A
A
Oh
okay,
so
it's
in
the
here
it
is
got
it
now
I'll,
just
put
it
in
the
chat
here,
real
quick
for
anyone
that
needs
it.
A
If
anyone
needs
edit
access
that
doesn't
have
that
okay
notes
today,
I
assume
john
and
ben
right
sure
great
okay,
don't
let's
see
well
in
introductions,
even
though
john
and
I
met,
am
I
pronouncing
it
right?
Is
it
dara
yeah.
B
A
Correct,
okay,
you
wanna
go
ahead
and
give
us
an
introduction.
Even
though
john-
and
I
know
you
the
rest
here-
don't
and
we
are
recording
this
meeting
for
the
community.
So
maybe
just
kind
of
let
us
know
who
you
are
and
tell
us
a
bit
about.
You
sure.
C
A
I
don't
have
any
active
action
items
this
week,
I
removed
the
one
that
we
had
in
there
for
ben
kind
of
build
out
this
gallery
of
different
devices.
It's
kind
of
an
ongoing
thing.
I
think
that's
going
to
be
going
on
for
a
while.
We
don't
need
to
be
asking
about
it
every
week,
but
how
is
that
going
then
getting
photos
from
people.
D
The
there
hasn't
been
any
other
new
submissions,
but
I
do
think
it'd
be
good
to
line
that
up
with
we're
going
to
be
doing
sort
of
like
an
audit
at
some
point.
So
we
can
start
to
kind
of
collect
those
kind
of
things
when
we
get
there
good
deal.
A
All
right
moving
ahead,
we
got
all
of
our
charts
and
statistics
and
everything
on
pages,
two,
three,
two
and
three
for
you,
I'm
just
gonna.
Let
you
guys
review
those
for
yourselves.
The
only
thing
that
jumped
out
at
me
as
I
was
updating
the
data
was
reported
reason
had
a
big
uptick
recently
in
the
number
of
likes
happening
on
the
hub.
You
know
the
number
of
posts
has
been
pretty
consistent.
A
The
number
of
new
members,
all
that
has
been
pretty
consistent,
but
a
lot
of
liking
happening
over
the
last
few
weeks,
for
whatever
reason
so
yeah,
some
good
engagement,
all
right
so
down
to
our
topics.
So,
starting
with
our
lumio
proposals
and
discussions
right
now,
the
one
that's
active
is
the
spc
discretionary
fund
allocation,
which
is
in
voting
process.
We
just
had
a
discussion
about
this.
Yesterday.
We
made
some
updates
as
a
result
of
that
discussion,
to
clarify
things.
As
of
now.
A
You
know
nobody
has
changed
their
votes
as
a
result
of
that
and
as
a
fact,
as
a
matter
of
fact,
we
gained
a
couple
of
new
votes
so
we're
up
to
19,
yes,
votes
with
no
abstentions
or
disagrees
or
anything.
So
it's
looking
like
it's
probably
going
to
pass,
but
it's
still
got
another
almost
a
week
to
go
on
the
voting
and
that'll
give
people
a
chance
to
digest
those
updates
and
make
sure
they're
still
comfortable
jeremy.
B
A
Well,
we
we
put
some
notes
in
there
about
how
we're
going
to
handle
the
reporting
through
the
open,
collective
and
the
limit
on
the
funding,
and
I
think
there
was
one
more
thing,
but
I
don't
think
it
was
a
major
change.
D
Yeah,
it's
just
sort
of
changing
some
of
the
the
wording.
There's
there's
no
enable
staff.
So
we
just
moved
the
staff
reporting.
B
That's
right
for
the
benefit
of
the
audience.
The
issue
with
regard
to
open
collective
is
that,
because
we
will
run
our
discretionary
transactions
through
open,
collective,
the
all
of
the
transactions
will
be
available
in
near
real
time
to
anyone
who
wants
to
see
so
we're
aiming.
B
A
Without
adding
a
lot
of
extra
work
for
us,
so
that's
my
coach,
so
that
voting
is
going
until
the
25th.
I
expect
it'll
pass
from
the
look
of
it
and
then
we
can.
I
guess
you
know,
starting
next
week,
we'll
have
an
item
on
our
agenda
to
review
any
you
know
open
requests
or
items
that
need
our
consideration.
A
So
all
right
upcoming,
we
are
going
to
be
writing
up
a
proposal
for
a
new
policy
we've
been
discussing
around
charging
money
for
enable
devices
or
related
services
for
the
most
part
enable
as
a
community
has
always
done
what
we
do
for
free.
We
give
our
devices
away
and
our
volunteers
even
absorb
the
costs,
usually
of
doing
that.
There
are
occasions
very
rare
occasions
where
somebody
has
charged
some
money.
A
Usually
it's
done
in
a
way
where
they're
not
charging
for
the
device,
but
they're
charging
for
their
time
or
their
work,
and
they
they've
usually
been
very
clear
to
say
this
isn't
being
done
as
part
of
enable.
Yet
it
is
inevitably
associated
with
it
always
comes
back
to
us.
It
usually
ends
up,
and
so
we.
A
We
feel
like
we
need
to
have
a
policy
that
really
clearly
just
says:
look,
we
don't
charge
money
if
somebody's
charging
money
they're
not
doing
it
as
any
part
of
the
enable
and
just
just
kind
of
make
that
clear
and
have
it
on
record
and
put
it
through
the
lumio
process.
So
we
can
show
that
the
community
agreed
on
this
and
we're
hoping
that
that
would
at
least
help
it's
not
going
to
stop
it
from
happening.
But
at
least
it'll
make
our
position
clear.
B
A
C
A
Okay,
so
I
don't
hear
any
objections
I'll
go
ahead
and
write
up
a
discussion
using
john's
language
here
and
we'll
see
how
it's
going
next
week.
A
D
Maybe
we'll
just
introduce
the
updates
with
that,
together
with
the
other
projects,
when
john
and
I
prepared
a
sort
of
like
a
walk-through,
sounds
good.
Okay,
john's
gonna,
narrate.
D
Those
are
two
two
separate
things:
there's
the
fundraising
diagram
that
john
and
I
put
together
yesterday,
but
there's
also
sort
of
a
road
map
of
all
the
different
projects
that
we've
been
working
on
in
relation
with
masby
connected
to
badges
connected
to
wishbone.
D
It
started
there's
a
lot
of
stuff
on
the
map,
so
john
made
a
visualization
of
it,
which
is
really
helpful
to
see
how
they
fit
together
in
the
timeline.
Generally
speaking,.
B
Right
so
have
forgotten
right.
Two
weeks
ago
I
said
I
wanted
to
do
that.
I
see
it's
not
on
the
agenda,
but
it
is.
A
A
It's
right
underneath
we're
gonna
talk
with
isabella
in
a
short
moment,
then
we'll
get
to
that
afterwards.
Okay,
great.
E
I
do
actually
so
I'm
gonna
go
ahead
and
share
my
screen.
I
actually.
E
A
D
C
No
not
in
not,
especially,
I
think
I
think
we
having
discussed
yesterday
or
sorry
on
wednesday.
I
think
we
are
going
to
look
to
go
through
the
chapter
process.
We
were
just
a
little
worried
about
coming
into
conflict
with
team
unlimited
so,
but
that
was
the
only
thing
really.
