Still
available
so
and
and
we're
still
having
fiber
optic
issues
at
public
works,
so
the
best
way
to
reach
anybody
at
public
works.
Right
now
is
through
email,
because
a
lot
of
us
are
having
to
work
remotely
or
or
whatever
so.
C
A
All
right
next
meeting
is
scheduled
for
April
11th.
Does
anybody
have
a
problem
with
that.
E
A
Everybody
sounds
good,
so
we're
moving
on
from
there
I,
don't
see
anybody
to
really
talk
about
public
comment,
I'll
I'll,
just
say
it
anyway.
Anyone
wishing
to
address
the
burnt
store
aisle
Canal
advisory
committee.
Any
subject
may
do
so.
It's
appropriate
time
during
the
meeting.
Those
who
choose
to
speak
must
State
their
name
for
the
record.
Each
person
will
be
allowed
to
speak
up
to
a
maximum
of
three
minutes.
A
With
that
we
go
on
approval
of
the
minutes.
Do
I
hear
a
motion.
B
E
A
All
right
against
all
right:
she
carries
moving
right
along
and
we're
into
reports.
Kathy.
C
B
C
C
Sea
walls
correct
so
because
we
know
that
there's
going
to
be
a
share
along
with
the
FEMA
assistance,
a
mangrove
trimming
I'm
expecting
Mangrove
chewing
to
start
sometime
in
April
I
have
not
yet
received
a
schedule,
so
he
is
working
on
that
our
so
our
mangroves
are
trimmed
by
a
certified
Mangrove
trimmer
and
right
now
he's
kind
of
busy
helping
other
municipalities
trying
to
get
things
cleared
away
and
stuff
like
that.
So,
but
he
did
promise
me
things
would
start
in
April.
C
So
that's
what
I'm
counting
on
Inlet
dredging,
that's
mainly
just
a
maintenance
thing.
You
BSI
spent
a
lot
of
money
to
have
their
perimeter
Canal
dredged
a
couple
years
ago
and
that
we
go
out
there
during
the
summer
months
and
see
if
there
are
any
high
spots.
So
we
don't
have
the
time
to
do
that
now
and
right
now,
I
don't
have
any
vessels
to
actually
perform
that
work.
C
So
if
you
guys
hear
of
anyone
who
hits
a
high
spot,
especially
in
the
perimeter,
Canal
I
would
be
interested
in
that
I
can
get
a
vessel
in,
and
we
can
look
into
that
to
see
if
we
need
to
to
do
some
dredging
out
there.
Okay,
Inlet
widening
that
is
the
BSI
Inlet
widening
project.
We'll
talk
about
that
when
we
get
to
the
capital
Improvement
one
okay
and
then
the
permit
renewals
will
give
guys
an
update
on
the
permit
renewals.
I
know
we
had
some
spendings
because
we
got
our
sea
wall.
C
C
B
E
C
D
C
Well,
you
know
so
so
now
now
they've
come
up
with
another
idea.
Is
we've
sent
them
all
the
photos
that
we've
taken
of
every
sea
wall
failure
all
of
our
inspection
reports,
so
they're
hoping
to
do
a
lot
of
inspections
by
desk
top
by
looking
at
photos,
I
mean
the
high
priorities,
it's
pretty
obvious,
yeah,
that's
a
fail!
It's
in
the
water
right,
so
those
I
think
they'll
be
able
to
inspect
from
their
computers,
and
you
know
move
that
paperwork
forward.
We
have
moved
forward
with
the
seawall
replacement.
C
D
D
C
There's
nothing
we
really
can
do
especially
to
the
walls
that
are
already
damaged,
yeah,
there's
nothing.
We
really
can
do
the
the
ones
that
were
on
the
breakup
being
damaged.
You
know,
they've
failed
with
the
storm,
so
you
know
it's
pretty
much
now,
just
a
reactive.
E
Noticed
that
the
other
day
when
we
were
out
at
some
of
the
people
who
lost
their
sea
walls
in
their
yards
are
compromised,
they
put
these
large
signs
up
no
wake.
