Description
This is a recording of the e-NABLE Strategic Planning Committee meeting for Friday, October 25, 2019.

A
We'll
go
ahead
and
get
started,
then
I
am
recording,
so
we
can
share
this
later
on
and
I
guess.
If
it's
just
the
three
of
us
today,
maybe
it'll
be
a
little
bit
shorter.
We'll
see,
we've
only
got
two
action
items
in
here
right
now.
One
is
the
ongoing
effort
of
the
important
historical
posts
into
the
hub.
Any
progress
update,
John
I.
B
The
way
Nia
is
setting
up
a
hub
hub,
PHP
development
server
and
then
will
work
with
me
to
import
the
data
which
I
have
obtained
in
order
to
try
to
put
it
into
the
development
server,
and
if
that
works
will
then
be
able
to
move
it
into
a
live
production
server.
We're
trying
to
set
up
that
server
on
the
same
server
that
enables
our
org
points
to
and
as
fee
is
tied
up
for
the
next
couple
of
days.
We've
already
had
a
couple
of
productive
and
useful
sessions
and
I
think
he's
gonna.
C
There
is
four
projects
that
I
brought
over
this
week
so
far
and
I've
been
trying
different
things
with
trying
to
get
the
functionality
from
wiki
factory
you
home
hub,
but
it's
sort
of
fun
to
kind
of
play
around
that
incredible
sense
of
it.
I
haven't
been
doing
this
week,
not
just
for
being
over
the
the
members
that
I
can
I
can
find.
C
C
A
C
Can
it's
a
maybe
I
can
just
kind
of
summarize
but
I've
been
working
in
this
week
and
instead
of
what
I
got
get
it
in
for
next
week
and
what
I'll
have
to
do?
I
apologize,
not
to
add
in
this
stuff
the
notes
after
the
meeting
but
I
have
my
my
report
in
front
of
me
so
that
I
can
read
that
and
then
just
Aven.
C
C
C
C
Put
a
new
screen
share,
so
this
is
a
sort
of
a
summary
of
activities
in
October,
but
I,
basically
just
put
it
together
this
past,
beep
and
I'll.
Have
it
turn
every
month,
I'll
try
that
Ali
got
the
projects
that
I'm
working
on
so
there's
just
general
highlights:
there's
changes
in
chapters
and
I'm
sort
of
playing
playing
with
this
to
see.
C
Yesterday
of
looking
over
Chad
and
Rodrigo's
proposal
or
loomio
to
give
them
some
feedback,
John
also
jumped
in
to
give
them
some
feedback
working
on
some
English
captions
with
enable
Creusot,
motional
video
and
then
chatting
with
John
a
little
bit
about
the
PHP
projects
that
we
could
do
within
Home
Hub,
not
just
in
terms
of
having
a
hosted
sandbox
or
testing
different
features,
but
also
be
really
great
to
look
into
these
custom
dynamic
pages
instead
of
using
iframes
and
the
global
tags.
We've
talked
about
I
think
there
were
the
developer.
C
C
It
was
disposed
of
all
the
documents,
but
I've
been
working
on
the
content,
content
migration
I've
been
keeping
an
eye
on
the
forum,
feed
and
including
topics,
and
even
though
it's
just
within
the
forum
I
think
getting
a
sense
of
how
we
can
use
those
that
way
of
organizing
that
this
is
the
multi
best
insight
and
the
development
that
we
can
do
across
the
different
Facebook.
But
then
adding
the
topic,
and
this
is
just
sort
of
a
list
of
different
documents.
C
So
we
can
be-
and
you
already
have
a
space
for
the
SPC
it'd-
be
great
to
try
to
get
some
discussions
going
on
about
some
of
the
topics
that
people
talk
about
Erin's,
doing
a
really
great
job
and
organizing
the
meetings
and
having
the
notes
and
even
after
the
know,
it's
having
links
this
SIG
parts
of
the
content.
