A
A
C
A
quick
reminder:
it's
all
the
same
document
so
is
now
in
December.
It
has
been
added
it's
a
little
bit
behind,
but
it's
all
this
each
quarter
with
the
same
document,
so
it'll
be
searchable
each
quarter.
So
if
you
scroll
down
from
December,
you
get
to
November
a
900.
A
Great
thanks
for
doing
that,
man,
alright,
so
we're
going
to
be
using
our
second
agenda
today
time
permitting,
of
course,
quick
review
of
action
items.
First,
one
is
for
me
to
coordinate
a
follow-up
meeting
about
the
application
development
stuff
I'm
waiting
to
hear
back
from
Everton
about
the
availability
of
his
team.
A
For
that
so
I'm,
that's
that's
still
pending
the
next
one
was
for
all
of
us
to
kind
of
look
into
options
for
having
an
open
meeting
space
in
the
hub,
safe
thought,
maybe
I
think
she
mentioned
Skype
might
be
an
option
for
that
John
I,
don't
know.
If
did
you
have
any
chance
to
look
into
possibilities?
I,
don't.
B
See
any
any
problem
with
using
zoom,
not
a
centralized
account,
but
in
principle
you
could
have
one
free
account
for
every
room.
People
would
be
there
for
a
half
hour.
They'd
have
to
check
out
and
in
again
if
they
wanted,
if
they
wanted
to
go
longer,
but
I
think
that
might
be
a
nice
way
of
enforcing
non
abuse
of
the
space.
Well,.
A
So
I
thought
we
were
talking
about
having
it
where
like
there
would
be
a
meeting,
that's
kind
of
like
always
open
and
people
could
just
kind
of
jump
and
talk
or
jump
out.
If
we
do
the
zoom
thing
then,
like
you
said,
there
is
a
time
limit
on
the
meeting,
so
you'd
have
to
actually
I.
Don't
know,
you
know,
coordinate
and
start
a
meeting,
and
then
you
know
wrap
it
up
within
a
half-hour
or
whatever
the
limit
is
I.
Take
your
point.
I
hadn't,
quite.
B
A
A
D
A
D
A
F
A
E
A
D
D
A
So
we'll
keep
looking
into
options,
but
we
discord
is
a
good
possibility.
Let's
just
keep
exploring
and
we'll
touch
back
next
week
and
see
where
we're
at
last.
One
was
for
me
to
send
another
email
to
chapter
leaders
about
the
survey
Bob
I
held
off
on
that,
because
John
and
I
actually
had
some
discussion,
which
will
continue
soon.
But
you
know
we're
exploring
this.
This
possible
filament
program,
which
will
be.
F
A
G
A
Right
so
then,
moving
on,
let's
see
we
don't
have
any
guest
presenters
today,
I,
don't
know
if
I
usually
introduce
anyone
new
and
I,
don't
think
Jen
needs
an
introduction.
But
since
we
have
her
welcome
to
Jen
who's
joining
us
today
and
let's
see
like
I
said,
we
don't
have
a
guest
presenter
today,
so
just
a
quick
review
of
our
metrics
and
then
we'll
get
into
our
individual
updates.
We
do
have
a
spreadsheet
now,
so
we're
summarizing
our
weekly,
metrics
and
I
did
update
it.
A
For
this
week
we
only
have
two
weeks
of
data.
So
far,
so
I
haven't
added
any
graphs
or
charts
yet,
but
we
will
in
the
near
future,
so
quick
summary
of
those
metrics.
We've
got
twenty
new
registrations
this
week
in
the
hub,
bringing
us
to
a
total
of
651
members.
So
far,
so
I
think
we're
doing
really
nicely
in
the
hub
good
activity.
We've
got
240.
C
A
You
safe
good
morning
and
we've
got
244
posts
in
the
main
forum.
That's
not
including
activities
going
on
in
other
spaces.
We've
got
19
people
in
the
chapter
leaders
group.
So
far,
we've
got
651.
That
is
all
of
our
members
in
the
volunteers
group,
and
we
now
have
two
recipients.
Peregrine's
Hawthorne
joined
this
week
so
he's
our
second
recipient
member
and
our
average
session
duration
is
3
minutes
37
seconds,
which
is
almost
the
same
as
it
has
been
enable
web
Central
were
up
to
3,700
and
67
users.
A
We've
got
140
active
cases,
but
the
big
change
this
week
is.
We
now
have
18
available
cases
seeking
volunteers,
that's
up
from
2
the
last
time
we
met
and
that's
because
we
imported
all
of
Dien
rocks
cases,
some
of
which
already
had
volunteers,
but
a
bunch
of
others
still
need
volunteers.
So
and
then
there
are
a
few
others.
We
actually
also
found
a
bug
that
was
causing
certain
cases
not
to
appear
because
they
didn't
meet.
A
The
users
didn't
have
a
valid
location
specified
in
their
profile,
so
we
fixed
that
bug
and
that
also
caused
a
few
more
cases
to
appear.
So
we
now
have
18
available
cases
under
browse
cases,
and
so
we
should
I
should
probably
post
something
in
the
hub
to
kind
of
call
attention
to
that
and
get
people
to
jump
in
there.
So
I
hope
to
see
that
trend
continue.
A
A
A
A
Good
point
good
point
and
we've
got
a
hundred
and
thirty
five
devices
delivered
through
enable
up
central
now
so
far,
our
helpdesk
statistics,
sixteen
enable
tickets.
This
last
week,
twenty
two
badge
requests
and
four
enable
web
central
support.
Take
it's
pretty
consistent
level
of
activity
so
on
we
go
to
our
individual
updates,
been
you're
up.
First.
C
C
Yeah
we
skipped
over
the
individual
stuff,
so
we
got
out
the
email
campaign
for
givingtuesday,
I,
think
par
for
the
course.
It
was
a
low
response
because
everybody's
getting
tons
and
tons
of
these
emails,
but
we
did
get
a
really
great
response
from
I.
