A
A
You
know
five
hundred
people,
so
I
was
talking
to
my
mom
yesterday
and
there's
this
dog
group
here
in
upstate
New
York
that
had
a
three-legged
dog
and
they
they
were
trying
to
find
a
home
for
this
three-legged
dog
and
I
said
anybody
who's
tended
to
a
video
to
basically
show
that
they
are
the
best
home
for
this
dog.
They
can
have
a
free,
twenties,
Goldendoodles,
he's
sort
of
like
you
know,
designer
dogs
and
this
fifteen-year-old
girl
sent
a
video
who
she's
got
she's
missing
an
arm.
A
So
she's
got
a
prosthetic
and
she
was
saying
you
know
he's
missing
his
left
I'm
missing
my
right,
we're
perfect
for
each
other,
but
she's
got
an
Instagram
account.
I
thought
I
would
share
in
the
hub
her.
You
know,
earner
dog,
I,
don't
know.
Lois
I
was
trying
to
think
of
things.
That
would
sort
of
speak
to
people
and
try
to
encourage
more
recipients.
B
Let's
hear
that
later
unit
because
John,
when
I'm
doing
the
search
on
just
Facebook
for
various
groups
to
post
I've,
noticed,
observed
no
science
here,
there
must
be
two
to
three
times
the
number
of
groups
for
pets
that
have
amputations
as
opposed
to
humans.
I'm
dead,
serious
and
I
was
thinking.
Last
night.
Men
should
enable
make
a
serious
effort
at
prostheses
for
animals
because
there's
a
lot
of
groups
you
could
post
on
and
we
get
those
occasional
tickets
into
our
help
desk.
Well,.
C
C
C
A
A
B
C
B
C
C
A
Just
a
quick
Adam
before
we
get
started,
I
did
send
out
the
monthly
summary,
so
I'll
try
to
do
the
head
every
week
and
if
anybody
sees
things
in
there
that
I
missed
I'm
pulling
that
from
the
notes
that
Jon's
taking
in
these
weekly
meetings,
trying
to
condense
them,
so
I'll
just
keep
on
adding
to
the
same
document
for
the
month.
But
if
anybody
sees
things
in
there
that
I,
missed
or
anything
else
feel
free
to
comment
on
it.
Thank
you.
Ben.
D
C
D
C
D
C
D
Are
specifically
working
with
the
server
that
runs,
enables
out
org
and
so
I
think
I
I'll,
give
you
an
update
here.
I
have
now
gone
through
every
page
on
enabled
org
copied
all
the
critical
ones
into
the
hub,
so
I'm
prepared
and
I'll
do
this
with
Mazarin
to
do
the
redirects
that
we've
talked
about
before
and
the
subdomains,
and
we
talked
about
four
and
then,
with
his
help,
I
hope
to
turn
enable
with
the
server
that
currently
runs
enable
dot
org
into.
C
A
All
right,
sorry,
we
have
four
left
from
wiki
Factory
in
terms
of
bringing
the
articles
over
I
have
to
go
back
in
this
double
check,
all
the
ones
that
I've
migrated
and
add
the
you
know,
basically,
a
on
wiki
factory
to
let
people
know
with
a
link
how
to
get
into
the
content
over
in
a
hub
and
then
deleting
it,
but
we're
I.
Think
by
next
week
the
wiki
factory
side
of
things
will
be
done
and
there's
still
some
things
within
enable
that
org
that
need
to
be
migrated.
I
think
yeah.
C
A
Right
so
we're
still
waiting
to
hear
back
from
wiki
factory.
Maybe
I'll
send
another
email
today
about
getting
some
content,
getting
the
data
from
the
followers
but
I
think
pretty
much
as
soon
as
we
be
at
least
four
left.
We
can
put
a
little
placeholder
on
each
of
the
projects
and
wiki
factory
yessing,
where,
where
they're
at
I
think
we
can
can
start
moving
ahead.
C
You
know
or
something
something
else
you
could
help
with
then
is
I
from
time
to
time.
I
still
see
somebody
that
puts
a
post
into
the
general
forum
in
wiki
Factory.
It's
probably
not
a
bad
idea
at
this
point
to
just
start
replying
directly
to
those
posts
to
say:
hey,
we've
moved
over
here
to
the
hub
come
join
us.
You
know
right.
A
C
C
C
D
Not
not
so
so
it
turns
out.
There
are
a
number
of
utilities.
I
don't
know
if
they've
existed
for
a
long
time,
but
they
certainly
exist.
Now
that
can
turn
public
Facebook
and
Twitter
streams
into
RSS
feeds.
Oh
RSS
feeds
can
be
rendered
automatically
using
all
sorts
of
services
sure
and
they
could
be
then
put
in
an
iframe
on
the
hub.
