If
you
have
not
been
here
before,
our
general
procedure
is
when
the
case
is
called,
the
applicant
comes
up,
need,
name
and
address.
Tell
us
a
little
bit
about
your
application
and
if
there
are
questions,
they'll
come
from
the
board.
If
anybody
is
objecting
or
protesting,
they'll
come
up
next
and
then
we'll
go
back
to
the
applicant.
Also,
if
you're
not
the
applicant-
and
you
would
like
to
speak
on
an
item-
please
fill
out
one
of
these
white
sheets.
A
Okay,
next

I've
got

the

A
A
A
F
Well,
we're
currently
renting
the
building
that
we
have,
that
is
Zone
commercial,
for
a
daycare
that
we've
had
a
little
over
five
years
now,
and
the
current
owner
wants
her
bill
and
back
basically
ends.
So
we
reached
out
to
a
church
and
the
owner
is
ballet
Estates
and
so
we're
having
to
rezone.
F
It's
only
a
couple
blocks
from
my
current
business
and
we
would
still
be
able
to
service
the
families
that
we
currently
have
so
and
it's
a
bigger
place,
and
currently
there
has
been
a
lack
of
facilities,
so
even
DHS
is
trying
to
help
daycares
new
daycares
and
existing
day
cares
to
kind
of
expand
so
that
we're
able
to
service
more
families,
because
a
lot
of
centers
have
been
closed
down
since
covet
happened.
So
there's
been
a
serious
deficit
of
child
care
centers
in
Oklahoma
City.
F
Because
it's
a
because
we
service
because
we're
a
stellar,
we
have
to
be
able
to
be
the
exceptions
in
place
so
that
we're
able
to
actually
operate
at
the
capacity
that
we
currently
do.
F
D
A
F
A
Yeah
just
tell
us
a
little
bit
about
your
application.
Yeah.
G
Yes,
I
on
the
property
I
have
for
two
years
and
it's
an
Airbnb
or
a
short-term
rental.
It's
a
three
bedroom
a
little
over
a
thousand
square
feet,
I
completely
redid
the
house.
It's
very
beautiful,
with
I
believe
that
this
home
has
helped
to
beautify
the
streets.
It's
a
gorgeous
home
and
mainly
what
I
have
the
type
of
people
I
have
come
in?
Are
business
people
for
come
in
for
concerts
from
out
of
town
I
have
some
people
coming
up
the
next
month
that
are
actors
with
the
Disney
on
Ice?
G
G
G
For
Neighbors,
no,
no
and
really
I
mean
I
know
that
there
was
an
email
in
regards
to
that.
She
just
gave
that
to
me
and
I
mean
I
haven't,
had
any
problems
at
all,
there's,
no,
nothing
but
positive
reviews
on
the
space
and
the
neighborhood.
Really
there
are
some
houses
on
the
street
that
me
personally,
I
would
love
to
redo
because
they're,
not
the
greatest
in
shape
and
I.
Believe
that
someone
like
me
and
anyone
who
does
Airbnb
they
do
nothing
but
beautify
the
home
and
really
I
mean
it's.
D
Okay,
Miss
Brewer
I
just
have
a
few
questions
too.
You
have
the
number
of
guests
of
seven.
G
G
D
Okay,
another
thing
in
the
application
doesn't
say
anything
about
quiet
hours,.
G
D
A
B
G
B
G
D
E
H
Hi,
my
name
is
Leslie
Watson
and
I'm
here
for
Airbnb
for
1416
Northwest,
46th
Street.
This
is
a
duplex,
and
so
the
next
case
is
the
other
side
of
the
duplex.
It
was
I've
had
it
for
since
1990.
it's
a
rental,
it's
been
a
rental
forever
and
the
street
was
a
little
bit
rough
but
and
it
started
getting
nicer,
so
I
thought
I'm
going
to
redo
this
duplex
and
make
it
nicer
and
then
I
ended
up
spending.
So
much
money,
I
realized
the
best
way
to
recoup.
H
Someone
was
the
Airbnb
and
so
I've
done
it
for
a
little
over
a
year
and
I
have
other
rental
property.
But
it's
I've
been
surprised
how
nice
it's
been,
how
nice
the
people
have
been
they're,
both
one
bedroom
one
bath,
so
I
get
a
lot
of
people
there
for
work
and
they'll
stay
a
month.
A
lot
of
professionals.
