A
A
A
Awesome,
so
there
is
already
a
ton
of
comments
on
the
chat.
Thank
you
so
much
everyone,
who's
joining
us
on
linkedin,
live
and
we're
also
live
on
youtube
and
on
twitch,
because
why
not?
The
things
we're
going
to
be
talking
about
are
relevant
to
everybody.
If
you
have
an
entrepreneurial
site
that
you've
been
wanting
to
explore,
or
if
you
are
already
a
founder
and
you're
looking
for
opportunities
to
kind
of
amplify
and
scale
alex
alex,
is
going
to
come
and
give
us
all
the
solutions
so
alex.
B
A
B
Yeah
well
real,
quick,
real,
quick
since
we're
live.
I
want
to
shout
out
to
my
mom
all
right
shout
out
to
my
mom
cool,
so
my
name
is
alex
male
branch.
I
work
for
github
for
startups
as
you're
kind
of
alluding
to
and
we'll
talk
a
lot
about
that
today
used
to
be
a
army
intelligence
officer.
So
I
was
in
the
army
for
about
six
years
before
starting
my
career
in
tech
and
then
started
working
at
tech
companies
like
amazon,
aws
and
a
few
others
before
I
actually
became
a
founder
of
my
own.
B
So
was
a
founder
went
through
that
life
raised
some
capital,
and
then
I
decided
that
was
a
lot
of
pressure
and
a
lot
of
stress
and
I
wanted
to
just
enjoy
time
with
my
family.
So
I'm
back
to
helping
founders,
but
in
a
more
official
capacity
with
github.
So
super
excited
to
be
here
excited
to
share
all
the
scars
and
bruises
that
I
have
so
that
some
of
the
founders
out
there
right
now
that
are
going
through
some
of
the
same
things
can
learn
from
from
the
mistakes
that
I
made.
A
I
love
that
so
in
the
spirit
of
growing
and
learning,
because
it's
not
always
all
roses
right,
especially
as
a
founder
as
an
entrepreneur
period.
People
always
say
they
love
to
work
for
themselves,
but
let
me
tell
you:
I've
also
done
it
and
it's
you
work
a
lot
harder
when
you're
working
when
you're
your
own
boss-
and
there
is
no
one
else,
but
you
and
if
you
fail
this
on
you,
if
your
succeed
is
on
you,
oh
it's
very
time
consuming
and
absolutely
so
welcome
everyone.
If
you
just
join.
A
Thank
you
for
joining
us.
We
are
github
on
linkedin,
live
and
we're
here
to
talk
about
the
startup
experience.
Entrepreneurship
super
excited
to
have
program
lead
for
queer
for
startups,
alex
joining
us
today.
Alex
is
a
founder
he's
been
through
it
all
like.
He
said
he
has
the
bruises
to
show
it
to
prove
it.
So
I
am
again
I'm
andrea
griffiths.
A
I
like
columbia
on
twitter,
so
let's
just
dig
into
it
because
I
think
folks
are
ready
so
alex
I
mean
this
is
gonna,
be
like
all
the
tough
questions
right
when
first
of
all
you're
now
working
the
github.
But
you
still
is
your
startup
still
active,
and
can
you
tell
me
a
little
bit
about
what
your
startup
was
about
and
how
it
came
to
be
like.
B
Where
did
it
come
from?
My
startup
is
still
running
right
now,
we're
on
a
waitlist
which
is
both
a
good
and
a
bad
thing,
but
it's
called
plain
ahead:
p-l-a-n-e
ahead
and
it
really
came
up
just
spontaneously.
I'd
always
wanted
to
be
an
entrepreneur.
B
So
I
always
said
to
myself:
unless
something
like
hits
me
in
the
head,
I'm
just
going
to
be
a
family
man
and
work,
the
regular
thing,
and
it
ended
up
happening
where
I
was
on
paternity
leave
with
my
second
daughter
and
I
was
trying
to
make
a
change
for
a
flight
of
mine
for
my
sister's
wedding
and
the
change
it
gave
me
about
650
back
in
credit,
so
I
used
that
credit.
B
I
bought
tickets
for
me
and
my
daughters,
my
wife,
to
go
and
see
the
beach
for
the
first
time,
my
daughters
to
see
the
beats
for
the
first
time,
and
I
group
chatted
the
rest
of
my
family
because
again
it
was
my
older
sister's
wedding.
So
all
of
us
had
tickets
and
collectively
through
that
group,
with
that
group
text,
we
saved
about
twenty
five
hundred
dollars
in
credit,
and
so
I
said
man
I
sent
a
group
chat
and
we
got
twenty
five
hundred
dollars
in
credit.