So
I
am
working
on
that
nice
I
personally,
I
would
love
it.
D
D
C
C
Good
all
right,
it
looks
like
the
rest
of
these
action
items
are
all
mine
ad
Rodrigo
to
the
SPC
membership
list.
That's
done
he
did.
He
does
have
an
invite
now
coordinate
meeting
with
Adam
arm
field
to
review
his
matching
app.
We
did
that
we
had
a
nice
meeting
with
Adam
and
his
team
and
got
to
see
their
work,
also
coordinated
a
meeting
with
Everett
and
his
team
to
review
their
app
development
work
also
doing
some
very
great
things
and
there's
ongoing
collaboration
happening
there.
C
C
Will
include
Thiago
and
Bruno
for
sure
next
one
was
for
me
to
create
an
enable
volunteering
needs
space
on
the
hub
that
is
done
and
I
went
ahead
and
invited
everybody
to
that.
It
seemed
relevant,
so
everybody
who
hasn't
on
the
hub
has
received
an
invite
to
that
space,
and
we
have
now
a
place
where
we
can
document
our
needs.
I
did
add
a
few
things
into
Ben's
spreadsheet.
His
sort
of
starting
list
of
volunteering
needs
and
I
encourage
others
to
to
do
that.
I.
C
That
I've
seen
but
I,
haven't
checked
in
a
couple
of
days,
so
I
have
to
go
back
and
look
and
then
the
last
one
was
for
me
to
create
a
Google
Form
for
submission
of
new
enabled
designs
for
the
catalog.
That
is
done
and
it's
already
been
used
by
a
couple
of
people.
So
we
do
have
some
new
designs
in
the
design
catalog.
Thanks
to
that
form,
so
we
have
the
the
enable
maintained
device,
the.
What
is
it
called?
They
have
a
bionic
arm.
Diana
they
died.
C
Oh
yes,
so
the
midea
bionic
arm
is
in
there
and
there
was
one
from
I
think
it
was
from
skip
Metz
the
no
not
from
skip,
but
it
was
a.
It
was
a
modification
for
the
gripper
thumb.
A
sort
of
a
Bionic
I
think
was
from
Eric
view
bar
actually,
so
it's
kind
of
a
mod
for
the
gripper
thumb
that
gives
it
Bionic
capabilities.
So
a
couple
of
new
devices
in
there.
If
anybody
else
out
there
has
devices
they're
working
on
all
you
got
to
do
now
is
fill
out
a
form
to
give
us.
C
The
information
I
can
then
go
ahead
and
build
that
wiki
page
in
the
format
that
the
rest
of
them
are
in.
I
also
had
a
very
productive
meeting
with
Nate
Munro
and
one
of
his
team
members,
and
we
have
a
number
of
action
items.
Moving
forward,
he's
going
to
help
me
get
those
devices
that
he's
working
on
into
the
device.
C
Catalog
we're,
also
working
together
towards
producing
multiple
kits
we're,
probably
going
to
be
doing
one
kit
with
the
mechanical
components
that
would
cover
a
number
of
his
different
designs
and
modules
and
then
a
separate
kit
with
the
Bionic
components,
which
tend
to
be
a
little
bit
pricier,
so
those
being
a
separate
kit
and
so
we're
working
out
the
details
and
all
that
we
hope
to
be
able
to
start
sourcing
those
parts
in
the
fairly
near
future.
So
he
and
I
are
working
together
to
to
get
those
devices
and
designs
launched.
I.
B
C
Right
we
talked
about
that
too,
because
it
is
a
modular
system
and
there's
a
lot
of
different
ways.
Things
can
go
together,
but
what
what
he's
going
to
be
working
on
is
basically
putting
these
things
into
he's.
Basically,
in
the
establishing
group
two
designs,
so
he'll
have
basically
instructions
for
a
trans,
humeral
device
and
he'll
tell
you
which
components
you
need
to
use
to
rated
that
device.
C
Exactly
exactly
so
he's
working
on
that
and
I
think
he's
doing
a
great
job.
He
seems
to
be
taking
a
very
mature
approach
on
the
documentation
side.
There
should
be
really
nice,
clear,
Docs
and
videos
to
help
people.
You
know
start
breaking
these
things
and
once
we
add
in
the
assembly,
materials
kits
I
think
we'll
have
a
nice
solution
for
some
new
designs.
A
A
C
A
A
So
looking
at
the
data
summary
I
think
is
I
think
this
is
a
really
great
moment
to
prioritize
that
so
I
spend
a
little
bit
of
time,
putting
nodes
together,
Google
Analytics,
go
back
to
November,
first
and
so
I
think
pretty
much
starting.
This
month
is
when
we
can
start
tracking
some
of
this
stuff
and
just
cursory
trends
and
then
grow
from
there.
