A
Want
to
be
respectful
of
everyone's
time..
Thank
you
all
for
coming
to
our
and
moving
and
so
quick
strike
by
all
of
our
online
workshop..
We're
really
excited
to
talk
to
you
guys
about
some
cool
plans..
We
have
boulevards
in
san
jose.,
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
share
my
scene
and
introduce
ourselves..
That
was
our
basically
our
whole
music
for
the
meeting..
Our
interest
lies.
A
A
A
A
Music
community
advisory
group
members,
who
have
been
such
a
great
access
to
us
us
as
part
of
this
process,
and
I
wanted
to
thank
all
of
them
for
coming
and
spreading
the
word
about
this
meeting
and
hearing
about
these
products
for
the
first
time..
We're
just
really
excited
to
share
them
with
you..
So
the.
A
A
Wide
transportation
plan
really
focused
on
how
we
can
make
biking,
walking,
transit
and
driving
better
in
san
jose,
specifically
around
the
five
putrefy
station,
alum
rock
and
some
of
the
urban
buildings
that
were
proposed
around
there.
That
was
finalized
in
twenty
and
adopted
by
city
council
right
around
that
as
well.
oh,.
A
A
Is
a
set
of
near-term
like
improvements
around
the
city
by
the
year
twenty
twenty
five.,
so
we
wrote
an
application
to
mtc,
which
is
the
metropolitan
transportation?
Commission.-
that's
the
kind
of
transportation,
big
boss,,
the
bay
area,,
the
governor
of
neighboring
counties
and
allocate
money,
and
we
applied
and
got
one
point
four
million
dollars
to
design
and
build
seven
bike
boulevard's
that
were
part
of
these
plans..
So.
A
What
is
a
viable
hard
if
you've
heard
of
it?,
if
you
haven't,
that
is
ok.,
it's
kind
of
a
funny
term.
A
bike.
Boulevard
is
a
street
that
slows
cars
down
and
reduces
overall
traffic,
whether
that's
cut
through
or
people
trying
to
take
a
shortcut
so
that
people
can
walk,
bike
and
enjoy
the
street
safely..
People
who
live
on
the
street
benefit
from
quieter
street
work
and
play
and
just
have
a
more
relaxed
atmosphere.
A
So
the
goals
of
the
mtc
strike
boulevards
are
similar..
We
want
to
improve
safety
for
people,
biking
and
walking..
We
want
to
slow
cars
down.,
we
want
to
reduce
traffic..
We
heard
loud
and
clear
was
a
big
problem
in
this
area
and
we
want
to
create
better
neighborhood
and
city
wide
connections
with
these
new..
So
here
is
a
map
that
hope.
A
A
Print
of
getting
this
money
is
that
the
projects
had
to
be
shovel
ready
and
what
that
means
is
that
they
had
to
be
part
of
a
council
adopted
plan
which
all
of
these
by
cowbirds
were,
and
they
had
to
be
built
within
two
years..
So
we
have
to
move
really
fast
when
designing
this
a
little
a
little
faster
than
we
would
like..
But
it
allows
us
to
do
a
lot
of
community
outreach
and
did
a
lot
of
opinions
in
the
short
amount
of
time.,
so
we're
doing
our
best
to
do
that.
A
so
right
now
we're
in
that
period
one.
We
have
some
initial
concepts
based
on
the
information
we
gathered
as
part
of
those
two
plans
I
mentioned,
but
we're
here
to
share
them
with
you,
today,
get
more
feedback,,
more
workshops.
we're
going
to
hold
all
of
that
feedback
in,
and
the
second
draft
of
design
then
open
that
up
and
come
back
again
and
propose
final
designs
in
january..
So
why
these
seven.
A
A
A
People
to
go
within
this
area
of
san
jose,
enjoy
it
while
biking,
walking
safely..
So
here's
that
map
I
showed
earlier.,
but
when
some
key
connectivity
comments
on
it,
so
we
can
see
that
all
of
the
bike
corridors
lead
to
schools,
the
schools.
Being
these
little
black
icons
with
flags
parks
are
in
green.,
you
can
see
a
lot
of
them
into
parks..
We
can
see
that
they,
many
of
them,
lead
to
our
businesses
and
their.
C
A
A
A
A
We
want
to
achieve
the
goals
all
the
corridors.
This
plan
have
been
identified
as
high
priority
corridors
for
active
transportation.
