From YouTube: Weekly e-NABLE Town Hall Meeting - May 19, 2023
Description
This is a recording of the weekly e-NABLE Town Hall meeting.
The notes/agenda document can be found here: https://bit.ly/e-nable-town-hall-notes
If you want to join into the meeting itself, you are welcome to do so. You'll find the Zoom link in the events calendar on the Hub.
A
A
Okay
still
have
one
in
here
for
you
John
to
write
up
something
about
the
fiscal
sponsorship
agreement.
B
That
is
correct,
I
I
haven't
written
it
up
because
we
are
working
on
bylaws
for
the
eco-referational
line
and
I
will
see
an
approach.
This
group
to
see
whether
we
may
want
to
marry
those
bylaws
or
whether
we
should
keep
to
do
things
separate.
A
Okay
sounds
good.
The
next
one
is
for
me
to
revise
the
new
user
email.
It
goes
out
from
the
Hub
I
haven't
done
that
and
I
am
taking
this
off
my
list.
It's
just
not
something
I'm
going
to
get
to.
We
will
have
to
find
somebody
else.
A
A
We
talked
about
having
James
quilty
come
and
talk
to
us,
but
I,
don't
know
if
or
when
that's
going
to
happen,
I
guess
we'll
just
leave
it
here.
As
a
reminder,
there
is
another
week
coming
up
on
June
2nd
that
I
will
not
be
available.
So
it's
probably
easiest
if
we
just
skip
that
week
unless
somebody
wants
to
take
over.
But
you
know
it's
under
my
zoom
account
and
I,
don't
know
how
that
would
work.
A
We'd
have
to
figure
that
out,
but,
like
I
said,
probably
the
easiest
thing
to
do
is
just
skip
a
week.
So
I
already
put
a
note
of
that
on
the
Hub
calendar.
For
that
day,
just
a
heads
up,
that's
what
is
that
two
weeks
out
I
think
yeah,
two
weeks
out,
I
think
is,
is
when
I
will
be
out
of
town
and
not
I
won't
have
any
connectivity.
A
Okay,
we're
not
tracking
the
enable
metrics
right
now
time
permitting
we'll
talk
about
what
we
want
to
do
there,
but
the
balance
of
the
enable
fund
is
the
same
at
36.8
and
oh,
my
goodness.
We
have
a
lot
of
posts
here
from
The
Hub.
Thank
you
for
doing
this.
Sarah
I,
don't
know
that
we're
going
to
be
able
to
go
through
all
these.
Let's,
let's
start
in
and
see
if
we
can
get
through
some
Kate
fox
trying
to
print
the
gauntlet
for
the
Phoenix
hand,
V2,
but
it
keeps
printing
flat.
A
Yes,
it
prints
flat.
Then
you
thermoform,
it
looks
like
Terry
already
explained
that
and
somebody
else
talks
about
using
hot
water.
So,
yes,
you
can
use
hot
water
or
you
can
use
a
heat
gun.
Terry
mentioned
a
hair.
Dryer
I'd
be
surprised
if
that
works.
It'll,
probably
work
on
pla,
but
if
you're
using
pet
g
a
hairdryer
is
not
going
to
do
it.
A
You'd
have
to
use
you
know
a
heat
gun
unless
I
guess,
maybe
you
have
a
hair
dryer
that
gets
you
really
super
hot
could
work
I
guess
so
it
looks
like
she
already
has
the
answers
she
needs.
There
will
Phoenix
phase
3
wanted
to
show
this
miniature.
This
was
cute,
so
he
printed
it.
Look
at
that.
It's
next
to
a
double
A
battery
I
mean
that
is
a
tiny,
tiny
hand.
A
I
cannot
believe
he
actually
got
that
strung
up
and
fully
assembled
I
I,
don't
see
any
elastic,
so
I
don't
know
if
he
has
the
return
action
in
there,
but
still
pretty
impressive
at
that
scale.
That's
it's
Quite
a
feat
and
Thierry
shared
his
too,
which,
as
he
pointed
out,
though
his
isn't
wired
up,
so
not
quite
as
impressive,
but
still
those
are.
Those
are
fun
fun
ways
to
demo
these
These
Hands
their
their
basic
principles.
A
David
another
Phoenix
related
post,
my
son's,
putting
together
a
phoenix
V3
and
he's
almost
finished
notice
that
the
silicone
fingertips
don't
seem
to
stay
in
place.
Well,
yeah,
that's
going
to
depend
on
size,
I'm,
guessing
that
he's
printing
at
100
scale,
which
is
a
pretty
small
hand,
and
those
gel
grips,
are
not
really
sized
to
fit
properly
on
a
hand
that
small,
so
you
would
probably
want
to
use
either.
Some
kind
of
adhesive
like
a
rubber
cement
or
like
will
is
saying
some
kind
of
elastic
bands
to
hold
them
in
place.
A
I
see,
vakil
is
recommending
some
glue
and
he
says:
well,
he
used
our
plastic
cuts.
I,
don't
know
what
those
are
they're
for
protecting
fingertips.
Oh
so
he's
using
something.
Instead
of
those
gel
grips
but
yeah,
that's
that's!
The
general
idea
is
you'd
have
to
either
glue
them
or
secure
them
in
place.
Otherwise,
because
they're
really
designed
to
be
put
on
the
kind
of
hands
that
would
typically
be
used
for
real
people,
which
are
almost
always
going
to
be
larger
than
100
scale.
A
A
Oh,
this
is
me
yeah,
so
I
just
shared
this
blog
post
that
we
wrote
up
one
of
our
teacher
volunteers,
John
Gundy,
who
teaches
physics
and
Engineering
at
St,
Joseph's
Academy.
