If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
D
D
A
Yes,
we
will
be
starting
a
new
one,
my
cauliflower
and
broccoli
made
it
to
about
five
inches
big
and
then
just
crapped
out.
I
don't
know
what
happened
to
him.
Oh
thanks
again,
but
we
we
have
a
little
one
of
those
aero
gardens.
So
that's
so
nice
to
have
just
like
fresh
herbs
and
things
during
the
winter.
C
F
E
G
H
I
C
C
A
Looks
like
we
have
see
are
there
what's
the
order
that
we
want
to
discuss
things
in,
I'm
I'm
sure
we
are
going
to
talk
about
cdcon.
It
looks
like
yeah
what
what
else?
What
else
has
gotten
added
to
the
agenda
like?
A
D
A
Yeah
that
that,
for
sure,
tracy
2021
goals
was
that
something
that
we
did
we
already.
I
know.
C
J
I
had
the
end
user
consoles
a
plan,
but
I
can
just
also
share
the
link.
We
don't
have
to
just
quickly
put
that
after
cdcon
for
sure,
okay.
A
All
right
start
there
is,
that
is
that,
and
over
here
I
should
go.
Is
that
jackie
or
tracy,
or
both.
J
I'm
happy
to
go
okay,
yes,
so
just
start
by
sharing,
update
and
then
probably
defer
to
jackie
to
point
to
various
things
but
yeah
to
date
we
have
almost
500
folks
registered.
J
The
call
for
papers
opened
last
week
and
I've
seen
that
we
have
seven
talks
submitted
and
15
in
progress,
so
be
great
to
keep
pushing
that
and
keep
encouraging
folks
to
submit
their
talks
and
then
on
donations
revenue.
So
we're
asking
for
donations
to
our
partner
communities.
We
have
415
us
dollars
and
finally
on
sponsors
I
believe
the
top
two
diamond
sponsorships
are
sold
out
but
I'll.
Let
jackie
talk
more
about
that.
D
Yeah,
so
just
a
quick
update,
actually
we're
at
5
31
registered.
Oh
so
that's
really
great
news
yeah
then
we
have
415
dollars
in
donations
and
then
we
have
right
now.
Cloudbees
is
already
signed
the
contract
for
diamond
sponsor,
and
then
we
have
the
contract
out
as
well
for
diamond
sponsor
to
huawei.
So
we
were
just
waiting
for.
G
D
To
sign,
and
then
we
need
to
just
counter
sign
as
well,
so
I
think
the
other
thing
too
is
deploy
hub,
requested
a
a
contract
as
well
for
startup.
So
that's
out
for
signature
as
well.
D
I
think
one
of
the
things
that
we
want
to
try
to
do
again,
similar
to
what
we
did
last
year
was
get
some
pre-commits
as
well
from
folks
on
the
call,
and
then
we
can.
We
can
get.
D
Rolling
on
on
helping
you
with
contracts
or
or
whatever
you
you
may
need
so
yeah.
We're
really
really
happy
about
that.
I
think
you
know
we
kicked
off
all
of
our
initiatives
on
january
4th,
so
the
website
went
live
on
that
date.
We
did
a
few
emails
and
I
think
one
of
the
emails
is
what
brought
in
about
200
or
so
of
those
registrations.
So
that's
that's.
We're
really
excited
about
that.
The
call
for
papers
is
open.
That's
going
to
go
through
march.
D
Fifth,
I
believe
yeah
fifth
and
then
we
also
one
of
the
things
that
we
are
trying
to
get
encourage
folks
to
do
is
also
do
the
early
bird
submission
for
call
for
papers,
because
then
we're
going
to
select
five
of
those
talks
and
that
the
the
deadline
for
the
early
bird
submission
is,
I
believe,
february
19th,
so
yeah.
We
will
then
put
those
talks
up
on
the
website
to
help
encourage
and
drive
registry.
Excuse
me
registrations
as
well.
D
Let's
see
what
else
one
of
the
things
that
I
did
last
week
and
I'm
just
trying
to
get
into
my
email
really
quick
was.
I
also
set
up
a
few
emails
every
week,
so
once
a
week,
I'm
sending
out
an
email
reminder
about
the
cfp,
so
the
next
one
for
the
cfp
is
going
to
be
on
january
25th,
and
then
I
have
a
another
email
going
out
on
the
cfp.
D
Email
reminder
on
the
for
the
early
bird
deadline
and
that's
going
out
on
friday,
the
19th
and
then
the
final
deadline.
Reminder
is
march
1st
and
then
also
another
the
night
before
the
march
5th
deadline.
I've
got
another
email
going
out,
so
all
that
communication
has
been
scheduled
out
in
regards
to
just
notifying
our
our
members
that
hey
like
these
deadlines
for
for
the
call
to
papers
is
coming
up.
So
that's
all
been
done.
D
I
think
the
next
thing
I
need
to
work
on
is
emails
to
help
again
drive
registration,
I'm
trying
to
do
those
more
on
a
monthly
cadence
versus
such
a
like
frequent
cadence
like
we
are
for
the
for
the
cfp.
D
Social
has
also
been
scheduled
through
the
end
of
january
and
then
I'll
be
doing
an
update
and
doing
some
refresh
content
and
rescheduling
for
february
as
well
to
help
promote
I've.
Also
reached
out
already
to
women
who
code
and
black
girls
code,
letting
them
know
that
we've
chosen
them
again
as
organizations
that
we
want
to
donate
our
pro
or
fundraise
on
behalf
of,
and
so
I've
also
submitted
the
cfp
and
the
registration
information
so
that
they
can
also
get
that
included
in
their
newsletters
and
also
in
their
social
media.