B
There's
gotta
be
a
service
that
will
just
do
that
for
you
and
it
turns
out.
You
know
24
months
ago
there
was
not
so
that's
how
plana
ahead
started
and-
and
so
we
do,
is
we
track
airline
itineraries
after
you
purchase
them,
and
so
anytime
the
flight
price
goes
down
after
you
purchase
it.
You'll
actually
get
an
airline
credit
in
the
difference.
A
That
is
brilliant.
That's
such
a
good
idea,
especially
for
folks
that
are
traveling
a
lot
and-
and
I
love
how
you
said
you
know-
I'm
not
gonna
get
into
this
unless
it's
something
that
hits
me
in
the
head,
yeah,
it's
like
listen.
I,
I
think
that's
a
lot
of
stories.
A
lot
of
our
experiences
begin
like
that,
like
I
had
a
problem,
I
didn't
know
how
to
fix
it,
and
so
I
tried
to
build
the
thing
or
I
tried
to
figure
out
how
to
do
it,
and
that
is
awesome.
B
Things
are
a
little
bit,
you
know
uncertain,
so
you
know
just
continuing
to
bring
opportunities
to
myself
to
learn
and
that's
why
I'm
excited
to
to
be
with
github.
So
I
can
take
some
of
these
things.
I've
learned
over
time
and
I'm
still
learning
today
and
and
bring
these
to
some
founders
that
are
struggling
through
the
same
things.
A
A
Your
timing,
listen
shout
out
to
all
of
you,
entrepreneurs
out
there.
I
know
this
has
been
a
time
to
be
scrappy
and
you
have
to
like
really
work
with
what
you
have
because
we're
in
a
situation
that
it's
ever
all
been,
but
I
I
love
to
hear
that
you're
still
at
it-
and
you
know
this
is
this-
is
like
just
like.
You
said
the
great
stories
come
from
that
like
that
that
going
through
those
rough
times.
A
So
could
you
talk
to
me
a
little
bit
about
and
I
think
I
would
like
to
get
a
little
bit
of
your
perspective
as
a
founder
in
your
own
personal
experience
and
then
we'll
dig
a
little
bit
into
what
github
for
startups
is
and
like
wow?
What
and
how
we
can
empower
all
of
these
entrepreneurs
or
to
be
founders
who
are
joining
us
today,
but
to
your
personal
story,
when
you
were
putting
everything
together,
piecing
it
together,
you
figure
out
the
problem
and
you
were
like
this.
A
Isn't
a
thing:
I'm
gonna:
do
it,
I'm
gonna
make
it
happen.
How
do
you
start
looking
at
the
technology?
You're
gonna
use
to
actually
make
the
thing
like
what
was
your
criteria?
How
did
you
go
about
that?
I
think
there's
so
much
out
there.
Sometimes
it
can
be
really
overwhelming.
So
if
we
can
just
at
least
give
a
point
of
reference
to
our
entrepreneurs
who
are
watching
us.
B
Yeah
absolutely
so,
this
is
actually
probably
a
good
story
for
the
larger
amount
of
founders
out
there,
because
I'm
not
a
technical
founder.
I
didn't
you
know
code,
this
legendary
application
by
myself.
What
I
actually
ended
up
doing
was
just
figuring
out
what
kind
of
the
the
lowest
the
lowest
kind
of
need
that
I
I
had
and
kind
of
start
building
from
there
and
so
like
what?
What
is
the
bare
minimum
that
I
need
to
run
this
business?
So
it
started
with
a
a
one-page
landing
page
from
card
c-a-r-r-d.
B
To
start
the
company
got
the
first
30
employer,
not
30
employees,
the
first
30
customers
within
a
week
of
starting
and
got
over
a
thousand
dollars
of
credit
within
that
first
week
of
starting,
and
so
that's
when
I
was
like
okay
well,
I
need
to
kind
of
start
to
scale
this
a
little
bit
more.
So
again,
you
just
kind
of
take
that
same
approach
with
each
step.
So
all
right.
Well,
I
can't
do
it
all
by
myself,
not
on
a
landing
page
kind
of
what's
that
next
step.
B
Is
it
kind
of
a
bubble
app?
So
there
are
a
lot
of
no
code
application
platforms
out
there
that
you
don't
have
the
technical
expertise
you
can
kind
of
drag
and
drop
and
make
it
look
a
little
bit
better.