H
H
I'm
going
to
tell
you
my
hearing,
aids
aren't
working
great
today,
no.
E
You're,
fine,
did
you
say
it's
one
bed
and
one
bath
on
each
side.
Yeah.
H
H
A
D
I
recommend
or
have
a
motion
to
approve
case
number
one:
five,
two
one:
four,
as
it
meets
the
statutory
requirements
for
a
special
exemption
subject
to
the
self-imposed
rules,
with
the
modifications
of
quiet
hours
and
a
one-year
exemption.
Okay.
A
C
C
H
D
Rules,
the
quiet
hours
from
10
to
8,
A.M
and
then
one
year
exemption,
yeah.
A
D
A
A
B
C
H
It's
a
this
is
another
duplex
I'll,
be
here
next
month
for
the
other
side
of
the
duplex,
because
I
didn't
get
something
in
right
with
the
paperwork.
H
It's
same
situation,
they're
one
bedrooms,
one
bath
and
but
like
these
are
Big
like
11
or
1200
square
feet.
So
we'll
get
a
lot
of
couples,
but
they're
they're,
most
often
couples
or
someone
here
for
work.
It's
the
same
situation
as
the
other.
We
don't
have
the
Partiers,
we
just
don't
and
they
and
they
stay
full
and
we
get
repeat
people.
D
D
H
Know
yes
and
they
we
could
have
them
park
in
the
back,
but
I
also
have
a
house
back
there
and
there's
four
parking
places
and
sometimes
the
house
people
kind
of
intrude.
And
then
you
have
the
garage
people
so
I
don't
want
that
person
to
be
in
either
those
two
people's
space,
so
I've
kept
them
out
front.
E
Well,
one
thing
for
me
is
on
the
parking
with
their
not
being
designated
parking
on
this,
are
you
would
you
be
in
favor
of
limiting
the
number
of
cars
for
those
guests
just
to
I
know
you
said
small
and
you
don't
anticipate
in
having
very
many
people,
but
you're
going
to
say
it
again.
I'm
sorry,
would
you
be?
Would
you
be
okay
with
us
limiting
the
number
of
cars
for
this
property?
Fine.
E
B
H
D
D
E
H
D
H
H
A
E
C
D
C
D
C
B
H
D
It's
really
not
a
problem.
There,
you're
good
with
quiet
hours
on
this
one,
also
the
quiet
hours,
yeah
close
time
in
a
one-year
exemption.
A
A
D
D
A
I
B
I
So
this
property-
we
got
it
when
it
was
in
heavy
disrepair
and
we
completely
gutted
it
down
and
completely
renovated
it.
We
made
it
beach
themed,
so
we
put
in,
like
nice,
view
ocean
style,
tiles
and
everything
into
the
house
and
then
put
a
hot
tub
in
the
back
installed
new
privacy
fences
around
six
foot
tall
privacy
events
around
the
property
just
try
to
make
it
really
nice
it's
right.
Next
to
you,
know
the
state
capitol.
We
we
kind
of
targeted
the
traveling
nurses
and
the
people
that
would
come
to.
I
I
We
have
three
bedrooms,
seven
guests
and
we
have
three
private,
our
two
car
parking
allowed
and
we
restrict
it
to
two
cars
there's
parking
available
on
the
street,
but
we
restricted
to
two
cars
already
and
then
yeah
I
had
the
neighbors
phone
numbers
as
well.
So
we
haven't
had
any
complaints
from
either
Neighbors
on
either
side.
So.
J
G
I
So
I
have
two
guests
per
bed,
you
know
couples
and
then
we
have
one
baby
bed.
So
seven
total.
J
A
A
E
I
Thank
you.
Cindy
same
deal,
Nick
one
two,
three
one
Northwest
31st
Street.
This
is
just
off
of
classen's
right
in
the
middle,
the
Asian
District
kind
of
sandwiched
between
the
Asian
district
and
Paseo.
I
This
house
was,
it
was
beautiful
in
its
own
right
in
its
own
way,
it's
right
across
the
street
from
red
cup.
If
you
know
the
red
cup
vegetarian
Cafe
vegan
cafe,
so
it
was,
it
had
a
lot
of
character
to
it.
A
lot
of
artists
came
over
and
painted
stuff
in
the
house,
so
we
love
the
house.
I
We
had
to
take
it
down
and
redo
the
foundation
and
those
kind
of
things,
and
then
we
renovated
it
from
the
ground
up,
but
using
the
some
of
the
materials
that
were
Incorporated
in
the
house
before
so
we
used
the
original
Woods
that
were
there
to
then
decorate
inside
of
the
house.
