From YouTube: e-NABLE SPC Meeting, February 28, 2020
Description
This is a recording of the e-NABLE Strategic Planning Committee meeting for Friday, February 28, 2020.
The notes/agenda document can be found here: http://bit.ly/2I8ZSuo
A
Okay,
let's
go
ahead
and
get
started:
I'm
recording
as
usual.
I
was
at
a
conference
all
this
past
week,
so
I
did
not
even
have
a
chance
to
post
last
week's
recording,
so
you'll
get
a
two-for-one
deal
this
week,
I'll
get
both
of
those
out.
They
said
as
possible
and
we'll
just
do
a
quick
review
of
action
items.
A
C
A
That
yeah,
so
that
is
exactly
the
discussion
we've
been
having
of
possibly
doing
one
sort
of
primary
venue
and
also
having
you
know,
regional,
smaller
venues
that
people
could
do
in
parallel
and
we'd
have
you
know
streaming
between
them,
etc.
So
that
is
something
that
we're
exploring
yeah,
but
you
bring
up
a
great
point
about
the
coronavirus.
It's
something
we're
gonna
have
to
continue
to
watch
and
talk
about.
We'll
have
some
discussion
about
that
today.
C
A
So
I'd
appreciate,
if
you
could
look
into
that
for
us
because
we're
that's
one
of
the
first
things
we're
trying
to
do
is
look
in
on
a
venue
like
I
said
we
do
have
one
lead
on
a
possible
collaboration
with
Duke
University
that
were
pursuing
and
we
do
still
have
the
option
of
revisiting
the
location
we've
used
in
the
past,
but
we
would
like
to
get
all
of
our
options
on
the
table.
So
let
us
know
you.
C
C
A
C
D
A
E
A
A
So,
just
kind
of
maybe
share
a
little
bit
about
what
our
discussion
was
there
and
how
people
can
use
that.
It's
basically
a
way
of
you
know
if
they
have
needs
that
maybe
don't
fit
into
the
traditional
loomio
project
proposal
process.
Here's
a
new
venue
they
can,
they
can
visit
to
get
help
with
with
those
needs
great
John.
A
And
then
we
have
two
action
items
that
were
for
all
of
us.
We
were
all
supposed
to
review
Bob's
document
going
over
chapter
tears
and
virtuous
behaviors,
as
well
as
Ben's
document
for
the
hub
hosting
and
import
project.
I
have
to
say:
I
did
not
get
to
look
over
either
of
those
this
week.
Due
to
the
conference,
I
was
at
I,
don't
know
if
others
had
better
luck,
I.
A
Well,
I
guess,
since
Bob
can't
join
us
today
that
that
gives
us
an
out
for
the
first
one
because
we'll
be
discussing
that
next
time
he's
here
and
then
you
know,
maybe
we
can
get
into
some
discussion.
I
do
have
the
hub
hosting
an
import
project
on
the
agenda
below.
So
maybe
we
can
get
into
that
in
a
little
bit
here.
There.
E
Have
been
a
lot
of
edits
to
it,
it
started
out
just
looking
at
teared
chapters
and
then
from
a
discussion
with
site
and
Jen
and
Bob.
We
looked
at
what
our
alternative
teams
and
also
potentially
resource
spaces
and
individual
volunteers.
So
it's
really
expanded
in
terms
of
what
appears
could
be
applied
to
I
spent
some
time
on
it.
This
week
and
Jen
and
Bob
have
been
adding
comments.
So
it's
it's
something
that
people
can
check
out
now
is
good
thing
great
and
that
now
now,
but
right
hope
it's
ready
to
be
previous
good.
F
A
So,
as
I
mentioned
earlier,
I
did
not
have
a
chance
to
update
the
statistics
on
page
2
of
the
notes
yet,
but
I
will
after
the
meeting,
so
those
will
be
updated
in
the
notes
shortly
so
on.
We
go
to
our
regular
topics
here,
which
I've
shuffled
around
a
bit
so
that
we
can
get
to
some
of
the
ones
we
didn't
get
to
last
time,
and
first
up
is
one
that
was
added
at
the
request
of
skip
who's
with
us
today.
A
B
G
G
So,
anyway,
we
had
a
little
discussion
which
he
has
copied
in
here:
I
just
kind
of
stream
of
consciousness
ideas.
The
main
thing
is
how
how
could
a
neighbor
utilize
our
worldwide
resources
of
chapters
with
people
that
schools
like
reading
training
when
volunteers
donors
could
be
more
helping
humanity?
We
can
sort
for
really
dealt
the
professionals
when
we're
trying
to
do
it
with
the
pendant.
G
G
B
B
Don't
actually
I
just
want
to
point
out
that
if
one
had
a
plastic,
something
it's
quite
possible
that
there
are
available
materials
that
could
press
paper,
towels
or
other
materials
around
your
face
in
such
a
way
as
to
provide
a
relatively
good
seal
and
therefore
face
masks
more
widely
available
than
they're
gonna,
be
if
there's
a
huge
shortage.
