C
A
A
A
Next
one
is
for
me
to
coordinate
a
follow-up
meeting
with
all
of
the
folks
interested
in
development.
We
did
have
a
brief
follow-up
meeting
with
Everton
and
his
team,
but
we
had
to
reschedule
because
a
couple
of
folks
got
caught
up
with
with
sort
of
a
development
crisis,
so
we're
going
to
be
rescheduling
that
meeting
for
a
later
time
and
and
then
we'll
we'll
get
this
larger
meeting
with
all
parties.
You
know
after
that,
so
this
is
kind
of
an
ongoing
process
of
discussion,
but
we
are
making
forward
progress,
sort
of
bringing
that.
C
A
And
the
last
one
was
for
me
to
look
into
nested
categories
within
wiki's
on
the
enable
hub,
I
did
send
a
message
off
to
the
support
team
waiting
to
hear
back
so
last
I
heard
it's
just.
It
is
on
the
roadmap
planned
for
their
next
major
release.
I,
don't
know
if
they
have
a
timeline
for
that.
Yet
so
let
you
know
if
I
get
an
update
there?
Okay,
so
we
are
not
going
to
have
an
SPC
meeting
next
week,
because
here
in
the
States
we
have
a
holiday.
A
So
a
lot
of
people
are
going
to
be
off
doing
family
stuff,
so
we're
skipping
next
week.
But
when
we
come
back
on
December
6th,
we're
going
to
have
a
presentation
from
Nate
Munroe,
giving
us
an
update
on
all
the
exciting
work,
they've
done
on
the
NAIOP
collection
of
devices,
so
that
will
be
on
December
6th
when
we
regroup,
ok,
introductions,
I
think
today
is
the
first
day
that
Rodrigo
is
joining
us
on
a
welcome
Rodrigo
to
our
meetings
here
and
Rodrigo
I.
You
know
we
do
record
these
meetings
and
share
them.
B
B
Mainly
collaborating
with
the
Trading
Post
Arica
Americans
and
we're
delivering
prosthetics
right
now,
we're
doing
typical
export
to
China
and
as
an
update
next
week.
Chad
will
be
coming
here
for
Thanksgiving
and
we
are
planning
to
give
a
small
workshop
next
Friday,
mainly
on
3d
scanning
and
3d
printing
experiments
suggested
before
we're
planning
to
also
recorded
to
make
that
available
for
the
Union
community.
Wonderful.
B
A
D
A
A
Okay,
then
we'll
move
on
get
into
our
individual
updates.
Oh
I'm,
sorry,
we
have
some
metrics,
so
we're
reviewing
key
metrics
each
week
now
and
I
added
in
and
the
latest
to
the
notes
here.
So
we
have
this.
Last
week
we
had
31
new
registrations
on
the
hub,
which
brings
us
to
559
members,
so
we're
seeing
great
activity
there.
Currently
we
only
have
19
people
assigned
the
role
of
chapter
leaders.
I
know
we
have
a
lot
more
than
that.
A
I
think
we
just
need
to
do
a
better
job
of
making
those
chapter
leaders
aware
of
the
fact
that
they
need
to
kind
of.
Let
us
know
so
that
we
can
assign
them
that
role
and
invite
them
into
the
chapter
leaders
space
so
I'm,
guessing
that
that's,
at
least
in
part,
just
kind
of
a
communications
issue.
I
suspect
we
have
significantly
more
than
19
chapter
leaders
in
there.
F
A
F
A
It's
not
a
bad
point,
we
can
add
in
some
instructions
because
they
need
to
kind
of
send
me
a
private
message
or
a
post
or
something
to.
Let
me
know
that
they
are
a
chapter
leader
and
then
I
have
to
go
in
and
add
them
to
that
role
and
then
add
them
into
the
space.
So
it's
it's
kind
of
a
manual
process
and
they
just
need
to
so
yeah.
Let
me
let
me
think
about
how
we
can
add
that
in
there
well.
