If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
D
It's
one
of
the
it
was
the
chicago
northwestern
railroad
terminal.
It
was
built
in
1911
and
it
was
torn
down
in
about
19.
D
G
I
haven't
heard
from
marcella,
but
one
thing
I
would
say
is
the
special
session
is
going
on
and
I
know
that
and
they're
they're
still
well
they're,
not
no
longer
in
committee,
but
the
senate
and
the
house
are
on
the
floor
now.
But
it's
almost
was
in
some
of
the
committee
rooms
earlier,
so
not
that
she
won't
be
here,
but
just
highlighting
that
for
everybody
that
the
special
started
today
and
they're
trying
to
get
out
into
well,
they
were
joking
in
one
day,
but
it
it
a
little
bit
longer.
B
Okay,
I
texted
marcella
just
to
see
if
she's
joining
us.
I
didn't
hear
from
anyone
else.
H
It
was
in
the
calendar,
zoom
invite
and
there
was
also
the
the
agenda
was
in
the
invite.
The
the
little
note
section
of
the
invite.
Do
we
have
a
chat
thing
for
me,
nope?
Okay,
I
can
do
a
screen
share
if
you
like
me,
too,
renee
and
chris
of
the
agenda,
so
we
can
look
at
it
as
a
team
to
you.
H
So
that
we
can
I'll
see
what
it
is
that
we
are
diving
into
this
evening,
okay,
communications
from
the
co-chairs.
H
B
Yep
sounds
good
thanks
for
handling
that
valeria
when
chris
and
I
are
out
for
family
leave
and
getting
that
to
our
pseudo
staff
person.
H
In
a
bit,
I
think
we
have
mary,
louise
and
annie
together
here
so
should
I
do
a
quick
roll
call,
renae
and
chris.
H
Great
renee
chris
bruce
monica
emily,
annie
and
gino.
I
think
it's
still
with
us,
he
might
be
off
camera
and
mary,
louise
and
I'll
just
say:
marcella
is
in
session
and
maybe
joining
shortly.
E
C
Yeah,
thank
you,
communications
from
co-chairs.
Renee
did
you
have
anything.
B
Just
that
we'll
we'll
get
into
this
a
little
bit
more,
but
just
wanted
to
get
your
thoughts
on
the
presentation
and
anything
else
you
want
to
share
about
that.
I
think
later
on,
we
can,
let's
see
looking
at
the
schedule.
Maybe
we
could
well.
Actually
we
could
do
it
now.
I
guess
right,
but
I
just
want
to
thank
those
of
you
for
your
kind
thoughts.
B
It
was
kind
of
a
juggling
act
last
week
trying
to
get
to
family
stuff
related
to
my
aunt,
passing
away,
making
it
to
texas
and
then
trying
to
get
on
council
meeting
and
then
all
the
other
crazy
stuff
that
was
happening
alongside
with
that,
but
and
yeah.
Just
thank
you
for
your
sweet
thoughts
and
messages
and
glad
actually,
I'm
like
not
really
happy
to
be
back
in
new.
A
B
It
was
so
nice
in
texas
to
be
with
my
family.
It
was
hard
to
integrate
back,
but
I
think
it
you
know
it's
just
having
not
seen
so
many
of
my
family
members,
not
just
because
of
covid
but
yeah
it
was.
It
was
really
sweet
to
be
with
family
again
on
my
dad's
side
of
the
family,
so
but
yeah
other
than
that.
B
I
don't
have
anything
new
other
than
we're
waiting,
as
you
know,
for
unm
to
respond
to
the
the
rfp
while
it's
on
rfp
a
psa
so
that
we
can
get
unm
on
board,
and
so
the
one
thing
that
I'm
planning
on
doing
for
our
working
group
is
sending
another
email
to
the
director
director
ochoa
to
just
make
sure
they
know.
We
need
to
know
where
you're
at.
B
I
know
that
there's
some
things
that
they
have
pulled
together,
but
they
just
haven't,
sent
it
to
us.
So
maybe
we
can
just
respond.
I
can
respond
about
how
we
can
get
that
to
us,
even
if
it's
in
sections
that
they're
done
instead
of
having
it
all
completed
all
at
once
so
I'll
be
following
up
with
another
email
about
that,
and
I
think
that's
all.
B
C
Yeah,
I
don't
know
if
that
was
a
good
thing
or
a
bad
thing
that
we
didn't
have
any
questions.
I
guess
we'll
find
out
as
time
goes
on,
but
it
was
a
good
meeting
thanks
to
valedia
she
did
most
of
the
presentation
and
did
a
great
job.
So
thank
you
valeria
you're,
amazing.
C
So
thanks
for
that,
and
then
thanks
for
everyone
who
is
there,
even
if
you
didn't
have
any
questions
just
to
show
your
support,
I
think
was
really
important
so
and
then
thanks
on
behalf
of
my
family,
for
all
your
well
wishes,
my
mother-in-law
did
pass
away,
so
we
had
our
funeral
on
friday
and
it
was
tough,
but
I
know
I
know
all
the
prayers
and
well
wishes
were
there.
So
thank
you
for
that.