Think
then,
in
the
hub
about
having
more
chapter
resources
and
stuff.
That
seemed
like
a
game
right
after
we
reached
out
with
the
campaign.
C
So
I
don't
know
if
those
are
connected,
but
it
was
great
to
get
some
some
supports
and
feedback
from
him
on
that
side
of
things,
and
we
can
cycle
back
some
of
some
of
the
things
from
the
newsletter
into
the
some
of
the
things
from
the
campaign
into
the
newsletter.
So
we
can
remind
people
about
that.
D
C
Was
an
interview
it
would
save
that
we
post
it
as
part
of
this
new
series
as
high
five
series
that
we
try
out.
So
if
you
get
a
chance
to
check
that
out
and
I
think
it'd
be
great
I
reached
out
to
Nate
to
do
something
with
him
as
well.
The
idea
would
be
looking
at
people
within
the
hug
community
that
are
sort
of
game,
changers
that
are
doing
things
a
little
bit
outside
of
and
supporting
it's
kind
of
a
larger
picture,
so
think
safe
for
being
game.
For
that
and.
E
C
C
C
So
this
is
our
notes
that
are
written
at
the
same
time
that
the
audio
is
recorded
and
they're
tied
together.
So
you
can
click
on
the
different
parts
of
the
notes
and
it
changes
the
audio
based
on
that.
So
it's
something
to
try
out.
It's
I
think
what
pretty
well
so
I'll.
Try
it
again.
I
want
the
next
one
to
cool.
A
C
That's
using
a
Livescribe,
so
it's
handwritten,
which
isn't
it
so
I
deal
with
with
SPC.
No
it's,
but
one
of
the
things
that
Rodrigo
and
I
look
into
when
we
went
to
the
hackathon
was
using
Google
Docs
and
connecting
to
the
video,
so
I
think
it's
it's
it's
possible,
but
that's
in
the
future.
Something
to
look
into
is
connecting
that.
These
notes
that
are
taking
now
with
the
video
once.
C
So
I'll
wrap
up
I,
think
I'm
up
for
my
five
minutes
on
the
Hannah
thon
story
that
Jeremy's
putting
together
in
terms
of
the
media.
It
sounds
like
it
went
really
well.
I
saw
the
post
in
the
hub,
so
I'm,
looking
forward
to
working
on
that
within
the
other
members.
The
newsletter
I
put
it
in
just
put
notes
about
some
of
the
people
that
I'm
kind
of
pulled
together
for
it
I
think
they
all
tie
together
in
a
nice
way.
So
that'll
be
a
good
end-of-the-year
story
to
send
out.
C
Maddie
is
doing
amazing
work
with
the
hub
in
terms
of
metrics.
I
can
talk
about
that
maybe
more
later,
but
he
automated
the
process
of
getting
our
user
data.
It
is
possible
using
PHP
scripts
and
John.
Meze
and
I
have
been
working
together
to
tweak
bet,
and
there
really
is
looking
great.
So
that's
something
that's
now
a
sustainable
way
for
us
to
keep
data
on
all
the
activity
in
the
hub.
So
that's
that's
that
and
also
the
wiki
Factory
I
think
it's
still
something
that
we
do
want
to
sweep
up.
Whatever's,
left
and
so
I'll.
C
A
C
A
F
The
main
event
this
week
was
that
John
and
I
attended
a
meeting
at
IBM
I'm
gonna,
save
that
to
last
so
I
can
get
through
just
mentioning
a
couple.
Others
obviously
continued
work
with
the
help
desk
and
the
badging.
We
added
enable
Romania
to
the
chapter
lists
this
this
week,
147
chapters
now
in
45
different
countries,
I've
been
working
with
Sean
Matheson
and
with
Nate
on
how
to
proceed
with
the
implementation
of
the
NAIOP
devices.
B
Unless
that
becomes
a
combined
proposal
with
you,
which
is
entirely
up
to
you
guys,
but
it
is
true
that
Nate's
current
contract
has
run
out
he's
almost
amazingly
done
all
of
the
things
he
said
he
would
do.
There
is
still
more
to
be
done
and
I
think
it's
the
bargain
of
the
century.
But
right
now
a
proposal
was
needed
to
fund
another
couple
of
months
for
Nate
right.
F
And
he's
giving
me
a
write
up
on
it,
so
we
see
what
logic
is
including
the
proposal,
together
with
the
roll
out
support
or
ever
be
standalone
I'm
in
discussions
with
two
companies,
one
in
Spain
and
one
in
the
UK
who
want
to
support
enable
I've
had
an
international
call
with
Spain
I'll
have
another
one.
This
coming
week
and
the
UK
I'll
have
one
is
coming
week.
They
came
in
through
the
help
desk.
They
want
to
help,
of
course,
pushing
for
the
initial
support,
but
I'm
also
pushing
what
are
your
ideas?
A
Bob
sorry
to
interrupt
I
actually
also
had
another
one
that
reached
out
through
the
help
desk
and
I'm.
Talking
with
somebody
from
Johnson
&
Johnson,
who
wants
to
get
involved
in
supporting
enable
I
might
want
to
loop.
You
into
that
I
think
we're
gonna.
Do
a
call
on
I
think
it's
from
I
think
it's
this
coming
Tuesday.
If
you're
available
I
can
I
can
I'll
get
I'll
connect
with
the
outside
of
the
meeting
on
that
sounds.
F
Good
sounds
good,
and,
and
that
raises
the
next
point
we
need
to
pivot.
The
fundraising
John
could
add
a
memo
that
we're
down
about
20,000
in
the
fund,
a
loomio
proposal
for
Nate's
rollout
and
for
the
support
of
Nate
to
finish
up
the
work.
It's
gonna,
it's
gonna,
perhaps
approach
half
of
that.
So
we're
gonna
need
to
need
to
pivot
the
fundraising.