Quite
crossover
markets
will
respond
to
those
just
examples
of
how,
for
example,
3d
printing
that
turned
out
to
be
a
good
solution
might
be
a
contribution
in
something
that
we
can.
We
could
work
on.
B
A
Agree,
it's
definitely
an
important
topic,
especially
in
relation
to
the
discussions
about
our
conference.
I
think
the
idea
of
you
know
looking
at
what
our
volunteers
can
do
to
help
contribute
here
is
admirable,
but
I
find
myself
struggling
a
bit
to
come
up
with
good
ideas
for
that
it
seems
like
it's
a
little
bit
outside
of
our
realm
of
focus,
but
maybe
I'm,
just
not
thinking
creatively
enough
I,
don't
know
if
others
have
ideas.
G
H
We
could
we
make
like
a
framework
that
goes
around
the
mask
out
of
TPU
or
something
or
a
thermoformed
thing,
because
I'll
bet
you
actually
that's
one
thing
averse
already,
because,
like
John's
idea
of
filling
in
the
respirator
start
with
some
sort
of
porous
material
like
a
paper
towel
or
something
like
that,
and
then
have
it
work
around
some
3d
printed
structure
to
be
able
to
because
the
strap
holes
to
hold
on
your
face.
But
that
way
to
eliminate
the
problem
with
respirators
not
being
available.
If.
D
B
A
H
H
E
Nothing
to
think
about
this
is
maybe
a
little
bit
of
a
tangent,
but
it's
not
just
the
nose
and
a
mouth
I
mean
in
terms
of
getting
sick
people
get
sick,
but
just
as
much
by
rubbing
their
eyes
or
even
scratching
or
ears.
If
any
of
your
senses,
though
you
know
you
even
think
about
glasses,
if
you
want,
it
seems
a
little
over
the
top
to
me,
but
there
are
yeah.
There's
there's
kits
that
people
have
for
working
in
hospitals
that
are
more
than
just
a
base
map.
I
do.
A
B
A
A
See
there
mention
in
here
that
you
can
use
things
like
coffee
filters,
paper,
towels,
napkins,
etc,
etc,
and
so
yeah.
It
would
be
great
if
we
could
find
some
way
of
testing
what
is
the
most
effective
material
and
come
up
with
a
set
of
recommendations
for
producing
these.
That
would
be
really
great.
I
mean.
C
To
John's
to
John's
point
while
there's
a
high
demand
for
it,
there
is
this
question
of
efficacy
and
whether
whether
a
high
demand
rate
is
actually
not
necessarily
indicative
of
it
being
the
best
yeah
and
I
guess
for
us,
there's
kind
of
reputation
around
taking
kind
of
an
evidence-based
approach
to
stuff
that
we're
that
we're
doing
so,
I
guess
that's
a!
We
do
have
to
look
to
John's
point
as
well
around
around
that
efficacy
point.
Otherwise
it
might
be
seem
that
we're
sure.
B
B
A
B
A
Sounds
like
we
need
to
do
a
little
more
research
specifically
about
materials.
You
know
what,
because
it
sounds
like
Ben
has
found
something
that
indicates
that
masks
are
effective,
but
there's
all
different
kinds
of
you
know,
masks
and
materials.
So,
let's
see
if
we
can
find
any
data
about
what
material
is
effective,
you
know
can
use
a
coffee,
filter
or
paper
towel,
or
you
know
these
different
sorts
of
permeable
materials
and
safety
find
out.
You
know
which
might
be
most
effective.
You.
A
H
Journey
has
one
last
point:
what
John's
point
the
one
benefit
of
3d
printing.
These
things
is
the
sterility
point,
pipe-cleaners
pick
up
crap
and
keep
it
on
them,
and
so
like
disease
and
infection
and
stuff,
it
will
like
store
it
around
there,
whereas
plastic
won't
be
as
porous
as
a
pipe
cleaner
would
be
for
picking
up
stuff
better.
A
A
D
A
A
If
there
are
chapters
who
need
things
that
maybe
don't
fit
into
a
formal
project
proposal
on
loomio,
they
can
just
go
into
this
new
space
write
up
a
post
about
what
their
needs
are
and
as
unity,
we
can
collaboratively
work
to
solve
those
needs
in
ways
other
than
just
doing
you
know
funding.
Perhaps
you
know
there
might
be
other
ways
of
addressing
the
addressing
those
needs.
So
we
have
a
space
for
that.
A
Ben's
gonna
help
us
to
put
a
note
out
there
in
the
main
forum
to
make
people
aware
of
it,
and
Jen
is
going
to
be
helping
us
to
kind
of
moderate
that
space,
Jen
I
haven't
had
a
chance
to
actually
get
with
you
and
go
through
kind
of
what
you
might
need
to
know
about
moderation
in
there.
But
maybe
we
can
connect
in
the
next
several
days
and
go
through
that,
but
you
do
have.
You
have
been
added
to
that
space,
okay,
so
anyone
else,
let's
see
I,
know
Bob.
A
Has
this
proposal
on
the
tearing
of
chapters
I'm
gonna
suggest
we
hold
off
on
that
until
the
next
time,
so
that
Bob
can
take
us
through
that.
