Description
Planning Commission Meeting for March 21st, 2023
A
B
Thank
you,
everyone
for
attending
the
planning
division
meeting.
That
exhibition
has
returned
to
the
in-person
meetings.
However,
we
will
continue
to
encourage
remote
participation
and
viewing
of
the
meetings
by
itself.
Please
know
that
we
want
to
hear
from
you
if
you're
in
the
fiscal
audience
or
remotely
participating.
You
would
like
to
address
the
mission
and
commission
during
public
comment
for
the
islands
of
the
agenda.
B
Through
a
person,
please
fill
out
a
speaker
card
and
hand
it
to
the
staff
and,
if
you're
on
Zoom,
you
can
use
the
raise
your
hand
button
at
the
bottom
of
the
screen,
if
you're
joining
by
telephone.
We
also
address
commission
during
public
comment
by
pressing
nine
or
Star.
Nine
and
staff
will
address
you.
B
What
is
your
turn
to
speak
playing,
tough
and
call
your
name
if
you're
on
Zoom
or
the
telephone
they
want
a
new
game.
Speakers
will
be
given
three
minutes
to
speak
to
address
their
mission.
Please
note
if
anyone
in
attendance
may
only
speak
once
per
item
budget.
This
is
going
to
have
a
roll
call
for
attendance.
D
Okay
in
the
next
on
the
agenda,
we
have
approval
of
minutes
from
the
February
21st
2023
meeting.
C
About
it
all
right,
Christianity
all
right,
commissioner,
all
right,
commissioner
Johnson
I'm,
commissioner.
C
Just
as
a
point
of
order,
we
haven't
been
in
person
first
along
before
this
time
of
usually
routine
motion.
Can
we
just
called
for
Reclamation?
Just
you
know,
speed
up
the
process,
not
a
problem.
C
D
Before
that
all
right,
okay,
moving
on
next
is
item
number
five
public
comments
on
items
not
on
gender.
Do
we
have
any
Thomas
remembers
of
public
or
any
shot
Cloud
slate
right.
D
C
D
C
D
All
right,
great!
Okay!
Next,
it's
item
number
seven
appearing
we're
going
to
go
to
item
7A,
which
is
a
request
for
conditional.
C
C
Members
of
the
public,
let's
get
started,
our
public
hearing
high
enough
tonight
is
perfect
for
the
property
4440
in
San
Mateo
Avenue
third
class
before
you
is
a
conversion
of
land
use
to
allow
a
private
Community
facilities
to
operate
at
the
existing
second
floor.
Office
Space,
private
Community
facilities
are
unconditional
use
which
may
be
permitted
once
in
use.
Permit
is
granted
one
of
the
Planning
Commission
and
will
go
more
in
depth
on
the
landing
simulator
slide.
C
A
C
C
C
Now,
looking
at
the
rear
elevation,
the
building
just
does
have
an
existing
fire
escape
ladder
with
a
second
story
about
these
surrounding
fences
and
existing
trash
enclosure
named
Fire
Escape
Route
has
no
circulation
off
of
the
property
here,
we'll
look
at
some
photos
of
subject
covering.
We
have
the
front
elevation
dating
from
San
Mateo
Avenue
and
the
rear
element
private
parking
lot.
On
messing
up
to
the
left
of
number
four
B.
We
have
four
four
six
San
Mateo
and
tea
house
and
Cafe
to
the
left.
We
have
to
see
to
the
right.
C
C
Now,
let's
take
a
look
at
the
existing
of
space,
as
we
mentioned
earlier,
this
seems
to
be
a
travel
agency
to
a
second
core
listed
with
several
office
spaces.
The
total
square
footage
again
before
this
space
was
416
square
root.
Of
eight
the
proposed
floor
plan.
It
tends
to
conduct
a
full
renovation
of
the
space.
The
red
outline
shows
the
walls
that
really
created
by
engineered
the
more
detailed
list
for
grade
10
improvements
taking
place.