F
I'm
continuing
to
do
personal
deliveries
of
devices,
I
I'm,
almost
done
with
the
Moto
grip
or
John
alright
I
know
don't
worry,
die
I
bent
the
paperclips.
Well,
I!
Guess
it
works,
that's
huge!
There!
You
go
okay!
Now
this
week,
going
back
to
my
first
comment:
we
were
invited
to
ibm's
chief
analytics
office
and
we
attended
on
Tuesday
of
this
week
and
we
met
with
some
very
very
bright
young
data
scientists.
This
way
we
were
one
of
13
not-for-profits
that
were
invited
to
discuss
potential
and
John.
F
Please
jump
in
here
discuss
potential
support
by
their
service
team,
and
this
was
I
think
this
as
kind
of
a
vetting
process
where
they
did
chose
not
to
pick
charities
out
of
a
hat.
They
decided
to
interview,
have
some
some
discussions
and
see
what
makes
sense
and
what
is
possible
for
them.
So
most
of
the
day
was
us
telling
our
story
telling
kind
of
the
ins
and
outs
of
this
interesting
community.
F
F
We
don't
have
a
lot
of
hard
statistics
as
we
know,
but
from
these
various
photos
and
texts
we
can.
We
can
construct
a
lot
of
what
is
going
on
in
enable
and
the
concept
is
to
use
their
Watson
platform
to
do
photo
and
text
scraping
to
go
through
this
massive
amount
of
information
and
pull
out
stories
and
statistics
from
cool.
A
B
A
C
About
that
too,
is
we
can
bring
that
all
together?
So
if
we
can
get
all
the
data,
I
mean
that's
all
data
to
help
that
stuff.
If
it's
all
within
Watson,
we
can
potentially
and
start
training
Watson
to
understand,
enable
and
then
we
can
tape
it
a
trained
system
to
put
it
towards
news
articles
that
are,
you
know,
in
other
places
of
in
the
universe.
So.
B
I
was
just
gonna
say
that
so
that's
a
grand
vision,
but
happily
they
were
sensitive.
It's
a
notion
that
even
at
IBM
grand
visions
need
near
term
goals.
It's
not
clear
that
we'll
even
achieve
the
near-term
goal,
but
we're
gonna
focus
on
trying
to
identified
delivery
events
through
all
of
our
various
sources.
B
D
Us
hi
guys,
oh
yeah,
it's
still
here
so
so
yeah
I
got
the
note
through
from
John
about
the
work
and
I
know
the
work
we're
doing
on
the
online
presence
and
I
replied
and
said
you
apologize
for
the
fact
that
we
have
not
made
as
much
progress
on
that
as
we'd
hoped
I
mean
that
Dan
is
now
off
ill,
unfortunately
long
term,
which
is
another
issue,
but
yeah
we
haven't
made
as
much
progress
on
that
as
we'd
hoped,
but
I
do
think
we
we
actually
have
the
I
think
we
now
have
the
insights
there
to
help
with
updating
enabling
the
future
I
just
think.
D
You
know
a
productive
way
to
spend
an
hour
kind
of
outside
of
SPC,
because
I
think
the
the
you
know
we
have
kind
of
the
prototype.
It
needs
kind
of
the
explanation
and
kind
of
the
commentary
of
the
the
reasoning
and
how
the
user
research
backs
that
up.
Okay
and
the
other
other
kind
of
point
I
mentioned
in
that
email
was
I,
think
I'm
if
in
an
ideal
world
I
think
if
we
are
looking
to
do
updates.
D
Yes,
there's
a
moment
coming
up
where
there's
capacity
to
help
with
any
kind
of
developing
any
aspect
of
the
online
journey.
I
think
that
you're
posting
that
in
the
hubs
that
there's
that
there's
that
moment
coming
up
so
that
then
people
can
you
couldn't
potentially
feedback
on
it
can
kind
of
see.
What's
changed
and
feedback
on
those
changes?
I
think
yes,
there's
a
way
to
do
that.
D
That's
that's
kind
of
relatively
low
overhead
I
think
that
would
be
really
beneficial
in
terms
of
kind
of
aligning
the
stuff
that
we're
building
with
with
user
needs
so
so
yeah.
That
is
the
main
thing
and
as
the
final
update
is,
we
we've
now
found
the
two
responsible
people
we
need
in
order
to
kind
of
restart
the
project
but
manufacturing
here
in
the
UK
in
line
with
EU
guidelines.
Just
as
yesterday,
it
was
confirmed
that
we
now
have
a
government
with
a
mandate
to
take
us
out
of
the
EU.
D
So
then
we
might
not
need
to
follow
EU
medical
device
type
guidelines
anymore,
but
we
probably
will
so
so.
We've
got
those
in
place,
so
we've
been
able
to
restart,
manufacturing
and
I.
Think
that's
going
to
be
a
really
good
opportunity
to
recruit,
not
just
volunteers
for
manufacturing,
but
also
potentially
people
who
can
do
kind
of
implementation
where
the
implementation
support
as
well
so
fingers
crossed
we'll
be
able
to
kind
of
use
the
buzz
about
the
restart
manufacturing
to
also
get
some
development
help.
F
D
Don't
we
get
well
yeah,
so
I
I
would
love
it
if
we
could,
if
we
could
help
with
with
the
coding
side
of
it,
then
cut
the
the
the
team.
That's
kind
of
engaged
in
this
is
more
the
kind
of
approach
typing
team.
So
the
what
we
have
at
the
moment
is
we
have
the
kind
of
the
knot
prototype,
so
we
have
prototyped
up
until
the
start
of
ewc.
D
What
we
would
then
do
is
extend
that
prototype
through
ewc,
so
that's
just
a
clickable
prototype
and
but
we
also
we
can
buy
bird
one
so
that
that's
that's!
That's!
That's
the
on
the.
If
you
go
on
the
hub,
there
is
a
process.
So
it's
a
clickable
prototype.