So
that's
all
standard
stuff.
So
no,
no
updates
from
us
all
right.
So.
A
Then,
let's
just
move
on
this
one
will
be
quick.
We've
been
having
some
discussion
about
the
the
badge
for
the
device
sizing
process,
and
this
is
really
just
a
quick
update
for
the
rest
of
you.
That
might
not
be
aware
of
what
we're
doing
here.
There
was
a
discussion
on
the
hub.
A
Everyone
seems
to
be
in
favor
of
this
and
honestly,
it's
something
we
probably
should
have
done
a
long
time
ago,
we're
just
getting
to
it
now
so
bob
and
I
and
one
of
our
new
members
eric
and
there's
somebody
else,
I
think
is
it
pronounced
dude
okay
anyway,
these
folks
have
been
really
great
about
helping
us
to
kind
of
prepare
the
plan
and
figure
out
how
we
want
to
do
this,
and
you
know
you
know
creating
notes
and
everything
we
just
have
to
execute
on
it
now
and
that's
I'm
kind
of
holding
things
up.
A
But
what
we're
going
to
do
is
we're
going
to
prepare
a
set
of
stl
files
for
the
sorry,
not
sdl
files.
We're
going
to
set
up
prepare
sets
of
sizing
photos.
Probably
something
like
three
sets
to
show
different
types
of
anatomies,
maybe
like
one
kind
of
standard
type
of
anatomy,
one
that's
kind
of
a
little
bit
non-standard
and
maybe
one
that
would
be
for
an
arm
device.
You
know
with
a
elbow-based
device
anyway
prepare
a
few
different
sets
of
sizing.
A
Photos
have
have
the
volunteer
review
those
go
through
the
kind
of
virtual
fitting
process,
the
sizing
thing
that
we
do,
which
we'll
be
providing
better
documentation
for,
and
they
basically
will
make
recommendations
for
each
set
of
photos.
This
is
the
design
I
would
use
this
scale
I
would
use.
This
is
how
I
would
customize
it
whatever,
and
you
know
bob
is
going
to
review
those
submissions
and
see
if
it
looks
like
that's
a
sensible
recommendation.
A
It's
going
to
be
a
judgment
call
in
each
case
and
if
so,
we're
going
to
issue
a
badge
for
the
sizing
process.
We
think
this
is
going
to
give
people
a
lot
more
confidence
to
approach
that
part
of
the
process
in
the
enable
web
central
that
experienced
volunteer
role,
which
we
might
also
change.
The
name
of
I
think
that
name
intimidates
people.
A
It's
really
just
about
sizing
and
recommending
a
device,
so
maybe
come
up
with
a
less
intimidating
name,
but
anyway
we
are
going
to
be
implementing
a
new
badge
for
the
sizing
process,
more
just
sort
of
about
the
remaining
details
of
how
to
implement
that,
and
so
that
will
be
coming
in
in
the
next
I'd
say.
Probably
the
next
couple
weeks,
hopefully
anything
to
add
to
that
bob.
A
Any
anyone
have
any
questions
comments.
That's
that's
all.
I
have
to
update
on
that
one.
Okay
on
we
go
so
this
one's
for
isabella
isabella's
and
I
hope
I'm
not
speaking
out
of
turn
here
isabella.
I
kind
of
put
this
under
the
topic
of
developing
a
one-page
quick
start
guide.
I
don't
know
if
that's
entirely
your
focus,
but
it
feels
like
that's
the
direction
you're
heading.
Is
it
fair
to
put
this
under
that.
C
A
C
So
it's
fair
in
the
sense
that
I'm
trying
to
start
a
launch
pad
for
the
new
members.
I
just
don't
know
at
the
moment
what
format
that
it's
going
to
be
the
ideas
bouncing
around
is
some
of
the
interviews
had
asked
instead
of
the
kumu
map,
but
to
have
like
buttons
on
the
hub
page.
That
would
direct
them
to
certain
places.
Some
have
asked
for
the
kumu
map
version
and
some
have
just
asked
for
like
web
pages,
so
I'm
currently
looking
through
all
my
interviews
and
figuring
out
what
would
be
the
best
format.
A
Okay,
okay,
fair
enough,
so
you
mentioned
that
you
have
been
interviewing
chapters.
You
said:
you've
interviewed
ten
chapters,
so
well,
that's
wonderful
and
you
mentioned
in
an
email
that
they
had
some
questions
for
sorry,
I'm
just
kind
of
reorganizing
things
here
they
had
some
questions
for
the
spc,
so
you
want
to
kind
of.
Let
us
know
what
those
are
we
can
talk
through.
Those
now.
C
Yeah,
I
don't
want
to
take
up
too
much
time,
because
I
know
a
lot
of
people
have
other
things
to
bring
up,
but
I
just
want
to
say:
like
mentioned,
I
have
done
10
interviews
with
new
and
current
chapters.
They
all
have
some
really
lovely
things
to
say,
and
some
really
great
insights,
I'm
still
working
on
a
summary,
I'm
also
working
on
creating
eel
ideal
types
of
different
stakeholders
within
enable
based
on
their
interviews.
So
I
can't
wait
to
share
all
that
with
you
later.
C
C
So
that's
one
question.
The
second
question
is
they're
strug
when
they're
on
the
website,
they're
really
struggling
to
find
how
to
navigate
because
some
of
the
links
and
badges
are
not
updated.
So
they're
really
wondering
what's
the
best
way
to
proceed,
how
can
they
determine
what
is
updated?
C
What
is
not
one
person
is
having
a
lot
of
trouble
with
using
the
different
tools
for
scaling
he's
trying
to
design
a
hand
for
a
girl
who
lost
a
couple
of
her
fingers
in
an
accident,
and
she
wants
to
play
the
cello,
but
on
the
platforms
given
on
the
enable
website
that
you
guys
connect
them
to
it's
very
difficult
to
scale
the
products.
So
he's
wondering
how
he
can
improve
the
scaling.
B
C
A
Well,
it's
a
little
about
john
when
they
the
previous
comment
about
there
being
difficulties
with
navigation,
some
of
the
links
and
badges
being
outdated.
Some
of
that
might
be
coming
from
enabling
the
future,
as
there
are
still
some
old
pages
floating
around
out
there,
but
I
think
the
more
recent
permit
ties
more
back
to
the
hub.
A
C
Okay,
great
and
then
my
last
question
that
I
had
was
university
chapters
are
really
struggling
to
become
new
clubs,
because
they're
some
of
their
schools
are
asking
them
to
like
set
up
irbs
or
get
a
lawyer
or
like
doctors.
Permissions
and
some
of
the
clubs
are
very
confused.
How
to
move
forward
so
they're
wondering
where
they
can
learn
about
the
legal
processes
of
setting
up
a
club
at
the
university.
A
B
I
think
that
if
there
are
sensitive
issues
then
they
should
do
it
separately,
because
these
meetings
are
public
and
recorded,
but
if
they
are
not
sensitive,
even
if
they
are
naughty,
it's
a
really
good
thing
for
them
to
do
it
in
spc,
because
the
discussion
will
be
helpful
to
other
people,
including
people
who
may
have
been
scratching
their
heads
over
the
same
issues
and
are
happy
to
hear
it
being
addressed.
