A
All
right
it
says
we
are
live.
So
let
me
get
back
here
and
give
me
just
a
moment
to
get
organized
here.
Folks,
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
share
my
screens.
We
have
some
notes.
A
A
A
A
All
right,
sorry
about
the
delays
there
folks,
but
I
think
we
are
ready
to
get
started
so
it
looks
like
I
already
have.
Somebody
taking
notes
is
that
john
or
ben.
A
A
We
go
all
right,
so
this
one's
a
little
bit
different,
because
I
want
to
introduce
a
couple
of
new
folks
that
are
here
with
us
today
and
I'd
like
to
have
them
go
first
as
far
as
an
introduction
and
have
a
little
short
discussion
on
the
topic
that
they
are
here
for
and
then
we
will
go
into
our
usual
action
items
the
rest
of
our
agenda
that
way
they
can
get
on
with
the
rest
of
their
work
day
if
they
need
to
so
I'd
like
to
introduce
elena
hauser
and
alex
stewart
from
goldman
sachs
and
they're
going
to
introduce
some
friends
of
theirs.
A
I
guess
that
they
invited
also
so
take
it
away
guys
if
you
want
to
introduce
yourselves
please
and
just
elena.
Maybe
you
can
give
us
a
quick
summary
of
sort
of
what
we
talked
about
and
what
we're
here
to
discuss.
D
Great,
thank
you
so
much
jeremy
hi
everyone.
Thank
you
for
having
us.
As
jeremy
mentioned,
my
name
is
elena,
and
I
also
have
my
partner
here,
alec
and
maoism,
and
I
believe
cameron
should
be
on
the
line
as
well,
and
we
are
all
new
analysts
within
the
internal
audit
division
at
goldman
sachs.
D
E
Thanks
alana
yeah
so
like
she
was
saying
we're
extremely
interested
in
enable
for
us
personally
for
us
personally,
a
a
foundation
like
this.
It's
pretty
close
to
home
for
us,
particularly
for
me
prosthetics,
especially
I
have
a
cousin
who
unfortunately
suffered
from
a
pretty
bad
case
of
osteosarcoma.
E
She
was
given
a
choice.
She
was
pregnant
at
the
time
she
could
either
get
chemotherapy
or
she
could
go
undergo
an
amputation
with
the
chemotherapy.
The
unfortunate
situation
is,
she
would
lose
the
child
with
the
amputation.
E
You
know
she
would
keep
the
child,
but
there
was
a
much
higher
risk
of
her
passing
away.
That
was
about
five
years
ago
and
since
then,
she's
been
cancer-free.
The
baby's
alive
and
healthy
life
is
all
good,
but
then
there
was
a
secondary
problem.
How
do
you
get
a
prosthetic,
that's
affordable
and
it's
a
problem
that
we
still
deal
with
to
this
day,
trying
to
help
her
figure
that
out
so
to
see
a
cause
like
this?
E
E
E
Essentially,
what
they
do
is
they
recommend
grants
to
qualifying
nonprofits
some
brief
statistics
about
the
fund
itself.
To
date,
goldman
sachs
has
donated
1.8
billion
dollars
to
over
8
000
non-profits
in
100
countries
globally.
So
it's
a
very,
very
big
big
thing
that
we
really
do
take
very
seriously
here
now.
As
far
as
the
analyst
impact
fund
itself,
what
what
does
it
entail?
It's
a
case,
competition
where
goldman
sachs
analysts
globally
select
non-profits
and
give
them
the
opportunity
to
win
upwards
of
a
quarter
of
a
million
dollars.
E
E
Now,
from
elena
jeremy,
in
my
conversation,
the
other
day,
you
know
it's
it's
it's
apparent
to
all
of
us
that
you
know
you
guys
have
all
five
of
those
in
spades
now,
given
the
opportunity,
we
would
be
honored
we'd,
be
enthused
and
very
excited
to
work
in
tandem
with
you
guys
and
to
represent
the
enable
community
to
the
broader
goldman
sachs
community
and
hopefully
in
the
process.
You
know
get
some
funds
for
you
guys,
so
we
can
help
spread
the
word
and
really
help
a
lot
of
people
that
desperately
need
it.
E
So
with
that,
elena,
if
you
want
to
walk
the
group
through
kind
of
what
the
phases
are-
and
you
know
what
the
commitment
from
them
will
look
like.
D
Yep
yep
thanks
alec,
so
essentially,
the
competition
is
comprised
of
four
unique
phases
with
select
teams
advancing
through
each
one
of
the
phases.
D
There
aren't
particularly
many
requirements
from
enable
at
this
stage,
besides
giving
us
an
approval
to
represent
you.
The
second
stage
requires
us
to
work
with
our
non-profit,
to
build
the
concept
for
the
competition,
submit
a
presentation
and
solicit
feedback
from
leaders
at
gs,
our
mentors
and
essentially
colleagues
as
well.
D
During
this
stage,
we
would
closely
work
with
enable
and
meet
on.
You
know,
potentially
a
bi-weekly
basis
to
continue
learning
about
the
organization
and
to
prepare
pitch.
This
is
essentially
the
stage
where
we
would
come
up
with
our
own
idea
or
potentially
a
new
initiative
and
present
it
and
create
our
presentation.
D
So
essentially,
phase
three:
this
is
when
it
gets
intense
and,
lastly,
phase
four
will
require
us
to
incorporate
feedback
from
our
semi-final
presentation
during
phase
three
and
prepare
for
the
global
finals,
competition.
If
we
are
fortunate
enough
to
move
on
to
the
final
stage
and
essentially
present
to
leadership
and
colleagues
around
the
world.
So
that's
pretty
much
a
high
level
overview
of
what
you
know.
D
A
I
don't
have
any
questions
myself.
I
do
think
it
might
be
worth
just
taking
a
moment
here,
I'm
not
going
to
introduce
everybody
on
our
end,
because
I
don't
think
that
would
be
a
good
use
of
time.
I
hope
everyone
doesn't
mind,
but
I
want
to
introduce
three
other
people
here
that
I
think
might
be
involved
in
this
process.
