Sir
I
just
want
to
make
a
motion
to
remove
the
ATU
Commendation
from
the
agenda.
Today.
The
next
ATU
accommodation
will
be
taking
place
in
June.
B
F
It's
my
great
pleasure,
Tampa
City,
Council
Mr
chairman
to
present
our
officer
of
the
month
to
officer
Ted
Clegg
who's
here
and
like
I
always
say
we
always
do
the
police
officer
of
the
month,
as
well
as
the
firefighter
of
the
quarter,
because
it's
consistent
with
the
values
of
our
city,
which
is
our
city
of
Tampa,
is
a
very
Pro
first
responder
city,
a
city
that
supports
the
hard
work
of
our
First
Responders,
and
that
includes
the
men
and
women
of
our
Tampa
Police
Department.
F
G
Ahead,
sir
good
morning,
Calvin
Johnson,
deputy
chief
Tampa
Police
Department,
it's
always
good
to
be
here
in
the
morning.
Talking
about
the
officer.
They
did
a
real
good
job.
I
remember
back
when
I
was
a
captain
in
District
Two
kind
of
go
into
a
neighborhood
watch
meeting
and
I
go
on
the
radio
ask
for
an
officer
officer,
Clegg
shows
up
and
he
knew
everybody
inside
the
meeting
and
just
the
relationship
that
he
had
was
very
important.
He
was
very
relaxed,
they
were
relaxed
and
that's
the
ultimate
Community
engagement
right
there.
G
Over
the
past
10
years
officer,
Ted
Clegg
has
been
a
quintessential
example
of
an
officer
and
colleague
at
the
Tampa
Police
Department
officer.
Clegg
is
served
in
a
variety
of
roles
during
his
career
as
a
patrol
officer
field,
training
officer
and
a
member
of
our
street
anti-crime
Squad
on
top
of
his
daily
workload,
he
routinely
is
the
first
person
to
take
on
special
assignments
or
offer
assistance
to
his
fellow
officers.
G
Officer
Clegg
stays
on
top
of
current
trends
and
wanted
subjects
and
relays
pertinent
information
in
District,
Detectives
officer
Clegg
has
built
a
strong
relationship
with
our
community
members.
Local
businesses,
which
have
proven
valuable
during
investigations
officer
Claire,
consistently
goes
above
and
beyond
what
he
is
called
to.
Do
an
example
of
that
thorough
work
occurred
in
February
while
investigating
a
commercial
burglary
on
February
16th
nine
days
after
the
crime
committed
oops.
Sorry
about
that.
G
On
February
7th
officer,
Clegg
responded
to
a
Life
Storage
on
Hillsborough
Avenue,
after
a
suspect
forces
weighing
in
several
Lock
storage
units
once
inside
the
suspect
stole
a
gaming
system
in
video
games,
along
with
other
valuables.
He
later
fled
on
foot.
After
conducting
a
neighborhood
survey
officer
collect
located
video
of
the
suspect
in
the
vehicle
he
drove
away
in
cluding
its
tag
number,
which
led
to
the
identification
of
the
suspect
on
February
16th
nine
days
after
the
incident
officer,
Clegg
received
intelligence
that
the
suspect
vehicle
had
broken
down
in
the
city
of
Tampa.
G
G
F
Thank
you,
sir,
and
and
now
before
we
formally
presented

from
Tampa

for

I,
wanted
to
thank
you
for
your
service
and
I
want
to
thank
your
family
for
sharing
you
with
us
tremendous
respect
for
the
police.
Thank
you
for
everything
you
do
and
for
everybody

on

A
F
F
Husband
and
your
father
God
bless
you
so
with
your
with
your
wonderful
wife
hearing
your
two
beautiful
daughters
here,
it
is
my
great
pleasure,
on
behalf
of
Tampa
City
Council,
sir,
to
give
this
Tampa
City
Council
Commendation,
to
you
for
all
of
your
work
and
for
all
of
your
service
here
to
our
city
of
Tampa.
We're
very
grateful.
Thank
you.
