A
And
it
says
we're
live
so
and
with
this
delay
you
never
know,
we've
probably
been
live
for
15
or
20
seconds.
So
let
me
get
my
screen
organized
here
and
I'm
gonna
share
just
for
a
few
minutes
to
go
through
our
usual
stuff
and
I'm
gonna
hand
things
over
to
our
presenters
of
the
day
ali
and
kevin.
A
So
just
a
few
minutes
here
to
go
through
our
usual
stuff,
and
if
I
could
ask
somebody
to
take
notes
today,
ben
or
john,
are
you
guys
either
in
a
position
or
both
of
you
want
to
help
with
notes?
I.
A
Awesome,
okay,
so
let
you
guys
fill
in
details
as
we
go.
It
doesn't
look
like
we
have
anyone
new
to
introduce
unless
fireflies.ai
wants
to
speak
up
right,
but
I
think
that's
maria
alexander
welcome
action
items.
This
is
going
to
be
quick
because
it
looks
like
bob
is
not
available
today.
I
know
he
said
he
was
going
to
be
on
the
phone,
so
he
might
dial
in,
but
I
don't
think
he's
had
a
chance
to
get
to
his
animal
prosthetic
related
action
items.
I
know
with
the
move
he
has
going
on.
A
That's
just
gonna:
it's
gonna
wait
a
little
while
same
thing
with
he
and
I
doing
this
recorded
zoom
session.
So
these
are
just
gonna
sit
until
his
his
life
returns
to
normal
john,
any
update
about
the
work
you're
doing
with
prashant
in
india.
C
You
know
I
had
an
exchange
with
prashant
he's
in
the
states
right
now,
I
invited
him
to
join
the
hub,
not
much
happening.
Okay,
let
me
just
say:
I've
just
done
a
google
search
for
firefights
that
a
high.
It
is
an
ai
assistant
that
records
it
transcribes
and
makes
it
possible
to
search
across
your
voice
conversations.
C
C
A
A
A
C
A
Go
john:
did
we
get
the
enable
guadalajara
money,
distribution
handled.
C
It's
so
they
have
because
the
school
is
closed
right
now
they
said
how
about,
if
you
hang
on
to
the
money
and
we'll
submit
invoices
using
open,
collective
and
everybody
is
happy
with
that
arrangement.
So
it's
handled
it's
not
completed,
but
it's
handled.
A
Fair
enough
I'll
go
ahead
and
mark
that
off,
okay.
Today's
special
presentation
is
coming
up
in
just
a
few
minutes,
just
a
couple
of
other
things
to
cover
first,
a
summary
of
our
metrics.
Here,
nothing
really
stood
out
to
me.
Our
enable
fund
is
down
to
21,
but
I
know
we
have
some
incoming
have
any
of
those
hit
you
yet
john.
C
Absolutely
this
week
I
deposited
25
000
smackaroos
into
the
enable
fund
20
from
the
dora
foundation
and
five
from
the
milstein
foundation.
So.
C
That's
right,
which
evan
is
already
on
track
to
do,
and
evan
and
martin,
and
I
are
meeting
next
week
just
to
go
over
sort
of
rochester
enable
limited
bookkeeping
issues.
A
Very
nice,
while
I'm
doing
the
metrics
each
week,
one
of
the
things
that
that
dashboard
calls
out
for
me
is
the
most
active
posts,
and
so
I
thought
it
might
be
nice
to
just
kind
of
highlight
the
most
active
one
each
week
here,
although
of
course
I
forgot
to
put
in
the
link.
So
that's
not
going
to
help
us
too
much,
but
chris
christoph
grandis,
I'm
sure
I'm
not
pronouncing
that
right
had
this
post
about.
How
can
I
help
him?
A
He
was
just
asking
for
ideas
now
somebody
there's
a
comments
but
rick
here,
rick
williams
phd
pointed
out
that
they
did
have
good
luck
with
the
kinetic
hand
and
shared
an
interesting
video
here
with
somebody
I'm
not
going
to
let
the
whole
thing
play,
but
a
nice
demo.
This
is
the
first
one
I
had
seen
of
somebody
using
it
with
a
residual
finger.
They
cut
out
for
the
for
the
pinky
and
it's
the
first
time
I've
seen
one
where
it
actually
seems
to
work
pretty
well
with
the
the
finger
able
to
work
pretty
normally.
A
It
looks
to
me
so
I
just
found
that
video
to
be
interesting.
I
don't
know
if
anybody
has
anything
to
offer
on
this
case,
but
if
you
do,
I
am
going
to
go
ahead
and
add
this
link
that
I
meant
to
into
here
and
please
jump
in
there.
If
you
want
to
get
involved
in
that
discussion,
I'll
just
I'll
leave
it
at
that.