C
A
new
name
would
call
a
company
50
people
once
a
month
and
20
people
once
a
week
in
their
reading
period
of
time
in
English
learning.
For
once
a
week,
two
new
offices,
one
burning
clinic
and
with
other
that
can
be
suddenly
supplied
and
property
owner
to
renovated
restrooms
if
they
make
problems,
will
provide
cabinets,
countertops,
a
microwave
in
the
refrigerator
storage
room
and
an
elevator.
C
Moving
on
to
the
first
floor
of
the
applicant
hosts,
the
addition
of
two
doors
and
stairway
commute
Second
Story,
these
additional
entrances
comply
with
California
building
code
to
ensure
that
occupancy
will
overcome
shallow
line
two
points
of
egress
in
the
event
of
the
emergency.
There
are
no
other
building
sites
at.
C
Of
beavers
can
be
in
place
because
again,
the
bill
has
no
art
apprentices
that
face
the
Stream.
The
ultimate
tend
to
remove
these
stairway
and
replace
it
with
an
elevator
to
find
deviate.
Accessibility
here
is
the
example
electrician
facing
San
Mateo
Avenue
you'll
notice
that
444b
has
a
main
engine
in
the
center
of
the
building.
C
C
Reviewing
price,
why
your
facade
alterations
include
changes
for
alterations
to
the
exterior
of
an
existed
building
where
no
increased
Street
square
footage
of
the
building
will
occur,
including
the
unlimited
to
the
addition
of
doors
for
the
illumination
pre-existing
endorse
with
that
said,
this
exception
finds
me
that
the
providing
is
conducting
alteration
added
to
yours.
This
will
not
result
an
increase
of
square
footage
for
the
building
up.
Next,
we'll
look
at
parking
and
we
will
return
to
chapter
12
by
100
off
screen
particles
for
the
medicinal
code.
C
C
C
Thus,
subsection
42
replies
in
the
scenario
and
the
city
cannot
require
a
project
to
provide
a
digital
particle
to
remedy
parking
deficiencies
existing
prior
to
the
land.
Use
change
regardless
I
do
want
to
go
over
the
requirements
in
the
subsection
that
we
need.
One
to
determine.
The
numbers
are
required.
Off-Stream
parking
spaces
will
prepare
the
standards
based
on
their
land
use.
The
existing
land
use
travel
agency
is
classified
as
office
in
which
one
parking
space
is
required
for.
A
C
C
C
It
would
have
11
spaces
are
now
required,
with
the
light
spaces
being
less
than
the
existing
required
parking
spaces.
We
can
include
that
the
austrate
partners
standards
are
subsection
between
each
one,
do
not
apply
and,
as
we
mentioned
before,
the
opportunities
apply
with
no
enlargement,
remodel
physical
alteration
or
language
conversion
results
and
increase
the
number
of
law
strength.
Marker
requirements,
the
environment
demonstrate
that
there
will
not
completing
any
number
of
required
Audrey
Department
spaces.
C
Further
staff
advisor
department
is
available
around
the
site
and
in
public
parking
lots
to
serve
for
those
teams
for
the
proposed
development
will
be
consistent
with
the
general
plan
through
December
and
our
plan.
This
property
is
designated
as
Central
business
district
for
interconditionally
permits.
D
Let's
see,
do
you
have
anyone
from
the
applicant
or
the
architect
or
the
applications?
Yes,.
F
Thank
you.
My
name
is
Richard
Campbell
I'm,
the
elected
representative
of
Pacific,
surfing,
watch
and
I'd
like
to
say
hard
to
say
more.
We
do
have
our
architect
here.
One
member
is
physically
present,
there's
others
leave
online.
We
also
have
a
representative
of
the
owner
and
also
the
owner
of
the
tutu
school,
which
is
attended
down
below.
F
In
the
gamergator,
the
other
tenants
here
also
we're
looking
forward
to
this.