D
So
I'm
waiting
to
kind
of
also
hear
back
from
them
on
on
confirmation
on
that,
but
that's
also
been
done.
I've
also
reached
out
jim
and
I
are
trying
to
put
some
events
for
me
early
may
and
early
june,
to
also
help
promote
the
cd
found
cdcon
with
the
n,
a
dog
groups.
D
I've
got
them
in
an
email.
I
just
haven't
scheduled
them
on
the
calendar
on
our
side
or
done
any
of
that
yet
jim.
But
I
didn't.
D
G
May
5th
at
4p,
4pm,
pacific
and
june
8
at
4
p.m.
Central.
G
D
Sorry
about
that,
no
no
you're,
good
and
so
yeah,
that's
kind
of
where
we
are
at
with
that
tracy
anything
else
I
might
have
missed.
J
Oh,
I
think
that's
pretty
comprehensive
roslyn
you,
you
flashed
up
the
screen.
I
wanted
to
show
that
for
the
sponsors
we're
pretty
excited
with
the
interest
we've
had
and
we're
getting
logos
up
there
straight
away.
So
if
you
get
the
contracts
back,
that's
that's
your
incentive
and
actually
just
look
at
that.
We
should
get
nadog
up
there
as
well.
Oh.
J
Yes,
yes,
if
you
could
get
an
indication
because
the
way
we
structured
it,
we
have
limited
diamond
and
platinum
and
because
we're
offering
you
know
these
keynote
slots,
which
it
really
can't
kind
of
expand
on
those
we
can't
put
in
more
if
more
people
come
in,
and
so
we
do
have
a
few
folks
who
have
told
us
that
they're
pretty
interested
but
we'd
love
to
hear
kind
of,
do
a
round
table
and
hear
from
everybody.
A
I
I
can
start
by
saying
that
well
actually,
no,
I
can't
so
let
me
pull
up
the
a
prospectus.
Is
that
on
here?
No,
but
I'm
sure
yes
under
sponsor.
Oh,
it
is
okay,
that'd,
be
a
good
place
to
put
it
okay.
A
Here
we
go
so
let's
take
a
look
at
this
just
so
we
get
reminded
of
what
the
different
sponsorships
sponsorship
levels
are.
I
I
think
you
will
see
armory
sponsoring
at
at
least
the
gold
level
is
what
we
had
discussed.
So
I
can
make
a.
I
can
make
a
pretty
commitment
to
that
now,
armory
at
the
gold
level.
Who
else
has
thought
about
this,
and
and
what
are
you
thinking.
I
So
hey
this
is
vivek
by
the
way.
This
is
my
first
call
team.
So
up
some
x
is
you
know
right
now
you
know
considering
a
sponsorship
for
sure
we
haven't
yet
decided
on
what
level?
Probably
gold,
probably
silver,
but
you
know
we
are
definitely
on
so
my
colleague
actually
who's
going
to
run
the
you
know
this
engagement
charlene
could
not
join
today.
He
was
supposed
to
head
this
call,
but
you
know
he'll
he'll,
probably
circle
back
to
you,
jackie
yeah,.
D
We
have
sorry
I
couldn't
meet
with
you
yesterday.
I
totally
forgot
about
the
martin
luther
king
holiday,
but
yes,
I
have
a
meeting
for
us
to
chat
on
the
20th.
That's
tomorrow,
yeah
tomorrow,
yeah
at
9
30,
so
I
might
have
to
re-jiggle
that
a
little
bit
because
I've
got
a
conflict,
but
I
will
meet
with
you
this
week.
A
And
welcome
welcome
to
the
call
vivi.
Thank
you
for
joining.
Thank
you
for
joining
joining
us
today
and
it
will
be
great
to
have
you
have
awesome
x,
sponsoring
see
you
com.
So
it's
awesome.
Thank
you
for
that.
A
A
C
G
A
A
Yes,
that's
not
going
to
be
our
first
conversation.
Maybe
our
second
conversation-
and
I
know
we
don't
have-
we
have
tiffany
on
the
call
from
harness
and
I'm
not
sure
if
harness
I
mean
harness,
has
had
some
amazing
news
recently
so
yay
for
that.
I
can't
believe
that.
Well,
I
can
believe
that
1.7
billion
dollar
evaluation,
but
congratulations
to
tiffany
and
harness,
is
harness
interested
in
sponsoring
cdcon.
L
Oh
thanks,
roslyn
thanks
everyone.
I
just
asked
our
events
director,
but
I
think
so
I
I'm
just
not
sure
yet
we
sponsored
last
year
silver.
So
I
I
just
asked
carrie
I'll.
Let
you
guys
know
nice.
A
Yeah,
let
us
know
we'll
check
in
with
you,
or
maybe
jackie
and
tracy
can
check
in
with
you
in
between
now
in
the
next
meeting,
but
yeah
super
super
excited
to
see
what
harness
does
in
the
future.
We
would
love
to
feature
feature
you
at
cdcon,
so
thanks
for
checking
thanks.
A
Everybody
else
on
the
calls
from
linux
foundation,
except
for
alyssa,
who
has
already
you
know,
signed
up
as
a
sold
out
diamond
sponsor
so
awesome
all
right.
A
J
You
from
econ
from
you
tracy:
no,
we
have
the
cdcon
planning
call
tomorrow.
So
that's
where
we're
gonna
just
get
into
the
details
and
the
behind
the
scenes.
So
I
think
folks
are
welcome
to
join
there.
If
you,
you
want
to
help
with
all
the
nitty-gritty
of
everything
yes,
and
that
is.
