If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
A
F
H
A
G
A
A
I
H
A
A
H
H
D
H
Okay,
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
we're
getting
all
answers
out
there.
um
I
guess
last
question
is:
do
you
know
when
we'll
begin,
the
installation?
I
know
we
had
talked
about
october
time
frame
and
we're
now
in
november?
So
do
you
know,
do
you
know
when
we'll
begin
the
installation
process
for
these
new
lights.
H
H
A
D
um
I
guess
if
I
could
make
a
little
introduction
chairman,
um
so
uh
the
engineering
division
of
public
works
and
the
metropolitan
planning
organization
work
really
closely
together
to
do
long-range
planning
for
our
transportation
network
as
well
as
sort
of
more
close
range
application
of
funding,
um
receipt
of
uh
public
input,
development
and
master
plans.
And
so
this
presentation
is
going
to
give
you
an
overview
of
the
uh
the
road
planning,
as
well
as
the
uh
road
construction
projects
that
are
in
progress.
And
so
hopefully
there's
a
lot
of
information
in
the
presentation.
D
A
J
So
for
those
of
you
may
be
aware,
the
santa
fe
mpo
with
its
partners,
the
city,
the
county,
the
state
and
the
pueblo
tuzuki
develop
multiple
master
plans
and
a
overall
metropolitan
transportation
plan.
Each
of
those
initiatives
has
a
pretty
substantive
public
engagement
process,
detailed
analysis
of
what's
on
the
ground,
demographic
analysis.
J
J
The
santa
fe
mpo
is
clearly
much
greater
than
just
the
city
limits
and
the
information
that
we
collect,
with
your
help
with
uh
consultants,
help
and
so
forth,
really
informs
a
regional
perspective
and
going
back
to
that
last
slide
not
just
about
the
particular
planning
area
you're
seeing
here.
But
what
are
the
regional
influences,
whether
it's
the
um
rail
runner
express
and
the
impacts
therein
or
other
regional
impacts?
J
So
the
mpos
transportation
plan
metropolitan
transportation
plan
really
goes
into
detail
when
considering
these
projects
in
terms
of
going
from
those
goals
to
a
project.
uh
Prioritization
framework
that
looks
at
safety
looks
at
the
environmental
equity
issues
and
then
delivers
what
is
a
ranking,
and
so
the
projects
that
we're
you're
hearing
have
gone
through
a
pretty
again
substantive
and
somewhat
timely.
Oftentimes
a
project
will
take
years
and
years
to
get
to
a
point
where
funding
uh
becomes
available.
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
um
This
project
will
um
add
ada
compliant
sidewalks,
both
sides
of
the
road
which
is
six
feet
wide.
It
will
also
add
two
five
foot
wide
bicycle
lanes
on
both
sides
again
um
and
it
next
slide
piece,
mr
oni.
It
will
improve
ten
intersections
on
guadalupe
street
and,
more
importantly,
next
slide,
please.
I
This
project
will
have
a
green
infrastructure
component,
which
we
will
landscape
the
three
medians
and
all
sidewalks.
This
is
the
purpose
of
green
infrastructure
or
landscaping
of
the
medians
and
sidewalks
is
not
only
for
beautification
it's.
It
also
adds
safety
to
pedestrians
and
bicyclists,
and
also
it
provides
natural
way
to
control
storm
water
next
slide,
please.
I
I
I
So
this
project
that
we
are
trying
to
find
funding
is
phase
one.
A
and
b,
which
is
the
based
on
nmdot
process,
is
the
alignment
or
corridor
study.
This
study
may
include
traffic
analysis.
Evaluation
of
right-of-way
needs,
drainage,
system,
evaluation
and
improvement,
recommend
recommendations
for
reconfiguring
the
saint
michael's
drive.
I
The
cost
estimate
for
phase
one
for
this
project
is
about
six
hundred,
fifty
thousand
to
seven
hundred
fifty
thousand,
which
can
be
funded
by
a
one-half
grt
allocation
next
year.
Our
our
department
director,
miss
regina
wheeler,
has
agreed
to
to
look
to
fund
this
the
phase
one
of
this
project
through
grt.