I
tried
to
pull
all
that
together
into
the
monthly
summary
and
getting
a
sense
of
some
of
the
themes
that
crossover
week.
I
think
can
be
a
really
great
asset
with
a
newsletter.
Oh
yeah.
A
A
C
Okay,
not
these
kind
of
systems,
I
think
could
stand
by
some
time.
So
you
know,
in
the
end,
having
three
of
these
four
monthly
summaries
will
be
a
lot
easier
to
pull
some
stuff
together
for
a
newsletter,
and
it's
something
that's
already
happening.
So
that's
one.
One
of
these
projects
have
been
looking
at.
C
Basically,
a
pack
I
think
your
resources,
but
as
simple
as
possible,
and
something
worth
you
know,
a
set,
something
where
the
the
logo
is
sort
of
worked
together
in
kind
of
a
system
that
that
people
will
identify
with
the
enabled
cross,
dappered
Oh,
anyways
I'm
rambling
a
little
bit
going.
Looking
ahead,
it'll
be
great
to
see
if
I
catch
up
with
Bob.
C
You
know
the
captioning,
so
I
give
them
a
hymn
with
a
promotional
video
yesterday,
but
using
some
of
the
YouTube
automatic
captions
and
then
the
automatic
translations,
as
as
something
to
edit
rather
than
starting
from
scratch,
I
think
will
save
a
lot
of
time.
So
it's
great
webinar
stuff
that
he's
been
doing
so
you
know
again
big
picture
I'm
looking
at
what
what
are
we
doing
currently
and
what
can
I
work
on
to
help
facilitate
the
stuff?
C
C
That's
what
I
got
and
I'll
be
having
this
report
so
I'll
just
add
it
to
the
media
coordination
page
in
the
hub
and
hopefully
I
can
keep
a
dialogue
with
that's
through
the
SPC,
but
with
the
wider
community,
there's
been
a
couple
people
Chad's
reached
out
and
had
some
ideas.
So
the
leak
rates
try
to
get
some
feedback
and
let
people
know
that
there's
sort
of
this
open
dialogue
and
do
that
through
the
hub,
which
is
great.
C
C
It's
a
great
point
and
in
the
same
way,
that
every
time
I
go
to
the
forum,
I'm
kind
of
you
know
I
feel
like
a
little
bit
of
a
DJ
going
through
each
post
and
saying
okay.
What
are
they
talking
about?
Is
this
an
introduction?
Then
I
had
that
topic
in
and
I
think
we
can
start
when
went,
do
come
up,
but
somebody
has
a
question
about
technology.
It'd
be
great
to
to
try
to
invite
people
to
some
of
these
spaces.
Yeah.
A
A
I've
been
doing
right
on
a
limited
basis
like
if
I
see
somebody
that
introduces
themselves
as
a
teacher
I
automatically
go
and
invite
them
to
the
enable
educators
exchange
space.
If
I
see
somebody
mention
that
they're
a
chapter
leader
I'll,
go
and
invite
them
to
the
chapter
leader
space
but
yeah
I
agree,
we
should
do
more
of
that,
inviting
them
to
relevant
spaces.
That's
a
good
idea
and
I
like
that.
You're
having
topics,
that's
very
helpful,
yeah.
C
And
you
know
again,
there's
all
these
future
potential
for
developing
the
hub.
I
mean
it's
great,
that
it's
open
source.
So
there's
a
lot
of
room
to
grow.
I
think
it'll
be
interesting.
You
know
not
just
external
campaigns,
which
is
you
know,
kind
of
get
donors
and
funding
and
communications
out
there,
the
public,
but
also
for
us
to
start
coming
up
with
some
internal
campaign.
So,
for
example,
I,
don't
think
there's
any
recipients
that
have
self-identified
within
the
hub.
Currently
in
the
system.
C
You
know
there's
some
language
barriers,
of
course,
but
you
know
it's
fine
for
people
to
also
be
posting
in
Spanish
Portuguese
and
that
kind
of
stuff
in
their
project,
so
I
think
it
would
be
really
great
if
we
can,
as
you
know,
have
these
internal
campaigns
that
we
start
to
look
at
that's
down
the
road,
but
that's
some
of
that
stuff.