A
All
right
so
next
up,
I
think
for
that.
Oh
and
this
this
doesn't
go
under
this
later.
Thank
you
so
much
jackie
for
that
comprehensive,
like
roundup,
on
everything,
marketing
and
otherwise
excellent
you,
you
folks,
are
just
taking
some
serious
butt
with
this
so
proud
of
this
member
and
ambassador
survey,
jackie.
That's
you.
D
Yes,
I
think
we
wanted
to
bring
this
to
the
outreach
committee.
So
if
you
throw
up,
we've
got
some
links.
Oh.
D
And
so,
though,
the
survey
was
taken
from
the
cncf
from
their
member
survey,
but
when
we
looked
at
it,
we
realized
that
it
was
kind
of
a
little
bit
too
high
level
and
vague.
So
I
think
like
we.
I
wanted
to
bring
this
to
the
outreach
committee
and
also
tracy,
because
we
just
wanted
to
figure
out
like
what
information.
Should
we
be
asking
our
members
and
then
also
what
information
should
we
be
asking
the
ambassadors
as
well?
D
So
we
can
reshape
these
surveys
and
then
send
them
out,
because
when
we
looked
at
them,
like,
I
said
like
more
like
hey,
where
are
you
based
out
of,
but
it
doesn't
give
us
any
really
like
meat.
A
I'm
looking
for
meteor
data,
okay,
so-
and
maybe
you
already
said
this
and
I
was
focusing
on
something
else,
but
so
my
next
steps
would
be
to
read
through
read
through
this
and
look
for
gaps
and
then
email.
You
feedback
is
that
is
that
yeah
yeah.
D
We
could
do
that
as
well.
I
think
one
of
the
things
that
I
wanted
a
is
like.
First,
I
think
I
want
to
take
a
step
back
and
based
on
these.
You
know
surveys
like
what
is
our
goal,
like
what
kind
of
information
do
we
want
to
ask
members,
so
I
think
that's
also.
A
discussion
that
I
wanted
to
have
here
is
like
what
what
kind
of
information
do
we
want
from
our
members?
It's
like
is
it
you
know?
Are
they
lost?
Do
they
not
know
where
benefits
are?
Do
they
not?
D
You
know,
is
it
accessibility?
Is
it
you
know?
What
is
it
I
guess
as
well,
so
that
was
for
the
for
the
member,
and
I
think
for
the
ambassador
to
is
like
how
satisfied
are
you
with
that
role?
How
else
can
we
evolve
this
role,
like
what
kind
of
information
or
how?
A
Yeah,
let's
look
at
both
of
these
and
let's
look
at
the
number
one
first,
maybe
because
I
think
that's
probably
more
probably
more
folks
on
the
call
who
have
a
better
understanding
of
that.
So,
okay,
we've
got
geographic
length
of
membership
company
size.
A
You
know,
are
these
surveys
and
is
it?
Are
we
getting
some
of
this
like
essentially
kind
of
like
demographic
data,
because,
like
the
survey
is
anonymous
or
is
it
not
anonymous.
D
I
said
this
was
more
like
of
a
copy
paste
from
a
cncf,
so
that,
like
this,
like,
I
didn't
create
these,
so
that's
also
why
it
was
just
like.
Does
it
make
sense
to
for
us
to
ask
these?
I
modified
them
a
little
bit
but,
like
I
said
to
me,
it
was
just
like
I
don't
know
if
this
is
well.
These
are
the
right
questions.
A
Yeah
I
mean
it
seems
like
it
might
be
good
to
ask
some
of
these
questions,
because
then
we
can
like
sort
the
answers
by
and
that's
probably
why
these
questions
are
in
here.
Maybe
those
questions
at
the
end,
I
don't
know,
but
that
that's
a
detail,
okay,
which
part
which
activities
do
you
participate
in
yeah?
Those
are
just
like
right.
J
A
Around
yeah
yeah
yeah,
just
formatting
in
forms
of
marketing
programs.
Okay,
how
well
did
cdf
communicate
the
process
to
get
involved.
That
seems
like
a
good
question.
What
new
programs
would
you
like
to
participate
in?
Go
ahead.
I
I
know
I
agree,
that's
a
fair
question.
Actually,
you
know
how
did
the
cdf
communicate
to
the
process.
A
Yeah
and-
and
maybe
like
I-
I
do
like
the
question
of
like
how-
and
I
don't
necessarily
okay
so
has
the
cdf
membership
experience
met
your
expectations,
that's
a
great
question.
It
might
be
good
to
take
it,
make
it
a
little
bit
clearer
and
maybe
ask
that
question,
but
also
ask
like
specifically
about
the
benefits
like
are
the
benefits,
something
that
and-
and
I
think,
because
the
person
filling
out
this
survey
might
feel
one
way
about
the
benefits,
but
they
may
have
had
a
different
experience,
selling
the
benefits
to
their
company.
A
I
I
mean,
like
that's
something
I've
seen
not
only
in
my
personal
experience
but
other
folks,
but
like
how
you
know
how
attractive
are
the
are
the
benefits
as
they
are
to
your
company
as
an
investment
like
what's
the
val?
What's
the
value
perception
something
about
asking
about
the
value
perception
specifically
of
the
benefits
and
then
also
asking
people
like
are
there-
and
maybe
this
is
in
here
too
but
like
it
seems
like
it
would
be
good
to
give
people
a
fill
in
the
blank
to
like?
What's
the
value
that
you're
missing
right,
yeah,
okay,.
J
What
else
yeah
can
you
say
more?
I
really
like
that
sentiment.
You
just
expressed.