So
we
tried
to
kind
of
wrap
everything
back
in
together.
It's
three
bedrooms.
I
We
went
from
a
two
bedroom
one
bath
to
a
three
bedroom
three
bath
with
three
kitchens
in
it,
so
they're
all
kind
of
like
Studio
style
units,
but
it's
only
seven
guests
are
allowed
in
their
similar
store.
We
do
one
baby
crib
in
there
and
then
it's
one
bed
per
room.
So
three,
three
Queen
bedrooms
there's
enough
parking
on
there
for
four.
We
just
expanded
the
driveway
a
little
bit
into
the
yard.
So
we
there's
enough
on
house
parking
for
four
cars
yeah
and
then
we
don't
have.
I
D
E
E
C
K
Good
afternoon
my
name
is
Gail
Foster
and
I
purchased
the
home
at
2832,
Northwest
19th,
just
this
past
year,
my
daughter
Lauren,
who
lives
in
Denver,
intends
to
come
back
to
Oklahoma
in
a
couple
of
years
and
we
both
love,
unique
older
homes.
So
her
intention
is
to
eventually
move
into
this.
In
the
next
couple
of
years,
we
have
added
an
iron
railing
to
the
front.
Porch
we've
extended
the
fence
to
enclose
the
a
gate
around
the
property.
We've
added
brand
new
appliances,
just
updated
the
already
updated
home
that
that
I
purchased.
K
K
Our
rules
include
quiet
hours.
We
would
like
to
amend
them
to
8
pm
to
9
00
A.M
for
glass,
four
guests
only
allowed
in
the
home,
because
it
is
a
two
bedroom,
no
parties
or
Gatherings.
There
is
a
place
to
park
on
the
street,
but
we
would
like
for
them.
We
are
going
to
ask
for
them
not
to
park
on
the
street.
There
would
be
places
in
the
long
driveway
for
two
cars,
possibly
three
but
I
doubt
that
would
be
the
case.
There's
absolutely
no
smoking.
K
So
I
just
asked
your
consideration
for
that.
As
we
move
forward
with
this
beautiful
Home
in
Crestwood
neighborhood.

D

L
Hello,
I'm
Stephanie
Barcia,
our
address
is
2829
Northwest,
18th
Street
and
we're
in
the
same
neighborhood
of
the
person
that
just
got
here
and
she
pretty
much
said
everything
that
I
was
going
to
say.
So
it's
basically
what
she
said.
No
our
house
is
a
really
cute,
very
small,
two
bedroom
one
bath.
My
husband
and
I
actually
furnished
it
and
moved
into
the
property
for
like
three
months
this
summer,
and
we
quickly
realized
that
it
was
designed
for
a
family,
maybe
in
the
20s
or
30s.
There's
like
zero
closet
space.
L
It
was
not
practical
for
us.
I
did
read
the
the
opposition
that
the
one
neighbor
had
and
one
of
the
things
that
he
said
is
that
these
are
built
for
families
and
I
would
just
say
that
for
a
modern
family
of
more
than
one
person,
it
would
likely
not
accommodate,
and
so
we
decided
that
the
best
situation
for
this
house
would
be
an
Airbnb,
and
we
have
had
airbnbs
in
the
past,
probably
for
10
years
here
or
there
or
wherever
and
we've
had
really
good
success
with
it.
We've
never
had
any
issues.
L
We've
never
had
any
complaints
from
Neighbors.
We've
been
super
hosts
for
the
past
couple
of
years,
so
we
really
take
care
of
our
properties
and
we
take
care
of
our
people,
but
we're
very,
very
conscious,
because
we
also
have
long-term
rentals
we're
very
conscious
of
the
people
that
are
around
us
as
well
and
making
sure
that
everyone
is
happy.
L
D
E
E
B
C
E
K
L
M
M
M
You
know
we
we
make
it
a
priority
to
remind
our
guests
early
and
often
to
respect
the
neighborhood.
You
know
like
I
said
this
is
a
renewal.
We've
got
a
great
track
record
almost
a
year
doing
this
and
we've
had
very
respectful
guests
with
no
issues
and
we
yeah
are
there
any
questions.