H
Thank
you
both
and
just
echoing
everyone's
effort
and
input
and
in
making
sure
this
presentation,
you
know,
was
the
very
best
representation
of
all
the
great
work
that
you're
all
doing
and,
and
you
know,
as
we
move
forward,
I
look
to
being
even
more
intimately.
You
know
up
to
date
with
with
all
the
the
various
moving
parts
for
this
second
quarter
and,
of
course,
as
you
said,
chris
put
no
input.
H
You
know
to
to
to
be
determined
what
it
all
means,
but
the
input
from
all
of
you
is
incredibly
important.
So
if
there's
anything
about
that
presentation
that
that
didn't
work
for
you,
please
let
us
know
things
that
worked
really
really
well,
that
we
can
continue
to.
You
know
utilize
as
a
framework.
Please
let
us
know
this
is
this
is
a
reflection
of
your
work
and
we
want
to
make
sure
that
that's
being
represented
in
in
the
most
professional.
H
You
know
high
quality
manner.
So
so
thank
you
all
again.
Monica
I
believe
you
have
a
question.
My
friend
or
I
want
to
say
something.
G
G
You
know,
because
I
know
like
with
rfps,
for
example,
there's
these
sort
of
strict
ish
timelines,
and
I'm
just
wondering
or
is
it
that
I'm
just
trying
to
understand
what
you
guys
said
or
is
it
that
it's
the
the
city
is
working
on
different
sections
of
things
to
to
to
get
back
or
I'm
just
curious
about?
You
know
how
close
we
are
or
how
far
we
are.
B
From
my
understanding,
we
finished
on
our
end
the
scope
of
work,
and
that
was
funneled
through
our
system,
and
then
it
goes
back
to
unm
for
review
and
they
make
if
they
make
any
changes
to
that.
It
goes
back
to
our
attorneys
for
any
kind
of
final
follow-up.
I
don't
know
their
time
frame,
but
I'm
sure
that
dr
sanchez
will
be
pushing
it.
You
know
and
following
up
with
them
to
make
sure
that
it
gets
going
in
a
timely
manner.
B
C
J
Hi
I
had
a
question
as
well
in
regards
to
the
meeting
and
I'm
glad
I
attended
and
thank
you
chris
and
renee
to
both
our
counselors
one
thing
the
mayor
kept
saying
was
how
important
it
is.
We
have
a
task
force
like
this,
so
many
cities
are
doing.
It
he's
really
proud
we're
doing
it,
and
I
just
want
the
committee
to
kind
of
reflect
on.
J
J
And
I
just
want
us
to
kind
of
ponder
you
know
till
they
give
us
back
till
they
progress
on
the
community
meetings
till
they
answer
their
questions,
we're
kind
of
doing
all
the
work
and
it
doesn't
feel
very
equal
and
it
feels
like
it
should
be
more
equal,
and
I
wonder
what
point
we
say:
we
need
to
slow
down
a
little
bit
till
we
have
more
support.
Maybe
we
shouldn't
be
meeting
two
hours
every
two
weeks.
J
C
Yeah,
you
make
a
a
great
point
and
you're
right
the
city
in
some
regards
with
the
staffing
for
our
our
committee.
C
Been
lacking
and
I
know
kyra
has
been
trying
to
find
somebody
to
hire
people
for
some
reason.
People
don't
want
to
come
back
to
work
and
that's
been
the
hard
part,
I
think
just
finding
quality
people
to
to
help
out.
I
think
they're
trying,
but
for
some
reason
they
just
can't
get
people
to
come
back
to
work.
So
that's
the
hard
part.
So
I
don't.
I
don't
know
if
it's
that
the
city
doesn't
want
to
give
us
the
resources
that
we
need,
or
they
just
are
a
little
kind
of
dumbfounded
that
people
aren't.
J
B
Well,
I
think,
annie
bricks
brings
up
a
valid
point
about
having
commitment
to
this
work
and
if
there's
commitment,
then
there
should
be
equal
time
spent
because
we
all
put
in
a
lot
of
time
and
not
and
not
just
in
this
hours
of
our
meetings,
but
behind
the
scenes
like
trying
to
get
that
presentation
together,
valeria
and
I
and
chris
spent
so
much
time,
even
right
before
the
meeting
we
logged
down
to
a
zoom
to
like
figure
out
some
last
minute
stuff.
B
So
yeah
I
mean
it's
a
time
commitment
and
I
think
that's
a
good
point
annie.
I
don't
really
know
how
to
respond,
because
I
think
to
show
commitment.
B
Then
you
take
the
time
to
to
show
that
and
then
simultaneously
we
have
all
these
things
that
have
like
bombarded
that
department
that
I
have
to
be
cognizant
of,
because
there's
no
one
else
to
kind
of
it
for
it
to
fall
back
on,
especially
in
that
department
and
the
fact
that
we
were
trying
to
hire
a
chief
that
didn't
help
and
but
I
think,
just
having
updates
like
hey,
we
got
this
part
done
we're
still
working
on.
This
would
be
good
and
I
think
that's
that
response.
C
Yeah
and-
and
I
don't
think
you
were
in
the
meeting
that
some
of
us
were
in
a
couple
months
ago
when
we
secured
some
funding,
but
I
think
the
mayor's
intention.