What's
actually
useful
notes
together,
I
set
a
document
out
for
that.
I
can
add
the
Lincoln
to
the
notes
here.
A
The
chapter
spotlight
builds
into
the
newsletter
I've
been
working
on
basically
getting
the
template
together,
for
that
I
got
a
pretty
good
version
as
a
draft
for
at
I
reach.
There's
a
couple
edits
that
need
to
be
done:
John
added,
you
know
about
30
different
things
to
consider
which
is
really
helpful
so
using
that
there's
a
section
on
funding
and
sustainability
and
there's
a
section
on
public
presence.
A
So
those
are
two
new
sections
that
we
had
installed
go
back
and
see
if
I
can
collect
that
from
Everton
with
you
know,
Brazil
and
also
with
Mexico
City,
and
then
we'll
have
these
three
chapters
and
three
different
continents
as
as
an
example,
and
then
we
can
open
up
the
template
for
everybody.
So
then
other
chapters
can
fill
it
out
themselves
and
we
can
sort
of
have
a
sustainable
way
to
try
to
collect
news
from
the
chapters
together
with
the
newsletter
is
the
enabling
the
future
logo
recommendation.
A
So
I'll
I've
got
a
drive
together
to
share
with
Jeremy
and
another
meeting,
but
may
be
great
to
take
some
of
the
visual
tools
that
were
the
visual
design
system
that
we're
putting
together
and
a
little
bit
so
I'm
gonna
see
if
I
can
have
the
newsletter
icons
and
the
ETF
icons
be
a
little
bit
more
related.
So
we
can
start
to
have
a
general
design
sense
that
these
are
all
interconnected.
A
A
We
talked
a
little
bit
at
the
very
beginning
about
having
sort
of
these
these
dog
posts
or
general
posts
that
can
encourage
recipients
I
identified
in
the
notes
about
the
data,
some
other
challenges
that
we
have
so
to
get
that,
but
I
think
we
can
have
some
internal
campaigns
to
try
to
diversify
the
community
right
now.
It's
not
many
recipients
and
a
lot.
It's
pretty
heavy
in
the
US
and
not
so
much
outside
of
that.
So
just
something
to
think
about.
A
It'd
be
great
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
incentives.
We've
talked
about
the
badging
system
and
enable
fund
a
couple
times,
but
I'm
gonna
put
together
next
week
a
document
about
some
considerations
for
using
a
badge
system
to
create
some
sort
of
almost
like
a
camp
store
where
we
can
potentially
use
the
enable
fund
for
supplies
and
materials,
or
maybe
even
donated
materials,
to
try
to
incentivize
some
of
the
best
practices
that
we're
aiming
for.
And
it's
just
an
idea.
A
But
I
thought
I'd
share
that
next
week
I've
got
a
meeting
Saturday
with
Sam
and
Rodrigo
in
Mexico
City,
looking
at
their
who
has
hit
the
hand
and
going
over
the
research
with
them
and
and
seeing
if
we
can
get
that
in
the
hub
is
right.
Now
they've
got
a
ton
of
documentation
and
none
of
it
is
in
the
hub.
Yet
so
so
that's
the
more
or
less
where
I'm
at.
C
Great
thank
you.
I
forgot
to
mention
a
beginning
of
this
just
so
we
can
try
to
get
to
some
of
our
other
topics.
Let's
try
to
limit
our
individual
updates
to
about
five
minutes
each
which
you
did
fine
on
bed.
I
just
forgot
to
mention
it
before,
but
we
have
some
things
that
we
put
off
the
last
time.
I
wanna
make
sure
we
can
get
to
those
so
Bob
any
updates
for
us.
Oh
just.
B
Real
quickly,
on
a
personal
note,
I'm
about
2/3
of
the
way
through
13,
five
kids
for
your
hand
upon
I've
got
another
device
lined
up,
which
will
be
my
tenth
and
I've
got
a
recipient
in
the
wrong
anger
camps
who
need
strands
humoral.
So
I'm
gonna
work
with
me
to
make
my
first
tranche
humoral
and
one
for
two,
and
by
that.
B
We're
back
up
to
speed
on
badging
and
helpdesk,
so
everything
is
up
to
date
when
I
go
here.
It's
been
an
interesting
week.
I've
worked
with
John
on
starting
the
missionary
work
through
Facebook
groups,
posting
to
the
various
amputee
birth
defect,
type
groups
and
I
probably
got
last
night
a
little
more
than
I
intended
because
I
found
a
group
and
joined
it
before
I
realized
what
it
was,
and
it's
a
it's
a
soft
core
erotica
site
for
female,
empty
fees
on
Facebook
when
I,
quickly
unjoined,
but
it's
out
there
just
want
you
to
know.
