A
I
did
too,
but
I'm
looking
at
the
youtube
page
and
I'm
not
oh
there
we
go
okay,
it
was
that
delay.
So
now
it
is
live.
Okay,
all
right.
Let
me
just
get
my
windows
organized
here
and
I'll
show
my
screen.
A
A
A
I'm
gonna
find
my
way
back
to
zoom.
First,
there
we
go
and
let
me
grab
the
live
chat
from
youtube
here
and
we
can
monitor
that.
D
A
There
we
go
sorry
for
the
delay
now
we're
all
set
so
like
I
said
I
unfortunately
short
on
time
today.
I
did
not
get
to
do
any
of
my
usual
prep
stuff
here.
So
some
of
the
things
in
the
notes
might
be
a
little
out
of
date,
but
we'll
do
our
best
so
action
items.
John
was
gonna,
submit
a
presentation
proposal
for
the
amputee
coalition
conference.
Any
updates
on
that
which.
A
Okay,
very
good.
I've
got
a
few
action
items,
none
of
which
I
got
to
this
week,
except
for
updating
the
volunteers
needed
post.
I
did.
A
I
was
going
to
ask
ben
though
he's
not
here,
so
I
don't
know
that
I
really
did
a
very
good
job
on
it,
but
I
might
need
to
do
some
edits,
but
I
did
put
into
the
pin
post
here
a
note
about
needing
some
assistance
with
our
matching
platform,
needs
analysis
and
planning
and
realignment
of
our
enable
websites
and
kind
of
bringing
those
together
more
like
we
talked
about.
I
don't
know
if
I
adequately
described
these
time
permitting.
A
Maybe
you
guys
could
take
a
look
at
these
and
feel
free
to
help
me
modify
them.
If
you
want
to
make
them
more
clear.
C
A
A
So
here's
the
link
to
the
notes
and
the
action
items
are
just
you
know
it's
here.
If
I
collapse
all
you'll
be
able
to
see
where
we're
at
so
that
link.
I
just
think
you
should
take
you
to
the
main
notes
here
and
then
we're
we're
just
the
fourth
item,
down
interactions.
C
A
Ben
is
working
to
update
rich
brown's
chapter
spotlight
and
I
still
need
to
go
live
with
those
new
device,
catalog
pages.
I
had
a
conference
this
week,
so
I
just
didn't
get
to
any
of
this.
So
next
time
we
don't
have
any
guest
presentations
on
the
schedule
that
I'm
aware
of.
I
would
like
to
so
the
usual
call
for
anyone
who
would
like
to
share
here.
A
A
1Pm
eastern
to
be
clear-
and
that
is
what
is
that
meeting-
that
is
the
new
members
focus
workshop.
C
Right,
but
alexander
in
fact,
is
going
to
be
presenting,
I
believe,
on
the
evo
hand,
and
the
work
of
the
collaborative
innovation
group
that
you've
been
spearheading.
A
A
D
A
So
yeah
that's
an
hour
after
the
conclusion
of
this
meeting,
and
let's
see,
I
don't
think
I
have
the
latest
summary
in
here,
but
we
did
add
it
to
the
hub.
Didn't
we
remind
me,
what
did
we
do
with
it?
We
put
it
somewhere
in
here.
A
The
summary
of
events,
john,
was
that
oh,
that's
right,
he
guided
me
to
it.
So
he
put
this
under
what
was
the
space
that
it
was
in.
Somebody
help
me
out
here.
C
Well,
you
would
think
it
would
be
easy
to
find
on
the
hub.
A
That
well,
that
was
one
of
my
action
items-
was
to
kind
of
put
it
into
the
sidebar
here.
So
it
was
easier
to
find.
But,
okay,
maybe
we'll
have
to
skip
it
this
time,
but
he
had
a
yeah.
Let's
see,
maybe
I
have
at
least
I
don't
know
if
this
is
still
current.
Let's
see
what
are
we
on
here
february,
18th
yeah,
so
the
new
member
meet
up.
A
A
Today
is
the
new
members
meet
up?
Okay,
my
apologies
guys.
So
today
is
the
new
members.
