San
jose
and
pedestrian
projects..
Good
luck
with
that
issue.
a
reminder
of
the
importance
for
all
as
much
as
we
want,
you
know,
good
practices
with
those
sort
of
things
and
good
technology
and
surveillance
and
data
collection
technology
around
that
that's
part
of
good
community
safety..
It's
really
important
to
also
always
keep
in
mind
open
public
policies
and
accountability.
Practices.
F
F
You
have
two
items
about
community
energy
issues,
renewable
contact,
two
thousand
twenty,
two,
twenty
three
and
renewable
fossil
fuel
practices,
and
I
just
wanted
to
mention
that
it
was
really
it's
always
been
a
goal,.
You
know,
the
past
few
years
that
two
thousand
twenty
three
was
as
a
milestone
year
for
the
research
community.
Energy.-
I
haven't
known
why
exactly
is.
F
F
How
did
you
how
to
work
that?
And
we
have
good
ways
to
do
that,
and
we
are
learning
to
do
that
and
the
future
of
renewables
and
and
that
balance
it
has
to
be
very
closely
monitored..
You
can't
just
you
just
can't
give
away
the
store
with
a
whole
bunch
of
fossil
fuel
packages.
everything
has
to
be
very
closely
checked..
I
just
wanted
to
remind
ourselves
this
time
and
really
what
to
prepare
for
in
twenty
twenty
three
could
be
anything..
Thank.
F
F
Minute
and
talking
about
things,
I've
tried
really
hard
to
develop
a
way
to
describe
all
the
issues
at
stake
in
two
minutes.
What
my
thinking
has
been
going
through
and
kind
of
what
the
thinking
cost
of
thinking
of
community
energy
is
in
san
josé
and
what
they've
been
going
through
and
dealing
with
the
past
few
years
and
there's
a
lot
of
factors
at
play
and
I've
used
those
factors
to
describe
possible
natural
disaster
preparedness.
F
F
F
It's
a
way
to
really
describe
to
the
public
what
they
can
expect
and
what
what
to
look
forward
to.
and
if
you
do
it
honestly
and
well,
and
not
just
a
bit
of
battle
and
but
just
a
really
honest
good
project
and
what
to
expect
coming
up
that
prepares
as
well,
and
those
are
good
practices..
Good
luck.
How
we
can
do
that,
and
thanks
for
all
your
patience,
all
this
time
and
me
trying
to
say
these
words
as
well.
thank
ok,.
A
D
D
A
A
H
Want
to
say
thank
you.,
my
name
is
socotra
and
I
must
say,
resident
and
taxpayer,
and
I'm
grateful
that
you
all
have
moved
up
the
noncitizen
voting
rate,
especially
and
are
putting
it
in
the
time
slot
of
the
evening
at
six
p.m.
so
I'm
urging
the
committee
to
accept
this
item
number
five
on
the
consent
calendar
and
confirm
that
study
session
for
the
expansion
of
voting
rights
at
6:00
on
august.
H
E
E
We
do
the
time
stamp
and
the
confirmation
that
will
occur
at
six
p.m.
that
we,
as
the
community,
would
approach
that
day
mindfully
and
to
continue
to
look
forward
to
that
day
in
terms
of
their
own
participation
and
also
scheduling
around
their
own
work
schedules
as
well.
as
always,.
We
don't
have
a
community
in
mind
so
against
it
that
confirmed
as
long
as
we
have
it
is
the
piece
of
their
community
regarding
that
and
continue
to
share
transparency.
I
I
I
Heard
so
I
would
encourage
the
rest
of
the
committee
to
please
approve
that
consent
and
move
the
meeting
to
august
twenty
third
at
six
p.m.
and
also
timestamped
it.
So
we
can
prepare
and
be
ready
to
show
up
to
their
study
session
once
again,.
Thank
you
very
much
and
I
will
make
sure
to
spread
the
word.
thank
you.
and
before
I.
A
To
make
clear
it
is,
it
is
going
to
be
time
certain
to
start
at
six
p.m.
on
that
day.
That's
indicated
in
there.,
so
you
can
everybody
that
starts
speaking
today
and
going
to
be
helping
to
spread
the
word..
You
can
let
everybody
know
it
will
start
at
six
o'clock
on
the
on
that
day.
ok,.
Mr.
I
just
want
to.
E
F
C
A
A
One
we
have
protecting
the
public
from
predatory
criminal
behavior,
pending
investigations
of
employee
misconduct
from
our
mayor,
and
I
don't
know
if
the
mayor
is
on.
no,,
but
I
see
shivan
and
I
know
there
was
a
early
consideration
for
him.
So
I'll
kick
it
over
to
you.
If
you
wanted
to
respond,
first,
sir.
D
J
A
F
Thank
you
for
this
item..
This
is
actually,
it
seems,
like.
I
think
it's
been
a
few
years
in
the
making,
and
it's
nice
that
the
mayor,
you
know
it's
like
I,
I
know,
but
better
late
than
never,
never,
but
at
least
we're
doing
it,
and
I
think,
maybe
with
time
it
can
allow
the
mayor
to
work
out
really
some
good,
interesting
ideas
that
can
be
long,
lasting
and
I'm
interested
in
that
kind
of
thinking
and
what
what?