I
think
the
governing
body's
intention
is
that
this
committee,
not
necessarily
not
necessarily
us
the
people
that
are
here
now,
but
the
committee
continue
beyond
beyond
what
the
resolution
says
so
that
you
know
this.
C
C
H
L
K
It
is
a
bit
of
a
chicken
and
egg
question
of
how
much
energy
do
we
dedicate
if
we're
not
seeing
the
the
the
reciprocation
and
in
the
hard
part
in
this
check
chicken
or
egg
example,
is
that
if,
if
we
let
off
the
gas
pedal
for
them
to
catch
up,
it
may
still
be
a
long
time
for
them
to
catch
up,
and
so
it's
it's
it's
hard
just
because
we
let
off
doesn't
mean
the
they'll
be
able
to
that
they'll.
Have
the
resources
to
be
able
to
step
up
faster.
K
K
I
I
spent
four
years
at
the
city,
and
I
never
saw
something
scheduled
like
that,
where
the
council
did
pay
attention
where
they,
where
the
presentation
was
of
that
type
of
quality,
and
so
it
is
an
opportunity
to
stay
in
the
you
know
in
in
the
conscious
of
the
the
governing
body
as
a
whole,
and
we
need
to
take
advantage
of
that
and
make
it
a
little
bit
more
two-way.
K
I
think
one
of
our
goals
as
a
task
force
at
the
end
of
this
is
to
propose
legislative
changes
at
the
city,
and
we
have
two
counselors
who
can
plug
into
a
process
at
the
end
of
this
hall,
because
there's
a
whole
legislative
services
area
of
the
city
attorney's
office,
that
if
a
counselor
goes
and
knocks
on
a
door
and
says
this
is
the
legislation.
I
want
to
see
they're
obligated
to
generate
that
now.
K
You
might
have
an
opportunity
to
really
gauge
the
room
tone
and
see
who
jumps
on
board
and
says.
I
want
to
co-sponsor
that
I
want
to
co-sponsor
that
and
that's
where
the
active
engagement
will
show
you
if
they're,
truly
listening
and
they're
truly
interested
is
through
things
like
that,
and
the
final
point
I
make
I'll
make
sorry
for
talking.
So
much.
K
We've
got
marcella
jumping
on
board.
You
know
running
into
the
legislature
running
out,
depending
on
our
experiences,
we're
really
used
to
things
happening
faster
and
at
a
municipal
level
generally,
not
just
santa
fe.
They
move
a
little
bit
slower
and
I
remember
coming
in
in
my
first
six
months
with
mayor
coss
and
he
said
geno,
here's
an
initiative
that
I
want
to
pass
in
the
next
four
years
and
I
didn't
understand
what
he
meant
by
that.
I
said:
are
you
kidding
me?
K
You
know
in
the
governor's
office
we
got
that
done
in
30
days,
why?
Why
would
that
take
four
years
and
we
got
it
done
in
a
year
and
that
was
fast
compared
to
his
his
goal
of
four
years.
So
it's
a
little
bit
of
patience
for
us
and
I
think
you
make
a
good.
You
know
a
good
point
that
we
need
to
pace
ourselves,
but
at
the
time,
but
generally
speaking,
it's
going
to
take
time,
and
these
are
heavy
lifts.
K
H
Thank
you,
gino
emily.
A
You
yeah,
I
just
also
to
follow
up
on
this
thread
of
conversation
and
council
and
rivera
mentioned
about
sort
of
merging
these
into
a
standing,
and
I
think
you
said
public
safety
committee
was
that
if
I
get
it
right
the
idea
and
I'm
just
wondering
if
it
makes
sense
to
think
about
doing
that
sooner
than
later
and
becoming
maybe
it
excuse
me
a
subcommittee
of
that
group
so
that
there's
still
sort
of
the
autonomy
and
we
still
have
this
group,
but
we
may
then
be
able
to
piggyback
off
of
the
staffing
support
that
that
committee
gets
for
the
standing
task.
C
Yeah
and
to
be
honest,
that
that
committee
has
one
staff
person
at
pd
that
really
just
sets
up
the
agenda
and
sets
up
the
meeting.
So
I
don't.
C
The
kind
of
support
that
we're
looking
at
here
so
and-
and
just
so
you
know
that
committee
through
attrition
is
really
dwindled
down
to.
C
I
don't
even
know
if
we
have
enough
members
to
to
have
a
quorum
now,
so
I
think,
and
some
of
you
were
there
at
the
meeting
we
had.
I
think
the
mayor
would
like
to
kind
of
have
a
push
kind
of
at
the
midway
point,
which
would
be
maybe
around
june,
that
that
says:
hey
we're
looking
at
extending
this
committee
beyond
december,
again,
not
necessarily
all
the
members
but
some
some
form
of
this
committee
that
could
move
on
and
and
continue
the
work
that
that
we
recommend
after
december.
G
So,
just
to
follow
up
on
that,
I
think
that's
part
of
why
I
wanted
to
ask
a
little
bit
about
the
time
frame
with
unm
right,
just
just
with
the
timing
of
how
long
our
task
force
continues
on
with,
in
light
of
the
conversation
that
we
had,
that
some
of
us
had
with
the
mayor
and
others
around
it
becoming
a
standing
committee,
because
once
it
is
approved
right,
we
know
that,
because
it's
so
amazing
we're
gonna
do
that
very
extensive
community
engagement
and
that's
not
and
that's
gonna,
take
a
long
time.