Meetup
and
alexander
is
going
to
be
helping
them
get
introduced
to
our
device
catalog
and
how
to
get
started.
So
that's
today
and
then
I'm
trying
to
figure
out
the
order
of
dates
here.
So
then
21st
that
would
be
monday.
A
Is
that
right,
yeah
device
pilots
meeting,
so
that's
going
to
be
hosted
by
po
paraguay
and
it's
going
to
be
in
spanish
on
monday
and
then
next
friday
is
our
focus
follow-up
workshop
and
we're
going
to
have
eric
presenting,
along
with
it,
looks
like
dean,
rock
and
ahmad
discussing
lower
limb
devices.
A
A
We
are
waiting
on
me.
I
apologize,
like
I
said
at
a
conference
for
my
business
this
week
and
just
didn't
get
anything
else
done
so
waiting
on
me
to
get
that
done.
If,
if
anybody
else
has
time
that
you
might
get
to
that
before,
I
do
I'm
happy
to
have
somebody
else
step
in,
but
I
will
get
to
it
hopefully
this
week.
Otherwise.
A
Moving
on
upcoming
one-time
events,
the
finnish
medical
3d
printing
network
in
mid-february-
I
don't
know
who
put
this
here:
does
anyone
know
about
this.
D
Okay,
there
you
go,
however,
you
do
have
to
submit,
submit
the
request
to
actually
being
there
a
couple
of
days
beforehand
to
get
approved.
A
All
right
on
we
go
so
for
our
discussion
topics,
we've
been
talking
a
lot
about
champions
needed
and,
like
I
pointed
out
before,
we
did
update
our
pin
post
on
the
hub
with
some
notes
about
some
of
these
and
we're
also
exploring
some
intern
possibilities.
A
I'm
not
sure
I'm
fully
clear
on
where
that
stands,
that
kind
of
runs
us
into
our
next
topic
here
with
this
handshake
program.
So
I
know
we
we
did
a
write-up
for
one
sort
of
job
role
for
an
intern
and
that's
up
there.
What
happens
next.
Are
we
just
like
waiting
for
somebody
to
like
reach
out
and
say
I
want
that?
Do
you
know
john.
C
Yes,
I
think
that
is
the
case,
but
it
is
also
the
case
that
ben
has
asked
for
help
advertising
the
internship
positions
in
more
schools.
I'm
going
to
paste
ben's
bullet
points
from
his
email
into
the
chat.
A
Okay,
I've
been
blasting
the
new
member
space
to
raise
awareness
for
new
members
about
the
new
member
meetup
as
well
as
facebook.
Hopefully,
a
few
new
people
can
join
us
remember
that
monday
is:
is
po
paraguay's
device
pilot
debut
here's
the
archive
post
for
the
chapter
leaders
round
table
if
anyone's
interested
in
summarizing
the
conversation
article
with
rich
is
in
the
works
waiting
to
connect
with
some
folks
from
the
dominican
republic
for
dean's
article,
but
it's
looking
good.
I
need
help
advertising
the
internship
positions
in
more
schools.
A
Okay,
so
this
must
be
the
email
from
ben
that
I
didn't
get
to.
Thank
you
for
sharing
there.
You
go
all
right.
So
how
would
we
go
about
doing
that?
Advertising
more
schools?
Listen!
So
this
handshake
program.
What
is
that
is
that?
Does
that
only
work
with
a
like
a
handful
of
schools
or
how
what's
the
scope.
C
C
A
A
A
So
I
think
at
the
very
least
I
I
would
like
to
see
one
that's
oriented
more
towards
event
planning
like
what
ally
was
doing
before
and
then
you
know
we
could
go
back
to
our
list
of
kind
of
champions
needed.
There
might
be
some
other.
You
know
help
that
we
could
get
through
that,
but
I
think
at
the
very
least-
and
I
would
especially
with
this
being
our
10
year,
I
would
love
to
see
somebody
to
really
focus
on
event
planning,
so
maybe
we'll
follow
up
with
ben
on
that.
C
Send
him
a
note
right
now
saying
we
should
talk
about
internship
positions.
A
Let's
see
it
doesn't
look
like
we
have
any
new
funding
proposals
this
week.