C
B
C
C
That
would
bring
us
I
guess
with
us,
so
my
update
I,
don't
really
have
anything
to
report
at
the
moment.
Other
than
just
the
usual
ongoing
maintenance
of
the
hub
helpdesk.
Work
going
fine,
have
had
several
meetings
relating
to
development
and
enable
web
Central,
and
we
do
have
the
proposal
on
going
on
loomio.
It
does
look
like
it
will
pass
it's
going
to
run
through
November
14th
and
we
will
continue
our
development
work
and
prioritize
things.
The
best
we
can,
based
on
the
interview,
we're
getting
I'm.
C
C
D
Okay,
things
that
we
haven't
already
mentioned:
I've
been
mentoring,
Elena,
who
was
the
new
president
of
the
naval
Honduras,
as
she
does
I
think
a
terrific
job
of
herding,
her
cats
in
Honduras
and
applying
for
funds
trying
to
develop
a
sustainability
strategy
for
that
quite
accomplished.
Chapter
which,
however,
needs
to
figure
out
how
to
support
some
paid
staff.
I'm
she's,
currently
in
Honduras
in
Costa,
Rica
doing
a
sort
of
a
design
pitch,
and
so
that's
an
interesting
and
productive
thing.
D
Ben
and
I
and
ahndrea
from
virtus
school
are
back
from
the
ontario
ottawa
maker
cone,
which
went
very
well
and
on
Saturday
I
became
totally
sucked
into
developing
something
to
prevent
a
guy
who
had
a
stroke
one
of
the
clients
at
this
hackerspace
to
to
keep
his
hands
from
clenching,
even
though
he
has
a
multi-thousand
dollar
arm,
brace,
which
is
meant
to
do
this.
But
in
fact
his
fingers
curl
up
on
their
knees
so
basically
been
scrounge
and
ocarina.
D
That
was
lying
around
and
I'm
now
modeling
variant,
ocarinas
just
to
sort
of
create
a
system
that
will
keep
the
hand
from
clenching.
Even
while
I
was
sitting
in
the
arm.
Brace
on
this
rig
also,
there
I
ran
into
several
people
from
several
organizations
that
are
local
organizations
that
do
that.
Take
makers
and
pair
them
up
with
a
glue
need
custom
assistive
devices.
D
They,
like
hundreds
of
other
groups
around
the
world,
have
got
their
own
little
archive
of
really
clever,
interesting
solutions
that
they
produced.
Some
of
them
involve
3d
printing.
Many
of
them
do
not.
There
is
this
general
problem
of
all
of
these
patchy
groups
of
Duggars,
many
of
whom
are
reinventing
solutions
that
others
have
already
produced
enable
is,
in
my
experience,
fairly
unique
in
that
for
our
particular
domain.
D
Possibly
doing
all
shouldn't
need
prosthetics
and
the
past
I've
mentioned
3d
printable,
assistive
technologies
that
are
not
hands
arms
and
it's
clearly
something
we
should
do,
especially
because
bob
has
sensitized
to
the
notion
that
we've
got
3d
printing
volunteers
who
are
underutilized,
there's
a
pony
in
there
somewhere.
But
we
haven't
really
got
a
strategy
and,
to
some
extent,
I
think
that
ewc
is
focus
on
hands
and
arms.
Maybe
one
of
our
challenges
so
Oh
Jeremy
I,
would
invite
you
to
think
about
whether
there's
a
category
or
a
way
of
flagging
to
everyone.
D
Enjoins
ewc
that
if
they're
that
they
are
urged
to
consider
other
kinds
of
devices.
And
if
you
had
a
way,
I
can
provide
a
whole
list
of
examples
of
other
kinds
of
devices.
And
then
we
could
begin
recruiting
to
those
larger
populations
of
users
who
want
3d
printed
assistive
technologies.
That
are
sure.
C
You
know
I
think
maybe
we
should
focus
as
we
kind
of
are
now.
Let's
focus
on
getting
all
these
different
devices,
indoor
device
catalog
that
we
have
now
at
the
hub
and
that
can
become
kind
of
an
overall
repository
of
many
different
types
of
devices
and
then
I
can
pull
from
that
sort
of
master
and
start
to
expand
the
list
of
options
within
enable
web
central,
but
I
think
it's
it's
wise
to
first
get
them
into
the
catalog,
because
that's
the
vehicle
of
providing
the
the
links
to
the
files,
the
instructions,
the
tutorials.
C
C
C
Of
the
things
I'll
have
to
follow
up
on
is
you
know.
The
Home
Hub
currently
only
supports
one
level
of
categorization
within
a
wiki.
They
have
on
their
roadmap
to
allow
nested
categories,
but
I
don't
know
when
that's
coming.