G
So
then,
once
those
recommendations
are
made
or
what
once
we
have
findings
out
of
the
community
engagement,
then
sort
of
how
we'll
use
those
right
and
will
it
be
us
like
this
task
force
that
will
use
those
or
the
the
findings
from
the
the
community
engagement?
Or
will
it
be
whatever
that
standing
committee
is
because,
arguably
then,
our
task
force
would
have
to
be
continued
on
for
another
or
I'm
not
sure
right,
depending
on
what
the
time
frame
is.
So
just
thinking
about
those
logistics
and
annie.
G
G
G
It's
hard
for
me
to
say
right,
like
this
is
a
city
council
meeting
people
will
be
participating,
but
but
we're
not
having
that
sort
of
engagement
and
that
bums
me
out
a
little
bit
and
I
think
it
doesn't
mean
that
we
don't
do
it.
It
just
means
it'd
be
nice
if
there
was
more
of
that
involvement,
but
maybe
I'm
just
sort
of
talking
about
my
feelings
now,
which.
H
Monica,
I
think,
it's
incredibly
valid,
especially
when
speaking
to
community
engagement,
a
lot
of
the
all
of
the
energy
that
you're
all
putting
into
these
teaching
sessions
expert
panels,
as
well
as
the
that
bigger
scope
of
community
engagement
with
unm
there.
There
is
and
and
renee
and
chris,
please
please
chime
in,
but
there
is
a
city
department
that
works
on
communication
action
plans
on
behalf
of
committees,
commissions,
council
membership.
I
know
that
that's
been
in
place
with
other
commissions
that
I've
worked
with
with
the
city,
so
there
is
that
resource.
H
But
again
it
takes
that
support
role
in
the
city
that
gets
to
coordinate
all
of
that
there's
a
newsletter
that
goes
out.
There's
social
media.
You
know
outreach
that
goes
out
so
there's
a
lot
in
the
city
that
can
support
this
team
in
having
that
community
presence.
H
Being
that
it's
an
open
meeting
and
to
your
point
in
the
sense
of
this
legacy
work,
I
think
chris
you
you
may
have
touched
on
that
all
the
effort
all
of
the
energy
that
you're
all
putting
in
in
that
work,
that
will
inform
you,
know
legislative
changes,
other
recommendations,
policy,
driven
and
so
on
and
so
forth.
H
One
of
the
things
that
I
have
found
incredibly
helpful
to
to
commit
commissions
and
committees
is
to
have
a
strategic
action
plan
that
really
speaks
to
the
immediate
body
of
work
that
you
all
get
to
do
and
the
work
that
you
all
get
to
set
foundationally
set
up
for
future
commissions
to
then
pick
up
the
baton
and
carry
on
with
the
work,
also
in
reflection
to
what
the
conditions
are
in
that
moment,
and
so,
given
that
you're
all
essentially
newly
formed
and
have
some
very
clear
goals,
not
just
for
this
year,
but
how
these
goals
set
up
this
work
in
the
future
also
for
success
and
for
significant
impact.
H
That
can
also
be
a
tool
to
consider
so
I'll,
just
pause
there.
If
that
lands.
C
And
I
think
any
continuation
of
our
committee,
whether
it's
you
know
called
public
safety
or
it
remains
this
committee
I
think,
is
dependent
on
us
if,
if
you
want
to
remain
on
the
committee
past
december-
and
this
is
a
work
that
you
want
to
see
continue
for
you
know
two
or
three
years
you
know
bruce
is
on
public
safety
committee
now
and
he
may
want
to
continue
to
sit
on
some
version
of
the
committee.
C
So
I
think
it's
it's
up
to
all
of
us
how
we
build
it.
Maybe
some
of
us,
maybe
annie,
maybe
bruce-
maybe
monica
I
don't
know-
want
to
continue.
Maybe
some
people
just
don't
have
the
time
to
do
it,
but
I
think
we
can
sort
of
build
it
and
design
it.
The
way
we
want,
I
think
part
of
the
problem
with
the
current
public
safety
committee
is
that
it
just
doesn't
have
enough
teeth
in
city
government
at
all.
C
So
you
know
creating
a
new
committee
that
actually
has
some
teeth
to
it
has
some
can
make
recommendations
can
actually
vote
on
things
and
make
things
happen?
I
think
is
really
important
and
the
public
safety
committee
wasn't
set
up
to
be
that
way.
B
I
didn't
expect
that
question.
I
assumed
that
it's
being
kept.
We
do
have
a
cloud
cloud
that
keeps
all
meetings
like
our
community
development
commission
meetings
which
are
made
up
of
community
members,
but
it's
a
it's
a
full-time.
I
mean
it's
a
standing
committee.
We
record
our
meetings
but
they're
kind
of
kept
in
a
icloud,
and
if
people
ask
for
it
they
would
have
access
to
it
to
be
able
to
access
our
meetings.
But
in
this
case
I
think
it'd
be
easier
if
it
was
just
readily
available
on
youtube
in
some
way.
B
So
I'll
look
into
that,
ask
again
about
that,
so
make
sure
that
we
have
that
accessible.