A
So
he'll
certainly
be
a
valuable
part
of
this
process
and
ben
rubin,
who
is
in
charge
of
our
media
and
coordina
communications
coordination,
and
he
would
would
certainly
be
helpful
in
helping
to
craft
messaging
and
gather
any
kind
of
materials
that
we
have.
That
could
help
you
in
this
and
the
things
we've
written
up
for
grants.
In
the
past,
things
like
that,
so
I
just
wanted
to
quickly
introduce
you
to
those
three
people
in
particular,
but
going
back
to
elena's
question.
D
Yeah
so
the
timeline,
the
competition
pretty
much
starts
in
july.
That's
when
phase
one
kicks
off
and
phase
four
ends
around.
You
know
the
end
of
the
year
as
of
q4.
D
D
Correct,
yes,
so
just
a
little
bit
more
information,
the
way
phase
one
works
we
just
have
to
you
know,
select
a
non-profit
of
our
choice
and
there's
an
application
process
that
takes
place
where
we
fill
out
a
brief.
You
know
application
in
terms
of
providing
more
information
about
enable
the
link
to
the
website.
What
the
overall
mission
is
and
also
highlighting
how
exactly
enable
would
be
using
200
250
000
if
we
were
to
win
that
grant
for
you
guys.
So
it's
a
very
simple
process.
It's
very
quick!
D
We
just
fill
out,
you
know
basic
information
and
then
they
will
review
it
upon
submission
and
then
let
us
know
who
moves
on
to
phase
two.
D
Yeah
amazing
questions,
so
we,
our
team,
attended
a
q
a
session
last
week
and
what
is
being
told
if
we
look
at
numbers
from
2020
there
was
about
600
submissions,
but
of
course
the
the
process
is
is
extreme.
D
They
go
through
every
single
application
and
only
you
know
select
a
few
to
move
on
to
each
round.
So
I
think
what
alec
had
previously
mentioned.
You
know
the
criteria
for
selecting
organization,
that's
what's
being
taken
into
account
for
phase
one.
The
idea
that
we
present
and
obviously
I
think,
enable
just
stands
on
its
own.
The
mission
that
you
guys
have
and
all
of
the
work
that
has
been
done
to
date
is
pretty
self-explanatory
and
speaks
for
itself.
D
So
there
is
so
yes,
I
can
talk
a
little
bit
more
about
the
grant,
so
the
structure,
essentially
there
could
be
25
winners
that
get
some
sort
of
grants
at
the
end
of
this
competition.
Ultimately,
you
know
first
place
is
the
one
that
gets
the
most,
which
is
250
000.
D
Second
place
gets
hundred
thousand
dollars.
Third
place
gets
75,
000.
Fourth,
to
sixth
places,
get
twenty
five
thousand
dollars,
seven
to
twelve,
get
five
thousand
dollars.
Thirteen
to
twenty
fifth
place
also
get
twenty
five
hundred
dollars.
So
considering
all
of
these
grants,
even
even
if
we
make
it
to
top
25,
there
is
still
some
capital
that
we
could
or
enable.
D
I
think
it's
also,
you
know
the
cause
of
it
all
from
prior
competitions.
You
know
once
we
get
a
chance
to
present
enable
to
the
broader
group
at
gs.
There's
been
stories,
even
though
we
we
might
not
win
first
place.
A
lot
of
you
know.
Senior
management
tends
to
make
very
generous
donations
to
the
organizations,
and
I
think
you
know,
based
on
the
conversations
you
know
alec
and
I
had
with
jeremy.
D
It
seems
like
you
guys,
are
doing
a
lot
of
great
work,
but
there
is
just
one
missing
element
in
terms
of
marketing
and
getting
the
word
out,
so
this
could
potentially
help
us
to
really
spread
awareness
for
enable,
given
that
this
competition
is
global
and
we'll
be
presenting
worldwide
to
pretty
much
everyone
at
gs
and
it's
live
streamed,
and
all
of
that.
A
That's
true,
I
would
agree
that
that
could
be
a
potential
benefit,
even
if
there
is
no
monetary
award
granted.
Just
the
visibility
could
be
helpful,
so
just
recognizing
the
fact
that
you
know
we
are
going
to
be
one
amongst
600,
and
you
know
there
there
may
or
may
not
be
something
that
comes
out
at
the
other
end
of
this
maybe
help
us
to
understand
what
is
going
to
immediately
be
needed
from
us
to
support
you
through
each
of
these
phases.
I'm
assuming
that
our
involvement
would
increase
with
each
phase.
Is
that
the
idea.
D
Yeah
so
essentially,
as
previously
mentioned
phase,
one
doesn't
really
require
much.
Besides
what
we're
doing
now
introducing
the
idea
to
you
guys
and
also
getting
the
green
light
to
represent
you
that
we
can
submit
an
application
and
kind
of
establish
our
relationship
and
get
the
green
light
from
you
guys.
That's
pretty
much.
All
of
all
that's
expected
in
terms
of
phase
one
as
soon
as
we
know
that
we
have
moved
on
to
phase
two
and
have
been
selected
to
you
know
progress
in
the
competition.
D
The
time
commitment
would
increase,
I
would
say,
phase
two
would
probably
be
the
one
that
requires
the
most
time
commitment,
given
that
that's
the
time
that
we
would
really
build
out
the
concept
or
our
pitch
from
the
ground
up,
it
could
potentially
be
a
new
idea,
that's
being
used.
You
know
for
enable.
I
know,
there's
been
a
lot
of
movement
and
progress
within
the
3d
printing
phase.
Maybe
we
could
essentially
create
a
new
concept
that
could
be
introduced
that
could
help,
as
part
of
you
know,
enable
mission.
D
D
D
You
know,
phase
two
involves
us,
you
know
building
out
the
concept
and
presenting
the
pitch
and
with
that
being
said,
we
would
have
to
build
out
a
deck.
That's
you
know
six
slides
or
so
we
still
don't
have
the
criteria
as
to
what
the
slides
would
entail.
But
essentially
you
know
the
data.
You
know
the
organization,
the
mission
and
essentially
how
and
for
what
we
would
use
the
grant
if
we
were
to
win
the
250
thousand
dollars.