O
C
Thank
you
very
much
for
all
that
you
do.
Most
importantly,
thank
you
to
your
family
and
thank
you
for
the
sacrifice
that
you
all
make
every
time
you
put
that
uniform
on
you're
out
there
protecting
our
community,
making
it
a
safer
place
and
to
your
children.
You
know
that
your
dad's
a
hero
and
it's
people
like
him
that
Inspire
us
every
day
to
be
better
and
to
want
to
serve
and
to
give
back
to
this
community.
So
congratulations
well
deserved,
sir.
B
P
They
want
to
do
a
job
to
make
sure
that
the
safety
of
all
citizens,
the
city
of
Tampa,
are
respected
and
not
ignored
so
upon
yourself
and
the
thousand
or
so
police
officers.
We
thank
you.
Thank
you
very
much
for
what
you've
done
in
the
past
continue
what
you're
doing
to
the
Future
and
if
it
wasn't
for
your
family,
to
allow
you
to
do
all
these
things.
We
wouldn't
be
standing
here
today.
P
I
want
to
thank
your
family
also
and
everyone
in
the
community
who
understands
that
this
is
not
about
keeping
a
secret,
not
saying
who
did
it.
This
is
not
a
game
show.
This
is
about,
say
who
did
it?
So
we
can
get
our
seats
back
to
the
citizens
where
they
belong,
so
they
can
walk
in
peace
and
not
be
disturbed
and
gotten
to
get
nervous
when
they're
walking
the
streets.
That's
what
it's
all
about
and
I
want
to.
P
B
I
repeat
myself,
all
the
time
when
I
tell
people
in
in
the
audience
and
on
TV,
if
y'all
want
to
see
what
happens
or
what
the
brave
women
and
men
of
tpd
go
through
each
and
every
day
go
to
the
Citizens
Academy
you'll
find
out
in
in
six
weeks
just
the
surface
level
of
what
these
Brave
women
and
men
do
officer.
I.
Thank
you
for
everything
you
do.
Keeping
the
citizens
of
Tampa
safe,
making
sure
that
our
property
is
protected,
making
sure
that
our
children
are
protected.
F
F
We
can
just
go
straight,
I
mean
just
for
efficiency
in
the
agenda
and
whatnot
and
next
Mr
chair.
It's
my
great
pleasure
to
present
the
Tampa
firefighter
of
the
quarter
to
Mr
Brian
Noonan.
F
It's
it's
a
pleasure
here
to
present
this
to
Mr,
Brian,
Noonan
and
and
like
I
said
before,
for
Tampa
police
officers.
The
same
is
true
for
for
our
firefighters,
which
is
we
do
this
to
reflect
the
values
of
of
our
city
at
Tampa,
which
supports
our
hard-working
men
and
women
in
Tampa,
Fire
Rescue
in
word,
and
indeed
so.
I
will
invite
over
here,
Chief
Barbara
Tripp
to
speak,
go
ahead.
E
Good
morning,
Council
Barbara
fire
chief
attempt
fire
rescue.
So
today
we
have
Mr
Brian
Noonan
who's
been
awarded
the
second
quarter
firefighter
quarter.
Let
me
just
tell
you
why
he's
been
selected
drum
engineer,
Brian
Newman
came
to
Temp
fire
rescue
May
18th
of
2009..
He
has
become
a
role
model
for
many
of
the
Departments
and
has
worked
tirelessly
for
educating
himself
upon
others.
Inmate
temple
Fire
Rescue,
better
place
to
work
job
engineer.
E
Newman
has
always
had
a
passion
for
fire
department
and
has
strived
to
improve
himself
through
education,
dedication
and
hard
work
he's
a
peer
fitness
instructor,
personal
trainer,
swim
coach
and
nutrition
coach.
He
continuously
volunteered
his
time
to
help
others
learn
healthy
habits
through
Physical,
Fitness
and
Nutrition
drama.
Genera
Noonan
has
been
assigned
to
the
Marine
Division
at
Temple
fire
rescue
station
19.,
to
say
he
likes
water
as
an
understatement.