But
I
would
ask
that
all
of
us
try
to
review
that
document
between
now
and
the
next
meeting
if
we
can
so
that
we
can
have
a
more
informed
discussion
on
that
next
time.
Otherwise
does
anybody
else
have
anything
that
you
do
want
to
touch
on
right
now
in
relation
to
chapter
structures
or
chapter
support.
E
E
But
the
idea,
as
you
read,
the
document
think
about
how
the
supply
issue,
the
map
that
we
have
and
the
resources
that
we
can
bring
into
sort
of
a
central
visual
base
on
the
map
have
been
really
popular
and
it's
I
think
I've
been
a
big
part
of
getting
people
to
be
involved,
the
chapter
spotlight
project
and
collecting
data
as
well.
So
it's.
A
Not
that's
a
great
idea
and
I
was
thinking
about
that,
but
I
love
what
he
did
in
you
know
how
you
now
have
some
chapters
highlighted
that
we've
done
spotlights
on,
but
I
I
think
we
should
think
about
that
visual
identification
a
little
bit
more
because
right
now
they
really
you
know
kind
of
jump
out
at
you,
and
maybe
we
should
tone
that
down
little
bit
and
allow
for,
like
you,
said,
different
kinds
of
visual
indicators.
So,
instead
of
like
this
big,
you
know
kind
of
like
a
star
symbol
that
it
is
now.
A
Maybe
it's
just
like
a
red
outline
or
something,
and
maybe
there's
a
different
color
outline
for
other
indications.
You
know,
in
other
words,
maybe
figure
out
a
way
to
allow
for
multiple
types
of
visual
indicators
on
that
map.
That
you
know,
don't
necessarily
detract
attention.
Quite
so
much
from
the
other
chapters
right.
E
Yeah,
it's
a
good
first
step,
I.
Think
if
we
look
at
this,
this
tiered
system
that
Bob
came
up
with
with
bronze
silver
and
gold,
yes
or
maybe
even
make
a
cat
purr.
So
the
color
between
gold
and
bronze
is
a
little
bit
lowest,
but
the
idea
of
using
different
colors,
but
maybe
a
modified
star
I
think,
would
be
great
to
look
at
the
the
different
activity
levels
of
the
chapters.
A
big
part
of
it
just
involves
encouraging
jurors
to
be
engaged.
So
you.
H
A
Then
maybe
we
can
think
about
you
know
adding
filtering
to
the
map,
so
you
can
click
a
button
to
say,
show
me
only
the
gold
chapters
or
show
me
only
the
chapters
that
have
had
spotlights
you
know
written
or
something
like
that.
So
you
can
explore
that
more
easily
right,
okay,
moving
on
then
next
topic
is
internationalization.
A
Maria
was
not
able
to
join
us
today,
but
she
called
me
just
a
couple
minutes
before
the
meeting
to
say
that
she
had
added
some
notes
here.
I,
don't
know
if
there's
I,
don't
really
have
a
lot
of
knowledge
about
what's
behind
these,
but
we'll
just
read
the
notes
that
she
put
in
she
says
that
the
Enable
alliance
set
up
a
fund
for
humanitarian
assistance
requested
by
chapters
and
enable
hong
kong
has
requested
masks
relevant
to
our
recent
discussion.
She
also
says
that
recycled
materials
projects
are
underway.
A
Protocols
will
be
posted
at
enable
alliance
site
so
again,
I
don't
really
have
any
additional
insights
on
those.
But
those
are
the
notes
you
could,
and
hopefully
she
can
join
us
to
provide
some
more
info
on
that
soon.
But
aside
from
that,
just
sticking
with
the
internationalization
topic
I
know:
there's
been
some
back-and-forth
by
email,
which
I
really
haven't
been
a
stay
on
top
of
regarding
the
core
12
languages
and
translation
efforts.
Ben,
do
you
have
any
updates
for
us
on
what
we're
doing
in
that
regard?
Currently.
E
The
the
last
emails
that
I
had
with
Sheamus
was
just
double-checking
to
make
sure
that
he's
got
the
there's
a
couple
documents
that
I've
put
together
in
line
with
the
campaign,
but
but
also
just
for
the
chapter
spotlight.
So
it's
the
template
for
the
chapter
spotlights
it'd
be
great
to
have
it
in
different
languages.
We
had
a
theory
from
France
that
sent
a
chapter
spotlight,
but
I
recognize
that
you
know
translating
into
other
languages
anyway.
So
it'd
be
great
because
it's
write
it
in
print.
E
That
way,
he
can
share
it
with
his
community
right
off
the
bat,
and
then
we
can
translate
that
back
to
English.
That's
how,
with
that,
we
can
check
the
services
that
he's
providing
by
having
some
spotlights
translated
like
the
Syrian
chapter
spotlight
and
sending
it
back
to
Ahmad.
He
can
read
it
in
Arabic
and
make
sure
that
it
says
what
what
he
wants
at
the
site.