So
it's
a
visual
prototype
that
you
can
click
through
to
see
what
the
interactions
are.
But
it's
not
it's
not
like
you
know.
It's
not
coded
markup,
basically
yeah
exactly.
D
And
I
I
think
that
we
would
in
an
ideal
world,
we
would
be
able
to
get
front-end
development
capacities.
Do
it
it's
just
that
that
team
is
and
has
been,
as
I
said
when
we
first
started
talking
about
this,
that
team
is
unfortunately
slammed
and
continues
to
be
slammed,
but
the
so
the
thing
the
thing
that
I
think
is
valuable
about.
Having
that
flow,
though,
is:
firstly,
you
can
get
feedback
from
users
on
it,
so
that
you're
not
you're,
not
wasting
development
time.
D
D
Functions
in,
as
you
know,
no
problem
at
all.
Sorry,
it's
my
fault,
but
the
functional
steps
is
in
like
the
the
textual
description
of
functionally,
what's
going
to
happen
at
each
stage,
so
so,
as
in
you
know,
to
be
able
to
describe
describe
it
rather
than
show
it
visually.
So
that's
because
obviously,
that's
kind
of
a
step
along
the
path
to
having
a
visual
prototype
is
being
able
to
say
at
this
stage.
People
would
input
these
details
and
then
go
from
that.
One.
F
A
D
C
B
D
D
G
G
But
there's
so
many
people
who
founded
it
and
it
started
with
you
know
a
good
20,
20
or
so
people
I
know,
we've
got
Marla
and
Nick
and
Melina
and
Justine,
and
you
know
Andreas
and
Frankie
and
Peter
and
Peregrine
and
Karen
and
and
people
who
have
kind
of
just
kind
of
faded
into
the
background
and
don't
get
a
lot
of
credit.
So
I'd
really
like
to
start
adding
that
and
maybe
maybe
I
could
start
a
Google
Doc
and
people
can
plug
in.
G
B
B
G
Okay,
that
would
be
really
helpful
if
there's
any
volunteers
who
would
like
to
help
kind
of
put
a
timeline
together.
That
would
be
awesome.
I
am
also
once
again
asking
if
anybody
would
be
interested
in
being
an
actual
journalist,
blogger
helper,
to
get
Louise.
F
G
Looking
for
volunteers
to
help
write
stories
to
put
on
the
blog
on
ETF
I've
asked
for
years
for
this
to
happen,
and
nobody
ever
steps
up
and
I
can't
do
it
all
I
don't
have
the
time.
I
would
really
love
to
see
Ben's
stories
from
the
newsletter
and
any
any
any
story
that
we've
had
in
any
of
our
newsletters
would
be
featured
on
a
blog
post
so
that
they
get
read
more.
If.
A
You
don't
mind
I'd,
actually
like
to
take
that
a
step
further
and
specifically
call
on
Ben
here
to
say
you
know,
because
we
talked
about
this
a
little
bit
before
Ben.
What
we'd
like
to
do
is
actually
make
you
an
editor
on
the
ETF
blog
and
ask
you
to
help,
go
ahead
and
take
the
stories
you've
already
written,
like
the
wonderful
chapter
spotlight
that
you
did
in
the
last
newsletter
and
the
story
that
you're
writing
up
about
our
event
and
all
these
great
stories.
A
G
People
they
are
constantly
watching
the
ETF
website
and
then
they'll
pick
up
a
story
and
then
share
it,
and
then
they
tweet
it
and
then
it
gets
more
people
come
into
the
hub.
It
gets
more
people
from
me,
you
know
recipients,
finding
us
and
it
would
be
cool
if
we
could
have
like
a
couple
of
volunteers,
maybe
somebody's
focusing
on
chapters,
somebody's,
focusing
on
device,
development
stories
and
kind
of
have
a
you
know
like
Ben's,
corner
and
Maria's,
meanderings
and
kind
of
you
know
a
variety
of
people
sharing.
So
so.
G
A
A
A
G
C
C
A
C
C
A
G
B
G
It
will
also
help
with
fundraising,
because
when
people
come
to
the
ETF
website,
you
know
I've
seen
a
couple
comments
on
on
places
where
it's
like.
Is
this
still
even
a
thing,
because
the
blog
is
dead?
I
don't
have
time
for
all
of
these
stories
when
I
started
it
we
had.
You
know
seventy
people
in
the
enable
community
and
it
was
easy
to
do
the
stories,
but
now
they're,
just
they're
global
and
it's
too
much
for
one
person,
yeah.
B
C
Great
for
cross-pollination
to
I
think
we
can
set
it
up
in
a
ways,
so
we
can
bring
people
from
be
enabling
the
future
into
the
hub
from
the
hub.
In
these
larger
stories
that
are,
you
know,
connected
to
different
themes.
I've
got
a
whole
bunch
of
stuff
that
I've
shared
either
you're
in
the
hub
or
as
a
newsletter
and
they're
all
kind
of
linked
together.
A
E
G
C
G
E
Let's
do
this
and
I
stood
on
that
in
that
it's
we've
incorporated
some
of
that
into
our
AR
and
VR
work
group.
So
it's
a
it's
a
nice
twist
on
what
would
be
a
really
ordinary
story
for
our
community
yeah.
G
I
think
Maria
down
below
is
going
to
share
where
words
some
of
the
devices
are
going
to
Marie.
If
you
have
any
stories
to
share
where
the
devices
are
going,
that
people
are
sending
to
to
you,
I
think
that
we
get
a
lot
of
traction
as
well,
because
a
lot
of
people
want
to
know
what
happens
to
them
once
they
send
them
and
I,
don't
know
what
to
tell
them.