A
We've
got
our
upcoming
meetings.
Let's
see,
we
just
did
the
education
meetup,
so
the
next
one
is
with
the
chapter
leaders
next
monday.
Is
that
right
man?
That's
it
okay,
so
I
like
that
one
is
coming
up
and
yeah.
D
A
Of
our
other
recurring
meetings
keep
an
eye
on
the
calendar
on
the
hub
and
we
don't
have
any
upcoming
one-time
events
that
I
know
of
right
now.
Does
anybody
have
any
events
that
you'd
like
to
announce?
A
C
A
E
First
of
all,
so
thank
you,
everyone
for
coming
and
I'm
going
to
be
presenting
on
the
dashboard
that
I
have
essentially
made,
though
it's
built
off
of
the
work
of
isabella
kaplan,
the
intern
before
me,
I'm
also
not
starting
with
the
actual
dashboard,
because
first
is
this
forum
post
in
the
new
members
space-
and
this
is
just
a
summary
of
how
to
become
active
in
enable
this
either
will
get
pinned
or
added
to
the
current
pinned
comment.
E
I
do
not
have
the
power
to
pin
topics
unfortunately,
anyway,
all
of
these
links
and
there's
a
link
to
the
full
thing
leads
to
the
launch
pad,
which
is
its
own
space.
So
people
will
not
join
this.
This
is
a
reference
which
is
why
there's
a
link
in
the
new
member
space
so
to
go
through
it.
It
begins
with
this
information.
Everyone
needs.
This
is
a
lot
of
references
about
how
enable
works.
E
The
longest
article
actually
is
just
how
to
use
the
hub
with
detailed
instructions
about
how
everything
works
and
how
to
set
up
your
profile,
as
well
as
links
to
more
resources
and
things
like
how
to
get
started
as
a
naval
volunteer,
because
that's
that's
the
point
of
this
entire
space.
E
Next
is
the
legal
and
funding
itself,
because
a
lot
of
chapters,
especially
school
chapters,
might
have
worries
about
this
kind
of
thing.
But
as
long
as
you,
you
know,
follow
the
law
you're
pretty
safe,
as
well
as
details
about
getting
money.
E
Other
pages
have
more
details
about
how
it's
applicable
to
specific
types
of
volunteers,
but
this
is
the
general.
There
are
three
ways
to
get
money
from
enable,
and
this
diagram
just
illustrates
that
fundraising
is
a
page
on
how
to
add
money
to
the
enable
fund,
because
enable
does
good
work,
as
we've
seen
the
previous
pages.
So
you
can
either
donate
yourself
or
you
can
help
raise
money.
E
This
is
the
second
longest
page
I
tried
to
otherwise
keep
them
to
under
a
screen,
but
everything
about
how
to
actually
become
a
maker
fits
on
this
one
screen
of
the
making
a
test
device
and
assembling
it,
because
there's
also
advice
for
actually
finding
a
recipient
for
your
device,
which
is,
after
actually
making
the
prosthetic
the
next
most
important
thing,
as
well
as
some
information
about
how
important
joining
a
chapter
can
be
to
many
people
and
also
some
links
to
more
work,
because
once
you
become
a
maker,
that
is,
for
many
people,
just
the
first
step
to
becoming
active
and
enable.
E
So
next
is
the
chapter
page:
it's
pretty
easy
to
become
a
chapter
to
register
one,
but
the
reason
why
you
become
a
chapter
from
enables
perspective
other
than
the
community
is
because
you
can
get
money
or
other
support
from
enable
that's
the
the
money
itself,
the
badges
and
also
the
community
aspect.
E
Next
are
recipients
of
devices,
even
though
they're
the
most
important
volunteers,
they
have
the
fewest
instructions,
because
what
they
have
to
do
is
they
can
make
a
post
in
the
forum
or
they
can
sign
up
for
the
web
central,
but
their
real
work
that
they
do
is
communicating
with
the
makers
and
telling
them
what
works.
What
doesn't
work,
what
they
need,
and
that
kind
of
thing,
but
there's
also
a
plug
for
the
meetup
for
device
users
on
the
calendar.
E
Next
are
the
school
groups,
even
though
they
are
just
standard
chapters.
We
have
so
many
resources,
specifically
for
education,
educational
groups
that
they
really
need
their
own
page,
because
there
is
first
of
all,
an
entire
space
dedicated
to
enabling
education,
and
then
there
is
a
an
entire
website
with
a
full
curriculum
beginning
with
elementary
school
going
down
to
high
school.
I
believe
this
was
made
by
lindsay
wells
as
well
as
the
education
meetup.
