A
A
D
B
I
hadn't
talked
to
devon
lately,
but
how
are
you
using
pretty
good
about
getting
here?
I
don't
see
a
clock.
Did
we
take
the
clock
down?
Oh
it's
back
there.
You
got
a
couple.
B
C
D
D
Welcome
to
everyone,
let
me
just
introduce
everyone
who's
here.
You
can
see
the
board
members
with
our
fancy
name
plates
also
in
attendance
here,
if
you
don't
know,
ann
nixon,
our
city,
clerk
chip,
potts,
leisure
services,
director
and
alexis
wells,
the
assistant
leisure
services
director
and
welcome
to
so
far
we
have
three
candidates
present
and
pam
back
there.
So
our
first
agenda
item
is
the
citizens
open
forum,
pam
name
and
address
for
the
record,
all
righty,
hello.
F
You
know
what
I
said
at
the
city
council
meeting
a
little
over
a
month
ago,
when
they
were
looking
at
the
resolution
to
downgrade
the
number
of
people
on
this
committee,
and
that's
I
had
the
privilege
of
campaigning
in
the
city
of
oldsmar
for
months,
and
I
also
did
a
survey,
a
random
survey
where
people
could
just
come
in.
It
was
anonymous
and
the
number
one
thing
that
people
had
to
say
that
they
had
comments
about
comments.
F
F
F
The
last
thing
I
want
to
mention,
while
I'm
here,
is
that
there
is
conversation,
that's
happening
at
the
city
council
level
regarding
the
development
near
the
library
for
the
possible
new
theater
and
I've
been
very
vocal
about
that
theater
needing
to
be
an
actual
theater
and
not
a
black
box
theater,
which
doesn't
have
a
stage
and
doesn't
have
seating.
F
If
we
have
to
raise
money
whatever
we
need
to
do.
If
a
theater
makes
sense
for
this
community,
which
I
believe
it
does.
I
think
a
lot
of
other
people
believe
it
does.
It
could
be
a
fantastic
amenity
for
our
city,
but
that
this
committee
really
is
in
a
position
to
lobby
and
educate
and
talk
to
the
community
and
make
sure
that
we
are
making
the
right
decision
for
the
long
term.
F
So
that's
what
I
was
here
really
to
say,
and
thank
you
for
your
time
and
everything
that
you
do
for
volunteering
for
your
city.
Thank
you.
B
B
I
know
that
the
black
box
was
strictly
a
proposal
and
that's,
I
don't
believe
the
intent
of
the
direction
they're
going
to
end
up
going,
but
we
I've
been
waiting
for
23
years
for
a
theater.
So
I'm
with
you
on
that
path.
Thank
you.
You.
D
Might
have
some
support
here.
Man
just
just
forget,
just
a
guess:
okay,
amongst
carmen
and
joseph
and
kyle.
Do
you
have
any
citizen
comments
other
than
you
know
your
your
interviewing
stuff,
any
anything
to
say
for
the
open
forum?
Okay,
we'll
close
the
citizens
open
forum,
part
of
our
meeting
and
we'll
move
on
to
the
first
agenda
item
the
approval
of
the
minutes
of
our
february
8th
meeting
on
page
three
of
your
packets.
B
About
the
I
I
requested
for
my
comments
to
be
put
in
verbatim,
and
it's
saying:
here's
subscribers
notes,
janice
colon,
is
welcome
to
present
comments
as
an
attachment
for
amended
minutes
at
the
may
meeting.
Now,
when
was
this
meeting
that
we
did
this
at
from
the
minutes,
what's
the
minutes
on
this
meeting
february
february,
so
we're
suggesting
now
that
from
a
february
meeting
I
turn
in
my
notes
in
a.
B
C
B
Had
several
documents,
so
I'm
trying
to
figure
out
which
one
I
would
need
to
present.
So
I
understand
taking
more
time
to
put
in
a
long
statement.
I
understand
I
guess
for
future
reference
if
it's
too
long,
let
me
know
right
then,
like
this
is
kind
of
long
to
put
in
the
minutes.
Would
you
send
me
a
copy
right
that
would
that
would
be
appreciative
rather
than
in
may
talking
about
something.
I
talked
about
three
months
ago
that
I'm
not
going
to
remember.
C
B
B
So
I
look
back
at
the
february
emails
to
see
it
that
I
should
have
responded
to
you
I'll.
D
D
Okay,
all
right
next
agenda
item
is
an
update
on
the
board
recommendations
to
city
council.
If
you
remember
correctly,
we
made
some
recommendations
to
city
council
at
that
particular
city
council
meeting,
suda
amber
and
pat,
and
I
were
in
attendance,
amber
sudan
and
I
put
in
our
two
cents
worth
at
the
podium
and
ann.
Would
you
give
us
the
90-second
summary
of.
C
Oh
correct,
so
there
was
well
basically
council
reconsidered.
The
request
from
from
the
board
had
presented
for
more
meetings
and
more
members,
and
they
added
two
alternate
members
to
the
board.
So
there
are
four
positions:
they
adopted
resolution,
2021-09
and
yeah,
but
that
now
that
was
based
on
feedback
from
yeah
from
some
hardworking
board
members
on
this
board
and
that's
a
good
thing
right.
C
They
did,
but
I
would
like
to
point
out
that,
with
the
attendance
policy,
that's
in
place
that
probably
ended
up
being
a
good
thing.
I
think
that
when
it's
time
to
add
more
meetings,
that
would
also
be
time
to
address
the
attendance
policies
so
that
it,
you
know
just
to
make
sure
we
keep
the
members
on
the
board.
If
there's
more
meetings,
that
policy
becomes
more
demanding
right.
So.
D
So
as
part
of
that
new
resolution,
we
will
be
seven
permanent
members
and
two
alternates.
C
C
G
Everybody
clear
on
that
something
else.
At
that
city,
council
meeting,
all
the
council
members
expressed
enthusiasm
for
more
meetings
in
the
future.
If
there
is
more
evidence,
do
you
know
what
they
mean
by
evidence,
or
would
I
have
to
go
personally?
Ask
them
what
they
mean
by
that.
C
B
Ones
that
I
had
spoke
to
that
was
typically
because
it
was
recommended
through
looking
at
it
with
ann
and
others,
that
it
was
more
action
items
which
I
also
took
to
say.
Not
only
is
that
action
coming
from
council,
but
that's
action
coming
from
us.
That
is
also
putting
things
for
a
vote,
putting
them
on
formally
taking
the
votes
etc,
because
I
think
that's
one
of
the
things
we
commented
even
when
you
and
I
were
discussing
when
we
looked
at
how
many
things
were
actually
voted
on.
B
D
About
that
what
was
changed?
Okay,
so
candidates,
we're
getting
to
you
here
on
our
agenda.
We
have
three
candidates
who
have
decided
to
attend
this
evening
in
your
in
your
list
of
your
packet
of
candidates.
Carmen
is
here
and
joseph
and
kyle
correct.
Yes,
okay,
so.
D
So
we
are
there
shortly
we're
going
to
ask
you
you
can
throw
them
out
of
the
room,
jack.
Okay,
we'll
ask
you
to
just
step
out,
but
not
not
yet.
D
Interview
you
one
at
a
time
so
that
you
don't
you
know,
you
don't
hear
the
questions
that
somebody
else
has
asked
so
board
members.
You
have
a
list
of
questions
here
that
have
been
submitted
and
we're
only
going
to
discuss
them
since
the
candidates
are
here,
we're
only
going
to
discuss
them
by
number.
Okay,
so
also.
B
Before
you
start,
I
see
our
team
board.
Members
have
ballots
so
they're
going
to
be
able
to
give
us
some
input.