G
E
D
E
Groups
that
we
began
partnerships
with
for
the
work
at
the
United
Nations
with
women
and
youth,
the
ones
that
have
fired
the
fastest,
have
been
the
women
in
alternative
action,
so
I
sent
them
back
contact,
putting
them
in
contact
with
our
makerspace,
that's
associated
with
a
hospital
in
the
capital
there,
and
today
they
took
back
pants
from
the
latest
eco
project
and
they're,
also
using
them
as
models
initially
and
then
they're
being
gifted
out.
That
way.
E
So
there
there's
multiple
layers
of
volunteers
as
well
as
recipients
who
are
attached
by
that
one
project
and
then
the
other
group
that
is
getting
most
of
our.
Hence
the
moment
is
the
largest
hospital
and
our
we've
been
working
with
the
director
of
Pediatrics
there.
He
just
came
back
from
being
trained
up
on
lower
leg,
such
a
core
clinic
and
then
we'll
be
coordinating
with
him
on
not
just
the
arms
in
hand,
but
with
Christians
over
globally
as
well.
Maria.
G
C
Maybe
we
can
have
recorded
notes
about
some
of
these
stories
if
you
want
to
send
it
to
the
newsletter
group.
Email
that'd
be
awesome,
because
then
that'd
be
something
that
we
can
put
a
cross-pollinate
in
some
of
the
different
stories
and
I'll
keep
up
with
it.
I'd
love
to
get
some
of
the
recipient
information
for
the
hand,
a
fun
project
that
Jeremy's
been
pushing
that
I
think
would
really
make
it
a
strong
story.
E
But
Jeremy's
kids
in
particular,
has
helped
this
tremendous
sense
of
responsibility.
I'm,
not
sure
where
some
of
that
goes.
So
we
we
actually
hired
a
videographer
and
darn
sure
follow
one
of
the
years
from
the
clinic
when
he
was
getting
measured
home
just
to
see
what
the
conditions
for
life
not
just
at
home,
but
the
travel
that
they
went
through
to
explain
what
what
a
sacrifice.
E
A
We
then
went
on
to
do
workshops
in
ten
classrooms
throughout
the
day,
so
we
got
over
250
students
to
have
a
chance
to
actually
assemble
hands,
and
we
were
able
to
do
that.
Thanks
to
our
volunteers,
who
really
came
together
and
and
sent
us
over
50
hand
kits
in
less
than
two
weeks.
We
brought
all
of
them,
they
were
all
partially
assembled.
These
are
young
kids,
so
we
only
had
them
do
part
of
the
assembly
and
before
the
event
I
had
I
go
I
had
gone
through
all
the
hands.
A
A
We
are
working
with
the
school
to
make
sure
they're
they're
comfortable
with
all
this,
and
it
turns
out
that
we're
going
to
share
all
the
video
and
the
photos
with
them
and
they're
going
to
share
all
of
it
on
their
social
media
because
they
already
have
an
agreement
with
parents
where
they
can
they're
allowed
to
share
photos
and
video
of
the
students
and
once
they
share
it,
its
public.
We're
allowed
to
share
it
from
there.
So
we're
going
through
that
process
now
and
after
they've
shared.
A
G
G
It
was
kind
of
really
cool
to
get
to
do
that
again
with
a
whole
bunch
of
kids
from
from
little
tiny
up
to
you
know.
Fourth,
graders
and
I
just
wanted
to
give
you
a
shout-out
for
giving
us
such
a
good
example
of
how
to
get
the
young
kids
involved.
The
the
younger
kids
I
mean
they.
They
assembled,
you
know
they.
They
each
made
a
finger
and
and
attached
a
finger
and
that
they
were
over
the
moon
having
been
able
to
participate
at
all,
and
then
we
also
had
these
big
mats
made.
G
E
A
Our
friends
at
bits
based
printed
him
out
really
large
on
big
paper
and
we
had
one
on
each
table,
and
so
the
kids
were
actually
able
to
lay
the
parts
out
on
that
kind
of
diagram
and
it
really
helped
them
to
figure
out
what
goes
where
so
and
they
they
laminated
some
so
and
we
actually
have
some.
We
got
a
lot
of
takeaways
from
this
event
too.
So
I
do
want
to
mention
that
as
well
I.
A
We
had
a
lot
of
great
ideas
of
how
we
can
improve
that
we're
gonna
make
some
changes
to
that
that
that
placemat,
for
example,
so
we
have
a
right
and
a
left
handed
version
kind
of
a
two-sided
version
so
that
we
can
use
it
for
both
hands.
I
also
learned
a
lot
about
kind
of
common
printing
issues
through
this
event,
because
I've
gone
through
so
many
parts
that
a
lot
of
more
great
that
the
vast
majority
of
these
parts
were
great
quality
and
look
good.
A
But
there
were
some
that
had
issues
and
so
I've
learned
a
lot
about
kind
of
common
issues
that
people
run
into
with
their
3d
printers
and
maybe
settings
the
weren't
set
up
properly
or
printers
that
weren't
calibrated
properly.
So
I
am
going
to
be
presenting
all
that
back
to
the
community.
I've
actually
set
some
of
these
devices
aside,
because
they're
going
to
provide
great
examples
to
show
some
of
these
issues
and
and
how
you
can
avoid
those
issues,
so
I
think
I'll
probably
be
working
with
Everton.
A
He
wants
to
do
that
as
a
webinar,
so
that'll
probably
be
in
January,
but
I'll
have
lots
of
good
information
to
present
back
to
the
community
about
best
practices
for
printing
and
we'll
incorporate
that
as
we
go
forward.
The
other
thing
that
I
want
to
do
that's
not
tied
to
the
printing
but
tied
to
the
models
themselves.
The
hardest
part
seems
to
be-
and
this
is
something
I've
recognized
myself-
is
the
pins
in
the
at
least
I'm
talking
about
the
Phoenix
design.
A
Here
all
the
different
pins
there's
like
four
or
five
different
sizes
of
pins
that
go
in
different
places
and
it's
very
hard
to
tell
them
apart,
especially
at
you
know,
smaller
scales,
so
I'm
thinking.