M
That's
right,
we
lived
there
for
over
a
year
and
we
anticipated
two
Airbnb
a
different
house,
and
so
while
we
were
in
the
process
of
remodeling
that
we
needed
income
and
experience,
so
we
started
Airbnb
4904.
Well,
it
was
our
primary
residence
and
that
was
license
permitted
tax
the
whole
bit
and
then
we
pivoted
and
moved
into
a
different
house
and
have
continued
to
run
this.
So
we've
got
a
track
record
of
of
success
and
and
haven't
had
any
issues.
D
D
It
does
sound
like
I,
mean
you've
taken
into
consideration
in
the
neighborhood
and
what
it
is
and
that
most
of
the
protests,
that's
what
it
was.
Concerning.
Yeah.
M
Neighborhood
I
think
just
the
people
maybe
protesting
Home
Sharing
in
general
and
nothing
specific
about
our
situation.
You
know
we
have
been
running
it
and
I.
Don't
think
that
we
saw
anything
in
particular
in
those
protests.
M
You
know
one
of
those
protest.
Letters
was
written
by
somebody
who's,
not
even
a
resident
I
see
you
you
caught
on
to
that
and
there
was
actually
an
additional
support
letter
that
was
sent
prior
to
the
deadline
and
didn't
make
it
in
I.
Don't
know
if
you've
seen
that
packet
there's
two
support,
letters
that
are
copies,
I
think
that
might
have
been
just
a
small
mistake.
I
do
have
a
copy
of
that
I'd
like
to
hand
out
if
that's,
okay,
there's
a
four
packets
here.
M
Just
to
give
you
some
bearings
on
this,
the
the
first
two
pages
are
a
before
and
after
when
we
bought
the
house
and
we
spent
a
an
enormous
amount
of
time
and
money
remodeling
it
we
lived
in
it
for
a
year
after
that
before
starting
to
do
a
short-term
rental.
The
next
four
pages
we
wanted
to
show.
This
is
exactly
what
our
guests
see
at
the
in
the
welcome
packet.
M
You
know
again,
we
we
do
mention
this
stuff
early
and
often
even
on
the
you
know
before
before
a
guest
has
even
put
in
a
credit
card
number.
They
see
that
we're
mentioning
the
community
mentioning
the
wildlife
they
get
this
in
automated
emails.
They
get
it
in.
You
know
this
packet
that
you
see
here.
We
have
a
touch
State
guide.
You
know,
you
see
the
QR
code
that'll,
take
you
to
a
digital
guide.
That
was
that
you
know
my
wife
made.
M
This
is
what
she
does
and
tells
them
all
about
Oklahoma
City
things
to
do
as
well
as
all
the
appliance
manuals,
any
issues
that
they
might
experience
and
then
the
last
the
last
page.
There
is
a
copy
of
Jerry
Ward's
letter,
and
you
know
it's
it's
dated
prior
to
the
the
deadline
so
I
wanted
to
share
those
with
you.
C
C
My
God
on
his
on
his
letter
of
support
so.
M
Yes,
one
of
the
protesters
we
had
talked
about
patiently
still
decided
to
write
in
a
protest
letter
and
that's
that's
fine.
I'm
happy
that
they're
actually
happy
to
see.
You
know
we
have
a
vibrant
neighborhood,
of
course,
and
and
then
the
other
I
haven't
reached
out
specifically
about
the
protest.
But
you
know:
I
know
that
they
have.
Our
number
they've
never
contacted
us
about
any
issue.
We
live
in
the
neighborhood
ourselves,
so
we're
we
know
many
many
neighbors
and
haven't
had
any
phone
calls.
E
Well,
I
can
only
speak
for
me
one
of
the
things
that
I
foreign
I'm,
a
big
proponent,
of
proving
that
you
can
manage
and
operate
a
property.
So
the
fact
that
you're
coming
for
Renewal
the
fact
that
you've
been
operating
I'm
inclined
to
go
over
the
year
renewal.
However
I
do
think
it's
a
big
issue.
Whenever
you've
got
homeowners
against
it,
I
went
through
and
I
unless
I've
overlooked.
E
Something
I
didn't
find
anything
specifically
pointing
out
something
or
some
instance
where
there
was
an
issue
that
took
place
on
your
property
and
I'm.
Guessing
none
of
them
are
here
so,
but
that
does
cause
me
some
pause
in
in
extending
for
a
longer
period
on
renewal,
so
I
would
just
highly
recommend
reaching
out.
You
can't
make
everybody
happy.
That's
not
mind.