A
So
I
I
certainly
I'll
just
speak
for
myself.
I
certainly
don't
see
any
reason
that
we
would
not
want
to
participate.
I'm
all
for
this.
I
think
it
sounds
wonderful
and
I
would
love
to
support
this.
However,
I
can
I'd
like
to
hear
from
everyone
else,
and
maybe
we
take
this
opportunity,
for
I
don't
know
if
this
calls
for
a
vote
is.
Does
anybody
see
any
reason
that
we
should
not
sort
of
fully
endorse
this
and
support?
What
they're
doing
anyone
have
any
concerns.
G
C
B
Certainly
have
no
approval,
I
I
do
have
some
questions
about
the
time
commitment
of
it.
It
does
sound
like
a
pretty
consuming
process.
You
know
it
sounds
like
it's
sort
of
an
extreme
competition,
I
think,
is
what
you've
mentioned.
So
I
just.
A
That
might
be
worth
talking
a
little
bit
more
about,
because
I
got
the
impression
that
most
of
the
time
is
going
to
be
on
their
end.
I
mean
like
they
said
like
elena
was
saying
in
phase
two:
we'll
have
more
involvement,
but
I
think
we've
already
built.
I
mean
we've
done
so
many
grants,
and
so
many
things
like
this-
that
I
suspect
we
have
a
lot
of
the
material
that
we
wouldn't
be
creating
it
from
scratch.
It
would
be
more
a
matter
of
modifying
it
and
that
kind
of
thing.
C
D
Phase
two
spans
across
I
think
two
months,
so
it
would
be
from
the
point
I
think,
of
beginning
or
end
of
august
by
the
time
we
find
out
if
we
progress
and
then
starting,
I
think
I'll.
Like
keep
me
honest
here,
I'm
I
think
it's
so
phase
two
deadline
is
september
6th,
so
I
we
would
have
about
you
know
four
weeks
or
so
to
kind
of
build
out
the
deck,
create
our
concept
and
pitch
it
and
submit
it
as
part
of
phase
two
and
in
hope
of
us
moving
forward
to
phase
three.
D
We
have
done.
You
know
research
internally
and
we've.
Actually,
you
know
had
the
conversations
with
other
teams
that
have
been
part
of
this
competition
in
the
years
prior.
In
terms
of
you
know
the
time
commitment
and
how
often
they've
met
with
their
nonprofits,
it
seems
to
me
that
the
teams
have
had
you
know
a
recurring
weekly
call
with
the
organization
and
obviously
constant
communication
over
emails,
but
essentially
a
lot
of
kind
of
the
leg
work
is
you
know
on
our
teams
and
meaning
alec
myself
and
mao
sum
and
cameron.
A
And
then,
from
our
end
I
mean
I
I'm
guessing
and
tell
me
if
this
sounds
about
right,
elena,
that
we
would
have
you
know
these
bi-weekly
meetings
with
you
kind
of
talk
about
next
steps
and
in
between
those
meetings,
I'm
assuming
that
we
would
have
some
kind
of
collaborative
documentation
effort
where
maybe
work.
You
know
I
could
see
john
and
bob
and
ben
and
myself.
A
Maybe
anyone
else
is
welcome,
of
course,
but
those
are
the
ones
I'm
assuming
would
be
part
of
this
kind
of
collaboratively
working
on
a
google
doc
to
kind
of
put
together
whatever
it
is.
We
talked
about
on
the
last
call
and
then
kind
of
present
that
to
you
is
that
the
kind
of
activity
you're
you're
expecting
where
we
would
be
helping
to
pull
together
documentation.
D
Exactly
yeah
so
the
documentation
aspect-
and
I
know
you
previously
mentioned
you-
have
a
lot
of
you-
know,
documents
around
fundraising
and
any
other
draft
of
documents
that
you
might
have
previously
presented
could
be
really
helpful,
but
I
think
essentially,
based
on
what
has
been
already
done,
we
would
kind
of
brainstorm
if
there's
any
other.
You
know
potential
concepts
that
we
might
want
to
explore
that
enable
hasn't
done
yet.
You
know.
E
And
if
I
may,
interject,
no
one
said
that
you
know
the
full.
Some
of
the
grant
money
has
to
go
to
one
thing:
you
know
a
charity
like
this
obviously
has
many
needs,
and
it's
extremely
nuanced,
and
there
is
no
one-size-fits-all
solution.
So
part
of
the
problem
you
know
might
be,
and
you
know
we
there's,
there's
a
there'll,
be
a
process
that
we'll
go
through
we'll
break
up.
You
know
the
different
pain
points
into
buckets,
and
you
know
we'll
figure
out.
Okay,
based
upon
you
know
the
capital
allocation
that
we
have.
A
You
know,
there's
there's
some
interesting
tie-ins
here
we
had
an
intern
recently
that
did
a
very
interesting
research
study
and
gave
a
presentation
to
us
gave
us
a
lot
of
interesting
things
to
think
about
in
terms
of
the
structure
of
the
organization
and
some
challenge
areas,
and
things
like
that.
That's
going
to
come
up
again,
I'm
sure
in
that
discussion
with
you
about
where
funding
goes,
and
I
think
that's
going
to
be
a
very
helpful
discussion,
whether
or
not
there
ends
up
being
funding
just
to
force
us
to
think
about.
A
Where
are
those
key
challenge
areas,
and
where
do
we
need
to
focus?
I
I
think
that
process
will
be
helpful
to
us
regardless,
but
I
want
to
go
back
to
ben
because
it
sounded
like
ben
had
a
little
bit
of
a
concern
here.
So
just
given
some
additional
conversation
ben,
how
are
you
feeling
about
this
and
do
you
have
further
questions.
B
It
just
seems
like
it's
as
long
as
it's
not
so
consuming.
I
guess
on
our
end,
it
seems
like
it's
due
monday
and
it's
just
a
lot
of
information
to.
F
A
And
that's
what
I'm
hoping
if
we
can
take
a
collaborative
approach
on
this
again,
I'm
thinking
john
ben
me
and
bob,
along
with
anyone
else
who
wants
to
get
involved.