So
it
was
a
little
bit
of
a
test
of
the
services
that
we'll
be
working
with
and
also
preparing
some
materials
for
the
campaign.
So
that
was
the
initial
step.
E
It
was
the
newsletter
it
was
the
template
for
chapter
spotlight.
It
was
three
chapters
spotlight,
there's
a
test
that
we
could
send
to
Mexico,
yuria
and
Brazil,
that
you
can
check
those
languages
and
also
I
think
just
a
introduction,
email
that
summarizing
a
campaign.
That's
what
was
in
the
build
it.
It's
I
I.
A
Just
created
a
list
here
that
we
can
all
add
to
in
the
notes
document
there
I'm
suggesting
some
of
our
other
standard
documents
or
wiki
pages
that
would
be
good
to
include
so
I
think
we
should
have
our
code
of
conduct
translated
I
think
we
should
have
our
our
wiki
page
about
how
to
get
started
as
a
volunteer
and
and
I
think
there's
several
others
that
I'm
not
thinking
of
right
now.
But,
let's
you
know
anyone
can
help
me
to
add
to
this
list.
Let's
try
to
get
those
added
into
the
queue
for
for
translation.
D
B
B
A
Also
need
to
give
some
thought
to
how
we
are
going
to
organize
this
on
the
hub,
because
currently
the
hub
does
not
allow
us
to
have
multiple
nested
levels
of
wiki
categories,
because
that
would
be
the
ideal
way
to
do
this.
Is
he
have
a
group
for
a
certain
language
and
all
the
wiki
pages
under
that?
But
we
can't
do
that
right
now,
so
we
got
to
think
about
how
do
we
share
these
different
translations
of
wiki
pages
in
a
way
that
doesn't
get
really
cluttered
and
confusing?
B
We
talked
about
it
before
I.
Think
nasbe
does
have
some
brand,
as
well
as
some
small
ideas
about
how
we
can
provide
toggleable
languages
for
a
set
of
multiple
translated
documents
and
I'm
sure,
since
he's
into
it
that
they'll
figure
out
how
to
make
it
visible
on
the
hub.
First
things
to
get
the
documents:
okay,.
E
Guess
just
the
last
thing
is
just
tying
it
into
the
campaign.
I
think
that
it's
a
really
wonderful
opportunity
for
us
to
put
the
crowdfunding
whenever
that
goes
out.
It's
a
great
opportunity
to
reach
out
to
some
of
these
chapters,
especially
ones
that
are
part
of
this
12
for
languages,
so
that
it's
been
a
little
side
initiative
me
and
I.
Think
it
has
it
really
well
with
the
great
work
that
tends
to
doing
on
the
campaign
or
Bob
also
yeah,.
A
And
that's
that's
a
great
lead-in
to
our
next
topic.
So,
let's
go
to
that
which
is
fundraising
and
fund
allocation.
It
looks
like
Maria
put
another
note:
navel
Alliance
contributed
language
for
House,
Appropriations,
Committee,
funding
for
education,
funding
after
Hill
walk
and
moderating
panel
addressing
STEM
education
and
entrepreneurship
at
Nasdaq
DC
office.
So
once
again
we
can
maybe
have
Maria
clarify
that
next
time,
she's
with
us
but
as
always
sounds
like
she's,
very
active
with
the
folks
in
DC
and
and
working
on.
Our
behalf
so
sounds
like
that.
A
That
will
certainly
be
helpful,
but
back
to
the
point
that
Ben
was
making
on
our
crowdfunding
campaign.
We
do
have
Jen
here
so
Jenny
I
know,
you've
been
very
active
in
kind
of
making
updates
in
the
proposal.
I
know
you're
looking
for
me
to
review
some
of
that.
I'm
sorry
I
haven't
yet,
but
I
can
do
so
maybe
later
today,
but
you
want
to
maybe
share
an
update
of
what
you've
been
working
on
and
and
what
our
next
steps
are.
There.
F
F
See
new
page
and
to
make
it
more
user-friendly
as
far
as
getting
people
to
know
what
we
are
asking
for,
but
it's
still
it's
still
confusing
as
far
as
what
the
money
will
be
used
for.
We.
We
have
right
now
that
you
know
we're
asking
for
six
thousand
dollars
and
four
thousand
of
it
is
going
to
our
MD
and
beta
testing
and
then
two
thousand
two
travel
etc
and
that
the
focus
of
the
fun
the
crowdfunding
campaign
was
to
develop
the
NAIOP
or
the
above
elbow
designs
and
then
myoelectric
designs.
F
But
we
have
a
good
three
to
five,
my
electric
arms
out
in
the
community
that
are
actually
being
used
already
and
so
I'm.
Just
and
it's
concerned
that
when
we,
if
we
put
this
out
there
with
us,
saying
that
we
need
this
money
to
develop
those
things
when
they
already
exist
and
they're,
you
know,
we've
got
chapters
who
have
put
in
a
year
or
two
on
this
already.