A
Okay
sounds
good
yeah
I
haven't
gotten
to
that
yet,
but
I
will
I'll
try
to
do
that
soon,
so
we
have
562
volunteers
and
that
those
numbers
are
a
little
bit
at
odds
just
because
559
is
the
number
of
people
in
the
enable
forum
space.
So
apparently
we
have
a
couple
of
extra
people
who
I
don't
know
somehow
remove
themselves
from
the
forum,
but
about
560
members
in
the
hub
is
the
bottom
line,
with
only
one
people,
one
person
identified
as
a
recipient.
A
So
far,
average
session
duration
in
the
hub
is
3
minutes
10
seconds,
that's
down
a
little
bit
from
last
week,
but
you
know
it
fluctuates
over
time
in
a
Beloit
central,
not
a
lot
of
change
there
right
now.
Just
because,
as
we
know,
we
have
a
severe
shortage
of
cases,
only
7
available
right
now
that
still
need
volunteers,
that
we
do
still
have
119
cases
that
are
actively
being
worked
on.
A
I
am
working
with
Dean
Rock
I'm
in
the
I've
dean
has
about
I,
don't
I
think
it
was
about
18
cases
or
so
that
he's
working
on
for
the
Dominican
Republic
I
have
taken.
All
of
that
case,
data
and
I've
filled
in
our
import,
spreadsheet,
free
naval,
web
central
and
I
just
need
to
arrange
a
follow-up
meeting
with
Dean's
so
that
we
can
import
those
cases
in
to
enable
web
Central
and
get
the
proper
volunteers
assigned
to
them.
So
we
do
have
new
cases
coming
in
I'm.
Quite
a
number
of
those
are
still
available.
A
A
A
That's
that's
pretty
consistent
and
those
are
our
stats,
we'll
continue
to
kind
of
update
and
maybe
add
some
new
stats
to
these
metrics
as
as
we
go
forward,
but
that's
where
we're
at
this
week
so
moving
on
to
our
individual
updates
Ben
is
up
first,
let's
just
a
reminder:
let's
all
try
to
keep
our
updates
as
close
to
five
minutes
as
possible.
Just
so,
we
have
some
time
for
our
regular
agenda.
So
then
you're
up
first
so.
D
D
One
is
to
campaign
notes
that
it's
basically
initiatives
that
we
can
take
with
not
just
donations,
but
also
with
chapters
and
with
individuals
within
the
hub,
as
a
link
off
of
that
there's,
a
draft
for
a
season
of
giving
campaign
email
blasts
to
that
we
can
send
out
if,
if
Bob,
if
you
can
take
a
look
at
that,
it'd
be
great.
To
get
to
your
feedbacks.
I
know:
you've
been
working
on
sort
of
our
corporate
relations
with.
F
F
D
So
the
monkey
summaries
are
still.
This
is
second
on
keeping
up
those
ESPC
notes
they're
getting
longer
than
the
first
month.
I
do
my
best
to
try
to
keep
them
short
and
sweet,
but
any
feedback
on
that
would
be
great.
It's
been
some
hump
hub
issues
with
the
forum
that
I've
noticed
so
I'd
like
to
put
that
on
everybody's
radar.
A
D
Yeah
and
I
sent
them
an
example,
and
we've
been
back
and
forth
a
couple
of
times
so
I
met
with
site
this
week,
which
is
really
great
and
did
it
interviews.
So
that
was
something
I
recorded
and
did
two
sort
of
visual
notes
on
so
I'll
show
that
in
the
hub,
it's
just
a
good
example
of
a
role
model
within
the
community
and
she's
doing
some
really
great
stuff
with
civic
tech.
So
I'll
add
that
and
then
last
but
not
least,
I
did
try
out
base
and
the
recommendations
of
everybody.
D
Summary
and
I'll
put
a
link
in
here
from
last
week's,
was
pretty
simple
but
I'm,
trying
to
think
of
a
way
that
we
can
keep
it
simple
enough
to
eventually
be
automated
and
not
manual,
so
take
a
peek
of
what
we
did
last
week
and
then
any
feedback
on
that
would
be
great.