A
Anybody
else
want
to
add
anything
else
to
me.
Okay,
all
right,
then
the
next
one
is
about
the
website
being
difficult
to
navigate.
So
I
will
say
that,
overall,
this
is
an
issue
that
we're
certainly
aware
of
and
have
been
working
for,
some
time
to
improve
if
there
are
still
links
or
badges
that
aren't
working
or
aren't
updated.
A
A
A
I
will
say
that
the
badging
pages
on
the
hub,
which
is
are
what
we
consider
now,
the
official
badging
pages.
If
you
go
to
the
enable
digital
badge
awards
space
on
the
hub,
everything
there
to
my
knowledge
is
updated.
We
have
all
of
our
current
badges
there
current
links,
I
believe
all
of
that
is
up
to
date.
So
if
you're
seeing
stuff-
that's
not
I'm
guessing,
it
was
something
on
the
enabling
the
future
site
where
badge
pages
used
to
be
hosted.
A
Those
have
been
kind
of
hidden
in
archive,
but
you
can
still
get
to
them
if
they
were
linked
from
somewhere
else.
So
if
anyone
could
get
any
more
details
about
where
you're
seeing
bad
links
or
something
that
looks
out
of
date,
please
reach
out
to
me
email
or
the
hub,
and
I
will
take
care
of
it
immediately.
A
One
person
is
having
a
lot
of
trouble
using
the
various
tools
and
methods
for
sizing
and
scaling.
So
I
think
actually
the
work
bob
and
I
are
doing-
is
going
to
help
with
this
one,
because
not
only
are
we
setting
up
a
badge
and
a
process
for
getting,
you
know
badge
from
the
sizing
process,
but
as
part
of
that,
we
want
to
give
better
sort
of
a
a
better
tutorial
on
the
process.
I
think
it's
time
to
update
that.
You
know
peter.
A
What
was
that
bob?
Oh
I'm
sorry,
jeremy,
you
finished,
you
know
I
was
just
going
to
say.
Peter
binkley
has
a
great
video
out
there
on
the
sizing
process.
Using
blender.
Blender
is
not
the
most
intuitive
of
tools.
A
lot
of
us
these
days
are
starting
to
use
autodesk
fusion
360,
because
it
is
available
free
for
volunteers
like
ourselves,
and
I'm
thinking,
maybe
it's
time
to
do
a
tutorial
to
show
how
to
do
a
virtual
fitting
in
fusion
360..
A
It's
a
little
bit
more
intuitive
platform,
and
I
think
it
would
be
easier
to
do
it
that
way.
So
I
might
do
that
tutorial
as
part
of
the
process
bob
and
I
are
building
out,
and
I
would
hope
that
giving
that
kind
of
alternative
option
you
know
might
make
it
easier.
A
The
other
thing
I'll
say
is,
and
maybe
this
is
a
matter
of
getting
our
instructional
pages
in
order.
There
are
different
sizing
methods
right.
We
have
our
virtual
sizing,
which
is
kind
of
the
recommended
approach.
That's
the
one
that
peter
binkley
shows
using
blender,
where
you're
actually
overlaying
the
3d
models
onto
scaled
photos
and
sort
of
fitting
them
visually
and
I'll
show
how
to
do
that
in
fusion.
But
you
can
do
scaling
without
that.
You
can
do
it
by
taking
measurements
and
you
can
still
do
this
remotely.
A
So
if
you
have
sizing
photos,
I
do
have
a
video
tutorial
from
going
way
back.
That
shows
how
to
use
a
free
software
called
tracker
to
bring
your
photo
in
and
just
use
that
to
take
measurements
off
the
photos.
So
you
can
take
measurements
of
the
limb
in
different
places
and
you
can
use
those
measurements
to
do
scaling
by
referencing
a
chart.
It's
a
much
easier
way,
not
as
effective,
not
as
accurate,
but
it
is
an
option
for
people
that
have
a
difficult
time
with
the
other
sizing
process.
A
So
maybe
we
need
to
do
a
better
job
of
you
know
documenting
that
I'll
have
to
go
back
and
look
at
our
sizing
page.
I
think
it
lays
out
both
methods,
but
maybe
we
can
clarify
that.
Can
anyone
else
think
of
anything
else
here
that
I
haven't
covered,
that
we
can
do
to
make
it
easier
for
somebody,
that's
struggling
with
the
tools
and
methods
for
sizing.
C
You
know
I
frequently
assist
people
with
sizing
and
with
general
questions
about
about
sizing
or
fabrication
or
whatever
and
either
it
comes
in
through
the
help
desk,
or
they
somehow
get
my
name,
and
they
may
remember
my
name
from
the
badging
or
whatever.
C
A
A
Let's
take
your
knowledge,
you've
been
doing
this,
you
know,
what's
you
and
I
compare
notes
I'll,
learn
what
you've
been
taking
people
through
and
we
can
incorporate
that
into
our
tutorials,
so
you
don't
have
to
keep
doing
that
we'll
just
point
to
the
video
all
right,
so
anyone
else
have
any
thoughts
about
sizing.
A
I
in
the
question
in
the
in
the
question,
there's
a
lot
of
talk
about
scaling,
I'm
assuming
that
this
person
is
struggling
with
sizing,
not
scaling,
because
scaling
is
easy
once
you
know
what
you
want
to
do,
you
just
bring
it
into
your
slicing
program
and
you
use
the
scaling
tool.
So
I
I
assume
it's
the
sizing
process
that
that
is
being
finished.
C
A
Yeah,
so
this
is
just
a
matter
of
getting
used
to
a
slicing
tool
in
almost
every
slice
and
tool
that
I've
ever
seen.
When
you
go
to
that
scaling
tool,
there's
a
check
box
there
for
uniform
scaling,
and
if
you
just
uncheck
that
box,
then
you
can
set
your
scale
for
x,
y
and
z
independently,
and
you
can
scale
differently
in
all
three
dimensions.
So
it's
probably
just
a
matter
of
unchecking
that
uniform
scaling
box.
C
A
A
A
Okay
and
then
the
last
one
we
have
is
the
university
chapter
struggling
to
become
new
clubs,
because
their
schools
are
concerned
about
liability.
B
C
Sorry,
the
thing
I
was
going
to
quickly
say
on
the
scaling
was,
I
don't
know
whether
anyone's
read
the
kinetic
hand,
because
I
know
that.
D
C
Hands,
oh
yeah.
We've
had
some
struggles
with
that,
but
they
do
have
quite
a
detailed
explanation
of
how
to
do
non-proportional,
scaling.
A
A
Isabelle,
that's
the
kinetic
hand
which
you
can
find
on
thingiverse
and
if
you
download
the
pdf
instructional
file,
that's
there
on
thingiverse,
it's
a
wonderful
reference
and,
as
ed
said,
it
includes
a
section
about
scaling.
That
would
be
useful
even
for
other
hands,
because
this
is
about
how
to
scale
in
the
slices
really.
B
With
regard
to
the
last
point
that
university
chapters
are
struggling,
I
think
it
is
true
that
university
chapters
are
a
a
well-defined
archetype
and
it
really
would
be
worth
thinking
about
what
are
their
shared
problems
and
I'll
bet.