He
had
a
program
where
he
was
basically
incorporating
enable
into
his
classroom
and
having
his
students,
learn
how
to
make
the
devices
and
he,
what
he's
doing
is
he's
actually
having
each
individual
student
claim
the
badges
as
a
way
of
kind
of
validating
their
efforts
and
I've
been
processing.
A
Those
but
I
asked
him
to
go
ahead
and
write
up
his
experience
and
write
up
the
program
that
he
had,
and
so
we
shared
that
over
on
enabling
the
future.
So
there
is
a
post
up
here
with
all
the
details
of
what
he's
doing
and
and
how
the
students
have
enjoyed
that
so
feel
free
to
take
a
look.
I
just
wanted
to
share
that
with
others.
A
So
I
put
it
in
the
hub
hate
Nick
finger,
trying
to
make
a
Nick
finger
for
an
index
finger
but
having
trouble
figuring
out
how
the
scaling
percent
I
have
some
sizing
photos
but
I'm
not
sure
what
to
do
so.
I,
don't
know
anything
about
scaling
the
Nick
finger,
but
it
looks
like
Will
Smith
provided
a
good
link
here,
and
this
is
from
the
designer's
website.
Apparently
very.
A
Measurement
guide,
socket
width
yeah.
These
look
like
pretty
good
detailed
instructions
and
yeah,
and
that
goes
into
how
to
translate
that
into
your
your
scaling
percentage.
So
I
believe
this
will
give
Kate
everything
she
needs
and
there's
also
a
link
to
how
to
use
the
customizer
on
thingiverse
nice.
So
that
would
make
it
even
easier
where
you
can
just
plug
in
the
the
values
into
the
thingiverse
customizer,
and
it
will
generate
the
parts
of
the
appropriate
size
for
you.
A
Kate
partial
thumb,
so
she
is
similar,
they've
lost
about
a
third
of
his
thumb.
I
was
looking
through
the
thumb
designs,
but
none
of
them
seems
suitable.
The
Keel
took
a
design
with
a
realistic
thumb,
sliced
it
a
bit
and
then
printed
it.
You
need
a
fairly
accurate
circumference
of
the
stub
and
it's
held
by
a
TPU
band.
Okay,
so
he
did
share
a
design
here
that
might
work
wonder
if
oh
there's,
it
would
have
been
nice.
A
If
you
gave
another
angle,
so
we
could
see
the
I
assume
it's
kind
of
hollowed
out
inside
I
can't
see,
but
thank
you
vakil
for
sharing
that
looks
like
a
nice
option.
A
Okay,
what
else
rishabh
toys
I
think
we
touched
on
this
one
before
yeah
can
I
recommend
a
good
source
of
downloadable,
3D
designs
for
sensory
toys
for
kids
with
disabilities,
yeah.
A
D
Let's
see
Shannon
pagey
I
believe
she's,
the
director
of
the
Texas
at
act
program,
she's,
a
speech,
language
pathologist
and
works
a
lot
with
communication
boards,
but
we
didn't
discuss
toys
specifically
or
at
least
not
to
my
memory.
I've
got
a
couple
of
species
in
my
my
circle.
That
I
was
going
to
connect
with
her,
but
it's
been
kind
of
a
hectic
month.
But
this
is
on
my
to-do
list
to
try
to
connect.
D
But
she's
part
of
their
the
at
act
has
like
a
bionics
Club
for
all
of
their
State
chapter
leads
they've
got
a
couple
of
different
interest
groups,
so
I
I
think
that
there's
some
a
good
opportunity
for
overlap
and
connections
with
our
bionics
team.
A
Definitely-
and
they
already
have
I
noticed,
they've
got
our
collection.
Well,
no,
this
this
one
is
enable
3D,
but
they
do
have
in
the
NIH
3D
print
Exchange
in
here
number
of
different
collections
anyway,
lots
of
good
resources.
Here
it
looks
like
it's
worth
spending
some
more
time
here
to
to
see
where
there's
opportunities
to
connect
nice
and
Marshall
unlimited
arm
run
into
an
issue
that
I'd
like
to
see.
A
If
anyone
else
has
solved
before
I
go
Reinventing
the
wheel,
one
is
the
elbow
joint,
relax,
yeah,
there's
the
same
joint
during
actuation.
You
can
see
the
forearm
piece
is
flexing
in
such
a
ways
to
put
tension
on
that
elbow,
joint
and
pin
and
holder.
It
puts
so
much
tension
on
it
that
the
round
pin
holder,
actually
pops
off
okay,
yeah
I
was
going
to
say
looking
at
the
photos,
it
looks
like
the
thermal
forming
needs.
A
Some
work
and
I
see
that
Eric
bubar
is
saying
the
same
thing:
keep
working
on
thermal
forming
the
shape
until
this
doesn't
happen
because
I
think
it's
just
this,
it's
not
quite
shaped
properly
and
so
that,
when
it
bends
it
creates
additional
tension.
As
the
angle
shifts,
so
I
would
agree
with
Eric
just
looking
at
those
photos.
You
probably
just
need
to
do
some
more
work
on
the
thermoforming
yeah.
Other
people
are
Tanya
says
that
yeah.
A
C
Yeah,
we
don't
have
to
talk
about
it.
If
we
don't
have
time.
I,
just
I
saw
it
this
morning
and
thought
it
was
really
interesting.
C
A
And
since
external
stimuli
such
as
temperature
and
pressure
and
encode,
these
stimuli
into
electrical
pulses
pretty
cool,
very
nice.