Investment.
like
I
said,,
they
were
in
two
adopted
plans
and
they
also
help
support
larger
goals
like
our
san
jose
climate
plan
and
our
san
jose
general
plan.,
and
for
those
of
that
you
might
not
know,
san
jose
has
two
really,
really
important
city
wide
plans
mentioned
above
is
now
climate.
Smart,
san,
jose
and
invision
are
similar
plan
and.
A
On
the
las
vegas
little
chart.,
twenty
four
percent
of
trips
are
taken
by
biking,,
walking,,
transit
or
carpool
to
rise
by
twenty
40..
The
city
has
a
goal
to
make
that
75
percent
of
trips.
that's
a
huge
jump
we
have
to
make,
and
we
can't
realize
that
goal
until
we
make
some
really
big
decisions
and
try
to
get
people
in
more
sustainable
modes
even
further
in
twenty
fifteen.
It's
not
that
simple..
Eighty
eight
percent
of
fixed.,
so
these
are
really
our
kind
of
our
north
star
goals
for
this.,
so
that
was
kind
of.
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
Additional
and
more
is
the
priority
focus
areas
where
safer,
pedestrian
infrastructure,
for
example,
they
enhance
traffic
calming..
Speeding
was
an
issue
brought
up
time
and
time
and
time
again..
It's
still
brought
up
now
and
safer
by
infrastructure.
If
we
want
people
devices
to
give
them
a
safe
place
to
do
it.
san
jose's.
A
Better
bike
plan
is
the
final
outreach
process.
I'll
talk
about,
and
that
just
highlighted
a
huge
amount
of
outreach
done
all
over
the
city,
not
just
in
san
jose,
but
they
came
up
with
some
things
that
you
heard
loud
and
clear,
with
the
community
in
san
jose
that
really
kind
of
aligned,
with
both
of
our
goals,
safer
connections
connecting
to
schools
and
making
bike
but
being
more
convenient..
So
now.
A
I'm
going
to
open
it
up
for
some
participation,
some
fun
I
hope.
and
we
have
been
using
a
website
called
antamina
and
it's
a
really
easy
tool
to
help
us
get
feedback
from
you
and
you
don't
have
to
come.
Off..
You
don't
have
to
raise
your
hand,
talk
in
front
of
everybody.
If
that's
on
your
thing,
you
can
easily
go
to
w-w
menti
e
n
t.
A
A
A
A
B
Also
have
a
comment
from
guadaloupe
about
feeling
safer
to
walk
with
family,
which
is
really
important
to
remember
that.
It's
not
just
maybe
us
here
in
the
meeting,
but
there's
a
lot
of
folks
might
have
smaller
children
might
have
a
stroller
or
something
like
that.,
so
really
think
about
everybody
who
sees
in
the
street..
So
thank
you
for
everything.
Prosecution.
you're.
A
San
jose?,
so
there's
a
couple
options:
here.
there's
I
currently
bike
scooter
and
feel
like
the
existing
environment
is
satisfactory..
It's
good
enough.
I
need
to
change.
there's
a
currently
bike
use
micro
mobility,
which
fancy
scooter.
I'm
sorry.
I
didn't
change
that
one
yet.
I
want
to
feel
safer,
doing
doing
it,
but.
A
A
Then
one
the
final
ones
is.
I
do
not
think
we
should
be
focused
on
biking
and
scootering
as
a
transportation
option,
and
that
is
a
valid
feeling..
So
we
wanted
to
offer
that
option
and
then
there's
other.
It
might
be
something
completely
different
and
looking
for
that
to
yeah,
I
wish
we
put
our
own.
B
A
A
So
we
have
some
really
great
responses
from
more
people
participating
in
the
open,
ended
ones
which
just
find
something
more
fun.,
but
sixty
three
percent
of
people
say
I
want
to
use
bikes
or
scooters,
but
do
not
feel
the
battiste
and
that's
huge,
because
that
means
the
we
can
get.
Maybe
more
people
would
try
and
that's
what
we're
really
going
for
here
at.
We
also
had
some
responses
that
I
currently
use
a
bike
to
again.
I
want
to
feel
safer..
That's
something
we
hear
a
lot
of
people
want
to.
A
B
Conversation
too,
is
that
as
these
streets
become
safer
and
come
to
bike,
on,
they're
also
more
pleasant
to
walk
down
to
just
sit
on
your
porch
and
enjoy
the
street
as
well.,
so
in
a
lot
of
cases,,
even
if
you
might
not
be
bicycling
on
these
streets,,
these
streets
can
be
a
lot
more
enjoyable
for
all
users
to
thank
for.
but
keep.