As
you
expect
of
a
firefighter
of
the
quarter,
he
is
highly
educated.
E
He
likes
to
learn,
but
he
likes
to
be
physically
and
Hands-On
while
doing
it.
He
has
amazed
an
impressive
number
of
class
certification
classes
and
certification
that
solidify
his
desire
to
improve
himself
among
these
are
Swiftwater
search
and
rescue,
Tech
Swiftwater
boat
operator,
Coast,
Guard,
Captain,
Advanced,
open
water,
dive,
rescue,
diver
aquatic
Rapid,
Rescue
Tech
Master
dive
instructor
and
has
over
5
000
hours
of
service
time
he's
also
a
PWC
rescue
operator.
E
Individuals
have
actually
personally
seen
this
guy
swimming
in
Tampa
Bay
waters
for
over
four
hours
straight
against
the
tides,
with
no
break
missing
one
flipper
and
still
came
and
came
came
in
first
in
the
group.
Just
recently,
he
was
selected
as
trainer
train
instructor
for
Marine
Division.
He
spent
two
weeks
learning
implementing
and
instructing
new
techniques
and
procedures
to
be
followed
during
Marine
emergencies
to
all
Personnel
assigned
to
the
Marine
Division
at
Tampa,
Fire
Rescue
job
engineer.
Noonan
has
a
second
passion
which
again
is
in
public
service.
But
this
is
law
enforcement.
E
He
is
a
Tech
Medic
rescue
team
member
and
a
police
officer
for
the
City
of
Tampa.
His
certification
and
training
continues
from
there
emergency
explosive
ordinance
and
device
divide
team
police,
Rescue,
diver,
FBI
training
for
improsive
explosive
and
bond
material,
counterterrorism
and
Operational,
Support
training,
bio
terrorism,
weaponized
biological
training
class
and
teen
lab
trainer,
radiology
and
nuclear
counter
terrorism,
training
tongue,
twister
down.
E
He
has
even
taken
the
training
to
give
emergency
medical
care
to
police
K-9
when
and
if
they
are
injured.
In
the
line
of
duty,
he
is
a
State
Certified,
paramedic
Hazmat,
Tech,
Hazmat
instructor
and
Florida
State
Fire
College
instructor
drama.
Junior
Noonan
has
been
committed
to
the
city
of
Tampa
Fire
Rescue,
the
Tampa
Police,
the
communities
on
both
casts
east
and
west
of
Florida
and,
last
but
not
least,
his
family,
which
include
his
lovely
wife,
Miss
Jim
and
their
three
young
boys
Ethan
who's,
12
and
Connor
and
Curran
both
nine
set
of
twins.
E
He
has
volunteered
countless
hours
to
Merritt
Island
Little
League,
where
he
serves
as
equipment
manager,
head
coach
and
not
surprising,
but
board.
Member
as
well.
His
community
service
continues
with
providing
free,
swim
lessons
not
only
to
members
of
Tampa
Fire,
Rescue,
tpd,
City
of
Tampa
employees
and
the
communities
on
both
the
east
and
west
coast
of
Florida,
this
guy.
That
makes
Tampa
Fire
Rescue
better
and
what
it
is
today.
He
leads
to
win,
set
the
path
he
has
proven
himself
as
a
leader
in
our
department,
many
Amare
him.
E
He
always
has
a
smile
in
his
face.
He's
very
selflessly
sacrificed
his
time
and
put
others
needs
before
his
own
he's
shown
he's
not
a
motivational
speaker,
but
we're
going
to
make
that
his
next
job,
because
he
has
a
definitely
a
big
impact
on
individuals
and
showing
them
the
best
way
to
become
a
firefighter
some
say,
he's
a
machine,
not
even
a
real
person,
because
he
never
gives
up
never
gives
in
and
puts
100
of
himself
into
everything
he
does.
E
F
Q
Brothers
and
sisters,
we
wanted
to
congratulate
you
on
everything.
One
of
the
things
they
failed
to
mention
is
Brian
lives
on
the
East
Coast.
So
he
does
commute
every
day.