F
What
happens
when
they're
like
well,
we've
been
developing
this,
and
do
we
get
some
of
this
funding
I
think
we
really
need
to
figure
out
how
to
share
that
this
money
is
gonna,
go
to
its
fund,
where
people
can
propose
to
get
some
of
it.
So
it's
not
looking
like
we're
going
we're
asking
for
specifically
for
a
single
project
to
be
funded.
Yeah.
A
B
I
had
the
sense
that
we've
had
some
project.
I
was
want
to
see
where
we
all
are
originally
Bob
drafted.
The
caring
grant
proposal
and
I
think
his
notion
was
to
support
the
basically
to
take
the
project
that
the
community
has
already
approved
for,
let's
say,
disseminating
and
documenting
the
NAIOP
system
and
use
that
as
the
focus
or
the
current
route,
then
we
started
including
pictures
of
Syria
and
it
became
more
of
an
international
part.
B
It
was
also
a
discussion
of
a
using
this
or
some
other
campaign
to
support
chapters
that
didn't
want
to
write
proposals
and
now,
apparently,
there's
discretion
of
myoelectric
s--
in
there.
Also,
so
I
do
think
that
there's
confusion
about
what
it
is,
we're
doing
and
I
think
the
history
I
just
went
over
explains
why
there's
confusion?
Maybe
we
can
read
converge
and
that'll
help
clarify
it
well,.
A
And
I
I
would
suggest,
and
maybe
I'm
I'm
a
little
bit
out
of
the
loop
here.
I
haven't
kept
up
on
the
email
chains.
Well
and
so
I
don't
want
to.
You
know,
take
us
off
off
of
track
of
what
somebody
might
have
been
trying
to
accomplish
with
this.
But
in
my
mind,
I,
like
the
approach
of
saying
we're,
raising
money
for
the
enable
fund
and
simply
describing
here,
are
some
of
the
wonderful
things
we've
been
able
to
do
in
the
past
with
the
enable
fund.
A
Those
are
the
kinds
of
things
that
this
funding
would
support
and
leave
it
general
like
that.
Don't
make
specific
commitments
about.
This
is
what
this
money
is
going
to
be
for.
Let's,
let
the
community
continue
to
decide
what
that
funding
can
best
be
used
for
so
I
think
we
should
just
give
great
examples
to
let
them
know.
You
know
here's
some
ways.
F
A
F
F
Where
is
this
much
going
to
and
that
much
going
to
there's
like
what
are
you
gonna
do
with
the
first
six
thousand
and
then,
if
you
go
over
the
six
thousand,
what
are
you
gonna
do
with
that
and
Bob
had
had
it
set
to
four
thousand
for
him
Rd
and
two
thousand
four
travel,
and
so
it
it's
really
confusing.
So
it
makes
it
look
like
there's
a
specific
thing
or
a
project
that
we're
funding.
So
if
it's
okay
I
would
just
go
in
and
put
all
six
thousand
as
going
to
the
Annual
Fund.
F
H
H
Other
things
like
that,
so
we
shouldn't
feel
like
it's
so
much
a
finished
thing
anyways,
even
though
there
are
people
out
there
using
it
to
the
point
about
Mohammed
in
Syria
being
seen
with
the
XO,
shoulder
he
proto
D,
we
prototype
the
XO,
shoulder
in
Syria
I,
designed
it
here
and
Ahmad
the
first
one
in
Syria,
I
wasn't
even
physically
attached
to
that
other
than
taking
his
notes
and
adjusting
things
on
my
end.
So
to
that
end,
that's
how
that
showed
up
that
way,
but
that
was
actually
the
prototype
that
wasn't
a
beta
test.
G
F
E
A
Right
we
are,
and
we've
already
demonstrated,
that
the
community
does
a
good
job
in
deciding
how
to
use
those
funds.
We've
we've
recently
decided
on
a
process
that
allows
more
flexibility.
Beyond
the
you
know,
project
proposal
process,
so
that
makes
that
fund
even
more
useful
in
my
mind
now
that
chapters
can
get
other
needs
potentially
fulfilled
outside
of
specific
projects.
So
I
think
our
goal
should
be
just
to
get
as
much
funding
into
that
fund
as
we
can
and
let
that
process
continue
to
work
so.
B
B
D
A
F
Well,
the
problem
that
I
have
is
bob
has
worries
that
changing
the
changing
his
original
proposal
and
wording
too
much
will
make
it
so
that
we
have
to
resubmit
for.
B
A
A
I
also
think
you
can
incorporate
wording
that
will
make
that
less
of
an
issue.
So,
for
example,
if
Bob
is
talking
about
RMD
and
travel
expenses,
you
can
mention
that
the
enable
fund
has
supported
things
like
R&D
and
travel
expenses.
You
know
you
can
include
examples
like
that
without
saying:
that's
what
it's
going
to
be
used
for,
but
if
those
keywords
or
topics
are
still
in
there,
that
might
reduce
risk
of
having
to
resubmit
right.