Where
we
can,
you
know
we
can
kind
of
have
a
catalyst
to
encourage
people
to
do
it,
but
as
soon
as
that
stuff
takes
off
its
self-sustaining.
B
All
right,
you
know,
bend
the
topic.
My
stirring
that
you're
doing
is
is
really
a
great
example
of
something
that
that
needs
to
be
done
and
that,
because
it's
somewhat
tedious
and
methodical-
and
it
has
to
be
done
regularly-
is
a
great
thing
that
you
who
are
currently
being
hey
you're
for
some
of
your
time
is
doing.
It
occurs
to
me
that
the
others
grow
nicely
and
activity
is
growing
nicely.
Also,
there's
a
lot
of
activity
going
on
in
the
various
Facebook
and
social
media
groups.
B
Therefore,
I've
just
noted
two
high-impact
suggestions
for
Ben's
consideration,
one
that
with
some
sort
of
methodology
for
ongoing
and
cross
posting
with
social
media
and
the
hub,
and
this
issue
that
we've
discussed,
which
has
we
may
be
able
to
help
us
with
a
rotating
internal
navigation
as
well
as
cross-platform
navigation,
which
I
mean
if
you're
looking
for
something
in
particular
within
the
hub.
It's
still
hard
it
and
it
gets
harder
as
the
forest
grows.
So
we
need
to
work
on
that
yeah.
B
A
Know
you
one
of
the
things
that
you
remind
me
of
when
you
talk
about
cross
posting
with
social
media.
I
know
you
had
a
page
and
I,
don't
know
if
it's
still
out
there,
but
you
had
built
something
that
was
pulling
down
a
stream
of
from
all
the
content
from
across
all
these
different
enable
Facebook
pages.
Is
that
still.
B
A
A
C
A
bit
of
a
house
of
mirrors
strategy
he
but
I,
do
think
having
you
know
exactly
what
John
was
saying,
having
a
system
of
strategy
in
place
before
it
saying
okay,
what
do
we?
What
are
these
other
social
media
platforms
that
were
covering
I
mean
even
within
you
know,
enabling
the
teacher
had
that
really
great
article
about
the
conference
and
it
wasn't
directly
shared
I,
don't
think
within
the
hub,
I
think
if
we
can
yeah
have
a
little
checkbox
of
saying.
C
Okay,
these
are
what
we're
checking
on
a
weekly
basis,
if
had
a
post
and
then
and
the
chairs
from
our
content
with
these
other
spaces,
we
don't
really
have
a
means
for
attracting
that
yet,
but
it
would
be
also.
Actually.
This
is
the
question
for
Jeremy
getting
access
to
the
analytics
for
anyone,
a
feature
for
the
hub,
or
some
of
these
be
places
that
were
these
online
presence
spaces
naval,
we
can
start
tracking
this
stuff.
We
can.
C
We
can
start
looking
at
on
a
regular
basis
at
what
the
activity
patterns
are
like
and
also
we're
playing
into
that
I.
Don't
know
if
that's
something
in
the
later
call,
but
it'd
be
great
to
be
able
to
get
access
to
that
stuff
and
basically
pull
together.
What
are
our
Matt
correct?
Whatever?
What
do
we
had
access
to
yeah.
A
A
C
I'd,
be
wonderful
and,
and
again
I
mean
it's
a
big
picture.
There's
all
these
really
create
ideas
or
things
that
we
can
do.
But
you
know
in
terms
of
evaluating
it
success
figuring
out
what
we're
already
doing
and
how
that's
were
thing
is
gonna,
be
the
really
important
first
step
for
us
before
we
can
make
the
changes
and
not
really
know
if
it's
working
or
not,
you.