Thank
you
for
sharing
that
okay,
I,
don't
have
any
upcoming
one-time
events.
Let's
see
what
is
our
next
I
didn't
get
to
check
this?
Let
me
pull
up
the
months
meetings
here.
C
So
that
is
next
Friday
bionic
design
meeting.
Oh.
C
Oh
actually,
yes,
I'm,
sorry,
the
next
Monday
is
the
education
and
new
member
meeting
and
Ian
is
going
to
talk
about
the
printing
collaboration
with
NIH
and
bionic
design.
Next
Friday
I
just
wanted
to
mention
that
I
think
I
have
to
look
it
up.
We
did
just
get
a
presenter
for
that,
but
I
will
be
on
a
train,
so
Jeremy
has
has
volunteered
to
to
stay
for
the
beginning
to
set
up
the
live
stream.
So
thank
you
so
much
for
that.
A
A
One
thing
that
caught
my
eye
here
and
I
think
this
is
just
a
it
might
have
just
been
a
copy
and
paste
thing,
but
if
you'll
notice
there
that
the
copy
that
we
have
here,
first
of
all,
there's
something
weird
happened
with
the
image
no
big
deal.
But
if
we
look
down
in
here,
especially
this
last
element,
there
are
a
bunch
of
links
like
as
you
talk
about
these
different
assistive
tech
programs.
There's
links
to
different
things.
The
version
that
went
out
in
the
actual
email
newsletter
didn't
have
any
of
those
links.
It.
C
E
A
Now
let
me
know
if
you
run
into
that
again,
you
can
take
a
look
in
the
editor.
That's
that's.
C
Is
just
how
it
and
in
the
Google
Doc
it's
okay?
This
is
this
is
just
how
it
copied
over
to
the
the
this
may
meeting
section
in
in
the
hub,
but
in
the
original
Google
doc.
At
the
last
time,
I
looked
at
it
and
in
the
email
the
picture
was
was
fine,
so
I
don't
know
what
happened
here.
All.
A
Right,
sorry
about
that,
no
no
big
deal
just
want
to
make
sure
somebody
are
aware
of
okay,
so
quick
update
on
the
Azure
hosting
situation,
which
is
ongoing
drama,
but
I
am
connected
with
people.
Finally,
the
grant
money
has
been
properly
applied,
at
least
so
far,
so
that
now
going
forward,
our
Azure
hosting
will
be
taken
from
that
3
500
a
year.
A
It
should
at
least
be
within
our
3
500
a
year
Grant
and
not
continue
to
hit
my
credit
card
outside
of
that
they
have
agreed
to
a
partial
refund
for
the
current
year,
so
they
are
working
on
processing
a
refund
of
twenty
six
hundred
dollars,
they're
still
looking
into
what
they
might
be
able
to
do
for
prior
years.
A
So
this
is
where
it
stands.
In
summary,
these
are
all
the
invoices
that
have
gone
to
to
my
credit
card
totaling
up
to
fourteen
thousand
eight
hundred
dollars.
Seventy
five
hundred
dollars
was
previously
reimbursed
out
of
the
enable
fund
and
with
this
new
refund,
coming
from
Microsoft
of
2600,
that
means
I'm
now
out
of
pocket
about
forty
six
hundred
dollars.
So
it's
certainly
a
a
good
move
in
the
right
direction.
A
Hopefully,
they'll
be
able
to
do
something
more
I'm
just
waiting,
but
they've
been
pretty
good
about
following
up
now
that
I'm
connected
with
the
right
guy
he's
actually
sending
me
an
email
every
day
just
to
check
in
even
if
he
doesn't
have
any
updates.
So
that's
good
at
least
I
know.
There's
somebody
plugged
in
so
I
will
keep
working
on
that,
which
leads
me
to
the
next
topic
here
that
I
need
to
touch
on
briefly,
which
is
just
an
update
from
me
and
I
guess.
A
The
bottom
line
is
I'm
I'm,
overextended,
I'm
and
I'm,
getting
pretty
burned
out
between
my
own
business
and
enable
and
another
board
that
I
serve
on
for
another
non-profit.
It's
it's
gotten
to
where
it's
it's
impacting.
A
My
health
and
I've
got
to
cut
back
somewhere
and
I've
been
having
a
little
bit
of
a
hard
time
lately,
to
be
honest
just
with
with
enable,
because
you
know,
after
putting
thousands
and
thousands
of
hours
of
of
my
time
into
things,
I've
now
spent
I,
don't
know
I
think
better
part
of
a
year
trying
to
find
a
volunteer
to
help
me
get
the
new
matching
platform
up
and
running,
which
I
believe
we're
talking
about
maybe
20
to
40
hours
of
work
for
somebody
for
the
person
with
the
right
skills
and
I.
A
Just
can't
find
anyone
I
and-
and
you
know,
if
I'm
being
honest,
I'm
a
little
frustrated
that
nobody
in
the
community
is
is
willing
to
take
on
a
project
like
that,
and
here
I
am
kind
of
doing.
You
know
way
way
way
more
hours
than
I
than
I
really
can
sustain,
and
now
that
now
that
Rick
disappeared,
I
I'm
handling
the
help
desk
Sarah
jumped
in
to
help
there
but
I'm
still
having
to
handle
a
lot
of
messages
that
are
very
time
consuming.
A
I'm
handling
all
the
badging,
which
is
also
very
time
consuming
because
most
of
them
need
feedback
and
I
just
I'm
at
a
point
where
I'm
kind
of
reaching
the
end
of
my
rope
and
I
I'm
gonna
need
help
or
there's
going
to
come
a
point
here
where
I'm,
just
gonna
have
to
kind
of
shut
things
down
and
I.