Yes
do
their
votes
count
as
well
for
us
or
just
our
input.
B
D
Yes,
yes,
so
you
everybody
has
the
list
of
questions
numerically
here
we're
going
to
limit
when
the
candidates
come
in
one
at
a
time.
One
question
per
board
member
I'll
pass
on
the
question
I'll
just
kind
of
facilitate
so
and
we'll
go
by
seniority
here.
Pat,
would
you
and
ask
the
same
question
of
course,
of
each
candidate?
A
A
A
D
Right,
okay,
so
jackson
is
gonna.
D
B
Going
I'm
sorry
question
confirming
for
our
board
and
then
making
these
decisions
are.
We
only
allowed
to
consider
these
that
are
here.
Is
that
the
basic
plan
to
just
consider
from
these
three
that
are
here
or.
C
Right
and
that
would
be
up
to
you-
guys-
usually
you've
required
presence,
and
so
you
would
get
to
know
the
person
before
making
a
recommendation,
and
we
can
always
invite
again
because
we
have
four
positions
and
three
people
at
the
next
meeting.
A
D
It's
been,
you
know
it's,
it's
been
a
while,
since
you
know
everybody
was
aware
of
the
meeting,
etc,
etc.
So
don't
be
offended,
but
jackson
is
going
to
ask
you
to
step
out
into
the
hall
and
and
then
immediately,
let's
see
as
soon
as
they
step
out
and
bring
free
carmen
back
to
them.
Now.
A
D
D
B
B
C
Right
and
if
you
wanted
to
you
could
just
say
the
two-
the
two
that
came
here,
that
you
know
the
two
that
submitted
for
the
two
oldest
the
middles
could
be
regulars
and
then
the
third
one
could
be
alternate.
If
you
wanted
to
shortcut
it,
I
mean
that
is
an
option.
Sure.
C
People
have
different
life
challenges,
somebody
had
back
surgery,
somebody's
out,
sick
and
one
person
had
said,
was
very
excited
and
she
was
going
to
show
up
and
then
she
didn't
and
then
somebody
else
didn't
even
respond.
So.
C
A
C
And
the
emails
are
not
returned
right.
What's
up,
the
emails
were
not
returned
and
you
know
there's.
B
Been
I
speak
to
sue
regularly,
she's
very
involved
in
our
community
and
would
probably
be
a
great
asset,
but
if
you're
not
getting
hearing
from
her
right,
I
can
mention
it
to
her
next
time.
I
see
her
that
you
know
we
had
her
come
up
on
the
list
and
we
we
didn't
get
an
opportunity
to
speak
to
her
because
of
whatever
reason
so.
G
That
one
last
question:
since
the
other
people
ain't
come
in:
if
someone
wanted
to
submit
an
application
now,
would
they
be
considered
or
no.
C
That
would
be
my
next
question
to
ask
you
they.
We
do
have
some
that
came
in
after
the
cut
off
that
you
provided
last
time.
So
what
cutoff
would
you
want
for
this
alternate
position
as
far
as
inviting,
but
you
can
give
that
some
thought
we
can
discuss
it
after
the
vote
if
you'd
like
or
we
can
take
care
of
it.
Now.
However,.
D
B
G
G
Prior
to
that
date,
maybe
whatever
is
two
weeks
before
august,
so.
B
B
C
B
So
we
don't
have
anything
to
judge
by
on
that.
I
guess
you
know
what
start
fresh
make
everybody
reply
if
they're
interested
right.
C
C
B
G
You'd
be
saying
that
if
you
would
like
this
position,
please
reapply
and
I
don't.
C
B
A
I
I
I
I
see
it
as
many
purposes,
not
just
two,
because
to
a
certain
extent
it
was
said
previously.
I
think
this
board
has
an
influence
and
in
all
kinds
of
areas
of
oldsmar
you
can
have
an
issue
dealing
with
a
situation
with
a
traffic,
something
and
there's
a
park,
and
you
know
there
are
concerns
with
an
activity
and
the
influx
of
cars
coming
in
and
there's
a
need
for
a
light.
I
That's
not
necessarily
a
leisure
services
issue,
but
through
the
leisure
services
issue
that
is
brought
up
because
of
the
park
or
a
team
playing
and
there's
too
much
traffic
or
there's
danger
you're
affecting
another
area,
which
is
you
know
the
traffic
the?
What
is
it
called?
It's,
not
parks
and
recreation.
It's
just
you
know
street
signage.
I
The
same
goes
with
people
that
have
concerns.
If
there
are
events
you
may
have
an
in,
you
have
may
have
decided
on
an
event
to
take
place,
but
then
someone
else
in
the
community
has
an
issue
with
the
dogs
or
with
handicapped
parking.
You
know
those
are
not
necessarily
things
that
you
think
about
when
you
talk
about
leisure,
so
I
I
can't
say
that
there's
two
specific
leisure
per
se,
you
think
of
events,
but
it's
far
more
than
that
good,
amber.
I
Well,
skills,
I'm
a
retired
federal
auditor,
but
I
don't
think
how
that
would
affect
or
involve
I
mean
I'm
used
to
if
we
read
policies
or
procedures
that
maybe
are
being
presented
to
this
board,
it's
easier
to
interpret
if
you're
used
to
doing
that,
but
I
think
just
having
a
heart
for
the
community
and
I
sing
I
dance.
That's
also
something
that
contributes.
You
know
knowing
about
events
that
maybe
will
interest
the
community
and
to
a
certain
extent,
also
involves
me
more
because
I
can
participate
as
far
you
know.
A
I
I
I
mean
I'm
I'm
familiar
with
with
the
process
and
what
takes
place
and
I
enjoy
it
so
and
that's
why
I'm
back
applying.
B
So
and
I'm
not
sure
if
we're
allowed
to
go
off
text
or
not
so
just
to
verify,
you
were
a
fully
functioning
board
member.
You
were
aware
that
you
were
going
to
miss
a
certain
meeting
that
was
going
to
cause
you
to
be
kicked
off
the
board,
so
you
chose
to
resign
off
the
board
in
order
to
step
down
and
let
allow
the
position
be
for
someone
else.
Thank
you.
The
meeting.
D
I
I
love
that
there
are
so
many
parks,
there's
so
many
events,
lots
of
music,
a
lot
of
events
that
involve
not
just
adults
but
also
children,
and
I
think
this
city
has
so
much
to
offer
from
the
little
ones
to
the
grown-up
ones
that
I
think
nobody
would
want
to
leave
all
smart
and
nobody
really
leaves
so
I
think,
city
of
oldsmar,
unlike
clearwater,
which
may
be
huge
or
tampa
for
such
a
small
city
compared
to
them.
We
are
a
very
enriched
community.
D
H
I
Oh
boy,
big
one
on
my
list-
is
the
cost
of
vendor
participation
for
some
events
that
are
run
by
upper
tampa
bay,
they're
quite
expensive,
and
for
people
that
don't
sell
high
items,
it's
a
little
unfair
for
a
city
resident
to
participate
and
have
to
pay
such
a
high
amount.
That's
one
of
the
things.
I
D
I
I
D
A
D
What
name
you
want
to
be
addressed
by
kyle
tyler,
william.
J
I
have
several
things
that
I'd
like
to
see
start
with:
there's
not
having
children
in
this
area,
there's
not
as
much
wreck
stuff
that
is
going
on
as
like
safety
harbor.
So,
for
instance,
I
have
an
11
and
13
year
old
child
and
we
are
playing
sports
and
everything
else
in
safety
harbor,
because
we
don't
have
a
basketball
league
because
we
don't
have
anything
other
than
little
league
baseball
essentially
is
pretty
much
all
we
offer.