B
There
are
virtual
assistants,
you
know
I've
utilized
virtual
assistants,
where
they
would
help
with
the
searching
and
changing,
and
so
again
you
want
to
make
sure
that
you're
being
diligent,
especially
when
you're
kind
of
bootstrapping
kind
of
crazy
story.
For
me,
you
know
when
I
got
to
the
point
where
I
was
like
hey.
This
is
actually
a
pretty
good
idea.
I
should
put
some
money
into
this.
I
was
I
had
the
two
kids.
As
I
said,
and
my
wife.
B
I
actually
sold
our
house
in
denver,
so
we
sold
our
house
and
moved
to
texas,
where
it
was
going
to
be
a
lot
cheaper
to
live
so
that
I
could
start
to
outsource
code
and
and
find
people
on
fiverr
and
up
work.
So
they
can
help
kind
of
piece
everything
together
and
so
again
you
we
set
it
at
kind
of
the
top
of
the
the
live
being
scrappy.
It
goes
to
another
level
when
you
put
that
stuff
into
action.
It's
not
just
kind
of
a
a
buzz
word
that
people
use
in
entrepreneurship.
B
If
this
is
something
that
you
want
to
do
and
founders
that
are
going
through,
this
right
now
know
good
and
well
like
there
are
sacrifices
that
are
going
to
need
to
be
made
and
when
you're
thinking
through
some
of
these
things,
you're
thinking
one
step
at
a
time.
You
don't
want
to
get
too
far
in
front
of
your
feet.
A
Yeah
wow,
I
have
to
share
a
comment
that
came
in
and
I
think
I
shared
the
same
reaction,
and
this
is
from
our
very
own
result.
Oh
my
gosh,
you
were
searching
everything
by
yourself.
I
mean
I
think
you
took
scrappiness
to
a
whole
different
level.
There.
A
That's
incredible,
though,
and
I
appreciate
the
fact
that
you
know
you're
very
upfront
about
the
fact
that
you
weren't
the
technical
founder,
but
you
had
the
idea
and
you
started
with
what
you
could
do,
which
I
think
is
one
thing
that
sometimes
paralyzes
us
from
actually
getting
our
projects
going
because
you're
like
well,
but
I
can't
code
that-
or
I
don't
know
where
to
begin.
But
if
you
start
like
really
digging
deep
and
figuring
out
what
you
can
do,
you
can
found
your
own
company
just
like
alex
said.
B
This
is
actually
what
I
love
about
working
for
github,
which
is
obviously
inherently
a
tech
company,
or
you
know,
a
software
development
company
I'll
of
course
meet
people
that
have
that
skill
set
and
that's
why
they
use
github,
and
so
they
can
take
some
of
the
things
I'm
learning
and
and
try
to
fine
tune
where
they
can
be
a
little
bit
more
scrappy.
But
then
I'll
also
find
people
like
myself
that
are
trying
to
find
different
ways
to
kind
of
ramp
themselves
up,
and
then
I
can
provide
a
little
bit
more.
B
You
know
guidance
from
that
perspective
as
well,
so
I
love
being
kind
of
in
this
seat
specifically
because
you
run
into
both
of
those
very
technical
and
then
obviously
non-technical
founders
that
are
trying
to
make
that
transition
and
so
yeah.
It's
it's
all
about
starting.
A
lot
of
people
are
afraid
of
that.
First,
that
first
hump
of
just
actually
starting
where,
as
you
said
before,
where
do
I
start
there's
a
lot
to
do
like
what
is
the?
What
is
the
base
of
what
you
need
to
do
to
accomplish
your
plan?
B
A
I
love
that,
so
obviously
you
continue
to
grow.
You
continue
to
scale,
I
don't
think
you're
using
that
same
landing,
page
and
doing
the
searches
yourself.
I
hope
you're,
not
I
a
competitive
growth
all
right,
so
you
had
a
team,
and
now
you
know
like
with
technology.
Obviously
I'm
sure
a
lot
of
that
can
be
automated,
which
is
great.
A
B
B
You
know
they
talk
about
when,
when
they
talk
about
fundraising,
like
getting
to
a
point
where
you
can,
you
know
prove
that
you've
bootstrapped
and
you
have
x
amount
of
customers
who
get
this
much
potential,
and
you
know
you
hear
all
these
things
about
venture
capital
and
it
starts
to
get
in
your
brain
as
a
founder
about
okay.
What
what
do
I
need
to
do
to
make
these
people
that
don't
yet
exist?
