C
Okay,
we
should
be
live
now
so
good
morning,
I'm
going
to
have
the
the
comments
window
up
here,
so
we
can
keep
an
eye
on
that.
If
folks
are
watching,
feel
free
to
use
those
comments
on
the
live
page
or,
of
course,
feel
free
to
jump
into
the
zoom
meeting
itself.
If
you
want
the
link,
is
there
I'm
going
to
share
my
screen?
C
Hopefully
we'll
have
a
couple
of
others
join
us
here.
It's
just,
I
guess
a
slow
start
today,
but
we're
going
to
go
ahead
and
get
started
ben.
Can
I
impose
on
you
to
help
with
notes
great?
Thank
you.
Don't
have
any
introductions
today,
it's
just
the
three
of
us.
C
I
think
everyone
knows
us
only
a
couple
of
action
items
right
now.
One
is
this
one.
That's
been
hanging
out
here
for
a
while
because
of
of
me,
which
is
for
finishing
up
this
sizing
badge,
and
we
just
decided
that
we're
going
to
go
ahead
and
do
it
and
not
wait
on
this
virtual
fitting
tutorial.
I
was
doing
in
fusion
because
I'm
still
trying
to
sort
out
the
best
way
to
do
that
and
if
that's
even
the
best
tool
to
do
that,
so
we're
just
going
to
go
ahead
and
get
the
badge
out
there.
C
We
are
coordinating
a
meeting
for
next
week,
just
heard
back
from
eric,
so
it's
going
to
be
in
the
afternoon.
I
have
to
look
at
my
calendar
either
tuesday
or
wednesday
next
week,
most
likely
so
by
next
week's
meeting
I'll
have
some
kind
of
update
on
getting
that
badge
going
john's,
not
with
us
yet.
So
we
will
check
back
with
him
on
the
embedding
of
our
lumio
summary
into
the
hub,
just
something
that
we
were
waiting
to
hear
back
from
their
team
about.
C
I
don't
have
any
special
presentations
lined
up,
so
the
usual
call
for
anybody
out
there,
maybe
some
of
our
chapters,
anyone
doing
interesting
projects-
or
you
know
you
have
a
interesting
way
of
doing
things.
You
know
again.
The
main
purpose
of
these
meetings
is
sort
of
gathering
and
disseminating
best
practices.
So
it's
really
valuable
if
you
can
share
what
you're
doing
how
you're
doing
what's
working
well.
For
you,
just
you
know,
let
us
know
we'll
put
you
on
the
schedule.
C
You
can
give
us
a
presentation,
and
that
gives
the
rest
of
the
community
an
opportunity
to
kind
of
learn
from
what
you're
doing
and
borrow
some
of
what's
working.
Well,
we
do
have
our
usual
metrics
in
here.
I'm
not
going
to
spend
any
any
time
on
this,
but
for
those
who
want
to
take
a
look,
you
can
just
click
to
see
it
full
size
and
it's
pretty
pretty
typical
activity
levels.
C
So,
as
I
said,
I'm
not
going
to
spend
any
time
on
here,
but
we
do
track
all
these
statistics
and
we
have
charts
showing
all
this
stuff
over
time.
If
anybody
cares
to
see
how
things
have
changed
over
time,
we
have
all
that
data
so
on
to
our
topics
of
the
day.
C
I
left
this
one
on
here,
because
I
wasn't
sure
what
we
were
doing
with
this
ben.
You
were
looking
into
essentially
alternatives
to
this
workflowy
tool
that
we're
using
for
notes.
I
wasn't
sure
where
we
left
off
on
this.
Is
this
something
that
we're
still
pursuing
are
we
are
we
still
looking
for
an
alternative.
B
It
is,
and
I've
talked
to
john
about
a
couple
times
this
week-
was
sort
of
a
different
set
of
priorities,
but
I
really
would
like
to
look
into
how
we
can
try
to
integrate
some
of
the
youtube
captions.
Basically,
the
transcript
there's
a
couple
projects
that
I
worked
on
in
the
past
and
yeah.
I'm
still
looking
so.
B
C
I
mean
the
last
I
looked.
I
I
have
the
option
for
captions
turned
on
in
these
live
streams,
but
we're
not
getting
real-time
captions.
I
don't
know
how
that
works.
Maybe
maybe
that
would
be
a
first
step
as
we
figure
out
how
to
get
real-time
captions
turned
on,
then
we
can
figure
out
how
to
get
that
sort
of
fed
into
a
document,
but
right
now
we're
not
even
getting
real-time
captioning.
So
that
might
be
something
to
look
at.
I
could
use
your
help
on
that.
C
Okay,
so
work
in
progress,
we'll
we'll
keep
looking
at
options
there,
just
just
want
to
make
it
as
easy
as
possible
for
people.
Ideally,
you
know
across
multiple
languages
to
join
into
these
discussions.
All
right.
