A
A
A
A
And
we
do
have
a
quorum
first
order
of
business
call
for
public
comments.
There's
any
member
of
the
public
wishing
to
speak.
They
may
do
so
now.
They
would
have
three
minutes
maximum.
A
Third
and
final
call
hearing,
none
will
move
on
approval
of
the
minutes.
It
says
that
minutes
will
be
distributed
by
the
city
clerk's
office.
There
was
a
copy
on
the
diocese
here.
Did
all
the
members
get
that
or
okay,
so
this
this
item's
held
over
for
until
the
next
meeting,
because
we
do
not
have
those
ready,
let's
see,

The

Thank
you.
D
Utilities,
in
addition
to
the
comments
for
utilities
and
the
staff
report,
the
the
city's
only
responsible
for
the
water
and
sewer
in
the
right-of-way,
so
I
know
there's
some
that
crosses
other
private
property.
I,
don't
know
if
you
have
an
easement
or
that
may
be
something
you
want
to
look
into
from,
because
the
utilities
all
Come
From
Grace.
C
Fire,
in
addition
to
the
comments
for
the
20-foot
roadway,
we
did
speak
with
Mr
Herrera
and
the
15-foot
roadway
on
the
right
side
of
the
building
will
be
okay
because
you
guys
maintain
the
20
foot
in
the
back
parking
lot
for
our
apparatus.
So
there's
no
need
to
change
the
15-foot
roadway
on
the
right
side.
C
A
Excellent,
so
we
did
receive
a
letter
confirming
from
the
police
department
last
night
that
the
there
were
no
additional
comments
on
their
end
from
the
building
division,
the
state
that
preliminary
plan
review
is
available
and
that
final
construction
drawings
are
required
before
any
building
approval
can
be
granted
and
any
and
the
building
department
approval
is
not
vested
in
DRC
approvals
reminders
on
their
part.
A
F
Let's
take
a
look
at
it,
but
yeah:
let's
play
that.
That
way,
just.
F
This
is
Michael
Herrera,
with
Grady
minor,
Associates
civil
engineer,
project
manager
for
this
project,
and
so
we
received
all
the
comments.
I
understand
them
all
talk
to
a
lot
of
the
staff
and
I
think
we
start
to
address
a
lot
of
them
and,
and
then
one
two
things
I
want
to
get
out
of
today
is
just
a
quick
preliminary
review.
F
If
we
can
of
this
to
see
if
we've
addressed
some
of
those
comments,
the
major
comments
and
then
number
two
is
just
to
confirm
that
the
process
it's
my
first
time
going
through
this
process
so
with
the
yellow
sheets
and
the
DRC,
and
obviously
we
have
fbot
permitting,
but
I
just
want
to
confirm.
That's
the
only
two
processes
that
we
need
to
get
approved
prior
to
going
for
a
building
permit,
so
just
to
go
over
the
site
plan
really
quickly.
F
So
don't
really
have
three
feet
so
I
just
wanted
to
confirm
it's
that
that
12
feet
we
did
slightly
change
the
alignment
onto
fdot
right
away,
US-41
they
one
of
their
comments
was
it
had
to
shift
down
a
few
feet
so
that
the
apron
didn't
encroach
past
the
property
line
that
has
been
addressed.
As
you
come
into
the
development
you
can
see
immediately
now
that
there
is
a
wall
that
abuts
the
building
to
the
traveling
that
is
acting
as
a
screen
wall
for
a
generator
pad
and
for
the
trash
receptacles.
F
So
that's
where
that
will
be
going
in
the
truss.
Receptacle
was
one
of
the
comments,
so
that
I
think
that's
been
addressed
in
terms
of
the
parking
there
used
to
be
two
handicap
parking
spaces
along
the
Henry
Street
primary
facade
and
it's
been
relocated
to
two
parallel
parking
spaces
along
that
North
Drive
aisle
the
parking
spaces
are
8x22
meets
code,
it's
not
in
front
of
a
primary
facade
and
in
addition,
there
is
also
a
screen
wall
to
the
to
the
east
of
that.
F
One
of
the
other
comments
in
there
was
for
loading
spaces.
I've
discussed
that
with
Mitchell
and
and
I
think
we
were
okay
with
where
we
are.
It's
not
Freight
deliveries,
there's
according
to
the
owner
of
very
few
deliveries,
minus,
obviously
the
the
operations
that
happen
there,
but
and
then
so
as
we
go
to
US
41.
One
of
the
major
comments
was
pedestrian
access
to
the
primary
facade.
F
So
we
St
the
because
of
the
building
setback
requirement
from
Henry
Street
everything
kind
of
moves
South
and
this
building
in
front
of
it
actually
has
the
detention
area.
So
there
isn't
access
from
Henry
Street
directly
to
the
front,
because
it's
all
detention
so
we're
bringing
it
from
U.S
41
for
pedestrian
and
from
the
parking
lot
for
for
parking
spaces.
F
F
There
was
some
other
minor
comments
on
here,
but
I
think
we've
addressed
the
Ada
parking
spaces
or
some
turning
radius,
as
obviously
there's
a
lot
of
notes
that
need
to
be
updated
or
added
to
the
plans
which
we'll
do.
But
this
was
just
the
the
major
site
plan
issues
that
we
wanted
to
make
sure
we
got
at
least
some
type
of
yeah
you're
on
the
right
track,
or
this
looks
good
so
that
when
we
do
have
those
conversations,
if
I
need
to
have
conversations
with
everyone,
at
least,
we
know
we're
on
the
right
track.
A
A
Then
we
will
pass
this
yellow
piece
of
paper
off
to
you
and
you
will
be
responsible
for
it
as
the
agent
for
the
applicant.
A
So
is
your
responsibility
to
go
to
the
individual
departments
and
divisions
and
and
get
those
sign-offs
addressing
their
questions
or
concerns,
and
then,
once
you
have
all
the
signatures,
you
bring
this
piece
of
paper
back
to
Urban
Design
administrative
staff,
and
they
will
process
approve
a
letter.
Of
course
you
also
have
to
have
your
CAD
deliverables
to
pass
off
as
well.
So
the
final
everything
that's
been
modified.
All
of
the
final
approved
plans
on
those
cat
deliverables.
A
F
F
A
A
All
right,
while
that's
going
around
next
item
on
the
agenda,
is
Staff
comments.
Do
we
have
anything
from
Public
Works.