J
So
it's
hard
to
to
kind
of
like
move
your
kids
from
safety
harbor
for
one
thing
than
osmar
for
another
and
back
and
forth.
So
I'd
like
to
see
and
see
if
there's
a
way
to
get
some
of
that
stuff
started.
My
kids
are
obviously
starting
to
get
close
to
phasing
out.
But,
as
I
was
talking
to,
the
gentleman
outside
his
kids
are
young.
They
just
moved
to
oldsmar
and
they
don't
have
that
and
they're
looking
for
those
kinds
of
things.
J
So
that
would
be
my
what
I'm
looking
for
is
more
more
activity
for
the
the
youth
as
well
as
some
of
the
older
stuff.
There's
there's
a
lack
of
activity
unless
you
want
to
do
zumba
in
the
park
or
other
stuff,
there's
a
lack
of
stuff
for
like
the
30
to
45
year
old
people
to
go,
and
you
know
like
intramural,
kickball
or
so
on
and
so
forth.
Stuff
like
that.
J
J
B
J
That's
a
great
question:
I
came
in
a
little
unprepared
today,
so.
J
Yes,
I
have
a
good
leadership
I
use,
I
do
run
a
team
of
people
every
day,
all
day
to
meet
timelines
and
strict
deadlines.
So
that
being
said,
understanding
how
to
get
things
moving
and
keeping
things
going
and
staying
on
top
of
things
would
be.
My
my
push.
D
A
Thanks
for
coming,
my
question
is:
do
you
have
any
prior
experiences
that
may
be
beneficial
to
the
board.
J
I
don't
really
have
an
answer
for
that
right
this
second,
so
I
apologize.
That's.
B
J
A
B
A
A
A
J
I
love
the
community
for
the
most
part,
the
I've
met
a
lot
of
cool
people.
Here
I
like
all
of
the
the
atmosphere
and
some
of
the
the
things
that
have
changed
since
I've
been
here.
You
know
the
restaurants
that
are
here
the
the
atmosphere
of
the
it's
changed.
J
Just
in
that
seven
years
I
mean
you're
a
little
young
to
probably
remember,
but
when
I
moved
here
there
was
nothing
where
the
movie
theater
is,
and
now
there's
all
of
that
stuff
and
you
got
craft
street,
you
have
all
those
other
things
and
it
does
bring
a
younger
vibe.
You
know
when,
when
I
first
got
here
in
2014
I'll
say
like
it
felt
like
there
was
nothing
to
go
eat
at
that
was
fun
or
enjoyable.
J
You
know
it's
daddy's
grill,
and
so
you
just
get
you
know,
I
think
that's
what
I
enjoy
the
most
about
being
here
is
there's,
there's
always
something
to
do.
D
B
B
K
For
having
me
and
how
long
have
you
lived
in
oldsmore
about
six
months,.
A
B
A
E
Okay,
what
is
your
motive
to
being
out
for
being
on
the
leisure
services
advisory
board?.
K
I
got
a
almost
two-year-old
and
an
almost
four-year-old-
and
I
just
want
to
be
a
part
of
I
plan
on
raising
them
here
forever
so
and
I
just
want
to
be
a
part
of
building
the
community
with
them
and
like
for
them
and
giving
them
the
opportunities
to
have
community
events
and
and
theater
and
sports,
and
just
I
want
to
make
sure
I
could
have
a
say
in
it
and
really
be
a
part
of
it
me
and
my
wife
are
very
much
like
we
want
to
be
in
everything.
K
B
K
B
You
know
what
would
you
say
are
the
two
purposes
that
you
might
be
able
to
be
aware
that
this
board
exists
for
like.
What's
what
do
you
think
we
do
here?
You
know
what
what
maybe
is
our
purpose.
K
Generate,
I
would
think
that
you
generate
ideas
and
even
funding
for
certain
leisure
activities,
such
as
parks
and
theater,
and
sports,
and
and
you
go
out
there
and
listen
to
the
people
that
live
and
they
live
in
the
city
with
children
and
even
adults
that
want
certain
things
and
they
bring
them
to
you
and
you
we,
you
know,
make
it
happen.
A
B
K
I'm
a
good
communicator
I
like
to
get
out
to
into
the
community
and
meet
people,
I'm
pretty
big
people
person,
my
wife's,
a
big
people,
person
she's
better
than
me,
though,
but
I
think
I'm
good,
I'm
good
at
navigating
through
people
personalities,
I
love
working
with
kids,
so
I
think
that
I
I'm
good
at
feeling
out
how
they,
like
you,
know
what
they
like
and
so
on.
A
Yeah,
I
got
one
for
you
if
you
have
any
prior
experiences
that
may
be
beneficial
to
the
board.
K
I've
done
a
lot
of
volunteer
work
like
with
kids
middle
school
kids.
I
volunteered
at
my
church.
I
still
do
when
I
can.
I
was
working
with
middle
school
kids
for
for
a
while.
I
worked
with
couple
of
youth
groups
out
in
the
fort
lauderdale
area.
K
I
think
I
like
the
outdoor
events
like,
but
especially
with
kids.
More
more
of
that,
like
I
said
anything
to
get
kids
out
of
the
house,
you
know
and
we
we
sign
up
for
everything,
so
I
think
more
of
that
would
be
awesome
even
for
even
for
middle
school
age,
kids
and
stuff,
like
that,
like
just
just
more
more
more
extracurricular
activities
for
the
kids
growing
up
in
the
city.
A
Okay,
seeing
as
you've
only
lived
in
oldsmar
for
six
months,
I
feel
like
this
question
is
good.
We
can
get
a
first
impression.
What
do
you
like
about
oldsmar.
K
What
do
I
like
about?
Oh
man,
I
there's
you
know
I
I
work
nights
and
I
lived
in
town
a
country
for
a
while
before
I
we
moved
here.
My
wife
grew
up
in
tampa.
I
grew
up
in
south
florida,
but
you
know
I
worked
in.
K
I
lived
downtown
country
for
a
few
years
and
I
worked
like
I
said
I
work
nights
and
just
coming
home,
and
even
just
when
you
enter
the
city,
when
you
drive
down
tampa
road
and
you
just
like
get
into
it,
you
just
feel
a
sense
of
community
that
I
don't
think
you
feel
in
many
other
places,
even
in
when
you
go
into
dunedin
or
you're,
going
to
safety.
K
Harbor
like
it's
really
not
they're
beautiful,
like
they're
10
out
of
10,
I
think
they're,
both
gorgeous
cities,
you
know,
but
there's
something
about
always
more
that
when
you
get
into
oligarch,
even
if
you're,
not
from
oligarch.
You
just
have
this
feeling
of
like
wow.
This
city's
like
this
is
where
you
want
to
be.
This
is
what
feels
like
home.
I
think
that
would
make
me
when
we
were
looking
for
houses.
This
is,
this
was
our
first
pick
of
where
we
wanted
to
live,
and,
thank
god
we
got
it.
A
D
I
don't
know
for
for
my
two
cents.
It
reminds
me
of
our
elections
in
the
city.
You
never
have
to
hold
your
nose,
and
I
think
we
have
three
nice
people
here.
H
B
D
A
A
L
D
A
H
Jackson
for
my
number
one
I
would
see
mr
william
kyle.
I
think
he
would
be
good
for
events
he
he
didn't
state
his
job,
but
after
I
saw
this
application,
it
says
that
he's
been
in
property
management
for
the
last
15
years,
he's
been
to
constructions
he's
good
with
making
events
for
sports,
so
he
sounded
good
for
first
one.
My
second
one
is
carmen.
She
had
some
good
experiences,
I
mean
if
we
could
get
someone
that
already
knew
the
board
would
be
really
nice.