Oh
sorry
about
that,
but
the
mention
was
Brian
lives
on
the
East
Coast.
So
he
does
all
this
while
commuting
three
plus
hours
every
day
to
work
two
and
so
two
two
two
two
hours
fast
Drive.
Congratulations.
H
R
H

impressive?

at
all.
T
M
Things
so
we're
on
your

but
we
appreciate
your
your
service
and
that
you
run
into
danger
when
everybody
else
is
screaming
and
running
away.
So
thank
you
again
for
your
service.
So.
N
L
H
H
S
Yeah
hello,
my
name
is
Stephen
White
and
I
am
the
co-chair
of
the
Tampa
firefighter
Awards,
Review,
Committee
and
I
just
wanted
to
thank
everybody.
I
wanted
to
thank
city
council
for
for
giving
us
this
opportunity
to
recognize
Brian,
as
our
firefighter
of
the
quarter
I'd
like
to
thank
our
executive
staff
and
all
the
other
staff
members
and
former
colleagues
and
co-workers
and
and
all
the
other
people
out
in
the
audience
that
are
here
to
to
witness
this
and
want
to
thank
his
wife
and
family.
S
Look
for
her
being
such
a
strong
person
because
I'm
have
no
doubt
all
you
hear
all
this
about
him,
but
I
am
sure
that
she's
the
glue
that
holds
that
family
together.
So
you
know,
but
we're
I'm,
just
very
honored
to
to
have
this
opportunity
to
present
driver
engineer
Brian
Noonan
as
our
fire

of
the
quarter.
Thank
you.
F

Thank

it's
humbling.
It's
an
honor
to
to
represent
Tampa
I,
get
to
do
it
with
with
my
crew,
my
my
crew,
my
my
guys.
That's
who
I
do
it
for
every
every
one
of
you
guys.
Thank
you
for
my
family,
mostly
for
enabling
me
to
do
this
without
them,
I
wouldn't
be
able
to
so
my
boys,
my
wife.
Thank
you
guys
so
much.
C
C
Eat
healthy
got
to
take
care
of
yourself
and
you
take
it
to
the
next
level,
and
but
we
appreciate
you,
we
appreciate
the
sacrifice
that
you
make
We
Appreciate
You
commuting.
What
is
it
two
plus
hours
I
heard
Merritt
Island
is.
C
And
your
family,
the
sacrifice
that
they
make
because
I
know
it
is.
It
takes
a
lot,
but
we
appreciate
you
we're
very
lucky
to
have
you
as
part
of
the
the
city
of
Tampa
family,
the
Tampa
Fire,
Rescue
family.
Well
deserved.
You
live
an
amazing
life
you're,
an
amazing
person.
So
if
you
keep
on
keep
on
doing
what
you
do,
thank
you
for
inspiring
all
of
us.
I.
B
P
Thank
you,
Mr
chairman
I,
Brian
I
was
just
listening
to
you,
and
I
was
at
all
to
do
everything
you
do
so.
I
saw
a
movie
Once
about
you.
It
was
called
Rambo
that
Rambo
guy
that.
P
Man,
he
did
everything,
but
I
got
I.
I
was
thinking
and
I
said
if
I
was
Brian.
How
do
I
cut
my
time
in
half
that
two
hour
drive?
You
know
how
you
do
it.
You
can
walk
here
faster.
That
traffic
is
terrible,
so
I'm
just
trying
to
give
you
a
little
advice,
but
the
shoe
cost
is
expensive,
but
I
want
to
thank
you
much
for
what
you
do.
P
P
There's
more
things
happen
in
this
country
and
I'm
going
to
go
into
it
because
you
get
depressed
so
every
time
you
turn
the
media
on
what
happens
every
day
and
individuals
like
you,
try
to
change
that
mode
and
make
it
a
better
day
for
everyone.
So,
with
that
in
mind,
I
want
to
say
thank
you
thank
your
family
and
start
walking
from
Merritt
Island.
You
get
here
quicker.
You
don't
spend
that
kind
of
gas
and
that
kind
of
stuff.