B
Happy
right,
and
so
you
know,
I
tried
to
push
it
as
much
as
I
can
and
for
me
like
I,
when
I
thought
about
being
an
entrepreneur
being
a
founder
like
I
wanted
to
be
like
the
ceo
or
founder,
that,
like
every
single
customer,
was
like
a
white
glove
experience
but
as
I
started
to
stretch
it
further
and
further
as
far
as
like
what
my
dollar
could
actually
go.
You
know,
and
before
I
was
able
to
get
more
people
to
have
me
join
that
experience
was
getting
less
and
less,
and
so
for
me.
B
I
think
I
would
just
stay
true
to
kind
of
the
initial,
my
initial
core
belief
as
far
as
like
how
we
want
our
customers
to
have
a
good
experience.
We
try
to
kind
of
show
that
amount
of
growth
and
show
the
amount
of
customers
so
to
make
these
people
happy.
You
know
the
investors
happy
and
you
know
it
starts
to
get
away
from
you
sometimes,
and
you
have
to
reel
it
back
in,
but
definitely
for
me
I
would
say:
that's
it
and
you
know
it's.
B
It's
actually
kind
of
a
larger
lesson
because
you
know
obviously
not
to
the
same
scale,
but
a
lot
of
companies
who
have
that
same
mindset
about
just
getting
out
in
front
of
it.
Trying
to
show
for
investors
show
for
growth.
Those
companies
are
the
ones
that
are
laying
off
10
20
of
their
of
their
workforce
right
now,
because
they
were
chasing
the
valuations
and
the
growth
projections
and
what
everyone
wanted
them
to
be,
and
then
real
life
interjects,
and
it's
actually
oh
well,
when
we
were
valued
at
a
billion
dollars.
B
But
we
don't
have
enough
for
payroll
all
right
now.
You
guys
have
to
leave.
It
gets
to
that
point.
So,
there's
a
greater
lesson
to
be
learned
there
as
well,
not
to
get
kind
of
rushed
from
from
people
that
aren't
within
you
know
the
you
know
that
that
core
room
of
people.
A
Absolutely
I
think,
there's
a
lot
of
pressure.
Also
on
founders
to
you
know,
come
up
with
those
numbers
and
yeah.
Then
you
have
to
bring
the
value
and
things
get
tricky.
So
you
hear
it
first
right
here
from
alex
himself.
So
if
you
are
thinking
about
starting
to
talk
about
pc
or
getting
funding,
definitely
keep
in
mind
where
you
are
and
where
you
want
to
scale
to
and
how
you
can
get
there.
So
that's
awesome.
Thank
you
for
sharing
that
perspective,
so
your
company
is
obviously
still
live.
A
I
have
a
couple
of
folks
who
ask
for
the
name
of
the
company
again.
Would
you
mind
sharing
then.
B
A
B
Perfect
dot,
co,
dot
c-o-p-l-a-n-e-a-e-a-h-e-d
there
we
go
plane
ahead,
dot
co.
All
one
word
we're
on
a
wait
list
right
now,
so
please
join
the
wait
list
and
hopefully,
with
enough
support,
we
can
continue
to
get
people
back.
Credits
for
free.
A
I'm
very
excited
about
this.
I
mean
any
chance
you
can
like
push
that
waitlist.
I
know
the
founder
could
be
kissing
no
person,
my
known
person
yeah,
but
thank
you
so
much
alex.
I
appreciate
you
sharing
your
personal
experience.
I
love
that
you're.
You
know
obviously
you're
you're,
recognizing
that
you
know
we
are
in
a
very
interesting
situation
right
now,
especially
if
you're
an
entrepreneur
for
folks
that
are
sort
of
in
a
panic
mode.
At
the
moment.
A
A
The
companies
have
been
born
during
times
of
very
precarious
situations,
so
any
any
advice
and
then
we'll
get
into
like
all
the
things
you
can
get
for
free
and
why
that's
good
advice
also
make
sure
that
you're
spending,
not
your
money
at
first
for
folks
yeah
since
you,
you
know
you
started
this
company
at
the
beginning
of
the
pandemic.
So
I
feel,
like
you
have
interesting
lived,
been
there
done,
that
inside
yeah.
B
So
I
I
and
I've
actually
already
alluded
to
it,
but
I
think
the
the
number
one
thing
to
keep
in
mind
is
that
you
know
the
reason
why
you
started
the
company
right
so
there's
there
was
that
initial
moment
or
that
initial
need,
and
you
felt
so
strongly
about
it,
that
you
wanted
to
forgo
sleep
and
forego
extra
money
and
forego
resources
so
that
you
can
put
time
and
energy
into
that.
So
it's
just
remembering
what
that
reason
was
you
know
when
you
when
someone
when
roselle
was
asking
about?
