
out
of
that
because
it
almost
looks
like
this
is
stipulate.
Is
there
a
line
item
there
where
it
says
it
goes
to
the
the
parks
and
back
when
we
had
this
discussion
before
back
in
2013?
That's
what
they
were
saying
that
those
was
strictly
for
the
parks
and
that
the
community
center
and
such
was
part
of
that.
D
B
G
G
C
B
G
L
C
B
G
G
G
L
L
L
G
C
L
G
G
C
This
is
just
a
continuation
of
the
tips.
If
anybody
has
any
discussion
on
this,
I'd
like
to
move
to
adopt
ordinance
number
47-2022.
G
G
L
G
C
C
C
G
G
F
G
B
M
You,
mr
president,
so
this
is
amended
ordinance
number
50-2022
for
its
third
reading.
We
need
to
have
a
discussion
about
the
time
limit.
This
is
concerning
the
the
fireworks.
I
know
we
had
discussed
this
before
whether
or
not
we
were
gonna
follow
like
the
ohio
revised
code.
Are
we
gonna
go
with
11
p.m
or
midnight
for
stopping
the
fireworks.
G
So
I
had
mentioned
this
last
night
or
last
week
how
we
we
might
consider
putting
a
curfew
on
this.
I
don't
know
that
there
was
much
interest
in
that.
I
guess
I'll
ask
mr
lucas
to
open
the
floor
to
that
discussion.
Now.
I
I
would
like
to
see
midnight,
but
I
don't
really
it's
not
like
a
game
changer
for
me.
M
I
kind
of
feel,
like
you
know,
around
holidays,
for
july
memorial
day,
labor
day,
it's
kind
of
a
that's,
probably
going
to
be
a
pretty
good
chance.
People
are
going
to
be
doing
them
up
until
midnight.
I
think
once
you
get
past
midnight
starts
to
become
a
little
unreasonable,
but
even
when
you
go
to
fireworks,
they
don't
even
usually
start
to
what
9
30
10
o'clock
most
of
the
time
by
time
it's
actually
really
dark,
so
I
think
it
would
be
setting
us
up
for
trouble
if
we
went
with
11.
G
That
I'm
fine
with
that,
are
you?
Okay,
with
that
yeah.
G
So
why
don't
we?
I
guess
we
don't
even
need
to
vote
on
that
if
we're
not.
G
M
President,
I
did
have
one
other
question.
I
know
we
had
discussed
before
the
actual
holidays
and
there
was
a
bunch.
Was
that
going
to
be
included
in
this?
Also
correct?
Yes,.
A
G
A
G
A
G
C
Thank
you,
mr
president.
This
is
for
ordinance
number
52-2022
third
reading
I'd
like
to
ask
the
clerk
to
read
it.
Please.
C
I'd
like
to
talk
about
this
for
a
minute,
I
have
some
good
conversation
with
the
administration
in
regards
to
the
bordering
and
the
mounding.
C
That's
supposed
to
be
around
this
new
development
and
so
talking
to
the
administration.
C
I
got
them
to
agree
that
we
need
to
see
what
that
looks
like
and
the
residents
are
owed
to
see
what
it
looks
like
and
the
city
was
absolutely
ready
to
see
what
they
can
do
as
far
as
this
bordering
and
and
mounting.
So
they
ensured
me
when
we
move
on
to
phase
three
of
this,
they
will
have
paperwork
to
us
with
the
official
mounting
of
what
it's
going
to
look
like
before
we
move
into
any
future
phases.
C
So
with
that
being
said,
I
would
like
to
move
forward
and.
C
We'll
go
ahead
and
adopt
52-20-22.
M
Would
agree
with
mr
harpard
that
I
mean
we
are
where
we're
at
with
these
mounds
and
we've
been
discussing
them
for
a
lot
of
weeks.
I
think
just
going
forward.
It
needs
to
be
clearly
defined,
obviously
a
little
bit
better.
Just
to
leave
some
of
this
confusion.
I
mean
the
residents
obviously
are
concerned
and
have
the
right
to
know
what's
going
on,
and
we
it's
just
it's
part
of
a
process
that
I
think
we
need
to.
We
need
to
get
a
little
bit
better
at
so
next
time.
M
We
don't
have
to
to
deal
with
it
at
this
level
and
it's
not
just
an
ongoing
issue,
that's
just
week
to
week
to
week
and
we
can
simplify
it.
So
I
agree
with
mr
harper.
L
I
myself
would
like
to
have
more
clarification
now
and
we're
have
we're
having
a
third
reading
that
we
have
been
working
on
it.
I
would
think
that
that
actually
meets
the
criteria
that
they
would
want
out
of
this,
and
I
know
that
other
controversial
things,
particularly
like
the
parks
when
we
bought
the
parkland
and
the
mud
district
itself,
I
believe,
went
on
for
more
than
three
readings.