Are
we
helping
anybody
with
by
doing
that,
because
some
of
these
boats-
just
you
know
they
they
go
way
faster
than
they
should
anyway,
but
I
think
to
help
some
of
these
people?
You
know
with
these
large
and
awake
signs,
some
people
will
take
advantage
of
you
know
slowing
down
I.
C
Do
have
some
signs
left
over
from
Hurricane
Irma
that
I've
had
that
I
have
had
handed
out.
It
just
says:
please
slow
down
damage,
Seawall
kind.
D
C
B
E
E
E
And
but.
C
Can
wing
it?
We
can
wing
it.
So
we
had
started
the
process
doing
the
Waterway
debris,
removal
with
FEMA
and
they
required
us
to
get
a
permit
through
Army
Corps
of
Engineers,
and
we
had
to
jump
through
a
bunch
of
Hoops.
The
Public
Works
director
was
able
to
reach
out
to
the
Florida
Emergency
Management
Group
they're,
actually
doing
debris,
removal
for
Charlotte
County
and
we
were
able
to
piggyback
onto
that.
They
started
mobilizing
this
week,
they'll
be
staging
at
the
Ponce
Park
to
unload
their
debris
and
haul
it
off
and
stuff
like
that.
C
E
C
B
B
C
Here
are
your
status
reports
too.
Obviously,
that
hasn't
changed
yeah.
Okay,
both
permits
any
questions
on
the
permits,
building
permits
for
docs
lifts,
no,
no
okay,
Capital
Improvement
yeah.
C
So,
as
I
explained
before
it
was
my
recommendation
that
we
waited
until
we
got
the
bids
open
for
the
seawall
replacement
before
we
went
out
for
bids
on
the
lock
widening.
Yes,
because
we
didn't
want
two
contractors
on
top
of
each
other,
we
didn't
want
a
contractor
closing
the
lock
if
we
had
a
contractor
that
needed
access
to
the
lock
to
replace
the
sea
walls.
C
So
we
were
going
to
wait
till
the
bids
were
open
which
will
be
open
on
Monday
and
then
I
figure
it'll
be
a
week,
maybe
two
before
it
goes
to
council
for
approval,
then
I
should
start
receiving
schedules
and
we
can
take
a
look
at
those
schedules.
So
I'm
hoping
at
our
next
meeting.
We
can
have
that
discussion.
Okay,.
A
A
C
Keep
in
mind
I,
just
also
want
to
mention
BSI
only
experienced
what
three
quarters
of
a
mile
in
for
sea
wall
damage,
so
I
think
the
the
sea
ball
replacement,
they'll
be
in
and
out
of
there
within
four
or
five
months.
It'll,
be
you
know,
a
quick
fix,
I'll
be
in
and
out
and
gone
so.
D
C
C
Correct
all
right
and
then
permits
I
think
I
touched
on
that
a
little
bit
again.
We
did
get
our
Seawall
riprap
permit.
We
did
receive
that
and
just
the
other
day
we've
got
our
our
Florida
Department
of
Environmental
Protection
permit
exemption
for
dredging.
Now
the
next
step
is
to
go
to
Army
Corps
of
Engineers.
C
So
so
that's
our
next
step
with
the
dredging
permit
is
to
go
to
the
Army
Corps
of
Engineers
and
to
get
that
permit
so
so
FD
fdep
is
also
still
requiring
any
dredging
that
we
do
in
the
BSI
development
gets
put
back
into
the
deep
sections
of
the
canal,
they're
still
requiring
us
to
do
that.
Okay!
C
A
C
Now
again,
I
just
want
to
remind
you
that
if
you
do
have
people
that
have
concerns
or
questions
about
hurricane
recovery
or
anything
else
like
that,
they
can
reach
out
to
Chris.
Chris
is
going
to
be
sending
you
an
email
with
her
contact,
information
and
again
emailing
us
is
the
best
way
to
go
right
now.
Good,
okay,
instead
of.
B
B
A
A
second
all
in
agreement
hi,
it
opposed
all
right,
hey
we're.