Our
membership
has
been
looking
for
a
long-term
permanent
location
for
quite
some
time.
For
the
past
year,
we've
been
renting
another
facility
on
San
Mateo
Avenue
until
a
more
permanent
one
that's
been
found.
We
have
got
all
the
local
restaurants
and
other
activities
to
be
perfect
for
what
we
do,
which
is
fellowship
our
vision
of
community
engagement.
We
host
fundraisers
youth
groups.
A
F
C
F
We
as
specific
starting
launch
are
not
focused
on
renting
out
the
location
with
an
exception.
We
did
build
in
that
sublease
office
to
offset
the
rent
I
understand
exactly
what
you
mean,
but
we
do
not
plan
on
renting
that
out
I
mean
we
engage
with
various
different
news
orders
and
whatever,
and
sometimes
they
ask
if
they
can
use
a
facility
because
we're
in
the
business,
if
you
will
helping
the
community,
think
quite
often
donate
that
kind
of
stuff.
So
I'm
not
sure.
If.
C
B
F
Two
different
tenants
on
the
ground
floor.
We
try
to
minimize
the
disruption
as
much
as
possible,
but
like
the
reports
that
we
really
had
absolutely
no
choice,
we
had
to
put
two
stairways
in.
We
looked
at
every
single
possible
option
to
manipate
back,
but
there's
really
because
the
landlord
not
besides
yeah.
F
Doors,
you
know
the
walls
at
all
right.
No,
we
looked
at
the
infected
areas
and
it
based
on
what
we
know
the
seismic.
The
thing
that
has
to
be
done
get
a
Stairway.
Elevator
is
most
of
the
disruption,
as
you
might
think,
four.
C
Minutes
it
would
mostly
impact
the.
F
F
F
Been
and
currently
at
the
American
Legion
Hall,
seven
by
seven
San
Mateo
Avenue,
been
there.
D
F
Or
what
are
the
hours
a
good
question?
So
on
average
we
meet
every
single
Monday,
we
have
dinner,
so
it's
six
o'clock
dinner.
We
then
we
have
social
or
some
meeting
afterwards.
C
F
E
Scott
Cunningham
I'm,
one
of
the
owners
of
heretic
games.
It's
one
of
the
bottom
units
is
it
442.
I
have
some
concerns
about
this
because
the
stairwell
is
going
to
greatly
affect
us.
E
B
E
C
To
the
actual
building
of
the
relationship
between
each
other
I
understand,
so
five
investments
will
be
able
to
address
that
issue.
Okay,
thank
you,
for
this
gentleman
has
pleased
with
that
space
from
the
Welch
Family
I
mean
would
essentially
withdrawing
his
active.
So
that's,
basically
whether
that
seems
like
it
would
violate
me.
C
That's
why
I'm
thinking
about
it
throughout
the
challenge?
Oh
no
discussion-
and
you
know
there
are
lots
that
you
know
I
have
ideas
that
have
been
equipped
with
the
retail
addresses
at
this.
E
C
C
E
That's
gonna
because
I
would
have
to
yes,
no
there's
been
no
talk
to
me
about
that.
I
was
just
presented
the
plans
as
as
you're
seeing
them
there.
That
was
all
right.
C
D
C
We
you
know
at
the
staff
level
trying
to
make
sure
that
there
was
communication
or
tenants
about
this
issue,
which
seems
you
know,
doesn't
seem
quite
resolved,
so
certainly
one
option
or
that
information
yeah
well
certainly
yeah.
It's
it's
not
beneficial
for
the
city
to
approve
a
use
permit
that
involves
the
taking
event.
C
You
know.
Obviously,
we
have
property
owner
consent
for
the
applicant
to
move
forward
with
their
application,
but
this
is
a
very
unusual
situation.
Okay,
so
one
one
option
would
be
you
know
to.