I
you
said
something
about
value
perception,
so
is
that
I'm
trying
to
think
how
we
structure
that
just
asking
folks,
because
it's
a
good
point
like
how
is
like,
I
think,
the
folks
on
the
call
are
super
engaged.
But
then,
maybe
when
you
go
back
to
your
companies
or
meeting
with
other
stakeholders,
I'd
love
to
know
if
people
at
your
companies
perceive
that
value
but
yeah,
I
guess
I
don't
know.
A
How
I
mean,
maybe
just
something
like
because
you,
you
kind
of
actually
want
to
ask
about
the
relationship
between
the
cost
and
the
value
I
mean
like
well,
it
depends
on
how
you
interpret
the
word
value
in
some
way
that
words
already
includes
that
concept,
but
that
might
not
be
clear
to
folks.
So
like
does
the
does
the
value
offered
by
the
cdf's
benefits
make
the
cost
of
a
cdf
membership
an
easy
sell
to
your
company
and
how
easy
it
is,
and
those
aren't.
A
Right
words,
but
that
kind
of
thing
like
does
the
value
offered
by
the
benefits
match
the
match:
the
cost,
according
to
your
external
stakeholders,
and
it
you
probably
want
to
give
people
a
few
levels
of
like
you
know,
it's
a
super
great
match
a
little
bit
of
a
sell
or
there's
no
way.
They'll
ever
buy
this
and
then
kind
of
roi.
A
And
then
maybe
a
question
that
leads
directly
from
that
is
that
fill
in
the
blank
of
like?
If
not,
if
you
answered
you,
know
your
your
cool
or
blue
color
temperature
answers
to
that,
what's
missing
right
or
like
what's
the
value
that
or
what
which
what
things
are
most
commonly
cited.
As
I
don't
know,
I
don't
know
how
to
follow
up,
but
yeah.
J
E
So
we've
done
it
in
the
form
like
this,
but
we
I'm
open
to
whatever
tool.
F
It's
just
I
don't
mind
helping
with
it
it's
just
hard
to
analyze
in
a
spreadsheet
afterwards,.
D
D
Okay,
yeah,
I'm
fine.
I
could
also
ask,
for
example,
mariana
our
digital
marketing
director
to
see
if
we
could
just
create
a
the
survey
through
hubspot,
since
we
just
integrated
that
so
yeah
I'm
not
tied
to
to
this.
I
think
it
was
just
the
working
working
version.
A
Any
other
thoughts
on
this
one
from
other
folks
on
the
call
like
pearl
or
tiffany
or
vivek
again,
anything
or
also
alyssa.
Anything
that
oh
and
karim
is
here
too
welcome,
grandma
anything
jumping
out
at
anybody
here
of
like
things
like.
Why
aren't
we
asking
this?
What
do
we
want
to
know
about,
or
what?
What
do
you
want
to
secretly
tell
us
that
you
might
not
say
in
the
committee,
but
you
would
put
it
in
an
anonymous
survey.
A
I
I
mean
you
know
from
my
experience,
you
know
from
the
cost
and
value
perspective
a
lot
of
people
mostly.
You
know
companies
go
probably
from
a
community
angle,
but
also
from
the
marketing
angle.
You
know,
what's
the
you
know,
what
kind
of
assets
can
they
derive
joint
marketing
efforts?
So
is
that
question
somewhere
here
or
have
I
missed
it.
A
I
Because
that's
that's!
That's
how
you're
saying
so.
If
I
have
to
go
to
my
you
know
my
ceo
and
ask
for
a
platinum
sponsorship,
he's
gonna,
ask
me:
okay,
you
did
probably
silver
or
gold
last
time.
Why
are
you
asking
for
a
platinum?
So
you
know
how
do
I
put
my
roi
there?
So
maybe
the
roi
is
not
really
it's
in.
You
know
what
is
a
joint
marketing
I
have
done.
You
know
these
are
the
assets
I've
created
this.
This
is
a
community
outreach.
I've
made,
you
know
those
metrics,
I
can.
I
A
L
F
A
How
would
you
like
to
see
the
cdf
grow,
or
I
mean
maybe
something
like
talking
about
growth
or
evol
evolution,
or
something
and
and
maybe
specifically
asking
in
the
next
well
and
depends
on
what
time
period
you
care
about?
Probably
we
care
about
one
to
two
years
in
the
next
one
to
two
years:
what's
what's
your
highest,
what
what
benefits
areas
or
engagements
would
you
be
the
most
excited
to
see
the
cdf
grow.
J
Yeah
that
I
like
that,
I
think
we're
getting
to
a
point
where
the
the
board
is
going
to
publish
the
the
goals
for
the
year,
so
maybe
putting
those
down
and
saying
you
know,
check
all
the
ones
you
care
about
or
tell
us,
which
are
your
the
same
priorities
for
you.
M
Do
we
have
a
question
about
other
than
that
last
question?
There
feedback
you
wish
to
share,
but
you
know
you
want
to
solicit
for
other
people's
suggestions.
Ideas
just
leave
it
like
an
open
question.
M
L
A
More
about
specifically
like
what
what
programs
would
you
like
to
take
yeah?
What
would
you
like
to
see
yeah
and
when
you
started
saying
that
alyssa
you
got
me
thinking,
I
don't
know
if
we
have
thought
about
doing
nps,
and
maybe
this
question
is
as
close
to
nps
as
we're
gonna
get,
but
just
I
don't
know
if
there's
another
more
sophisticated
or
better
way
to
ask
about
like
how
much
would
you
recommend,
like.