A
C
It
might
be
similar
to
something
like
HootSuite
is
more
for
posting
a
it
allows
you
to
basically
create
one
post
and
then
share
it
across
platform,
though
the
the
incoming
and
the
outgoing
having
a
process
that
is,
it's
gonna,
save
a
lot
of
time
and
I
think
you
know
just
tracking
what
we're
already
doing.
So
you
know
maybe
anything
up
with
every
tip
and
finding
out
more
about
is
strategy.
All
of
these
different
chapters
are
based
the
independent
organization,
and
so
the
more
we
can
get
a
sense
of.
B
Have
two
challenges:
one
is
to
rest
their
mind.
You
know
just
to
wrap
your
mind
around
all
of
this
stuff
and
the
other
is
to
then
turn
it
into
distilled
and
digested
utilities
so
that
other
people
don't
have
to
wrap
their
minds
around
I.
You
know
I'm
reminded
of
my
little
sermon
to
the
people
who
I
might
have
scared
away,
saying
that
no
Danny
with.
B
D
D
C
I
can
just
quickly
ask
ed
and
the
Deloitte
team,
so
I
shared
the
document
in
the
notes
deserve.
Is
there
anything
that
I
can
do
to
you
guys
I
mentioned
earlier
that
I'm
gonna
be
talking
about
if
I
can
get
a
little
story
together
about
his
plans
and
his
work
on
ewc
and
what
you
guys
are
doing
together
as
a
way
of
you
know
bass,
it's
this
thing
on
the
sidelines,
letting
you
guys
to
work
on
the
redesign,
but
getting
more
people
aware
of
that
whole
process
and
project.
A
Then
they're
there
to
be
clear,
they're,
they're
working
a
little
I'd,
say
they're,
working
more
with
me
on
the
development
side,
because
they're
coming
up
with
recommendations
that'll,
you
know
Bob
does
case
facilitation,
so
he
really
is.
You
know
I
he's
more
on
the
backend.
He
helps
to
facilitate
cases.
The
Deloitte
team
is
going
to
be
giving
me
recommendations
on
how
we
can
improve
the
platform.
I'll
be
working
with
our
developers
to
implement
those
recommendations.
You.
C
D
D
D
What
we
want
to
deliver
you
know
to
deliver
continuously
is
a
view
of
what
that
what
the
enable
version
of
that
process
looks
like
and
what
the
enable
cadence
for
that
process
is
and
how
it
can
say,
yeah
absolutely
sustainably
into
because
it
shouldn't
be
a
it's,
not
necessarily
a
big
thing.
As
I
say
it's
just
that
what
does
the
users
think
and
in
figuring
out
how
to
do
that
in
the
most
Louis
way?
That's
really
to
go
over
there
right
cool.
C
Yeah
and
again
I'm
from
the
stuff
that
I'll
be
working
on
some
of
it
is
sort
of
this
testing
step.
Ii
had
talked
about
at
the
conference.
You
know
unmet
needs
if
the
protectors,
so
this
past
week
started
looking
at
how
we
can
use
the
topics,
the
great
a
new
topic
for
that
and
the
forum
spreadsheet.
Together,
you
can
sort
of
try
this
stuff
yeah
as
little
pilots
and
what
works
you
know
we
kind
of
take
notes
on
what
doesn't
work.
We
can
kind
of
take
note
that
ya
know.
D
I
think
I
think
that
that's
that's
exactly
what
we
want
to
build
on
for
the
work
that
we're
doing
is
how
can
we
yeah?
How
can
we
make
that
it
uses
much
of
kind
of
what
we've
learned
in
our
work
to
really
kind
of
formalized
that
process,
but
also
make
it
as
simple
as
as
so
you
know
things
like
where,
where
the,
where
the
insights
from
us,
how
you
structure
those
insights
in
a
way
that,
as
Jonathan
says,
makes
it
really
easy
to
share
with
other
people.
D
So
it's
not
just
about
kind
of
gathering
from
the
data
but
and
and
I
think
we
can
come
up
with
a
really
good
I
think
we
can
come
up
with
a
really
good
process
for
that,
that's
good!