Don't
want
that
to
happen.
I
care
a
lot
about
the
enabled
Community,
but
I
I
can't
keep
going
at
the
right
time.
A
So
you
know
I
I
want
to
thank
everyone
here
for
everything
they're
doing
I
mean
Adam
is
doing
so
much
and
he's
doing
wonderful
work,
but
he's
focused
in
his
own
areas,
which
he
should
be
he's
doing
excellent
stuff,
but
unfortunately
that
doesn't
you
know
that
doesn't
take
anything
off
of
me.
Sarah
is
doing
wonderful
work
and
she
has
taken
some
things
off
of
me,
which
I
greatly
appreciate,
but
there
are
a
lot
of
things
that
are
taking
up
my
time
that
she
can't
do.
I
still
do
a
lot
of
infrastructure
work.
A
B
Your
breakdown
is
here
it's
understandable
and
we
want
to
get
you
back
into
shape.
The
the
obvious
thing
that
comes
to
mind
is
that
we
should
advertise
for
that
person.
We
need
to
do
this
kind
of
thing.
Maybe
it's
a
full-time
position.
B
We
have,
we
probably
have
enough
money
or
in
any
case
I,
think
there's
a
good
chance.
We
could
rustle
up
the
money
we
need,
but
that's
the
first
thing
that
comes
to
mind
is
that
you
know
we've
gotten
to
a
point
where
our
cohort
of
volunteers,
partly
because
of
our
success
thanks
to
enabling,
is
no
longer
able
to
keep
up
as
a
cohort
of
part-time
volunteers.
F
A
Find
volunteers
to
help
with
just
the
one
item
here
on
the
list:
the
matching
platform,
the
website,
I've
written
up
that
description
several
times,
I've
post
on
the
Hub
several
times,
I've,
gotten
volunteers
that
said
yeah
I
can
help
with
that.
But
it
never.
It
never
ends
up
going
anywhere.
You
know
they
back
out
at
the
last
minute
or
they
reschedule
because
things
get
busy
and
then
I
have
to
start
all
over
again.
B
D
Of
course,
so
I
I'm,
looking
at
this
list
here
and
I'm,
seeing
a
couple
of
discrete
things,
we're
looking
for
a
single
project
with
some
possible
maintenance
if
I'm
interpreting
that
correctly
for
building
up
the
new
matching
platform,
you're
gonna
have
to
forgive
me.
I
am
not
at
all
familiar
with
the
the
actual
work
effort
involved
in
doing
something
like
that.
Yeah.
A
A
It's
because
right
now
the
site
was
built
for
enable
France,
and
so
we
need
to
kind
of
reword
things
and
and
change
the
pages
around
to
make
it
reflect
more
enable
in
general
or
enable
us,
with
more
of
you,
know
that
kind
of
a
focus.
But
it's
me
mainly
just
you
know:
changing
existing
pages
and
wording,
not
starting
anything
from
scratch.
D
I'm,
looking
at
these
other
things
to
help
desk
I
see
a
couple
of
paths
forward
there
batching
approvals
I
can
see
a
more
coordinated
effort
instead
of
having
a
single
individual
responsible
for
all
of
those,
and
then
this
last
item
here
managing
updating
content
on
the
Hub.
Can
you
speak
to
that
really
briefly?
Well,.
A
Hub
is
an
entire
ecosystem.
There
are
think
about
how
many
different
spaces
we
have
each
of
those
spaces
have.
Has
you
know
wikis,
there's
link
lists
those
wikis
get
out
of
date.
Links
break,
there's
just
there's
constant
maintenance.
That's
needed
to
be
able
to
make
sure
that
people
are
able
to
find
the
resources
that
they
need,
that.
A
The
information
that
we're
presenting
in
the
Hub
in
the
Wiki's
is
current
and
up
to
date,
there's
the
whole
device
catalog,
which
supposedly,
is
you
know
in
the
process
of
moving
over
to
NIH,
but
that
hasn't
happened
yet.
So
it's
in
state
of
flux,
it's
just
there's
a
lot
of
things
throughout
the
Hub.
You
know
it's
not
just
about
people
messaging,
each
other.
It's
there's
a
lot
of
static
information
that
has
to
be
maintained.
Gotcha.
D
So
I
have
what
I'll
call
just
at
a
snap.
Some
hash
formed
ideas
for
each
of
these,
but
I
think
that
would
start
to
Broach
into
self-healing
territory.
For
some
things
that
we've
been
discussing
recently,
Jeremy
and
John.
A
I'll
be
honest:
Adam.
If
it
helps
me
get
out
of
the
situation,
then
it's
not
self-dealing
you'd
be
doing
it.
D
Yeah
100,
this
is
not
self-dealing,
so
we
have
I
mean
just
for
for
those
on
the
call
who
aren't
familiar
I
I'm,
not
at
all
stepping
away
from
my
position
as
Outreach
coordinator
with
enable
I'm
going
to
be
continuing
that
work
and
I
am
not
going
to
be
I'm,
really
not
interested.
In
continuing
this
role
in
the
paid
position
related,
though
I've
recently
formed
a
consultancy
which
assists,
we
have
formed
a
mission
and
division
to
Target
organizations
that
have
a
mission
themselves
of
supporting
social
good.
D
So
it's
a
business
management
practice
management,
consultancy
that
does
exactly
this
kind
of
work,
connecting
opportunity
gaps
to
individuals
who
are
interested
in
helping
organizations
like
enable
to
you
know
Shore
up
their
their
mismatches
between
oh
hey,
it's
my
site,
I
made
that
look
at
that.