L
I
would
really
like
to
see
this
go
for
the
fourth
reading
and
let
them
come
forth.
I
mean
I
was
at
that
planning
commission
for
the
commission
meeting.
Mr
d
hart
part
was
as
well
the
people
that
they
had
come
forward
to
talk.
They
didn't
know
anything,
they
couldn't
answer
questions.
They
were
confused
the
park.
The
planning
commission
was
confused
that
that
only
passed
two
of
their
members
voted
against
it.
L
I'm
thinking
why
couldn't
we
go
another
reading
on
this,
and
at
least
they
could
come
up
here
and
and
tell
us
ourselves
and
act
like
they
actually
know
something,
and
if
they
do
want
to
cooperate
and
be
good
neighbors
to
the
citizens
that
are
down
there,
because
so.
G
F
So
it's
my
understanding
too,
like
we
solve
the
mud
problem
tonight
we
and
it's
not
to
our
favor.
We
solve
the
mounting
it's
not
to
our
favor,
the
drainage
issue.
You
know
everything
that
they've
been
talking
about.
It
still
doesn't
affect
this,
like
it's
not
really
a
reason
to
vote,
knowing
this
meaning
from
a
legal
standpoint,
addison
could
come
back
and
say:
well,
that's
not
a
good
enough
reason
and
take
us.
You
know
sue
us
right.
I
mean
so.
G
Yeah,
I
would
just
say
you
know
when
this
was
before
us.
I
was
always
against
this.
I
thought
that
the
the
nash
heights
neighborhood
and
the
golf
course
drive
neighborhood
should
match
and
it
should
match
between
them.
But
that
being
said,
the
this
body
told
the
contractor
that
we
give
you
permission
to
move
forward
and
from
everything
I
see.
We
don't
have
a
legal
reason
with
stage
two
to
stop
it
so
there,
if,
if
we
vote,
no,
it's
going
to
go
through
anyhow
and
and
we're
really
wasting
everybody's
time.
C
Yeah
right
and
mr
president
and
I'll
say
with
three
new
council
members
up
here
too
it
it
didn't,
have
a
whole
lot
to
do
with
us
and-
and
I
know
probably
the
other
two
of
you
voted
no
on
this
as
well.
So
I
just
want
to
throw
that
out
there,
but
we
do
need
to
make
a
motion
to
vote
on
this
tonight.
C
Basic
laws
were
all
we're.
Voting
on
is
the
the
laid
out
plats,
so
we
can
give
permission
to
build,
which
has
already
been
approved
by
everybody
other
than
us.
With
this
final
vote,
that's
due
in
by
thursday
or
there
will
be
legal
ramifications.
C
So
I'd
like
the
motion
to
adopt
ordinance,
52-2022.
L
H
The
landscaping
plan
had
just
been
submitted,
it
hasn't
been
approved.
We
have
a
lot
of
leverage
on
that
it,
but
it
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
plat
right.
We're
mixing
two
distinctly
different
requirements.
The
plat,
in
accordance
with
the
codified
ordinance,
has
specific
requirements
should
it
be
voted
down.
H
I
want
to
just
make
sure
you
understand
from
the
director
that
you
each
have
to
provide
in
writing
your
reason
for
not
passing,
because
that's
then
submitted
to
the
developer
and
and
his
could
be
used
as
his
means
for
appeal,
just
if
it
would
be
voted
down.
That's
just
something
we
have
to
prepare
for.
L
H
We
have
an
approved
just
to
be
clear.
We
have
not
approved
any
landscaping.
The
city
engineer
is
reviewing
it
for
impact
to
storm
water
and
once
he
reviews
it
and
makes
a
determination
he'll
make
recommendations
to
the
administration
we
have
not.
I
have
not
looked
at
it.
I
I
have
tasked
him
with
reviewing
it
to
make
sure
that
there's
no
issues
with
stormwater
to
those
residents.
C
M
G
F
Thank
you,
mr
president,
for
ordinance
number
53
2022
for
its
second
reading.
Ask
the
clerk
degree
to
please.
F
We
had,
we
were
having
our
notes
here
to
wave
the
third
reading.
I
I
didn't
have
anything
written
down.
Could
somebody
remind
me
why
we
were
waving
the
third
reading
for.
L
While
we're
going
on
a
thing
that
was
president
sure,
I
believe
it
was
stated
that
our
health
insurance
had
actually
increased,
not
just
due,
but
that
policy
itself
increased
not
just
due
to
the
one
employee.
Is
that
also
through
whitaker?
F
G
Okay,
thank
you,
public
service
announcements.
Is
there
any
public
service
announcements.