What
we
going
alright
yeah
and
we
can
so
I
mean
as
gone
through
a
lot
of
what
we
were
going
to
kind
of
cover
in
our
you
know,
update
by
doing
that,
but
yeah
I
mean
waiting
terms
of
the
agenda.
Would
you
do
we
want
to
cover
that?
Or
is
there.
C
A
D
D
Kind
of
concepts
around
case
creation
and
not
really
going
into
kind
of
case
management,
really
just
kind
of
the
case-
creation
really
enable
web
central
journey,
and
we
have
also
been
kind
of
emphasizing
the
userÃs
for
the
news.
Research,
which
kind
of
wait
as
we're
kind
of
continuing
to
gather
it
and
I
was
just
going
to
show
you
a
nice
photo
of
the
users.
D
I
can
show
you
here
and
show
it
to
you
now
there
it
is
so
that
starts
big
as
I'd
hoped.
Okay,
if
I
turn
it
this
way,
will
it
make
it
bigger?
Oh
yeah,
that
was
for
me
turning
my
phone
on
that
side
bigger.
So
this
is
so
so,
basically,
as
I
was
describing
there,
we
want
to
create
a
sustainable
process.
D
The
the
point
is,
though,
we're
doing
some
of
these
exercises
kind
of
one-off
exercises
that
we're
doing,
because
this
is
the
start
of
the
process
and
we
will
use
those
as
two
will
synthesize
those
in
a
way
then,
and
they
can
be
used
kind
of
day
to
day
or
not
necessary,
day
to
day
but
kind
of
ongoing
in
an
ongoing
and
sustainable
way
by
the
enable
team.
But
it
won't
necessarily
require
like
this
level
of
effort,
because
this
is
just
a
one
time,
first
time
kind
of
level
of
effort.
A
A
D
D
That
is
the
yes,
it
does
so
that's
so.
The
week
before
we
were
looking
at
the
the
the
week
before
we
were
looking
at
the
how
they
get
to
ewc,
and
then
this
week
we've
been
looking
from
login
and
all
the
way
to
to
kind
of
the
initial
case
creation.
So
this
is
shown
to
be
clear
on
kind
of
what
we
would
then
have
next
week,
the
so
our
aim
for
the
end
of
next
week
as
dan
is
then
going
to
Los
Angeles
at
the
end
of
after
next
week.
D
Whether
it's
worth
is
playing
a
lumion
post
aluminio
comment
project
up
just
to
like
you
did
with
the
feedback
on
the
enable
hub
and
just
to
just
source.
You
don't
get
the
idea
come
out
there
and
just
make
sure
we
were
following
make
sure
we're
using
all
of
the
channels
as
effectively
as
we
should
be.
You.
A
Shouldn't
we
can
and
I
want
to
give
you
another
possibility.
I
mean
loomio
is
usually
what
we
use
for
voting
and
decision
making.
This
might
be
a
better
candidate
for
the
hub,
so
in
the
hub
you
know
you
could
write
up
a
you
know,
just
create
a
project.
Space
and
I
can
help
you
with
that.
If
you
need-
and
you
can
kind
of
document
what
you're
doing
there,
we
do
have
a
polling.
A
D
A
B
Yeah
I
would
agree
the
Jeremy,
but
I
think
Edie
you're
right
to
tying
them
together
is
a
great
idea
that
he
tying
together
is
I
think
more
of
a
hub
function.
You
know,
if
you
link
to
reference
or
even
if
you
want
to
experiment
in
bed
those
loomio
things
within
the
hub.
That's
a
good,
then
variant
space
where
you
can
get
what
you're
hoping
for,
which
I
think
is
visibility
and
discussion.
Yeah
no.
C
D
A
D
D
A
Basically,
right
now
it's
not
being
used
specifically,
it
just
goes
into
the
database
as
a
field,
so
we
have
a
record
of
who
has
responded
yes
or
no,
but
we're
not
actively
doing
anything
with
it
right
now.