So
we
appreciate
very
much
in
fact,
more
likely
they're
going
to
invent
electric
roller
skates.
P
B
B
P
P
A
A
T
T
T
T
T
T
A
A
F
I
call
up
now
Angela
Alderman
come
on,
so
this
is
a
great
pleasure
for
me.
Mr
chairman
and
members
of
Tampa
City
Council,
beginning
in
1889,
College,
Hill
Cemetery
was
marked
on
maps
and
other
public
records.
Then
thereafter
the
cemetery
with
its
Borough
sections,
for
it
is
believed,
1
200
souls
and
coming
up
here,
please
yeah
right
here,
please
was
erased
and
this
young
woman
led
the
fight
to
have
the
1200
Souls
at
this
location.
F
Recognized
I
I
read
about
her
in
the
wonderful
work
that
she
has
done
in
an
article
by
Paul,
Guzzo
and
in
getting
to
know
Angela
she's,
a
very,
very
good
woman.
I
remember
when
I
was
looking
over
this
issue
and
talking
with
folks
about
it.
Somebody
said:
oh,
this
is
all
politics.
This
is
not
political
to
Angela.
I,
don't
even
know
her
politics,
it
is
what
it
is.
F
There
are
certain
times
when
political
issues
have
a
moral
Dimension
and
then
there's
some
that
don't
this
is
this:
is
a
hundred
percent,
a
moral
thing
for
Angela
among
the
many
Souls
buried
there
are
her
Uncle
Frank
Martinez,
who
is
in
College
Hill
Cemetery
and
Angela
worked
hard
to
get
a
historical
marker
through
our
friends
at
the
Historical
County
History,
the
Hillsborough
County
Historical
advisory
Council,
who
approved
the
request,
the
county
paid
for
half
of
it.
Angela
had
a
fundraise
for
the
other
half
of
it.
F
This
woman
LED
that
fight
and
because
of
her
those
1200
Souls
at
College,
Hill
Cemetery
are
forever
memorialized
there.
You
know
I'm
I'm,
I'm,
a
big
history
fan
I've,
always
been
a
big
U.S
history
guy
in
particular,
but
one
of
the
things
I
love
about
history
is
the
the
people
that
we
know,
but
then
the
people
whose
names
will
never
know
you
know
you
walk
through
streets
and,
and
things
happen
that
you
just
never
know
and
with
names.
F
But
if
you
knew
about
it,
it
would
be
so
consequential
and
I
brought
with
me
and
and
I
I
had
to
do
this,
because
this
issue
means
so
much
to
me
lyrics
from
one
of
my
favorite
songs
and
it's
a
very
unknown
song
by
Bruce
Springsteen,
yes,
Bruce
Springsteen
called
we
are
alive
and
it
says,
and
it
says
in
part,
a
voice
cried
I
was
killed
in
Maryland
in
1877
when
the
railroad
workers
made
their
stand.
I
was
killed
in
1963
one
Sunday
morning
in
Birmingham,
I
died
last
year
crossing
the
southern
desert.
F
My
children
left
behind
in
San
Pablo,
while
they've
left
our
bodies
here
to
rot,
but
let
them
know
we
are
alive,
though
our
bodies
lie
alone
here
in
the
dark,
our
souls
will
rise
to
carry
the
fire
and
light
the
spark
to
stand
shoulder
to
shoulder
and
heart
to
heart.
That's
an
awesome
song
by
the
greatest
songwriter
in
American
history.
But
one
of
the
reasons
it's
awesome
is
because
it
talks
about
people
whose
names
will
never
know
that
their
lives
mean
so
much
to
us.
U
Thank
you
very,
very
much
like
I.
Wasn't
gonna
cry
until
you
did,
that
that
was
beautiful.
I
wrote
a
little
something
sorry
I
Cry
I
want
to.
Thank
you
all
for
this
beautiful
Commendation,
councilman,
Vieira,
councilman,
manascado
I,
probably
said
your
name
wrong.
I'm,
sorry
for
for
doing
this.