So
the
next
topic
here
is
is
cad
tools,
just
something
that
we've
been
talking
about
lately
the
two
tools
that
we've
been
sort
of,
focusing
on
as
two
options,
certainly
not
the
only
options
but
two
options
for
the
community
that
are
powerful,
cad
tools
that
are
available
free
of
charge.
C
One
is
fusion
360
from
autodesk.
I
put
the
link
in
here
in
our
notes.
If
anyone
wants
to
check
out
the
free
licenses
that
are
available,
the
the
upside
is,
as
I
said,
very
powerful
full-featured
everything
that
you
could
need
in
a
cad
package.
Downside
is
it
it
is
it
it's
not
browser-based,
it's
hybrid,
so
some
of
it
is
happening
in
the
cloud,
but
a
lot
of
it
is
happening
on
your
computer.
You
do
need
a
powerful
computer
if
you're
working
on
anything
more
than
the
simplest
designs
in
fusion.
C
C
So,
if
you're
new
to
it
check
out
that
tutorial,
the
other
one
we've
been
talking
about
is
on
shape,
and
this
is
one
that
that
ward,
another
one
of
our
volunteers
has
been
sort
of
touting
and
helping
to
kind
of
demonstrate
what
what
can
be
done
with
it
he's
in
the
process
of
rebuilding
some
of
the
parts
from
the
phoenix
design
and
on
shape
again
full
featured
powerful
cad
software.
C
This
one
is
fully
cloud-based,
so
you
can
use
this
on
any
kind
of
a
device
with
a
web
browser
chromebook
anything
you
can
even
has
an
app
for
you
know
I
devices
and
android.
So
if
you
want
to
use
it
on
a
tablet,
anything
like
that
it
really
it
can
be
used
just
about
anywhere
fully
featured
with
a
free
version.
The
only
limitation
of
the
free
version
is
that
your
your
save
designs
all
have
to
be
public.
C
You
can't
have
private
designs,
which
seems
like
it's
just
fine
for
us,
so
this
seems
like
a
really
good
option
as
well.
So
we've
gotten
a
nice
tutorial
on
fusion.
I
think
our
next
task
is
to
get
somebody
to
give
us
a
tutorial
on
onshape
ben.
I
don't
know,
if
is
that
something
you've
talked
to
anybody
about?
Maybe
I
don't
know
mord
might
want
to
do
that.
B
Oh,
we
talked
a
word
about
it
last
week
and
it
sounds
like
that's
something
that
he's
interested
in
doing
he's
going
to
get
a
couple
of
the
sort
of
examples
up
of
how
it
can
be
used.
I
think
before,
but
he's
it's
sounded
like
that's
probably
in
our
future
and
his
future
too.
C
So
hopefully,
we'll
have
a
couple
of
good
tutorials
for
the
community,
one
for
fusion
one
front
shape,
maybe
it'll
be
others,
but
these
are.
These
are
two
good
tools
and
there's
you
know
it's
not
that
we
have
to
standardize.
I
mean
everyone
can
use
the
tool
that
they
like,
but
there
are
definitely
benefits
of
you
know
using
a
shared
tool
of
you
know
having
our
designs
in
a
common
format,
because
it's
not
just
about
the
model
sure
you
can
export
your
model
and
then
bring
it
into
another
platform.
C
But
you
have
that
whole
design
history,
in
whatever
platform
you
built
it
in.
So
if
we
have,
you
know
people
in
our
community
that
are
working
the
same
tool.
It
makes
it
a
lot
easier
to
kind
of
build
off
of
one
another's
work,
because
you
can
kind
of
go
back
in
the
design.
History
make
a
change,
it's
just
it's
easier
than
working
from
just
a
model
alone,
just
real
quick.
C
C
C
A
lot
of
it
depends
on
the
you
know
the
use
case,
the
the
the
person
using
the
device,
the
region
where
it's
being
used,
what
kind
of
a
climate
environment
it's
in,
for
example,
pla
used
to
be
a
popular
choice,
because
it's
so
easy
to
work
with
and
affordable,
but
it
will
deform
in
hotter
climates.
If,
for
example,
if
you
were
to
leave
an
enabled
device
made
from
pla
in
a
hot
car
on
a
sunny
day,
you
will
come
back
to
find
it
in
a
different
shape
than
you
left
it.
C
So
if
I
had
to
recommend
something
I'd
say:
go
ahead
and
use
pet
g
for
your
test
case
just
because
then
you
get
used
to
how
it
works
and
start
getting
familiar
with
printing
pet
g,
but
that's
not
a
requirement.
You
can
use
whatever
material
you
like
for
the
test
devices
so
anyway.
I
hope
that
we'll
have
another
tutorial
soon
for
the
on
shape.
C
So
we
can
give
the
community
a
couple
of
good
options
for
cad
and
continue
to
try
to
essentially
redevelop
some
of
our
current
designs
as
solid
body
models
for
those
that
weren't
shared.