A
A
D
Yeah-
and
I
and
that's
like
I
said
it,
we
didn't
actually
have
an
ambassador
survey,
so
we
so
it's
pretty
much
a
lot
of
the
same
questions,
but
I
think
where
we'll
need
help
is
again
customizing
it
more
to
the
ambassador
versus
to
the
member.
A
So
this
is
one
to
definitely
think
through
like
how
to
ask
it
because,
maybe,
like
I
know
for
for
like
folks
on
my
team,
there's
certain
things
I
would
want
them
to
do.
A
lot
spend
like
they
can
spend
a
limited
amount
of
time,
for
example,
creating
content
that
then
is
going
to
get
syndicated
by
me
later
and,
if
they're
creating
it
for
the
cdf.
I
don't
really
care,
because
it's
going
to
be
more
content
that
I
can
use
it's
related
to
my
space
or
product.
So
it's
like.
A
Maybe
it's
maybe
there's
a
way
to
ask
the
question
of
like
which,
which
categories
of
activities
are
most
highly
prioritized
by
your
organ.
Don't
use
that
wording,
because
that's
bad
but
but
like
which,
which
things
do
you
get?
Do
you
have
the
most
time
or
have
the
most
support
for
from
your
organization
and
like
which
are
the
things
that
are
more
passion
projects
for
you?
A
I
might
like
to
know
more
about
that,
and,
and
also
know
about,
like
the
general
time,
the
general
time
amount
and
then
the
breakdown
of
which
things
can
be
prioritized
and
which
things
are
a
little
harder
to
prioritize,
because
I
think
this
might
be
different
for
different
ambassadors.
Maybe
that's
too
complicated,
but
I.
D
D
Yeah
yeah,
I'm
sure
those
two
things
are
very
different,
again
kind
of
looping
back
to
you
know
like.
If
I
was
an
organization
I
would
if
it
gave
us
the
opportunity
to
do
like
co-branded
or
cross-promotional
opportunities
like
again
going
back
to
that
marketing.
D
A
Yeah
yeah
and-
and
I
did
because
ideally
we
hit
that
sweet
spot
right
where
we're
like
doing
a
little
bit
of
both
and
then
and
then
we
get
some
other
outside
of
work
time
too,
as
well
as
their
work
time.
Okay,
anything
else
on
ambassadors,
let
me
think
for
a
little
bit,
while
other
folks
share
their
ideas.
D
And
then
also
just
a
quick
time
check
we're
at
like
11
36,
I
don't
know
if
we
want
to
yeah.
I
can
always
bring
this
back
at
our
next
video
and
we
can
like
keep
working
on
it.
A
I
think
we
do.
We
have
a
couple
more
things
on
the
agenda,
so
we
probably
should
thank
you
for
that,
jackie.
We
probably,
I
think,
the
end
user
council
plan.
We
don't
need
to
talk
about
it
too
much,
but
I
did
want
to
have
a
couple
minutes
to
talk
about.
This.
Do
folks
have
last
thoughts
right
now,
though,
since
we
asked
you
to
bring
any
anything
to
add
in
the
next
couple
minutes
about
ideas
for
ambassador.
A
Survey,
okay,
I'll
bring
it
back,
yeah
bring
it
back
in
the
next
meeting
and
then
folks.
Homework
is
just
think
about
that
think
through
like
what
would
you
like
to
see
from
the
ambassador
program?
What
what
do
we
care
about
with
these
folks?
And
then?
Oh,
oh,
just
okay,
one
thought
I
was
on
my
head
is
like
asking
them.
What
projects
they're
excited
about
would
be
a
good
idea,
asking
them
about
projects
and
trends,
because
these
are
our
smes.
G
A
Like
that,
okay
cool
homework
think
about
what
you
want
to
know
from
your
ambassadors,
this
amazing
resource
that
we
have
only
really
just
begun
to
utilize
at
the
cdf,
but
there's
a
lot
more
of
that
coming
in
2021.
Let's
take
a
look
really
quickly
at
this
and
user
council
plan.
Maybe
tracy
can
give
a
quick,
quick
blurb
about
it.
It's
a
really
nice
looking
block.
J
So
I'll
send
an
email
as
well,
but
we're
now
mapping
out,
like
the
measuring
devops
success
topic
for
this
quarter,
so
putting
together
a
calendar
of
events
that
culminates
in
in
some
kind
of
asset
or
collateral
being
produced
at
the
end
of
the
quarter.
So
we'll
keep
you
posted
on
that.
But
if
you
want
to
be
involved
or
have
something
be
part
of
that,
calendar
do
reach
out
and
let
me
know
because
we're
trying
to
bring
everybody
together.
J
So
the
outreach,
the
talk,
the
end
users
and
the
projects
and
I
think,
we're
even
looking
to
feature
any
kind
of
innovations,
whether
close,
also
open
source
in
the
space,
just
to
kind
of
do
a
full
kind
of
360
around
elements
of
those
topics.
So
yeah
have
a
closer
look
and
just
get
back
to
me
for
with
any
questions.
A
And
I
settled
on
this
for
a
second,
because
just
I
was
I
was
reviewing
this
plan
with
with
my
team,
and
this
was
probably
like
they
got
really
we.
We
got
pretty
excited
about
this
list
of
things
and
like
having
this
list
of,
I
think
going
back
to
our
conversation
a
few
moments
ago
about
getting
value
from
the
cdf
and
getting
that
perception.
For
me,
this
has
probably
piqued
the
value
perception
centers
on
folks
at
armory
like
more
than
a
lot
of
other
stuff
I've.
A
I've
brought
from
the
cdf
so
folks
are
really
excited
about
this
and
I
think,
there's
definitely
an
opportunity
to
like
tout
this
more
as
as
a
benefit
and
maybe
get
people's
feedback
about
that
on
the
survey
too.