F
And
I
think
what
I'll
do
is
and
I
can
include
seeing
a
link
like
to
our
chapter
map,
to
show
how
many
chapters
we
have
in
numerous
countries
where
they
have
a
hard
time
getting
materials
and
that
you
know
I
can
even
explain
how
you
know
if
we
donate
something
to
them,
sending
something
free
to
a
person
in
a
country
where
they
have
to
go
and
pay
a
whole
bunch
of
money
to
get.
The
free
thing
makes
it
hard.
So
our
our
fund
would
help
them
just
purchase
stuff
where
they
are.
B
That
sounds
that
sounds
pretty
specific
to
me.
I
think
you
want
to
avoid
getting
down
in
the
weeds.
You
know
the
spirit
that
we're
talking
about
is
clear
and
by
the
way
it
does
suggest
to
me
that
the
video
that
you've
been
asking
for
could
be
as
simple
as
the
enable
map
is
zooming
in
on
Syria,
showing
off
med
and
saying
neither
of
these
things
existed
six
months
ago.
They
all
exist
now,
by
virtue
of
your
support,
help
us
do
more,
something
like
that.
Mm-Hmm.
F
E
Know,
and
maybe
just
as
a
the
Community
development's
a
lot
of
things,
it
would
be
great
to
consider
in
terms
of
getting
chapters
and
volunteers,
to
share
this
the
more
broad
it
is,
the
easier
it's
going
to
be
presumed
to
relate
so
even
the
assyria
components.
I
think
it'd
be
important
also
to
have
a
look
at
some
of
these
other
aspects.
You
know
not
just
you
know:
war
amputations,
but
also
just
limb,
difference
support
if
all
the
chapters
can
share
or
this
and
feel
like
it
represents
them,
I
think
we're
doing
it
right.
Yes,.
B
A
B
F
A
And
I'll
always
try
to
keep
a
sort
of
a
smaller
number
of
relevant
topics
on
the
agenda,
but
everyone
here
and
and
anyone
else
listening,
you're
always
welcome
to
add
topics
the
agenda
just
as
skip
did
today,
just
email
email,
those
to
me
in
advance.
If
you
can
and
I'll
add
those
into
the
agenda
and
that
way,
we
can
continue
to
focus
on
topics
that
are
that
are
relevant
for
any
given
age.
Okay,
so
on
we
go
the
next
topic
here
is
the
enable
conference
enable
Khan,
2020
and
I?
A
Don't
think,
there's
a
whole
lot
to
talk
about
at
this
point,
because
we
did
have
some
discussion
earlier
about
venues
so
that's
been
covered,
we
do
have
bi-weekly
planning
calls
going
now
with
a
small
team
which
I
hope
to
see
grow.
Our
next
call
is
actually
on
Monday.
This
coming
Monday
and
I
would
love
to
have
others
join
us
if
any
of
you
or
anyone
else
who
happens
to
see
this
video
I
know
there's
not
too
many
of
those,
but
if
anyone
wants
to
be
involved,
please
join
us.
A
A
It's
totally
open,
it's
a
public,
visible
space
so
that
anybody
can
see
it
and
I
would
ask
that
we
all
try
to
kind
of
use
that
space
as
a
way
of
collaborating
in
between
these
calls,
because
we
will
never
get
everything
done
if
we
just
start
doing
our
work
on
these
bi-weekly
calls.
So
please
use
that
space
on
the
hub
to
pose
ideas,
give
updates
on
what
you're
doing,
etc,
etc.
John,
if
you
get
something.
B
In
particular,
put
a
hand
on
your
shoulder:
if
you
can
get
us,
I
know
it's
Friday
and
that
that
meeting
is
Monday.
But
if
you
can
get
us
some
preliminary
information
about
venues-
and
perhaps
you
know
if
someone
maybe
we
maybe
Deloitte-
is
going
to
be
taking
the
lead
on
how
to
virtualize
conferences
in
the
era
of
the
pandemic.
It's
right
if.
B
C
C
A
That'll
allow
us
to
go
ahead
and
start
drafting
a
budget
for
this
conference,
which
of
course
will
be
a
work
in
progress,
but
it'll
at
least
give
us
a
good
baseline,
and
let's
start
on
that,
so
hopefully
we
can
make
some
forward
progress
on
both
of
those
fronts,
the
venue
and
the
budget.
So
that's
the
enable
con
update
next
up.
We
have
the
hub
hosting
and
import
project.
So
Ben,
do
you
want
to
talk
us
through
this.
E
Sure
let
me
pop
it
open,
really
quick
that
the
summary
is
that
we've
got
all
the
content
from
not
just
with
the
factory,
but
also
the
Google
Plus.
It
goes
back,
I
think
it
was,
but
seventy
years
John,
six
or
seven
years,
it's
a
lot
of
content
to
bring
all
that
together.
Put
it
on
an
azure
is
one
step,
and
it
opens
up
this.
This
whole
opportunity
that
John's
been
working
on
of
how
to
mine
all
this
information.
E
So
he's
created
this
whole
dashboard
of
how
to
access
it,
but
it
does
involve
for
us
to
have
these
features.
One
of
the
tree,
staffs
is
to
move
our
servers
right
now.
Home
Hub
is
supported
by
hub
servers,
so
we'd
be
moving
the
home
hub
space.