So
people
can
refer
back
to
our
meetings
if
they
want
to
listen
in
because
I
don't
think
I
don't.
I
guess
I
don't
take
it
personally.
Monica
that
people
don't
join
us
because
people
don't
unless
it's
controversial,
there's
something
like
immediate
happening
or
people
feel
threatened
by
it.
They
don't
attend
meetings
or
committee
meetings,
even
our
own.
It's
it's
disappointing
because
you
want
people
to
hear,
like
all
the
active
things
that
happen,
all
the
interesting
dialogue,
all
the
information.
B
So
if
it's
accessible
people
can
refer
back
but
yeah,
I
hear
you,
I
don't
take
it
personally,
though
I
just
think
people
don't
want
to
be
in
meetings.
I.
G
Totally
get
that
I
think
it's
more
about
sort
of
the
way
we
were
looking
at.
This
is
people
learning
with
us
right,
so
that
so
that,
hopefully
some
of
the
work
that
we
would
be
doing
would
be
more
effective
and
faster
to
to
gino's
point
right,
which
is
so
funny
because
in
in
all
my
time
doing,
you
know,
like
state
legislative
work.
G
Part
of
the
switch
to
focusing
on
municipalities
and
counties
is
that
you
can
do
things
faster,
so
it's
so
funny,
I
think
of
it
as
the
inverse
of
that
right,
which
is
that
you
can
actually
push
local
reform
in
hopes
that
it
will
then
also
push
state
reform
right,
but
it's
so
interesting
to
think
about
it
in
it.
You
know
in
the
reverse
way,
but
but
in
so
many
ways
right,
if
you
can
change
it
on
the
state
level,
then
it
impacts
the
entire
community
right,
the
entire
state,
not
just
smaller
spots.
G
I
guess
my
question
is
too
is
that
if
we
are
sort
of
curating
some
of
these
panels,
right
sort
of
inviting-
maybe
not
necessarily
all
of
the
community
but
some
of
the
decision
makers
to
come
and
par
to
hear
it
also
so
that
that
greater,
you
know,
while
they're
looking
at
the
recommendations
that
the
task
force
makes
there's
a
connection
to
oh
yeah.
G
I
remember
seeing
that
that
that
particular
panel,
because
honestly
I
mean
not
doing
a
panel,
I
could
just
come
up
with
a
variety
of
recommendations
to
put
into
our
final
report
that
you
know
that's
synthesized
from
these
experts,
as
I'm
sure
we
all
could
right
part
of
having
the
panels
is
so
that
people
can
hear
what
they
say.
B
Well,
I
think,
if
you
think
it
makes
sense,
we
could
also
just
send
out
reminders
about
what's
on
our
agenda
coming
up
that
they
may
be
interested
in
the
council
chris,
and
I
can't
send
it
out
because
this
quorum
thing
like
rolling
quorum,
someone
else
could,
whether
it's
valeria
or
no
one
else.
That's
it.
C
K
B
It
would
help,
maybe
just
to
be
able
to
send
that
out
when
we
want
to
update
them
on
something
we
think
that
they
should
be
part
of
or
know
or
try
to
participate,
especially
the
ones
that
are
coming
up.
I
mean
I
wish
they
would
have
heard
the
ones
we
actually
just
did
and
those
presentations,
but
now
we
can
flag
that
more.
C
And
I'm
hoping
once
the
community
engagement
piece
starts
that
you'll
have
counselors
giving
gabe,
maybe
some
information
about
groups
within
their
districts
that
might
be
able
to
convene
a
session
or
participate
in
a.
D
C
G
What
too
bad
what
happens
when
our
wonderful
councilman
leaves
us
what
sort
of
how
wha?
What
will
well
is
there
a
plan
for?
Is
there
a
transition
plan?
Renee?
Will
you
be
our
loan,
our
loan
leader?
How
are
we,
how
are
we?
How
are
we
going
to
to
sort
of
manage
that
situation.
B
Well,
the
good
thing
that
there's
two
of
us
and
chris
end
up
leaving
then
yeah
I'll,
take
it
on
which
I'm
already
doing
anyway,
I'm
just
kidding
chris
chris
can
weigh
in,
but
I
think
yeah.
I
mean
I'd
like
to
hear
from
chris
what
he
thinks
if
he
did,
if
he
wins
for
county
commission,
I
don't.
I
think
everyone
knows
that
right,
that
he's.
G
C
Well,
even
if
I
did
when
it
wouldn't
start
until
january,
so
you
know
we're
we're
set
to
sort
of
end
what
we're
doing
our
work
in
december.
So
you
know
it
may
continue
on
and
if
I
have
to
so
there's
nothing
prohibiting
me
from
holding
both
jobs.
I
wouldn't
want
to
do
that,
but
if
I
need
to
stay
through
january
or
february,
just
to
make
sure
that
our
work
is
kind
of
complete,
you
know
I'm
committed
to
doing
that.
C
C
If
it
continued
to
be
on
beyond
december,
I
think
you
know
if
we,
if
we,
if
all
of
us,
decided
to
extend
the
resolution,
then
that
would
extend
the
the
co-chairs
as
well.
B
C
F
H
B
You
made
me
blush
chris.
