Description
Development Review Committee 3-10-2023
B
B
Good
morning
we'll
call
the
March
10th
DRC
meeting
to
order,
let
the
record
reflect
that
we
have
all
departments
beside
with
the
exception
of
building
present.
Our
next
meeting
will
be
March
24th.
B
There's
any
public
comment
on
anything.
You'll
have
a
chance
to
talk
at
your
agenda
item.
If
you
would
like.
No
public
comment,
entertain
a
motion
to
approve
the
minutes
from
the
February
10th
meeting
motion.
A
B
Opposed
motion
carries
first
order.
Business
is
lot
0,
1,
2023,
310
Shreve
street,
so
staff
has
been
receipt
of
a
lot
split
application
for
310
Shreve
Street.
The
lot
split
does
not
create
any
non-conformities.
All
utility
issues
will
need
to
be
addressed
prior
to
development
of
the
newly
created
parcel.
Once
the
lot
split
is
approved,
the
applicant
will
take
the
approval
letter
to
the
Charlotte
County
property
appraiser
to
have
the
personal
identification
number
assigned
to
the
new
parcel.
Once
that
step
is
completed,
zoning
staff
will
assign
the
address
so
we'll
go
through
the
comments.
C
D
B
No
okay,
so
we
have
a
little.
It's
called
a
sign
off
sheet.
I
think
you
have
two
departments.
You
need
to
go
visit
that
will
be
building
and
sanitation
over
at
Public
Works.
Once
you
get
those
signatures,
you'll
bring
that
back
into
our
office.
Sammy
is
not
here
today,
but
she'll,
be
back
on
Monday
and
you'll.
Get
that
once
you
get
the
signatures
on
that
you
just
bring
that
in
you,
don't
need
anything
else
with
it.
Just
just
that
piece
of
paper
with
those
signatures.
A
B
And
then
you'll
get
your
approval
letter
and
you'll.
Take
all
that
same
you'll
give
you
all
the
information,
then
you'll
go
to
the
property
appraiser
and
that
will
complete
the
process.
D
A
B
So
this
is
for
just
staff
technical
review
and
comment.
We
are
in
receipt
of
the
variance
application
based
on
the
literal
criteria
outlined
for
variance
in
the
Land
Development
regulations.
Urban
Design
staff
does
not
find
that
it
meets
any
of
the
hardship
requirements
and
recommends
denial
of
the
request.
This
does
go
to
the
historic
preservation,
Advisory
Board,
because
it's
a
historic
structure
and
it
goes
to
board
of
zoning
appeals
and
then
city,
council
city
council
will
make
the
final
determination
for
either
approval
or
denial.
C
Teeth
I'm
going
to
go
out
with
a
bang,
and
so
thank
you,
I,
don't
know
if
you've
had
any
conversations
with
Brian
Clemens
the
city
engineer,
slash
director
of
Public
Works
on
this,
so
I
have
no
comments.
We.
A
A
Know
what
I
mean
I
think
that
this
variance
really
is
only
for
the
cage
that
there's
nothing
that's
required
about
the
pool
and
and
that
part
of
the
Improvement
I
think
it's
only
the
cage.
That's
an
issue
on
us.
B
A
A
B
B
A
We've
got
the
Hibiscus
Festival
coming
up,
May,
5th,
6th
and
7th
I.
Don't
know,
who'll
be
tasked
to
be
there,
but
that's
I
haven't
even
gotten
that
Philip
still
trying
to
get
St
Patty's
Day
filled,
but
we.
B
A
D
A
Llc
and
she
is
her
residence
and,
as
a
matter
of
fact,
probably
putting
it
into
her
name
as
opposed
to
that
LLC
just
before
too
long.
So.
D
B
But
this
is
Angela,
this
is
Angela,
so
what
we'll
do
is
we'll
just
do
a
recommendation
to
move
this
forward.
I'll
get
a
formal
motion
to
move
this
forward
to
the
remaining
boards,
historic
preservation,
bza
and
city
council.
Thank
you
motion
to
move
forward,
v01
2023
to
Historic
preservation,
bza
and
city
council
for
review.
Second,.
C
C
Again,
this
is
my
last
DRC
board.
Let's
see
while
I
sit
here,
I
don't
know
who
will
be
appointed
next
Brian
will
have
to
make
that
decision,
but
I've
appreciated
everyone
working
together
throughout
the
years
on
this
board
and
committee.
So
thank
you.
Congratulations!
We're
going
to
miss
you!
Congratulations.