Certainly
they
can
continue
this
this
item
to
your
next
meeting
up
to,
rather
than
taking
an
actual
this
evening,
to
make
sure
that
any
issues
with
Senate
on
ground
floor
in
terms
of
how
the
instructions
and
the
ownership
you
know
how
that
changes.
Since.
E
C
Would
there
be
any
way
to
do
illegal
use
of
the
upper
board
without
some
friendship
like
this?
Is
it's
basically
like
in
order
in
order
to
have
appropriate
fire
egress
under
modern
code?
It
needs
to
access
that
there's
no
way
they
can
work
at
the
rare
it
so
like.
So
it's
easy
basically
like
that
upper
core
cannot,
which
will
leave
you
put
back
into
use
without
a
retrofit,
like
that,
so
the
expense
of
the
existing
space
is
used
as
offices,
so
another
office
used,
but
the
the
chain
calls
it
back
under
the
building
code.
C
So
we
answered
us
those
part
of
it.
You
know
the
required.
D
Okay,
how
long
have
you
been
in
business
at
this
location
since
2014.,
okay,.
A
E
B
It
sounds
like
there's
negotiations
or
something
agreements
to
happen.
Landlord.
C
The
the
use
not
so
much
all
the
the
real
battle
I
heard,
the
real
challenge.
Experience
is
getting
you
guys
to
work
together.
Okay,
that's.
B
Captured
so
but
I
appreciate
it,
yeah
I'll
have
to
check
out
your.
G
All
right
all
right
so
I
understand
that
I'm,
the
other
co-owner
of
caretaking,
so
I,
understand
that
the
issue
I
would.
C
Have
to
bring
Whitney
and
Welsh,
but
hopefully
I
did
want
to
ask.
How
will.
C
C
Because
the
street,
it
can
be
a
little
narrow,
especially
what
a
tip
Aileen
we'll
have
a
lot
of
children.
There's
a
lot
of
strollers
and
it's
been
hard
for
some
people
in
that.
Okay
and
I
understand
that
people
chairs
have
had
trouble
moving
around,
especially
when
there's
construction
going
on
and
I
also
want
to
hear
about
the
time
of
construction
because
they
brought
up
like
it
won't
interfere,
World
store
hours.
But
that's.
A
C
Very
clear
to
me,
like
you
know
what
those
hours
are.
C
One
of
the
things
that
we
have
been
experience
from
half
times
is
when
the
applicant
produces
the
plan
of
action
and
multiple
involves,
but
then
I
just.
C
C
And
some
of
those
Visions
might
answer
the
question
about
struggling
hours.
Usually,
decisions
can
you
sure,
hopefully
your
packets
have
attached
one
okay.
E
C
C
Sounds
to
me,
like
States,
we've
used
for
varieties
doesn't
necessarily
have
to
read
me
most
of
us
a
use,
for
you
know
public
Gatherings.
However,
it
doesn't
have
to
be
so
in
theory,
they
teach
the
engines
and
for
Office
Space
the
one
exit
would
be
at
the
egress
exit
would
be
adequate
and
this
wouldn't
be
a
detriment
to
the
tenants
below
whether
or
not
that's
our
excuse
me
is
that
we've
been
on
purpose
or
is
that
really
that's
really
just
no?
No,
and
since
the
office
has
a
fermented,
use
I
mean
another.
C
C
A
D
D
C
Sure,
after
taking
this,
all
in
I'm
kind
of
leaning
towards
continuing
until
all
parties
have
resolved
the
usage
of
space,
I
mean
it's
kind
of
like
proving
someone
to
remodel
their
house
where
it's
going
to
impede
on
into
their
next
door.
Neighbor's.
C
D
Okay,
the
other
speakers
on
this
one.
C
Just
remember
the
group
absolutely
I
was
I
was
hoping
to
see
a
little
bit
more
detail
about
how
the
house,
above
the
elevator,
was
planned
to
be
finished.