A
A
A
A
B
B
A
A
A
The
next
couple
of
slides
we're
going
to
talk
about
different
tools
in
our
transportation
toolbox?
If
we
want
to
be
nerdy
about
it.
such
a
speed
bump
and
different
things,
you
can
put
in
the
streets
to
get
those
speeds
down
to
get
people
not
doing
stuff
to
traffic
on
the
streets,
to
make
people
biking
and
walking
feel
more
comfortable.,
I'm
going
to
hand
it
over
to
pete
to
go
for
his.
C
C
C
Safety
standpoint.,
so
I
think
this
graphic
here,
really,
really
does
it.
Also
a
person
is
hit
by
a
car
going
forty
miles
miles
per
hour.
chances
are
they're
going
to
die.
Ninety
percent
of
the
time
is
what
it
says:
here.,
but
if
you
reduce
the
speed
of
the
vehicle
to
twenty
miles
per
hour,
person
will
survive
ninety
percent
of
the
time.
It's
really
hard
to
overstate
what
a
dramatic
difference
on
twenty
miles
per
hour
mix
there.
That's
literally
life
death..
So
with
that
said,.
C
C
C
C
Have
raised
crosswalks
so
raise
crosswalks
are
similar
to
speed
humps
in
that
there
are
humps
in
the
roadway
that
force
vehicles
to
slow
down..
They
have
the
added
benefit
here
of
forcing
the
slowdown
to
occur
at
the
precise
location
that
people
will
be
crossing
in..
At
least
one
study
showed
they
can
reduce
pedestrian
crashes
by
forty
five
percent.
next,
one.
C
I've
been
talking
about
in
a
lot
of
projects
recently.,
so
billboards
they're,
basically
extensions
of
the
curb..
They
reduce
the
crossing
distance
for
pedestrians
when
they're
crossing
the
street.
It
leaves
them
less
exposed
to
oncoming
traffic,
and
then
they
force
cars
to
slow
down
as
they're
going
around
corners,,
thereby
improving
intersections
safety.
C
C
C
C
Please.
all
right
here
we
have
traffic
diverters,
so
traffic
diverters
are
roadblocks
that
limit
auto
access,
but
they
allow
people
who
walk
and
bike
through
the
really
the
gold
standard
for
reducing
cut
through
traffic
and
making
bike
boulevard's
feel
safe
and
comfortable,
but
they're
difficult
to
plan.
For.,
you
see
those
I
mean
we
have
coyote
creek
and
the
freeways
and
a
large
number
of
dead
end
streets
as
we
get
east
of
one
on
one..
C
C
We
have
refuge
islands
and
wayfinding,
so
refuge
island.
You
can
see
it
pictured
here
on
the
right.
They
are
islands
in
the
middle
of
the
roadway..
They
provide
a
refuge
for
pedestrians
when
crossing,
so
they
create
to
shore
crossings
rather
than
one
longer
one
wayfinding
in
this
case,
referring
to
signs
and
pavement
markings
that
indicate
that
the
route
is
shared..
That's
a
shared
and
slow
street.
these
markets.
They
reinforce
the
idea
that
bicycles
are
a
priority
and
people
who
bike
are
entitled
to
roadways
and
then.
C
C
You
may
have
noticed
that
we've
installed
some
of
these
on
san
antonio
within
the
last
year,
so
we're
currently
going
through
an
evaluation
of
those
circles,
as
well
as
the
other
treatments
on
the
corridor
and
we're
going
to
use
that
evaluation
form
whether
to
install
traffic
circles
on
any
of
the
quixotry
project
corridors
and
also
whether
to
change
the
design
details
of
traffic
circles
that
we
implement.
all
right..
So.
C
Those
the
different
treatments-
and
I
just
want
to
take
a
quick
second
to
talk
about
the
materials
will
be
using
for
these
treatments..
So
originally
we
scoped
these
projects
to
be
built
with
a
quick,
build
materials..
This
is
one
of
the
reasons
we
were
awarded
a
grant
is
because
we
said
we
could
build
seven
bike
boulevard's
quickly
for
a
relatively
low
cost..
Since
then,
the
department
has
been
looking
for
ways
that
we
can
sturdier
longer
lasting
materials,
and
so,
as
of
now,
we.