There
are
some
university
chapters
that
I'm
thinking
about
the
research
triangle
group
the
helping
hand
group
in
particular
that
may
have
gone
fairly
thoroughly
down
this
path,
so
not
that
we
don't
have
a
lot
of
ongoing
projects,
but
I
think
that's
going
to
be.
C
Yeah
so
like
one
of
the
emails
I
got
was
or
I
was
talking
to
one
chapter
and
because
it's
recorded,
I
don't
want
to
say
the
name
of
the
chapter,
but
to
set
up
the
university
they
had
to
find
a
lawyer.
They
had
to
get
irb
approval,
and
that
was
the
only
way
they
because
common
established
club
by
the
school
is
if
they
got
all
these
legal
standards
set
up,
and
now
this
university
is
getting
emails
from
all
these
other
universities
like.
How
can
we
do
this
or
what
path
can
we
do?
C
B
B
Well,
that's
right!
So
we
both,
so
we
should
endeavor
to
help
these
university
chapters.
B
Have
briefing
materials
that
will
help
the
risk
management
officials
be
reasonable
and
competent
risk
management
officials
and
possibly
provide
documents
or
templates
that
they
can
use
and
so
on.
I
said
endeavor
because
it's
not
clear
to
me
how
exactly
we're
going
to
do
that.
I'm
hoping
that
some
university
chapters
will
have
already
done
that
and
can
help
us
put
it
together.
A
That's
a
great
point,
john,
maybe
that's
a
good
place
to
start
is
finding
a
university
chapter
that
has
figured
something
out
for
this,
and
that
might
be
the
the
basis
of
this
discussion.
C
Sorry
bob
go
ahead,
go
ahead!
Ed!
You
go
ahead,
I
was
going
to
say
it
doesn't
sound,
unlike
the
the
kind
of
the
issues
that
we
faced
around
risk
and
stuff
like
that,
I,
but
but
yeah
I
I
mean
I
agree
with
jeremy.
C
I
think
the
more
the
more
that
you
can
kind
of
allow
the
the
chapters
to
kind
of
proactively
present
that
stuff
to
their
risk
team
so
that
they
the
risk
theme
just
doesn't.
It
gets
a
sense
that
everything's
kind
of
in
hand
with
this
and,
like
you
know,
I
think,
that's
the
that
is
the
kind
of
the
way
forward.
Obviously,.
A
C
C
A
Of
course,
of
course,
so
again,
I
think
we
need
to
start
with.
You
know.
I
know
people
have
worked
on
this.
There
are
universities
that
have
navigated
their
way
through
these
issues.
We've
got
to
find
one
or
more
of
them
and
try
to
get
some
discussion
going
with
with
them
involved.
Anyone
have
any
ideas
how
we
can
post
them
on
the
hub.
I
guess
at
the
start
any
other
thoughts
about
how
we.
A
E
I
teach
at
you
know,
state
university
of
new
york,
and
I
what
I'm
about
to
share
with
you
is
a
grant
proposal
that
I'm
writing
for
1.3
million
dollars,
and
I
would
like
to
show
you
my
whole
entire
outline
that
I've
been
work
working
feverishly
on
and
it
it
couples
with.
You
know:
public
schooling,
international
schools
and
university.
A
John,
since
you're
so
good
at
kind
of
adapting
two
different
windows
of
time,
is
it
okay?
If
I
move
lindsay
up,
let's
cover
her
still.
E
Okay,
cool,
thank
you
and
I
again
I'm
excited
that
it's
my
superintendent
conference
day
and
this
is
my
break
and
I'm
able
to
spend
it
with
you
guys.
So
here
we
go
so
here
is
the
outline
that
I
designed
based
on
some.
You
know
extensive
conversations
that
I've
had
with
you
know
the
professors
that
I'm
working
with
at
suny
new
paltz,
so
so
hi
there.
E
If
you
don't
know
who
I
am,
my
name
is
lindsey
wells
and
I
work
I
teach
in
public
education,
I
teach
math
and
science
and
I
also
teach
at
the
state
university
of
new
york
at
suny,
new
paltz,
and
I
teach
a
graduate
level
course,
which
you
know
is
pertaining
to
mathematics
and
technology
for
teacher
candidates
actually
sort
of
you
know,
teachers
who
actually
have
completed
their
certification,
because
it's
a
graduate
level
course
and
they're
interested
primarily
in
stem
education,
and
I
also
teach
an
undergraduate
course
on
exposing
students
who
are
just
getting
their
feet,
wet
with
the
concept
of
teaching
and
try
to
give
them
a
good
experience
of
what
stem
education
is.
E
And
so,
with
all
that
being
said,
I
you
know,
I
I
did
the
helping
hands
project
last
year
in
the
weapons
central
school
district
working
as
a
technology
integration,
specialist,
and
then
I
I
presented
on
that
at
iste
and
nicegate,
and
I
also
attended
some
other
professional
development
sessions,
and
I
met
a
group
of
people
called
the
educators
of
america
who
have
experience
working
in
schools
in
africa
through
the
peace
corps.
E
So
they
they
have
a
lot
of
experience
actually
working
out
of
zimbabwe
and
namibia
predominantly,
and
so
they
have
this
really
amazing
amazing
program,
which
is
called
bridging
cultural
bridges.
E
And
so
I'm
going
to
be
applying
for
that
in
a
bunch
of
different
capacities,
because
that's
kind
of
I
work
in
a
lot
of
different
capacities.
So
so
this
is
the
outline
here.
So
I
work
in
the
wappinger
central
school
district
and
I'm
going
to
be
applying
for
a
500
000
grant
for
that
district
and
in
addition
to
that,
I'm
going
to
be
applying
for
a
1.3
million
nsf
grant
for
suny
new
pulse
to
so
that
this
can
coexist.
E
A
A
A
Which
school
did
you
say?
That's
really
suny
newport.
A
Okay,
and
is
that
I'm
sorry,
I'm
not
familiar
with
the
naming
here,
is
that
what
is
what
level
of
school
is
that.
A
A
So,
are
you
I'm
just
trying
to
understand
your
connection
here?
Are
you
associated
with
a
number
of
different
levels
of
schooling
or
schools,
or.
E
Yeah,
so
I
have
two
jobs:
actually
I
teach
full-time
in
a
public
education
in
school,
math
and
science
by
day
and
at
night
I
put
on
my
professor
cap
and
I
get
to
be
professor
wells
over
at
suny
new
paltz
and
I
teach
in
higher
education.
So
I
teach
the
graduate
level
and
then
I
also
teach
an
undergraduate
level.
E
Okay,
so
so
what
you're
looking
at
here
is
an
idea
as
to
how
everything
can
coexist
in
an
outline
so
that
we
can
begin
drafting.
So
I
have
a
multitude
of
professors
on
board
and
writing,
but
I'm
going
to
take
full
leadership
on
writing
the
grant,
but
then
interact
with
their
expertise
and
incorporate
that
into
the
grant.
But
so
what
you're
seeing
here
is
this,
ideally,
would
be
a
district.
E
You
know
this
is
this
would
be
the
wappinger
central
school
district
and
this
would
represent
our
partner
school
in
africa,
and
so
everything
is
parallel
and
aligned
to
you
know
a
co-teaching
stem-based
activity
that
is
going
to
roll
out.