But
if
it's
three
or
four
of
us
you
know
if
one
of
us
is
less
available,
the
others
pick
up
the
slack
and
I
think,
between
the
three
or
four
of
us
we
should
be
able
to.
You
know,
get
it
done.
D
C
And
I
can
I
suggest
that
the
challenge,
in
order
to
be
ultimately
the
the
most
successful,
will
be
to
create
and
articulate
a
compelling
way
to
spend
the
money
that
best
matches
how
we
maximize
our
mission
and.
C
A
B
Yeah
and
that's
I
guess
that's
my
question,
is
it
there's,
you
know
we
we
start
monday
and
it
seems
like
it's
a
pretty
short
timeline
to
the
end
of
phase
two.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
I
better
understand
what
is
goldman
sachs
mission,
and
you
know
I
understand
the.
B
I
guess
the
criteria
for
the
the
contest,
but
maybe
you
can
talk
about
that.
A
little
bit
more.
A
Yeah,
like
what's
the
what's
the
ideal
candidate,
what
are
they
looking
for.
F
D
Yeah,
so
a
lot
of
the
information
is
already
readily
available
online.
If
you
guys
have
you
know
any
free
time
to
explore
the
pages.
There's
multiple
articles,
there's
actually
videos
of
past
competitions
as
well,
and
the
winners
and
kind
of
what
their
organizations
entailed.
I
think
I'm
going
to
let
alex
speak
a
little
bit
more
about
goldman
sachs
gifts,
since
he
previously
touched
a
little
bit
more
on
it.
E
Thanks,
elena,
so
to
touch
on
what
ben
was
getting
at
the
firm's
values.
Essentially,
we
we
sit
upon
three
pillars:
it's
it's
our
people,
it's
our
capital
and
it's
our
reputation.
So
we
don't.
We
don't
take
lightly.
Who
we
choose
to
associate
ourselves
with.
We
do
a
lot
of
due
diligence
surrounding
it.
E
We
really
make
sure
now,
as
far
as
the
firm's
values
go,
particularly
with
the
analyst
impact
fund,
it's
all
about
being
purpose,
driven
towards
a
mission
that
it
surrounds,
leveraging
our
culture
of
teamwork
and
innovation,
as
well
as
our
legacy
of
service
and
support.
So
some
prior
examples
of
that
could
include
our
community
teamworks
initiatives
where
I
believe,
like
the
fir,
the
the
firm
in
total
will
over
the
course
of
a
year.
I
think
we
donate
something
along
the
lines
of
like
250
000,
total
man-hours
towards
community-based
service
services.
E
That
could
involve
anything
from
you
know,
going
to
a
school
in
an
area,
and
you
know
helping
teaching
the
kids
about
fitness.
It
could
be
creating
a
community
garden.
It
could
be,
you
know,
food
drives,
it
could
be
community,
beautification
processes,
etc.
So
this
idea
of
service-
like
that's
really
what
this
is
about-
it's
making
sure
that
you
know
we
can.
You
know,
step
off.
E
You
know,
step
off
step
off
the
high
horse,
a
little
bit
really
get
into
the
community,
involve
ourselves
and
make
sure
that
we
keep
ourselves,
grounded
and
understand
what
this
is
all
really
about,
and
it's
about
helping
people,
because
that's
that's
all!
We
are
we're
just
a
group
of
people
trying
to
do
something
great.
F
Now
I
want
to
make
sure
and
we'll
certainly
clarify
this
during
our
conversations,
but
you
I
I'm
gonna,
guess
that
jeremy
has
briefed
you
on,
enables
somewhat
unusual
organization.
We
don't
describe
ourselves
an
organization,
we
are
a
movement,
there
is
a
non-profit
associated
with
us.
We
have
an
enable
fund,
which
is
community
control.
That's
that's
all
familiar
concepts
to
you.
D
Yeah,
I
think
just
one
thing
I
think
we
forgot
to
mention
or
clarify
a
bit.
We
totally
understand
the
nature
of
enable
and
enabling
the
future
community.
I
think
one
criteria
that
is
used
to
kind
of
narrow
down
the
organization
that
we
select
it
has
to
be
a
registered
nonprofit.
That's
why
we
would
only
concentrate
on
enable
rochester
chapter,
but
we
would
kind
of
loop
in
the
broader.
You
know
global
community
into
this
initiative
as
well.
F
Right
so
the
enable
fund
is
the
obvious
vehicle
for
that.
So
that'll
work
out
just
want
to
make
sure
that.
A
I
could
see,
maybe
there
being
a
discussion
of
having
if,
if
we
were
to
win
the
whole
amount,
you
know
there
could
be
a
portion
of
that,
that's
allocated
specifically
for
say
a
marketing
pr
project
or
whatever
it
might
be,
and
then
a
portion
that
goes
into
the
enable
fund.
So
we
might
divvy
it
up
if
there
are
specific
initiatives.
F
Or
a
dedicated
tranche
within
the
enable
fund,
but.
C
F
As
long
as
as
long
as
the
organizational
structure
doesn't
freak
goldman
sachs
out-
and
I
don't
think
it
should.
D
Yeah,
no,
no,
not
at
all,
we
don't
think
so,
but
essentially
you
know
just
alec
and
I
had
started.
You
know,
brainstorming
with
jeremy
on
our
last
call,
and
you
know
some
potential
outlets
that
we
see
the
funds
being
used
for
are
essentially
you
know,
like
previously
mentioned
the
marketing
campaigns,
potentially
revamping
the
website
and
any
doing
some.
You
know
further
work
in
terms
of
communicating
and
really
gaining
awareness
for
the
organization,
and
I
think
jeremy
had
also
mentioned
you
know.
D
A
One
of
the
things
that
we
had
talked
about
was
this
possibility
that
we
had.
We
have
discussed
at
one
point
of
having
essentially
enablement
kits
if
we
want
to
set
up
a
clinic
in
a
new
area
of
I
don't
know,
you
know
mozambique
or
whatever.
We'd
have
a
whole
kit
that
has
a
3d
printer
and
assembly
materials
kits
and
filaments
and
instructions
and
everything
that
we
could
ship
out
there
fly
somebody
out
there,
help
them
get
set
up,
train
them,
etc.