What
a
project.
F
you
know,
in
the
last
six
months
to
the
mayor
that
you
can
consider,
as
in
fact,
for
many
of
the
councilpersons
as
well.
What
could
be
projects
project
that
can
be
long
lasting
for
the
future
of
san
jose.?
Hopefully,
that
can
be
something
we
can
make
light
of
in
the
last
six
months
here
of
of
many
elected
officials
and
take
note
and.
F
F
F
B
A
D
Yes.
my
understanding
for
number
two
in
the
direction
to
us
is
we've
been
asked
to
report
back,
which
the
rules
committee
can
ask
us
to
report
back
the
changes
as
a
part
of
recommendation
to
our
administrative
matters
that
are
being
implemented
now
under
the
city
manager's
authority
as
the
the
head
administrator
of
the
city..
So
we're
going
to
report
back
on
those
we
don't
need
direction
other
than
on
the
report,
back.
ok,.
So
I
will.
B
G
C
G
G
G
anyway
ok,?
So
I
see
you.
C
Also,
a
good
question
and
I
think
the
city
manager's
office
has
been
working
with
the
police
department
on
some
of
those
things..
There
are
some
jobs
within
the
police
department
that
aren't
that
don't
involve
interaction
with
the
public.,
and
so
I
think,
that's
part
of
what
they're
reviewing
and
thinking
about.
G
J
J
Regarding
officer
domingo's
and
the
code
enforcement
employee,,
I
would
think
we
would
have
sufficient
time
to
report
back
by
the
end
of
year..
My
concern
is
more
on
the
number
three
which
talks
about
other
examples,
erm,
because
other
examples
is
going
to
require
me
to
do
some
digging
and
there
is.
G
G
G
J
G
G
J
J
J
G
A
A
The
full
definition
or
extent
of
what
we're
talking
about
here.,
you
know,,
I
have
an
understanding
of
predatory
but
others
may
two
and
clearly
that
that
term
is
being
utilized
in
this
context
as
as
a
focus,
and
so
we
should
know
what
we're
talking
about..
I
don't
know
if
you
have
you
greenlit
this
then
you're
saying
that
the
extent
of
the
direction
to
the
city
manager
is
already
being
worked.
D
Administrative
policy
manuals
and
and
labor
standards
that
we
have.,
so
we
do
need
to
provide
a
little
bit
more
specificity
around
some
of
this,
and
I
do
think
that
we're
getting
to
that
and
we'll
be
ready
by
the
twenty
first..
Obviously,
the
city
manager
and
the
police
chief
announced
some
changes
last
week
and
there's
more
specific
specificity.
I
think
in
that
where
we
can
be
more
clear
about
on
the
twenty
first.,
so
I
I
think,
I'm
not
sure
exactly
how
the
mayor
wanted
to
define.
D
A
A
D
An
employee,
at
any
rate
throughout
the
organization
to
have
the
potential
impact,
health
or
welfare
of
the
community
or
any
other
city
employees,
and
that
could
be
a
range
of
things,
but
not
limited
to
alleged
sexual
assault,
assault
or
battery
theft,
bribery..
So
I
think
we're
looking
at
things
that
aren't
just
predatory
in
nature,
but
also
trying
to
add
a
level
of
specificity
so
that
the
policy
is
much
more
clear
for
public
and
employees
that
need
to
make
those
decisions.
ok,.
Thank
you.
A
F
F
F
Forms
of
violence
we
have
in
san
jose..
I
think
that's,
that's
a
really
interesting
idea,
and
I
think
it
just
it
can
give
a
lot
of
comfort
to
people
at
this
time
in
what
we're
we're
trying
to
address.
you
know,
we've
had
two
mass
shooting
incidents,
and
another
way
is
that
we
really
have
to
talk
to
our
children,
how
they
want
to
solve
problems
in
the
future,
and
it
doesn't
have
to
be
this
massive
explosive
everything
all
at
once.
Approach,
you
know,
and
the
sort
of
martyrdom
and.
F
It
answers
all
questions.
telx,
no
lies.,
you
know,,
I
just
I.
We
have
to
learn
how
to
get
out
of
that
way
of
thinking,
and
we
have
to
really
takes
a
lot
of
work
to
practice.
Good
organic
practice
and
time
and
patience
and
dialog
really
can
make
changes
that
these
young
people
are
going
towards,
and
I
hope
we
can.
thank
you,
blair.
next
up,.
K
K
To
be,
I
know
these
are
some.
These
are
not
real
big
deals,
but
people
get
hurt.
The
traffic
incident
accidents
have
got
to
skyrocket
on
saturday,
I'm
division
zero.,
it
doesn't
seem
to
working.
So
I
know
everybody's
trying,
it's
just
incredibly
aggravating.
I
would
suggest,
and
I
would
be
one
of
the
ones
that
would
take
advantage
of
it.
If
a
city.