Does
I
think,
having
us
together
and
having
different
perspectives
is
is
good.
You
know
for
the
mix
of
our
council
and
just
prodding
certain
people
for
certain
information.
Sometimes
it's
better.
When
chris
does
it
versus
me
so
yeah?
I
think
we
make
a
good
team.
I
hope
he
stays
on
in
terms
of
like
this
work
for
the
rest
of
this
year,
but
we'll
figure
it
out.
I
mean
I
I
feel
like
from
what
chris
just
said.
We
still
have
chris
as
co-chair
for
the
rest
of
this
year.
C
G
Guys
are
a
great
team.
You
know
it's
nice
to
have
different
effects
when
you
approach
work,
because
then
you
balance,
you
balance
each
other
out.
So
I
think
it's
wonderful.
I
love
working
in
a
team.
It
can
be
really
great.
So
I'm
just
curious,
I'm
curious.
You
know
I
can
be
very
process
oriented,
I
like
to
know
the
landscape
and
how
we're
going
to
move
through
things.
G
So
we
can
plan
to
be
the
best
and
sort
of
thinking
about
the
final
report
that
we're
going
to
draft
how
that's
going
to
go
and
also
will
we
be
incorporating
the
community
engagement
piece
or
will
that
be
going
on
while
we're
doing
our
final
report
just
thinking
through
some
of
these
details
as
we
move
forward
and
in
light
of
annie's
comments,
which
I
feel
right,
which
is
how
what
is
the
most
strategic
way
to
get
to
where
we
need
to
be.
E
H
You
so
I
just
I
wanted
to
follow
up
on
three
things:
input
from
the
present
days
from
the
presentation
last
week
and
gino.
Thank
you
for
for
the
valuable
input
that
you
have
offered
anyone
else.
That
would
be
very,
very
helpful
and
also
to
follow
up
on
confirming
the
presentation
date
for
ithaca
and
for
the
restorative
justice
expert
panel.
C
Yeah
so
I
just
heard
from
ithaca
yesterday
and
they
said
they're
going
to
their
common
council
for
discussion
on
wednesday,
which
would
be
tomorrow,
and
then
they
asked
if
we
had
some
dates,
that
we
were
thinking
to
have
them
here
with
us.
So
I
don't
know.
If
I
I
guess
I
could
propose
the
next
meeting
or
the
following
meeting
after
that
and
give
them
some
options
or
if
we
just
want
to
say
you
know
the
only
the.
C
But
the
fact
that
they
got
back
to
me,
I
think
is,
is
a
good
sign,
so
I
think
they're
probably
willing.
I
just
don't
know
how
much
time
they're
going
to
need
so
I'll
reach
out
to
the
contacts
at
ithaca
tomorrow
and
see
if
they'll,
if
they
would
be
ready
by
our
next
meeting
and
if
not
I'll,
give
them
the
option
of
the
meeting
after
that,
if
you
guys
are
if
you're,
if
the
committee's
okay
with
that.
C
B
A
A
I
also
put
down
on
the
calendar
that
valeria
created
for
may
5th
to
secure
a
spot
for
a
presentation
around
the
drug
use
alternatives
to
response
for
drug
use,
can't
whether
it's
gonna
be
a
presentation
or
panel
is
still
being
determined,
but
that
I
mean
if,
if
that
works,
I'll
move
to
do
that.
But
if
you
need
that
date,
let
me
know.
G
May
3rd
3rd
may
3rd,
okay
yeah
I'm
trying
to
create
the
fines
and
fees
panel,
just
trying
to
figure
out
when
people
are
available.
Some
people
are
less
available
in
may
so,
if
you're
gonna,
if
you're
looking
at
the
third,
I
might
look
at
the
17th
then
and
try
and
see
how
that
goes.
G
I'm
meeting
with
some
folks
from
san
francisco
actually
tomorrow
to
see
because
to
see
if
ann
can
come
actually
and
some
other
folks
just
because
they
met
counselor,
rivera
and
and
via
real
men
and
at
the
the
conference,
and
there
a
couple
of
those
other
folks
may
or
may
not
be
available.
So
are
we
looking
at
june
dates
also
or
we're
not
looking
at
june
dates?
We
can
look
at
your
page
too.
G
Remember,
valeria
that
you
had
this.
I
was
just
worried
because
we
just
talked
about
the
city
council
saying
that
they're
gonna
have
to
extend
our
work
beyond
you
know,
but
I
guess
that's
beyond
december.
I'm
sorry.
I
just
confused
myself.
H
It's
okay,
so
this
is
where
thank
you
emily
for
for
using
the
the
calendar,
because
that
this
is
going
to
help
us
keep
track,
and
it's
also
going
to
inform
our
quarterly
quarterly
reports
right.
This
is
where
our
work
plan
lives,
so
to
be
determined
right,
christopher
the
19th,
and
then
it
sounds
like
monica
you
and
mary
louise
you'll
you'll
get
back
to
us
about
which
day
for.
B
The
calendar
is
our
meeting
dates
that
we
have
that.
I
would
ask
if
you
just
put
it
in
your
calendar
anyway
and
then
let
me
know
we'll
have
we
potentially
will
have
a
meeting
or
a
presentation
or
maybe
we'll
have
a
day
off
like
after
july
5th
july,
5th
july
4
is
my
birthday,
so
I
think
everybody
should
have
off
july
5th.