You
know
in
parallel
between
our
school
and
a
school
in
africa,
so
these
students
are
going
to
get
to
know
one
another
they're
going
to
video
conference
and
we're
going
to
align
our
project
focus
as
the
same
focus,
which
is
aligned
with
the
united
nations
sustainability
development
goals.
D
E
And
so
so,
the
first
thing
that
we're
going
to
consider
is
our
tech
gradient.
So
what
type
of
technology
are
we
able
to
sustain
between
these
two
schools?
And
then
our
school
of
education
is
going
to
so
this
is
where
suny
new
paltz
comes
in
and
the
grant
writing
for
suny
new
paltz,
so
our
school
of
teaching
is
going
to
be
supporting.
E
You
know,
guiding
and
guided
materials
for
teachers
such
as
choice,
boards,
planners
slides
websites,
forms
standards,
question,
question
formulation,
techniques
and
the
content
of
the
standards
alignment,
so
that
is
where
our
school
of
education
from
suny
new
paltz,
where
we'll
have
our
teacher
candidates,
writing
and
developing
rigorous
outlines
for
this
unit
and
then
they'll
be
co-planning
with
teacher
with
teachers
from
within
the
wappingers
central
school
district
and
our
partner
school
in
africa.
Well,.
E
And
so
then
our
students,
so
this
is
so
this
is
where
you
know,
because
I'm
just
so
proud
and
excited
to
be
part
of
enable.
I
I
incorporate
that
into
everything,
and
so,
where
I
see
that
fitting
in
you
know
it
would
be
similar
to
the
helping
hands
project
where
we
had.
You
know:
experts
like
louisa,
janet
dean,
anybody
who's
interested
in
video
conferencing
and
providing
design
solutions
and
information
to
our
students.
E
So
what
you're
seeing
over
here
is
basically
our
energy
flow
and
you'll
see
that
that
all
of
the
energy
is
flowing
into
our
students,
developing
their
project
focus
and
then
ultimately
sharing
their
designs
with
one
another
and
the
larger
community.
So
we
have
you
know
our
three,
our
three
key
players
here.
Well,
actually,
there's
there's
really
more
than
that,
but
we
have
our
teachers
at
the
district
level.
Who
is
you
know?
E
So
this
would
represent
teachers
in
the
wappinger
school
district
and
teachers
in
africa,
so
those
are
they're
categorized
together
because
we're
going
to
be
paralleling
everything
with
them.
In
our
wappingers
school
district
we
have
supporting
seen
professional
development
specialists
and
technology,
integration,
specialists
and
john
and
ben.
You
met
them
our
arms
around
each
other
and
the
picture
that
we
took
together,
they're
a
fantastic
team
and
then
over
here
we'll
have
our.
E
So
actually
let
me
go
down
so
our
school
of
education
through
suny
new
paltz,
is
going
to
be
supporting
and
providing
guiding
materials
to
our
teachers
and
and
that
field
work
program,
and
course
outline
actually
just
so
happens
to
parallel
very
nicely
with
the
classes
that
I
teach
at
tunisia
fault.
So
so
that's
nice.
E
If
you
look
here
our
next
counterpart,
so
I
reached
out
to
our
the
school
of
engineering
at
suny,
new
paltz
and
our
our
secondary
educators
and
ping
is,
is
in
our
engineering
department
and
he
actually
has
a
degree
in
material
science,
so
he's
very
well
experienced
and
he
also
helps
lead
our
robotics
team
at
wappingers.
So
it
just
kind
of
parallels
very
nicely.
E
He
was
also
at
the
steam
expo
and
saw
the
helping
hands
project
and
was
really
inspired
by
it,
and
he
came
up
to
me
and
said
we
need
to
collaborate
and
then
that's
when
the
pandemic
hit-
and
you
know
everything
got
shut
down,
but
he
is
on
board
with
writing
this
grant.
He
wants
to
parallel,
and
collaborate
and
and
jason
is,
is
the
head
of
the
mathematics
department
for
our
secondary
educators.
E
E
E
So
I
have
a
lot
of
hyperlinks
in
here,
because
I
have
a
lot
of
materials
from
the
helping
hands
project
that
I
think
that
we
can
use
as
outlines,
but
just
redevelop
into
this
project
focus
I'm
going
to
be
having
an
extensive
conversation
with
suny
newport
staff
on
monday
about
what
we
think
that
our
project
focus
should
be.
So
I
actually
have
experience
writing
extensive.
You
know
coursework,
so
I
have
an
example
of
a
project
that
I
just
did
with
my
students
in
sixth
grade,
and
you
know
so.
E
E
We
have
our
engage
portion.
We
have
our
history
of
mars
space
travel.
All
of
these
documents
are
hyperlinked
to
resources
that
the
students
collaborate
in
our
google
classroom,
and
then
we
have
an
extensive
study
of
rovers
reading
about
their
successes
and
their
failures
and
their
design
components
analyzing
all
of
their
parts
through
nasa
and
then
so.
We
have.
We
analyzed
opportunity,
curiosity
and
perseverance,
so
we
had
three
mars
rovers
that
we're
analyzing.
E
We
have
an
interactive
research
journal
here
where
they're
collecting
all
of
their
data.
I
tied
in
our
math
unit,
which
was
a
percent,
so
we
calculated
the
percent
and
the
rate
of
successful
mars
landings
and
determined
which
countries
were
had
the
better
success
rate
we
have.
We
have.
There
was
a
lot
of
hype
and
excitement.
We
watched
press
reverence.
We
watched
the
nasa
control
center.
You
know
we
watched
the
whole
seven
minutes
of
anxiety,
you
know
and
they're
they're,
not
communicating
with
their
rover
and
landing
on
mars.
It
was
successful.
E
They
outlined
their
design,
they
dropped
and
labeled
in
google
drawings.
They
interacted
with
cad,
so
they
developed
designed
rovers
and
cad
and
they
had
a
group
collaboration
and
then
they
developed
an
app
showcasing
their
designs
and
so
and
then
I
have
my
student
work
sample
as
well,
because.
A
This
is
lindsey.
I
just
want
to
jump
in
for
one
second
here
there
is
so
much
great
stuff
here,
it's
so
impressive.
As
always-
and
I
have
so
many
questions
I
I
want
to.
I
want
to
jump
ahead
and
ask
I
know
your
availability
is
limited,
but
I'm
already
thinking
about.
Could
we
have
you
back
for
maybe
a
a
more
extended
session?
A
We
are
going
to
have
to
move
on
here
in
a
couple
minutes
to
get
to
a
few
other
things,
but
I
would
I
would
love
to
have
more
time
to
really
dive
into
this,
because
it's
just.
E
Yeah
yeah,
I
haven't
even
talked
about
me:
mentoring,
20,
schools
in
italy.
I
haven't
even
gotten
to
that
yet
so.
B
A
E
A
E
A
A
A
A
A
April,
2nd,
okay,
is
that
a
friday
perfect?
Let
me
make
a
note
of
that
right
now
and
we'll
make
that
happen.
A
D
A
Great
okay,
so
you
know
again,
I'm
really
sorry
to
cut
that
short,
because
I
I
really
want
to
hear
more,
but
I
would
like
to
touch
on
just
two
more
topics
today,
which
is
for
john,
so
we,
the
first
one
is,
is
the
fund
request
process,
and
this
is
something
we've
been
having
a
lot
of
discussion
about,
and
it
basically
boiled
down
to
like
how
do
we
make
this
clear
to
the
community?