F
So
I've
started
a
list
of
ideas
which
we
will
be
discussing,
but
I'm
prepared
to
say
that
this
is
obviously
something
that
we
should
explore
and
the
first
step
to
exploring
is
that
it
would
be
for
this
group
to
endorse
your
going
forward
with
us
and
then
the
conversation
will
continue.
A
So
I've
not
heard
any
objections,
I'm
hearing
a
little
bit
of
hesitation
from
ben
but
ben.
If
your
time
ends
up
being
more
limited,
I
it
sounds
like
there
are
others
that
will
be
happy
to
pick
up
the
slack.
So
with
that
in
mind,
even
if
there
is
hesitation
you're
not
opposed
to
moving
forward,
are
you.
B
No,
I
mean
I,
I
guess
it's
it's
just
sort
of
keeping
up
with
it
all
and
making
sure
that
it
aligns
with
sort
of
the
projects
that
are
coming
up.
A
Okay,
so
it
sounds
like
we
have
an
agreement
to
speak
now.
Does
anybody
have
any
opposition
to
this,
because
otherwise
I
say
we
give
them
our
approval
and
we
encourage
them
to
proceed.
Anybody
want
to
speak
out,
otherwise,
no
okay,
so
you
guys
have
our
our
support
and
please
let
us
know
how
we
can
help.
I
think
one
day
is
for.
D
Yeah,
so
I
think
we
just
got
the
green
light
and
thank
you
so
much.
We
are
so
excited
to
work
with
you
guys
and
build
out
this
new
concept
and
hopefully
win
at
the
end
of
all
this.
But
I
think
alec
keep
me
honest
here.
There
might
be
a
section
within
the
application
where
it
already
mentions.
You
know
this
far.
What
will
be
using
the
grant
for
within
the
organization
if
we
were
to
win?
I
think
we
started
kind
of
populating
amazing
ideas.
D
A
D
A
A
A
B
A
Okay,
so
yeah,
if
you
elena,
if
you
want
to
send
that
to
me,
I
will
forward
that
to
our
team
and
I'll.
What
I'll
probably
do
is
just
put
it
into
a
google
doc
that
we
can
all
collaboratively
kind
of
edit
together
once
we're
happy
with
it.
We'll
send
that
back
to
you
and
hopefully
give
you
what
you
need.
D
Amazing,
thank
you
so
much.
This
is
truly
appreciated
and
I
I
can't
express
how
excited
we
are
to
work
with
you
guys.
A
C
A
D
Yeah,
I
just
wanted
to
mention
so
the
way
I've
kind
of
started,
doing
our
research.
I
have
a
family
friend
who
actually
lives
and
works
in
germany
and
she
has
her
phd
and
in
science,
but
the
project
that
she's
currently
a
lot
of
the
research
that
she's
been
doing
is
within
the
3d
space,
the
3d
printing,
where
she's,
actually
printing
human
parts
and
exploring
that
idea.
D
It's
very,
very
innovative,
and
I
I
knew
exactly
I
was
like
you
need
to
know
somebody
within
the
3d
printing
space
and
you
guys
were
one
of
the
organizations
that
she
pointed
out
and
she's
in
europe.
So
you
you
do
have
some
visibility.
F
I'm
alex-
actually,
I
just
wanted
to
ask
about
your.
I
think
you
said
your
cousin.
What
were
the
extent
of
her
amputations.
E
It
was
so
it
was
a
below
the
knee
amputation,
so
it's
actually
kind
of
a
funny
but
dark
story
how
she
found
out.
She
was
so
she
was
pregnant
at
the
time
she
went
to
go,
get
a
pedicure
and
the
pedicure
technician
found
kind
of
like
a
weird
lump
on
her
foot
and
said
you
know
hey.
This
is
pretty
weird.
You
should
probably
get
this
checked
out.
She
got
the
biopsy
and
it
came
back
as
being
positive
for
for
a
pretty
bad
case
of
of
osteosarcoma.
E
A
A
D
No,
so
actually
I
tend
to
go
into
the
office
at
least
three
or
four
times
a
week.
I
I
cannot
be
working
from
home
anymore,
but
today
is
a
friday
and
I
just
decided
to
stay
home,
but
I
know
alec
is
in
the
office
today.
I'm.
D
A
E
A
Yeah,
I
feel
very
fortunate.
Well,
thank
you.
Thank
you
all
again,
it's
been
wonderful
talking
to
you
and
I
look
forward
to
getting
your
email
we'll
work
on
that
over
the
weekend.
A
Okay,
thank
you
ben
and
john
for
all
the
detailed
notes
I'll
consolidate
those
later
okay.
So
let's
now
go
back
to
our
action
item
so
john.
Any
updates
on
this
whole
hum
hub
situation.
I
see
a
bunch
of
links
here.
F
Yeah,
so
I
went
to
the
hum
hub
website
and
did
not
see
that
they
offer
custom
development
services.
So
I
found
three
candidates,
the
the
first
link
and
the
second
and
the
last
two
links
are
hum
hub
developers
who
are
offering
their
services
online
for
about
35
an
hour.
I
also
sent
a
note
to
masby
telling
him
that
I'd
be
interested
in
his
opinion
on
this
and
in
your
email.
You
will
see
that
he
has
replied
saying
I
can't
express
an
opinion
on
people.
F
I
don't
know
semi
thought
smiley
face
which
sort
of
typical
mazda.
He
also
made
a
point
of
saying.
Maybe
this
is
a
moment
to
think
again
about
whether
we
should
go
to
a
platform
that
already
has
the
features
you
want,
and
he
referred
to
a
june
21
thread
in
which
we
went
back
and
forth
and
back
and
forth,
and
back
and
forth
on
this,
and
I
have
found
the
thread
and
is
full
of
a
rich
and
heated
discussion
about
hum
hub
and
about
other
forums
and
so
on.
F
I'm
gonna
forward
it
to
jeremy
and
ben
and
bob
because,
in
the
context
of
this
goldman
sachs
thing,
it
is
indeed
something
perhaps
we
should
consider
my
feelings.