If
we
have
to
a
sure
which
is
where
the
enable
of
central
is
hosted,
it
involves
basically
shutting
down
the
hub
for
a
period
of
time.
A
Want
to
make
one
note,
while
he's
looking
that
up
that
you
know
I
I,
don't
want
to
give
everyone
the
impression
that
Ezzor
is
unlimited,
free
resource
for
us.
We
have
been
given
an
allocation
of
$3,500
a
year
on
Azure
across
you
know
all
the
services
that
we're
using
and
I
looked
recently
at
our
usage
and
between
having
enable
at
central
being
migrated
over
to
there
and
the
hub
and
then
having
to
turn
on
a
backup
service,
which
you
know
has
an
additional
cost.
A
We
are
already
rapidly
approaching
that
that
budget,
and
so
there
is
a
possibility
that
moving
forward,
we
will
need
to
have
some
supplemental
support
from
the
enable
fund
to
help
cover
additional
costs
for
Azure,
but
it
should
be.
You
know
that
the
bulk
of
it
will
be
covered
by
the
nonprofit
program,
but
but
we
might
need
some
additional
support,
but
whatever
that
is,
it's
certainly
going
to
be
less
than
what
we're
spending
right
now,
I've
been
covering
those
costs,
but
still
I'd
like
to
get
out
from
under
that
right.
A
E
You
it
should
also
increase
the
speed
of
the
hub
and
it'll
open
up
some
opportunities
for
development,
so
yeah
I,
guess
the
big
next
step
is.
If
everybody
wants
to
open
up
the
document,
I
see
John's
on
it.
The
link
is
in
the
notes.
The
big
next
step
is
to
just
get
the
approval
here
from
SBC
to
move
cohort
and
and
put
it
on
the
schedule
of
when
we
want
to
do
this,
maybe
a
week
ahead
of
time.
A
It's
it
should
be
pretty
transparent
to
people
on
the
hub.
The
one
thing
I'm
curious
about
is
we
had
some
discussion
about
the
fact
that,
when
we
move
to
a
Shore
we're
going
to
lose
the
enterprise
futures
that
we're
currently
getting
access
to
on
the
hub
and
the
only
key
feature,
that's
really
relevant
is
the
ability
to
have
different
categories
of
spaces.
So
right
now
we
have,
you,
know
official,
enable
spaces
and
project
spaces
etc.
A
Those
would
go
away,
and
so
we
talked
about
the
need
to
have
some
other
way
of
of
kind
of
organizing
those,
because
right
when
we
make
this
switch
it
you
know
when
you
go
to
the
directory,
where
it
lists
all
the
spate.
It's
just
gonna
be
one
big
collection
of
space
is
all
kind
of
mixed
together
and
it
might
get
a
little
bit
confusing.
So
I
just
want
to
revisit
that
and
see.
A
E
B
Think
that's
a
great
point,
but
frankly
I
don't
think
there
I'm
not
worried
any
other
showstoppers
I
move
that
SPC
say
then
you
and
Maz
be
really
seem
to
have
this
under
control.
Go
forward
check
with
Jeremy
about
the
enterprise
category
situation
propose
an
actual
timetable.
Let
Jeremy
make
sure
that
you
know
the
transition
happens
at
a
time
when
you
can
keep
an
eye
on
enable
web
central
and
make
it
so
I.
Think
that's
where
we're
at
is
am
I
right
sounds.
E
Great
yeah
Matthew
has
done
a
lot
of
testing
already
I
put
some
some
of
his
notes
in
the
document,
so
it
is
something
that
he's
already
been
testing
on
the
development
server
and
it
really
seems
like
it's
gonna,
be
pretty
straightforward
and
open
up
or
John's
new
dashboard
John.
You
want
to
mention
that
it
all
its.
B
A
That
the
this
macro
dummy
link.
B
D
B
C
B
A
A
E
A
Possibly
in
all
honesty,
I'm
trying
to
be
a
little
bit
protective
of
him,
I
don't
want
to
have
a
lot
of
different
people
going
at
him.
He's
got
very
limited
availability
and
he's
he's
already
leading
a
very
successful
development
team
for
enable
web
central
I
want
that
to
be
as
Marie
focus.
So
if
I
could
kind
of
be
the
the
conduit
to
him
at
least
for
now,
I
think
that
might
be
beneficial.
A
We
have
a
new
volunteer,
developer,
she's
based
in
Texas,
and
she
just
joined
the
team
recently,
and
so
now
we
have
this
small,
but
growing
team
of
volunteer
developers
being
led
by
by
and
so
I'm
just
really
happy
to
see
how
that's
coming
together.
So
I
he's.
Definitely
a
resource
that
can
help
us
with
anything
that
we
need
as
you're
related,
but
I
do
want
to
try
to.
You
know
be
a
little
bit
protective
of
how
we
feed
those
things
doing
that.
C
A
Don't
yeah
I'd,
say
I'd
say
we
have
another
somewhere
in
the
neighborhood
of
three
to
four
weeks
to
complete
our
migration
to
Azure.
