uh I hereby call the Palm Springs closed session meeting of January 26 2023 to order city clerk. Can we have a roll call and some member of the heart.

Present council member hostage here, council member Middleton mayor Pro, tem Bernstein here, mayor Gardner here, four members present and councilmember Middleton will be joining us shortly.

The city clerk: are there any public comments? We have no public commenters. So at this time we will adjourn to our closed session and we will report back in action in Open session at 5, 30.