E
And
next
is
the
it's
called
the
coordinator
here
for
space,
but
this
is
also
a
the
community
leader
and
the
main
ways
to
do
that
is
become
active
in
the
meetings,
for
example,
this
town
hall,
of
course,
but
it's
also
important
to
vote
on
enablio
major
proposals
need
at
least
20
people
to
vote
on
them.
So
if
you
want
things
to
get
done,
it's
important
to
vote
and
voting
also
gives
you
a
say
in
what
proposals
are
passed
or
not
but
spreading.
The
word
is
also
important.
E
E
But
if
you
don't
know
about
the
system,
then
you
can't
claim
them,
and
finally
is
the
designer
page.
This
is
short
because
I
don't
have
the
the
main
prerequisite
to
actually
designing
new
designs
is
cad
experience,
which
enabled
doesn't
normally
teach,
but
you
can
talk
with
other
people.
So
there's
a
big
post
towards
the
hub.
E
One
of
the
things
I'm
especially
proud
of
that
might
be
hard
to
notice
at
first
is
the
fact
that
the
entire
page
fits
on
one
computer
screen,
including
the
summary
of
the
entire
process,
because
you
can
go
in
any
order,
but
most
people
tend
to
become
a
maker
and
then
join
the
community
in
other
ways.
E
So
thank
you
and
does
anyone
have
any
questions.
C
I'll
point
out
that,
first
of
all,
it's
I
think
it's
really
nice,
so
I
think
it's
gonna
be
a
great
thank
you
utility
to
have.
You
also
did
quite
a
bit
of
quite
a
number
of
other
services
to
the
community,
so
I
just
want
to
say
this:
is
your
deliverable
and
was
sort
of
your
core
project,
but
it's
you've
been
very
helpful
as
we
go.
C
A
Only
that
I'm
anxious
to
get
it
live
and
make
sure
it's.
The
first
thing
new
members
see,
I
think
it's
great.
E
Is
right?
Yes,
it
is
public.
I
should
be
able
to
take
out
the
word
prototype
from
the
name,
so
I
will
do
that
after
this
meeting.
B
And
I
can
add
it
as
a
pin
post
on
the
new
member
space.
There's
there's
a
couple
things
from
that
new
member
space
that
we
kind
of
integrate
into
that
post.
So
underneath
kevin's
table,
we
can
have
the
new
member
meeting
slide
deck
and
just
a
quick,
quick
edit.
The
bionic
meeting
is
monthly,
it's
every
first
friday
featuring
vivek
who's
with
us
today.
So
that
is
something
that
last
week
we
integrated
in
with
the
the
general
meetings.
Oh,
so
thanks
thanks
vivek.
A
Yeah,
and
just
I
want
to
echo
what
john
said,
thanks
for
all
the
work
you've
done
kevin,
this
is
great.
This
is
this
especially,
is
I
I
it's
hard
to
overstate
the
importance
of
this
because
over
the
last
several
years,
it's
definitely
the
number
one.
A
I
don't
want
to
say
a
complaint,
but
feedback
that
we
receive
is
that
it's
very
difficult
to
kind
of
figure
out
how
to
get
started
and
where
to
find
things.
So
this
is
really
helpful.
Thank
you.
D
D
D
So
the
majority
of
you
know,
I
think
everybody
on
this
call
was
probably
at
the
event
but
again
for
recording
purposes.
The
student
chapter
networking
event
took
place
on
saturday
november,
20th
from
10
a.m,
to
5
30
p.m,
and
we
invited
basically
anybody
who
is
involved
with
enable
or
interested
in
becoming
involved
with
enable,
and
we
were
specifically
looking
for
student
chapter
involvement.
D
This
was
a
chance
for
chapters
to
come
together
internationally
or
from
the
united
states
and
just
connect
with
one
another
learn
from
each
other
and
collaborate
and
form
relationships.
We
held
this
event
all
day
over
zoom
and
we
really
just
wanted
to
promote
cross
chapter
collaboration.
D
The
schedule
was
pretty
long,
but
it
was
really
worthwhile
to
have
it
worked
out
in
advance.
We
had
a
whole
bunch
of
guest
speakers
and
they
all
ranged
from
15
minutes
to
an
hour
long.
We
had
a
really
great
mix
of
different
length,
presentations
and
those
presentations
were,
you
know,
staggered
throughout
the
day,
so
we
got
a
lot
of
good
feedback
about
about
the
schedule
and
its
organization.
D
I'm
going
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
advertising,
so
the
hub
did
not
get
a
lot
of
attention.
For
this
event,
we
only
had
14
people,
click
the
attending
button
and
two
maybes
and
all
of
the
comments
were
made
by
ben,
and
I
oh
and
just
to
note
we
posted
this
on
october
20th,
so
one
month
before
the
event
actually
took
place.
D
We
also
promoted
the
event
on
social
media,
just
some
general
things
when
creating
a
social
media
post.