As
far
as
discretionary
funding
does
anybody
else
have
anything
you
like
you'd
like
to
talk
about
here
in
that
regard,.
A
Very
good
on
we
go
infrastructure
again,
I
haven't.
I
don't
have
any
updates
for
you
this
week.
Does
anybody
else
have
anything
that
you'd
like
to
talk
about?
I
see
we
have
masby
as
well
as
alexander
and
andrew
several
of
our
technical
development
oriented
folks
here
today.
So
do
any
of
you
have
anything
you'd
like
to
talk
about
with
regards
to
any
of
our
infrastructure.
E
Yeah
we
got,
we
got
an
email
back
from
the
head
of
the
technology
impact
program
at
autodesk
to
get
talking
about
about
our
fusion
plans.
Now.
E
Yeah
yeah
it
took
a
while,
but
I
think
if,
if
a
post
doesn't
get
answered
on
the
forum,
then
an
autodesk
employee
looks
at
it,
and
ours
got
passed
up
to
to
denny
gagnon
who's,
a
head
of
tech
impact.
E
So
she
I
have
you
jeremy
and
john
as
well
cc'd
on
this
okay.
They
have
confirmed
that
our
plan
definitely
violates
their
licensing,
but
they
are
willing
to
help
us
out
with
software
donations,
and
she
said
they
potentially
implement
something
in
forge.
If
we
need
it.
E
Yes,
she
wants
to
meet
on
tuesday.
She
wanted
me
to
propose
a
time
and
I'm
free
all
tuesday,
so
I'm
guessing
that
others
will
drive
the
time
that
we
go
to.
A
Oh
boy,
tuesday's
a
little
heavy.
For
me,
it
looks
like
sort
of
like
late
morning
is
gonna,
be
the
best
time
for
me.
If
you
can
swing
that.
C
A
So
I'm
in
central
time,
I'm
currently
available
from
9
30
until
noon.
Central,
okay,.
C
A
B
A
C
E
A
For
me
do
best,
and
I
mean
if,
if
that
doesn't
work,
I
can
I'll
move
meetings
around.
Just
let
me
know
what
we
have
to
work
with
and
I'll
I'll
make
it
I'll
make
it
work.
A
Okay,
well,
that's
encouraging!
I
mean
we
don't
know
the
path
forward
yet,
but
at
least
they're
willing
to
make
one
yep.
That's
good.
Okay,
any
other
infrastructure,
discussion
topics.
A
Okay,
I
didn't
have
time
to
do
our
usual
statistics
today.
Normally
as
part
of
that
I
pull
the
most
active
or
popular
hosts
posts
from
the
week,
so
instead
we're
just
going
to
do
this
sort
of
the
easy
way
here.
I'm
just
going
to
go
straight
to
our
notes
here.
So
it
looks
like
our
most
commented
post
this
week
was
this
one:
sarah
mcdonald,
one
of
the
leaders
of
my
school's
biomedical
engineering
club
getting
started
with
the
enable
very
little
3d,
printing
and
modeling
experience
asking
about
best
cad
software.
A
D
A
Okay,
yeah
good
stuff,
so
does
anybody
have
any
further
recommendations
you
want
to
offer
here
to
sarah
in
terms
of
recommended
cad
software
or
any
of
these
other
topics
here?
Do
we
need
to
modify
any
dimensions
for
our
test
device,
or
could
we
literally
just
print
the
parts
as
needed?
So
I
don't
know
if
anybody
addressed
that
part
here.
Do
you
know
alexander.
A
Okay,
I'm
not
seeing
that
part
here,
but
if,
if
it
has
fine
I'll
just
I'll
just
say
real
quick,
you
probably
don't
want
to
print
at
100
scale.
That's
the
default
scale
for
your
test
device
because
that's
actually
a
pretty
small
hand
and
it
makes
things
kind
of
hard
to
assemble.
A
D
A
I
appreciate
the
closest
chapters
in
columbus
couple
more
questions.
If
we
can
print
and
assemble
the
phoenix
v3
is
that
the
only
type
of
device
we'd
be
able
to
make
for
people
okay.
So
this
is
a
gray
area.