B
Oh,
I
looked
up
those
flights
myself.
Well,
I
didn't.
While
I
had
a
newborn
by
the
way,
I
didn't
mind
being
up
until
2
3
4
a.m
because
I
actually
enjoyed
it
like.
I
enjoyed
finding
ways
to
get
people
credit
because,
even
as
of
yesterday,
a
new,
a
newer
customer
of
ours
who
actually
she
used
to
be
my
pr
person
shout
out
ashley.
B
She
had
just
submitted
a
couple
of
itineraries
about
a
month
ago
and
in
the
last
two
days
she
got
two
credits
and
she
texted
me
and
she
said
wait.
This
credit
is,
in
addition
to
the
last
credit,
and
I
said,
yeah,
and
then
she
just
sent
fire
emojis.
She
said
I'm
obsessed
and
it's
that
sort
of
stuff
that
makes
it
worth
it
right.
So,
just
remembering
what
that
initial?
B
That
initial
thing
was
that
that
keeps
you
going
and
then
also
I
spoke
to
this
already
now,
whatever
that
that
core
belief
that
you
have
was
whether
it
be
a
core
belief
about
who
you
are
a
core
belief
about
how
you
want
to
run
your
business,
a
poor
belief
about
how
you
want
to
treat
your
employees
or
customers
don't
be
rushed
by
people
outside
of
your
sphere
to
do
that.
B
The
if
it's
a
pr
if
it's
a
real
problem
and
it's
a
real
solution
and
there's
other
people
that
are
experiencing
the
same
thing,
you
will
get
the
support
that
you
need,
whether
it's
a
little
bit
slower
than
you
hope
for
or
not.
A
A
A
B
And
like
there's
a
whole,
there's
a
whole
other
side
of
entrepreneurship
that
they
do
not
show
us
on
instagram
that
pertains
to
only
those
people
so
yeah
exactly.
A
I
love
that
and
it
needs
to
happen
a
hundred
percent,
especially
you
start
looking
at
percentages
of
amount
that
actually
goes
into
some
of
these
businesses
and
it
gets
pretty
depressing,
but
we're
here
to
learn
and
be
happy.
So,
let's
we'll
talk
about
that
some
other
time,
but
thank
you
so
much
alex
super
inspirational.
It's
been
great
to
learn
from
you
and
your
own
story,
your
own
experience.
A
B
Github
for
startups
is
a
startup
program
very
much
like
a
lot
of
tech,
startup
programs
out
there
where
and
if
you're
a
founder-
and
you
don't
quite
know
this-
please
listen
up,
take
notes
right.
There
are
so
many
different
programs
out
there
that
will
provide
you
free
resources
for
all
of
the
different.
B
You
know
things
that
you
would
need
as
a
founder,
so
intercom
and
aws,
and
google
cloud
and
github
and
zendesk
and
brex
and
on
and
on
and
on
right,
so
they
each
each
of
these
companies
might
have
their
own
startup
company
or
excuse
me
own
startup
program,
or
there
might
be
things
like
startup
grind
or
a
startup
stack
that
compile
all
of
these
different
companies
into
kind
of
one
ecosystem
or
a
marketplace.
B
So
you
can
kind
of
go
through
and
see
what
free
resources
are
out
there
for
you,
and
so
github
for
startups
is
allowing
customers
of
github
and
that
are
brand
new
to
github
to
come
on
board
and
to
get
a
lot
of
our
really
advanced
enterprise
services
for
free,
and
so
we
are
still
kind
of
in
pilot
right
now
and
so
there's
going
to
be
a
larger
launch
in
coming
in
the
next
six
weeks
or
so
so
stay
tuned
for
that.
B
But
we're
trying
to
provide
free
and
heavily
discounted
resources
for
founders
out
there,
so
they
can
continue
to
grow
and
build
their
companies
without
having
the
stress
or
additional
stress
of
trying
to
pay
for
some
of
these
really
expensive
software
stacks.
So
we
we're
allowing
some
some
partners
of
ours
to
have
early
access
to
a
lot
of
our
it
really
interesting
and
cool
new
features.
As
I
said,
free
seats
to
our
enterprise,
offering
which
is
really
cool
and
then
we're
doing
a
lot
of
events.
B
Tech
talks
webinars
learnings
that,
if
you're
a
founder
like
myself,
who
needs
to
kind
of
make
that
technical
transition
but
need
a
little
bit
more
hand,
holding
there's
there's
going
to
be
a
lot
of
education
there
as
well,
and
so
that's
kind
of
the
gist
of
it.
We're
super
excited.