You
want
the
actual
image
to
have
less
information
than
the
caption
and
it's
great
to
post
questions
in
the
caption.
One
thing
that
we
didn't
utilize,
but
we
could
utilize
in
the
future,
is
posting
a
poll
on
social
media
stories
to
gauge
interest
and
actually
ask
viewers
and
participants
what
they
want
to
get
from
the
event
so
participants.
D
D
Their
contact
list
has
over
10
000
emails,
and
actually
we
were
able
to
increase
the
number
of
participants
by
16
within
three
days,
which
was
amazing,
and
then
I
sent
out
some
individual
emails.
Ben
and
john
also
sent
out
some
individual
emails,
and
that
was
really
great
in
securing
our
guest
speakers.
So
I
probably
emailed
around
15
people
and
heard
back
and
actually
secured
around
10,
which
was
great
and
then
through
monthly
hub
meetings.
D
D
So
the
event
headcount
we
had
throughout
the
entire
day
83
participants,
which
was
awesome
and
the
event
duration
wound
up
being
7
hours
and
30
minutes
and
on
average
we
had
around
22
participants
throughout
the
day.
D
I
did
notice
that,
depending
on
the
time
of
the
event
and
who
was
presenting
when
participation
did
go
up
slightly
so
for
ananya's
presentation,
specifically
between
2
and
2
30,
she,
I
guess
was
able
to
you-
know,
engage
three
other
people
from
her
community
to
come
and
actually
view
her
event,
which
was
really
wonderful,
and
that
was
the
peak
number
that
we
hit
was
28
around
2
15.
During
her
presentation.
D
So
feedback,
I
sought
feedback
through
three
different
outlets.
One
was
through
the
hub
through
an
edu
through
the
education
meeting,
and
we
were
able
to
have
one
person
join
us
from
new
jersey,
who's,
a
k-8
professor,
and
they
they
really
like
to
chat
with
people
in
person
versus
on
the
forum.
So
having
this
event
was
a
really
great
outlet
for
them
to
you
know,
meet
people
face
to
face
and
make
more
lasting
connections
with
different
people.
D
They
also
really
liked
the
categorization
of
the
presentations,
specifically
like
the
schedule
being
distributed
in
advance
and
knowing
what
was
going
to
be
available
when,
but
they
did
have
one
suggestion
which
I
think
would
be
worth
implementing
in
the
future,
which
is
ranking
the
presentations
by
knowledge
level,
so
beginner
to
advanced
and
having
some
sort
of
standard
form
for
that
emailed
out
to
presenters.
D
That
way.
They
can.
You
know,
attribute
what
the
presentation
knowledge
level
will
be
ahead
of
time.
Her
suggestion
was
basically
to
have
this
so
that
participants
could
sort
of
gauge
what
they
wanted
to
view
and
attend
throughout
the
day,
but
she
did
feel
like
there
was
something
provided
for
everyone,
and
the
format
again
was
really
great.
D
They
also
provided
some
interesting
future
session
topics
so
how
to
set
up
a
3d
printer
and
a
maker
lab
how
to
obtain
a
chapter
status,
recipient
relationships
and
customization
or
fitting
of
prosthetics
and
then
through
the
email,
google
form
which
was
sent
out
at
the
beginning
of
this
week.
Two
participants
responded
and
they
talked
about
how
they
liked
how
inclusive
the
event
was,
and
the
community
feeling
they
got
from
it
again.
They
liked
the
organization
of
the
event
and
the
topics.
D
D
A
couple
of
things
that
were
disliked
was
the
badge-a-thon:
it's
not
that
it
was
disliked.
They
just
said
the
badge-a-thon
seemed
slightly
confusing,
but
they
understood
why
it
was.
You
know
why
it
was
happening,
I
think,
maybe
just
because
they
weren't
from
a
chapter.
D
They
were
slightly
confused
and
thrown
off
by
that
and
again
the
length
of
the
event
was
you
know,
7
hours
and
30
minutes
is
long,
so
they
didn't
dislike
it.
They
just
noted
that
it
was
a
lengthy
event
and
then
participant
resources
in
the
google
drive
folder
that
was
emailed
out
to
the
43
registrants
in
advance,
had
a
feedback
form
and
one
participant
responded
to
that,
and
they
said
that
they
really
enjoyed
hearing
different
stories
from
different
chapters.
D
They
thought
it
was
really
inspirational
and
they
were
really
glad
that
the
schedule
was
on
track
to
stay
on
time,
the
entire
time
and
they
really
appreciated
the
educational
resources.
I
think
that
they
are
a
teacher
and
they
noted
that
teachers
don't
have
too
much
time
for
extra
activities,
so
it
was
really
helpful
to
have
those
resources.