There's
a
number
of
changes
we
have
to
make
in
the
code
to
support
that,
but
that's
coming
along
nicely,
we've
already
actually
partially
somewhat.
Some
of
the
functionality
behind
the
scenes
has
already
been
redirected
to
a
door.
So
it's
we're
doing
it
kind
of
as
a
piecemeal
migration
and
that's
going
well
and
so
I'd
say
about
a
month
out.
A
A
E
E
D
B
A
Oh
I
I
did
I
did
review
those
detailed
recommendations.
I
think
they're,
great
I
do
need
to
still
array
time
to
go
through
that
with
Jen,
but
I
didn't
see
anything
new.
You
know
it
was
the
same
kind
of
recommendations
that
they've
given
us
before.
There's
just
a
lot
more
good
detail
in
there
now
they'll
make
it
easier
for
us
to
implement
so,
oh
and
I
will
go
through
that
with
Jen
I,
don't
think,
there's
any
I,
don't
think.
A
There's
gonna
be
any
question
about
most
of
the
kind
of
functional
changes
of
simplifying
the
front
page
and
organizing.
You
know
the
way
that
looks,
and
you
know
the
layout
of
some
of
the
pages
I
think
there's
a
lot
of
great
recommendations
in
there.
The
one
area
that
Jen
and
I
think
are
going
to
have
to
have
some
ongoing
dialogue
about
is
the
suggestions
related
to
aligning
color
schemes.
A
C
A
A
B
F
I
was
just
agreeing
I
would
love
to
see
that
the
formatting
like
that,
so
it's
cuz,
I'm
I'm
at
the
mercy
of
Jeremy,
knowing
how
to
do
coding.
So.
A
B
Right
so
what
I've
heard
it
sounds
to
me
like
if
Jen
and
Jaron,
and
simply
enumerate
the
things
that
they
consider
to
be
good
to
go.
Yeah
in
a
document
include
in
that
document.
Information
about
how
Ed's
mysterious
resources
can
actually
go
and
do
them
they
will
get
done.
It's
really
just
a
matter
of
saying.
Yes,
we're
ready
do
this.
Do
this?
Do
this?
Do
this,
here's
the
key
to
the
to
the
room,
go
for
it,
which
is
great
yeah.
C
A
B
Yes,
you
might
consider
making
asking
I'm
not
sure
where
this
is
creating
a
clone
of
enabling
the
future
mm-hm
giving
Ed's
people
access
to
the
clone.
So
they
can
potentially
do
things
without
you're
looking
over
their
shoulder
and
it's
a
break
things.
It
doesn't
kill
it
and
when
it's
done
to
urine
Jim
satisfaction,
then
you're
involved
in
flipping
the
switch
yep.
A
Understood
when
you
look
into
that
I
the
platform
that
I
use
for
hosting
my
wordpress
site
for
the
3d
universe,
blog
actually
allows
for
that
very
easily.
I
can
clone
sites
and
set
up
sandbox
sites,
and
all
that
so
I
might
look
at.
You
know
migrating
enable
in
the
future
onto
that
platform,
and
that
would
also
maybe
help
to
eliminate
some
of
the
hosting
cost.
That
Jen
has
right
now.
I'll
talk
to
Jen
about
that
and
see,
if
that's
an
option
for
us,
yeah.
A
D
A
D
A
Agree
completely,
we
had
some
discussion
about
that
in
our
last
SPC
meetings
in
relation
to
the
the
next
topic
up
here,
which
is
the
enable
2020
initiatives
and
volunteering
needs,
and
we
talked
about
exactly
that
that
if
we
had
a
better
clarification
of
our
strategic
goals-
and
you
know
what
we're
trying
to
accomplish
for
2020-
that
those
those
volunteering
needs
that
we're
asking
for
help
with
would
have
more
context,
they
would
fit
into.
You
know
here's
what
we're
asking
for
help
with
and
here's.
Why?
A
Because
we're
trying
to
accomplish
this,
and
this
in
this
so
I'm,
definitely
in
favor
of
laying
out
a
clear
set
of
goals.
I,
just
don't
think
that
we've
really
I
don't
know
that
we
have
anyone,
who's
been
kind
of
ready
or
willing
to
step
up
and
take
the
lead
on
that
and
I'm,
not
sure
that
I
have
the
bandwidth
to
right
now.
So,
if
anybody
here
Everton
would
would
like
to
take
a
lead
on
laying
out
some
goals
and
proposing
those
for
discussion,
I
think
that
would
be
really
helpful.
C
C
A
E
Was
just
gonna
mention
that
Ahmed
sent
an
email
I
think
about
a
week
ago
talking
about
a
five-year
plan
and
he
shared
some
ideas
that
seem
like
they
made
a
lot
of
sense.
So
I
can
take
his
notes
from
that
email
before
it
gets
buried
and
maybe
just
add
it
as
a
comment
to
the
2020
document
or
notes
at
the
bottom
and
and
we
can
discuss
that
if.
A
D
A
D
D
Design
yeah
yeah
cool.