I
D
Thank
you
so
much
ramela
and
thank
you
chairman
and
members
of
the
committee.
um
By
bringing
this
up.
We
just
wanted
to
um
let
you
know
that
um
nmdot
is
in
the
process
of
designing
the
reconstruction
of
cereos
road
between
st
michaels
and
st
francis.
The
last
little
segment
um
they've
transferred
the
rest
of
cerrios
to
us,
and
then
they
reconstruct
this
piece
and
we'll
transfer
it
to
us.
um
We,
the
city,
is
a
key
stakeholder.
Of
course.
D.O.T
is
managing
and
funding
this
project,
but
we
are
providing
robust
feedback.
D
um
We
see
this
particular
segment
as
very
different
from
a
contextual
perspective
than
the
rest
of
cerrios
road,
you
you're,
beginning
to
enter
the
old
downtown
part
of
santa
fe.
You
start
to
see
roadside
businesses
that
are
much
smaller
much
closer
to
the
road.
You
see
old
hotels,
the
architecture's
changing
and
so
we've
recently
actually
provided
feedback
to
dot.
That
asked
them
to
really
take
into
consideration
the
context.
You
also
start
it's
a
very
big
multi-modal
hub
too.
You
have
trails
coming
together.
D
You've
got
the
rail
runner
coming
into
this
segment,
and
so
we've
asked
d.o.t
to
really
um
take
a
strong
look
at
really
accommodating
pedestrians
and
bicycles
uh
in
this
um
segment,
as
well
as
really
taking
into
consideration
sort
of
the
small
businesses
on
the
side
of
the
road
um
and
so
we're
working
closely
with
dot
and
we're
confident
that
the
result
will
be
a
good
one
and
that's
all
I
had
about
that.
Is
there
one
more
slide,
vermella
uh
just
a
question
slightly.
A
A
I
D
Chairman,
if
I
could,
I
wanted
to
add
a
little
bit.
um
I
just
really
wanted
to
recognize.
Ramela,
um
that's
67
million
dollars
of
projects
that's
happening
is
completely
under
her
control.
She
has
personally
taken
responsibility
to
ensure
that
we
never
miss
a
funding
opportunity
that
all
of
the
projects
follow
the
very
strict
nmdot
guidelines.
D
um
You'll
see
she
has
a
number
of
items
on
the
agenda
today,
managing
that
she
um
she's
our
one
of
our
first
senior
project
administrators
because
of
her
high
level
of
qualifications
and
expertise
and
just
she's
operating
without
a
division
director
without
a
supervisor
and
without
any
staff
to
support
her
so
um
just
really
want
to
recognize
romelu's
excellent
work.
I
think
our
road
projects
are
in
really
good
shape.
We've
got
a
lot
of
great
stuff
going
on
and
then
also
really
appreciate
the
mpos
support.
D
They
do
a
lot
of
the
field
work
for
us,
they
go
out
and
they
because
we
don't
have
any
staff
in
engineering
and
their
expertise
is
really
top-notch
for
evaluating
data.
Looking
at
road
conditions
on
the
ground,
making
state-of-the-art
recommendations
to
really
have
the
city
that
we
want,
and
I
I
just
think
we
couldn't
do
it
without
uh
both
of
these
mpo
and
ramella's
incredible
uh
contributions
right
now.
Thank
you.
A
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
miss
gloria
somas
and
thank
you,
mr
ani.
um
I
did
have
one
more
question
that
just
popped
up,
but
they're,
um
so
fully
funded
is
ava,
freya
and
cottonwood,
and
also
our
free
on
south
meadows
and
those
are
less
than
a
mile
apart
from
each
other,
so
which
one
will
be
done
first
and
um
how
long
will
it
take
and
then
when
will
the
second
one
begin.
I
I
I
A
A
B
A
B
A
E
I
I
uh
We
are
we
we
uh
pay
we're
paying
in
total
of
250
000
to
design
a
sidewalk.
Why?
Because
they
are
following
an
nmdot
process.