D
Some
takeaways,
some
great
things
that
were
noted.
The
schedule
of
course,
sticking
to
it.
Staying
on
it
collecting
the
speaker,
bios
and
introducing
them
was
a
really
great
way
to
transition
and
stick
to
the
schedule
it
felt
less
abrupt
when
introducing
speakers
and
transitioning
them.
I
would.
I
would
highly
recommend
that
for
any
future
events-
and
definitely
the
student
chapter
networking
event
if
it
takes
place
again
in
the
future.
D
D
Specifically
the
student
chapter
networking
event:
if
it's
a
virtual
event,
a
little
over
a
month
should
be
fine
for
planning,
but
if
it's
an
in-person
event
at
least
two
months
in
advance
will
be
necessary
for
planning.
We
should
definitely
schedule
more
breaks.
D
But
I
would
suggest
scheduling
one
additional
30-minute
break
during
the
afternoon,
but
one
key
thing
about
zoom
is:
if
people
need
to
take
a
break,
they
can
always
turn
their
camera
off
and
you
know,
go
walk
around
for
five
minutes
and
in
order
to
encourage
engagement,
I
would
definitely
suggest
keeping
cameras
on
and
when
scheduling,
zoom
have
an
automatic
setting
that
turns
cameras
on
when
they
enter
the
room
or
allows
participants
to
decide
whether
or
not
they
want
their
cameras
on
and
then
again.
D
D
So
although
this
was
a
virtual
event,
taking
photos
are
still
super
important
and
necessary.
I
actually
took
these
photos
from
the
recording.
So
that's
another
great
thing
about
a
virtual
event,
but
this
photo
we
did
take
at
the
end
of
the
event.
It
was
fun
to
have
everybody
smiling
and
putting
up
emojis
and
celebrating
the
end
of
the
event
and
asynchronous
participation
is
continuing.
D
D
We
tried
to
host
a
hybrid
event
and
what
that
means
is
it's
a
virtual
platform,
but
chapters
or
groups
of
people
could
gather
together
in
person
and
all
be
in
one
room
and
watch
the
event
or
present
at
the
event
together
via
zoom,
that
didn't
wind
up
happening
too
much
for
us,
but
it
was
definitely
something
that
we
enjoyed
trying
and
having
the
virtual
platform.
You
know
it
leaves
a
lot
of
wiggle
room,
creating
promotional
material
ahead
of
time.
That's
pretty
synced
with
one
another
meaning
like
the
color
scheme
and
branding.
D
We
created
a
flyer
and
social
media
posts
and
we
had
different
qr
codes
with
the
registration
form,
which
was
really
valuable.
The
save
the
date
information
session
was
a
great
way
to
boost
engagement,
get
feedback.
D
It
was
really
important
to
have
a
physical
presentation
for
that
and
materials
prepped
ahead
of
time.
The
registration
form,
of
course,
was
insanely
valuable.
We
now
have
43
email
addresses
and
a
contact
list
for
the
student
network
event
and
the
contact
list
that
jeremy
helped
us
with
was
also
really
valuable.
D
Organization
of
the
event.
Creating
and
managing
google
drive
folders
specifically
having
a
participants
resources.
Folders
folder
was
great.
We
emailed
that
out
ahead
of
time,
probably
a
week
and
a
half
before
the
event,
it's
important
not
to
email
things
out
too
early,
but
you
also
want
to
make
sure
everybody
is
aware
of
what's
going
on
and
what
the
event's
going
to
entail
and
the
presenter
bios
are
also
in
there
for
reference
and
then,
during
the
event,
staying
on
schedule,
pre-assigning
roles
specifically
kevin
had
a
role
of
monitoring.
The
chat
live
streaming
to
youtube.
D
He
was
the
host,
he
created
the
breakout
rooms
and
he
also
raised
his
hand
as
timekeeper
five
minutes
before
the
presenter's
time
was
up
and
one
minute
before,
and
then
I
kind
of
transitioned
with
the
bios
and
that
really
kept
us
on
track
and
then,
after
the
event,
it
was
important
to
collect
the
presentations
and
feedback
from
individuals
and
also
send
thank
you
emails
so
for
hub
engagement,
I'm
just
going
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
what
I've
seen
and
what
I
think
could
maybe
boost
engagement
in
the
future.
D
So
this
is
an
example
of
what
the
december
2021
schedule
looks
like.
So
everything,
in
light
gray,
is
a
meeting
that
is
reoccurring
every
month.
At
the
same
time,
everything
in
blue
clearly
there's
nothing
on
the
schedule
there
and
then
the
dark
gray
is
more
to
highlight
that
there's
a
holiday,
so
maybe
the
24th
will
have
less
engagement
because
of
the
holiday.
