I
represent
Ward

and
attend
Mercy
School
Institute
today
I'll
be
sharing
some
interesting
information
about
what's
happening
in
Ward
7.
There
are
many
new
innovations
in
the
works
in
Ward
7,
such
as
an
industrial
development
on
southeastern
44th
Street,
overlooking
the
Capitol
as
well
as
another
spud
development.
An
especially
prominent
project
is
a
new
connectivity
improvement
plan
in
downtown
that
will
begin
construction.
This
month,
a
hub
will
be
located
on
three
East
California
Avenue,
connecting
the
Kroc
Center
to
other
locations
downtown.
C
This
will
create
Street
scapes,
improve
public
transportation
access
and
will
link
to
the
OKC
map.
Streetcars,
it
is
an
its
construction
cost
will
approximately
will
cost
approximately
three
million
dollars
an
attorney
by
the
name
of
Chad
Moody
when
to
City
Council,
to
get
approval
for
his
proposal
of
Zoning
his
residential
area
on
North
East,
63rd
Street.
It's
a
commercial
area
by
opening
a
medical
marijuana
dispensary
in
his
former
house.
C
The
community
agrees
that
it
is
acceptable
for
him
to
use
his
property
as
an
office
space,
but
is
against
a
retail
and
a
commercialization
aspect
of
it.
And
for
that
reason,
proposal
was
not
granted
by
counsel,
but
moody
said
he
will
continue
fighting
for
his
case

I.
Am
your
co
representative
for
Ward
4?
Today,
I
will
be
giving
the
Commission
report
over
the
planning
commission.
The
Planning
Commission
offers
a
variety
of
programs,
including
the
commercial
district
rivality
revitalization
program,
which
provides
greater
opportunities
and
assistance
for
local
businesses,
local
business
districts
to
create
vibrant
destinations
to
shop
work
and
play
locally.
I
Whether
you
want
to
start
a
new
district
lead
your
existing
district
to
a
new
level
or
simply
learn
more
about
the
resources
for
businesses
and
neighborhoods
in
an
area
they
can
help.
They
offer
technical
assistance,
training
and
support
business
advocacy
and
support
financial
assistance,
business
improvement
and
district
formation
and
support
for
over
20
years,
the
city
of
Oklahoma
City
has
been
working
with
business
and
property
owners
to
transform
their
areas
attracting
more
patrons
to
work
shop
and
play
in
their
district.
I
One
of
the
ways
that
they
they
do
this
is
they
encourage
to
create
a
commercial
business
or
merchants
association,
which
is
a
corporation
whose
purpose
is
to
provide
stewardship
and
promotion
for
a
designated
area
through
programs
and
events.
Membership
is
voluntary
and
open
to
a
variety
of
stakeholders.
Another
option
is
to
create
a
business
improvement,
district
or
a
bi
D,
which
is
a
designated
area
in
which
property
owners
are
required
to
pay
for
their
share
of
services

annual
basis.