That
would
be
really
important
for
this
because,
as
this
list
grows,
if
we
had
the
ability
to
have
multiple
levels
of
categorization,
as
that
list
grows
more
complex,
it
would
make
it
a
much
more
effective
solution
for
us.
So
I
will
look
into
where
they're
at
on
that.
Okay.
B
D
Yes,
I'm
sorry,
one
other
thing:
IBM,
who
I
think
is
gonna
donated
$75
to
limited,
has
invited
us
to
apply
to
a
half-day
design
for
good
workshop
and
I
reviewed
with
most
of
the
people
on
this
call
my
plan
to
suggest
that
we
try
to
get
them
to
help
us
think
through
expanding
the
process
of
scouring
social
media
posts,
to
extract
cases
to
begin
developing
a
database
of
known
cases
in
order
to
help
us
develop
our
impact.
So
I'm
going
forward
on
that.
Yes,.
E
Sorry,
Liam
I
need
to
be
really
quick,
so
I
hope
I
stay
within
the
five
minutes
of
that
intention.
I
had
meetings
at
the
United
Nations
in
New
York
last
week.
The
focus
was
on
two
levels
of
meetings
for
adults
who
were
addressing
the
role
of
civic
societies
in
looking
at
the
issues
of
women,
children,
particularly
teen
girls,
getting
them
engaged
in
stem
and
addressing
some
of
the
sustainable
development
goals
as
part
of
that,
and
then
the
second
tier
was
for
meetings
with
young
people,
which
was
really
extraordinary.
So
at
any
rate
the
BIA.
E
E
So
we've
finished
outlining
a
small,
simple
set
of
workshops
and
we
managed
to
go
through
some
of
it
at
using
makerspaces
in
Boston,
so
we
managed
to
complete
the
first
hand,
that's
on
its
way
to
medical
volunteers
and
Cameron
and
and
we're
looking
forward
to
including
them
in
some
of
the
distance
learning
that
we've
been
setting
up
to.
We
are
going
to
be
working
with
the
first
virtual
team
at
Technica
this
weekend,
Technica's
the
world's
largest
hackathon
for
women
and
we've
been
providing
some
mentorship
for
the
past
couple
of
years.
E
Enable
volunteers
have
been
going
to
helping
with
organizing
Technica
as
students
at
University
of
Maryland
as
well,
so
it
started
as
a
hackathon
for
just
50
or
60
people
on
campus
and
it's
it's
grown
considerably,
so
we're
expecting
it
over
800
people.
This
weekend
we
finished
the
set
up
last
night
at
the
Armory
and
there'll
be
workshops
through
the
backline
period.
It
goes
from
8
a.m.
tomorrow
to
8
a.m.
E
on
Sunday
morning
and
then
after
breakfast,
they
start
with
the
pitches
for
the
work
that
was
completed
and
then
they'll
be
awarding
about
twenty
thousand
dollars
and
and
funds
to
to
the
projects
the
there
is
for
the
first
time
this
year
of
formalization
of
research,
hacking
and
so
that
program
that
sighted
it
started
last
night
and
we're
looking
forward
to
making
some
of
the
research
and
enable
part
of
that
for
next
year.
So
we're
having
some
meetings
with
organizers.
E
So
we
started
that
and
I
might
eat
this
earlier
this
week
and
we'll
be
doing
that
during
the
hackathon
this
weekend
there
was
some
scanning
technology,
I
thought
much
from
the
Bionic
gloves
project
at
the
end
of
enable
con
2
to
Sam
and
Rodriguez
group
and
with
victims
they
need
for
training.
So
we've
been
working
on
outlining
what
that
training
would
look
like
on
a
professional
level
and
I've
been
working
on
obtaining
seeing
the
accreditation
for
that
also
on
the
lower
end
of
the
technology.
E
That
would
be
a
more
accessible
for
enthusiasts
makerspaces
educators
to
include
that
as
part
of
the
spectrum
of
the
3d
scanning
technology
that
we
have
available
to
the
general
community
and
also
training
for
that.
So
we're
going
to
be
testing
some
of
the
ideas
for
this
workshop
starting
next
month.
E
One
of
the
members
of
Rodriguez
team
is
relocating
from
Virginia
to
the
DC
area,
so
she
and
I
will
be
working
on
about
half
of
the
project
and
then
Chad
and
Retriever.
Could
you
work
on
the
higher
technology,
and
so
it
supports
the
technology
that
was
transferred.
So
we
have
more
information
on
that.
Next
week
we
were.
The
enable
lines
was
awarded
another
recognition
from
the
global
giving
campaign,
so
we've
been
recognized
as
a
vetted
organization
as
an
effective
nonprofit,
and
then
they
put
us
in
a
tough
on
charities
group.