It
kind
of
looks
a
little
funny
with
like
just
a
new
little
box
sitting
on
the
roof.
I,
don't
know
if
there
was
going
to
be
a
parapet
planned
something
to
maintain
the
visual
Integrity
of
the
building.
C
So
if
you
happen
for
you,
but
I
Consulting,
working
in
participation
of
this
body,
improving
so
I
won't
carry
forward
as
far
as
the
elevator
Penthouse,
it's
a
little
bit.
One
point
that
you
know
the
way
you
see
it
represented
on
your
drawing.
So
it's
a
little
out
of
characteristic
actually
how
you're
going
to
perceive
it
because
it
hang
out
on
the
ground
floor,
your
angle
up
you're
not
going
to
skip.
C
You
can
see
it
partially
across
the
street,
maybe
because
it's
set
back
a
little
bit
and
it's
only
going
to
be
about
four
or
five
pi
and
the
sun
plaster
finish,
and
we
can
look
at
that
further.
We
have
to
put
in
another
intermediate
like
Parenthood
or
some
sort
of
screw
device
or
something
that's
a
little
bit
less
noticeable.
C
D
Any
mechanical
units
going
on
in
the
group
that
would
need
screening
we're
trying
to
avoid
that.
We're
going
to
put
those.
C
Are
you
aware
of
any
discussion
between
attendant
for
landlord,
letting
you
know
the
concerns
presented
student?
As
far
as
the
discussions
Richard
here
was
probably
more
privilege,
because.
G
My
name
is
Whitney
I'm,
actually,
the
owner
of
the
children's
ballet
school
and
I'm
also
a
Welsh,
so
I
work
for
the
family.
Company
I
have
spoken
with
the
tenants
next
door,
but
just
very
brief.
It
was
just
a
one-time
conversation
and
we
haven't
gotten
much
further
than
that.
G
I
think
that
the
conversation
obviously
needs
to
be
had
on
both
my
behalf
as
the
tenant
like
as
the
neighbor
and
not
as
much
the
owner
as
well
as
with
the
other
ones,
but
also
as
the
landlord
with
each
tenant,
because
it
would
disrupt
some
of
our
space
and
it
would
ultimately
decrease
our
size
of
our
units.
But
again
the
conversations
have
been
very
brief
and
not
really
discussed
too
much,
because
if
there
wasn't
going
to
be
the
approval
there
wasn't
necessarily
the
need.
G
So
the
final
plans
were
just
brought
to
me
recently
and
so
I
just
had
a
very,
very
brief
discussion
with
the
neighbors.
Of
course,
we
both
are
concerned
about
the
space
that
it
would
take
from
us.
It
would
be
my
violating
area
where
the
parents
sit
as
well
as
a
lot
of
their
gaming
space.
The
one
great
benefit
of
the
upstairs
is
they
did
offer
to
have
both
of
us
have
events
or
I
have
high
heels
summer
camps
and
stuff
like
that
they
could
be
utilized
upstairs.
G
So
there
is
like
some
benefits
that,
yes,
some
of
our
space
could
be
taken,
but
ultimately
there
could
be
extra
space.
We
would
be
given
rep
free,
basically,
so
there's
a
lot
more
to
be
discussed
as
far
as
tenants
and
landlords
and
I
just
wanted
to
answer
that
the
conversation
has
been
very
short
and
free
between
everybody.
So
far,
so.
C
It
sounds
like
it,
it
is
premature,
and
so,
when
you
have
the
opposition
to
have
a
continuance
until
some
of
that
discussion
takes
place
as
good
as
well.
G
I
mean
no
I,
don't
think
so.
We
just
wanted
to
have
the
gentleman
present
their
plan
to
you
guys
and
see
if
it
was
even
a
remote
possibility
if
it
was
just
going
to
be
a
no.