M
Absolutely
we
think
that
we've
we've
done
all
those
things
to
be
a
good
neighbor
we've.
You
know
I
want
to
draw
attention
to
the
support
letters.
You
know
both
support
letters
have
families
of
two
children
under
the
age
of
seven
as
well.
They've
been
both
been
long-time
residents.
M
You
know
one
of
those
families
themselves
was
a
guest
for
a
short
stay
and
they
they
solved
behind
the
scenes.
They
saw
the
the
links
that
we
go
to
and
and
we're
blown
away
by
it.
You
know
in
their
own
words,
you
know
with.
We
appreciate
the
protests.
M
We
we
appreciate
it,
it's
a
love
for
the
neighborhood,
it's
a
it's
a
love
for
Community
and
I.
Think
our
track
record
has
actually
shown
that
the
community
has
coexisted
with
this
home
share.
You
know
they
even
mentioned
a
Halloween
parade
that
existed.
While
we
were
home
sharing.
You
know
we
had
been
doing
that,
for
you
know
eight
to
ten
months
at
the
time
of
Halloween,
so
they
there's
proof
that
these
things
have
coexisted.
There
haven't
been
issues,
and
you
know.
M
Over
50
stays
ranging
from
two
to
three
nights
to
one
month.
You
know
we
believe
we're
in
accordance
with
the
ordinance
five-star
reviews
across
the
board
on
every
single
stay
super
host
the
whole
bit.
So
we
believe
we're
doing
everything
that
we
can
and
they're.
You
know
everyone's
always
going
to
have
their
personal
opinions
about
what
should
be
done
at
the
city.
M
But
you
know,
city
council
has
proved
this
to
to
happen,
has
approved
home
sharing,
and
you
know
we're
we're
here
to
ask
for
that
and
stay
above
board
pay
our
fees
and
taxes.
So
just.
D
M
M
49
15.
we
came
before
here.
I
M
We
did
get
exception
and,
interestingly,
both
protesters
you
know,
did
not
show
up
to
that.
One.
A
A
Your
name
and
address
for
the
record.
Yes,.
J
Please
my
name
is
Phil
Gover
I
am
the
owner
of
the
property
at
4912,
Larissa
Lane,
which
is
I,
think
two
doors
down
from
I.
Think
the
property
that
we're
discussing
here
at
the
hearing.
J
I'm
gonna
just
make
sure
I'm
I'm
a
chatty
guy
I,
don't
want
to
go
over
the
five
minute
allotment,
so
I,
I,
yeah
I,
think
my
wife's
letter
does
a
really
good
job
of
kind
of
laying
out
our
kind
of
just
overarching
concerns,
at
least
from
the
perspective
of
our
of
our
household
I,
might
not
have
laid
it
on
quite
as
thick
as
she
did,
but
I
do
think
there.
J
There
are
three
things:
I
kind
of
want
to
pull
out
of
that
letter
and
emphasize,
at
least
from
my
perspective
and
kind
of
put,
that
in
my
own
voice
and
my
own
kind
of
thought
so
I
think
our
three
issues
with
the
property
are
around
safety
around
the
character
of
our
neighborhood
and
then
related
to
the
character
of
our
neighborhood
I
think
are
just
the
concurrence
of
our
neighbors
around
just
a
sense
that,
like
I,
don't
know
if
we,
this
is
what
we
like,
and
this
is
what
we
want.
J
I
I
think
the
safety
one
for
me
is
the
most
important.
We
have
five
kids
in
this
house
in
our
household
at
4912,
the
household
next
door,
the
stallbacks
they
have.
They
have
three
kids
as
well,
so
in
between
these
this
property
and
Northwest
50th
very
busy
street
there's
eight
kids,
almost
all
of
them
under
the
age
of
eight
playing
around
all
the
time.
I
think
we've
always
had
concerns
with
the
street.
It's
an
unimproved
Road.
There
are
no
sidewalks
in
our
neighborhood.
J
J
You
know
we
see
all
the
foot
traffic
in
our
area
of
it
coming
right
across
our
front
yard,
so
we
have
a
pretty
good
sense
of
how
kind
of
active
and
Lively
I
think
our
neighborhood
is
I
would
say
more
more,
perhaps
so
than
others
and
I
mean
we've
had
we
haven't
had
any
incidents
with
safety
regarding
people,
but
we
do
have
incidents
of
safety
with
the
wildlife
in
our
neighborhood
and
I'm.