Happy.
A
To
look
at
it,
I
I
can
only
say
this
that
I
you
know
somebody
has
to
actually
build
these
platforms
in
the
case
of
the
hub.
You
know
I
appreciate
a
thousand
percent,
all
the
work
that
masby
has
done
since
it
has
been
launched
and
customizing
it.
But
let's
keep
in
mind
I'm
the
one
that
built
the
hub,
I'm
the
one
that
had
to
port
all
the
content
over
set
up
everything
I
I
spent.
A
I
don't
know
how
many
hundreds
of
hours
building
out
the
hub,
I'm
just
not
in
a
position
to
do
that
again
for
a
new
platform.
So
if
we
make
the
decision
that
we
want
to
switch
to
a
different
platform,
somebody
needs
to
take
on
that
massive
undertaking
of
building
it
out.
There's
a
lot
of
work
that
goes
into
that.
I
understand
so.
Finding
the
right
platform
is
not
the
challenge.
It's
finding
somebody
who
can
do
the
work.
F
Well,
that's
right:
if
we
got
a
quarter
of
a
million
dollar
grant,
it
could
be
a
part
of
what
we
do
with
that
money.
We
all
remember
that
we
once
got
a
more
than
quarter
of
a
million
dollar
grant
to
do
something
similar
from
google
and
it
was
the
wrong
project
at
the
wrong
time.
So
that's
my
update
and
those
are
the
issues
and
I
do
think
this
is
a
moment
to
review
the
issue,
but
I
completely
relate
to
your
position.
Jeremy.
A
Yeah,
I
don't
disagree
at
all.
I
I
understand
where
master's
coming
from.
I
think
there
are
platforms
that,
with
our
current
experience
and
having
learned
what
we've
learned,
there
are
platforms
that
would
do
a
better
job
of
giving
us
what
we
want.
I
just
don't
know
how
to
get
there.
I
I
think
about.
I
mean
knowing
what
I
know
about
what
would
go
into
that
transition.
A
I
it
seems
insurmountable
to
me
so
I
we
need
to
have
some
people
with
a
lot
of
time
on
their
hands
or
the
funding
to
to
pay
to
have
it
done.
B
Yeah,
I
guess
to
add
on
to
what
jeremy's
saying
while
I
I
do
really
appreciate
massivey's
points,
and
I
think
you
know
maybe
john
and
I
could
you
know,
look
through
some
of
those
things
and
kind
of
boil
it
down
to
you
know,
keep
points
I
do
wonder
how
long
it
takes
for
a
community
to
adjust
to
a
new.
I
mean.
B
It's
sort
of
a
new
way
of
navigating
a
space.
It's
taken
yeah.
It
was
over
a
year
just
to
get
people
sort
of
comfortable
on
the
hub
and
moved
from
wiki
factory,
and
it's
it's
definitely
not
something
that
you
just
pull
a
switch
and
that's
true
so
sometimes.
C
Can
I
make
a
comment
as
somebody
who
knows
nothing
about
what's
under
the
hood,
so
simply
as
a
user
I
have
to
quit
a
lot
of
things
are
nice,
a
lot
of
things
would
be
great
to
have
my
question
would
be:
is
it
worth
the
money
to
get
them
and
how
many
people
will
use
them,
and
I
think
there
is
a
certain
comfort
level
with
the
hub,
good
or
bad
what
it
is.
So
you
know,
okay,.
F
If
he's
not
watching,
I'm
going
to
suggest
that
maddie
check
out
this
portion
of
our
meeting
and
those
are
those
are
the
challenges.
The.
A
Discussion
is
good.
We
should
have
the
discussion.
We
should
look
at
the
platforms
that
he's
suggesting
if
there's
things
on
those
platforms,
that
really
are
wonderful,
let's
look
at.
Is
there
any
way
to
get
something
like
that
in
the
hub?
You
know
short
of
switching
to
that
platform.
I
mean,
let's
explore
all
these
possibilities.
We
just
have
to
be
realistic
about
what
we're
getting
into
it's.
Not
it's
easy
to
talk
about
switching
platforms,
but
the
reality
behind
it
might
be
a
lot
more
than
people
are
thinking.
F
Right
in
the
shorter
term,
however,
there
are
some
causable
experienced
hum
hub
developers
and,
as
a
matter
of
fact,
engaging
one
or
two
of
them
to
deal
with
some
of
the
perhaps
tractable
issues
might
be
a
good
way
of
getting
a
further
perspective
on
how
severe
the
constraints
of
the
hub
are.
A
Well,
and
so
that
that
brings
us
to
the
next
one
here
I
wrote
up
a
list-
an
email
I
just
sent
this
this
morning
to
john
now
I
was
supposed
to
send
you
a
bunch
of
different
things
that
we
were
thinking
of
doing
in
the
hub.
Honestly,
I
couldn't
remember
the
details
of
a
couple
of
them
and
I
couldn't
describe
them
in
a
way
that
made
sense
to
myself.
So
I
only
sent
you
a
couple
that
I
could
be
clear
about.
A
I
sent
you
the
recommendation
about
moving
the
you
know,
upcoming
events
to
the
top
of
the
the
sidebar
putting
the
new
member
welcome
posts
into
the
new
member
space.
I
didn't
do
the
one
about
the
nudge,
because
I
couldn't
really
remember
the
idea
we
can
talk
about
that
again,
but
it
wasn't
making
sense
to
me
as
I
thought
about
it,
and
this
is
a
dashboard
versus
an
advanced
that
didn't
seem
like
a
quick
fix
thing
for
masby.
So
I
left
that
out
so.
C
A
F
G
I
really
like
it.
I
think
I
think
what
we
have
currently
is
great.
I
mean
it,
I
learned
I
picked
it
up,
pretty
quick
jumped
into
it.
Maybe
you
know
not.
A
G
A
A
Say
so
I
sent
this
email
to
john,
with
two
specific
things
that
I
think
are
quick
fixes
reach
out
to
masby
see
if
he
can
do
them,
I'm
guessing
he's
still
too
busy
and
if
he
says
he
can't.
Let's
use
that
as
an
excuse
to
go
and
try
one
of
these.