That
makes
it
pretty
easy,
but
if
it
is
gonna,
if
you
guys
are
allowing
continuance,
I
think
that
gives
us
extra
time
to
discuss
as
neighbors
and
tenants
and
landlord
tenant
relationships
like
linked.
D
Your
speakers
on
this
agenda-
okay,
Prime,
commission
members-
don't
speak
on
any
of
this.
Please
feel
free
tomorrow,
I.
C
Did
have
a
question
on
kind
of
the
higher
level
Point.
It
looks
to
me
like
in
terms
of
the
parking
I
mean
their
their
group
is
currently
operating
on
another
part
of
San,
Mateo,
I'm,
not
sure
it's
mine.
It
does
seem
odd
that
the
parking
requirement
for
this
change
in
use
lowers
the
amount
of
parking
I,
find
it
a
little
bit
I'm
a
little
skeptical
that
you
would
have
fewer
visits.
It
would
be
a
very
different
time
of
day
and
much
spikier,
but
it
but
it
can.
C
You
know
you
have
for
people
versus
you,
know
five
people
working
in
office
and
they
had
three
or
four
customers
at
a
time.
It
seems
like
the
parking
requirement
associated
with
its
use
is
actually
a
larger
number
of
spaces
at
the
research,
so
that
seems
like
it
may
be
a
little
bit
of
a
glitch
in
our
code.
I
honestly,
like
I,
think
regardless.
It's
probably
fine
that
but
I
mean
you
know
like
like
the
at
6
PM
hour.
That's
you
know,
sort
of
the
peak
time
for
the
restaurants
in
the
area.
C
C
So
Point
here,
I
I,
was
supposed
to
take
a
photo
to
close
a
couple
of
commentary
and
we
can
discuss
more
so
why
don't
we
do
that
now?
No
other
speakers
I'll
make
the
motion
that
we,
both
in
common.
C
D
If
any
questions
or
comments
you'd
like
to
make
on
this
topic
sure,
like
so
a
couple
things
I
I'm
in
favor
of.
C
Continuous
I
really
want
this
to
work.
I
I'm,
really
interested
in
value
the
use
of
space
as
a
separate
alliance.
Community
service
Club
should
have
a
space
and
we've
been
struggling
for
a
place
to
meet
for
years
and
meeting
outside
of
San
Bruno
the
same
issue
that
you're
trying
to
resolve
here
so
I
I
definitely
have
my
empathy.
C
It
also
offers
you
the
store.
It's
really
cool
at
one
final
in
time,
dog,
survivors,
I,
remember
you
got
your
window
broken.
Your
word
came
that
stayed
in
business
yeah,
so
you
do
I
want
to
make
sure
that
State
downtown
that
you
feel
respect
it
to
evaluate,
and
you
have
a
long-term
future
there,
the
more
that
we
can
work
these
things
out
before
it
goes
back
to
us.
I
want
to
value
that
we
had
another
situation.
C
So
I'm
really
going
to
encourage
you
be
clear
about
what
you
need
and
how
you
can
make
that
work
for
everyone
and
bring
it
back
to
us
so
that
we
can
figure
out
how
to
kind
of
engineer
for
everyone
if
I
can
say
that
and
secondly,
we
can
talk
about
this
continuation,
the
commercial
of
our
midnight,
the
parking
just
list
a
little
bit
as
well.
I
understand
the
like
the
regulation,
but
that
area
of
San
Mateo
Avenue
is
problematic.
C
C
We
had
people
parking
and
building
zones
and
temporary
zones
for
hours
at
a
time
so
like
I,
just
don't
know
what
that's
going
to
do
on
a
Monday
evening
when
you
have
people
like
my
family,
going
to
the
Swim
School,
any
other
people
double
party
that
you
have
a
stressing
people
jump
out,
walk
around
cars.
That
area
in
particular,
is
is
a
headache,
so
you
know,
then
we
can
talk
about
that.
C
That's
all
great,
thank
you
for
the
chair.
Excuse
me
also
in
favor
of
continuance.