Just
just
to
validate
that,
because
that's
my
assumption
that
I'm
making
that
this
is
something
that
other
people
would
be
really
excited
about.
But
I
think
it's
really
exciting.
J
Okay,
yeah,
that's
great
feedback
yeah.
Now
I'm
super
excited
about
rolling
this
out,
and
particularly
the
fact
that
we've
got
these
end
users
like
fidelity
and
capital.
One
coming
to
us
and
saying
look:
this
is
how
we
want
to
use
cdf
and
how
how
we
plan
to
get
better
at
what
a
delivering
software.
A
Yeah,
like
I
don't
know
that
you
could
come
up
with
a
better,
I
mean,
could
maybe
add
a
few
more
laterals
to
this
list,
but,
like
this
is
a
super
great
membership
starting
out.
So
I'm
really
excited
about
that
good,
great
job.
Again,
all
right,
hey,
garema,
you're
on
the
call.
Still
right.
A
Yes,
I
am,
can
you
tell
me,
can
you
tell
the
team
here
about
the
gamification
challenge
that
we've
been
talking
about?
I
I
can
introduce
it
really
quick
garema-
and
I
have
been
talking
for
several
months
about
setting
up
this
challenge
that
her
company
has
done
before
and
branding
it
specifically
for
we
talked
about
branding
it
for
spinnaker,
but
we
decided
it'd
probably
be
better
to
expand
it.
A
So
she
has
this
product
box
challenge
that
she'll
tell
us
more
about
it's
a
competition
that
her
company
has
run
before
it's
it's
a
great
driver
of
traffic
and
what
they
what
they
do
is
like.
The
team
teams
of
people
are
given.
Let's
say,
given
the
premise:
your
job
is
to
sell
the
continuous
delivery
ecosystem
in
a
box.
So
what
if
you
were
going
to
like
put
the
continuous
delivery
ecosystem
on
a
shelf
and
sell
it?
What
would
the
box
say
and
that's
literally
the
the
competition?
A
So
you
end
up
with
getting
a
lot
of
like
product
marketing
kind
of
thoughts
and
information
from
the
community
from
these
challenges,
and
you
have
teams
of
people
and
then
there
you
vote
folks
vote
on
the
best
box
and
that's
the
driver
of
web
traffic.
Since
the
voting
happens
online
and
gurima.
You
want
to
say
more
about
that
and
then
we
can
talk,
have
a
discussion
about
it.
Real,
quick
right.
N
Then
this
challenge
we
have
done
it
for
multiple
events,
like
devops
india
summit,
where
we
created
a
devops
box
and
then
we
also
have
done
it
for
enterprises,
entrepreneurs
startups
where
they
are
validating
their
ideas.
N
So,
basically,
when
you
come
and
build
a
box
together
in
a
team
that
clarifies
what
is
the
value
you
are
offering
to
the
user
so
think
about
continuous
delivery
ecosystem?
If
you
want
to
sell
it
in
a
box,
make
it
more
tangible
what
you
will
put
as
a
strategy?
What
kind
of
ingredients
you
should
have
to
sell
it
into
a
user
ecosystem
and
that
basically
provides
two
things?
N
One
is
that
you
are
collaborating
in
a
fun
way
and
also,
at
the
same
time,
it's
an
experiential
learning
activity
where
you
know
people
build
consensus
through
collective
thinking.
So
this
is
this.
We
have
seen
successful
and
the
ideas
and
concepts
like
continuous
delivery,
devops
sre.
N
We
have
to
make
it
more
tangible
for
the
end
user
to
identify,
you
know
their
values,
and
that
is
where
these
you
know.
Gamification
challenges
come
handy,
so
yeah,
I
I
was
discussing
it
with
rosalind
that
we
should
do
it
for
spinnaker
and
how
it
works.
N
Is
that
once
you
do
the
gamification
challenge,
of
course
we
can
put
the
boxes
for
voting
and
all
that,
but
at
the
end
of
the
day
you
can
create
a
white
paper
out
of
it
that
how
people
or
you
know
how
the
community
one
is
thinking
about
to
take
continuous
delivery
ecosystem
forward
through
the
roadmap
through
the
vision,
the
value
mapping
which
we
have
in
the
box,
so
that
that
way
is
people
also
see
that
they
there
are
there.
A
So
yeah
and
that's,
I
think,
a
really
important
part
of
this,
because
we
would
be
offering
cash
prizes.
We
talked
about
a
first
and
a
second
prize.
Maybe
and
armory
has
volunteered
to
sponsor
those
prizes
so
but
a
lot
of
people
that
we
want
their
opinions
about
this,
don't
necessarily
care
about
cash,
but
they
might
care
about
their
byline
on
a
white
paper.
So
that's
like
a
really
exciting
idea.
A
I
think
that
grima
had
is
like
we
can
kind
of
and
then
and
then
maybe
that's
another
piece
of
collateral
that
we
could
use
the
cdf,
and
this
would
be
an
opportunity
to
drive
people
continually
like.
First
they
come
to
the
website
to
maybe
sign
up.
Then
they
come
to
more
folks,
come
to
the
website
to
vote
on
the
product
boxes
and
and
choose
their
favorite.
A
N
And
you
can
also
make
it
as
an
artifact
forward
to
the
summit.
So
if
you
would
like
to
do
more
gamification
challenges,
it's
like
you
know
you
can
collect
white
papers
and
publish
it
as
an
e-book
or
something
so
it's.