I'm
super
excited
to
be
able
to
be
in
a
position
to
interact
with
founders
and
help
them
along
their
journey
and
provide
advice
along
with
a
lot
of
resources
that
they'll
definitely
be
able
to
use.
A
I
think
that's
what
set
this
program
apart
from
others,
and
I
know
it
right
now:
it's
not
really
on
stealth
mode,
but
it's
on
pilot
mode.
It
hasn't
been
broadly
announced
yet,
but
just
from
being
able
to
see
it
as
an
insider.
You
know
it's
for
some
of
these
companies.
It's
very
easy
to
have
a
large
pool
of
credits
and
then
throw
them
at
the
founders
the
startups
and
then
that's
it
good
luck,
but
we're
actually
working
on
nurturing
that
ecosystem
via
the
content,
via
the
calls
via
you.
A
B
Super
excited
that
you
said
that,
and
I
someone
just
said:
where
can
we
sign
up
startups.github.com
and
I'm
sure
we'll
we'll?
Do
it
again,
a
little
bit
later,
we'll
say
it
a
little
bit
later,
but
one
of
the
things
that
I'm
super
excited
about
having
just
kind
of
gone
through
my
own
founder
journey
and
when
I
was
coming
on
onboarding
is
hey.
B
What
are
the
things
as
a
founder
that
I
was
really
frustrated
with
and,
as
you
said,
there
are
a
lot
of
companies
out
there
that
say:
hey
we've
got
free
stuff,
here's
the
free
stuff,
and
maybe
it
would
be
for
me
at
this.
This
is
the
right
time
for
me
to
use
it.
Maybe
it
wasn't.
Maybe
it
was
something
I
knew
how
to
use.
Maybe
I
didn't
but
hey
here's
free
stuff
and,
of
course,
as
a
founder,
I'll,
take
the
free
stuff,
but
there's
not
really
any
value
added.
B
Actually,
I
didn't
really
get
any
value
from
the
thing
that
you're
trying
to
give
me
value
from,
and
so
what
we're
doing
with
github
for
startups,
I
think,
is-
I
don't
want
to
say
unique
as
far
as
we're
one
of
one,
but
definitely
one
of
very
few
that
are
creating
not
just
a
an
offering
for
founders
to
have
free
stuff,
but
an
ecosystem
where
they're
going
to
be
able
to
get
learning
they're
going
to
connect
with
other
founders
they're
going
to
connect
with
vcs
we're
going
to
help
cut
we're
going
to
help
founders
with
their
in
in
kind
of
peripheral
ways,
with
their
fundraising
there's
going
to
be
a
lot
of
things
that
we're
going
to
do
programmatically
to
provide
a
wealth
of
resources
for
founders
that
go
well
beyond
free
credit.
B
So
I'm
super
excited
to
be
in
a
position
again
where
I
can
be
close
enough
to
founders,
say
hey!
What
is
it
that
you
guys
are
looking
for?
What
is
what
is
it
that
you
guys
really
need
right
now?
It
might
not
be
a
github
account,
it
might
be
hey
we're
trying
to
raise
for
our
seed
round,
and
in
this
you
know
specific
economy
right.
It's
it's
really
difficult.
B
Well,
you
know,
github
for
startups
is
working
with
the
top
partners
across
the
world
like
y
combinator
and
500
startups
and
sequoia
capital,
and
so
there
there's
a
lot
more
resources
and
things
that
we're
going
to
be
able
to
bring
to
founders
that
we're
super
excited
about.
So
once
we
launch
again
stay
tuned,
probably
in
the
next
six
weeks,
or
so,
as
we
kind
of
get
more
out
there
and
provide
a
little
bit
more
information
about
what
we're
doing.
A
Thank
you
so
much
for
sharing
that.
So
really
I
mean
you're,
yeah
sure
you're,
getting
all
these
things,
but
you're
you're,
getting
a
network
and
a
community
and
folks
that
are
actually
invested
in
your
success.
So
that's
super
exciting
and
I
think
for
founders,
whether
you're
a
technical
founder
or
not
like
you
are
you
want
to
github.
This
is
where
your
ideas
live.
A
This
is
where,
if
you
already
have
a
prototype-
or
you
know
a
whole
product
out
there,
it
makes
sense
that
you
also
become
a
part
of
this
program
and
yeah
take
us
along
for
the
ride.
We
want
to
help
you
grow
and
scale
and
awesome.
I
love
that.
I
love
that
concept
of
your
success
is
our
success,
because
that's
what
we're
here
for
at
the
end
today.