That's
all
I
got
for
today
very.
D
F
Real
quickly
we're
up
to
date
on
the
help
desk
and
badging,
everything
normally
gets
answered
in
well
under
24
hours,
most
times
four
to
five
hours.
It
was
going
well
they're
still
facilitating
enable
web
central.
Despite
the
low
number
of
cases,
there
are
still
a
lot
of
cases
that
are
moving
slowly
and
I'm
thinking.
There
are
five
right
now
that
I'm
an
active
off
ewc
email
discussions
where
people
trying
to.
A
F
A
Either
one
is
okay,
it's
such
a
question
of
number
one.
Whatever
we
think
is
going
to
be
most
effective.
Number
two
is:
if
we
have
them
just
reply
to
the
email,
you
won't
get.
Those
the
the
newsletter
reply
to
address
is
gonna,
come
to
me
and
then
I
think
and
maybe
John,
and
that
might
I
don't
know
we'd
have
to
forward
them
to
you.
So
if
you
think
it
would
be
okay
to
do
a
short
form
that
might
be
better
because
then
you
can
just
go
straight
to
the
response.
Spreadsheet.
F
A
B
A
B
A
F
Son
real
quickly,
personally,
very
busy,
fabricating
and
Athan
hands.
You
can
slide
more
and
I
I
just
about
finished
the
first
of
the
two
for
Dean
Rock,
the
fourth
finger
gripper,
and
by
the
way
you
you're,
Pesci,
Prince,
very
well
Jeremy
great
thanks,
which
works
very
well
and
I.
Think
that's
about
it.
For
the
week.
Okay,.
B
G
Hi
guys
so
so
yeah
yesterday,
yesterday
the
end
of
the
end
of
last
week,
I
heard
the
prototype
onto
the
onto
the
hub
so
that
we
could
people
to
have
a
look
at
the
prototype
dance.
Now
back
so
Dan
came
back
yes
and
he.
So
what
he's
going
to
do
is
he's
going
to
add
some
of
the
kind
of
narratives
behind
the
design
decisions
on
the
prototype.
G
Firstly,
the
recipient
journey
and
then
also
the
and
then
we're
gonna,
then
add
the
I'm
gonna
have
to
make
a
journey
and
are
thinking
then,
is
the
way
we'd
like
to
get
to
is
that
we
then
use
that
journey
to
them.
When
we're
looking
at
kind
of
improvement,
we
then
would
say
we'd
kind
of
pick,
a
point
on
the
journey
and
then
create
on
the
hub,
which
maybe,
which
has
you
know
the
type
of
improvements,
we're
looking
to
make
kind
of
like
a
loomio
proposal,
but
I
think
just.
A
All
right
doesn't
look
like
we're
getting
that
back
right
away,
so
we'd,
better
I,
guess
move
on
until
his
connection
is
restored.
A
Okay,
well,
let's
see
in
terms
of
my
update,
I,
don't
have
a
lot
to
report
today,
just
the
usual
stuff
working
on
the
hub.
I
will
point
out
that
I've
been
I
started
a
kind
of
an
initiative
where
we
have
these
hand.
Athan
events
coming
up,
I
had
one
plan
for
January,
but
then
another
one
popped
up
where
a
local
school
wants
to
do
an
event
coming
up
real
soon.
A
December
10th-
and
this
is
in
partnership
with
bit
space
a
makerspace
here
that
we
partner
with-
and
they
want
us
to,
come
in
and
give
two
presentations
in
the
morning
in
some
assemblies
and
then
do
workshops
with
ten
classrooms
throughout
the
day.
So
I
figured
out
gosh.
That
means
we'd,
need
you
know,
figure
five
kits
per
or
five
hand
kits
per
classroom.
So
we
need
about
50
kids
by
December
10th,
which
seems
almost
undoable,
but
I
put
a
call
out
to
volunteers.
A
I
set
up
a
spreadsheet
and
we
actually,
within
less
than
a
day,
already
got
commitments
for
those
50
kits.