I'd
really
like
the
city
conversation
between
the
pennants
make
sure
that
it's
somewhere
in
the
position
that
they
want
us
a
unique
set
of
construction
hours
that
maybe
it's
through
staff
that
matches
the
tenants
current
business
activities
and
then
the
second
one
is
I,
forget
what
you
calls,
but
it's
like
a
structured
mitigation
traffic
plan.
C
Also
I
I
do
feel
I
have
mixed
feelings
about
this
use
just
in
general,
and
it's
really
because
it's
only
used
once
a
week.
Now,
let's
see
our
most
extreme
view,
if
you
were
to
say
this
was
only
used
once
a
year
one
night
once
a
year,
I
would
say
that
probably
does
not
fit
being
Tech
right
right
once
a
week,
one
night
once
a
week
also,
you
know
it
wasn't
really
bring
into
a
downtown
I.
C
I,
don't
know
so,
but
I
wouldn't
ask
if
you
could
open
it
up
more
often
to
other
folks,
and
that
was
bringing
poor
folks
downtown,
because
that's
really
cool
because
all
for
driver.
C
Thank
you
yes,
I'm
part
of
it,
which
I
mean
so
I,
see
the
other
side
of
the
face
and
desired
almost
the
same
things
right.
So
how
many
community
space
I
think
it's
really
great
opportunity
coming
on
the
side
of
being
a
business
owner
of
45
years
and
separate
the
reality
is
the
business
center
you
have
you
have
you
take
risk
and
when
you
have
people
come
in
and
out
of
your
building,
there's
a
risk
to
that.
There's
cost
to
that.
C
So
maybe
it's
important
to
recognize
that
this
particular
Association
wants
to
be
generous
and
to
be
thoughtful
worker.
Raise
that
piece
of
it
so
as
much
as
what
we
want
through
our
limitations
and
risk
to
help
with
that,
and
so
it's
important
for
me
that
I
basis
on
one
is
best
for
what
you're
proposing
benefit.
C
D
B
And
so
I
really
really
hope
that
everyone
involved
works
together
in
an
honest
way
and
is
empathetic.
C
D
B
B
D
B
D
So
I
get
that
but
yeah
I
think
I.
Think
a
continuance
is
probably
a
great
idea
of
just
instance
and.
B
C
G
C
Building
and
and
sort
of
you
know
planning
code
in
terms
of
the
Aesthetics
like
whether
some
accommodation
can
be
found
that
would
vacate
the
need
for
the
the
large
disruption
of
the
stairway
like
weather,
something
like
the
you
know,
world
of
Empire
escape
from
I,
don't
know
just
like
an
abstract.
We
can
ask
the
builders.
Aren't
that
question
yeah.
So
I
think
that
if
that
could
be
the
answer
is
a
week,
it
would
help
give
directions
and
whenever
you
can
be
worked
out,
that
seems
like
it
would
make
a
lot
less.
C
There's
a
real
Advantage
here
that
we
have
where
you
all
should
be
able
to
present,
but
it's
good
at
that
term,
as
well
as
an
owner
and
also
as
a
as
a
business
owner
there
that's
right.
There
was
a
little
opportunity.
B
C
C
A
D
Thank
you,
okay.
That
is
our
only
public
hearing
item
report
tonight.
So
moving
on
to
item
number
eight,
which
is
kind
of
business
I,
think
we
have
something
there.
Foreign.
C
At
your
last
feeding
considered
resolutions
to
the
recommendations
to
the
city
council,
while
we're
at
the
resolution
we
had
and
the
packet
was
one
for
approval
or
to
to
endorse
the
changing
of
the
Cannabis
regulations.
So
what
you
typically
do
in
situations
like
this
is
because
the
city
council
needs
a
written
record.
If
your
decision
yep,
the
City
attorney,
had
I
decided
that
the
best
course
of
action
would
be
to
modify
the
resolution
that
presented
to
you,
that's
for
your
review.
