Description
Development Review Committee June 9th, 2023
A
So
all
so
we
can
do
a
roll
call.
Sorry.
B
A
Thank
you.
Our
next
meeting
is
scheduled
for
June
23rd
public
comment.
Anyone
wishing
to
speak-
and
do
you
so
at
this
time
on
subjects.
A
And
a
second
call
third
call
hearing,
none
we'll
move
on
approvals,
minutes.
A
The
second
motion
Motion
in
a
second
barring
into
the
discussion,
all
those
in
favor
of
police
signify
by
saying
aye,
opposed
like
same
sign.
Hearing
none
motion
carries
unanimously,
so
we
have
nothing
on
permit
review
application
review.
We
have
two
watt
split
applications,
lot,
03,
2023
and
lot
04
2023.
Both
of
those
are
the
individual
Lots
from
a
lot
that
is
being
split.
So
it's
a
little
bit
confusing
there,
but
the
first
one.
A
The
lot
split
application
is
addressing
lot
28
on
Fitzhugh,
Avenue
and
all
Parcels
are
in
compliance
with
lot
size
requirements
of
the
zoning.
District
utility
issues
would
need
to
be
addressed
at
the
time
of
development
and
once
lotsport
has
approved,
the
applicant
needs
to
to
get
the
PE
property
appraiser
identification
number
from
Charlotte
County.
A
A
A
A
And
in
the
interest
of
time
all
that
sign
off
sheet
is
going
around.
We
have
a
lot
04
2023,
and
this
is
the
same
thing.
This
is
for
Lot
27
on
Fitzhugh
Avenue
and
again
the
once
the
approval
letter
from
zoning
has
been
provided
to
the
applicant.
Then
the
the
applicant
will
need
that
parcel
ID
number
from
the
property,
appraiser
and
Zoning
can
assign
an
address.
A
A
Catch
anything
that
zoning
may
have
missed
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
DRC
1122.
This
is
for
38.85
Tamiami
Trail
bubble
down
car
wash,
and
this
is
a
request
for
an
extension
so.