Originally
we're
going
to
try
to
essentially
rebuild
those
in
these
cad
tools
so
that
we
have
the
full.
You
know
design
history
and
everything
to
work
with,
so
that
people
can
build
off
of
that.
So
that's
a
work
in
progress.
C
Any
I
don't
know
if
you
guys
have
any
other
questions
or
comments
anything
about
cad.
You
want
to
talk
about.
Otherwise,
I'm
going
to
move
on.
Okay,
so.
C
Here
I
I
kind
of
grouped
these
because
I
felt
like
they're
all
related.
I
grouped
these
under
onboarding
in
the
hub
and
we've
talked
about
these
before,
but
I
wanted
to
continue
this
discussion.
So
there's
three
topics
under
this
category
now,
one
of
which
is
volunteers
and
chapters
say
that
they're
finding
the
hub
overwhelming
overly
complex
just
too
much
information
in
that
main
feed.
C
We've
talked
about
the
possibility
of
concierge
or
mentorship
services,
somebody
to
kind
of
hand
hold
people
as
especially
at
the
beginning,
as
they're
kind
of
finding
their
way
in
the
hub,
maybe
to
help
them
navigate
that
complexity
and
then
just
onboarding.
In
general,
we
talked
about
the
draft
space
that
isabella
created
to
try
to
make
it
easier
for
people
to
find
what
they're
looking
for.
C
We
have
a
number
of
diagrams
we've
worked
on
that
we
were
hoping
to
kind
of
tie
into
workflows
and
kind
of
step-by-step
guides
to
get
you
where
you
need
to
go
in
the
hub,
and
I
think
I
just
the
reason
I
group
these
together
is.
I
see
these
as
all
being
related
helping
people
to
get
started,
helping
people
to
find
their
way,
making
it
easier
to
get
to
where
you
want
to
go
and
find
a
way
to
meaningfully
contribute
in
this
very
diverse
community.
C
So
I'd
like
to
just
open
this
up
for
discussion,
that's
just
the
three
of
us.
What
are
your
thoughts
on
this
guys?
How
can
we
address
any
of
these?
Any
of
these.
A
A
A
The
forum
is
a
gameish
of
everything
right
and
it
seems
lately
that
a
lot
of
people
and
I've
I've
been
part
of
it,
because
I
direct
people
to
do
this
if
they
have
a
design,
question
or
a
case
question
where
they
have
a
problem.
I'd
say:
hey,
you
know
reach
out
in
the
forum
of
the
hub.
Let's
you
know
get
to
get
the
benefit
of
1900
volunteers,
but
I
wonder
if
we
need
to
start
to
partition
the
forum
somehow
into
if
you,
if
you
have
a
problem
with
a
case
specific
case
go
here.
A
C
Yeah
yeah
we've
talked
about
that
and
we've
run
through
some
ideas
of
how
we
could
do
that,
and
it's
it's
tricky
there
are.
There
are
some
who
have
argued
that
the
problem
is,
with
the
platform
itself,
that
the
way
the
hub
is
organized
and
the
way
that
it
works
is
not
ideal
for
what
we're
trying
to
do,
and
there
have
been
suggestions
of
even
switching
to
an
entirely
different
platform
which
which
some
of
us
are
very
hesitant
to.
B
Sorry
about
that
yeah
I've
been
trying
to
jump
in
and-
and
I
hope
it's
not
too
much
lag-
the
dashboard
within
the
hub
is
something
that
I
think
we
can
maybe
explore.
We
haven't
used
it
so
much,
but
one
of
isabella's
ideas
was
sort
of
a
a
way
of
interacting
sort
of
like
a
hub
light.
B
You
know
it's
just
what
you
need
when
you
get
started.
You
know
I
do
think
so.
C
Yeah,
I
I
agree
because
that's
what
that's
really
built
for
is
like
that's
supposed
to
show
you
what
you
care
about,
like
all
the
spaces
you're
subscribed
to
blah
blah.
I
don't
know
to
what
extent
we're
able
to
customize
that
dashboard,
but
you're
right,
that's
worth
looking
into
that
could
be
a
part
of
how
we
present
things
in
a
better
way.
B
To
talk
to
you,
yeah
you've
had
some
great
suggestions
in
the
past
about
having,
like
the
calendar,
events,
be
at
the
top
of
the
side
panel.
I
think
there's
ways
that
we
can
try
to
prioritize
things
that
are
more
not
popular
but
utilized
by
people
in
the
community
and
then
maybe
move
some
of
the
other
things
into
other
pages
having
spaces
that
could
group
together
similar
interests,
but
not
bog
down.
C
I
do
think
that
would
be
a
good
idea.
I
just
noticed
that
today,
actually
because
I
was
posting,
you
know
I
was
trying
to
post
about
the
upcoming
town
hall
meeting.
You
know.
I
noticed
that
all
those
automated
posts
about
like
welcome
new
members-
you
know
they
get
pushed
to
the
top
whatever's
newest-
goes
to
the
top
so
yeah.