You
know
we
had
future
functionality
planned
for
enable
web
central
we're
through
enable
web
central
itself.
We
plan
to
actually
you
know,
do
follow-up
feedback
so
that
for
people
who've
received
a
device
we
want
to.
A
A
Know
the
other.
The
other
thing
guys
is,
we
do
have
an
internal
messaging
capability
within
your
neighborhood
central,
so
I
actually
have
an
admin
screen
where
I
have
the
ability
to
send
a
mass
mail
to
all
enable
web
central
users
or
just
device
recipients.
So
if
you
have,
for
example,
maybe
a
poll
that
you've
created
or
something
like
that
through
enable
at
Central
I
could
send
an
email
to
all
of
those
you
know
device
recipients
or
requesters
or
what-have-you,
and
invite
them
to
fill
out
that
poll
or
send
them
any
other
message.
Get
you
like.
D
D
Okay,
just
let
me
know
yeah
that's
how
we,
how
we,
how
we
do
that,
how
we
gather
that
feedback
and
I
think
yeah
I
mean
the
hub
is
going
to
be
crucial
for
that
and
that
the
messaging
functionality
in
the
neighborhoods
and
so
I
think
will
do
that,
and
you
know
hopefully
will
be
we're
at
the
stage
where
yeah
it
will
be
really
simple,
so
that
it's
a
kind
of
very
easy.
Just
we
have
this
question
we
went
on
to.
We
send
it
out,
you
get
the
answer.
D
We
respond
accordingly,
that's
where
we'd
like
to
that's
where
we'd
like
to
get
it
to
but
yeah.
So
that
is
so
I
think.
That's
that's
been
yeah
kind
of
the
this
way
you
can
I
say,
focus
is
on
focus
for
next
week
will
be
on
a
prototype
and
they're
the
kind
of
anti
attorneys,
and
we
will
continue
working
on
the
process
in
terms
of
how
yeah
and
and
I
think
you
know,
working
with
you,
Ben
I
think
would
be
great
on
that
services
in
terms
of
making
sure
that
a
great.
D
B
D
B
You
know
I've
done
this
kind
of
exercise
before
and
it's
it's
yeah,
it's
exactly
the
right
thing
to
do.
Yeah
if
you
have
access
to
that
room
and
an
iPhone
I
think
you
would
find
that
if
you
did
a
panoramic
photo
while
it
would
be
nice,
I
would
enjoy
being
able
to
to
browse
those
post-it
notes
and
I.
A
D
D
We
we
do
do
that
much
more.
You
know
the
way
that
we
work
with
clients,
as
opposed
to
how
we
worked
in
the
old
days,
is
much
all
about
that,
but
yeah.
Well,
we
should
I
mean
we
kind
of
that
like
it
doesn't
mean
they
didn't
whole
deck.
I
mean
waiting
if
I
go
participants,
so
I
send
it
over
the
chat
because
it.
C
A
C
Great
too,
in
terms
of
this
process
to
kind
of
inspire
some
of
the
other
teams.
Enable
really
is
just
this
group
of
multiple.
It's
all
these
different
organizations
that
work
all
these
different
ways
that
come
together
and
sort
of
a
similar
goal,
but
it
could
be
really
cool
to
try
to
inspire
some
of
this
stuff
with
other
captors
that
have
their
own
web
spaces
and
that
kind
of
stuff.
So
the
more
that
we
can
care
about
your
process,
I
think
that
it
could
be
really
great
that
it.
The
reaction
from
other
chapters,
yeah.
B
You
know
you,
it
may
be
helpful
to
point
out
that
when
you
present
your
distilled
recommendations
to
the
CEO,
whatever
engages
you,
someone
gets
to
say:
okay,
this
is
what
we
shall
do
and
the
organization
will
get
in
line.
We
don't
have
that
that
process
and
so
share
you
work
in
progress.