So
john,
do
you
want
to
go
ahead
and
share
the
diagram?
We
can
talk
through
that.
B
Actually,
jeremy,
I
think
you
probably
have
the
diagram
in
front
of
you.
I
do
not.
Yes,
I
do
yes,
I
do
yes,
no,
I
don't
know,
I
don't
know,
I
don't.
B
My
screen
yeah,
you
do,
it
click
all
right.
So
the
the
title
of
this
diagram
used
to
be
enablers
have
unmet
needs
to,
which
is
to
say
that
we
are
working
on
increasing
the
ways
that
chapters
and
individuals
within
enable
can
get
support.
B
There
are
basically
three
pathways
in
place,
but
we
are
trying
to
make
it
an
easy
way
to
go.
There
pick
a
path,
and
please
follow
one
path
at
a
time.
B
Frankly,
especially
early
on
the
recommended
path,
if
you
have
a
funding,
need,
is
to
discuss
it
in
spc,
but
that's
not
required.
If
it's
less
than
a
thousand
dollars,
you
can
also
go
through
the
wishbone
process,
which
will
soon
be
available,
but
is
not
yet
available.
If.
B
If
it's
a
substantial
grant
more
than
a
thousand
dollars,
then
we
have
the
enablio
process,
which
is
in
place
and
works
well,
but
is
a
multi-week
process,
and
as
of
this
week
or
next
week,
you
will
probably
also
if
it
is
less
than
a
thousand
dollars,
be
able
to
discuss
it
with
spc
and
fund
it.
So
the
point
is
there
are
multiple
pathways.
B
That's
a
good
thing.
There
are
multiple
pathways,
that's
potentially
a
bewildering
thing,
so
we're
trying
to
put
them
all
under
a
simple
roadmap
with
present
company
as
a
available
set
of
guides
to
help
you
pick
the
right
path.
A
A
You
go
through
the
wishbone
program
which
ben
is
working
to
roll
out
and
there'll,
be
a
space
to
go
and
place
those
requests
in
the
hub
and
handle
that,
if
you
are
not
a
chapter
and
you
have
needs
that
are
under
a
thousand
dollars,
you
can
go
through
this
middle
process
of
bringing
it
to
the
spc
and
you
know
having
us
consider
it
if
you
are
a
chapter
and
you
have
a
need,
that's
under
a
thousand
dollars,
but
for
whatever
reason
it
does
not
get
addressed
through
the
wishbone
project,
it
just
it
doesn't
work
out.
A
You
can
also
then
bring
that
to
the
spc
as
a
second
option
as
a
chapter,
if
it's
under
a
thousand,
we
can
still
review
it
and
possibly
fund
it
that
way
anything
over
a
thousand
regardless
of
chapter
or
not
goes
through
the
lumio
process.
With
the
discussion
and
proposal,
that's
how
I
came
to
think
of
these
three
things.
I
don't,
then
you
want
to
add
anything
yet.
D
Yeah
and
maybe
just
to
point
to,
if
you
look
at
the
bottom
of
the
chart,
the
length
of
each
section
shows
sort
of
how
long
it
takes.
Basically,
so
the
wishbone
process
could
be
immediate.
Somebody
could
post
something
and
then
start
getting
support
right
away.
The
spc
is
a
weekly
meeting
so
that
you
know
it
takes
a
little
bit
more
time
and
then
looking
at
enablio
that's
at
least
two
weeks,
so
it
just
gives
you
a
sense
of
the
time
investment.
A
A
Okay,
time
is
short,
so
let's
go
on
to
the
next
one,
then,
which
is
the
enable
project
roadmap,
which
I
don't
think
I've
seen
so
I'm
looking
forward
to
this
well.
B
I've
certainly
gone
through
revisions
and
in
the
four
minutes
which
remain,
I
will
just
provide.
A
B
A
B
Right,
the
you
know,
the
history
here
is
that
the
wishbone
project
was
approved
quite
some
time
ago,
and
you
see
it
here,
but
you
see
it
here,
but
we
as
we
were
doing
it.
We
realized
that
it
needed
input
from
the
existence
of
chapters
chapters.
We
realized.
B
Authorization
and
recognition
of
chapters
depends
partly
on
the
badging
system
and
both
of
all
of
those
things
had
some
relationship
to
rochester
enable
limited
which
end
our
handling
of
the
money
for
the
chapter
share
project
somewhat.
Unexpectedly,
these
things
kept
sort
of
intertwining
and
without
really
understanding
it.
We
have
a
number
of
exciting
but
intertwined
developments
that
we've
been
working
on
with
masby,
which
we're
now
organizing
to
roll
out
on
the
left.
You
see
how
ripe
they
are.
B
This
tomato
is
almost
ready
for
eating
that
is
rogers
enable
limited
audit
and
accounting
is
almost
complete
thanks
to
enable
volunteer,
evan
blackman,
and
I
think,
within
a
week
you're
going
to
be
able
to
look
at
open,
collective
and
several
other
places
in
order
to
see
a
accurate
to
the
penny.
Maybe
dollar.
A
B
10
accounting
of
money
in
the
enable
fund
and
where
it's
going
and
so
on
and
so
forth,
masby
has
created
a
new
database
for
badges
chapters
and
members
which
is
being
integrated
in
a
number
of
ways
into
the
hub.
B
There
is
now
a
badge
in
chapter
management
space
which
will
greatly
simplify
the
process
of
reviewing
badges
on
a
badges
directory,
and
so
here,
for
example,
you
zoom
in
yeah
there
we
go
yep
and
this
is
not
live.
But
if
you
type
in
here,
you
start
typing
a
few
letters
it
will
filter
down
to
the
relevant
badges
and
so
on.
B
If
you
click
on
any
of
these
badges,
you
will
be
invited
to
claim
this
particular
badge
and
if
you
do
claim
that
particular
badge
bob
will
have
a
nice
interface
that
allows
him
to
simply
review
the
material
click,
click
approved
or
denied,
provide
feedback,
and
that
feedback
will
go
back
and
forth
to
facilitate
negotiation
and
discussion
with
the
badge
requester,
who
you'll
see
will
be
able
to
respond
and
eventually
lead
to
the
approval
of
a
badge.
D
A
B
Similarly,
the
chapter
intake
system
is
being
reviewed
and
simplified.
John
and
ben
will
soon
be
reviewing
with
bob
a
number
of
suggested
simplifications
to
the
list
of
available
badges
ben
is
spending
a
lot
of
time,
making
sure
that
all
the
badges
are
in
normal
case,
not
all
caps
of
which
half
of
them
have
been.
The
criteria
will
all
show
up
very
nicely
and
so
on
will
in
turn
feed
into
the
chapter
aware
intake
system,
so
that
now
people
won't
have
to
when
they
are
applying
to
become
a
chapter
there.
B
The
badge
prerequisites
will
be
checked
automatically
and
there
will
be
a
simpler
review
process
interface
available
for
bob,
where,
instead
of
having
to
copy
and
paste
information
from
one
place
to
another,
he'll
just
be
able
to
check
the
information
zoom
in
on
an
application
comment
on
any
of
the
sorry
comment
on
any
of
the
shortcomings
of
an
application.
