any

board
deems

We
did
have
one
adjacent
landowner
that
called
in
support
of
this
application.
I
believe
it
is
the
property
or
properties
right
up
here
to
the
north
Thank.
A
A
On
up
doing
with
that,
I'll
open
public
here
and
so
and
get
some
of
those
answers,
questions
I
have
is
we've
seen
the
we've
approved
temporary
movement
of
permits
and
the
Extension
Center,
the
wing
fling
out
at
Lake
Camp
Eska
is.
Is
this
the
same
thing
we're
asking
for?
Are
you
asking
for
it
for
the
conditional
permit
just
to
run
from
during
this
tournament?
Yeah
I
need
you
to
sit
down
state
your
name
get
on
TV,
okay,.
D
First
of
all,
my
name
is
doing
my
own.
Thank
you
guys
for
giving
us
the
opportunity
to
talk
here.
This
will
be
for
Lake
City,
slow,
pitch
softball,
just
for
the
two-day
tournament
that
we're
having
here,
August,
12th
and
13th.
It's
a
men's
slope.
It's
rec,
we
haven't
had
a
slow
pitch
tournament
in
Watertown
since
1997,
and
it
was
my
job
to
get
the
tournament
here
and
I
got
it
here
successfully.
So
we
are
putting
on
a
tournament.
We
have
approximately
50
teams.
We
would
like
to
sell
alcohol
for
those
two
days.
D
A
Difference
with
this,
in
a
lot
of
times
when
we
approve
a
conditional
use-
let's
say
it's
for
a
restaurant:
it's
on
a
building
a
lot
in
a
building
many
times
that
stays
to
different
owners
with
this.
This
is
just
a
two
day
flip,
and
this
is
the
just
the
first
phase
of
it.
The
second
phase
of
this
is,
you,
then,
have
to
go
to
the
City
Council,
if
I'm
not
correct
to
get
the
actual
permit.
A
So
we
look
at
the
location
and
the
City
Council
looks
at
more
of
the
usage
to
see
if
it's
something
they
want.
They
look
at
the
people.
In
this
case,
this
is
city-owned
property.
Much
like
lakum
Peskin,
the
wing
fling
much
like
the
Extension
Center
when
we
Ducks
Unlimited
xand
things
like
that
that
we
do
so
I
assume.
This
is
similar
to
that
any
questions
you
guys
have
for
mr.
Meyer.
E
D
D
E
D
Other
state
tournaments,
they'll,
they'll,
mark
the
players.
You
know,
Lake
of
the
marker
or
they'll
put
a
wristband
on
they'll
check
them.
No
idea
known
they'll,
give
them
a
wristband
and
that's
all
they'll
be
that's
all
they
check
them
all.
So
there'd
be
a
wristband
for
like
each
day
for
the
ballplayers.
How.

Thank
you
any
other
questions
for
the
applicants.
With
that
I'll
close
the
public
hearing
ask
for
a
motion
in
a
second
for
discussion
motion
by
mr.
Stein
saying
about
mr.
Albert's.
Any
other
discussion.
Seeing
none
all
in
favor,
say:
aye
aye
opposed
motion
carries

G
C
A
A
You
know
it,
but
the
fear
is
that
when
it's
city-owned
property,
if
alcohol
is
out
there
and
it's
easy
to
get
because
you're
on
the
same
team
with
this
person
or
you're
going
out
to
watch
them,
you
know
in
the
past
you're
pulling
it
out
of
their
cooler
here.
At
least
they
have
to
go,
buy
it
and
put
it
in
their
coolers.
A
C
D
G
G
A
All
right
any
other
questions
for
seen.
None
I'll
close
the
public
here
and
ask
for
a
motion
in
a
second
motion
by
mr.
McGuire
second
by
mr.
Dahle.
Any
discussion
dad
did
include
the
Friday
night
motion
included
Friday
night,
if
necessary.
If
play
begins
on
Friday
night,
okay,
ask
for
a
vote.
All
in
favor,
say:
aye
opposed
motion
carries
any
old
business.