C
It
would
be
a
good
idea,
I
think,
to
push
those
into
the
new
member
space
and
then
that
would
that
would
clearly
clean
up
some
of
the
clutter
and
maybe
just
take
a
piecemeal
like
that.
You
know
one
step
at
a
time.
C
We
talked
about
helping
people
to
understand
better
how
they
can
customize
their
notifications,
which
we've
worked
on,
so
they
can
get
fewer
alerts,
fewer
emails,
at
least
we
can
get
those
new
member
posts
out
of
the
main
forum
and
into
the
new
members
space
like
ben
mentioned,
maybe
move
the
prioritize
kind
of
how
things
are
showing
up.
So
the
upcoming
events,
you
know,
show
up
first
things
that
people
might
care
more
about,
so
we
can
make
some
incremental
improvements.
C
I
don't
know,
but
what
are
your
thoughts
on
the
on
the
concierge
mentorship
services?
I
mean
the
problem
here
is,
of
course,
finding
people
that
that
can
do
this,
but
the
idea
there
was
somebody
that
could
essentially.
C
Welcome
somebody
gets
to
understand
sort
of
how
they're
looking
to
contribute
and
basically
guide
them
to
the
right
resources,
what
they
need
to
get
started
et
cetera.
I
guess
in
a
sense,
it
could
be
argued
that
we
are
doing
this
in
a
way
through
our
new
member
meetups.
Now
that
we're
doing
monthly
we're
just
doing
it
kind
of
on
a
group
basis-
and
maybe
that's
maybe
that's
the
right
approach,
I
don't
know
just
kind
of
bring
it
up
for
discussion
here.
Is
there
a?
C
A
Probably
not
have
we
asked
for
volunteers
for
this
role
because
I
think
I
think
we
need.
I.
C
Know
a
while
back,
we
asked
for
somebody
to
help
with
the
welcoming,
but
then
we
replaced
that
with
the
bot,
but
I
don't
know
that
we've
ever
asked
about
specifically
this.
I
see
this
is
more
of
a
you
know.
Again.
Concierge,
I
think,
is
a
good
name
for
it
because
it
needs
to
be
somebody.
That's
really
familiar
with
all
of
our
complexity.
A
B
C
Again,
I
think
that's
like
you've
done
before
ben
you're
sort
of
modeling
that,
but
I
don't
know
that
you're,
the
one
that
should
be
doing
that
you've
got
a
lot
of
other
things.
You
need
to
do
so
right
right,
it's
great
that
you've
been
able
to,
but
it'd
be
nice
to
find
somebody
that
could
really
take
ownership
of
that.
B
Yeah
or
even
sort
of
a
team
of
people-
and
you
know
again
what
what
a
lot
of
this
points
back
to
in
my
mind,
is
the
badging
system.
So
you
know,
maybe
being
a
sort
of
this
guide
role,
isn't
something
that
we
we
can't
just
enlist
anybody.
B
We
need
to
find
people
that
have
been
around
for
a
while
and
it
might
be
something
where
there's
a
small
series
of
badges
and
when
you
complete
it,
then
you're
sort
of
I
don't
know,
I'm
part
of
a
team
that
you
know
is
very
clear
that
way.
If
a
new
member
hovers
over,
they
can
say.
Okay,
this
is
a
person
that
sort
of
has
been.
I
mean
validated
right.
A
B
Maybe
we
can
brainstorm,
what
experiences
would
they
need
and
that
would
sort
of
be
the
description
and
the
criteria
for
the
badge.
C
Well,
the
biggest
thing
is
just
familiarity
with
all
of
our
different
resources:
there's
a
lot
of
complexity
in
our
infrastructure
and
knowing
and
understanding
all
those
different
pieces
and
where
they
are
and
where
you
can
go
to
get
involved
in
this
or
that
or
find
resources
other
so
that
I
think
that's
the
most
important
qualification
for
somebody
in
this
role,
and
I
don't
there's
there's
really.
No,
you
know
there's
no
answer
to
that
except
time.
It's
just
you
know.
Somebody
that's
been
with
us
for
years.
C
That
kind
of
has
picked
up
where
all
that
stuff
is,
but
I
think
that's
the
main
main.
A
B
I
think
we
could
probably
evaluate
participation
in
the
town
hall
meetings,
a
member
of
the
enable
web
central.
B
You
know
we
could
sort
of
list
different
things,
different
aspects
of
the
network
and
just
make
sure
that
they
can
check
all
those
boxes.
You
know,
member
of
lumio,
I
I
wonder
how
else
we
could
you
know
we'd
probably
want
somebody.
That's
been
involved
in
the
new
member
meetups
and
the
the
focus
follow-ups
and
the
kind
of
events
that
we've
been
doing.
C
Maybe
that's
tied
in
with
the
concierge
role.
Maybe
the
the
concierge
then
gets
trained
on
this.