But
you
know
this
is
an
international
ecosystem.
So
truly
we
don't
know
whether
or
not
that
would
be
the
case.
D
It's
hard
to
account
for
all
holidays,
so
I
think
either
putting
every
single
holiday
on
the
calendar
or
leaving
them
all
off
would
be
helpful.
But,
as
somebody
who
is
you
know,
based
in
massachusetts,
I
have
seen
a
couple
conflicts
with
holidays
and
scheduling
so
there's
potential
that
that
could
influence
the
participation.
D
I've
also
definitely
seen
the
most
engagement
with
the
town
hall.
It's
been
really
great,
there's
always
a
schedule,
an
agenda
and
the
flow
is
awesome,
the
other
meetings.
I
think
it
would
be
interesting
to
maybe
send
out
a
google
form
to
participants
and
see
what
they
want
to
get
out
of
meetings.
Maybe
changing
up
the
names
of
the
meetings
could
boost
more
engagement.
D
Additionally,
I
think
that
on
mondays
and
fridays
I
personally
know
that
I'm
really
busy,
because
I'm
just
getting
my
week
started
or
I'm
just
getting
my
week
finished
so
maybe
having
the
meetings
on
tuesdays
or
thursdays
could
be
a
change
of
pace.
I
think
taking
a
couple
of
months
to
experiment
with
different
times.
Maybe
five
o'clock,
four
o'clock
six
o'clock,
just
to
see
if
it
changes
the
engagement
at
all
would
be
a
great
experiment.
D
A
If
you
don't,
if
you
don't
mind
ellie
for
just
excel
forget
I
just
want
to
remind
us
that
in
the
hub
you
can
actually
do
basic
polling.
So
if
you
want
to
do
this,
you
don't
even
need
to
create
a
google
form.
Necessarily
you
can
just
create
a
post
right
there
in
the
hub,
select
it
as
a
just
change
the
type
to
poll-
and
you
can,
you
know,
ask
people
questions
or
have
them
vote
on
things
and
that's
built
right
into
the
hub.
So
I
just
want
to
remind
people
of
that.
D
D
D
So,
just
overall
boosting
hub
engagement,
appointing
one
individual
to
manage
all
of
the
calendar,
maintenance,
coordination
and
facilitation
would
be
really
valuable,
scheduling
presenters
with
a
lot
of
advanced
notice.
You
know
having
conversation
starters,
sending
out
emails,
having
specific
blurbs
for
the
events.
Maybe
all
typed
up
on
one
document
for
participants
to
view
would
be
really
valuable
and
then
promoting
you
know
publishing
this
on
the
forum.
Monthly
would
be
great.
D
If
somebody
is
signed
up
for
an
event
having
them
or
signed
up
to
to
present
at
a
meeting
having
them
their
email
addresses
would
be
great
coordinating
what
they're
going
to
be
talking
about,
seeing
if
there's
anything
that
can
be
posted
to
the
event
calendar
in
advance
like
a
sneak
peek
or
a
longer
blurb,
or
an
image
of
something
that
they're
gonna
talk
about
just
to
gain
traction
and
boost
engagement
and
then
reminding
those
individuals
at
least
three
days
ahead
of
time
of
their
commitment
to
to
this
meeting
and
just
publishing
everything
afterwards
and
making
sure
that
everything's
archived,
which
you
all
do
a
really
great
job
at
that,
and
then
next
steps
communication.
D
So
the
student
chapter,
networking
event
has
developed
a
lot
of
communication
channels
and
relationships.
So
it's
you
know
it'll,
be
great
to
just
keep
that
in
mind.
Moving
forward,
build
momentum
off
of
that
event,
look
for
members
for
guidance.
As
I
said,
let
the
members
in
the
hub
space
dictate
what
what
they
want
to
see
and
what
they
need
and
let
that
guide
the
process.
D
D
So
now
we
have
a
lot
of
traction
for
the
student
chapter
networking
event,
so
just
keeping
that
rolling
either
creating
this
or
either
making
this
an
annual
event
or
a
bi-annual
event,
building
momentum
and
the
size
each
year,
maybe
making
it
into
a
multi-day
event
an
entire
weekend
in
the
future
and
thinking
through
it
a
little
bit
more
now
that
there
are
a
lot
of
resources
to
pull
from,
and
that
is
it.
Thank
you
all
so
much.
I
am
here
for
any
questions.
D
C
You
yeah,
I
want
to
say
you
should
be
an
event
in
communications
consultant.
I
think
that
that
was
really
just
right.