C
Have
not
made
a
decision
on
which
way
to
go..
I
will
say
that
either
way
we'd
like
to
do
more
than
the
simple
paint
and
plastic
that
we've
done
recently.,
I
think
you
can
see
the
pictures
here.
Quick
build
can
look
quite
nice.,
so
I
think
this
slide
is
as
inspiration
if
we
do
get
a
quick
pull,
build
approach,
here.
all
right.,
so.
B
When
you're
checking
how
effective
they've
been
because
I
know
santonio
hasn't
quite
had
the
effect
we
had
hoped
for
for
some
of
the
neighbors,
probably
due
to
their
limited
size,
but
hopefully
maybe
they
want
more
effective
elsewhere,
they've
been
at
different
size..
So
something
just
consider
as
we
look
at
the
studies.
A
A
A
The
next
question
was
mike
bolÃvar
treatments
that
we
just
talked
about.
Do
you
like
best-
and
this
is
a
fun
reinking
exercise?
I
keep
saying
it's
fine
to
me,
but
I
know
that
that's
a
personal
opinion,
but
please
drag
your
favorite
ones
to
the
top
and
make
a
list
of
your
most
favorite
and
least
favorite.
it'll
be
hard.
If
you.
A
A
A
A
A
B
A
Something
that
we
have
to
one
see
what
what
are
the
materials
that
we
have?
we'll
do
a
contest,
then
we'll
talk
internally
about
the
feasibility
of
maintaining
them,
talk
with
arborist
about
what
can
go
in
them
and
then
and
plan
that
allows,
and
if
there
are
community
members
that
are
very
interested
as
we
keep
going
on
this.
But
you.
B
A
A
B
Chime
in
quickly
on
trees.,
whenever
we
set
aside
money
to
plant
a
tree,
we
includes
three
years
of
maintenance
for
that
tree..
That's
water
and
pruning.:
we're
currently
working
to
council
to
improve
community
forest
management
plan,
which
takes
some
of
the
goals
that
we
have
for
improving
tree
canopy
and
assigns
significant
funding
needs
in
workplan
steps
to
to
get
to
that
goal.
and
there's
a
lot
that
needs
to
be
done..
I
can
say
for
example,
we.
B
A
A
C
C
C
C
C
C
C
C
C
C
B
A
A
Hearing
that
type
of
feedback
good
also,
you
would
still
be
able
to
make
turns
before
and
after
the
street..
So
even
though
it
might
not
be
the
shortest
distance,
any
more,
you'll
be
able
to
get
around
another
way.,
but
we'll
work
to
make
sure
that
this
is
meet
everyone's
needs
as
much
as
possible..
So
thank
you
for
that
feedback
that
is
really
insightful
about
the
community
center
connection..
If
you.
C
A
A
A
B
E
From
driving
the
street,
my
opinion
is
that
the
street
is
now
less
safe
for
drivers
and
bicyclists
and
now
as
you're
planning,
to
do
this
on
other
streets,.
I'm
also
wondering
you,
particularly
in
this
one
you're
looking
at
stopping
southbound
traffic,
but
isn't
there
a
grocery
store
on
the
corner
of
twenty?
First
in
santa
clara
who's
parking
lot
entrance
is
on
twenty
first..
So
now
you're
going
to
have
to
have
people
go
down.
Another
street,
come
across,,
go
up
and
you're
just
making
more
traffic
to.
E
This
little
area
here
is
you
finally
have
some
businesses
on
santa
clara
street
with
no
parking,
so
people
that
are
trying
to
get
to
these
businesses
have
to
turn
down
the
numbered
streets
to
actually
find
a
place
to
park,
and
you
know,
when
you're
adding
parking
on
top
of
all
this.
It
you,
I
just
don't
see.
E
A
Feedback,
mike.,
we
definitely
be
when
we
were
out
there
surveying
rides
that
we
are
doing,.
We
did
notice
that
there
were
some
business
opportunities
there..
We
know
that
we'll
have
to
reach
out
to
the
business.
If
we
did
go
for
this
type
of
improvement.,
we
do
want
to
be
hyper
contact
sensitive..
So
thank
you
for
sharing
that
fact
that
people
that
go
to
these
businesses
might
park
there..
We
will
consider
that
if
we
go
forward
with
this,
but
we
were
happily.