H
B
B
It
for
someone
who
sat
in
the
outskirts
of
the
board
for
three
years
before
being
allowed
back
on.
It
was
only
three
and
I'll.
Yes,
I
repeat
it.
I
do
appreciate
what
carmen
did
in
trying
to
step
down
prior
to
being
kicked
off,
so
to
speak,
trying
to
make
room
for
somebody,
but
I'm
in
the
same
way
of
kind
of
you
know.
I
think
that
opportunity
needs
to
come
back
up.
She
was
dedicated
she
stepped
down
when
she
felt
she
needed
to.
B
I
was
a
bit
shocked
when
she
had
stepped
down,
and
I
had
asked
her
why
and
she
said,
because
I
was
gonna,
miss
the
meeting
and
be
kicked
off
and
I'm
like
that's
something
we're
hoping
to
address
right
in
the
future
as
well.
B
B
B
The
questions
I
I
only
like
I
said
I
think
it
was
good
to
try
to
pull
our
questions
together.
I
just
didn't
feel
like
we
and
I'm
sorry.
I
went
off
topic
but
I
didn't
feel
like
we
could
actually
look
at
the
person's,
and
maybe
it
was
my
bad
for
not
looking
at
the
resume
and
including
the
right
questions
but
or
application.
But
everybody's
applications
are
different.
You,
you
can't
look
at
one
application
and
decide.
Oh
well,
your
job
has
bearing.
Let's
talk
about
that.
B
So
you
know
it's
good
for
try,
I'm
I
felt
a
little
restricted,
but
I
think
we
did
our
purpose.
So
I
just
I
just
want
to
share.
I
just
I
felt
it
was
a
little
restricting,
but
I
think
it
worked
and
we
we
did
our
purpose
with
it.
B
B
But
I
do
think
it's
nice
to
know
how
long
they've
been
in
oldsmar.
I
mean
it's
nice
to
know
that
you
got
a
newbie
that
wants
to
get
in
and
get
involved
or
somebody's
been
here
for
20
or
30
years,
and
things
like
that.
So
I
guess
it
would
be
my
fault
that
I
didn't
include
that
on
my
questions
to
be
added
to
the
list
so.
C
All
right
so
regular
member
joseph
santana,
regular
member
kyle
magnan
alternate
member
of
carmen
black.
C
And
what
we
need
to
do,
I
guess
we
invite
the
mannequin
announce
it
again,
but
we'll
need
a
motion
in
a
second
and
a
vote
to
accept
the
election.
C
D
E
C
C
The
table,
apparently
it's
on
the
schedule
for
the
first
tuesday
in
june,
at
seven
o'clock
in
this
room.
But
if
you
can't
make
it,
we
could
reschedule
more
with
you,
so
you'll
be
getting
a
letter
from
our
office.
D
B
L
You
guys,
let
me
let
you
read
that
real
quick
before
I
start
talking
about
it:
yeah,
okay,
I'll,
give
you
a
minute
or
two:
it's
not
too
long,
yeah.
So
anyway,
so
chucky
minnett
worked
for
the
city
for
15
years.
He
was
an
exemplary
employee
liked
by
everybody,
hard
worker.
The
idea
came
from
the
public
works
department,
chuckie
loved,
his
dog.
He
loved,
going
to
sheffield
park
loved
just
being
with
his
pup.
The
recommendation
from
the
where
the
question
from
the
public
works
department
came
about.
L
Hey
would
would
the
board
or
what
the
city
consider
naming
the
dog
park
after
chucky.
So
that's
where
this
came
from
the
city
manager
has
made
a
recommendation
and
he
would
like
the
the
board
to
consider
his
recommendation.
B
B
G
C
I
believe
that
resolution
that
you're
speaking
of
is
for
when
somebody
wants
to
do
a
sponsorship
and
get
a
facility
named
after
them,
such
as
the
bmx
check,
so
but
this
is
a
different
situation
so
that
that
resolution
was
was
adopted
by
council
to
address
one
type
of
naming
situation,
not
a
memorial
situation.
Okay,.
B
So
like
we
had
come
before
this
board,
to
name
the
shelter
in
mobley
bayou
after
lynn,
reeves,
the
previous
you
know,
so
I
guess.
B
Director,
so
they
didn't,
it
wasn't
so
much
what
they
built
what
they
put
in,
but
this,
I
think,
is
a
nice
dedication
to
somebody.
I
guess
the
other
question.
I
guess
they
could
ask.
Is
there
anybody
else
or
any
other
reason
for
naming
it
anything
else?
A
B
G
A
C
G
L
G
B
D
E
B
A
H
A
I
like
it,
I
think
it's
whimsical.
I
think
chucky
would
like
it
what
else.
I
think
it's
a
nice
gesture.
D
Okay,
do
we
have
a
motion
to
recommend
this
to
city
council.
B
I
have
a
motion
to
recommend
al's
suggestion
of
chucky,
knowing
that
al
probably
knew
him
for
a
number
of
years
and
knew
that
chucky
would
probably
appreciate
this,
and
if
that's
what
al's
chosen,
I
support
that
choice
for
now.
So
I
recommend
that
we
go
ahead
and
support
his
choice.
B
I
agree
with
you
amber.
I
think
it
would
have
been
nicer
to
find
something
a
little
different,
but
al
has
probably
worked
with
him
for
years
and
knows
him
and
and
knows
he
would
appreciate
even
that
type
of
a
gesture.
So.
D
Okay,
moving
on
to
item
number,
seven
in
having
some
discussions
with
chip.
Since
our
last
meeting,
I
asked
dan
to
put
this
on
the
agenda.
D
It
is
listed
as
constructive
direction
for
the
board
purpose
and
action,
and
I
think
a
few
of
our
candidates
brought
up
some
good
points
about
what
they
think
we
do
or
what
we
think
we,
you
know
what
they
think
we
should
do.
It
seems
like
our
quarterly
meetings
have
hit
a
rut
we
come
in.
We
hear
a
report,
we
have
this,
we
you
know
we
very
rarely
get
attendance
from
the
public.
D
I
think
we
could
do
more
and
I
would
like
either
we
can
discuss
this
now
or
bring
some
ideas
to
the
august
meeting.
D
L
Well,
on
on
the
on
this
topic-
yes
ken
and
I
spoke-
and
you
know
trying
to
figure
out
because
we've
been
thinking
about
it.
You
know,
as
ken
mentioned,
with
the
purpose
and
being
more,
I
guess,
functional
as
a
board
and
assisting
the
leisure
services
department.
We
looked
at
the
purpose.
The
there's
there's
only
a
few
purposes
of
the
board
if
you
read
them
in
the
bylaws.
L
It's
online
surveys:
you
know,
focus
groups,
you
know
creating
one
survey
that
just
addresses
to
each
group
that
can
be
applied
throughout
the
scene,
not
just
to
our
park
users
or
our
recreation
users,
our
event
attendees,
because
we
already
know
that
they
like
to
be
there
because
they're
there,
it's
the
ones
that
we
aren't
reaching,
that
we
need
to
get
out
and
find
information
from
and
get
that
feedback.
So
that's
the
first
thing
so
is
to
to
determine
the
desires
and
needs
okay.
L
But
you
can't
do
that
until
you
do
number
what
you
find
out,
what
the
need
right
so
two
can't
be
done
before
number
one,
but
then
the
third
in
there
is
to
act
as
a
liaison
group
and
conduit
of
public
opinion
from
the
citizens
of
the
city
of
baltimore
to
the
city
manager
and
to
the
city
council,
so
the
conduit
of
public
opinion
when,
when
you
think
about
it
that
way,
it's
more
of
a
satisfaction
survey.
How
would
you
rate
the
cleanliness
of
restrooms
in
ariel's
park?