C
So
if
you
have
any
comments,
anything
within
the
resolution,
if
any
boarding
changes
or
anything
that
you
feel
needs
to
be
changed
to
the
federal
electorate
decision,
we
would
welcome
that
and
then
so
it's
similar
to
a
ruby
minutes
where
you
would
just
you
know,
make
a
motion
to
approve
the
resume
resolution
as
preventive
or
quick.
D
D
D
D
C
So
that
that's
obviously
a
perio
her
first
president,
okay,
yeah
I,
wasn't
sure
if
I
was
just
reading
it
wrong,
but
I
felt
relationship
a
Remnant
or
opposite
of
what
we
were
saying.
Yeah,
we're
not
supposed
to
say
anything
so
that
that
would
be
my
only
suggestions
to
either
strike
that
or
entirely
or
record
say
that
the
existing
organized
is
not
that
traumatically
yeah.
D
D
Okay,
if
no
one
has
any
of
the
comments,
a
motion
to
approve
comments
with
Amendment
side
of
six,
the
modified
resolution,
a
second
you
should
handle
them
all
those
in
favor.
D
Thank
you
very
much.
Okay,
not
next
items,
I
have
nine
items
for
staff.
C
I
did
want
to
just
make
the
commissioner
where
that
I'll
add
your
next
meeting.
We
have.
C
In
how
it
is
I'll,
be
honest
with
you.
C
If
that
information
that's
been
presented
in
the
city
of
terrific
schedule
of
events,
not
only
for
the
school
for
the
planning
process
for
the
school,
but
also
there's
a
parallel
process
going
on
for
the
design
of
the
soccer
fields
that
where
the
city
has
hired
calendar
Associates
for
that
effort-
and
there
are,
if
you,
if
you've
read
or
city
managers
recent
newsletter,
there
I
believe
there
was
a
schedule
up
there.
I
can
also
provide
you
a
link
to
to
that
as
well,
but
the
the.
D
C
Had
any
injections
to
fix
your
meeting
around
6
PM
for
the
scoping
session
and
then
our
regular
meeting
is
at
a
scoping
session,
will
take
pretty.
C
C
C
C
C
D
C
A
C
C
I
thought
the
rules
on
conflict
of
interest
have
changed
this
year
in
regards
to
materiality,
and
so
a
good
look
at
the
changes
to
the
you
know
to
the
proposed
development,
because
family
home
without
material
will
impact
the
value
of
your
own,
then
you
might
be
able
to
participate,
especially
in
some
of
it,
but
we're
gonna
go
back
and
get
some
real
education
started,
yeah
yeah,
so.
C
There
is
a
there
is
a
direct
concept
of
Interest,
so
it
could
not
be
able
to
participate
in
that
one.
So
is
there
that
I
understand
that
with
you
materiality
yeah
right
right,
so
it's
greater
no
you're,
you're
you're,
correct,
though
for
other.
So
then
there's
also
now
a
thousand
Radiance
care.
That's
that's!.
C
Kind
of
a
situation
where
that's
usually
when
we
go
to
the
City
attorney
to
see
whether
and
then
you
know
regarding
voting
on
various
kinds
of
ordinances
but
related
to
like
cannabis,
businesses
or
zoning
changes.
That's
where
materiality
I
think
it
comes
comes
into
play
and
wears
they're.
You
know
changing
important,
that's
not
materiality
change,
get
out
or
benefit
you,
your
property
per
se.
That's
where
you
typically
go
to
City
Journey
with
secretary
like
say:
yes
in
the
situation,
it
would
be
in
the
state
so.
C
Feedback
on
the
setup
or
I
feel
like
we
probably
should
request
microphones,
yeah
yeah
and
get
it
down
right
here,
get
more
people
here.
It's
gonna
be
really
hard
yeah
and
it
was
a
presentation
of
me.
That's
a
stroke.
Yeah.