Nmdot
design
process
is
very
strict.
They
have
a
lot
of
requirements
that
you
don't
need
to
do
if
you
are
using
your
money,
your
local
money.
So
when
we
before
issuing
the
rfp,
I
I
spoke
with
the
nmdot
coordinator
that
we
will
not
have
enough
funding
to
design
the
project,
because,
because
uh
typically
20
of
the
construction
cost
estimate
is
goes
to
designing
the
project.
I
Our
cost
estimate
for
constructing
this
project
sometime
in
2024
2025,
is
about
6
million
dollars
that
has
increased
by
2.5
million
dollars
from
2016
cost
estimate.
It's
not
only
because
all
the
project
cost
estimates
for
construction
has,
you
know,
has
escalated
since
covet
since
march
2020
and
we're
not
the
only
ones
who
are
who
are
having
problem
finding
construction
funding
all
agencies
in
its
base.
E
E
I
Thank
you
councillor
lindell.
If
I
could
please
add,
um
the
governing
body
accepted
the
funding
agreement
um
in
2020
and
in
addition
to
the
design
uh
funding,
we
also
receive
construction
funding,
which
is
about
four
million
dollars.
So
uh
the
santa
fe
mpo
director,
mr
ani
and
I
spoke
with
hc
it's
a
federal
fund
funding
program.
D
um
Yeah,
thank
you
so
much
and
if
I
could
add
just
a
bit
to
that,
um
I
wanted
to
point
out
that
this
project
was
actually
given
to
us
by
nmdot,
with
the
funding,
so
they've
already
uh
allocated
over
four
million
dollars,
and
they
will
continue
to
allocate
additional
funding.
It
was
a
very
high
priority
on
their
list
because
of
the
safety
issues
we
have
children
and
families
crossing
right
at
the
same
crossing.
D
St
michael's
drive
six
lanes
of
traffic
at
the
same
place
that
the
rail
runner
process
it's
impossible
to
distinguish
a
pedestrian
or
a
bicyclist
at
that
intersection.
They
studied
it
deeply
and
they
determined
that
it's
a
very
high
priority
safety
project
to
get
pedestrians
off
the
surface
of
that
of
that
uh
it's
the
rail
trail,
of
course,
um
extension
so
they'll
be
funding
the
entire
project
and
uh
they
gave
it
to
us
and
uh
that
that's
the
perspective
that
we're
working
from
as
a
safety
project.
G
Thank
you
I
wanted
to.
um
I
wanted
to
say
that
you
know
we
we
when
I
was
chair
of
btac,
we
talked
about
this
uh
underpass
or
crossing
of
some
sort,
and
I
know
it
turned
into
an
underpass
and
uh
btac
at
the
time
and
I'm
sure
they
still
do
have
concerns
about
safety
and
crossing
st
michael's
drive
at
that
section,
whether
you're
walking
uh
running
or
riding
a
bike,
and
it's
it's
very,
very
busy.
G
G
So
I
think
this
is
a
good
timing
to
do
this
uh
before
uh
something
tragic
happens,
and
I
think
it's
something
we
really
need
and
I'm
happy
to
see
that
it's
coming
to
fruition.
Maybe
in
I
don't
know
how
many
more
years,
maybe
I'll
be
running
for
something
again
by
then,
at
any
rate,
um
I'll
tell
you
uh
I
I
was
curious
and
maybe
counselor
lindell
can
answer
this
and
she's
the
only
one
here
from
finance
committee.
I
noticed
that
it
was
forwarded
without
a
recommendation.
G
A
I
A
I
I
Nmdot
um
chose
to
to
uh
they.
They
chose
underpass,
but
they
hired
again
another
consultant
to
study
the
alternatives
and
that
consultant
um
concluded
that
underpass
is
the
best
alternative
for
this,
for
improving
the
intersection
of
of
saint
mike's
and
trail
trail.
The
reason
for
overpass
is
the
the
right-of-way
needs
it.
It
will
be
a
very
expensive
project
if
we
do
and
overpass
because
of
right-of-way
needs
and
also
ada
compliance,
it's
very
difficult
to
provide
access
to
disabled
people.