So
this
is
fantastic,
so
I've
shared
on
the
screen,
the
actual
link
to
the
startups
page,
and
it
does
go
into
some
more
details.
A
B
Yes,
everyone
beat
be
kind
to
us,
like
I
said
we're
launching
in
about
six
weeks,
so
still
putting
things
together
and
it'll
be
a
really
good
offering
for
you
to
join
if
you
qualify
through
them.
Some
of
the
criteria
that
we've
laid
out-
but
I
mentioned
startups.github.com
before
this-
is
the
full
long
link.
But
if
you
use
startups.github,
you'll
also
get
redirected.
So
don't
worry
how.
B
A
Me
and
my
poor
searching
skills
all
right.
Well,
that's
wonderful!
So
we
have
a
lot
to
look
forward
to
the
official
announcement.
The
breakdown
of
what
we're
getting.
I
can
ask
you
how
much
the
value
is
gonna
be.
Can
I
it'll
be
significant
value?
Yeah.
A
B
But
we
don't
even
quite
know
because
we're
still
adding
things
that
we
want
to
provide
to
our
our
companies
that
are
going
to
join
and-
and
one
thing
to
note
that
I
think
is
important
for
founders,
but
there's
going
to
be
a
partner
offer
and
a
non-partner
offer,
and
so
right
now,
if
you
have
a
partner
like
an
antler
or
another
incubator,
that
isn't
a
partner
of
github
for
startups,
quite
yet
show
them
that
that's
the
website
that
we
just
put
up
there
and
have
them
apply
as
a
partner,
because
you'll
actually
get
more
as
a
founder
from
companies
or
startups,
or
excuse
me
incubators
or
accelerators
that
are
partners
of
ours.
B
And
so
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
stretch
that
value
for
you
as
much
as
possible.
So
if
you're
not
a
part
of
a
partner,
yes
you'll
still
be
able
to
get
some
value
from
our
program.
Absolutely.
But
if
you
are
a
part
of
an
incubator
or
a
tech
hub
or
an
accelerator
or
a
venture
capital
firm
or
family
office,
have
them
sign
up
to
be
a
partner
so
that
you
can
get
a
lot
more
resources.
For
yourself.
A
A
Awesome-
and
we
have
a
question
from
sarah-
thank
you,
sarah
for
being
here
so
yeah.
What
about
the
startups?
Who
are
not
part
of
this,
and
I
think
this
is
a
bit
you
touched
a
bit
about
how
there
will
be
two
separate
offerings-
I'm
sure
they
will
both
be
incredible,
but
having
the
support
of
being
one
of
our
partnerships,
I
guess
it
would
be
a
better
offer.
B
It
just
will
not
have
the
same
amount
of
length
and
some
of
the
extra
kind
of
early
product
feature
releases,
but
there
absolutely
is
going
to
be
an
opportunity
for
you
to
be
able
to
leverage
what
we're
doing
here
at
github
for
startup.
So
please
sign
up
if
you
meet
the
criteria,
whether
you're
a
part
of
one
of
our
partners
or
not.
A
Fantastic,
all
right
great,
so
I
we
have
about
10
minutes
left
and
I
want
to
make
sure
that
if
there
are
any
other
questions
from
folks
who
are
tuning
in
that
they
get
you
you're
on
the
hot
seat
or
they
have
thrown,
and
I
think
sarah
came
back
with
yes,
any
opportunities
to
join
partners
through
your
platform.
A
B
B
Again
things
are
going
to
be
a
little
bit
moved
in
the
next
four
to
six
weeks
as
we
prepare
for
launch,
but
yes,
any
partner
that
you
believe
might
have
some
interest,
send
them
the
link.
There's
an
easy
partner
application
and
our
our
partner
lead
will
take
care
of
you.
A
A
That's
the
apply
to
be
a
partner,
so
make
sure
you
tell
whoever's
supporting
you
or
whatever
incubator
you're
on
to
make
sure
that
they
also
put
the
word
out
there
right,
let's
get
as
many
folks
as
possible,
so
we
can
continue
on
your
entrepreneurial
journey
amazing.
So
I
don't
see
any
other
questions
from
the
audience.
I
think
that
we
can
dig
back
a
little
bit
more
into
your
experience
as
a
founder.
Obviously
we
didn't.
B
A
B
B
The
the
foundation
or
excuse
me,
the
core
of
the
programming
this
year
is
going
to
be
around
north
and
south
america
because
of
just
kind
of
cont,
just
starting
starting
off
and
getting
a
launch,
but
hopefully,
at
the
beginning
of
next
year,
we'll
start
to
have
more
and
more
events,
learning
some
things
in
emea
and
aipac
in
africa
and
different
parts
of
the
world.