We've
never
enforced
our
badging
system,
really,
we've.
Never!
You
know
there
was
originally
a
plan
within
enable
web
central
to
say
no.
You
cannot
volunteer
on
this
case
unless
you
have
the
badge
for
that
type
of
device,
but
we're
not
really
doing
that
currently.
A
Ideally,
you
would
go
ahead
and
submit
that
kinetic
hand
and
get
it
approved
and
get
the
badge
for
that
also,
but
it
it's
really
just
about
making
sure
that
you
kind
of
understand
what
you're
doing
and
and
and
a
lot
of
these
designs
are
quite
similar.
As
long
as
you
follow
the
instructions,
there's
not
a
you
know,
if
you
know
how
to
make
one
and
you've
had
it
reviewed,
I
think
you're
gonna
do
fine
on
making
a
different
design.
So
that
would
be
my
take.
A
Is
you
know
no
you're
not
absolutely
restricted
to
only
making
that
design,
but
we
do
encourage
people
to
get
the
badge
for
those
other
designs,
if,
if
possible,
so
that
you
can
have
somebody
look
at
your
work,
how
much
technical
knowledge
is
needed
to
print
and
assemble
the
device
versus
just
scaling
and
fitting
the
design
appropriately?
A
I'm
not
sure
my
group
has
the
time
and
technical
expertise
to
appropriately
fit
a
device
to
a
user.
So
I'm
wondering
if
we
could
focus
more
on
printing
and
assembling
devices
once
design
is
finalized
by
another
volunteer,
so
it
sounds
like
they're
kind
of
asking:
can
we
just
kind
of
print
and
assemble
and
then
send
them
somewhere
and
let
somebody
else
take
it
from
there?
I
don't
know
bob
any
thoughts
on
that
yeah.
No.
B
Look
the
reality
is
that
even
the
simple
cases
there's
some
customization
there's
working
with
the
recipient,
I'm
not
a
big
fan
of
let's
just
throw
a
bunch
of
plus
together
and
send
it
to
somebody
else
and
it's
somebody
else's
issue.
I
think
there
has
to
be
a
continuum
of
involvement.
There
has
to
be
a
relationship
with
the
recipient
and
there's
going
to
be
some
customization.
B
B
D
B
A
Yeah,
there's
just
not
enough
people
out
there
that
would
be
able
to
use
those
generic
non-customized
devices.
D
A
That's
what
I
was
gonna
say:
I
mean
there's
a
lot
you
can
do.
We
have
so
many
people
that
come
into
this
community
and
think
that
you
know
the
only
way
to
contribute
is
to
to
print
devices
and-
and
you
know
make
these
things-
that's
not
true.
There's
a
lot
of
things
that
you
can
do
for
exam
as
a
school,
especially,
for
example,
on
the
kind
of
the
analysis
side.
You
know
help
us
to
test
our
current
designs.
You
know
help
give
feedback
of.
How
can
we
make
them
fit
better,
more
comfortable?
A
C
A
You
know
most
of
what
we
have
on
that
site
is
about
making
devices
and
that's
that's
part
of
that
project.
Where
I
want
to
kind
of
revamp
and
integrate
our
websites.
I
want
to
kind
of
revisit
how
we
put
this
out
there.
I
I
think
we
can
do
a
better
job
of
of
laying
out
different
ways
for
people
to
get
involved
other
than
just
making
devices.
I
don't
think
we
do
a
really
good
job
of
that
on
our
websites.
Right
now,.
C
You
know
I
have
a
a
more
general
comment,
which
is
to
say
that
this
is
actually
a
frequently
asked
question,
especially
by
people
like
sarah
who
are
just
getting
on
board.
They
come
in
with
the
wrong
expectation.
They
answer
this
question.
We
reset
their
explanations,
their
expectations
and
disappoint
them
a
little
bit.
C
The
point
is,
as
you
have
just
pointed
out,
jeremy,
we
ought
to
do
a
better
job
of
setting
initial
expectations,
but
I
also
wanted
to
pick
up
on
alexander's
comment.