E
We
have
people
who
are
working
still
on
trying
to
find
ways
to
give
more
access
to
the
recycling
of
waste
plastic
into
filament
or,
as
we
saw
at
the
enable
con
a
day
at
the
the
East
Coast
rap
festival,
the
RepRap
global
extruder,
so
things
that
are
3d
printable
things
that
are
highly
affordable
and
that
they
are
decreasing.
The
heat
history
record
by
going
directly
from
shredded
plastic,
if
possible
or
pelletized
plastics
into
printing.
E
But
if
you
can
skip
skip
the
pelletized
process
or
the
extrusion
of
the
pellets
that
into
the
filament
that
you
print
from
and
just
go
straight
to
the
actual
object
to
improve
the
heat
history
there.
So
I,
don't
know
where
we're
building
another
set
of
hardware
for
us
to
do
some
testing
and
making
filament
as
an
ethical
filament
or
going
directly
to
printing
and
testing
devices.
E
So
looking
forward
to
the
outcomes
for
this
term
and
then
continuing
of
that
next
term,
and
also
hopefully
rolling
it
into
the
two
credit
course
at
University
of
Maryland
under
the
opinion
and
then
lastly,
with
Microsoft's
month
of
giving,
there
were
three
events
that
went
toward
supporting
different
heroes
and
the
the
work
trying
to
organize
reunions
and
activities
for
people
who
have
received
devices.
So
different
here
is,
has
been
part
of
the.
E
They
lead
the
advocacy
group
for
recipients,
particularly
for
young
people,
and
keeping
track
of
the
outcomes
of
those
devices
for
us,
so
we're
hoping
that
they
were.
You
we'll
add
to
the
data
that
were
all
able
to
share
and
that
we're
also
hoping
that
it
will
bring
more
of
the
recipients
back
into
giving
feedback
and
getting
the
next
devices
or
making
the
next
devices.
But
we
want
this
reunion
process
and
it's
part
of
camping,
able
to
also
feed
into
the
reunions,
are
planning
for
a
larger,
enable
community
in
deterring
our
big
anniversary
years.
E
I
guess
that's
it.
We
have
some
students
who
are
going
to
be
working
with
me
on
the
Technical
Working
Group,
and
also
we
found
people
who
are
able
to
take
over
the
group
called
the
lily
Coffee
group.
It's
a
way
for
people
to
exchange
some
ideas,
open-plan
on
the
agenda
for
some
of
the
work
that
we've
been
sharing
with
the
recycling
committees
and
community.
So
that's
what
we've
been
doing
for
the
past
couple
of
weeks.
B
E
Trying
to
keep
up
with
you
all,
there's
a
there's
a
meeting
this
week
with
Microsoft,
it's
a
so.
If
we
can
offline
talk
about
some
of
the
relationships
there,
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
are
on
even
okay.
All
right
and
I
have
to
run.
C
Okay,
so
that
moves
us
into
our
regular
agenda
and,
let's
see
I,
think
we
around
agenda
number
two
today,
so
we're
gonna
skip
down
yeah
to
agenda
number
two
and,
as
I
said,
first
up
I
want
to
have
a
chance
that
we've
been
putting
this
off
for
a
while.
So
I
want
to
look
at
some
of
the
documents
that
Ben
has
been
putting
together.
I
have
links
to
all
three
documents
in
here.
The
first
one
is
an
identity
review.
The
second
one
is
a
systems
review
and
the
third
one
is
a
metrics
and
data
review.
A
C
A
C
C
A
I
think
that
document
all
I
think
it'll
help
and
maybe
even
compliment
some
of
this-
that
the
Deloitte
is
doing,
and
you
know,
there's
there's
design
things
going
in
many
different
directions
at
once
on
the
hub
on
ETF
and
cable
web
central
and
I
think
if
we
sort
of
have
some
kind
of
a
compass
for
what
the
design
and
identity
connects
to
I
think
I'll
make
it
easier.
So
that's
what
that
was
okay,
this
next
one
is
the
systems
review.
A
So
this
was
there's
been
a
lot
of
conversations
that
we've
had
about
the
different
platforms
that
we
have
and
then
there
is
there's
different
they're
hosted
in
different
places.
The
membership
is
different,
so
I
tried
to
put
together
a
simple
matrix
just
to
sort
of
pool
some
of
that
knowledge
to
help
us
with
our
strategy.
So
I
don't
know
if
this
is
a
whole.
Correct.
I
put
some
question
marks
in
there,
but
this
was
just
sort
of
again
some
placeholders
to
give
us
something
to
consider.
Should.
C
A
Again,
this
is
a
pretty
objective
goal
of
just
basically
having
a
place
of
reference
similar
to
the
identity
review.
The
systems
review
would
just
be
looking
at.