For
me,
I
have
been
the
vessel
and
the
voice
for
the
Lost
of
College,
Hill
and
I
dedicate
this
to
each
and
every
one
of
those
precious
Souls.
U
We
each
have
a
path
and
a
journey
laid
out
for
us
and
I'm,
so
very
honored
to
be
a
part
of
this
beautiful
journey,
to
restore
hope
to
be
the
voice
for
those
who
deserve
to
be
remembered
and
cherished
once
again.
Thank
you
very
much
for
this
beautiful
commendation
and
city
council
for
helping
make
what
was
taken
from
them
to
be
restored.
I
will
continue
to
lead
this
journey
with
truth
and
love
and
guidance
from
the
forgotten.
U
U
C
C
A
C
Whole
1200
individuals,
okay,
you
bring
them
back
to
life.
You
make
them
known
that
they're
important
that
they're,
a
member
that
they're
not
forgotten,
not
just
because
there's
a
green
historical
marker
there,
but
because
you
talk
about
it
because
you're
here,
because
you're
researching
you're
looking
up
names
of
family
members,
you
know
you
have.
Was
it
an
uncle?
You
said
my.
C
Great
uncle,
you
know,
you've
brought
those
people
back
to
life
and
you've,
let
them
know
let
them
know
and
their
families
know
that
they
are
not
forgotten.
So
thank
you.
This
is
very
well
deserved
and
thank
you,
councilman
Vieira,
for
bringing
this
to
us
and
thank
you
for
being
here
and
thank
you
for
all
that
you
do.
B
P
Thank
you,
Mr,
chairman
again,
thank
you
again,
Andrew
for
what
you've
done
and
it
takes
a
person.
That's
really
dedicated,
because
there's
there's
so
many
other
things
you
could
have
done,
but
that
one
you
brought
back
the
people
and
you
know
you
look
at
Tampa
and
you
say
what
happened.
How
do
we
get
to
be
where
we
are
well?
P
Most
of
the
people
are
buried,
are
the
ones
that
started
all
this
movement
to
help
us
get
where
we
are
today
and
and
I'm
not
trying
to
be
in
any
way
disrespectful
but
am
I
in
my
own
world
that
I
live
in
I,
always
say:
deaf
people
don't
speak,
but
I
still
hear
them
talking
right.
What
does
that
mean?
That
means
that
I
was
growing
up.
Not
only
did
I
have
a
mother
and
father,
but
all
those
that
helped
me
along
my
aunt
Uncle
cousins.
All
of
that
are
no
longer
here.
P
I,
remember
what
they
used
to
tell
me
and
what
to
do
and
not
to
do
so.
They
may
not
be
here,
but
I
still
hear
a
whisper
from
them.
Telling
me
don't
do
that.
Don't
do
that
and,
and
that's
what
keeps
me
going
straight
so
I
want
to
thank
you
and
and
thank
all
of
you
and
your
family,
and
what
you've
got
to
take
to
special
person
to
do
what
you've
done
and
very
few.
Are
that
special?
Congratulations!
Thank
you
for
everything.
You've
done.
Thank.
B
A
P
B
B
But
of
course
the
radio
personality
is
Miss.
Bishop
Michelle,
B
Patty.
This
radio
prior
program
has
a
variety
of
things
that
it
does
it
informs
it
unites.
It
talks
on
many
subjects.
It
talks
about
fundraising.
It
talks
about
God,
it
talks
about
politics.
It
talks
about
everything,
but
most
of
all
what
this
program
does
is
informs,
and
that
is
the
number
one
Mission
if
I'm
a
bishop.
That
is
the
number
one
mission
of
this
radio
program
is
to
inform
the
citizens
of
Tampa
and
Beyond.
B
So
today
we
are
here
for
the
years
that
Bishop,
Michelle,
B,
Patty
and
what's
really
happening,
has
been
on
the
air
and
I
congratulate
you
and
for
all
your
hard
work,
Cindy
Tampa,
City
Council
recognizes
what's
really
happening,
radio
show
for
their
commitment
to
informate,
informing
and
entertaining
the
City
Community,
the
city
of
Tampa
Community,
the
last
six
years
on
9
50
a.m,
WTMP
the
soul
of
Tampa
Bay
throughout
the
years.