It
is
also
like
an
artifact
which
you
can
refer
back
and
you
can
make
it
a
as
a
selling
point
in
cdf
that
you
building
up
a
collective
thought
process
around
innovation.
N
I
have
some
links.
Obviously
we
didn't
had
these
links
put
together
in
our
our
website.
It
was
for
in
devops
india
summit.
So
I
can
ask
the
devops
india
summit
to
publish
the
links
to
us
and
see
if
it
works
for
you
and
they
there
they
have
the
boxes.
Also.
So
the
devops
boxes,
which
we
made
last
year
and
there
were
like
eight
teams-
people
from
ibm
eny
all
these
companies
participated.
N
So
are
you
did
you
say
you
could
share
the
link
now
and-
and
am
I
not
I'd-
have
to
get
back
to
you
on
this
rosalind?
Okay.
So
just
give
me
a
two
day,
two
three
days
time,
I
will
find
out
the
link
and
yeah.
So
that's.
D
A
question
for
agreement
normally
like
what's
the
timeline
that
it
takes
to
launch
like
a
competition
like
this
and
then
like
get
the
end
result.
E
N
But
we
would
need
some
marketing
right.
A
Yeah
go
ahead,
create
the
market;
it
go
ahead.
Yeah.
N
So
we
would
need
some
marketing
around
it
and
it
depends
on
how
much
you
can
you
want
to
market
it?
You
also
have
an
artifact
after
that,
when
we
create
a
white
paper
that
white
paper
is
also
marketable
right,
so
you
can
use
that
white
paper
to
market
this
afterwards
and
you
can
do
crowd
sourcing
on
that
white
paper.
That
means
whosoever
participated
in
the
gamification
challenge.
D
Yeah,
because
I
think
that
that's
where
I
was
unclear
on
was,
for
example,
in
those
like
how
how
do
you
get
that
white
paper
right?
Is
it
you
launch
the
competition
yeah
like
yeah?
I
guess
my
question
was
like
who'd.
Be
writing
those
white
papers,
the.
N
I
would
suggest
that
you,
you
take
the
contributions
for
all
the
teams,
not
only
okay,
okay,
that
makes
sense.
Yes,
winning
is
one
thing
you
know,
but
gamification
and
collective
thinking
is
not
about
winning
it's
about
putting
all
the
thoughts
together
and
putting
a
way
forward
like
each
box
might
have
something
different,
which
we
want
to
take
it
so
that
ways
it
will
make
more
sense,
because
everybody
can
be
part
of
that
white
paper
and
who
writes
it
jacqueline.
N
It
can
be
together,
rosalind
and
myself.
We
can
write
that
white
paper
and
then
we
get
it
reviewed
through
all
the
contributors.
Yeah.
G
N
D
Up
front,
I
think
yeah,
because
I
I
think
this
is
like
a
great
idea.
I
think
where,
where
my
head's
at
and
the
reason
why
I'm
asking
these
questions
was
because
could
it
also
be
something
that
leads
up
to
cdcon?
And
then
we
announce
we
announce
like
the
winners
at
cdcon
and
then
we
publish
like
and
make
the
whitepaper
available
at
cdcon.
D
But
I
thought
that's
also
why
I
wasn't
quite
in
my
head
understanding
like
the
operations
and
logistics
of
all
of
this,
but
I
I
I
think
this
would
be
really
cool
to
do
like
announce
all
that
stuff
at
cdcon,
but
if
it's
also
the
type
of
event
where
it's
actually
you're
like
no,
no,
you
actually
want
to
host
it
at
cdcon.
D
You
know
give
people
those
two
and
a
half
hours
to
do
the
product
box
and
then
afterwards
you
have
the
white
paper
it
gets
published
afterwards.
I
think
we
would
just
have
to
talk
through
that
right,
even.
M
M
A
Yeah
and-
and
you
know
we
could
even
do
so-
then
we
could
do
it
as
a
pre-event
and
then
we
could
always
if
we
wanted
to
do
another
one,
and
we
could
do
that
like.
Oh,
you
didn't
make
it
into
this
round
after
you
see
the
lightning
we'll
come
to
this,
you
know
what
I
mean
we
could
be
like,
since
it
sounds
like
it's
good
to
iterate
on
it,
because
then
you
get
more
mind
share
over
time.
So
yeah
yeah.
N
N
If
you
want
to
drive
participation
in
cdcon,
that's
a
great
way,
so
you
can
put
the
boxes
on
your
website
and
say
public
words,
and
then
you
know
nobody's
judging
it.
Public
is
judging
it.
D
A
So
it
it
sounds
like
another
time
check
where
a
tent
were
at
ten
till
it
sounds
like
there's
interest
in
this.
From
my
talks
with
garema,
it
sounds
like
the
lift
is
low
to
medium.
It's
not
an
incredibly
intensive
event.
I
do
one
thing
I
was
thinking
about,
so
we
I
really
when,
where
I
got
excited
about
this
initially
was
spinnaker
was
like.
Oh,
we
can
drive
a
bunch
of
traffic
to
our
website,
because
people
are
going
to
go
and
vote
on
this
stuff
and
grima.
A
You
gave
me
some
statistics
about
the
about
web
traffic,
like
from
the
previous
times
that
you've
done
this
and
it's
been
a
really
strong
driver.
So
I
didn't
know:
if
is
the
timing
for
that
bad,
because
we
don't
actually
want
people,
we
don't
want
to
drive
traffic
traffic
to
our
website
right
now
and
surely
that's
not
true,
surely
we
do
always
want
to
drive
traffic
to
our
website,
but
is
there
like?
Are
there
timing
factors
that
we
should
be
thinking
about
around
that.