C
I
don't
think
you
said
it,
but
most
of
the
points
that
you
said
out
loud
are
also
in
the
notes
of
your
presentation,
and
I
would
urge
your
successor
once
they've
viewed
this
video
to
view
it
a
second
time
and
make
sure
that
they
really
capture
all
of
those
action
items
and
turn
them
into
a
a
checklist
for
the
next
time
around,
because
I
think
there's
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
little
tricks
of
the
trade
that
you've
dropped
into
your
presentation.
That
are
very
helpful.
D
Yeah
I
so
I
have
a
lot
of
notes,
speaker
notes
that
are
very
in-depth,
a
few
paragraphs
in
there
and
a
lot
of
links.
I
also
have
a
two-page
document
about
takeaways
from
the
event
a
two-page
document
about
how
to
organize
an
event
and
a
two-page
checklist
document.
So
all
of
that,
whoever
is
the
event
coordinator
next
year,
should
definitely
read
through.
C
Okay,
so
all
of
that
all
of
those
links
are
in
the
presentation,
the
hub
is
sort
of
our
public
library
where
in
the
hub
will
this
presentation
and
all
of
this
information
be
findable.
D
I
believe
ben
has
been
working
on
archiving.
All
of
that
he
has
been
dividing
up
the
long
seven
hour
event
into
the
individual
events
with
captions,
so
that
would
probably
be
a
great
space.
B
B
That
is
true
in
the
enable
education
space.
If
you
go
to
the
wiki
you'll,
see
events
and
presentations.
There's
the
student
chapter
networking
event,
so
we've
got
a
summary
at
the
top
which
has
links
to
the
google
drive
that
ali
made,
which
is
really
wonderfully
organized
and
has
all
of
our
work
materials.
It
also
has
the
feedback
form
for
anybody
that
went
to
the
event.
B
Here's
the
full
video
and
then
we
break
it
down
by
section
and
you'll
notice,
kevin
added
in
the
side,
basically
using
the
h1h2,
it's
all
structured
out,
so
you
can
click
on
the
index
to
get
where
you
want
to
go.
The
nice
thing
about
this
as
well
is
that
these
are
all
individual
links.
So
if
we
want
to
share
in
the
future,
specifically,
let's
say
the
monroe
catholic
high
school
presentation,
we
can
do
that.
B
I'm
in
the
process
of
copying
the
bios
that
ali
put
together
for
each
presentation
having
the
hub
link
and
then
the
email
address,
and
then
the
video
recording
and
the
presentation,
if
you
click
on
the
video
recording
it'll,
go
directly
to
that
section
and
again.
A
This
is
a
this
is
a
great
way
to
share
things
like
this
going
forward.
I
think
that's
a
great
model,
but
I'm
also
wondering
where
do
we
share
or
how
do
we
share
these
instructional
materials,
like
what
ally
just
presented,
for
example,
like
here's,
how
to
put
on
an
event
like
where
do
we
have
a
place
where
we're
sharing
like
how
to's
and
guides
and
best
practices?
And
things
like
that?
I
wonder.
E
B
A
B
We
we
also
do
have
in
the
enable
education
space
there's,
there's
different
archives,
but
yeah,
maybe
the
maybe,
I
think,
kevin's
suggestion
with
the
ccc
space,
because
it's
it's.
A
I
wouldn't
put
it
in
education
because
it's
not
only
for
people
in
education.
I
think
this
is
stuff.
That's
you
know
valuable
for
and
I'm
you
know,
I'm
just
using
ali's
presentation
as
an
example,
but
you
know
part
of
what
I
think
our
our
kind
of
mission
here,
as
the
community
coordination
committee
is,
is
to
try
to
gather
best
practices
from
around
our
community.
There's
wonderful
things
that
chapters
are
doing.
A
B
It's
sort
of
hidden
right
now,
if
you
go
to
forum
and
then
you
go
to,
I
think
it's
linked
list
and
you
you
dig
down,
you
can
find
community
print
materials
and
guides
and
documents
and
templates
it's
sort
of
hidden.
A
B
Right
and
just
a
quick
shout
out
to
kevin,
he
did
organize
this
based
on
language,
which
is
wonderful,
so
we
do
have
a
google
drive
that
has
all
the
materials
that
we
have
in
each
language
and
maybe
that
would
be
sort
of
where
we
want
to
put
this
stuff.
C
A
C
So
so
ben,
I
did
want
to
suggest
that,
in
the
description
in
what
you
just
showed
us,
the
subpost,
the
subwiki
page
dedicated
to
this
event,
this
very
page
on
that
page.
You
should
make
it
very
clear,
say,
august,
not
august
november
2021,
also
in
the
title,
just
so
that,
as
these
things
accumulate
or
people
trying
to
find
it,
they've
got
a
shot
at
finding
it
by
by
the
date.
C
Also
include
credit
and
description
on
this
page
to
kelly
and
ally
and
a
cross
link,
ally
and
kevin,
I
meant
to
say,
and
then
a
cross
link
to
wherever
al
ali's
presentation
is
going
to
be.