Where
are
things
as
they
stand,
and
then
I
think
it'll
just
be
helpful
for
us
to
consider
how
to
streamline
some
of
the
stuff,
how
to
bring
in
some
community
members
into
the
process
for
different
parts
of
it.
If
that's
deemed
important,
but
more
or
less
just
to
look
at
what
we've
got
nice.
C
A
And
again,
this
is
a
draft
of
notes
more
or
less
but
identifying.
What's
the
reason
for
collecting
metrics
is
worth
stating
in
the
beginning,
so
I
just
put
that
it's
to
encourage
growth
and
diversity
within
the
community,
but
there's
so
much
information
that
we
can
get
and
there's
so
many
different
platforms
and
it's
changing
all
the
time.
It's
really
valuable
to
have
some
sort
of
a
focus
of
what
this
stuff
is
supposed
to
mean
in
the
beginning.
A
So
I
tried
to
identify
some
challenges
that
we
have
currently
and
then
target
under
the
proposed
November
tracking
goals,
targets
semi,
low-hanging,
fruit
that
we
can
begin
with
because
and
the
Google
Analytics
goes
back
to
November.
First,
that's
the
first
activity
that
we
can
get
some
of
these,
but.
C
A
Data
great
so
I
added
in
some
quick
notes
and
again
I
think
for
the
future.
If
we
just
have
just
in
the
beginning
of
these
SPC
meetings,
you
know
under
five
minutes
to
look
at
some
of
these
tracking
bowls
that
we
have
and
then
we
can
I
think
that'll
help
to
align.
You
know
some
of
the
conversations
with
some
of
some
of
the
activity
that
we're
attracting
so
a
hug.
This
past
week
was
I,
think
the
most
active
that
it's
been.
A
We
had
60
or
new
registrations,
which
is
huge
and
one
week
since
last
week,
looking
at
chapters,
members
and
recipients,
there's
19,
chapter
leaders
that
are
self-identified
within
the
506
members
and
only
one
recipient,
so
that
sort
of
highlights
you
know,
maybe
some
needs
for
equity
and
I
mentioned
it
before.
But
equity
is
basically
saying.
Okay,
who
are
the
people
that
are
struggling
to
participate
in
our
community,
and
how
can
we
give
more
energy
and
those
directions?
A
Equality
would
be
saying
everybody
gets
the
same
tree,
but
really
what
we
want
to
try
to
do
is
encourage
a
little
bit
more
diversity
having
more
recipients
be
involved
same
with
Ethan
Busey.
The
big
challenge
that
Bob's
identified
is
that
we've
got
plenty
of
volunteers
and
and
not
enough
cases.
So
how
do
we
get
more
recipients
involved
with
the
WC.
A
If
you
scroll
all
the
way
down,
there's
a
bunch
of
notes
I,
these
are
rough,
probably
won't
make
a
lot
of
sense.
Just
look
at
them,
but
it's
interesting
to
recognize
that
how
people
are
using,
enabling
the
teacher
enable
web
central
and
the
hub
are
really
different,
so
the
average
session
duration.
So
how
long
is
somebody
on
the
page
of
ewc
is
over
six
minutes,
but
for
enabling
the
future
it's
a
little
over
two
minutes,
and
it's
about
four
minutes
for
the
hub.
A
A
So
I'm
in
part
of
the
November
proposal,
four
data
points
over
the
town,
I
was
thinking
that
we
could
potentially
look
at
manually,
collecting
hub
registrations
and
ewc
registrations
which
would
be
from
Bob
and
then
using
Google
Analytics.
We
can
look
at
some
data
on
users
and
location,
so
users.
We
could
track
session
duration
and
pages
per
session.
A
C
Then
I've
already
added
a
placeholder
in
our
SPC
notes
at
the
top,
so
we
can
start
to
capture
these
key
metrics
more
videos.
Each
week
I
already
I
can
easily
gather
up
the
hub
registrations
and
the
ewc
registrations.
I.
Have
those
statistics
easily
available
now
that
you
have
access
for
Google
Analytics?
Are
you
fluent
enough
in
that
platform,
where
you
could
build
a
custom
like
page,
a
custom
dashboard
that
gives
us
easy
access
to
these
specific
metrics
that
we
want
to
report
on
each
week
right.
A
So
that
would
be
the
one
of
the
next
things.
If
you
look
at
the
active
activities
list
on
the
right-hand
side
of
the
document,
there's
a
couple
of
things.
You
know
making
sure
that
these
November
goals
for
the
SPC
works
for
everybody,
creating
some
kind
of
a
spreadsheet,
where
we
can
stick
some
of
the
things
that
are
manually
collected
like
the
hub
registrations
and
UWC
registrations
and
then
looking
at
customization
within
Google
Analytics.