Yes,
thank
you,
Squarespace
for
the
beautiful
templates,
but
yeah
we
are.
D
We
have
just
launched
this
month
and
we
are
already
booking
up
and
it's
it's
been
a
real
surprise
that
a
huge,
a
huge
kind
of
a
sea
change
for
me
personally,
in
terms
of
where,
where
my
career
is
I,
think
going,
but
I'd
like
to
and
I
speak
for,
Jason
the
the
co-founder
of
wildlife
here
as
well
and
saying
that
we
are
really
interested
in
assisting
enable
with
these
operational
and
Outreach
challenges
that
we're
facing.
D
So
you
know
maintaining
some
of
these
basic
functionality
level
issues
as
well
as
charging
some
avenues
for
fundraising
efforts
and
attempting
to
expand
the
the
scope
and
purpose
of
what
enable
really
is
here
for
we
have
done
a
a
deep
dive
on
enables
current
state,
and
we
are
I,
think
prepared
to
offer
our
services,
obviously
at
a
steep
discount,
for
what
we
would
typically
assess.
But
I
think
that
this
is
something
that
maybe
it's
time
to
start.
Looking
at
this
in
a
formalized
way.
D
Consider
you
know
what
what
kind
of
terms
would
be
sustainable
for
enabled,
because,
obviously
we're
really
not
looking
to
you
know
we're
not
looking
to
charge
a
whole
lot.
We're
really
looking
to
form
a
partnership
and,
if
we're
getting
anything
out
of
it,
really
it's
the
ability
to
kind
of
use.
The
enables
kind
of
white
paper
for
the
sort
of
things
that
we
can
do.
A
I'll
be
honest,
I
mean
you
know,
I
support
it
and,
and
John
does
I
at
this
point.
I
would
consider
it
a
personal
favor
if
we
could
figure
out
a
way
to
Fast
Track
this
and
get
things
going
sure
so,
I
don't
know
you
know,
I,
don't
know
how
those
next
steps
look.
A
D
Yeah
I
know
that
Jason
is
he's
very
well
connected
and
this
world
he's
worked
in
health
and
I.T
for
the
better
part
of
10
years
now
and
he's
you
know,
unlike
me,
very
good
at
networking,
so
I
I
know
that
he's
got
a
number
of
people
here
who
he
could
reach
out
to
and
I
think
really.
D
The
number
one
thing
that
we
would
likely
explore
would
be
building
up
more
Rapport
and
more
active
communication
among
members
of
our
existing
Community
to
see
if
we
can
get
more
internal
engagement
rather
than
just
looking
externally
and
just
looking
for
opportunities
to
make
that
you
know
actionable
and
sustainable.
D
So,
yes,
I
can
I
can
get
in
touch
with
Jason.
We
can
put
together
a
proposal
for
where
we
see
the
opportunities
and,
of
course,
we'll
want
to
sit
down
with
some
individuals
on
this
call
to
see
how
we
can
hammer
out
any
other
gaps
that
we
could
address,
but
yeah
I
think
that
sounds
like
that
sounds
like
a
good.
A
B
I
think,
frankly,
something
that's.
Finally,
Independence
situations,
we're
really
really
lucky.
B
D
I
want
to
say
that
I'm,
you
know,
I
wasn't
I,
truly
I
didn't
plan
to
bring
this
up
today,
but
hearing
Jeremy
and
kind
of
seeing
where
you're
at
right
now
I
think
enable
is
entirely
dependent
on
you
or
you
know,
largely
and
I
would
hate
to
see
that
sort
of
central
support
collapse.
A
A
D
I'll
put
it
this
way,
then
I
think
that
enable
as
an
entity
with
the
potential
to
enact
kind
of
focused
work
depends
upon
the
the
support
that
you
know.
The
day-to-day
support
that
you
provide
I
think
that's
the
way
enable
has
been
I
mean
this
complementary.
The
way
enable
exists,
kind
of
is
like
a
slime
mold,
where
there's
not
a
head
that
can
be
cut
off,
is
yeah
and
a
strength.
You.
A
Know
I've
been
I've,
been
thinking
about
this
a
lot
lately
because
of
the
the
stresses
I've
been
under,
and
it
occurs
to
me
that
I
think
a
big
part
of
the
challenge
does
come
from
the
fact
that
we've
been
trying
to
do
this
all
with
volunteers.
You
know
it
was
over
a
year
ago
that
I
decided
I
needed
to
start
pulling
back,
and
it
was
thanks
to
you
know.
In
a
large
part,
it
was
thanks
to
the
work
that
Ben
Rubin
was
doing.
That
I
was
able
to
do
that.
A
But
then
Ben,
you
know,
got
pulled
away
into
a
new
career,
and
so
some
things
came
back
onto
me
and
then
we
found
you
know
Rick
and
some
things
got
taken
off
and
then
Rick
decided
to
retire,
and
so
it's
like
every
time
we
feel
like.
We
take
two
steps
forward.
You
know
we
lose
that
volunteer
and
then
we're
or
three
steps
back
and
so
I
yeah
I
do
think
that
taking
the
approach
that
we're
talking
about
now
is
more
sustainable.
A
D
E
B
The
notion
that
people
come
in
and
do
volunteer
work,
but
then
move
on
would
be
okay
if
it
didn't.
If
it
fell
onto
the
stack
of
a
service
group
that
to
deal
with
it
rather
than
an
individual
who's,
got
other
things
going
on
well,.
D
And
I'll
tell
you
my
thought
here
is
expanding
the
notion
of
an
enabled
chapter.