So
the
concierge
needs
to
understand
everything,
that's
in
this
dashboard
and
why
you
would
want
to
go
to
each
one
of
these
places
and
what,
as
long
as
they
understand
everything
in
here,
all
these
kind
of
jumping
off
points
that
we're
sending
people
to
essentially
that
concierge
then
help
could
be
somebody
that
helps
you
navigate
this
roadmap
or
whatever
this
becomes
so,
in
other
words,
maybe
we
build
the
roadmap.
B
So
potentially
it
could
be
something
I
don't
know
my
video
on.
It
could
be
something
where
I
set
up
a
workshop
for
the
monthly
focus
follow-up
after
I've
pulled
some
of
isabella's
stuff
into
the
new
member
space.
It's
it
is
something
that
I've
been
sort
of
modeling
for
a
little
while.
So
maybe
I
can
sort
of
talk
about
some
of
those
the
roles
and
see
if
we
can
get
some
people
to
join
and
by
going
to
the
workshop,
they
could
sort
of
qualify
for
a
badge.
C
C
Okay,
I
think
that's
a
great
approach,
so
we'll
look
to
ben
to
coordinate
something
for
one
of
the
focus
workshops
and
let
us
know
how
we
can
help
and
I
think,
like
I
said
that
these
I
see
these
topics
as
all
being
kind
of
tied
together.
C
C
Okay,
let's
see
next
topic
we
have
here
is
the
idea
of
work
being
based
on
quantity
versus
quality,
rather
broad
statement,
certainly
not
necessarily
always
true,
but
this
was
an
observation
that
isabella
had
made
in
the
research
that
she
was
doing.
It
ties
back
the
idea
of
follow-ups.
There's
you
know,
there's
we
could
break
it
into
kind
of
two
different
ways
of
working
in
in
in
this
one.
Is
you
kind
of
find
yourself
a
person
that
needs
one
of
these
devices?
C
B
C
Greatly
preferred
way
of
operating
is
that
you're
working
collaboratively
with
somebody
in
an
ongoing
basis.
After
that
devices
is
fitted
you're
getting
feedback
you're
following
up
you're
understanding.
How
are
they,
how
is
it
working
over
time?
Are
they
still
using
it?
If
not,
why
not?
How
can
we
make
it
better,
etc?
And
so
there's
this
discussion
this?
C
This
ties
into
the
discussion
of
you
know:
how
do
we
find
people
that
need
these
devices
there's
a
lot
of
people
looking
for
help
in
finding
their
way
to
people
that
need
our
help
and
we're
working
on
doing
a
better
job
of
that?
We
know
that,
like
if
you
log
in,
for
example,
to
enable
web
central
right
now,
there's
only
only
so
many
cases
available.
C
We
need
to
get
more
people
to
be
aware
of
what
we
can
offer
so
that
they,
you
know,
put
themselves
on
the
map
and
we
have
more
requests
available
for
our
volunteers
to
help.
But
while
we're
working
on
that,
this
is
tied
in
if
we,
if
we
spend
more
time
with
a
recipient
if
we
work
with
them
in
an
ongoing
basis,
if
we
follow
up,
if
we
make
another,
you
know
iteration
of
a
device
for
maybe
a
better
fit.
Well,
now
we're
going
to
be
working
longer
with
each
recipient.
C
A
Let
me
let
me
make
an
observation
of
late.
I
think
that's
related
to
this.
I've
been
directing.
It
seems
like
over
the
last
month
or
two
I've
directed
a
fair
number
of
of
inquiries.
From
the
help
desk,
saying
hey,
I
have
a
son,
a
daughter
or
myself.
A
I
you
know
I
did
this,
that
I
need
this
that
and
I
direct
people
I
I
take
a
look
at
it
sometimes,
but
I
direct
people
to
enable
web
central.
Obviously,
let's
create
a
case.
Let's,
let's
get
our
volunteer
community
involved
and
I've
gone
back
and
taken
a
look
at
some
of
these
cases.
A
Number
one
we
don't
have
a
high
percentage
of
people
who,
after
the
initial
inquiry
into
the
help
desk,
actually
follow
the
advice
and
create
the
case
right.
So
that
goes
to
another
problem,
we're
all
aware
of
right
right,
which
may
involve
the
once
the
minute
they
see
photos
and
needed.
You
know
that
right.
Oh
I
got
to
do.
A
A
C
That's
the
problem
we've
run
into
with
enable
web
central,
it's
probably
a
different
topic,
but
you
know
all
the
easy
cases
have
been
taken,
so
volunteer
new
volunteer
logs
in
they
go
and
they
look
and
all
the
cases
they're
seeing
are
the
really
super
difficult
ones
and
they're
like
all
right.
This
isn't
for
me
and
so.
C
A
B
You
know
one
thing
that
is
part
of
the
process
for
some
of
these
other
european
regional
chapters.