A
Surprised
at
the
moment
of
vehicles
using
the
street
already
and
one
of
the
things
that
residents
in
these
areas
have
shared
with
us,
is
that
they
are
concerned
that
there's
a
lot
of
people
driving
up
and
down
that.
Don't
necessarily
have
to
be
so
that
this
is
one
way
to
address
that.,
but
you
can
explore
others.
caitlyn,.
I
see
you
have
your
hand
up,
and
I
share
your
sentiment
about.
B
B
A
C
C
C
C
we'd
still
like
to
get
that
down
a
little
bit,
though,
for
a
bike
boulevard..
So
the
treatments
we
have
on
this
page
here
are:
we
have
bolthouse
on
both
sides.
Brookwood
have
so
the
one
on
the
south
side
that
would
slow
cars
that
are
coming
around
the
bend.
There.
then
we're
showing
the
existing
pulled
out
at
eighteen..
Then
we.
C
C
C
A
E
Car
traffic
comes
to
a
screeching
halt
because
you
can't
get
around
it
and
doing
anything
else
to
the
street.
Adding
anything
is
going
to
be
a
nightmare..
The
parking
in
this
part
of
town
is
so
congested.
People
are
already
parking
on
corners
illegally
and
up
on
side.
you
know,,
it's
just
a
nightmare.
so
doing
anything
over
there
is,
I
think,.
A
That
is
it's
important
that
you
get.
People
who
live
in
are
affected
by
these
things
in
context.,
bonita,
street
and
william
are
especially
important
to
us
to
add
some
features
that
will
slow
cars
down
because
there's
some
of
the
fastest
streets
in
this
network
speeds
of
upwards
of
30
miles
per
hour.
At
times
on
these
streets,
which
we
know
is.
A
Will
not,
there
is
no
parking
removal
of
these
projects
right,
now.,
we'll
slow
cars
down
as
they
hit
that
straight
away.
and
benita?
Is
the
street
going
to
be
talking
about
later??
We
have
some
considerations
for
the,
but
with
is
something
that
we're
monitoring
right
now
and
also,
I
think
some
of
our
engineers
on
the
call
are
very,
very
aware
of
the
needs
of
emergency
vehicles
and
delivery
drivers
and
we're
always
trying
to
make
sure
that
we're
being
very
sensitive..
This
is
very
similar
to
san
antonio..
This
is
a
street.
A
It
could
benefit
from
safer
intersections
because
of
the
connections
to
schools
and
the
connections
to
downtown.,
but
it
was
identified
as
a
key
street
for
this
type
of
infrastructure..
It
does
not
have
the
space
currently
to
have
protected
bike
lanes..
So
this
is
a
good
middle
ground,
make
the
needs
of
people
biking,
walking
safer,
but
then
also
bring
those
vehicles
using
a
lot
of
crashes..
I
would
just.
C
C
A
A
You.,
we
have
some
good
questions
in
the
chat
about
what
do
you
mean
by
intersection
improvements?
So
we
didn't
want
to
ascribe
any
certain
improvement
at
this
point
in
the
design..
We
just
know
that
the
efficiency
improvements.,
so,
if
you
think
back
to
the
tool
box
presented,,
this
can
be
high
visibility,
crosswalks
for
about
race,
crosswalks,,
the
refuge
islands,.
A
C
Getting
ahead
of
ourselves
talking
about
twenty
days
to
open
it
up
so
so,
like
I
was
saying
these
are.
These
are
both
fast
and
busy
streets
compared
to
the
other
corridors
that
we've
looked
at..
Twenty
eight
seats
about
forty
eight
hundred
automobiles
per
day.
banita
is
around
fifty
two
hundred
and
again,
we
want
to
be
below
three
thousand,
with
a
target
of
fifteen
hundred
for
a
really
good
bike
boulevard
and
in
the.
C
Eighty
five
percentile
speeds
are
around
26
to
28
miles
per
hour,
which
is
higher
than
we'd
like
to
see
so
taking
a
look
at
the
treatments
here,,
you
know,
think
about.
Will
these
be
enough
to
reduce
the
traffic
speeds
and
volumes
to
make
this
corridor
feel
comfortable
and
safe
for
people
who
walk
and
bike,
you
know,?
These
are
residential
streets..
A
lot
of
people
live
right
here
and
I.
C
A
Talking
activity
right
now
because
of
all
the
things
you
guys
brought
up
the
parking
one
side
of
the
street,,
the
kind
of
weird
jiggle
the
street
does
now
in
some
places
like
white
and
others
we're
talking
internally
with
our
engineers
to
come
up
with
very
context
specific
recommendations..