I
think
this
is
a
very
device-centric
model
for
what
constitutes
a
chapter
and
I
think
expanding
that
I.
That
concept
to
include
various
levels
of
operations
and
delivery
and
Logistics
just
you
know
different
different
body
parts
rather
than
just
production
and.
A
D
A
You
know
I
think
even
the
technology
becomes
part
of
this
I
keep
thinking
about
the
Trello
project
that
we
have.
You
know
the
Trello
project
can
be
a
good
tool
where,
if,
if
a
volunteer
is
working
on
a
project
and
all
of
a
sudden,
they
have
to
go
and
do
something
else
and
have
to
drop
that
it
kind
of
falls
back
into
the
care
of
of
your.
A
You
know
firm,
and
you
have
just
it's
a
matter
of
basically
moving
it
back
to
a
different
phase
on
the
Trello
board
and
then
going
back
to
the
community
to
find
somebody
to
take
ownership
of
that,
and
it
doesn't
just
get
lost.
You
know
we
have
right
so
you'd
have
the
people
and
the
mechanisms
to
to
kind
of
handle
that
kind
of
turnover.
D
I'm
enabled
so
I'll
give
some
of
that
some
of
the
good
stuff
away
for
free,
but
I
think
that
we
have
we've
got
a
in
our
Scopes,
a
couple
of
different
organizations
that
are
really
interested
in
partnering
with
other
non-profits
and-
and
you
know,
social
good
organizations
and
I
think
that
Beyond,
just
those
formalized
institutions
where
people
might
be
able
to
fill
in
these
gaps
and
and
lend
support,
I
think
that
there
are
a
lot
of
resources
that
we
currently
rely
upon.
D
You
know
I.E
schools
and
educational
settings
where
people
are
really
interested
in
the
stem
side.
There
are
lots
of
kids
who
are
looking
for
opportunities
to.
You
know
help
people
who
don't
necessarily
have
a
stem
background.
That's
right,
I,
think
plugging
them
into
these
roles
would
be
a
really
great
opportunity
to
kind
of
and.
A
I,
don't
remember
Adam
if
you
were
here
when
I
brought
this
up
a
while
back,
but
I
I
thought
that
the
idea
of
looking
into
what
it
would
take
to
offering
some
form
of
recognized
continuing
professional
education
credit
there
are.
There
are
apparently
organizations
that
specialize
in
sort
of
internationally
recognized
you
know
continuing
education
credits
and,
and
if
that
was
something
we
could
align
ourselves
with,
where
we
could
actually
offer
you
know
credit
based.
You
know
recognition
for
people
taking
on
certain
projects.
D
A
lot
a
lot
of
schools
have
a
requirement,
for
you
know,
volunteer
work,
a
certain
number
of
hours
and
I
think
there's
a
lot
that
we
can
do
to
incentivize.
Providing
you
know
tangible
work
outside
of
just
device
printing,
which
is
not
to
minimize
the
printing
of
devices
or.
D
A
To
support
that
John,
it
looks
like
you
have
your
hand
up.
B
I,
do
I
just
want
to
point
out
in
the
category
of
the
unsolicism
business
advice
that
this
model
of
distributed,
almost
virtual
organizations,
is
becoming
a
dominant
model.
You
know
it's
no
longer
a
Quirk.
We
were
we're
frankly,
a
good
early
example,
but
it's
an
emerging
pattern
and
the
consultancy
that
really
understood
that
and
knew
how
to
support
it.
B
I
I
think
it's
still
a
really
important
and
big
Niche
right
now,
I
think
just
every
three
days
ago
that
the
you
may
remember
the
citizens
Conservation
Corps,
that
built
all
of
those
national
parks
all
over
the
country
during
the
Depression.
It
still
exists,
but
it
exists
as
an
autonomous
as
a
distributed
network
of
autonomous
cores
104
around
the
country.
B
This
is
this
is
an
important
pattern
of
organization
and
while
it
has
strength-
and
it
has
vulnerabilities
and
if
your
consultancy
can
use
us-
which
I
think
is
a
really
good
example,
as
an
exemplary
case,
study
I
think
it's
a
very
important
Niche.
Well.
A
I
I
think
that
we
have
a
good
plan
and
I
I
hope
that
we
can,
you
know,
move
forward
with
some
kind
of
a
a
proposal
from
Adam
which
would
have
to
eventually
get
some
kind
of
you
know
numbers
tied
into
it,
at
which
point
it
goes
into
the
lumio
voting
platform,
I'm,
very
confident
that
the
community
is
going
to
support
something
like
this,
because
I
know
how
well
it
will
be
laid
out
and
I
know
that
it's
something
that
is
needed
and
I
think
others
will
recognize
that.
D
A
Happen
I
appreciate
appreciate
that
I
think
I
think
Sarah
is
already
been
a
tremendous
help
she's.
She
is
now
plugged
in
on
the
help
desk
and
so
she's
helping
me
to
handle
some
of
the
the
tickets
that
come
in
there.
There's
some
of
the
general
inquiries
she's
also
plugged
in
on
the
the
badging
platform
and
I
saw
that
she
did
one
test
badge
already
so
that
she
knows
how
that
works,
and
so
at
least
some
of
the
general
kind
of
badges
that
come
back
might
be
able
to
help
with
that.
A
So
yeah
Sarah's
already
been
a
a
really
a
really
tremendous
help
and
I
appreciate
that
I
think
the
rest
of
it
is
okay,
because
there's
nothing
critical
going
on
I
would
really
love
to
see
forward
movement
on
this
matching
platform
and
website.