That
here
is
another
common
question
that
got
a
bunch
of
comprehensive
answers
and
adam
says
alexander
says
you
know
this
ought
to
be
captured
on
its
own,
which
is
to
say
here
and
even
more
in
discord
and
for
that
matter
in
the
email.
C
You
would
think
that
there
would
be
some
process
which
I've
never
seen
formalized,
but
I'm
feeling
the
need
for
of
if
you
will
skimming
the
good
stuff
off
of
the
froth
before
it
sinks
down
into
the
sediment.
If
you
will,
and
so
an
faq
might
simply
be
a
way
to
begin
and
just
to
begin
enumerating,
faqs
and
then
capturing
answers
as
they
come
in
using
them
to
update
the
faq.
A
Yeah
I
mean
within
you
know
it
essentially,
a
forum
type,
you
know
where
we
have
some
kind
of
moderated
forum
would
be
a
good
way
to
do
that,
but
I'm
just
thinking
in
terms
of
within
our
current
platform.
You
know.
D
D
A
Yeah,
I
don't
see
the
need,
for
I
mean
if
you
want
to
use
discord
to
organize
things.
That's
that's
fine.
I
don't
think
we
have
nearly
enough
people
in
our
community
using
it
to
make
that
the
answer
to
how
what
we're
talking
about
what
I
would
recommend
is
a
simple
wiki.
I
mean
we
already
have
a
wiki
module
in
the
hub.
So
I
think
all
we're
talking
about
is
adding
a
new.
You
know
area
in
our
wiki
of
you
know.
We
already
have
frequently
asked
questions
here.
Maybe
it's
a
matter
of
using
that
right.
C
Is
using
discord
as
a
notepad
and
a
collaboration
space
and
his
monitoring
discord,
and
also,
I
think,
monitoring
the
hub.
So
if
he
wants
to
get
a
group
of
people
to
build
up
this
collection
of
information
and
discord
before
we
create
the
first
draft
of
the
wiki,
that's.
A
C
A
D
A
I
mean
it's
great,
I
would
just
say
you
know
if
you
can
get
in
the
habit
of
you
know
coming
in
here,
and
you
know
creating
a
new
page
into
this
faq
category
and
just
start
dropping
those
things
in
it's
just
gonna
start.
You
know,
building
over
time
and
eventually
we'll
have
a
whole
list
of
frequently
asked
topics
here.
D
B
A
B
A
A
B
To
regions
of
the
world
where
we,
where
there
are
recipients
but
there's
nobody
to
provide
at
a
reasonable
cost
right,
so
you
know
to
encourage
people
to
to
now
3d
print
and
make
devices
and
do
something
I
don't
know.
If
that's
that's
the
immediate
focus,
we
need
more
people
who
are
going
to
come
on
calls
like
this,
who
are
going
to
take
responsibility
for
really
moving
the
community
forward,
that
personal
observation
right
or
wrong.
B
So
I
now
having
stated
that
I'll
leave
the
heart
talk
to
somebody
else.
How
do
we
get
that?
But
but
maybe
we
need
to
focus
because
look.
We
just
went
down
the
whole
agenda
going
over
20
subjects.
We
go
over
every
week
and
we
acknowledge
that
they're
there.
We
don't
have
anybody
to
actually
champion
it
or
do
much
about
it.
We
can
comment
a
little
bit,
but
they
stay
there
and
they're
not
moving
anywhere
and
it's
not
a
criticism.
It's
just
an
observation.
B
A
We
all
agree
bob.
I
I
do
think
that
we
are
doing
some
some
new
things
that
are
helping
with
that.
I,
like
the
way
ben,
has
been
taking
snippets
of
these
recordings
and
posting
them
in
response
to
questions
on
the
hub.
I
think
that'll
help
to
draw
attention
to
some
of
the
things
that
we
talk
about
here,
like
hey,
we
need
help
with
xyz.
Absolutely,
I
think
using
the
pin
posts
on
the
hub,
and
you
know
the
the
summary
of
events
he's
doing.
A
There's,
no
doubt
we
we
need
more
champions.
That's
definitely
been
the
recurring
topic
of
late,
but
if
we
keep,
I
I
think
all
we
can
do
is
kind
of
keep
keep
harping
on
that.