J
D
Create
see
if
the
events
team
can
create
another
child's
page,
where,
basically,
all
the
instructions
on
how
to
participate
are
are
published,
and
then
it
just
links
out
to
all
of
the
resources
necessary.
J
N
I
would
highly
recommend
that
you
get
senior
people
into
this,
like
cdf
ambassadors,
because
the
the
more
seasoned
people
get
involved
into
this
gamification
challenge.
The
output
would
be
great.
So
obviously
somebody
who
knows
cd
foundation
the
ecosystem
of
cd
foundation.
If
these
people
who
are
partners
in
some
way
to
cdf,
wants
to
make
a
team-
let's
say
armani,
makes
a
team
and
then
openmax
makes
a
team.
N
That's
that's
something
which
you
can
decide,
but
I
highly
recommend
that
people
with
some
caliber
and
some
group,
which
has
association
with
cdf,
should
be
participating.
A
A
Maybe
we
have
a
maybe
we
have
a
pre-event,
a
pre-pre-pre
event
in
like
march
or
april,
where
folks
come
and
we
start
talking
about
it,
and
then
people
like
commit
to
joining
teams
then,
or
something
like
that,
like
have
some
kind
of
explicit
way
to
form
the
teams
that
attracts
some
of
those
people,
and
then
I
don't
know,
but
the
team
formation
is
really
important.
So
I
think
that
was
like
the
that's,
the
largest
amount
of
lift
and
then
other
thing
audience
seems
like
this
would
be
another
great
place
to
leverage
nadog.
A
If
jim
is
interested
just
like
promoting
this
with
the
nadal.
Are
there
other
audiences?
We
should
consider.
D
I
mean
we
could
we
could
always
the
other
partnership.
I
want
to
try
to
actually
leverage
this
year.
It's
also
the
women,
oh
my
god
wic
women,
and
why
women
in
tech,
sorry
whit
women
and
tech
and
see
if
they
could
also
help
us,
promote
that
and
then
leverage
black
girls
code
and
also
women
who
code
and
see
if
they
can
also
integrate
that
in
in
part
of
their
like
newsletters.
A
I
don't
know
if
this
is
and
if
the
end
user
count
the
end
user
counsel
has
a
full
plate.
So
I
don't
know
about
that.
But
I
don't
know
if
the
end
user
council
would
be
interested
in
this,
and
I
also
don't
know
if
our
fin,
if
any
of
our
fintech
like
like,
maybe
that's,
a
pipe
dream,
but
it
would
be
great
to
have
like
a
fintech
team
and
the
fintech
are
like
what
what
does
fintech
want
from
from
the
continuous
delivery
ecosystem?
A
J
A
I
think
I
just
think
this.
This
has
a
lot
of
promise
and
I
got
really
excited
when
gurima
garima
brought
it
up.
I
wanna.
I
know
we
need
to
wrap
up
now.
So
let's
talk,
can
we
talk
briefly
about
next
steps
and
then
we
can
wrap
up?
I
want
to
make
sure
that
this
idea,
you
know,
like
I'm,
an
idea
person,
so
I
want
to
also
make
sure
that
the
ideas
go
places.
So
what
what
would
be
a
good
next
step
on
this
considering
is
it
like?
D
J
D
Okay
and
then
I
think,
like
the
next
step,
like
would
be
also
just
getting
copy
for
that
child
page.
So
then
we
can
go.
Ask
the
events
team
to
add
that
into
the
into
the
cdcon
stuff,
yeah
mercedes,
landing
page.
Sorry,
I
should
use
real
words.
J
N
That's
the
interesting
part
right,
but
I'll
I'll
send
you
some
boxes
for
reference
right,
perfect.
J
N
We
can
take
it
forward
from
there
rosalind.
We
can
actually
discuss
offline,
the
dates
and
how
the
plan
would
work
and
we
still
can
kind
of
discuss
march
as
a
timeline.
I
guess
that
would
be
fair.
A
Enough
yeah
to
start
to
start
things,
yeah,
okay,
we'll
talk
about
that
offline
and
it
just
it
sounds
like
there.
You
have
some
kind
of
3d
interface,
essentially
like
a
web.
There's
they
capital
carbon
already,
has
like
a
apple
app
that
they've
been
using
to
deliver
it.
So
that's
what
I
would
love
to
see
demo
like
what
does
it
look
like
when
you
go
to
vote
and
you
see
the
boxes
and
stuff
yeah.
N
I
I
would,
I
would
make
it
available
that
how
the
boxes
are
designed-
and
there
are
multiple
you
know-
user
interfaces
through
which
you
can
design
physical
boxes.
So
you
shouldn't
be
worrying
too
much
about
the
application.
The
process
is
important.
You
know
once
the
boxes
boxes
are
ready,
that's
that's
good,
but
the
process
of
making
that
box
and
after
you
know
the
collective
thinking
around
cdf,
how
that
would
come
up
is
also
very
interesting.
N
So
I
would
touch
base
with
you
later
on
rosalind
for
for
all
this
information,
and
I
will
keep
jackie
you
as
part
of
the
conversation
so
that
you
are
informed
and
we
can
take
it
forward.
A
Yeah
great
gurima-
and
I
are
owning
this
for
now
until
we
give
you
enough
stuff
to
kick
it
over
to
you.
So
thank
you
so
much
everybody
for
your
time.
Sorry
to
go
up
almost
to
the
top
of
the
hour.
We
just
had
a
full
agenda
today
and
the
reason
for
that
is
because
we're
we're
like
starting
2021
off
right.
I
think
so.
Thanks
everybody
for
your
time
and
I'll
see
you
in
a
couple
weeks.