But
if
that's
the
kind
of
thing
that
you
might
be
able
to
facilitate,
once
you
get
things
going,
then
maybe
that
you
know
we've
waited
this
long,
I,
don't
think
it's
going
to
matter.
A
If
we
wait
another
month,
you
know
so
I
think
at
this
point
things
are
are
at
least
you
know
under
control,
I
will
say
and
I
don't
think
this
is
going
to
impact
anything
here
much,
but
the
reason
that
June,
2nd
Hall
is
going
to
be
skipped
as
I'm
I'm,
actually
taking
a
vacation
that
that
full
week
the
29th
June
3rd,
which
and
I'm
talking
about
like
phone
turned
off
completely
disconnected
out
in
the
woods
for
a
week
nice.
A
This
is
this
is
something
that
I
have
never
literally
never
had
the
opportunity
to
do
to
unplug
for
an
entire
week,
so
I
will
be
completely
and
totally
unreachable.
For
that
week,
good,
like
I,
said
I,
don't
think
it's
going
to
impact
enable
as
much
as
you
know,
it'll
be
tricky
for
my
business,
but
they'll
manage
foreign.
B
A
E
I,
just
have
one
more
thought:
Jeremy,
I,
I,
don't
know
how
feasible
you
think
this
is,
but
for
some
of
the.
C
Requests
that
come
in
through
the
help
desk
or
badging
that
are
more
Technical
and
that
I
just
don't
have
the
knowledge
to
respond
to.
If
you
think
it
would
help
to
do,
maybe,
like
a
knowledge
share,
so
that
I
that
I
could
respond.
I,
I,
I,
don't
I,
don't
know
how
shareable
some
of
this.
This
knowledge
that
sure.
A
Yeah
well,
I,
I,
don't
know
that!
Excuse
me,
I,
don't
know
that
trying
to
do
like
a
a
big
brain
dump
on
you
would
be
very
effective,
but
you
do
give
have
a
good
idea
in
the
sense
that
our
help
desk
system
has
templates.
A
You
know
we
could
easily
set
up
templated
responses
for
them,
some
of
those
more
common
types
of
questions
and
inquiries,
and
we
already
have
you
know
quite
a
few
of
those
I'll
just
show
you
where
those
are
so
because
you're
in
the
system
now,
so
we
can
go
up
to
this
gear
icon
and
go
to
templates,
and
we
have
down
here
under
enable
response
templates.
You
can
see
there's
already
a
bunch
of
them
in
here.
A
You
know
somebody,
you
know
seeking
CAD
files
for
a
certain
design,
a
classroom
wanting
to
get
involved
with
enable
you
know
how
much
does
one
of
these
things
cost
just
a
lot
of
the
common
questions
we
get.
So
you
know
a
lot
of
this
is
probably
out
of
date
and
needs
to
be
updated
with
the
latest
sort
of
answers,
and
we
probably
need
to
expand
on
this
with
templates.
For
some
of
the
other
questions
that
aren't
addressed
in
here
that.
A
E
A
Article
about
clear,
clear
GPT:
did
you
see
that
I.
A
D
I
feel
like
the
the
thing
and
I
I
really
don't
want
to
derail
this
conversation,
but
I
feel
like
we're
getting
into
a
space.
Now
that
I
remember
in
the
early
internet
days,
when
I
was
a
kid
where
the
Internet
is
just
this
magical
box
that
can
do
anything
and
I
feel
like
we're
going
to
see
a
lot
of
companies
screening
up
they're
like
oh
it'll,
do
this
thing:
yeah,
no
yeah!
It's
it's
anyway!.
A
A
Unfortunately,
that
in
and
of
itself
is,
is
a
significant
effort
and
takes
time
that
I,
probably
don't
have
right
now,
so
I
will
try
to
keep
that
in
mind
Sarah
and
if
I
end
up
with
you
know,
Windows
of
time,
I'll
try
to
jump
in
there
and
maybe
add
a
template
or
two
for
the
more
common
questions
or
even
as
I'm
responding
to
tickets.
E
B
I
have
one
other
piece
of
the
puzzle:
Melvin
Cruz
he's
a
fellow
in
some
Honduras
in
Rochester
and
then
when
the
RIT
then
got
a
job
then
got
married,
then
went
back
to
Dominican.
Republic
is
now
living
in
Costa.
Rica
he's
got
a
new
life,
but
a
new
job
there,
and
he
was
excited
to
report
that
the
Honduras
chapter
is
actually
alive
and
well
and
he's
getting
heavily
involved
and
enable
again-
and
he
is
one
of
the
real
cheesy
thinking
and
so
I'm.
A
B
One
of
these
women's
3D
printing,
and
so
he
might
become
more
technical,
those
two
guys
for
some
of
those
things
that.
A
That
would
be
wonderful.
It
would
also
be
good
if
we
can
figure
out
how
to
take
what
we're
doing
in
the
help
desk,
which
is
email
based.
You
know,
people
email,
support,
enable.org
and
it
comes
into
the
help
desk
and
we
respond
and
that
sort
of
thing
if
we
could
figure
out
how
to
migrate,
that
into
the
Hub
I
mean
honestly.
The
main
Forum
already
is
kind
of
a
support
Forum
where
people
can
post
questions
and
anyone
can
answer.
A
We
maybe
want
to
think
about
just
moving
away
from
the
help
desk
entirely,
because
that
is
a
solution
that
I
have
to
pay
for
each
individual
user
license,
and
it's
not
necessarily
the
easiest
to
manage,
because
you
have
right
now,
there's
me
and
Sarah
we're
the
only
ones
in
there
that
can
answer
questions.