What's
really
happening
has
helped
raise
money
and
awareness
for
other
charitable
organizations
and
churches
in
the
Tampa
area.
B
The
show
has
also
provided
an
outspoken
voice
in
a
fight
against
gun
violence
in
our
community.
The
Tampa
City
Council
recognizes
the
contributions
that
this
show
has
made
to
our
community.
It
is
the
honor
of
Tampa
City
Council.
To
present
this
Commendation
and
recognition
of
the
WTMP
radio
show
what's
really
happening
on
this.
The
11th
day
of
April
2023
Bishop.
V
I'm
not
always
a
loss
for
words,
but
I'm
like
the
first
thank
God
Almighty,
who
has
given
us
the
courage
to
stand
as
a
Vanguard
for
this
community
I'd
like
to
thank
you,
councilman
Joseph,
citro
I
like
to
thank
you,
councilman
Louis,
Vieira,
Council,
Guido,
maniscako,
Council,
Charlie
Miranda.
We
have
WTMP
manager,
Howard
word
Howard,
word
I!
V
Want
you
to
stand
with
us
because
he
has
stood
up
against
all
kinds
of
the
texts
because
of
this
show,
as
we've
seen,
what
just
happened
in
Tennessee
is
not
easy
to
stand
up
and
face
the
adversary,
but
we
do
it
every
Saturday.
We
thank
you
all
for
recognizing
this
program
is
to
educate,
to
Enlighten,
to
inform,
but
most
of
all
to
move
us
forward.
V
I'll
soon
be
70
years
old.
If
the
good
Lord
is
willing
and
there's
a
lot
of
things
that
are
good
here
in
Tampa,
I
was
born
and
raised,
but
there's
a
lot
of
things
that
we
have
gone
backwards.
So
with
this
program,
we're
here
to
help
the
city
council
we're
here
to
help
the
County
Commission,
the
State
of
Florida
we're
here
as
a
help
not
as
a
hinder.
So
we
always
have
our
Airways
open
to
the
city
to
promote
y'all
jobs
or
promote,
what's
going
on,
promote
positive
things
in
the
community.
V
Yes,
we're
not
liked
by
some,
but
we
are
loved
by
many.
So
we
just
say
thank
you
from
the
bottom
of
our
heart.
We
have
our
honorary
host
Mr
Joe
come
on
Joe
Joe,
Robinson,
Joe
Robinson.
You
know
what
I
look
at
him
because
he
is
so
full
of
information.
Also
Reverend
Glenn
Danes
is
here.
We
have
a
financial
supporter,
Reverend
Coffey
standing
back
here,
and
this
is
my
family
friends
but
I
gotta
say
something
to
these
gentlemen.
V
Jay
Johnson,
as
you
all
know,
his
son
was
murdered,
and
this
is
my
son
king
cobra,
from
king
cobra
Enterprise.
These
guys
make
this
show
go
forward
even
when
I'm,
not
there,
we're
able
to
call
on
Torrance
a
little
more
while
oh
he's
standing
right
here.
These
are
people
that
keep
this
show
going,
because
the
community
was
being
stopped
in
the
grocery
stores
and
they're
not
going
to
prolong
this.
V
F
You
Mr
chair
and,
and
you
know
there
you
deal
with
a
lot
of
issues-
Bishop
the
and
a
lot
have
been
talked
about.
What
I
wanted
to
salute
is
with,
as
was
said,
with
gun
violence,
you've,
you've,
your
family
has
been
touched
by
that
issue
and
violence,
and
you
mentioned
Jay,
and
so
many
others
and
you
always
provide
a
forum
for
people
to
to
mourn
and
to
talk
about
their
loss
and
for
that
I.
F
I,
really
appreciate
that
you
know
it's
not
easy
to
to
have
a
tragedy
like
that
in
your
life
and
then
talk
about
it
publicly.
That
takes
a
lot
of
Courage
all
of
y'all.