Is
it's
not
it's
not
quite
mentoring,
but
it's
having
these.
These
teams
that
are
pulled
together
for
different
specific
projects
and
almost
on
a
case-by-case
basis,
figuring
out.
Okay,
this
project
needs
a
blank
expert.
B
You
know,
and
I
wonder
if,
as
far
as
I
know,
there's
there's
ways
with
the
enable
web
central
that
we
can
see
somebody's
experience,
but
you
know
it
might
be
interesting
to
to
try
to
sort
of
tag
some
of
those
experiences
to
get
a
sense
of
who
would
be
sort
of
qualified
for
some
of
these
projects
and
try
to
enlist
them
to
mentor
some
of
the
other
volunteers.
You
know
not
doing
all
the
work
themselves,
but
basically
just
being
a
a
resource
for
that
person.
B
Even
if
it
is
like
beyond
somebody's
ability
or
a
skill
set
or
experience,
it
could
be
a
learning
opportunity
and
if
the
case
is
just
sitting
there
there's
times
that
that
could
be
useful.
I
also
wonder
too,
you
know
this
is
there's
two
things
you
know
one
is
this
sort
of
mentorship
idea.
We
talked
about
before
I'm
bringing
that
back
into
this.
B
Also,
I
wonder
if
you
know,
there's
a
lot
of
ways
that
people
can
participate
and
I
think
the
cases
you
know
printing
a
hand
for
a
recipient
gets
a
lot
of
attention,
but
I
do
continue
to
see
these
posts
in
the
hub
about
alternative
ways
to
contribute.
You
know,
being
a
concierge
one.
You
know
an
educational
chapter
like
dylan's
presentation
last
week
are
they're
less
experienced
with
printing
they're,
more
experienced
sort
of
as
a
resource,
for
you
know,
maybe
the
engineering
side
of
it
or
something
like
that.
B
A
You
know
you've,
given
I
think
you
had
a
good
idea
there,
then
in
the
ultimate.
A
Somebody
like
myself
could
somehow
form
a
team
for
a
difficult
case,
and
what
I
would
do
is
assess
the
case
and
say
look.
I
think
we
need
an
x,
a
y
and
a
z,
and
generally,
though,
the
problem
isn't
necessarily
in
the
in
the
printing
and
fabrication,
the
problem
would
be
customizing.
A
And
you
know
almost
a
prosthetic
knowledge
of
what
might
be
needed,
which
is
beyond
me
frankly,
although
I've
developed
a
little
bit
of
it,
but
I
mean
a
professional
prosthetist
could
could
provide
help
that
I
couldn't,
and
so
you
know
once
a
device
if
you
take
a
a
difficult
anatomy
once
somebody
says:
okay,
here's
what
will
work,
then
the
question
becomes.
Can
we
modify
one
of
our
existing
models
to
accommodate
that
because
we're
not
going
to
solve
the
problem.
C
C
So
you
can
start
to
look
at
with
this
fit
in
this
custom
device.
I'm
building,
that's
not
always
an
option.
You
know,
I
guess
it's
getting
to
be
more
of
an
option
now
that
we're
starting
to
open
back
up
after
the
pandemic,
I
mean,
maybe
it's
a
matter
of
finding
a
volunteer
in
the
region
that
has
a
3d
scanner
that
can
get
together
with
them.
But
you
know
that's,
there's
a
there's
a
lot
of
moving
pieces
to
that
it
doesn't
always
work
out.
B
That's
that's
why
I
wonder
if
you
know,
maybe
as
a
sort
of
a
parallel
stream
that
could
feed
into
this
effort
the
sort
of
academic
educational
chapters
that
are
less
networking
with
recipient
volunteers
and
more
they've
got
the
technology.
They've
got
experts,
you
know,
teachers
that
are
involved,
they've
got
ambitious
students,
you
know
if
you've
got
a,
you
know
a
partnership
and
some
of
them
even
have
you
know,
departments
of
you
know,
medicine
and
that
kind
of
stuff.
C
C
Are
you
able
to
help
us
with
any
of
these
and
the
other
thing
I
was
thinking
in
terms
of
the
scanning?
We
talked
about
this
once
a
long
time
back,
but
never
pursued
it.
One
possibility
is
that
we
have
sort
of
scanning
centers,
whether
there's
volunteers
or
chapters,
people
who
have
3d
scanning
abilities.
C
People
who
need
devices,
probably
don't
have
3d
scanning
abilities,
but
they
have
the
ability
to
make
a
simple
cast
of
their
limb.
So
we
tell
them
where
to
get
the
plaster
or
whatever
and
they
make
a
cast
and
they
send
that
that
cast
off
to
wherever
we
have
a
3d
scanner
and
we
scan
the
cast.
That's
another
way
that
we
can
get
a
3d
scan
of
the
limbs.
Without
you
know,
people
needing
access
to
3d
scanning
in
there.
C
B
A
And
the
person
bought
it
and
sent
me
that's
right.