If
we
can
figure
out
the
right
mechanism
to
Leverage
The
Hub
instead
of
email-based
support.
You
know
somebody
posts,
a
question
there.
A
B
I'm
I'm
putting
time
into
it,
but
I
would
love
to
collaborate
with
Adam
and
the
sense
that
it's
restorative,
with
Jeremy
and
I,
will
tell
you
that
I've
done
I've
done.
Some
research
on
super
prompts
that
kale.
Basically
you
give
the
information.
B
F
B
F
A
A
I
know
it's
been
coming
up
for
quite
a
while,
so
yeah
I
think
I'd
I'd
be
interested
in
being
involved,
so
between
me
and
Adam,
and
John
and
Jason
I
I
think
it's
a
worthy
project
to
explore
having
some
kind
of
a
a
bot
specifically
that
could
hopefully
be
integrated
in
the
hub
and
address
a
lot
of
these
common
questions
or
how
do
I
find
such
and
such
or,
where
do
I
go
to
find
this
kind
of
thing
just
to
get
people
to
where
they
need
and
get
them
the
answers
they
need.
A
A
So,
okay,
let's
go
ahead
and
move
on
I
appreciate
all
the
good
ideas
and
like
I,
said,
I
feel
better.
Just
knowing
that
there
are
things
in
the
works.
I
will
keep
things
going
and,
aside
from
that
week,
I'll
be
away.
I'll
stay
on
top
of
things,
but
I
do
want
to
shift
us
to
the
next
topic
here,
because
I
see
that
we
do
have
tinar
again
today,
I'm
glad
you're
able
to
join
I'm,
sorry
that
we
took
up
so
much
of
our
time
on
this.
A
But
let's
use
the
time
that
we
have
remaining
to
talk
and
get
any
updates
from
tainara
and
or
Adam.
Have
you
guys
had
an
opportunity
to
have
any
further
interactions
or
talk
about
next
steps
with
the
this
sort
of
clinical
coordinator
role
that
we
talked
about
in.
D
Yeah
in
China,
I
really
don't
mean
to
speak
for
you.
Let
me
just
say
really
quickly
that
I
I
apologize
at
the
onset
I've
been
really
subsumed
with
launching
wild
mod
this
past
month,
but
I
I
know
that
tainara
has
has
shared
a
lot
of
really
great
ideas
with
me
in
the
past
and
we're
going
to
be
connecting
in
the
weeks
ahead
about
how
this
is
going
to
start
getting
coordinated.
F
Hi
everyone,
hello,
I
I,
received
some
messages
about
how
to
start
enable
device
here
in
Brazil
after
our
reunion
here.
So
that's
very,
very
cool
because
the
people
say
this
video
and
they
start
to
talk
with
me.
So
I
can
answer
it
and
I
start
to
make
points
like
what
people
need
to
know
to
create
the
guideline
to
help
another
people
who
enter
in
the
project
and
everything.
F
So
this
is
what
I'm
doing
and
I
give
an
idea
to
Adam
to
create
a
channel
on
Telegram
there
when
we
can
put
informations
where
people
who
more
ask
like
I
ask
more
about
something.
So
we
can
create
something
about
that
and
put
that
in
the
channel
and
people
can
see
where
adopts
like
this.
So.
D
Yeah
and
I
Tara,
we
talked
about
that
a
little
bit
last
week
and
I
haven't
used
telegram
too
much,
but
I
looked
into
it
after
we
spoke,
and
it
really
is
interesting.
D
We
we
currently
use
we
have
Discord,
which
is
really
not
utilized,
that
much
so
I
think
there's
a
link
on
the
Hub
to
the
the
Discord
server,
but
I
feel
like
whether
it's
telegram
or
Whatsapp,
or
what
have
you
I
I,
think
you're
right
that
there
would
be
a
really
great
chance
for
people
to
try
to
be
a
little
bit
more
visible
and
more
vocal,
which
I
think
ties
in
really
well
with
that
internal
engagement
that
that
we've
been
referencing,
okay,.
F
F
D
And
then
you
also
mentioned
developing
clinical
guidelines
or
are
you
referring
to?
You
know
creating
standards
for
Naval
members
to
adhere
to
when
they're
delivering
devices?
So
is
that
what
you
mean.
D
We
need
to
connect
on
that
at
some
point
in
the
next
couple
of
weeks
to
start
outlining
what
that
might
look
like,
because
that's
obviously
something
that's
really
important
to
me
too.
F
A
Well,
thank
you
very
much
and
look
forward
to
hearing
more
next
time.
I,
don't
think
I
have
anything
else,
so
I'm
gonna
just
open
it
up
to
the
rest
of
you.
If
you
have
anything
else
that
you'd
like
to
talk
about
otherwise
we'll
just
wrap
a
few
minutes
early.
Anybody
have
anything.
D
C
A
Fairly
late
in
the
month,
so
that
would
give
some
time
to
prepare
that's
a
good
idea,
and
it
would
be
nice
if
you
are
able
to
confirm
that
to
do
a
nice
sort
of
a
bio
write-up.
Just
like
you
did
for
Adam
in
the
newsletter.
You
could
do
that
for
Chad
and
and
that
would
help
Drive
interest
in
that
attending.
That
meeting
I.
E
D
Yeah,
actually,
if
you
let
me,
let
me
Loop
you
into
my
discussion
thread
with
Chad
and
we
can.
We
can
try
to
pin
down
a
date,
and
maybe
if
there
are
any
questions
you
wanted
to
ask
of
him,
we
can.
We
can
get
those
dressed
before
June.