J
Glad
Mr
Archer
highlighted
that,
because
that's
a
really
I
think
a
unique
part
of
this
petition
of
this
neighborhood
in
this
house.
That's
I
think
pretty
different
from
what
you
might
see
in
other
neighborhoods
and
at
least
what
I've
seen
when
I
took
a
look
at
the
the
houses
that
were
on
the
Block
for
approval
at
today's
meeting
and
that
kind
of
goes
to
the
character
of
the
neighborhood.
So
speaking
to
the
character
of
the
neighborhood
I
think
we
start
your
mentioned.
The
Halloween
parade
I
think
it's
really
interesting.
J
That
parade
for
me,
I,
think
was
really
impactful
for
or
that
event
I
should
say
was
really
impactful
for
us.
I
think
for
the
stallbacks
for
other
neighbors
in
our
community
in
in
providing
this
strong
sense
of
community
and
I.
Think
one
of
the
things
that
I
was
struck
about
that
event.
As
we
were
coming
down,
the
neighborhood
with
all
the
neighborhood
kids,
30
kids,
walking
down
the
neighborhood
trick-or-treating
together
is
you
know,
we're
skipping
houses
that
are
airbnbs
in
our
neighborhood
right
you
these.
These
airbnbs
leave
a
gap
in
your
neighborhood.
J
They
leave
a
hole
where
a
single
family
or
could
be
living
and
filling
a
hole
and
adding
to
the
character
and
contributing
to
the
neighborhood
I
think
in
a
way
that
I
think
really
matters
to
the
people
who
own
property
there
and
pay
property
taxes
there,
and
it's
certainly
what
we
were
looking
for
when
we
bought
the
property.
In
fact,
I
think
we
we
shared
I,
think
the
letter
we
wrote
to
our
homeowners.
J
Our
letter,
our
offer
on
that
house
was
less
than
two
other
offers
that
this
family
took
ours
because
they
wanted
to
sell
their
house
to
a
family
that
was
going
to
use
it
the
same
way
they
used
it
and
I
think
when
we
moved
to
this
neighborhood
to
Baltimore
Statesman.
That
was
how
that
was
in
the
spirit
of
which
I
think
we
moved
here
and
when
I
think
the
first
petition
came
through
for
this
I
think
we
were
thinking.
Well,
let's
see
how
it
goes.
Let's
see,
you
know,
we've
never
we've.
J
Never!
This
is
our
first
home
we've
ever
owned.
We
never
lived
next
door
to
an
airbe,
Airbnb
or
anything
like
that
and
I.
Think
after
we're
having
a
year
of
just
trying
it
out,
I
I
think
it's
our
preference
at
least
that
we
see
I,
would
like
to
see
be
like
used
as
like.
A
single
tenant
home,
just
at
least
out,
have
a
family
live
there
and
contribute
to
the
character
of
our
neighborhood.
J
The
last
piece
I'll
just
mention
and
then
I'll
wrap
up,
are
just
the
concurrence
of
our
neighbors
I.
Think
you
know,
we
were
at
first
I,
think
a
little
trepidatious
to
come
and
protest
thinking
that
we
were
the
only
ones
who
felt
like
we
weren't
sure
about
this
right.
J
J
But
then,
not
only
that,
as
we
talked
to
our
neighbors
I
think
we
all
had
our
own
kind
of
different
reasons
for
thinking
why
this
wasn't
a
good
fit
for
our
neighborhood
and
so
I
want
to
encourage
you
guys
to
look
at
those
letters
to
think
about
that
context
and
think
about
that,
as
you
think
about
what
to
you
know
what
to
do
with
this
with
this
property.
J
That's
the
last
I
think
that's
what
I
have
to
say.
Thank
you
guys
very
much,
I
really
appreciate
your
time
and
your
work
and
your
service.
Thank
you.
D
No
questions,
thank
you
for
coming
down
and
we
do
respect.
You
know
what
your
thoughts
are
on
the
on
the
property
and
and
there's
an
opportunity
to
meet
with
your
council
member
too,
to
discuss
kind
of
the
ordinances
of
what
we
have.
But
what
we
have
right
now
today
is
what
we
have
to
follow
the
case
with.
J
I've
heard
you
reference
when
you
approve
this,
that
you're
sort
of
looking
at
a
specific
statute
about
what
is
you
know,
this
meets
the
statutory
definition
for
approval,
I've
had
trouble
finding
what
that
is,
and-
and
it's
been
a
very
opaque
process
for
me,
navigating
for
the
first
time
like
when
you
say
what
statute
are
you
referring
to
and
where
can
I
go?