So
that's
why
you
can
see
that
we
don't
have
intersection
improvements
everywhere.
We
want
to
intersections.,
but
this
is
a
very
special
street
as
far
as.
A
About
the
street.,
if
there
was
any
other
feedback,
we
can
get
about
things
that
are
currently
happening,.
I
think
you
bring
up
the
delivery
drivers
causing
congestion,
because
the
street
are
so
narrow.
we'd
love
to
hear
more
from
you
guys
about
things
that
are
happening,
things
that
are
unsafe,
things
that
are
causing
bad
behavior.
E
E
So
if
there
is
a
car
traveling
southbound,,
nobody
can
travel
northbound
till
that
car
clears.,
so
you're
going
to
have
that
issue
all
the
way
up
that
street,
because
people
will
do
that.
people
will
park
at
an
angle
just
to
get
a
parking
spot
and
you're
going
to
you're
going
to
cut
that
street
down
from
two
two
lanes
of
traffic.
A
E
E
Cement
curbs
and
the
things
you
guys
added
makes
it
more
hazardous
because
people
can't
figure
out
when
they're
turning,,
particularly
when
you're
turning
from
banita
left
on
to
san
antonio..
Nobody
can
find
the
lane
and
people
end
up
starting
to
make
the
turn
and
they
pause
in
the
middle
of
the
intersection
because
they
don't
know
where,
where
they
are
supposed
to
drive.,
I
mean
if
any
intersection
looked
like
it
needed
to
get
rid
of
stop
signs
and
maybe
try
a
traffic
circle,.
E
C
C
E
You
could
get
two
cars
in
there
and
make
a
right
hand
turn
on
to
bonita
now,
and
this
is
coming
of
what
happened
there
and
also
at
king
road.
Now
the
traffic
backs
up,
because
cars
aren't
able
to
flow
in
a
normal,
pattern.
they're
stopped
and
backed
up
down
the
street,
because
the
intersection
only
accommodates
one
car
at
the
intersection
instead
of
two.
A
A
Very
bad
things
that
it's
creeping
back
up
and
we're
looking
into
that.,
but
we
also
heard
that
people
are
having
a
much
safer
time
getting
out
here..
So
we're
trying
to
balance
all
those
needs
and
and
come
up
with
a
way
that
our
most
vulnerable
people,,
the
people
that
get
hit
and
really
hurt
are
only
get
that..
And
I.
A
A
D
A
My
initial
question,
when
you
ask
what
possibly
we
do
where
they're,
using
what
we're
learning
from
the
evaluation
hearing
from
you
guys,
today,
we're
going
to
head
back
out
there,,
see
what
how
we
can
bolster
the
improvements
to
make
it
more
clear
to
drivers
easier
to
navigate..
We
don't
want
anyone
getting
too
confused,
but
also
there
is
a
blessing
in
disguise
when
people
go
a
little
slower
to
figure
things
out,
they're,
not
speeding
anymore,
which
is
useful..
Any
other
comments.
A
C
C
We
hope
to
connect
over
lower
silver
creek
trail
to
our
over
the
lower
silver
creek
to
where
the
trail
will
be
and
then
possibly
connect
through
to
las
plumas
and
then
head
up
to
bury
essabar.
for
now.
Though,
we're
looking
at
just
thirty
thirty
between
melody
lane
and
san
antonio
and
darling
school.
C
C
D
D
D
A
Of
a
narrow
street.:
that's
why
we
have
our
in
our
toe
in
the
pool
of
traffic
coming
with
these
tables..
That's
speed,
sometimes
a
lot
speeding
in
the
exact
segment
you're
talking
about.,
and
I
just
want
to
make
clear
that,
no
matter
what
streets
we're
seeing
right
now
by
far
out
on
all
streets
in
san
jose.,
so
they're
always
in
the
mix.,
just
want
to
make
that.,
but
you
want
to
make
them.
D
C
B
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
We'd
be
here.,
we
are
in
the
middle
somewhere.
I
feel
like
a
start,
but
more
can
be
done,
and
what
makes
me
excited
that
is
that
we
are
at
the
start
and
the
fun
part
of
my
job
is
getting
back
into
folding
all
the
things
that
are
in
the
mix
and
making
the
best
advice.
Possible.
I'm
excited
to
get
back
to
on
that..