Giving
people
a
chance
to
know
that
it's
happening
into
buying
in
and
provide
feedback
makes
it
easier
for
us
to
actually
more
parties
voluntarily
in
line.
B
D
D
Say
yeah
we're
taking
people
on
the
on
the
journey,
I'm
wondering
whether
the
hub,
because
one
of
the
things
that
we
were
discussing
earlier
as
well,
is
that
at
the
moment
our
books
of
research
aren't
necessarily
being
captured
in
a
like
in
a
in
a
source.
Entra
way,
like
insights,
aren't
necessarily
being
captured
in
a
centrally
and
I
mean
the
hub
is
a
great
place
for
those
insights
to
be
captured,
obviously
not
in
sites
containing
personally
identifiable
information,
but
feels
like
it's
just
like
the
right
of
that
safe
space
research.
D
A
Creator,
if
you
create
a
space,
there's
a
wonder
one
of
the
space
types
as
a
project
space
and
just
consider
all
the
work
that
you're
doing
you
know
as
a
project
and
create
a
space
for
it,
and
it
just
gives
you
kind
of
a
you
know
a
dumping
ground
where
you
can
start
to
post
updates
of
what
you're
doing
and
then
later
as
it
evolved.
So
you
can
post
more
finished
works,
but
that
way
you
can
kind
of
just
post
updates.
As
you
go
I'm.
A
A
D
D
D
A
Okay,
so
I
I,
guess
I'm
up
next
I'll,
be
very
brief.
I
met
with
my
recipient
Ralph
yesterday,
the
one
I've
been
working
on
a
custom
device
for
so
this
was
version
two,
the
first
one
didn't
quite
fit
well,
so
we
made
some
adjustments
in
addition
to
the
sizing
we
made
some
improvements
to
the
design
itself.
We
adjusted
the
the
thumb
position
and
we
lengthened
the
the
distal
components
of
the
fingers
and
thumb
to
provide
a
better
gripping
pattern
and
it
went
very
well.
I
did
have
to
do
some
final
thermo
forming.
A
While
we
were
on
site,
the
occupational
therapist
had
a
heat
guns.
We
made
some
final
adjustments
and
at
that
point
it
did
fit
well
and
he
was
able
to
work
quite
well
with
it.
He
did
some
stacking
of
these.
You
know
plastic
combs
and
he
was
able
to
perform
quite
well
with
it
and
I
did
capture
video
of
all.
This
I
actually
already
shared
that
video
with
Jake
the
guy
who's,
helping
me
with
3d
modeling,
because
we
do
want
to
do
another
iteration.
A
A
You
know
getting
the
velcro
straps
and
so
we're
actually
going
to
attach
the
velcro
differently,
which
I'll
show
I'm
gonna
write
this
all
up
as
a
project
and
we're
gonna
attach
little
rings
little
metal
key
rings
to
the
velcro
so
that
he
can
just
kind
of
stick
a
finger
through
and
use
that
to
pull
the
velcro
straps.
So
I
think
we
have
some
some
nice
ideas
to
make
it
easier
for
him
to
use
and
make
it
a
little
bit
more
functional.
A
But
so
far
it's
going
really
well
he's
very
pleased
with
the
device
and
the
do
tease
at
Cook.
County
Health
were
really
excited
about
the
results
and
they
already
have
another
recipient
lined
up
for
me
that
I'll
be
working
with
next
I
actually
wanted
your
input
on
that
John
I
think
I
sent
an
email
on
this.
This
next
guy
I'll
be
working
with
I
want
to
do
a
some
kind
of
a
voluntary
opening
device
kind
of
like
the
gripper
thumb
or
the
motor
gripper,
but
he
has
a
partial
hand.
B
A
C
A
quick
add
on
to
that
Jeremy
it'd
be
awesome,
but
never
get
a
chance.
You
may
you
can
do
make
a
project
page
for
this
sort
of
customization
project.
I'm
gonna
be
working
with
Samantha
I'm
gonna
be
meeting
with
her
in
Roderigo
over
the
weekend
to
look
at
her
research,
but
as
soon
as
we
can
get
the
okay,
the
tryout.