A
J
B
A
E
I
want
to
Echo
some
of
that.
Just
to
reiterate
city
council
there
is,
there
is
a
limited
scope
of
this
board,
and
so,
as
you
read
that
I
think
it'll
make
sense,
because
there
are
some
conditions
that
need
to
be
met,
and
as
long
as
we
can
see
that
those
conditions
are
being
met
for
me
personally,
I
would
I
would
need
to
see
where
the
experience
that
homeowners
are
having
as
a
result
of
Airbnb
operating
in
their
neighborhood
cause.
E
One
of
these
conditions
to
not
be
met
for
me
to
to
vote
down
an
application,
so
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
it's
clear
that
that
we're
not
approving
these.
Despite
your
protesters,
saying
we
don't
care
about
how
you
feel
it's
not
that
at
all,
it's
trying
to
to
navigate
within
the
parameters
that
have
been
set
and
making
sure
that
does
this
application
meet
these
requirements
for
us
to
approve
it,
and
so
that
that's
kind
of
the
that's
the
approach
that
I
at
least
take
to
these
makes.
M
No
further,
just
I
think
you
guys
have
responded
about
in
the
way
I
would
to
his
comments.
I
would
just
request
more
than
and
then
a
year
in
consideration
on
that
fact.
You
know
we
have
been
operating
this.
There
is
a
successful
track
record
and
it
it
was
permitted.
It
has
been
permitted
I've
been
in
front
of
this
board
before
we've,
we've
done
all
the
respectful
things,
so
I
think
just
the
fact
that
it's
the
first
special
exemption
on
this
property
doesn't
mean
it
should
be
limited
to
one
year.
M
M
But
then,
as
you
know,
life
happened
and
you
know
I
could
get
into
the
whole
story,
but
you
know
we
made
that
pivot
and
and
flipped
houses
that
we
were
living
in
versus
wanting
to
Airbnb
and-
and
so
we
do
have
have
that
track
record
of
at
this
house.
That
is
in
question
today.
E
D
D
F
M
M
This
is
the
most
difficult
thing
that
we
had
to
do
in
the
entire
business
and
we've
actually
done
it
twice.
Even
though
we've
only
been
Airbnb
one
house,
it's
a
difficult
process
and
I
think
we've
done
everything
well
and
right.
I'll.
J
E
And
to
your
point,
I
mean
I,
get
it
the
just
from
various
forms
of
development.
A
lot
of
times.
You
will
have
a
seemingly
great
interaction
with
neighbors,
but
this
the
process
of
sending
out
notice
does
create
an
opportunity.
I'll
put
it
like
that,
an
opportunity
for
them
to
avoid
concerns,
and
while
as
a
developer,
I
can
certainly
empathize
with
you
on
the
fact
that
hey
you
know,
there's
these
people
that
have
these
opinions
out
of
the
woodwork
to
some
degree.
E
It's
a
good
thing,
because
just
them
having
the
knowledge
that
hey
there
is
a
platform
for
you
to
be
able
to
to
say
how
you
feel
about
this.
So.
E
Yeah
we
want
to
encourage
that
and,
as
far
as
doing
a
year
versus
doing
an
extended
period
of
time,
there
are
there's
a
lot
of
opposition
to
airbnbs
in
general.
So
I
wouldn't
look
at
it
as
a
as
us,
going
against
the
Airbnb
process
as
much
as
trying
to
protect
the
rights
that
you
have
as
a
private
property
owner
to
Airbnb
your
property
by
saying,
hey,
we're
trying
to
put
these
these
checks
and
balances
and
enforce
these
things.
I
think
that
shows
the
community
that
we
are
taking
it
serious.
M
Well,
the
maximum
is
10
years.
According
to
what
I
know
you
know,
five
is
about
as
much
as
I've
ever
seen
done
here.
Three
because
can
happen
and
I
know
one's
the
default
for
first
year,
so
I
think
three
is
appropriate,
but
I'll
say
no
more
about
this.
This
point
so
I'm
not
sure.
If
the
other
of
you
two
have
an
opinion
on
that,
but.
D
A
Okay,
next
item
on
the
agenda:
additional
items:
I:
don't
have
anybody
board
committees,
none
any
comments
from
board
members.