B
But
yeah
if
we
could
populate
those,
we
need
to
make
some
adjustments.
There's
some
conflicts
chris.
If
you
look
at
that
calendar
with
our
finance
meetings,
two
of
them,
but.
B
And
valeria's
question
to
all
of
you:
we
wouldn't
be
hurt.
If
there's
anything
you
want
to
know
or
change
and
input
for
the
presentation
that
we
gave
you.
I
don't
know
if
you
saw
what
we
actually
submitted
other
than
that
presentation,
there
was
actually
a
work
plan
that
valeria
sent
everybody
that
gave
details
about
what
has
been
accomplished.
It
was
pretty
detailed.
B
I
don't
know
if
you
all
looked
at
that
and
if
there
was
anything
incorrect,
we
need
to
fix
it
it.
It
basically
correlates
with
our
overall
work
plan
and
that's
why
valeria
kept
stressing.
Can
you
please
populate
the
internal
work
plan,
so
we
can
keep
following.
We
have
a
kind
of
schedule
to
follow,
so
I
don't
know
if
there's
any
thoughts
in
the
presentation
or
anything
else
for
them,
so
that
we
can
be
cognizant
of
that
in
the
next.
For
the
next
quarterly
report.
K
E
H
We've
got
working
group
communications,
any
action
items
with
which
rene
already
spoke
to
one
of
them,
but
anything
else
from
from
the
actual
working
groups.
And
after
that
we
can
move
into
matters
from
the
task
force
and
then
do
the
breakup.
So
any
communications
from
our
our
amazing
working
groups.
E
H
Anyone
else
we're
good,
and
so
our
next
meeting
is
going
to
be
the
19th
and
then
I
I'm
going
to
set
up
the
breakout
rooms.
G
G
That
is
then
followed
at
a
later
date
with
the
expert
panel,
so
that
we're
all
engaging
with
the
information,
because
I
think,
if
I
get,
if
you
know,
if
I'm
able
to
get
five
or
six
people
to
show
up,
I
don't
want
to
take
away
from
some
of
their
expertise
and
their
ability
to
talk
about
the
reforms
that
they've
done
by
first
setting
the
stage.
It
might
be
better
if
I
set
the
stage
beforehand.
G
But
I
also
don't
want
to
be
what's
the
word
stingy
or
what's
the
word,
I'm
looking
for
you
know
like
overzealous,
I
don't
yeah,
so
I
just
want
to
check
in
with
everybody
about
that.
B
G
I
might
yeah
so
so
what
I
might
do
in
the
because
I'm
in
the
document
right
now
is
just
sort
of
hold
two
days
may
17th
and
june
21st
there's
still
the
june
7th
meeting
in
between,
if
that's
okay,
but
I
can
communicate
with
mary,
louise
and
marcela
too,
if
they're
able
to.
We
can
try
to
communicate
to
do
that,
and
I
know
that
our
work
group
we
were
doing
another
reimagining
traffic.
G
We
were
thinking
about
doing
a
reimagining
traffic
panel
and
that
we're
collaborating
on
and
I've
been
able
to
confirm
one
person.
But
of
course
we
don't
have
a
date
for
that.
So
thinking
through
how
we're
going
to
coordinate
doing
that
is
going
to
be
challenging
too.
H
All
righty,
I'm
just
gonna,
okay
with
the
re-managing
reimagining
traffic.
If
you
can
just
do
an
ear
mark
somewhere
in
that
calendar,
like
I
just
put
a
tbd
next
to
it,
so
that
we
can
have
a
frame
of
reference
that
that
will
be
happening
in
in
the
summer
go
ahead.
Renee.
B
Oh
I
just
wanted
monica.
There
was
an
update
for
fines
and
fees.
If
you
want
to
add
like
what
step
just
happened
in
terms
of
like
data
requests,
it
was
basically
a
data
request
to.
G
Sure,
thank
you
renee,
so
we
just
we
had
a
wonderful
follow-up
meeting
to
discuss
sort
of
what
are
some
of
the.
What
what's
the
first
work
that
needs
to
be
done
when
looking
at
doing
fines
and
fees
reform
at
the
city
level,
and
we
created
a
pretty
extensive
data
request
that
we
shared
with
the
I
would
call
him.
The
chief
of
staff,
chad
chinham
at
the
santa
fe
municipal
court,
gave
that
to
him
and
he's
working
on
it.
Now
it
has
and
I'm
happy
to
share
that
data
request.
G
Maybe
I
can
valedia,
I
can
share
that
with
you
and
then
we
can.
We
can
update
it,
but
everything
from
you
know
all
of
the
different
fees
that
are
assessed
per
conviction,
all
of
the
monthly
fine
and
fee
reports
that
are
sent
from
the
municipal
court
to
all
of
the
city
councillors
and
what
we're
looking
for
too.
As
far
as
the
date
range
is
2019
through
the
present,
and
the
reason
for
that
is
that
we
want
pre-covet
numbers
and
then
we
sort
of
have
a
dead
zone.