You
know
the
more
we
say
it
and
the
more
we
we
we
keep
the
focus
on
getting
champions.
Eventually
the
world
will
get
out
there
and.
C
So
I've-
I
have
two
comments
on
that.
One
is
well-defined
roles,
are
something
that
a
qualified
person
can
just
step
into
defining
the
role
requires
an
additional
qualification
and
an
additional
level
of
motivation,
so
defining
positions
in
the
community-
and
I
think,
somehow
wording
it
so
that
volunteer
or
paid
applicants
will
be
considered
would
be
a
step
forward.
That
requires
someone
to
do
it,
but
I
suspect,
but
that
would
be
an
intermediate
step
which
would
make
it
more
likely
that
there
would
be
a
filled
position
by
the
appropriate
champion.
B
B
C
It's
been,
it
has
been
a
delicate
issue
in
the
past,
but
I
sort
of
feel
that
we're
past
that
I
think
ben
is
our
one
regularly
paid
guy,
and
everyone
has
been
very
happy
with
that.
Alexander
has
been
under
contract
for
a
while
or
was
under
contract
for
a
while,
and
I
think
we're
very
happy
with
the
work
he's
done.
A
C
I
think
we
sort
of
understand
better
than
we
did
when
it
was
a
sensitive
topic
how
to
go
forward
with
that,
but
it's
not
gonna
we've.
We
have
also
learned
that
it's
not
enough
to
say,
there's
money
out.
There
write
a
proposal.
Alexander
himself
has
balked
at
proposal
writing,
and
so
I'm
just
identifying
an
intermediate
step,
which
is
to
create
job
descriptions
which
could
then
be
filled
and
by
the
way
it
could
be
advertised
since
they're,
potentially
paid
positions
outside
of
enable
as
well.
B
C
B
C
A
A
C
We
did
it
in
rochester
naval,
that's
how
we
got
melvin
cruz
and
then
kyle
reeser,
who
then,
by
the
way,
also
went
on
to
do
sponsored,
enable
fund
projects
so
it
it
has
worked
very
well
for
rochester
enable
limited
in
rochester,
and
I
think
it's
a
good
way
of
thinking
about
what
we
might
do
at
this
level
of
the
organization.
A
B
A
B
B
You
know
sort
of
what
are
the
what's
the
scope,
what
are
the
requirements?
What's
the
time
frame,
one
pager,
it's
all
it's
going
to
be.
A
C
A
A
Revising
our
web
presence
kind
of
bringing
together
the
new
content
from
the
enable
france
site,
updating
kind
of
what
our
front
page
looks
like
which
site
links
to
what
event
planner
plan
out?
That's
kind
of
more
probably
an
internship
thing,
but
somebody
to
help
us
plan
these
10-year
anniversary
events
and
then
the
one
you
just
were
talking
about
somebody
to
help
develop
international
partnerships
and
collaborations
well,.
E
D
C
A
B
A
A
C
D
C
Is
often
that
big
they
can
be
small,
but
because
of
the
burden
of
the
application
process,
they
tend
to
be
larger.
C
A
B
A
Think
those
first
two
items
on
the
list
are
probably
of
greatest
interest
to
me.
I'm
just
thinking
in
terms
of
what's
going
to
have
the
biggest
impact
on
our
community,
and
I
think
the
first
one
you
know
making
sure
that
we
figure
out
and
and
get
going
with
a
proper
matching
platform
that
that
folks
can
easily
use
would
be
very
impactful.
A
B
C
A
A
E
I
think
the
the
matching
platform
might
be
a
good
option
for
something
like
this,
because
I
think
that
is
a
that
is
a
job.
That's
going
to
require
somebody
to
really
understand
our
needs
and
our
use
cases
and
whoever
helps
us
solve
that
problem.
I
think,
is
someone
we
really
want
to
keep
around.
I
don't
think
this
would
make
sense
to
be
like
a
fiverr
or
upwork
contract
or
something
because
I
don't
think
we
want
them
to
slap,
something
together
and
then
become
like
unavailable.