There
will
be
more
times
to
comment
in
our.
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
Day
for
follow
up
workshops
that
we've
already
talked
about
this
on
what
information
was
presented.?
What
do
you
want
to
give
feedback?
On??
There's
a
lot
of
different
things.
You
can
talk
about
when
presented
as
someone
just
brought
up
what
they
want
to
know
different
types
of
data,,
not
just
the
townsfolk,
but
what
happens
is
that
the
person
biking
walking
with
a
car
on
car
was
at
car
and
park..
We
have
that
data
we
can
share
with
you..
You
shared
some
speed
data
today,,
some
average
daily
traffic
that
we
have
turned
data
parking
data..
A
A
A
Make
it
available
for
us
to
slice
and
dice
data
transparency.?
We
can
definitely
think
of
a
way
to
do
that
better
and
report
on
studies
of
outcomes
for
improvements
them
to
be
locally.
yeah,.
We
can
definitely
think
of
how
we
can
share
best
practices,
and
I
like
any
and
all
of
the
more
of
that's
great..
This
is
great
feedback..
We're
always
trying
to
do
better.
we
want
our
positions
to
be.
Exciting.
can
be
a
little
deyrolle
and
dry.
So.
B
All
all
is
being
done
on
this
area,
these
corridors..
Do
you
actually
talk
to
the
people
living
on
those
neighborhoods
because
they're
really
the
worst
affected
by
the
improvements
for
the
modifications,
you're
doing?,
the
people
like
passing
by.,
they
just
pass.,
they
don't
leave
there.,
they
don't
have
a
problem..
They
don't
have
these
issues
like
why
we
do
like
for.
B
A
A
Wide
big
picture,
plans,
tons
of
outreach
and,
more
specifically
and
moving
the
plan,
which
is
an
area
wide
plan
pop
up
outreach,
is
met
with
the
council
office.
We
did
surveys..
We
have
a
community
advisory
group
that
now
you're
part
of
that.
We
can
always
do
better.
we're
doing
outreach.,
but
that
was
a
pretty
extensive
outreach
process..
A
A
A
People
are
interested
in
not
to
talk
about
some
of
the
problems,
one
on
one.
mike,.
I'm
excited
to
talk
to
you
more
about
the
problems
you
encounter,
antonio
and
how
it
intersects
with
the
proposals.
Today
we
want
to
hear
from
you..
We
want
to
hear
often.
we're.
Also
doing
more
millar's
neighborhood
associations.,
if
you
guys,
are
having
a
meeting
we'd
love
to
come,
maybe
not
do
the
whole
presentation
but
share
the
presentation
with
you
so
that
you
can
share
it
or
talk
a
little
bit
about
it..
A
A
The
street
and
asking
people
to
talk
to
me
about
how
about
the
future
of
that
city.,
so
we're
going
to
be
doing
a
handful
of
those
timeline
again
is
pretty
short
for
these
because
we
give
them
money
to
spend
community
built
within
the
next
two
years..
So
we're
going
to
try
to
do
it
as
much
as
as
often
as
possible
within
those
months.,
but
everyone
at
minimum
that
lives
on
the
borders
will
be
sent
a
mailer
to
participate.
In
some
of
these
things,
and
I.
A
A
I
was
just
going
to
get
to
that.,
so
just
wrapping
up
your
project
next
steps
how
to
stay
involved.,
I
kind
of
went
over
rapid
fire
all
the
different
things.
I
will
spend
a
summary
email
to
everyone
that
attended
today
about
all
the
ways
that
we're
going
to
be.
They
can
stay
involved..
We
also
have
an
email.
A
A
Mailing
every
outreach
opportunity
invite
them
to
we
also
post
on
facebook
and
twitter
and
next
door
to
try
to
get
people
involved
to
cafepress
there..
You
also
have
the
involvement
of
the
community
advisory
group.-
that's
a
group
community
stakeholders,
people
that
live
in
the
area
work
in
the
area,
nonprofits,
community,
organizations,
things
like
that..
It's
about
15,
20
people.
A
We
meet
quarterly
to
talk
about
things
like
this.,
if
you're
interested
in
being
on
it
or
coming
to
public
meetings,.
We
can
share
more
information
about
that
in
a
follow
up.,
and
we
also
have
an
overview
of
the
web
page
that
gives
an
overview
of
the
whole
plan..
It
has
all
of
our
outreach
data
on
their
future
project
proposal..
It's.