It
took
a
long
time,
but
nonetheless
it
was
done.
C
So
that's
something
we
could
think
about.
Is
you
know
we
could
you
know,
look
at
all
those.
I
think
it's
like
23
cases
that
we
have
sitting
there
in
enable
web
central.
Maybe
we
reach
out
to
all
them
and
say
look.
Yours
is
a
little
bit
more
of
a
challenging
case.
Thank
you
for
your
sizing
photos.
We
really
think
you
should
do
a
plaster
cast.
C
Here's
where
you
can
get
it.
Here's
where
you
should
send
it
figure
out,
of
course,
who's
able
to
do
the
3d
scanning,
but
if
we
could
provide
3d
just
an
stl
file,
a
3d
model
of
the
limb
for
those
cases,
I
think
it
would
be
much
more
likely
to
find
chapters
or
volunteers
that
would
be
willing
to
take
a
stab
at
doing
something.
C
There's
it's
not
easy.
You
get
into
custom,
cad,
stuff
and
you're
talking
about
designing
something
you
know
from
scratch.
In
some
cases,
it's
very
difficult,
but
it's
certainly
much
much
easier
when
you're
building
around
a
three-dimensional
representation
of
the
limb
as
opposed
to
trying
to
go
off
of
photos,
so
it
at
least
gives
them
a
starting
point.
C
C
B
B
I
was
just
going
to
say
I
wonder
if
it
might
be
worth
if
there's
22
of
these
specific
cases
to
sort
of
have
a
review
session
with
you
know,
maybe
terry
from
france,
maybe
everton.
If
he's
available
people
that
have
sort
of
coordinated
these
kind
of
team
efforts
before
and
try
to
figure
out
some
recipes.
B
What
do
they
recommend
for
some
of
these
cases
and
just
get
a
sense
of
you
know
a
recipe
book
of
rec,
even
if
it's
just
recommendations
to
start
out
and
and
then
it
could
be
something
that's
a
good.
C
B
C
That's
a
good
idea.
I
don't
want
to
volunteer
to
coordinate
that,
though
I
just
have
too
much
going
on
right
now.
Is
that
something
that
one
of
you
guys
might
want
to
pursue.
B
A
Know
I
can
certainly-
and
I
think
what
we
need
to
do
is
pick
one
or
two
cases
to
begin
with
and
just
trial
trial.
This
effort
instead
of
saying,
okay,
guys,
here's
30
cases.
What
do
you
think,
but
you
know
ben
if,
if
we
describe
the
effort,
what
we'd
like
to
do
and
we
can
do
it
by
email
initially,
I
think
you
know
I
can
select
a
difficult
case.
B
You
know
part
of
me
also
wonders
if
it's
not
worthwhile
to
do
some
of
this
potentially
publicly
on
the
hub.
I
do
notice
that
that's
a
really
common
theme
in
the
last
week,
there's
been
probably
three
or
four
different
discussions
going
on
with
difficult
cases,
and
it's
really
interesting
to
see
people
jump
in
and
say
I've
done
a
case
like
that,
I'm
also
in
italy.
You
know
it
might
be
just
a
theme
that
we
can
consider.
A
C
I
wonder
if
it
would
be
worth
starting
a
discussion
thread
on
the
hub
and
trying
to.
I
don't
know
if
it's
possible
to
summarize
these
cases
like
if
you
went
through
the
23
or
whatever
it
is
cases
that
we
haven't,
enabled
central
bob
and
you
looked
at
all
the
sizing
photos.
I'm
guessing
that
you're
going
to
find
a
lot
of
similarities,
you're
going
to
find
a
lot
of
non-standard.
C
You
know
things
like
that.
I
could
see
doing
a
post
on
the
hub,
where
maybe
we
include
a
bunch
of
different
sizing
photos
from
these
difficult
cases
to
say
we
have
a
bunch
of
challenging
cases.
Here
are
some
examples
of
the
kinds
of
anatomies
we're
dealing
with.
How
might
we
approach
these
types
of
cases
just
kind
of
have
a
general
discussion
instead
of
focusing
on
one
case
in
particular?
A
C
B
C
A
A
Don't
we
we'll
have
to
you
know
you
have
to
honor
the
the
sensitivity
of
any
of
the
information
but,
of
course
pick
a
case
ben
and
send
it
to
you
and
you
throw
up
on
the
hub.
As
kind
of
you
know,
here's
a
challenging
case.
We
thought
we'd
reach
out.
B
B
Right
I
like
that
and
like
zynab
is
active.
I
know
tyria
is
active,
I
think
if
we,
if
they
know
it's
coming,
they
can
potentially
be
interacting
with
you
know.
Some
of
these
case
questions
there
and
then
we
can
invite
in
you
know
marginal
other
folks
that
could
contribute.
I
think
this
is
a
great
idea.
C
You
know
the
nice
thing
here
is
coordinating
the
nice
thing
about
coordinating
this
on
the
hub,
for
these
more
challenging
cases
is
in
enable
web
central.