B
Good
points,
I
think
we
can
just
say
it's
the
chapter
networking
event
2021.
We
do
have
the
specifics
in
there
and
maybe
under
the
summary,
we
can
have
a
link
to
allie's
presentation,
a
link
to
their
internship
information
that
kind
of
stuff.
You
can
have
a
little
summary
about
about
that
and
I
think
we
also
should
have
a
sort
of
like
a
participation
summary
like
a
one
pager.
I
did
sort
of
integrate
into
this
the
results
of
our
badge-a-thon.
B
You
know
18
badge
requests
from
six
different
with
six
different
badges,
14
volunteers,
four
countries,
six
schools
links
to
their
information.
I
think
if
we
try
to
pull
together
sort
of
a
participation
summary
that
would
be
a
really
great
and
a
lot
of
it's
already
in
ali's
presentation.
So
I
just
need
to
pull
some
of
that
stuff
together,
but
great
question.
A
Well,
I
think
we
should
leave
it
there
for
today
unless
anyone
else
has
anything.
That's
time
sensitive,
I
don't
wanna,
you
know
muddy
the
waters
getting
in
other
topics
here
in
our
last
10
minutes.
So
does
anybody
have
anything
time
sensitive
to
talk
about.
C
Well
I'll
note
that
this
is
the
farewell
to
kevin
dardick
and
ali
elliott.
It's
been
a
pleasure
working
with
them.
They
have
been
well
managed
by
ben
rubin
and
they're,
leaving
behind
a
great
deal
of
structure
and
organization
and
contributions
that
other
people
will
be
able
to
build
on.
That's
one
of
the
big
risks
of
interns
is
that
they
come.
They
learn
they
go,
but
in
this
case
they
came,
they
saw
they
conquered
and
they
left
monuments
behind.
So
I
think
that's
great.
A
You
know
I
don't
I
don't
know
how
much
of
this
is
about
the
individuals
or,
if
there's
something
about
brandeis
university
and
the
way
they
do
things,
but
I
mean
we've
had
such
great
results
from
our
previous
intern
isabella
and
you
guys
it's
really
wonderful.
So
I
I
hope
we
can
do
more
of
this.
It's
it's
really
been
nice.
Having
you
guys
can.
F
I
jeremy,
can
I
make
a
comment:
it's
bob
please.
Yes,
I'm
dry,
I'm
driving
and
the
video's
off.
So
my
apologies,
but
you
know
in
my
business
career
I've
worked
with
many
many
many
young
interns
and
I
can
honestly
say-
and
this
is
not
pandering
honestly
say
so
far.
I
am
super
impressed
with
with
the
work
that
that
ally
and
kevin
and
isabella
have
done
so.
F
C
Wonder
guys
I
wish,
can
you
explain
this?
You
both
are
coming
from
an
mba
program
and
were
you
both
trained
to
be
consultants?
Is
that
part
of
your
secret
sauce.
D
Great
question,
so
we
all
do
a
summer
consulting
project
with
a
team
which
happens
the
semester
before
the
mba
internship,
so
over
the
summer-
and
I
was
specifically
working
with
a
organization
called
chica
bean,
which
is
a
female
empowerment,
coffee,
rower,
coffee,
grower
and
roaster
in
guatemala,
and
I
help
them
my
team
and
I
help
them
develop
a
tool
kit
for
measuring
their
internal
metrics,
moving
forward
and
social
impact.
So
yeah
we
have
consulting
experience.
D
B
D
D
E
A
A
Doubt,
thank
you
guys
for
the
wonderful
work
you
did.
It's
really
been
great
having
you
and
I
I
I
want
to
go
back
to
what
john
said.
I
know
you
guys
are
going
to
have
to
move
on
and
get
into
your
next.
You
know
coursework
and
all
that,
but
I
hope
you
don't
disappear
entirely.
I
hope
you
can
stay
engaged
at
some
level
with
the
community
because
it
really
is
nice
to
have
you
around
and
be
able
to
leverage
your
expertise,
even
if
it's
only
occasionally.
D
A
B
And
in
terms
of
next
steps,
ali
did
help
connect
us
to
ian
roy
as
he
presented
at
the
event,
but
he's
probably
going
to
be
a
really
great
contact
for
us
for
looking
at
the
sort
of
the
next
round
of
interns.
A
Wonderful,
actually
ben,
do
you
mind
sending
me
his
email
address?
I
wanted
to
reach
out
to
him.
I
I
wanted
to
invite
him
to
join
me
for
a
podcast
session
too.
B
Yeah,
it's
in
the
the
summary
event
but
I'll
edit.
The
chat
right
now
awesome
thanks.