L
How
satisfied
are
you
with
the
maintenance
of
our
medians?
How
so
it's
more
satisfaction,
so
one
is
for
needs
and
desires.
The
other
is
for
a
satisfaction
level
of
how
we're
performing.
L
So
I
think
in
the
discussions
that
you
know
when
ken
and
I
were
talking,
you
know
we
have
ideas
of
what
we
would
want
asked
and
it's
something
that
the
board,
where
we
would
kind
of
work
together
to
create
this
survey.
What
kind
of
questions
do
we
need
to
have
answered
so
that
you
can
go
out
find
out
from
the
community
so
that
we
can
address
those
needs
issues,
desires
and
that
kind
of
stuff?
So
this
is
just
the
first
step.
I've
done
a
little
bit
of
research
into
methods.
L
If
you're
interested
there's
a
the
harwood
institute,
they
kind
of
focus
a
lot
on
community
libraries
and
things
like
that,
but
it
can
be
applied
universally
to
different
areas,
and
I
think
we
can
kind
of
take
some
some
methods
from
from
that
and
kind
of
apply
it
to
what
we
want
to
do
to
get
the
feedback
that
we
want,
so
that
we
can
again,
you
know,
provide
those.
You
know,
provide
the
answers
to
those
needs
and
desires
that
the
community
is
looking
to
to.
B
I
had
spoke
to
several
of
our
council
members
after
or
I
think
after
our
march
meeting,
when
it
was
proposed,
was
that
when
it
was
proposed,
we
go
to
five
board
members
instead
of
seven
or
was
that
it
may
have
been
february.
B
I
had
spoke
to
several
of
the
council
members
and,
of
course,
one
of
the
things
that
we've
discussed
is
of
course,
has
been
mentioned.
Before
is
not
enough
action
by
our
board,
and
one
of
my
comments
back
to
the
council
members
is,
I
don't
think,
you've
established
enough
action
for
us
to
act
on.
B
So
what
can
we
do
to
start
building
our
purpose
and
our
our
ways
that
we
can
help
and
most
of
the
council
members
were
pretty
much
in
agreement
on
some
of
the
things
that
we
might
look
at
doing
some
of
those
suggestions.
We
started
this
once
before
chip
and
it
kind
of
fell
through
the
cracks
with
kovid
event
liaisons,
which
is
what
you're
talking
about
being
able
to
pull
people
that
event
that
we
have
one
of
our
board
members
be
present
regularly
at
different
types
of
events
we
rotate
around.
We
do
different
things.
B
I
can't
even
say
anything
because
I'm
at
90
of
them,
so
it's
not
you
know
for
it.
The
goal
is
to
get
everybody
involved
in
them
another
one
of
the
things
that
we've
talked
about.
Obviously
the
black
box
theater
the
theater
the
potential
for
a
new
building
that
may
have
something
to
do
with
the
arts.
B
One
of
my
recommendations
to
all
of
the
council
members
was
that
I
think
our
group
should
be
the
one
going
around
visiting
the
local
black
box.
Theaters
and
reporting
back
to
council
see
what's
working
out.
There
see
what
isn't
working
out
there
see
what
a
true
black
box
is
and
will
that
work
for
our
community
and
we're
the
ones
in
theory
supposed
to
be
reporting
to
council
on
things
that
we
think
are
good
for
our
community
or
stuff
like
that,
so
that
was
one
of
the
ones
that
I've
proposed.
B
That
seemed
to
be
maybe
not
yet
quite
the
time,
but
something
for
our
future.
Okay,
also
members
present
at
council
meetings
a
lot
of
times.
You
know
if
you
watch
them
and
stuff
like
that.
B
It's
one
thing,
but
if
you're
there
and
present
one
of
the
things
that
all
council
members
have
said
is
they've
not
seen
enough
of
us
and
in
many
cases
they
don't
know
who
we
are
so
you
know,
I
said
you
know
that
maybe
one
of
our
things
is
we
need
to
swap
off
and
try
to
have
a
board
member,
not
only
that
you
may
be
sitting
in
the
audience
and
they're
going
to
start
talking
about
well
we're
thinking
about
having
a
black
box
theater
in
the
future
and
we'll
have
to
look
into
that,
and
we
can
go.
B
Oh
well,
our
group.
This
is
something
we
can
help
our
city
look
into.
Okay,
and
the
other
item
was
from
those
being
president
council.
There
may
be
times
to
report
to
council
like
if
we
were
to
do
a
trip
to
black
box
theaters
and
look
at
them
and
try
to
come
back
with
some
input
of
you
know.
What's
working
out
there,
what
is
it?
What
might
work
for
our
community?
B
You
know
some
different
information.
That's
just
one
example,
but
being
seen
in
front
of
council
is
the
goal
stepping
up
to
say:
hey
you're,
doing
great,
we
love
it,
but
let's
you
know
so
encouraging
our
board
to
be
more
active
with
the
council
and,
of
course
something
like
that.
You
could
rotate
members
and
you
could
you
know
we
could
try
to
say
all
right
so
and
so
it's
going
to
be
at
this
meeting
and
I'll
try
to
make
this
one.
B
Obviously
we
can't
cover
all
meetings,
but
I
think
the
goal
would
be
once
a
month
to
have
one
of
our
board
members
at
the
meeting.
If
nothing
else
to
just
stop
and
say
hey,
thank
you
for
continuing
to
keep
us
at
seven
members.
We've
chosen
our
members
now
we
appreciate
your
time
and
they
start
recognizing
our
faces
and
our
purpose.
E
I
was
just
going
to
say
something
too,
and
I
think
I
mentioned
it
before
that
we
used
to
be
more
involved
with
the
board
we'd
go
out
in
the
van
and
go
see
something
new
that
they
were
doing
to
just
so
that
we
could,
you
know
either
get
ideas
or
or
see
it,
and
I
don't
know
whether
that's
something
that's
feasible
to
do,
but
you
it
made
you
feel
apart,
that
you
were
really
going
out
and
doing
something.
And
I
I
think
that-
and
I
don't
know
what
you
know
actual
things
are
going
on.
B
B
E
That's
that's
very
nice
too,
to
to
do
and
people
do
get
to
do
it,
but
I
think
sometimes
when
something
new
or
is
in
the
plans
or
the
works
to
because
you're,
not
there
working
it
we're
not
there
working
with
it.
But
if
we
got
out
to
see
then
we
could
have
more
of
a
vision
to
of
what
other
than
hearing
somebody
talk
about.
It.
D
D
I
mean
you
know,
we
have.
The
majority
of
our
board
now
is
is
newer
right
and
I
don't
know
what
you
could
come
up
with,
but,
like
pat
said,
we
we
used
to.
I
mean
not
not
every
month.
D
You
know
within
the
city
surprises
chip.
B
L
No,
we
just
the
what
we
were
doing
before
cove
is
we,
you
know
we
kind
of
had
one
of
the
board
members
would
be
assigned
to
a
particular
program
or
an
event
to
kind
of
learn
how
we
do
the
event
have
some
type
of
participation
in
it
and
then
to
be
working
to
be
at
the
event
to
try
to
get
feedback.
I
think,
could
I
suggest
two
board.
D
L
L
Right,
okay,
so
I
think
it
would
be
good
to
get
the
board
back
out
the
activities
and
the
events,
but
I
think
also
we
need
to
stay
that
focus
of
to,
for
that
purpose,
to
to
create
what
we
want
to
get
that
fee.
The
feedback
that
we
need
now
you're
more
than
welcome
to
come
to
the
events
and
you
know,
interact
and
obviously
you
know
be
be
with
the
public,
and
how
do
you
get
your
own
feedback?
Hey?
How
do
you
like
this?
What
do
you
think
of
this?