We
want
to
actually
put
something
on
the
model
itself.
You
know
each
pin
has
a
little
flat
part
on
the
end
of
it.
I'm
thinking
maybe
put
a
little
number
on
the
end
or
a
little
dot
or
something
that
allows
you
to
distinguish
these
different
pins.
So
you
can
easily
tell
these
are
the
finger
pins?
These
are
the
knuckle
pins.
A
G
A
A
No
big,
no
big
rush
right
now.
Our
next
event
is
in
January.
We
are
looking
forward
to
our
partners
at
bit.
Space
really
loved
doing
this
event
with
us,
and
they
have
they
have
relationship
with
so
many
schools
around
here
and
really
want
to
build
this
program
out.
They
want
to
do
a
lot
more
of
these
events
with
us.
So
while
we
only
have
one
on
the
calendar
right
now
for
January,
11th
I
expect
that
we're
going
to
have
a
lot
more
of
these
events
coming
in
the
months
to
come.
If.
A
And
if
we
have
surplus
inventory,
then
I
can
just
help
other
volunteers,
if
others
want
to
do
these
hand,
athan
events
I
could
send
them
a
batch
of
parts
and
and
help
them
in
their
events
too.
So
we'll
keep
doing
this
and-
and
the
other
thing
I
just
wanted
to
mention,
is
as
part
of
this.
We
also
did
this
this
fun
activity
with
the
kids,
where
we
we
put
socks
on
their
hands.
A
On
one
hand,
we
put
socks
and
it's
a
masking
tape,
and
so
they
they
couldn't
use
their
fingers
and
kind
of
challenged
them
to
do
things
like
stacking
cups
and
doing
things
like
that.
Picking
up
blocks
and
and
I
got
to
say
personally
I
was
so
impressed
because
so
many
of
these
kids,
these
young
little
kids,
very
quickly,
figured
out
that,
while
it
was
very
difficult
to
do
things
that
way
without
fingers,
if
they
work
together
with
two
of
them,
you
know
putting
their
their
arms
together
to
pick
up
a
cup.
A
F
A
Note
is
that
I
do
have
now
the
customized
Phoenix
hand
that
we
worked
on
for
our
recipients
in
Chicago
for
people
with
kind
of
larger
palm
anatomies.
We
do
have
that
we
kind
of
took
it
back
to
100%
scale
as
a
standard
size
and
I
now
have
that
available
in
both
STL
and
editable
CAD
formats.
So
if
you
want
a
step
file
or
an
obj
or
whatever,
we
have
that
all
I
put
in
the
link
here
for
the
editable
CAD
formats
until
I
have
a
chance
to
get
that
added
into
Thingiverse
and.
A
A
F
A
Again,
a
shout
out
to
Jake
our
volunteer,
he
did
a
fantastic
job.
He
put
so
much
work
into
the
3d
modeling
and
going
through
many
many
iterations
to
with
a
really
good
design,
and
he
is
available
to
help
us
with
future
customization
needs
he's
got
terrific,
terrific,
modeling
skills
quite
advanced.
It.
A
B
So
I've
been
involved
in
many
of
the
things
that
we're
talking
about
and
I'm
really
really
really
pleased
about
how
they're,
coming
together,
the
enable
fund
I
sent
Jeremy
the
money
for
the
recently
approved
project
with
regard
to
enable
web
central
I
said
been
a
check
for
the
quarterly
thing.
His
quarterly
activity.
B
I.
Think
that's
money
really
well
spent
for
that
matter.
Pass
enable
fund
donations
to
Nate
Munro
and
to
enable
Columbia
for
their
mid
I
hand,
and
they
have
just
published
extraordinarily
detailed
documentation.
I
feel
really
good
about
the
way.
The
enable
funders
been
facilitating
activities
and
I
feel
great
today
about
how
those
activities
are
coming
together.
B
But
that
also
means,
as
Bob
noted,
that
the
enable
funded
is
now
less
than
half
for
full
being
the
50,000
which
we
have
had
twice
as
our
high
mortar
marks,
and
the
good
news
is
I.
Think
I
can
now
think
we
can
tell
lots
of
really
good
stories
about
where
the
money
is
coming
from,
and
so
I
will
suggest
that
a
lot
that,
with
regard
to
the
list,
the
topics
for
either
their
newsletter
or
blog
posts,
themes
that
enabling
the
future
enable
fund
stories
project
stories
is
a
great
thing
to
do.
B
Kyle
by
the
way
is
now
working
on
10,
really
wonderful
up
so
on
okay.
So
that's
the
enable
fund
report
and
some
steps
going
forward.
I
have
little
to
add
to
the
stories
about
our
monk
or
about
how
Masri
is
organizing
the
data.
I
have
been
working
with
Maz
beyond
that
the
Google
Plus
de
it
are
right
here
and
readily
available.
The
trick
is
rendering
them
on
the
web
in
a
way
that
other
people
can
look
at.
So
we
are
working
on
it,
I'm
sure
we're
gonna
crack
the
case.
B
It's
an
ongoing
mess
of
Jason,
Python,
PHP
and
web
interfaces.
It's
a
good
project.
Okay.
With
regard
to
what
we've
talked
about
today
and
some
other
things,
I
have
been
thinking
about
the
concept
of
playbooks,
a
playbook
would
say:
here's
how
to
put
on
a
hand
of
thumb,
a
playbook
would
say:
here's
how
to
start
organize
a
chapter.
Playbook
would
say:
here's
how
to
become
a
badge
master
at
whatever.
B
B
B
They're,
the
only
thing
I
haven't
mentioned
explicitly
is
that
Dan
is
also
going
to
help
us
coordinate
our
freebies
for
exemplary
enablers
program.
I
just
made
it
that
phrase
I'm,
not
sure
it's
right,
but
the
point
is
there
is
filament.
There
may
be
other
discounts
or
goodies
available.