So
we
can
pull
this
stuff
automatically.
A
C
D
Find
the
snapshots
that
we
typically
present
to
be
helpful,
but
I
never
remember
what
the
previous
values
were.
I
would
be
delighted
and
Google
Analytics
may
do.
This
I
would
be
delighted
to
spend
some
time
with
you
and
create
a
spreadsheet
where,
in
addition
to
a
row
of
a
row,
would
be
the
current
this
week's
numbers,
but
you
would
then
see
a
graph
with
a
line,
so
you
could
see
the
trends
over
time.
The
trends
over
time
I
think,
are
what
we're
really
and
right.
D
A
A
C
C
A
B
C
Right
so
the
next
topic
up
here
has
to
do
with
our
experience
questionnaires
the
surveys
that
are
being
worked
on,
there's
one
being
developed
by
the
Deloitte
team.
There
was
another
that
was
being
developed
by
Ben
and
I,
think
some
others
were
contributing
to
that
year.
I,
don't
know
that
it
makes
a
lot
of
sense
to
talk
about
that
right
now,
because
we
don't
have
the
Deloitte
folks
here.
C
So
maybe
we
leave
that
for
next
time,
but
I
do
think
it's
worth
touching
on
the
next
topic
after
that,
which
is
guidance
for
volunteers,
in
other
words,
things
like
waiver
of
liability,
working
with
medical
professionals
etc,
and
this
is
stemming
from
a
facebook
thread.
That's
going
on
related
to
some
legislation,
that's
being
developed
in
Ohio
in
the
here
and
they're.
Basically
saying
that
you
know.
C
Some
states,
including
Ohio,
are
passing
laws
that
require
unlicensed
individuals
like
us
who
are
making
3d
printed
prosthetics
to
be
registered
and
authorized,
and
so
they
are
asking
for
us
to
review
and
comment
on
this
draft
legislation
which
I
have
linked
here
and
I
would
encourage
all
of
you
to
take
a
look
at
that
and
I
guess.
We'd
have
to
go
back
to
the
the
Facebook
post
to
share
comments
at
John.
Do
you
know?
Is
there
another
more
direct
way
of
sharing
feedback.
C
C
A
good
point,
yeah
so
I
mean
basically
it's
saying
that
we're
expected
to
register
and
they're
asking
for
a
twenty
five
dollar
registration
fee
and
they're,
basically
saying
that
we
need
to
be
able
to
show
3d
printing
competence,
having
done
some
kind
of
3d,
printing,
coursework
or
relevant
training,
we
need
to
be
keeping
on
file
a
contact,
the
contact
information
of
working
with
a
medical
professional
for
each
person
that
we
make
a
device
for
we
need
to
disclose
in
written
form
that
we
are
not
licensed
practitioner
for
prosthetics
orthotics,
so
you
know
I
mean
all
this
seems
like
pretty
common-sense
stuff,
which
you
know
we
probably
should
be
doing
anyway,
except
for
the
you
know,
$25.00
to
Ohio,
but
you
know,
as
far
as
having
a
liability
that
makes
it
clear
that
we're
not
a
liability
waiver
making
it
clear
that
we
are
not
medical
professionals
working
with
a
medical
professional.
C
C
C
That's
a
good
point.
We
can
certainly
show
our
badges
and
and
the
fact
that
we've
been
reviewed
independently
to
show
that
we
know
what
we're
doing
and
that
kind
of
thing
in
any
way.
It's
worth
reviewing
the
language
see
if
there's
anything
in
here
that
we
should
maybe
think
about
incorporating
into
our
own
guidance
documents
for
volunteers,
and
you
know
feel
free
to
respond
on
the
Facebook
Fred.
If
you,
if
you
care
to
get
involved
with
you,
know,
feedback.
D
C
C
I,
you
know
the
document
is
hosted
on
a
site.
Otp
t-80,
Ohio
gov
I
suspect
that
if
we
just
go
to
kind
of
that
root
page
of
that
site,
yeah
we're
gonna
probably
find
our
way
to
the
actual
authority
yeah.
In
any
case,
it
does
not
look
like
I
can
share
a
link
to
this
post
and
I.
Think
that's
because
it
is
in
a
closed
group.
So
I
can't
group.
Is
it
in
it's
in
the
enable
R&D
and
collaborations
group?
Okay.
D
D
C
C
Well
and
I
think
right
now:
that's
our
best
defense,
the
fact
that
we
are
a
distributed
community
of
individual
volunteers
without
any
you
know,
corporate
governance
or
any
enforcing
body
at
the
head,
and
therefore
all
we
can
do
is
is
provide
guidance
and
make
recommendations,
and
it's
up
to
the
individual
volunteers
to
follow
that.
But
I
agree
that
needs.
You
know
discussion,
okay,.