L
B
Chip
you've
been
in
here
long
enough
now
and
working
with
us
and
everything.
What
do
you
see
as
our
purpose,
not
to
put
you
on
the
hot
seat?
Well,
no.
L
L
B
L
Know,
like
I
said
initially,
if
you're
going
to
come
out
to
say
a
movie
in
the
park
or
sunset
sounds
and,
and
you
have
your
board
shirt
on,
I
remember
stevens.
How
are
you
guys
doing
yeah?
Do
you
guys
like
coming?
What
other
events
do
you
guys
like
to
do?
Is
there
anything
that
your
family
does
that
you
know
that
we
don't
offer
here
or
you
know,
what
do
you?
What
would
you
like
to
you
know
just
general
stuff,
but
the
actual
formal
survey
tool
is
the
one
where
you
know
you
guys
are
really
gonna.
L
You
know
hit
the
hit.
The
pavement
you
know
and
get
out
there
and
be
at
focus
groups,
run
a
focus
group
get
out
to
an
event
surveys.
You
know
at
park,
intercepts
you're
gonna,
go
down
to
the
beach
on
a
saturday
afternoon
at
two
o'clock
and
see
if
who's
out
hey.
Can
I
talk
to
you
for
a
second
about
the
park
or
recreation
or
leisure
services,
whatever
you
know,
so
that's
kind
of
how
I
see
that.
B
We
came
back
and
reported
to
the
board
like
I
went
to
an
event
and
I
came
back
with
a
small
for
me,
small
written
report,
about
the
event,
some
of
the
feedback.
We
got
some
of
the
things
that
may
grow
or
may
do
better
or
some
feedback
from
the
community
etc.
So
I
would
assume
an
answer
to
your
question.
Is
we
bring
it
back
to
the
board
if
we
establish
that
event
liaison
type
of
pattern
again.
A
A
A
D
Well,
I
know
when
was
that
two
years
ago,
yeah
we
went
down
to
your
former.
D
Chips
former
stomping
ground
and
I
will
say
that
nobody
threw
anything
at
chip
he
was.
He
was
very
well
welcomed
by
all
the
people
in
in.
Where
did
we
go
to
city
hall?
I
guess
yeah
and
I
was
just
I
guess,
enamored
that
they
call
themselves
the
advocacy
board.
It
just
seems
more
active
to
me
well.
D
D
C
D
C
B
A
B
Okay,
so
just
in
the
definition
between
those
two
I'm
on
the
agreement
to
say
advocacy,
because
I
believe
this
board
should
be
more
involved
and
should
be
fighting
for
things
absolutely
like
black
box
theater
input
on
it,
etc.
You
know
looking
at
other
places
being
able
to
come
back
to
city
council
and
say
you
know,
here's
a
report
from
you
know
some
general
community
people
and
some
people
that
are
in
the
theater
and
arts
and
you're
getting
a
wider
variety.
B
So
I
I
think
that
there
is
some
potential
that
we
would
like
to
become
an
advocacy
board.
But
right
now
we're
only
here
to
advise.
H
Yeah
I
I
definitely
suggest
that
too,
because
I
mean
it's
good,
we
can
report
and
we
can
be
the
connection
to
the
community
all
the
way
up
to
the
government
officials.
If
we
can
be
that
one
ally
to
the
citizens,
because
I
gotta
say
that
the
council
is
not
the
best
at
connecting
to
the
citizens.
So
I
think
it
should
be
our
job
to
go
and
bring
what
the
citizens
want
all
the
way
up
to
council
level,
and
I
think
that
we
should
be
the
advocates
for
the
citizens
of
baltimore.
B
Okay,
I
think
we've
all
agreed
we'd
like
to
build
on
our
purpose
just
being
here
to
sit
in
a
meeting
and
if
council
sends
us
something
that
we
can
approve
and
put
our
stamp
of
approval
on
like
playgrounds
and
things
like
that.
That
used
to
be
done
in
the
past.
That
was
fine
there,
but
I
think
that's
even
more
the
reason
we
had
requested
more
meetings
and
stuff,
because
we
want
to
find
a
better
we
want
to.
E
B
A
B
Okay
and
then
for
august
chip,
I
would
look
into
scheduling
the
next
few
events
out.
If,
if
we
don't
need
a
vote
on
it
again,
I
keep
thinking
action
items
mean
we
need
to
vote
on
things
you
know,
so
I
would
present
that
we
consider.
B
B
So
I'd
like
to
make
a
recommendation
that
we
bring
back
the
or
grow
the
event
liaisons
program
that
we
started
to
establish,
and
I
don't
know
if
you
could
do
that
as
a
formal.
Do
I
do
that
formally?
Why.
B
A
motion
before
the
board
to
vote
on
that
we
request
that
we
bring
back
event
liaisons
and
build
on
that
getting
more
involved
with
our
community
by
our
board.
Second,.
D
L
L
And
you
guys
have
been
receiving
the
weekly
updates
for
special
events.
Yes,
excellent,
yes
appreciate
it.
Yes,
just
a
couple
of
project
updates
here,
the
bmx
track.
We
started,
they
started
removing
the
starting
gates
today
and
other
materials
that
will
be
used.
So
that
is
in
motion.
B
A
L
No
no
correct,
we
just
have
a.
We
have
a
professional
construction.
E
L
Let's
see
the
spray
park
spray
park
is
moving
right
along
the
installer.
Is
he
just
installed
the
holding
tank
and
all
of
the
lines
have
been
run
concrete
was
poured
last
week.
He
wants
to
be
finished
no
later
than
the
first
week
in
june.
So
this
time
we
should
be
opening
up
a
spray
park.
B
L
G
B
To
get
out
into
the
public-
and
you
know
be
there
for
those
grand
openings
and
stuff.
Yes,.
L
Let's
see
the
old
marsh
sports,
complex
staff
are
finalizing.
The
upgrades
to
baseball
field
number
four
they've
done
a
lot
of
drainage
work,
irrigation,
work,
clay
work,
they
were
really
ingenious,
field,
four
floods,
a
lot
in
the
outfield
and
they
installed
a
drainage
system
that
has
a
sump
pump
in
it
and
they
they
kind
of
they
pretty
much
fixed
it.
So
they
did
a
really
nice
job
there.
L
Let's
see
the
oh
and
that's
right
in
the
ins
and
we
installed
new
fencing
on
field
four
as
well,
so
that
field
is
looking
really
really
good.
They
painted
all
of
the
dugouts
and
looks
really
really
good.
Let's
see
the
invitation,
the
bid
for
the
pier
went
out
for
the
pier
repair
at
that
t
section
all
the
way
at
the
end
that
those
are
due
back
may
25th.
L
Was
from
etta,
okay,
so
yeah,
so
it
takes
a
while.
We
closed
the
pier
at
the
entry
because
we
we
wanted
to
have
an
assessment
done.
Basically,
we
I
wasn't
comfortable
in
just
saying,
open
up
the
pier
and
we
know
that
it's
broken
at
the
end,
but
I'm
not
a
peer
expert.
I
don't
you
know
so
we
hired
a
consultant
to
come
out
do
an
inspection.
They
they
cleared
the
long
stretch
of
the
pier.
L
Obviously,
so
we've
got
the
end
of
the
piers
closed
off
and
once
we
get
the
invitation
once
we
get
the
bids
back,
then
we'll
select
the
firm
and
get
that
scheduled
up.
But
it
takes
a
little
bit
of
time
because
you
schedule
the
first.
You
have
to
go
through
insurance
and
then
it
takes
a
while
they
send
out
their
inspectors.
Then
you
have
to
set
up
for
the
inspection
by
the
contractor
to
come
out
and
give
you
the
assessment
and
they
have
to
take
time
to
write
the
report.