So
if
people
are
able
to
get
their
printing
done
in
time
and
if
they're
able
to
get
those
to
me
quickly
enough,
we
will
hit
our
goal.
I
think
will
at
least
have
enough,
even
if
we
end
up
having
to
do
maybe
fewer
per
class
I
think
we're
gonna
be
able
to
pull
it
off,
but
I.
Just
I
was
so
thrilled
with
the
response
that
we
got
from
the
community.
A
The
volunteers
have
just
been
fantastic
that
really
really
jumped
in
and
and
had
been,
very
generous
and
helping
out
with
this.
So
there
is
a
post
on
the
hub,
I've
pinned
it
temporarily.
I
hope
nobody
minds
I'll
undo
that
shortly,
but
I
wanted
to
keep
some
attention
on
it
for
now,
since
there
is
a
time
crunch
on
this,
but
we've
gotten
a
really
great
response.
So
far.
A
A
And
that
one
is
a
much
smaller
event
that
one's
just
gonna
be
a
single
group.
So
if
I
have
you
know,
half
a
dozen
kids
for
that
I'll
be
okay,
so
I,
don't
think
that'll
be
any
problem,
yeah,
excellent
and
then
I'm.
You
know
I'm
planning
to
do
these
kind
of
events
on
an
ongoing
basis,
especially
now
that
I
have
this
partnership
with
bits
base
who's
plugged
into
a
lot
of
schools
locally
here
and
so
I
figure
I'm
just
gonna
keep
this
program
going.
I'm
it'll
give
an
opportunity
for
volunteers.
A
If
there
are
not
cases
available,
they
can
print
parts.
Send
them
me
and
I
will
either
use
them
for
events.
I'm
doing
or
I'll
have
a
surplus
of
these
kits
so
that
if
other
people
want
to
do
an
event,
you
know
put
on
a
hand.
Athon
I
could
send
a
bunch
of
these
hand,
part
kits
off
to
them
to
facilitate
those
events.
A
So
I'm
just
kind
of
using
this
as
a
sort
of
a
collection
point
for
these
unassembled
hand
kits
and
then
once
they've
been
assembled
in
these
handle
thongs
I
want
to
make
sure
that
they
actually
go
to
good
use
and
get
delivered
and
that
I
can
report
back
to
these
volunteers
on
where
they
went
and
how
they
were
used.
So
I'll
see
if
maybe
I
can
work
with
Marie
and
her
team
on
that
or
other
chapters
that
have
needs
and
can
use
hands.
A
A
A
We
are
doing
the
Unlimited
Phoenix
hands,
so
they
have
the
mesh
palm
included.
I'm
gonna
be
doing
the
thermo
forming
in
advance
of
the
event,
so
I'll
have
I've
shifted
from
calling
it
the
gauntlet
to
the
arm
guard.
So
the
arm
guard,
I'm,
thermo,
forming
and
I
also
thermo
form
the
palm
mesh
so
that
it
kind
of
bulges
out
a
little
bit
as
we
recommend
so
I'm
doing
that
thermo
forming
ahead
of
the
events.
Cuz,
that's
you
know.
Usually
these
events
are
with
kids
and
we
don't
want
them
working
with.
A
C
C
A
Agreed
yeah
great
I
will
be
sharing
the
customized
design
that
we
had
developed
for
my
recipient
here,
so
kind
of
an
enlarged
palm
Anatomy,
with
a
sort
of
a
residual
thumb
stump.
If
you
will,
I
will
be
showing
that
design
I'm
just
actually
just
this
week
printed
the
final
version
or
the
latest
version
I
should
say
with
some
adjustments.
I'm
gonna
see
how
that
goes
together
and
if
everything
works
out
well,
I
will
be
sharing
that
design.
A
At
a
you
know,
rescaled
kind
of
a
back
down
100%
scale
and
I'll
always
share
that
to
the
community
and
I.
Think
that
will
be
helpful
for
a
number
of
cases.