A
B
All
right
I'm
looking
to,
and
I
I
like
andrew's
comments,
we're
looking
for
getting
more
p,
more
volunteers
engaged
at
a
higher
level
and
and
paying
for
it
via
a
fellowship
and
that
may
morph
into
into
than
somebody
being
committed
on
an
unpaid
basis.
But
whatever
at
least
you
start
out
by.
A
So
we
could
write
this
one
up
and
do
it,
as
you
know,
somebody
to
analyze
these
two
platforms
that
we
have
as
well
as
kind
of
just
analyzing
our
needs
in
general
for
matching
and
putting
together
a
plan,
and
that
would
be
it
well.
We
get
a
plan
together
that
we
can
all
agree
on
now
that
person
might,
then
you
know,
proceed
and
be
involved
in
the
actual
execution
might
manage
a
group
of
developers.
Who
knows
that's
optional,
but
I
I
think
this
first
part
that
we
want
to
test
this
on.
A
E
E
Under
like
the
job
title
of
a
project
manager
in
the
software
space,
it
would
make
sense
to
fill
that
role,
because
the
the
problem
we're
having
here
is
that
we
don't
really
have
a
concrete
understanding
of
our
requirements
or
what
direction
we
want
to
take
this
project
in
and
if
we
did
have
a
set
of
concrete
deliverables
that
would
actualize
what
we
want.
B
A
I
I
wouldn't
worry
too
much
about
that
bob.
First
of
all,
there
are
more
affordable
developers
out
there
as
long
as
they're
being
sort
of
guided
and
managed
by
the
right
folks,
and
secondly,
you
know
there's
middle
ground
approaches
where
there's
some
people
that
might
be
willing
to
do
development
work
at
a
discounted
rate,
because
it's
for
a
volunteer
community.
That
kind
of
thing.
So
we've
had
luck
with
that
in
the
past.
I
agree
with
andrew
it's
really
just
about
having
really
good
definitions
of
what
we
need
and
and
and
those
requirements.
A
B
A
Yeah
but
no
problem:
let's
give
it
a
try.
Okay.
So
then
I'm
going
to
change
this
up
here
to
say
bob
and
jeremy.
C
Can
I
okay,
I
just
want
to
zoom
out
a
little
bit
on
this
so
because
I've
been
thinking
so
hard
that
I
haven't
done
a
good
job,
taking
notes,
but
we've
just
agreed
that
bob
and
jeremy
are
going
to
draft
a
project
management
position
specifically
to
help
us
evaluate
the
two.
Existing
matching
platforms
come
up
with
a
description
of
the
matching
platform
we
want
such
that
it
could
then
potentially
be
implemented
as
a
as
a
next
stage.
Did
I
get
that
right.
B
A
There's
a
little
bit
of
a
nuance
here
and
that
I
agree
that
a
project
manager
type
is
is
needed
here,
because
we
need
somebody
that
can
define
requirements
and
scope
and
all
that,
but
we
also
need
somebody
with
a
certain
level
of
development.
Understanding
doesn't
need
to
be
a
developer,
but
part
of
the
consideration
here
is
like
you
need
to
understand
the
way
enable
web
central
was
developed.
A
What's
under
the
hood,
how
does
that
does
that
fit
with
where
we
want
to
go
with
enable
or
this
other
platform
over
here,
that's
built
on
php
and
wordpress?
That
can
be
more
easily
integrated
with
the
hub.
You
know
we
need
somebody
that
can
kind
of
understand
those
sort
of
technical
aspects
of
these
platforms
as
well,
in
order
to
be
able
to
make
a
proposal
for
how
to
go
forward
and.
B
Even
a
larger
question:
what
do
what
do
we
want
the?
What
do
we
want
to
accomplish
with
this
right
with
what
we
wanted
to
do
that
we
don't
have
today.
C
Lot!
Okay!
So
so
that's
that's
that
initiative
underway!
Congratulations!
The
initiative
is
creating
the
proposal,
since
the
fellowship
is
going
to
be
more
than
a
thousand
dollars.
We're
then
going
to
be
presenting
this,
which
is
a
good
way
of
socializing
this
to
the
community
on
lumio.
That's.
C
A
Capability
think
we
should
do
it
at
that
level,
john,
as
a
take
it
as
a
process
level.