G
The
wonderful
thing
about
the
dead
zone
during
covet
is
that
it
also
shows
that
the
sky
didn't
fall,
because
during
covid
there
were
supreme
court
directives
to
actually
save
a
collection
of
fines
and
fees,
as
well
as
a
variety
of
other
policy
reforms,
sort
of
informal
policy
reforms
that
took
place
in
order
to
give
people
a
chance.
This
is
actually
wonderful
data,
but
it's
also
not
usual
data,
so
we
want
to
compare
it
to
pre-covered
versus
now
and
also
looking
at
data
related
to
driver's
license
suspensions.
G
For
you
know,
debt-based
driver's
license
suspensions
and
failure
to
appear
driver's
license
suspensions
and
also
sort
of
where
does
all
of
the
money
go.
There's
certain
types
of
fees
that
go
to
certain
that
have
to
be
remitted
back
to
the
state,
but
there's
several
fees
that
stay
within
the
city,
so
we're
trying
to
get
a
better
idea
of
where
that
money
goes.
G
G
So
there's
a
variety
of
things
that
happen
when
you
can't
pay,
which
we'll
get
into
more
when
when
I'll,
do
this
informal
presentation,
but
it's
nice
to
get
a
preliminary
feel
and
to
start
that
process
with
gathering
that
data.
So
I'm
excited
to
see
what's
going
to
happen
and
we
can
use
whatever
we
get
to
inform
some
of
the
policy
recommendations
we
make
at
the
end
of
our
time
together.
A
K
Looking
I'm.
D
Just
looking
to
try
to
be
assigned
something
to
do
seriously
some
research
to
do
so.
I
And
I'll
just
say
that
marcella,
I
know
that
you
are
going
to
be
reaching
out
to
some
people
to
be
part
of
that
presentation.
I
I
do
have
a
couple
of
people,
but
I
think
that
we
probably
need
to
discuss
like
exactly
how
many
we
want
to
bring,
but
really
who
we're
going
to
bring
because
of
what
we,
what
we
plan
to
do
with
restorative
justice
and
using
it
on
this
task
force,
because
it's
gonna
matter
right.
So
I
think
that
we
can
have
that
conversation,
but
I
said
something
renee
cause.
I
I
promise
to
raise
the
bar
for
myself
when
I'm
not
at
my
best.
L
H
L
Is
it
a
part
of
your
contract
that
if
we
gave
you
because
it
it
is
a
lot
of
administrative
work
for
us,
which
I
guess
we
can
find
time
to
do?
But
I
know
a
lot
of
us
are
incredibly
busy
with
our
jobs
etc,
for
you
to
reach
out
to
the
people
for
the
panels
and
to
get
them
sort
of
situated
like
if
we
were
to
give
you
the
contact
information.
L
H
I
can
look
at
the
scope
for
the
next
three
months
because
I
was
recently
asked
to
submit
all
of
that.
So
while
we
do
the
breakout
sessions
I'll
look
at
that,
but
I
don't
believe
it's
there.
But
let
me
look.
E
B
Not
fair
you're
right
marcella
takes
a
lot
of
time
for
all
of
us
to
put
those
together,
even
just
communicating
with
ithaca
back
and
forth.
It's
like
yeah.
I
agree.
It's
it's
a
problem.
B
H
I'm
looking
at
it
right
now,
it
doesn't.
It's
all
focused
on
this
team
in
terms
of
facilitation,
reporting,
presentations,
note-taking
agendas,
prioritization
final
deliverable
quarter,
progress
reports
and
then
requirements
about
local
knowledge
and
so
forth.
Right.
C
And
from
my
side,
yeah
I'll
start
pushing
the
mayor
and
kira
a
little
bit
harder
for
that
staff
person,
because
you
know
that
was
a
promise.
It
was
made
so
we'll
I'll
continue
to
push
that.
C
G
It
was
definitely
a
commitment
that
was
made
during
that
meeting
yeah
it
was,
it
was
a
promise,
so
I
that's
what
you
know:
try
not
to
take
it
personally
right,
but
still
just
in
a
in
a
professional
sense.
It
was
a
promise
that
was
made
that
there
would
be
assistance
in
doing
this
work
and
to
annie's.
K
Organizationally
chris
and
renee:
could
this
be
some
type
of
funding?
That's
pushed
into
the
legislative
office
for
a
part-time
person.
K
C
Yeah,
so
we
had
a,
we
had
support
staff
initially
and
she
was
her
name
was
jennifer
fabian
and
she
was
kind
of
fits
in
that
area
that
you
were
talking
about.
But
when
community
the
community
health
and
safety
division
was
put
together,
we
felt
it
would
probably
be
best
to
fit
within
kira's
directorship.
C
I
guess
so,
and
she
made
that
commitment
to
us
in
the
meeting
that
we
had
with
the
mayor
and
with
kyra,
and
that
I
think
that's
what
you're
hearing
now
is
that
you
know
you
made
the
commitment,
let's
it's
time,
to
pony
up.
C
H
Absolutely
I've
got
everybody
set
up
and
again
I'll
spend
I'll
divvy
up
my
time
with
each
of
your
your
teams,
so
that
I
can
stay
up
to
date
with
all
the
great
work
you're
doing
so
I
will
be
seeing
you
shortly,
I'm
going
to
open
all
the
rooms.
Thank
you
everybody
here.
We.
