the

requires

Staff
is
considering
an
LDC
amendment
to
address
the
setback,
inconsistencies
with
the
current
RS6
zoning
and
the
code
and
the
phase
two
plan.

Phase
2
plan,
included
a
typical
lot
coverage
of
about
63
percent
with
a
typical
lot
size
of
approximately
four
thousand
square
feet.