B
In
a
public
chapters
directory
page,
which
will
have
all
sorts
of
goodies,
including
it
will
then
become
possible
for
bonafide
chapters
to
make
use
of
the
chapter
sharing
wishbone
system.
B
The
essence
of
the
chapter
sharing
wishbone
system,
as
presented
as
mentioned
in
our
last
diagram,
is
basically
that
if
a
chapter
leader
has
a
request,
they
can
get
it
onto
a
list
of
pending
requests
that
will
be
very
quickly
reviewed
by
terry
sonor
or
somebody
else
who's
offered
to
provide
that
service.
They
will
then
show
up
on
a
list
of
active
wishbone
requests.
B
A
B
Here
in
fine
print
there,
it
says
thank
you
to
our
donors,
okay
and
the
notion
that
actually,
we
might
want
to
break
out
in
such
a
way
that
you
can
really
see
who
has
contributed
to
one
to
what
is
a
good
idea.
D
And
it's
worth
mentioning
too
really
quick
that
we
did
have
a
meeting
yesterday
with
masby
about
this,
and
ideally
all
these
things
are
going
to
be
very
familiar
in
terms
of
their
interfaces
and
they're
going
to
share
some
ui
yep.
C
Of
question
on
the
on
the
badging:
will
there
be
templates
that
can
be
sent
back
templates?
What
sort
correct
response
templates.
A
B
A
B
E
C
Those
existing
those
templates
are
existing
in
in
the
in
the
zoho
desk.
Today,.
A
B
So,
just
to
so,
I've
tried
to
show
that,
without
meaning
to
and
without
actually
being
invited
to,
we
are
doing
a
substantial
overhead
overhaul
on
the
hub
architecture
and
the
user
interface.
There's
good
news
and
bad
news
there.
But
it's
it's
just
true.
B
B
Masby
has
a
lovely
idea
for
issuing
certificates
for
devices
in
the
native
language
when
a
device
is
delivered
to
a
recipient,
they'll,
get
a
little
certificate
or
plaque
which
they
can
proudly
put
on
their
wall
and
will
also
potentially
be
the
beginning
of
a
tracking
system
of
devices
delivered
to
recipients.
B
D
Modeled
sort
of
a
whole
layout,
for
it
we've
had
meetings
about
that.
It
hasn't
surfaced.
Yet
I
mean,
if
you
think
about
this
whole
thing
as
a
garden.
A
lot
of
the
tending
is
going
across
projects.
D
There's
these
underground
needs
that,
like
the
database
and
this
other
stuff,
the
educational
space
is
defined
as
a
project.
We
just
haven't
seen
any
buds
yet.
B
Isabella
is
working
on
the
pathways
map
or
the
the
the
guidance
page
that
we've
talked
about
before
it
will
hyperlink
to
many
of
these
things,
and
there
are
there's
one
thing
that
is
already
in
place,
which
I
didn't
mention,
and
one
thing
that
is
also
still
to
be
discussed.
The
one
thing
that's
already
in
place
is
that
badges
will
now
be
present
on
each
individual's
profile.
B
Page
you'll
see
all
of
their
badges
and
when
you
mouse
over
a
personality,
a
picture
of
somebody
on
the
hub
up
will
pop
a
thumbnail
of
all
of
their
badges.
That
you
can
then
take
a
look
at
so
like
badges
on
boy
scouts
or
the
military
in
principle.
At
a
glance,
you'll
have
a
sense
of
how
experienced
this
person
is
what
they
have
done
and
you'll
be
able
to
know
more
about
them.
B
We're
currently
debating
the
possibility
that
some
of
the
information
used
to
earn
a
badge
will
also
be
visible
on
somebody's
profile
page,
but
there
are
both
technical
and
ideological
issues
that
we
haven't
slogged
through
there
as
really
there
are
for
all
of
these
issues
to
zoom
back
out.
A
Let
me
let
me
interject
real
quick
there,
john
just
think
about,
as
you
guys
are
discussing
that
last
point.
One
of
the
challenges
is
retention
of
evidence.
So,
if
you
do
have
people
put
it
in
their
personal
space,
there's
nothing
preventing
them
from
just
deleting
it
later
thinking
it's
no
longer
needed,
and
now
you
have
no
way
of
getting
back
to
that
evidence.
Whereas
if
we
take
the
approach
of
just
having
a
you
know,
a
google
drive
that
we
own
set
up
and
half
the
files
put
there
so
that
we
control
them.
B
Have
the
evidence
in
any
case,
the
question
at
hand
is
whether
we
want
to
give
people
the
ability
to
expose
it
on
their
personal
pages
in
order
to
provide
more
information
about
themselves
and
their
achievements.
D
Right
and
I
guess
the
the
seed
behind
that
idea-
is
that
we're
collecting
so
much
wonderful
information
through
the
badging
system.
That
is
private.
So
if,
if
we
want
people
to
fill
out
their
profiles,
could
some
of
this
stuff
be
public
facing,
for
example,
let's
say
lindsay
gets
a
couple
badges
for
different
conferences
that
she's
presented
at?
A
B
Cool
one
other
thing
that
is
documented
somewhere
here,
as
a
matter
of
fact,
is
that
there
is
now
a
well-documented
api
that
provides
information
about
chapters
and
badges
and
all
sorts
of
things.
That's
a
something
that
jeremy's
developers
on
the
enable
web
central
might
end
up
using
because
it
will
be
richer
and
easier
to
use
information
than
what's
available
through
badger.
B
So,
and
some
of
them
are
are
fitting
topics
for
conversation
in
spc
and
others,
I
think,
are
fitting
topics
with,
for
example,
bob
and
jeremy,
who
are
the
administrators
of
various
critical
systems
and
also
the
managers
of
various
critical
systems.
So
this
has
to
fit
them.
For
example,
at
this
point,
ben
and
to
a
lesser
extent,
I
have
spent
an
incredible
amount
of
time
reviewing
all
of
the
badger
descriptions
and
criteria
and
typography,
and
all
the
things
that
you
know
over
seven
years
became
a
hodgepodge
of
styles
to
normalize
them
from.
D
B
There
are
some
badges
that
are
probably
that
overlap
so
much
that
they
should
probably
be
consolidated.
We
are
working
through
that
and
before.
We
do
anything,
of
course,
we'll
review
that
with
bob
and
if
you
want
jeremy,
who
are
sort
of
our
subject
matter,
experts
who
can
see
if
we're
make
sure
that
we're
doing
things
that
will
make
things
better.
A
Yeah,
please
review
that
with
both
of
us
I've
taken
ownership
of
the
badges
in
terms
of
graphics
and
setup,
so
I
have
the
illustrator
vector
graphics
for
setting
up
new
badges
with
a
consistent
and
feel
I
have
you
know
I
can
set
everything
up
on
the
hub
pages
as
well
as
badgers,
so
yeah
as
soon
as
you
guys
decide
what
you
want
to
do.
A
If
you
pass
that
to
me
and
bob
you
know
he
and
I
will
review
it
and
then
I
can
implement
the
changes
easily,
with
the
exception
of
the
one
that
you
have
up
here,
replace
you
know
getting
rid
of
the
fabrication
assembly
badges
I'm
in
favor
of
that.