Bob
I
know
has
run
into
several
cases
that
could
use
something
like
that
and
and
I
agree
with
you,
John
I
think
it
would
great
to
work
more
of
this
into
the
process
where
we
encourage
these
customizations
and
then
re
sharing
them
and
and
incorporating
that
back
into
the
process.
So
I.
A
F
Sorry
I
wonder
if
I
could
just
mention
something
from
my
report:
I
forgot
but
file
this
under
interesting
situations.
Some
of
you
may
know
John
Lander,
now,
hi,
John
I
think
you
do
right.
Well,
John
and
I
have
never
met,
but
we're
gonna
meet
for
lunch
on
Sunday
John
lives,
six
miles
for
me
here
in
Rhode,
Island
and
John.
F
It
doesn't
appear
much.
You
know
in
the
SPC
meetings
or
or
online,
sometimes
he's
some
posts,
but
John
is
very
active
and
very
capable
he
has.
He
has
developed
wings
with
gamma
on
his
own
and
he
has
supplied
24
car
alarms
to
government
Wow.
Well,
it
just
so
happens
that
our
local
Presbyterian
Church,
the
the
youth
director,
is
an
african-american
gentleman
who
has
a
foundation
that
helps
children
in
Ghana,
so
I've
arranged
a
lunch
for
Sunday
to
see
what
they
can
do
with
the
youth
group
is
making
a
trip
next
year
and
there's
some
hope.
F
B
C
A
C
C
With
been
repeatedly
pounding
me
on
the
head
about
it,
I'm,
beginning
to
realize
that
it
is
in
principle,
possible
for
us
to
pull
data
together
from
lots
of
sources
so
that
we
don't
get
snapshots
into
individual
silos,
but
we
actually
get
a
unified
dashboard
which
won't
be
complete
or
comprehensive
mobile.
It
would
still
be
a
good
thing,
so
I'm
working
on
that
in
that
same
vein,
Jeremy
I
would
love
it.
If
you
and
you
to
Bob
in.
C
Had
a
spreadsheet,
where
each
week's
statistics
which
you
are
currently
pasting
into
the
meeting
notes,
was
a
row
or
a
couple
of
columns
from
a
spreadsheet
so
that
the
spreadsheet
could
be
used
for
cumulative
trend
data
without
having
to
recompile
it.
It
seems
to
be
punching.
The
numbers
into
a
spreadsheet
will
be
no
harder
than
punching
them
into
the
document,
but
it
would
be
stepped
toward
something
that
could
then
be
programmatically
extracted
and
made
you
so
I'll.
F
C
Posts
and
all
that
agafia
statistics
from
enabling
the
future
the
Facebook
page
enables
all
age
I
could
get
that
information
about
Facebook
groups
for
all
of
the
chapters
I'm
getting
it
for
all
of
the
hub
spaces
and
I'm
trying
to
think
about
how
that
can
be
well
organized,
both
as
a
navigation
tool
to
the
larger
ecology
and
as
a
way
of
tracking.
Then.
A
C
C
Well,
Ben
and
I
have
been
playing
around
with
an
idea
for
video
conferencing
for
the
hub.
There
is
a
page
in
the
hub
which
I
rarely
find
but
exists
and
says
this
many
people
are
online
and
the
number
is
usually
around
20,
so
there
are
20
people
allegedly
live
and
in
the
space
at
a
given
moment,
and
wouldn't
it
be
nice
if
you
could
see
who
they
are
and
be
able
to.
C
You
know,
say
hello
and
chat
with
them
that
we
evaluated
a
fancy
system
that
has
lots
of
spaces
which
I
thought
would
map
nicely
onto
the
hub
spaces,
but
I
don't
think
it's
gonna
work
for
us.
What
one
wants
I
think
is
just
an
old
wrong
that
anyone
can
say
to
be.
Welcome
there
and
Jeremy
that
a
the
kind
of
zoom
account
we
have.
We
can
have
a
name
space
that
I
can
just
walk
into.