You
know
contractors,
but
I
have
let
me
do
one
of
those
two
quick
fixes
and.
A
B
You
know
I
I
would,
I
think
it
might
be
worthwhile
for
us
to
take
a
little
bit
of
a
step
back
from
and
look
at
some
larger
projects,
some
of
the
stuff,
like
the
bot.
We
probably
do
want
to
work
with
masby
on
stuff
that
he's
already
started
working
on,
maybe
not,
but
it.
B
But
maybe
we
can
sort
of
carve
out
some
of
the
big
picture
stuff.
You
know
john
and
I
had
this
whole
big
sort
of
mission,
for
you
know,
there's
chapter
management
and
there's
wishbone
and
there's
all
this
stuff.
Maybe
we
can
look
at
some
of
that
stuff
and
say:
okay.
A
B
Right
that
makes
sense.
Okay.
To
add
to
what
ward
is
saying
too.
I
do
think
the
current
platform,
with
all
of
its
flaws,
does
look
similar
to
facebook.
It's
familiar
in
a
lot
of
ways.
Facebook
is
not
ideal.
I
mean
facebook
drives
me
crazy,
but
that's
what
most
people
use.
So
you
know
I
do
wonder
you
know
it's
trying
to
find
a
space
in
the
middle
there.
We
might
be
at
sort
of
a
good
place
for
us
right
now,
but
I
get
what
as
you're
saying.
F
Okay,
I'll
follow
up
with
masby,
and
that
will
set
the
stage
I
think
for
getting
another
developer.
Okay
to
see
how
that
goes.
Okay,.
A
B
As
far
as
I
understand
it,
it's
having
an
orientation
meeting
for
the
focus
follow-up
walking
people
through
sort
of
the
role
of
badges.
You
know
I
mentioned
in
the
presentation.
You
know
chapters
and
then
sort
of
that
into
here's,
some
best
practices
for
orientation.
So.
B
Yeah-
and
you
know
I
look
through
it-
I
don't
we
don't
need
to
add
any
badges.
We've
got
a
badge
for
greeter.
We've
got
a
badge
for
being
an
enable
mentor.
We've
got,
we've
got
badges
that
I
think
work
for
now
and
I'm
gonna
sort
of
lean
on
the
propose
a
badge
badge.
B
She
sent
me
an
email,
I
don't
think
she's
going
to
be
able
to
make
it
today,
unfortunately,
but
I'll
use
her
some
of
her
resources
and
we
have
her
or
not
of
approval.
Oh
okay,.
A
Liked
your
slides
great
all
right,
john
who's,
going
to
lead
an
internship
review
panel,
any
update
there
well.
F
Yes
today,
I
I
pulled
up
the
four
resumes
that
I
got.
I
put
them
in
a
folder.
I
reread
the
initial
email
that
said:
hey
you've
got
four
resumes
here.
We,
the
email,
continued
to
say.
We
hope
that
you
will
reach
out
and
arrange
interviews
with
any
candidates,
you're
interested
in
by
july
23rd.
That
would
be
today
so
bob,
and
I
have
already
reviewed
these
and
I
apologize
for
that
bob
and
I
have
already
reviewed
the
the
four
resumes.
F
I
saw
three
who
I
thought
were
worth
interviewing
and
bob.
You
just
sent
the
note
saying
what.
F
C
F
The
same
the
same
three,
so
really,
what
we
need
is,
it
is.
F
You
said
the
first
three
I
thought
the
last
three
were
there,
so
we're
in
contention
about
the
first
point
we'll
talk
about
it.
Would
anyone
else
like
to
review
those
today
and
once
we
decide,
we
can
also
interview
all
four.
If
we
want
I'm
willing
to
interview
all
four
who
else
would
like
to
be
on
the
interview
committee.
C
A
Hey
you
guys
comment,
there's
comments
here
from
alexander
about
helping
out
in
the
hub
and
let's
maybe
have
a
separate
conversation
about
that.
Maybe
get
you
you
know
connected
up
with
madsv
or
something
we
actually
had
regular
hub
development
meetings
that
we
were
doing
weekly
and
we
put
those
on
hold
because
medford
wasn't
available,
but
maybe
we
could
regroup
and
talk
with
you
alexander.
We
have
to
go
through
some
details,
see
what
your
what
your
background
is
get.
I
don't
even
know
what
the
kind
of
you
know
what
the
code
base
is.
A
I
think
this
is
php
running
on
a
linux
system,
but
I
don't
know
much
more
of
the
details.
So
we'd
have
to
maybe
have
a
separate
discussion
about
that.
But
if
you're
able
to
help
great-
just
as
I've
said
before,
just
be
careful
not
that
you're
not
taking
on
too
much
you've
been
getting
involved
in
a
lot
lately
and
we'd
love
your
your
help.
Just
don't
want
to
burn
you
out.
A
Okay.
So
next
action
item
was
for
john.
Oh,
that's
the
entry,
that's
one
we
just
talked
about
then.
Okay,
I
was
to
add
the
sizing
badge.
We
did
have
our
meeting.
We
finished
up,
got
everything
we
need,
I'm
ready
to
add
the
badge
I
didn't
get
to
it.
Yet
I
had
hoped
to
do
it
last
week
and
I'm
sorry,
but
I
will
do
that
as
soon
as
possible.
Hopefully,
in
the
next
couple
of
days
it's
ready
to
go.
I
have
all
the
details.
I
have
the
graphic.
A
All
I
got
to
do
is
upload
it
now,
so
we're
close
jeremy
clarifying
bold
evidence
required
for
each
batch.
So
I
haven't
done
these
clarifications
yet
so
I'll
do
that
when
I
upload
the
badge
so
I'll
do
those
things?
Okay,
so
we
don't
have
a
car
left
today.
A
F
A
I
mean
alexander,
if
you're
looking
for
things
to
do,
you
know
here's
an
example
of
something
I
could
use
help
with,
but
I
mean
these
are
yeah.
I
don't
know
how
much
I
I
don't
want
to
ask
people
to
do
things
that
are
not
you
know,
it's
not
very
interesting.