We
are
trying
to
find
ways
to
encourage
without
requiring
that
chapters,
for
example,
do
certain
admirable
things
like
feature
the
enable
logo,
if
they're,
in
fact,
using
enable
designs
to
do
their
stuff
and
so
on,
so
we're
gonna,
try
to
police
their
emails
or
ant
through
emails.
B
That's
right
so
we're
trying
to
forget
a
way
of,
for
example,
saying
if
you-
and
if
you
follow
up
on
this
survey,
you
will
receive
a
free
roll
of
filament.
The
filament
may
come
from
a
number
of
different
vendors,
possibly
including
3d
universe.
We
are
sensitive
to
the
to
those
issues.
I
want
to
make
sure
it's
a
win-win
for
everybody,
but
Dan
is
gonna,
be
hopefully
the
lightning
rod
for
some
of
that
that'll
be
the
subject
of
further
discussion.
A
Thanks,
we
are
running
a
little
long
today,
but
I
want
to
keep
going
anybody
who's
able
to
stick
with
us.
Please
do
because
we
have
a
couple
more
important
things
to
get
to
Maria
who's
up
next
and
then
I
do
want
to
touch
on
just
our
first
agenda
topic,
so
we're
just
gonna
go
a
little
long
today.
So
Maria.
E
If
you
need
this,
give
me
it's
in
the
notes
and
I
understand
that,
there's
a
lot
to
say.
We,
we
find
out
a
partnership
of
foundation
to
work
on
scopes,
PF.
It
will
promote
and
support
the
classrooms
who
are
using
enable
with
service-learning,
and
it's
going
to
allow
us
to
to
break
some
of
the
curriculum
and
some
of
those
workshop
facilitators
side.
E
This
is
the
last
week
of
school
for
some
of
the
college
programs
that
we're
working
with,
and
so
in
particular
spinning
down
the
the
courses
that
are
engaged
in
the
living
classroom
project
at
SUNY,
Polytechnic
and
working
with
the
lead
on
the
related
minors,
so
that
we're
able
to
expand
this
from
just
being
an
engineering
and
manufacturing
real
world
environment
that
they're
incorporating
into
meeting
their
curriculum
goals
to
of
being
more
cross
discipline.
So
adding
some
of
the
the
clinical
programs
rating
programs,
the
media
of
government
program,
to
do
that.
E
So
again,
when
it
comes
to
some
of
the
workshops
that
you
were
talking
about,
the
when
I
look
at
the
hands
that
are
being
sent
to
Sandy
Polytechnic.
There
are
definitely
some
groups
where
maybe
one
in
seven
of
the
hands
is
actually
perfectly
named,
and
then
the
others
are
think
that
we
we
triage
and
set
aside
so
that
we
can
either
reprint
parts
or
we
can
designate
people
from
the
additive
manufacturing
Club
to
work
on
those.
E
And
then
we
also
have
been
starting
up
here
in
the
Washington
area
of
the
the
quilting
circle
version
of
breaking
out
repairs
to
hands
to
get
them
out
the
door
just
to
deal
with
honestly
the
volume.
So
if
we've
been
tapping
one
of
the
prayer
groups,
just
an
energetic
group
here,
the
interface
committee
in
the
basement
subcommittee
held
the
end
of
your
workshop
again,
which
is
something
that
Dunn
had
referred
to.
Years
ago.
We
had
created
the
first
instructions
before
the
rapture
that
inputs.
E
We
had
some
that
were
words
we
had
our
facilitators
guide,
but
the
ones
that
didn't
have
words.
It
was
like
with
the
lego
abstraction,
where
the
ones
that
really
useful
that
we
were
able
to
enclose
with
the
hands
for
the
recipients
so
that
they
were
able
to
maintain
the
hand
better
and
make
repairs
that
they
needed
to
so
we
distributed
the.
E
An
activity
that
meets
the
qualifications
for
the
messengers
of
peace
program,
which
is
the
world
scouting
Elijah
program
for
service
we've,
made
an
effort
to
map
this
service
project
to
requirements
for
other
M
programs
and
we've
also
been
tying
into
workforce
counts
that
are
involved
in
this
program.
C
was
a
push.
G
E
That
was
the
archer
cello
ship
that
we
named
for
a
gen
to
be
so
Lisa
was
able
to
prevent
the
enable
aspects
of
the
smart
fabric
project
at
a
conference
in
Poland
this
week.
She
gave
me
some
wonderful
photos
from
that
and
from
a
workshop
that
she
did
with
students
as
well,
so
we
can
relate
to
that.
We
was
back
forward.
She
was
one
of
our
partners.
E
Project
hotel
is
experimenting
on
3d
printing
on
fabric
or
using
these
guidelines
from
the
front
advert
project
because
they
have
the
most
experience
in
doing
that,
we
were
looking
at
experiments
that
were
being
done
at
SUNY,
Poly
and
New
York
City
and
with
the
lady
technical.
So
we
are
trying
to
find
ways
for
the
recipients
of
the
hands
in
the
Philippines
learning
Cambodia,
to
expand
their
3d
printing
skills
to
things
that
will
sustain
them
and
the
lab
that's
hosting
meaningful
projects
and
that
sustainability
effort.
A
E
Part
of
our
commitment,
through
with
of
the
viewing
projects
we've
been
working
on
to
support
the
sustainable
sustainability
development
ball.
So
for
people
in
enable
this
might
not
be
part
of
normal
conversation
or
but
I'd
like
to
invite
you
all
to
be
virtual
participants
in
a
workshop
that
we're
doing
here
on
the
what
they
call
the
SDGs
ability,
Development
Goals,
to
see
enable
in
terms
of
addressing
and
relating
to
those
projects
and
and
also
of
these
Africa
as
a
way
of
building
up
resilience
and
in
peace
on
an
individual
level
at
the
community
level.