C
C
C
Oh
we
applied
for
and
have
been
accepted
for
a
program
at
IBM
in
Vermont
New
York,
an
hour
north
of
the
city,
insights
for
impact
described
the
mining
process
that
Grisha
and
I
piloted
is
summer
and
suggested
that,
with
somewhat
emission,
we
could
use
all
of
the
Facebook
posts
and
pictures
and
other
such
postings
from
around
the
world.
To
begin
to
come
up
with
a
minute.
C
Mister
met
identifiable
individuals,
who've
received
identifiable
devices.
How
am
I
suspect,
the
conversation
will
drift
into
our
larger
problem
of
measuring
or
impact,
but
that
is
going
a
descent
or
tenth
in
our
mock.
Your
current
plan
is
for
barb.
Reader
is
not
far
from
there
and
in
Rubin
who's
also
done
some
work
with
IBM
technology
and
Rita
with
Rodrigo.
C
It
go,
but
you
want
it
down
with
John
Lander,
no
I
think
that
would
be
wonderful.
I,
haven't
met
have
been
perfect,
but
he's
a
great
guy
and
if
you're
you're
coming
down
anyway,
we
should
do
that.
That
meeting
starts
at
9:00
a.m.
in
Armonk
guessing
Bob
that
you
would
drive
down
early
in
the
morning,
but
when
and
I
will
be
staying
sorry.
C
C
Oh
well,
that's
a
good,
that's
a
good
point
that
might
change
a
lot.
Well,
Maria!
You
would
be
welcome
also
as
an
East
Coaster.
If
you
might
be
available
and
might
be
interested
I
was,
and
you
back
I
think
that's
it
for
me,
oh
cool,
oh
one,
more
on
Wednesday!
Next
week,
the
day
before
Thanksgiving
I
will
be
visiting
Comcast's
headquarters
in
Philadelphia.
B
C
F
E
Hi,
sorry
and
I
am
going
to
be
really
quick
because
we're
going
back
I
can
this
act.
E
It
was
also
the
launching
point
for
some
of
the
discussions
that
we
had
in
Boston
with
and
like
Keaney
and
with
the
Navy
hacking
group,
so
we're
working
out
the
arrangements
for
a
hackathon
floor
and
evil
and,
of
course,
Mubarak
our
chapters
for
about
Martin,
Luther,
King
Day,
and
to
open
that
up
also
with
us
some
challenges
that
would
be
good
for
the
weekend
and
then
good
for
a
longer
period.
The
there
was
a
lot
of
support.
E
We
were
participating
yesterday
in
Germany,
where
hours
of
reality
I'm
just
working
yesterday
in
the
24
hours
in
reality,
and
so
we
are
able
to
include
several
of
the
work
groups.
Even
Nate
Monroe
was
able
to
join
us
I'm
riding
my
bike,
the
assumed
we
were
sharing
the
stage
with
enable
Egypt
and
they
were
fantastic.
They
ironically
enough.
The
video
list
up
that
I
had
overlap,
but
there's
two,
so
we
were
remember
to
the
same
page.
E
C
E
E
E
Citizen
scientists
eat
as
part
of
sourcing
the
materials
using
things
that
are
commonly
available.
We
tried
three
different
kinds
of
dental
class
to
see
if
that
would
be
an
option
for
static,
cording
and
and
also
for
the
cord
hair.
So
we
can
not
get
more
feedback
on
that
and
I
need
to
go
into
session
now.
I'm,
really,
sorry
guys,
I
put
some
things
in
the
notes.
Let
me
just
show
you
some
things
here,
really
quick,
because
I
think
that
some
of
this
language
is
important.
I,
just
really
want
to
remind
everyone
to.
E
E
F
B
G
Saw
me
coming
out,
so
that
was
something
to
clean
out
discussions
that
we've
been
having
on
the
journey
and
yeah
and
then
and
then
you
really
encouraged.
It
was
around
streamlining
stuff
so
that
ewc
so
streamlining
with
kind
of
the
logins
one
of
the
things.
Because
of
things
we
wondered
on
that
subject
and
based
on
a
workshop.