I
think
we
should
write
something
up
in
lumio
kind
of
like
what
we
did
for
the
discretionary
funding
and
say
this
is
what
we
want
to
do
going
forward.
We
want
you
to
give
us
the
authority
to
define
job
needs
to
put
a
dollar
amount.
You
know
not
to
exceed.
A
C
Well,
I
would
personally
suggest
that,
well
what
you
said
is
correct
that
then,
when
we
create
an
additional
position,
that
position
gets
discussed
and
reviewed
within
lumio
and
that
we
try
to
use
the
lumio
community
to
help
with
the
process.
We
just
prototyped
to
saying
well
what
what
might
be
our
next
fellowship
and
so
on
and.
A
C
A
C
Again,
I
haven't
thought
this
through
and
I
don't
know
what
I
think,
but
right
now
I
would
say.
Yes,
I
think
that
a
5
000
expenditure
is
something
that
we
think
the
community
should
weigh
in
on,
but
this
might
be
a
framework
in
which
those,
okay.
A
So,
let's
do
that:
let's
do
that
for
this
first
one.
Let's
write
this
up:
let's
put
it
out
to
lumio
once
we
know
that
the
job
description
and
the
amount-
let's
get
it
voted
on
and
then
we'll
execute
on
this
one
see
how
it
works
and
if
it
works,
we
can
come
back
to
lumio
and
say
hey.
This
worked
really
well
we're
proposing
that
we
be
able
to
do
this
going
forward
and
figure
out
how
to
smooth
the
process.
But
let's
just
take
this
first
one
and
do
it
as
a
vote
on
lumio
yeah.
C
Right,
I
do
think
it's
good
to
let
the
community
know
that
this
is
a
a
prototype
of
a
potential
process
right
and
let's
fund
the
prototypes
to
fill
in
an
identified
need,
and
then
we
will
refine
the
process
to
identify
and
fill
later
needs.
If
the
prototype
is
encouraging.
A
B
A
Needed
very
good:
I'm
actually
going
to
split
this
here.
Jeremy
write
up
a
job
description
for
bob.
Well,
it's
for
the
matching
platform
analysis.
B
Well,
the
first
two
points,
I'm
sorry
a
champion
for
the
first
two
points.
Yes,
on
the
list
of
champions
needed
there,
you
go
one
and
two
are
tied
together.
Great.
D
A
A
A
B
A
But
that
doesn't
mean
that
doesn't
mean
that
we
have
to
wait
to
write
up
the
discussion
thread
on
lumio.
Let's
get
the
discussion
thread
written
up
then
we'll
present
that
in
here
and
and
talk
about
what
it
is.
So
let's
try
to
get
that
written
up
before
our
next
meeting.
Let's
try
to
get
it
in
lumio
before
our
next
town
hall
as
a
discussion,
not
as
a
vote.
C
I
will
I
want
to
point
out
this
was
a
productive
digression
from
another
action
item
which
should
be
noted
and
jeremy.
If
you'll
do
this
I'd
appreciate
it
that
alexander
is
going
to
begin
an
faq
harvesting
process.
That's.
A
C
And
you
know
this
doesn't
have
to
be
all
frequently
asked
questions
alex
alexander.
They
could
be
restricted
to
some
domain,
but
again
you
have
offered
using
discord
to
collect
faqs
and
for
that
matter,
the
answers
to
those
faqs.
But
if
you're
doing
it,
there's
no
harm
in
collecting
other
questions
that
you
realize
are
frequently
asked
and
putting
them
in
a
list
of
ones
that
need
good
answers.
D
A
Of
develop
across
it,
it's
the
same
thing.
You
know
you're
going
to
start
doing
this
alexander
and,
as
you
figure
out,
you
know
how
to
get
things
from
discord
and
put
them
into
the
the
hub
on
the
the
hub,
wiki
and
you're
developing
a
process
just
by
doing
it
the
first
few
times.
So
that's
fine,
we'll
just
crop
we'll
consider
it
done
once
you've
gotten
it
started
and
and
you're
you're
in
a
good
flow.
How
about
that
anything
else?
We're
at
a
good
point
to
wrap
here.