L
Everything
else
correct
correct.
Thank
you,
and
one
other
thing
that
I
added
to
my
notes.
Here
is
the
trail
bridges
down
by
national
orange
the
boat
ramp.
They
go
from
pretty
much
the
where
the
trail
goes
by
the
boat
ramp
down
south
towards
mobley,
the
two
bridges
there
were
recently
renovated.
If
you
get
a
chance,
they
are
beautiful.
That
was
done
in-house
by
our
staff.
L
Actually,
the
second,
the
smaller
we
did
the
larger
bridge
first
and
that
went
that
took
about
three
weeks
they
did
in
about
three
weeks,
and
the
good
thing
is
is
that
we
were
able
to
reopen
the
trail
nightly
and
on
weekends.
So
they
did.
Work
finished
up,
opened
the
trail
from
three
to
eight
o'clock.
The
next
morning
closed
it
for
the
construction
open
it
up
close
it.
The
second
bridge
that
we
did
was
the
smaller
one
and
it
took
a
little
bit
more
effort.
L
There
was
some
rot
underneath
and
they
had
to
replace
some
some
more
material
but
yeah
they
turned
out
really
really
nice.
So
that's
just
an
update
on
some
of
the
projects
that
were
going
on.
D
Okay,
our
upcoming
events.
I
think
I
think
we
get
nice
communication
from
karen
and
I
don't
think
you're
really.
L
Learning
moment
yep
alexis
is
gonna,
do
give
a
quick
presentation
here
on
our
tree
permitting
process.
M
Well,
within
the
past
six
months,
the
dubious
honor
of
being
the
city
arborist
has
been
placed
on
my
shoulders,
so
anytime
a
resident
puts
in
a
request
for
having
a
tree
removal.
M
I
personally
go
out
and
look
at
that
tree
and
do
a
complete
assessment
of
the
tree,
along
with
my
title,
along
the
my
credentials
being
a
certified
arborist
through
the
international
society
of
arbor
culture.
I
am
also
traq
tree
risk
assessment,
qualified
a
certification
that
I
have
to
re-up
every
three
every
three
years
and
it's
not
a
matter
of
taking
of
just
you
know:
attending
classes.
It's
a
test.
I've
got
to
take
at
the
end
of
it
and
pass
the
test.
M
When
I
get
the
when
I
get
the
request
for
tree
removal,
it
comes
in
a
couple
different
forms.
It
can
be
in
a
form
very
similar.
You
know
to
this
which,
but
you
can
do
online.
You
can
also
be
in
the
the.
I
said
it's
like
a
request,
but
it
goes
through
the
planning
department
and
it
comes
to
me
when
the
resident
pays
for
it,
which
is
a
ten
dollar
permit
fee.
M
M
And
as
this
is
a
very
detailed,
it's
a
two-page
form
and
very,
very
detailed,
along
with
having
you
know,
information
of
the
the
species,
the
address
the
resident's
name,
the
the
also
the
size
of
the
tree
measure,
the
dbh,
the
diameter
of
breath
height,
which
is
the
circum
the
depth
of
the
tree,
a
special
tula
tula
used
for
that
now.
M
One
of
the
things
that
we
do
not-
and
we
cannot
see
from
on
the
inside
is
whether
the
tree
has
a
cavity
or
not,
there's
several
different
ways
of
doing
of
doing
that
several
a
couple
years
ago,
actually,
a
year
ago,
the
city
allowed
me
us
to
purchase
this
cool
tool.
M
D
G
M
Which
is
very
much
like
the
cardiogram
that
the
doctor
will
do
hardly
now,
as
you
can
see
from
this
one,
there
are
a
lot
of
you
know
lines
when
it's
high
up
and
when
it's
high
up
okay,
that's
a
lot
of
solid
tissue
within
the
trees
meeting,
good
resistance,
often
out
for
the
tree
and
organic
and
I'll
get
for
the
caught.
I
refer
to
as
a
flat
line
with
the
drop
down
to
the
bottom.
C
M
Once
I
sew,
what
will
happen
is
if
I
see
a
cavity
if
a
tree
is
or
this
big
in
diameter,
it's
got
a
cavity
about
12
to
15
inches.
I
know
that
is
a
problem
at
some
point
in
time
that
tree
can
fail.
When
I
couldn't
tell
you
okay,
but
it
can't
fail.
So,
therefore,
from
that
I
make
a
determination
to
either
say:
yes,
you
can
go
ahead,
have
a
tree
removed
or
no.
It
depends
on
what
I
find
from
my
assessment.
M
So
it's
not
a
it's,
not
an
easy
process,
but
it's
it's
a
it's
one
that
it's
one
that
I
enjoy
because
it
gets
me
out
and
about-
and
I
also
I
meet
with
people
and
also
it's.
I
take
the
time.
Also,
the
residents
there.
E
M
M
Yeah
there
are
some,
you
know.
There
are
some
other
reasons
where
I
may
like.
If
a
resident
has
shown
that
let's
say
they
want
to
put
a
pool
in
the
backyard
and
that
tree
is
going
to
affect
where
that
pool
is
going
to
be,
then
I
will
go
ahead
and
say:
yes,
you
can
go
ahead
and
remove
the
tree
because
of
a
pool
going
in.
But
if
it's
just
a
matter
of
well,
I
don't
like
that
tree
anymore
or
anything
that
no
that's
not
a
valid
reason
for
a
tree
to
be
removed.
B
I
do
have
a
couple
questions.
I've
got
a
neighbor
that
is
talking
about
getting
a
tree
removed
and
he
asked
me
the
first
question
he
asked
me
was:
where
do
I
go?
Is
it
just
the
permitting
office
you
go
online?
Where
do
they
go
to
fill
out?
This
form.
M
B
B
D
A
A
L
A
Right
this
is
I'm
looking
at
the
one
behind
the
rec
center.
That's.
L
A
A
G
G
I
don't
know
how
we
could
do
this,
but
with
the
older
kids,
if
there's
something
we
can
put
there
for
them
to
do
a
lot
of
this,
I'm
speaking
of
from
a
past
event
of
oldsmar
days.
There
is
a
couple
of
older
boys
and
jackson.
Was
there
too,
when
this
happened,
but
they
were
swinging.
The
bucket
swings
over
the
swings
and
getting
it
stuck,
and
I
just
feel
like
these.
G
L
H
H
B
Think
about
it
recommend
a
little
couple
paragraphs
behind
it
on
what
it
would
mean,
what
it
would
entail
and
again
we
all
know
that
we
can
put
the
activities
out
there
and
not
necessarily
will
they
attend.
The
ordiness
is
orneriness.
I
believe
you
can
control
by
penalizing
the
parents
and
come
in
under.
D
B
Chip
water
towers
anything
going
with
that.
Yes,.
L
It's
expensive,
we
have
been
in
touch
with
the
artist
jason.
Conklin
was
working
on
communication
back
and
forth
with
him.
There
was
discussion
because
we
were,
we
were
inquiring
about
power
washing
or
how
do
we
wash
and
he
gave
the
recommendation
of
you
know
lightly,
washing
it
might
help
to
bring
some
of
the
colors
back
out.
M
25
000
was
from
him,
including
the
the
cleaning
process
he
just
guessed,
but
his
his
the
quote
said
my
approximate
cost
would
be
about
25
000.
B
And
that's
probably
to
pretty
much
replenish
the
entire
water
towers
correct.
You
can
go
back
to
him
and
ask
him
more
for
a
direct
of
considering
touching
up
once
you
guys
do
all
the
repair
and
I
think
you'll
find
a
much
different
price
because
it
is
a
case
of
do
you
paint
the
whole
thing
over
again
or
do
you
touch
up
and
repair?