G
We
have
is
whether
that
would
be
after
whether
the
hub
login
details
could
be
used
to
automatically
log
into
ewc,
because
so
that
yeah
beyond,
so
that
we
use
the
essentially
the
hub
authentication
as
the
authentication
for
AWC,
because
that
would
mean
that
they
were
down
to
just
you
know
you
could
use
Google's
to
log
into
and
Badger,
and
then
that
would
be
you.
You
you'd
only
be
doing
two
living
rather
than
three,
which
would
be
well.
G
A
Do
both
support
Google
authentication,
so
you
can
walk
but
I,
don't
know
if
there's
the
ability
to
automatically
pass
those
credentials
through.
That
would
be
a
matter
of
exchanging
certain
keys
between
the
applications
in
a
way
that
I'm,
not
sure,
is
supported,
but
we
do
at
least
have
Google
authentication
support
for
both
of
them.
G
G
G
B
A
G
G
G
G
A
We're
getting
we're
getting
very
choppy
intermittent
audio
from
you,
but
if
you
have
a
chance,
maybe
to
put
in
some
notes
to
the
notes
document
later,
that
would
be
great.
It
sounds
like
you're
saying
that
you
have
somebody
with
a
manufacturing
background
involved
in
the
production
of
devices
with
you
now,
which,
which
sounds
like
a
great
thing.
Yeah.
G
B
C
Let
me
just
say:
since
Jeremy
and
Edie
are
here:
we
three
have
all
been
in
touch
with
the
people
from
MIT
and
I
have
high
hopes
for
their
device,
but
I
feel
like
we're
just
sort
of
keep
on
circling
the
airport
and
getting
something
going
and
if
you
have
occasion
to
cross
paths
with
them
or
Jeremy,
you
have
an
update
on
that
for
a
future
meeting.
I
think
it'd
be
worthwhile.
That's
a
really
ripe
opportunity.
A
G
A
A
D
Just
wanted
to
sort
of
introduce
this.
This
document
I
did
share
it
with
I
got
feedback
from
Bob
and
John
about
it.
The
the
wording,
maybe
is
a
little
bit
tricky,
but
it's
this
wasn't
just
thinking
about
donations,
but
also
thinking
about
how
we
can
maybe
use
of
our
own
resources
to
get
individuals
involved
and
chapters
involved
in
different
ways
to
try
to
rebalance
and
encourage
diversity
within
our
community.
So
I
sorted
it
in
this
sort
of
three
different
sections.
One
is
campaigns
or
initiatives
that
are
aimed
at
volunteers
and
chapters.
G
D
One
is
looking
at
funding
and
donations
and
really
for
each
of
them.
There
is
one
general
idea
looking
at
individuals
and
then
the
second
idea
that
sort
of
builds
on
that
looking
at
larger
groups,
there's
a
badge
heroes
program
or
we
could
recognize
people
that
are
using
the
badging
system
correctly
and
actually
John
Sheridan
meeting
suite
business,
automated
visualization
that
he's
created
with
the
top
three.
C
D
So
that
would
be
a
way
that
we
could
look
at
basically
modeling
best
practices
with
the
badging
system.
But
then
also
if
we're
looking
at
chapter
is
that
that
are
under
utilizing
a
system.
You
know,
let's
say,
for
instance,
tight
reach
that
has
a
ton
of
experience
but
isn't
as
far
as
I
know,
as
as
far
as
James
describing
isn't
involved
in
the
badging
system,
we
could
reach
out
to
them
and
sort
of
help
them
retro
actively
join.
D
So
it's
looking
at
people
that
are
using
it
really
well
and
then
people
that
aren't
using
it
and
I'm
not
gonna
go
through
all
of
it.
Cuz
I
know
we're
running
out
of
time,
but
there's
some
different
ideas
in
here
and
any
other
ideas
that
people
have.
You
know
again
not
just
in
terms
of
funding
to
get
funds,
but
how
we
can
allocate
some
of
our
own
funds
to
have
some
rewards,
even
if
it's
just
filament
or
some
kind
of
naval
t-shirt
or
something
like
that.