It's
something
I've
been
thinking
about
for
a
long
time,
but
that's
a
lot
of
work.
I
would
welcome
some
help
with
that
one.
A
Okay,
so
don't
need
to
do
anything
on
ewc.
I
see
the
question
there.
We
never
implemented
enforcement
of
specific
badges
in
ewc.
So
as
of
now
you
know
ewc
doesn't
really
it's
really
not
aware
of
badges.
It
just
displays
them
on
your
profile.
So
whenever
we
change
the
badges
to
those
new
badges
will
show
up.
In
ewc,
there's
really
no
changes
needed
in
ewc.
A
B
Right
well
that
one
got
resolved.
That's
great
many
badges
request
a
join
to
the
hub
badge,
but
in
fact
people
can't
request
badges
if
they're
not
already
on
the
hub.
So
it's
no
longer
going
to
be
mentioned
explicitly
as
a
requirement
and
it
will
be
auto
issued
when
someone
joins
the
hub.
A
They
can
john,
let's
be
clear.
Our
badging
pages
are
public,
so
there's
nothing
preventing
somebody
from
submitting
a
badge
request
without
having
joined
the
hub,
so
masby
just
has
to
check
that
when
they
submit
that
request,
he
needs
to
check
to
see.
Is
there
a
hub
account
for
that
email?
If
yes
issue
the
badge,
if
not,
please
set
up
an
account.
First.
B
A
D
Right
and
the
the
big
thing
is
just
recognizing
that
there's
going
to
be
some
auto,
issued
badges
like
this,
and
also
some
that
you
know
we
can
consolidate.
I,
I
guess
I
don't
see
it
on
here,
but
combining
joining
the
hub
with
introductions.
Those
are
sort
of
hand
in
hand
when
people
join
the
hub.
We
want
them
to
introduce
themselves,
so
we
can.
A
D
A
Them
to
but
they
they
they
don't,
and
I
think
that's
the
reason
for
having
separate
badges.
I
don't
know
that
you
want
to
combine
them
unless
you
know
we
make
that
a
prerequisite.
I
mean.
If
you
want
to
say
that
they
have
to
introduce
themselves,
then
mazda
would
need
to
check
to
make
sure
that
an
account
exists
and
that
there's
at
least
one
post
from
that
person.
You
know
right,
we
could
do
it
that
way,
but
otherwise
the
benefit
of
leaving
them
separate
is
because
somebody
does
have
to
actually
introduce
themselves
before
getting
that
badge.
D
And
the
idea
with
something
like
the
introductions,
badge
which
is
encouraged
but
hasn't
really
been
followed-
is
that
if
they
want
other
badges,
we
can
make
that
a
prerequisite.
So
there
can
be
an
easy
way
to
check.
Wait.
They
haven't
made
a
post,
yet
they
haven't
introduced
themselves.
They
want
this
device
badge,
but
let's
have
them
introduce
themselves.
First,
yeah,
okay,.
B
A
And
john,
what
you
guys,
probably
don't
realize,
because
you're
going
through
badger
right
that
does
not
reflect
what's
out
there.
If
you
look
at
our
badging
pages
on
the
hub,
which
is
what
the
public
sees,
you
will
see
that
those
badges
have
already
been
removed
bob
and
I
already
went
through
and
retired
all
of
those
unneeded
badges.
We
just
didn't
remove
them
from
badger,
because
some
people
had
already
been
issued.
Those
badges-
and
we
didn't
want
to
revoke
those
right.
So
we
left
them
in
badger,
but
nobody
sees
that
all
they
see
is
the
pages.
D
So
we
that's
great,
so
the
whole
system
going
forward
we'll
have
sort
of
a
category
for
that
which
will
make
it
easy
to
have
sort
of
badges
be
hidden
if
they
don't
apply.
B
B
Of
badges
that
you
currently
have,
jeremy,
which
you've
handcrafted
is
going
to
be
drawn
from
this
database,
so
will
be
updated
and
manageable,
we'll
go
that
has
to
do
with
the
mechanics
of
what
we're
talking
about,
we'll
obviously
have
to
vet
the
specific
interface
before
you
go
for
it.
A
D
B
Say
that
going
back
to
the
obliterating
fabrication
assembly
badges
in
that
case,
I
believe
what
liberating.
A
Well,
no,
what's
going
to
happen
is
the
like:
you
said
here:
90
of
assemblers
have
fabrication
badges.
What
we're
going
to
do
is
we're
going
to
go
to
those
we're
going
to
go
to
the
existing
assembly
badge,
that's
in
badger
and
rename
it
so
that
that
becomes
the
device
badge
and
that
way
everybody
that's
already
received.
D
And
while
john's
typing,
we,
we
can
also
easily
identify
the
five
to
ten
percent
of
folks
who
have
one
and
not
the
other
and
reach
out
to
them
and
ask
them.
You
know
what
what
happened
and
learned
something
from
the
process.
I
mean
it's,
not
a
total
waste
that
we've
done
what
we've
we've
done.
It's
actually
some
really
great
information
that
we
can
pull
from
the
community
and
find
out
a
little
bit
more
about
their
process
and
some
of
the
challenges
that
they've
had
you
know
what
what
gotten
between
these
two
steps.
B
And
the
last
naughty
issue
that
we're
currently
dealing
with
is
a
question
of
whether
paypal,
which
is
the
device
the
mechanism
we
chose
for
the
wish
phone
project
on
board.
Peer-To-Peer
support
is
actually
universal
enough
to
be
good
for
an
international
system
meant
to
allow
people
from
anywhere
in
the
world
to
support
people
from
anywhere
in
the
world
turns
out
that
paypal
is
not,
as
is
not
the
go-to
norm
in
some
countries,
as
it
is
here,
and
it's
actually
banned
in
a
few
countries,
and
so.
A
A
B
A
B
B
A
B
A
D
Right
so
to
summarize
last
night,
one
idea
was
just
to
add
a
secondary
way
for
transactions
to
occur.
I
mean
even
the
idea
of
bitcoin.
I
mean
just
trying
to
figure
out
what
would
be
a
secondary
option.
I
think
paypal
is
even
if
it's
not
the
first
choice
in
some
countries
available
in
the
majority
of
areas
where
we
have
chapters
and
like
masby
said
you
know
it's
he
has
to
you
know
you.
D
A
D
It's
worth
reminding
ourselves
as
well
that
these
are
specifically
chapters.
These
aren't
individuals.
We've
got
190
chapters,
they're
not
all
going
to
participate,
and
this
is
only
for
chapter
leaders
so
in
the
group
of
people,
not
an
individual,
but
most
of
these
chapters
involve
numerous
people
and
they
all
have
shared
resources.
So
I
think
we
can.
A
Here's
just
an
example
of
why
I
think
it's
so
great
that
you
have
somebody
taking
the
lead
on
this.
If
terry
is
managing
this
process,
then
you
have
somebody
that
can
kind
of
evaluate
each
case
and
figure
out
a
mechanism.
That's
going
to
work.
For
that
case,
true,
okay,
all
right!
Well
we're
at
we're
25
after
we
ought
to
wrap
up
here
guys
if
nobody
has
anything
else.