It's
just
busy
work,
it's
just
somebody
going
in
and
editing
text
and
bolding
stuff.
But
if
somebody
wants
to
help
me
out
with
this,
please
let
me
know-
and
I
will
show
you
what
we're
trying
to
do
here
and
what
needs
to
be
done.
A
I
didn't
check,
but
I'm
pretty
confident,
that's
what's
happening
because
it
look.
Those
descriptions.
Look
like
what
I
put
into
badgers.
I
think
it's
just
pulling
from
there:
okay,
great
okay,
so
on
we
go.
If
anyone
is
interested
in
helping
reach
out
to
me
on
that,
otherwise
I'll
try
to
get
it
done.
F
A
Oh
yeah
yeah
the
way
you
want
before.
Of
course,
oh
yeah
that'll
be
the
first
thing
I
did
yeah,
okay,
okay,
so
we'll
get
that
done,
and
then
you
know
we're
left
with
just
because
we
we
spent
time
a
very
worthwhile
time
on
that
discussion.
Earlier
we're
left
with
a
pretty
short
while
today
and
I
didn't
even
get
a
chance
to
update
the
metrics,
we're
not
going
to
look
at
that
so
rather
than
getting
into
some
of
the
bigger
topics
in
our
agenda.
A
Let
me
just
ask:
we've
got
like
seven
six
minutes
left
to
the
top
of
the
hour.
Is
there
anything
going
on
that?
Anyone
would
like
to
discuss
that's
worth
using
our
remaining
minutes
for.
G
I
got
one
just
an
update.
The
I
noticed
there's
a
lot
of
requests
in
the
you
know
on
the
hub
for
like
the
hands
without
with
the,
without
the
thumb
like
with
the
thumbless.
So
what
I
did
is
I
grabbed
a
copy.
Somebody
had
put
a
a
3d
model
up
on
thingiverse
and
with
his
permission
I
downloaded
it,
and
I
want
to
add
that
into
our
onshape
group,
that'll
be
the
next
that'll
be
the
next
model.
We
work
on
me
and
andrew.
G
I
don't
remember
I'll
what
I'll
do
is
I'll
I'll
grab
it
get
all
the
details
from
it
and
then
I'll
get
it
up
here
I
did
put
it
up.
Somebody
was
looking.
A
G
Yeah
yeah
somebody
put
it
up
there,
it
actually
is.
It
was
actually
on
the
on
the
on
the
hub.
Somebody
had
posted
it
as
a
for
they
built
it
for
their
daughter.
So
I
I
got
in
contact
with
the
guy
and
I
got
a
hold
of
all
the
3d
files.
The
the.
G
B
I
wonder:
that's
a
really
good
point
word
about
the
devices
with
specific
space
that
have
for
residual
digits,
and
I
wonder
if
we
want
to
follow
with
map
hotel,
he
he
had
a
a
version
of
the
kinetic
hand
where
you
could
sort
of
pick
the
different
fingers
that
you
have
and
then
remove
those
from
the
design,
and
it
was
supposed
to
be
sort
of
a
modular
thing.
I
remember
him
mentioning
that
a
couple
times.
A
Well,
it's
the
kinetic
hand,
and
he
didn't
it's
not
exactly
modular
what
he
did
is
he
shared
different
versions
of
the
palm,
so
there
is
one
that
has
the
thumb
removed.
There
is
one
that
I
think
has
a
couple
of
the
fingers,
so
he
gives
a
few
different
versions.
I
don't
know
if
he
gets
all
the
different
iterations,
but
he
could
certainly,
but
that's
the
kinetic
hand,
ward,
if
you
haven't
checked
that
out,
do
so
because
it's
some
of
the
best
documentation
for
a
hand.
A
I've
ever
seen
worth
looking
at
just
for
that,
but
check
out
the
the.
If
you
download
it's
one
zip
file
that
you
download
has
all
the
files
and
in
there
you'll
find
different
versions
of
the
palm,
including
one
that
has
the
thumb,
cut
out
and
other
variations,
and
then
he
also
has
inserts
that
get
printed
to
go
in
here
to
kind
of
take
up
the
extra
space
in
the
cavity.
They
have
different
shapes
of
those
inserts
that
can
go
in
there.
A
I
remember
a
while
back
we
had
talked
about
an
on-shaped
tutorial
and
ward.
You
had
mentioned
somebody
else,
I
can't
remember.
Was
it
andrew.
A
So
has
there
been
any
further
discussion
about
you
and
or
andrew,
maybe
giving
an
overview
or
tutorial
for
the
community
in
one
of
our
focus
workshops.
G
A
B
Together
the
fourth
week
of
august
is,
is
the
focus
follow-up
for
that
month
and
he's
going
to
be
presenting
with
award.
B
B
B
And
we're
waiting
to
hear
from
you
guys
about
the
title
and
any
kind
of
documentation
you
want
to
link
in
it.
So
right
now
it
just
says
you
know
to
be
announced,
but
once
you
guys
decide
the
final
presentation
yeah,
I
can
update
all
that.
B
B
However,
you
guys
want
to
market
it.
I'm
happy
to
you
know,
have
some
documentation
to
share
ahead
of
time,
but
it's
not
required
so.
A
A
Great
okay
time
to
wrap
up
unless
anybody
has
anything
last
minute,
I've
got
a
chat
from
evan.
Here
there
is
an
option
when
editing
the
side
panel
is
called
sort
order.
Yes,
we
are
aware
of
that
evan,
but
there
is
some
limitation.
I
can't
remember
the
details,
but
the
hub
does
not
allow
you
to
sort
some
of
those
widgets
like
you
can
and
there's
all
it's
something.
I
think
you
can
do
that
in
spaces
so
like.
A
If
I
have
it
in
a
space,
I
can
move
those
upcoming
events
up
to
where
I
want
it,
but
in
the
main
forum,
I
don't
think
you
can
do
that.
I
can't
remember
the
details
again,
but
I
know
there
was
some
technical
limitation
so
that
it's
not
that
easy
as
easy
as
going
in
and
putting
in
the
sort
order,
but
right
good
call.
That
is,
that
is
what
I
would
have
done,
but
that
option.