We
do
have
the
ability
to
build
custom
teams,
you
can
add
custom
roles
to
a
case
and
you
can
build
out
whatever
teams
you
want.
It's
not
something.
C
C
C
Very
good
well,
rather
than
moving
on
to
the
last
topic
here,
I
kind
of
feel
like
this
is
a
good
natural
wrapping
up
points,
because
it's
only
the
three
of
us.
Maybe
we
should
keep
this
one
short
today.
Do.
A
Heard
me,
prior
to
the
prior
to
the
the
recording
starting
or
the
this
live
streaming,
that
I'm
I'm
working
with
a
occupational
therapist
who
reached
out
to
me
on
a
challenging
case,
and
it's
always
nice
to
see
when
a
professional
and
they
were
very
complementary
of
enable
in
our
efforts.
So
when
a
professional
reaches
out
and
sees
us
as
a
valid
potential
solution.
That's
always
good
to
see.
B
I
was
going
to
mention
you
know
in
this
is
a
different
topic,
but
last
week
we
had
dylan
beam,
share
his
presentation
and
there's
there's
been
some
emails
sort
of
looking
at
the
next
steps.
There
was
a
post
that
I
saw
today
that
is,
is
another
sort
of
educational
network.
There's
jeff
powell,
I'm
thinking
it
might
be
time
for
us
to
try
to
set
up
a
regular
edu,
educators
meeting
and
try
to
get
students,
and
you
know,
chapters
and
and
folks
together,
to
think
about
how
to
sort
of
form.
C
Maybe
maybe
a
monthly
monthly
meeting
or
something
would
be
good.
B
C
B
C
The
idea,
I'm
not
quite
sure
how
we
would
go
about,
coordinating
that.
I
guess
it
would
be.
I
mean
we
could
obviously
use
the
hub,
but
I
don't
know
that
they're
all
using
the
hub,
so
we
have
to
figure
out
how
to
get
the
word
out
and
get
participation.
But
I
like
the
idea.
B
Yeah,
I
think
I
might
steal
you
know
this.
First
friday
of
every
month,
there's
been
talk
for
the
device
pilots
group
being
the
second
saturday
of
every
month,
but
I
think
these
these
reoccurring
case
or
groups
have
been.
You
know,
they're.
C
B
Yep
so
device
pilot,
regular
meetings
needs
to
be
posted.
C
Yes,
I
think
that
that's
becoming
more
and
more
useful
and
we
already
talked
about
moving
the
upcoming
events
up
to
the
top
of
the
sidebar,
so
that
they'll
be
more
visible,
so
yeah,
I
think
those
those
are
are
definitely
helping
to
get
some
of
these.
These
issues
clarified
and
get
people
more
involved.
C
John.
We
were
actually
just
getting
ready
to
wrap
up
here,
anything
that
you
wanted
to
talk
about.
No
just
apology
for
missing
the
meeting,
no
worries
we
had
some
good
discussion
have
some
good
action
items,
especially
on
how
to
try
to
tackle
some
of
these
challenging
cases
that
we
have
in
enable
web
central.
So
we're
going
to
work
on
engaging
folks
on
those.
C
B
A
quick
plug
for
the
untethered
episode
from
yesterday.
There
was
a
big
marathon
this
week
for
mask
effort.
C
Yeah
yeah,
so
we
you
know
some
of
you
might
know
we
do
a
bi-weekly
live
stream
series
called
3d
universe,
untethered
3d
universe
on
tether.com,
for
the
details,
and
the
episode
that
we
did
yesterday
was
all
about
the
be
mask
team,
which
is
a
collaboration
between
a
bunch
of
people
out
in
the
buffalo
new
york
area
and
a
number
of
enable
volunteers.
C
Who've
been
working
for
over
a
year
close
to
a
year
and
a
half
now
on
mask
solutions,
mostly
and
more
recently,
with
the
focus
being
on
clear,
transparent
masks
that
you
know.
We
have
developed
four
different,
open
source
designs
that
are
that
have
been
released
to
the
community
and
we're
continuing
to
pursue
ways
of
making
that
stuff
available.
If
you
know
the
unfortunate
circumstance
of
another
pandemic
like
this
or
something
comes
along
so
anyway,
I
had
a
great
talk.
C
Yesterday
I
got
to
hear
from
a
lot
of
the
people
that
have
participated
in
this
project.
That's
happened
over
the
last
and
we've
had
over
150
meetings.
A
lot
of
people
involved
a
lot
of
interesting
collaboration,
and
so
it
was
a
great
discussion
yesterday.
Recording
will
be
up
today
or
tomorrow
and
so
we'll
share
that
you'll
find
that
on
the
3d
universe
on
tether.com
page.
So
if
you
missed
it,
you
can
check
out
the
recording
in
the
next
day
or
two
thanks
for
the
reminder.