These
evaluation
icons
it'd
be
pretty
cool
to
try
to
encourage
these
experimental
designs
through
I'm,
linking
all
the
others
so
getting
yeah.
A
I
agree,
I
was
I
was
just
thinking
about
whether
it's
better
to
create
a
separate
space
for
this,
or,
if
maybe
you
know,
we
already
have
a
space
for
enable
device
customization.
So
this
could
just
be
you
know,
maybe
a
page
on
the
wiki
within
that
existing
space,
where
I
could
just
perfect.
Okay,
so
I'll
do
that
and
then,
like
you
said,
I
can
also
post
the
STL
files
for
this
custom
design.
A
B
B
Doing
that
is
important,
sharing
the
case
or
the
project
is
a
way
of
encouraging
people
to
do
it,
and
then,
of
course,
those
customizations
and
adaptations
thought
somehow,
and
maybe
just
through
making
the
visible
feedback
to
the
designers
and
the
next
improvement
of
our
new
and
improved
standard
design.
There's
a
there
ought
to
be
a
whole
iterative
development
cycle
based
in
part
on
retrieving
information
about
the
customizations
people
find
they
have
to
do.
We
don't
have
that,
but
the
first
step
is
in
fact
to
make
it
visible.
Yeah.
A
D
Think
that
that's
exactly
right
and
I
mean
that's
one
of
the
things.
That's
one
of
our
kind
of
hypotheses,
which
we
sort
of
touched
on
last
week.
Is
that,
and
you
kind
of
mentioned
it
there
Jeremy
as
to
being
an
ambition
for
enable
web
central?
Was
that
kind
of
getting
feedback
and
stuff
like
that?
But
I
think
but
yeah
I
mean
it's
all
normal
izing.
The
idea
that
this
kind
of
customization
on
delivery
is
a
crucial
part
of
this
and
that
it
is
not
a
transactional.
D
You
know
like
it's
not
a
shopping
thing
where
you're
like
it's
not
like
Etsy
or
something
so
maybe
they
do
customize
it,
but
yeah
not
like
not
on
the
high
street,
so
yeah
I
think
I.
Think
that's
something
that
we
hope
will
come
out
in
the
in
the
design.
Is
that
kind
of
normalization
of
that
process
rather.
B
So
there's
an
event
in
Ottawa
on
November
1,
to
where
I'm
gonna
be
giving
a
talk
about
enable
it's
an
innovation
event
at
the
University
of
Ottawa
by
midea,
whose
last
time
I
don't
remember,
who
does
enable
like
work
in
developing
and
war
turn
torn
regions.
If
anyone
is
up
that
way
and
they're
interested
in
attending
I
believe
they
would
be
more
than
welcome.
I
think
that
Ben
and
Andrea
are
gonna
come
up
with
me,
but
working
out
the
details
there
I
have
has
noted
previously.
B
I
have
been
working
with
Maz
D
on
our
our
web
and
enabled
post
infrastructure
and
trying
to
figure
out
what
we
can
do
with
is
heretofore
unavailable.
Skillsets
I've
been
working
with
Ben
on
the
things
that
he's
talked
about,
so
I
have
nothing
bad
to
that.
Skip
and
I
have
been
cleaning
up,
documentation
and
features
of
the
moto
gripper.
B
But
you
know
preserving
snapshots
of
old
versions
while
pointing
to
current
and
recommended
and
allowing
that
to
recommend
state
of
the
art
is
what
we're
doing
skip
and
Eric
goober
and
I
are
working
on
a
article
or
a
post
for
enabling
the
future
at
Jen's
invitation,
and
that
should
be
nice,
because
those
are
two
different
motorized
gripper
projects
which
have
benefits
from
feedback
and
crosstalk,
but
actually
represents
two
different
approaches
to
the
same
general
problem.
So
we're
we're
trying
to
tell
that
story.