E
So
we've
so
we've
been
asked
to
join
the
board
and
to
promote
this
type
of
service-learning
and
the
living
classroom
efforts
as
part
of
a
way
for
them
to
give
real-world
experience
and
humanitarian
experience,
and
she
would
do
some
classroom
whining.
Let's
see
the
other
thing
that
I
wanted
to
make
sure
talked
about
and
looking
forward
is
to
keep
in
mind
beyond
the
holiday.
It
would
certainly
take
a
moment
to
breathe,
and
the
last
I
remember
that
Martin
Luther
King
jr.
E
weekend
and
particularly
that
day
is
considered
a
day
of
service
more
and
more
and
I
would
like
us
with
the
community
to
try
to
pull
together
to
maybe
do
concurrent
event
like
we're,
offering
some
challenges:
I'm
working
with
you
already
on
creating
bounties
for
awards
for
some
of
those
challenges.
Two
in
particular
that
I
wanted
to
highlight
where,
for
the
some
easy
ways
to
learn
to
code,
we're
doing
storytelling
to
support
gems
effort
summit.
E
It's
a
it's
a
quick
suggestion
challenge
or
you
just
if
they
can't,
but
there's
nothing,
to
draw
the
initiative
according
where
it's
how
they
would
utilize
those
components
or
or
others
in
order
to
to
foster
the
who
the
the
configuration
of
the
mobile
app
to
do
any
of
the
work.
E
E
Groups
that
we're
making
change
taking
action,
and
so
we
were
given
50
spots
on
for
billboards
in
Times
Square
on
givingtuesday
and
so
I
was
in
Times
Square
and
there's
a
billboard
next
to
them
and
are
being
performances.
I
was
demonstrating
the
hands
and
talking
to
so
many
people,
but
the
Jenna
jizz
looked
amazing.
I
actually
tried
to
I.
E
E
A
Okay,
thanks
Maria
at
all.
What's
going
on
as
always:
okay
I'm,
we
are,
as
I
said,
running
along
I'm,
going
to
touch
on
just
one
more
thing
and
I'm.
Sorry
we're
having
all
kinds
of
bandwidth
issues
today,
so
I
hope
we
don't
get
interrupted
on
this.
But
I
wanted
to
just
point
out
that
we
are
going
to
be
starting
in
on
helping
Maria
to
plan
for
the
enable
Khan
2020
conference,
and
we
we
really
want
to
build
on
what
she's,
created
and
and
pulled
together
a
team
of
interested
parties
to
help
make
this.
A
You
know
another
terrific
event,
so
I
have
some
notes
down
under
agenda
of,
if
you
guys
want
to
scroll
down
and
look
at
that,
there
is
a
planning
worksheet
that
I've
put
together,
which
will
update
as
we
go
forward
and
there's
a
link
in
there.
If
you
want
to
take
a
look,
we
are
looking
at
doing
this
again.
A
E
A
This
is
this
is
what
I'm
hoping
our
team
will
be
and
we'll
add
others
to
this
list
as
we
go
I'll
be
taking
on
the
role
of
project
manager.
Maria
is
our
conference
director
Jen
is
going
to
be
how
yes,
with
event
planning,
as
well
as
our
social
media
promotions,
Bob
I'm,
hoping
will
step
in
and
help
us
with
sponsorships
and
fundraising.
For
this
event,
I'm
hoping
that
Ben
will
join
us
for
messaging
and
communications
as
that's
his
area
of
focus.
A
John
is,
of
course,
also
going
to
be
part
of
our
team.
I
haven't
assigned
any
specific
role
or
title
for
these
last
folks,
but
I
know
we
want
to
have
John
join
us.
Everton
is,
is
hopefully
going
to
be
a
part
of
this
and
Chad
Corsi
has
expressed
interest.
Maria
has
a
number
of
people
on
her
team
that
we
will
be
adding
to
this
list.
I
just
don't
have
the
names
and
specifics
yet
so
there
will
be
others
added
to
this
list
and
I.
A
A
E
Just
to
make
sure
that
people
know
that
the
best
bet
is
a
solid
date.
We
have
Cecily's
for
that,
so
I'm,
actually
responsible
people
putting
out
whole
debate
messages
and
also
that
I
wanted
to.
Thank
you
all
for
stepping
up
to
do
that.
It's
fun
to
organize
the
conference,
but
I
was
always
hoping
to
happen
as
a
team
and
I
want
to
highlight
the
work
group
effort
was
part
of
that
event
at
the
way
of
holding
the
group's
accountable
for
their
activities
as
well.
E
So
promoting
those
kinds
of
efforts
would
be
important
too
so
at
work.
This
is
not
just
to
develop
the
conference.
It's
a
way
of
developing
our
community,
the
various
efforts
in
it.
One
other
thing
is
when
it
comes
to
language.
Sometimes
we
talk
about
things
like
starts
the
dark
matter
and
I
just
want
you
all
to
be
aware
that
in
the
world
outside
of
our
community
or
outside
of
this
room,
there's
discussion
that
that
is
taking
on
different
connotations
now.
E
I
also
talked
about
things
like
dark
energy,
where
we
talked
before
why
I
referred
to
it
as
a
way
of
explaining
things
that
were
happening
beyond
a
4-week
City.
But
now
that
has
a
whole
new
meaning
outside
of
this
group.
So
just
know
that
if
you're
going
to
use
a
vocabulary
that
might
be
more
for
it
in
the
family,
then
up
guide.
It.
A
Okay,
I'll
also
just
point
out
in
wrapping
up
here
that
while
we
were
in
this
meeting,
we
actually
got
a
new
loomio
proposal
from
enable
mid-eighteen
for
product
development,
education
program
and
operational
efficiency.
So
please
go
to
loomio
and
check
that
out
when
you
have
a
moment
and
with
that
I
think
we'll
wrap,
Ben
I
think
you
wanted
to
touch
base
on
something
after
this.
Is
that
right
with
with
some
of
us
with
John,
and
was
it
me
and
John
and
Bob
yeah.