What's
there,
so
there's
going
to
be
two
sides
of
those
numbers
depending
on
how
we
ask
them,
I
believe
it
was
about
30
000
or
something
when
we
first
did
the
project.
B
So
that's
why
I'm,
comparing
that
25
000
number
to
the
30
000
to
do
the
two
towers
with
the
kids
and
the
parents
and
and
the
community
involved
and
stuff
like
that,
so
I'm
guessing
he's
looking
at
it
as
almost
a
total
restore
rather
than
all
I've
been
asking
for,
for
the
most
part,
is
a
clear
coat
and
a
clean
up
of
the
damage.
That's
causing
it
to
rust,
and
things
like
that.
B
Unfortunately,
as
I
said,
you
know,
the
paint
was
good
for
10
years
with
a
clear
coat
once
the
clear
coat
was
gone
and
the
damage
started
and
the
rust
and
things
like
that
started
to
happen.
You
know
the
artwork
to
start
go
downhill.
We
didn't
get
on
it,
quick
enough
to
put
a
clear
coat
to
save
what
was
there
at
a
cheaper
price.
So
I'm
glad
you're
still
looking
at
it,
but
I
do
think
you
can
take
a
second
approach
of
you
know
what
what
happens.
B
B
Okay,
so
as
an
artist
that
was
in
that
project
and
worked
with
carol
cowden
and
all
the
group
and
the
volunteers
and
everything
try
that
approach
with
them
come
back
and
say:
let's
just
look
more
at
touching
up
and
getting
that
clear
coat
on
there
to
protect
what
is
there?
Okay?
I
know
you
guys
got
quite
a
bit
on
the
damage.
B
That's
been
done
over
the
years
and
the
cracks
that
are
forming
and
the
rust
in
certain
areas,
and
that
would
have
to
be
cleared
up
and
I
would
assume
or
hope
that
would
still
be
considered
to
be
done
regardless
and
then,
like
I
said,
you
know,
don't
go
for
a
full
restoration.
Go
for.
B
What's
the
minimal
you
can
do
to
clean
this
up,
brighten
it
up
a
little
bit
and
put
a
clear
coat
on
it
that
may
help
chip.
I'm
just
going
to
remind
you
about
the
stage
steps
I
did
send
you
a
photo.
I've
been
talking
with
felicia
about
it.
The
I
talked
with
the
bands
that
were
at
the
most
recent
events.
I've
talked
with
the
chamber
at
the
directly
to
two
of
the
chamber.
People,
nobody
likes
the
steps.
Every
photo,
you
see,
the
steps
are
blocked
off.
B
I
will
just
keep
sorry
reminding
or
nagging
whichever
you
want.
Those
steps
need
to
be
removed.
It's
not
even
just
about
the
railings.
Now,
it's
more
that
we
have
steps
on
the
front
of
the
stage
that
every
band
that
ever
plays
there
has
to
block
them
off,
and
you
know
why
that
is
bands.
Don't
want
people
coming
up
on
stage
right.
B
B
Thousand
or
something
okay
so-
and
you
did
mention
that
you
have
some
bands
that
don't
have
a
problem
with
them
there
and
probably
the
guests,
aren't
getting
drunk
at
an
event
that
has
all
that
going
on
and
wants
to
go
up
on
the
stage
with
the
band,
but
even
the
arbitrary
photo.
I
pulled
off
and
sent
to
you
recently,
which
had
a
band
on
it
and
had
hardly
any
people
in
the
crowd
they
had
it
blocked
off,
and
I
didn't
even
notice
it
until
I
sent
you
the
email.
B
So
just
I'm
going
to
keep
being
an
advocate
for
removing
those
stairs
entirely
and,
of
course,
an
alternate
was
to
try
to
find
railings.
That
would
come
out.
B
Yeah,
your
daughter,
your
daughter's
behind
every
single
shot
in
the
photos
on
the
railing
and
has
a
railing
coming
out
of
her
head
and
mayor
seidel,
who
is
now
watching
these
videos
as
well
to
keep
up
on
our
meetings,
which
I
appreciate
getting
older
four-year-olds
is
not
the
answer.
B
We
need
to
feature
our
four-year-olds
and
let
them
shine
in
those
areas.
Also
just
a
reminder
to
our
group
we're
having
auditions
in
may
for
the
theater
group
we're
going
to
be
doing.
The
next
show
is
going
to
be
shrek.
The
musical
junior
shrek
jr.
The
musical,
I
think,
is
the
way
it
is
we
will
be
holding
auditions
in
may
may.
22Nd
is
masuda's
dancers
recital
it
is
a
free
recital.
It
is
out
at
the
park
last
october,
or
last
december
we
saw
about
200
people.
B
I
believe
we
have
a
food
truck
trucks,
food
truck
whatever
the
case
is,
and
I've
been
working
with
eric
and
karen
to
get
that
resolved
because
I
understand
there
was
some
challenges
there
and
finally,
wrapping
up
with.
We
do
have
also
our
first
ever
theater
camp,
which
is
a
one-week
camp
intensive
four
to
five
hours.
A
day
and
the
kids
will
actually
be
creating
their
own
play,
they
will
actually
be
writing
a
15-minute
script,
choosing
from
music
choices,
choosing
from
themes,
auditioning
people
creating
judges.
B
I
want
them
to
know
what
we
go
through
when
we're
putting
together
a
show,
it's
not
just
about
getting
up
on
the
stage
and
dancing
and
singing.
There
is
a
lot
more
and
I
think
it's
a
good
opportunity
to
educate
our
kids
and,
to
my
knowledge,
this
is
the
first
time
this
type
of
a
program
not
only
with
a
summer
camp
for
theater,
but
to
actually
teach
kids
how
to
make
their
own
show
and
what
goes
into
it
is
being
done.
Yes,
thank
you.
That
was
all
I
had.
Okay,.
A
Or
okay,
so
you
were
mentioning
visiting
other
theaters
to
get
an
idea
about
the
black
box
or
theater
in
general.
So
I
just
wanted
to
make
a
recommendation
for
the
one
in
largo
central
park,
the
eight
o'clock
theater.
They
have
an
incredible,
I'm
not
sure
what
to
call
it
program
there.
It's
just
very
well
done,
looks
very
professional.
A
It's
it's
rather
small
that
it's
actually
it
does
what
it
needs.
Instead,
I
know
english,
it
does
what
it
needs
to
it.
Fulfills.
H
Thank
you.
If
we
all
can
understand
you,
we
all
can
speak
devon.
That's
right!
Oh
no!
One
can
speak
devon
jackson.
No,
I
think
I'm
good
anything
else.
G
Opposing
I
have
more
comments.
Okay,
I
do
want
to
acknowledge
eric
for
doing
such
a
great
job
at
all.
These
events
for
kite
day
chalk,
art
movies
in
the
park
sandcastle
day
he's
been
doing
phenomenal
and
I
appreciate
all
the
events
and
I
think
I've
been
to
nearly
everyone,
so
he's
done
a
great
job
and
good
job
to
our
two
teens
for
beauty
and
the
beast
play
you
did
guys
did
awesome,
I'm
glad
I
recruited
you
and
oh
and
thank
you
for
the
golf
cart
signs
on
the
ariel's
park.
D
Thank
you.
Thank
you
for
attending.
Look
for
the
email
about
your
city,
council,
appearance
and
we'll
take
note.
I
think
you'll
have
some
representation
there
from
the
board,
we'll
be
there
to
back
you
up
case.
They
throw
anything
at
you.
I
don't
think
they're.
I
don't
think
they
will.
But
okay,
just
a
reminder.
Our
next
meeting
is
august.
The
9th
6pm.