If
we
have
overpass.
H
Great,
thank
you,
miss
glorioso.
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
that
the
public
was
well
aware
of
why
we're
going
down
this
direction
and
it's,
uh
I
think
we
we've
looked
into
the
options
and
it's
just
the
underpass
is
probably
the
best
viable
option
for
us
right
now.
So
thank
you
for
that
clarification
and
again,
just
to
echo
the
sentiments
from
my
colleagues.
You
know
sending
lots
of
energy
and
fine
get
good
dots.
Your
way
as
you
take
on
the
the
mountain
of
projects
that
are
under
your
belt
right
now.
H
G
A
A
H
E
A
A
A
H
A
A
B
A
A
C
A
A
A
G
Thank
you,
mr
chair.
uh
Sorry,
you
had
to
go
through
all
that,
but
I
just
wanted
to
to
pull
this
because
you
know
it
speaks
to
sidewalks
and
bike
trails
here,
and
I
just
wanted
to
make
a
plug
for
my
district
to
say
that
governor
miles
is
still
waiting
for
sidewalks
and
bike
trails,
and
uh
I
I
won't
have
too
much
longer
to
peep
about
that.
So
so
I'm
going
to
make
that
comment
here.
G
A
A
A
A
Okay,
I'll
read
it
in
mr
yo,
it's
okay,
so
item
q
is
approval
of
transportation
project
fund
grant
agreement
in
the
amount
of
eight
hundred
thousand
for
the
engineering
design
of
pasel
de
sole
extension
project
as
perterra
contenta
master
development
plan,
new
mexico
department
of
transportation,
ms
glorioso
moss
to
address
any
questions
and
then
number
one
or
q1
is
approval
of
a
budget
adjustment
resolution.
The
total
amount
of
760
000
to
pull
the
funds
from
the
tpf
grant
into
budget
for
the
engineering
design
of
purcell,
the
soul
extension
project,
councilor,
vigil
copley,.
G
I
G
Yeah,
okay,
well,
the
documentation
doesn't
say
west
and
I
just
want
to
state
that
paseo
del
sol
west
is
a
whole
different
street
and
that's
not
the
extension
that
I
see
on
the
map.
So
I
would
suggest
because
it
can
get
confusing
down
the
road.
We
don't
know
what
issues
that
could
bring,
but
I
suggest
you
you
clarify
this
because
uh
indeed
the
map
does
show
the
soul
west
being
extended,
but
the
documentation
on
this
caption
and
on
in
the
memo
or
wherever
it
is,
it
doesn't
say,
paseo
del
sol
west.
A
H
E
A
A
H
Thank
you,
mr
chair.
Just
I
got
it.
I
guess
a
quick
request
from
staff
that
now
that
the
infrastructure
packages
pass
through
congress,
that
uh
if
we
can
plan
to
have
a
presentation
given
to
the
committee
in
regards
to
what
that
impact
is
ultimately
going
to
mean
to
the
city
of
santa
fe
things
like
the
amount
of
resources
that
are
coming
down,
what
projects
we
might
be
able
to
fund
with
it,
etc.
H
A
D
uh
Thank
you
chairman
for
that
question,
um
I'll
be
working
with
the
finance
director,
of
course,
on
evaluating
this
funds,
and
I
believe,
we'll
also
need
to
understand
what
role
the
state
plays
in
deploying
these
resources.
So
it'll
probably
take
a
little
bit
to
um
to
understand.
What's
coming
down
the
pike,
but
as
soon
as
we
do
we'll
uh
bring
a
presentation
to
the
public
works
committee.
A
Great
thank
you
and
I
assume
the
country
garcia.
The
um
right.
The
makeup
of
the
committees
may
change
after
uh
january
1,
so
we'll
see
where
we're
at,
but
hopefully
uh
miss
wheeler
will
be
there.
So
whatever
changes
are
made,
um
she
can
work
with
whoever's
here.
Hopefully
me,
if
not
whoever
is
so.
Thank
you
anything
else
from
the
committee.