I
think
we
highlight
that
stuff
in
the
hub.
A
F
A
To
that
end,
if
I,
if
I,
might
make
a
suggestion,
you
know
Ben
you've
created
a
document
here
that
lays
out
six
different
programs.
This
is
obviously
a
gateway
to
a
very
large
volume
of
work.
I
think
this
is
worth
taking
off
into
a
separate
branch
of
meeting
to
have
a
separate
meeting
specifically
for
planning
on
this,
which
would
start
with
prioritization
to
Bob's
point
I.
D
D
Decent
of
giving
appeal-
this
is
what
Bob's
talking
about
so
specifically
for
end
of
year
and
for
getting
funding
business,
one
of
six,
which
I
think
is
I,
totally
agree.
So
now
it's
in
the
notes,
you
guys
can
see
the
length
season
of
giving
that's
our
highest
priority,
but
as
as
we
go
in
this
direction,
I
think
we
can
look
in
other
directions
as
well.
So
this
one
looks
at
I
just
sorted
it
to
give
reach,
provide
and
and
rich
and
then
there's
a
photo
from
Veracruz
a
photo
from.
D
A
Okay,
well,
I
would
definitely
encourage
coordinating
a
separate
meeting
to
plan.
This
I
think
you've
done
a
great
job
of
laying
this
out
here,
but
you
know,
the
next
step
would
be
like
I
said
to
come
up
with
an
actual
action
plan
and
figure
out
who's
gonna
be
what
how
are
we
gonna
promote
this
and
you
know
put
it
in
action.
A
D
A
Yeah
great
stuff,
okay!
Well
then,
the
next
topic
up
here
is
something
that
we
covered
previously
and
I.
Don't
know
if
there's
more
to
talk
about
here,
but
then
we
had
looked
at
your
three
documents
before
the
identity
review,
the
systems
review
and
the
metrics
and
data
review.
Is
there
any
kind
of
further
discussion
that
you
wanted
to
have
on
that
right?
Now
that
you
know
things
new
developments
or
anything
else
that
you
wanted
to
cover
there?
Don't.
D
Think
so
the
new
metrics
and
data
again
from
talking
with
Bob.
The
idea
is
to
briefly
touch
on
some
of
this
stuff
every
week
in
the
SPC
meetings
and
a
monthly
summaries,
I'll
include
a
little
bit
more
information
and
then
on
a
quarterly
basis.
I
think
we
can
look
at
the
data
trends
and
see
if
we
can
use
that
to
make
some
decisions
on
how
to
develop
for
the
future,
but
I
thought
that
was
really
good
point
that
Bob
made
that
it'll
be
tweaked
and
John
made
it
to
it.
C
A
C
Okay,
as
I
scroll
down
I
noticed
that
we
have
a
section
on
project
proposals
on
loomio.
We
have
no
proposals
currently
active,
and
yet
we
have
scores
of
thousands
of
dollars
available
to
support
worthy
projects
and
a
mechanism
that
makes
it
relatively
easy
for
people
to
propose
and
have
those
projects
supported.
D
You
can
also
use
it
to
tune
it.
I
got
a
lot
of
tuning
done
out
of
posting
a
trap,
I
actually
recommend
for
Rodrigo
and
Chad.
You
guys
had
some
really
great
ideas
for
sort
of
big
picture
stuff,
so
I'm
definitely
getting
involved
with
loomio
process.
It
would
be
really
helpful
to
fund
some
of
that
stuff
and
yeah.
It
seems
like
Maria's
developed
it'd,
be
great
to
make
sure
everybody
knows
what
you
guys
are
doing
and
to.
A
That
point
I
want
to
make
sure
everyone's
aware
that
you
can
start
a
discussion
thread
on
loomio
without
doing
a
proposal.
So
you
can
just
get
a
thread
going
get
discussion,
get
feedback
about
what
you're
thinking
of
do
then,
once
there
seems
to
be
a
consensus,
then
you
put
your
proposal
in
there
and
put
it
out
to
a
vote
right.
