done

class

money

supposedly

move

vacancy

people

take

brunt

have

department

the
retention
rate
and

turnover
rate,

will

indicative
of
various
factors
that
can

of

about
what's
been

throwing
money
at

union
has
said
that

should

taking
part

that
pot
of
money
and

the
salary

seen

compensation
of
all

added
value,

even

takeaway

salary
say
it's
six,
you

forty
thousand
dollars.

the
net
pay-
and
so

and
even
when
folks
were
leaving,
you

they
were
exploring
other
jobs
and
I
didn't
stop
them,
but
I
did
ask
them
to
say
figure
out
what
your
net
pay
is
going
to
be,
because,

you're
leaving
the
city
to
go
to
the
state,
your
net
pay
is
going
to
be
lower.
And
I
for
me
for
my
salary
range,
it
was
the
equivalent
of
making
fifteen
thousand
more
at
the
state
with
when
you
added
up
some
of
the
benefits.
Some
of
the
contributions.

if
the
exiting
process
is
conducive
to
gathering
that
data
has
been,
you

designed
together
both
qualitative
quantitative
data.

then
has

feedback
loop
into

To
say
here

recommendations

needs

employee
relations,
employee
engagement,
benefit

goes

that
data

entity

did

research

the
city
sort
of
backed
itself
into
a
corner
when
they
said
we'll
take
on
85
of
the
pera
contribution

accurate
number,
but
it's
such
an
unbelievable
percentage
that
the
city's
taken
on
and
can't
back
away
from
and
it's
significantly
higher
than
than
what
the
state
pays,
because
there's
an
employee
contribution

it-

think-
by
resolution
you're
digging

years
back
in
my
brain,
but
the
city
at
some
point
chose
to
be
incredibly
generous
and