That
takes
a
lot
of
Courage,
so
you
know
when
it
comes
to
talking
about
that
greatest
loss,
the
loss,
the
kind
that
I've
never
sustained
in
my
life
I
just
appreciate
you
your
voice.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Councilman.
C
P
Thank
you,
Mr
chairman
I,
just
want
to
say
again
what
was
said
earlier.
You
know,
I
I
think
that
gun
violence
such
as
everyone
and
my
own
family
back
in
1959
I,
had
an
uncle.
In
fact,
I
named
my
son.
After
him
he
was
just
dropping
off
his
income
tax
and
somebody
had
just
come
out
of
jail
that
same
day
and
just
shot.
Somebody
so
happened.
It
was
him
and
he
died.
P
P
You
might
take
a
shot
in
the
arm
for
covid-19
or
for
the
flu,
but
no
one's
immune
to
what's
happening
in
this
country.
We
have
divided
this
country
to
the
point
that
you
can't
put
it
together.
It's
like
a
jigsaw
puzzle
either
to
the
right
or
to
the
left,
and
us
in
the
middle
have
somehow
been
forgotten
and
I.
P
When
you
see
the
things
that
are
happening
in
the
government
and
government's
easier
to
talk
about
it's
sad
and
I.
Think
that
happens,
because
at
one
time
when
I
was
a
young
kid
I
remember
to
come
home
three
or
four
times
a
year.
They
all
had
a
house
in
Washington.
They
live
together.
They
talk
together,
they
prayed
together,
they
played
together
and
they
respected
each
other.
Together,
that's
gone
because
most
of
them
fly
in
and
out
on,
Monday
and
Friday,
so
they
don't
see
each
other.
You
can't
talk
to
each
other.
P
You
don't
know
what
the
feeling
is.
You
don't
know
how
they
live.
You
don't
know
what
they're
like
or
dislike.
So
these
are
the
things
in
life
that
I
hope
that
I'm
wrong
in,
but
I
think
that's
where
the
main
thing
that
we
have
in
life
and
if
you
look
at
the
world
as
bad
as
it
is
here,
it's
really
sad
and
look
at
whether
one
government
comes
in
and
starts
killing
the
other
side
of
the
government,
just
for
no
reason
at
all
all
over
the
world.
It
ain't
it
ain't.
P
Just
in
some
parts
of
the
world,
the
food,
the
droughts,
the
rains,
the
storms,
the
tornadoes
that
are
stronger
than
ever
hurricanes
are
stronger
than
ever,
but
as
Citizens
we
have
to
get
together
and
start
gluing
the
glue
together,
because
if
not,
this
Earth
is
not
going
to
take
it
much
longer
so
I
appreciate
what
you're
doing
I
appreciate
everyone.
That's
here
doing
what
they
want
to
do
to
make
it
a
better
place
to
live,
not
about
just
you
and
I,
it's
about
you
and
I
and
all
of
us.
P
A
P
C
Congratulations
again,
thank
you
for
all
that
you
do
I
think
everything
has
been
said,
especially
with
with
the
violence
the
gun,
violence,
just
the
violence
in
general.
You
know,
you
think
we're
moving
forward
because
time
passes
by
where
we're
going
backwards
and
things
stay
the
same,
but
so
much
changes
around
us
but
at
the
same
time
we're
not
becoming
better
as
a
society.
You
know
people
have
the
same
worries
that
they
had
50
60
years
ago
and
we
can't
live
like
that.
We're
not
going
to
prosper
and
grow
as
a
community.
C
If
we
keep
acting
like
this
towards
one
another,
you
know
I
always
say
that
we're
a
big
family,
regardless
of
of
income,
social
set,
whatever
we're
human
beings.
We
have
a
limited
time
here
on
Earth.
Let's
do
right
by
each
other,
let's
treat
each
other
better,
more
respectfully,
grow
together
and
and
I
hope
that
that
people
listen,
you
know,
because
life
isn't
easy
and
people
fight
and
people
they
they
hurt
each
other
for
for
nothing.
For.