So
yes,
this
is
a
global
program.
B
I'm
the
global
program
lead
so
as
we
kind
of
set
the
foundation
here
in
the
americas,
where
we've
got
kind
of
more
head,
counts
and
more
resources
and
and
make
sure
that
we've
got
a
good
kind
of
a
good
start
for
everything,
we'll
start
to
make
sure
that
we're
we're
doing
more
and
more
in
different
regions
across
the
world.
So
if
you're
in
different
parts
of
the
world,
we
we
see
you
and
we
are
going
to
make
sure
that
we're
serving
you
with.
B
As
much
detail
as
we
are,
where
we
are
starting
here
in
north
america,
so
have
some
grace
with
us.
We
are,
we
are
building
for
you
all.
A
I
appreciate
that
and
thank
you
because,
yes,
there
are
some
incredible
talented
folks,
all
over
the
world,
so
it'll
be
amazing
to
be
able
to
support
them
everywhere.
So,
regardless
of
your
location,
that'd
be
great.
Thank
you
so
much
for
mentioning
that.
So
you
hear
it
here.
First
right,
big
plans
for
next
year
and
the
beginning
of
the
year.
So
I
super
appreciate
that
okay.
A
Well,
so
I
have
a
quick
question
about
your
experience
when
you
first
started
your
company
back
in
2020
right
before
what
do
you
think
like
if,
if
this
program
had
been
out,
I
think
you
would
have
definitely
won't
be
one
of
the
folks
that
would
have
signed
up
for
it,
especially
as
you
start
hiring
talent,
because
I
think,
even
if
you're,
using
a
low
code
and
local
solution
like
at
some
point,
you
need
collaboration.
That's
what
github
is
about
right,
so
I
feel
do
you
think,
like.
B
You
know-
and
this
this
goes
to
kind
of
the
innovation
that
we're
having
within
github.
You
know
in
my
mind,
because
I'm
not
a
coder,
I
would
not
have
thought
to
use
github,
but
ever
since
starting
at
github,
I
know
all
the
things
that
we
do,
and
so
I
probably
would
have
joined.
Had
I
known
that
we've
got
solutions
for
project
management
and
we're
able
to
do
more
collaboration
than
just
ci
cd
and
code.
There's
a
lot
more
to
be
done.
B
Actions
is
really
cool
to
in
a
way
for
us
to
automate,
and
so
if,
as
someone
who
is
kind
of
acting
as
a
larger
company,
but
I
was
one
person
behind
the
screen,
I'm
using
something
like
actions
to
automate
a
lot
of
the
things
would
have
been
amazing
copilot,
where
I
can
just
write
a
little
bit
of
code
and
then
it'll
finish
the
code
for
me,
like
all
of
those
things
that
we
are
offering
as
github.
Now
that
I
didn't
really
know
about
back,
then
I
definitely
would
have
used.
B
But
again,
that's
part
of
why
we're
why
we
have
this
program.
Why
we're
going
to
start
to
do
a
lot
more
of
the
things
from
a
marketing
kind
of
content
perspective,
as
we
have
planned,
is
because
github
is
more
than
just
a
code
repository
it's
more
than
just
code
collaboration,
it's
more
than
just
ci
cd,
there's
a
lot
to
be
gained
when
you're
talking
about
what
what
github
offers
so
probably
no
two
years
ago,
but
that's
only
because
I
didn't
know
any
better
so
that
that's!
Why
I'm
here
to
make
sure
people
do
know
better.
A
Exactly
all
of
you,
folks
who
are
joining
us
today
already
way
way
ahead,
because
now
you
know
right
that
there's
a
ton
of
different
tools
for
collaborations
beyond
the
code
and
yeah
we're
still
the
home
for
all
developers
and
they're.
Still
this
that's
the
we
want
to
make
developers
happy
right
and,
if
you're
a
developer
and
want
to
be
a
founder,
we
also
want
to
make
you
happy
so
you're
in
the
right
place.
That's
amazing
alex
it's
been
such
a
treat
to
be
with
you
today.
I
really
appreciate
learning
more
about
your
story.
A
I
am
going
to
go
sign
up
for
your
wait
list
right
now,
so
hopefully
I'll
start,
maybe
maybe,
if
I
get
in,
I
can
start
getting
some
credits
because,
especially
right
now,
it's
unbelievable.
I've
been
looking
at
tickets
for
some
of
my
travel
here
in
the
fall,
and
it's
it's
a
little
bit
daunting.
So
definitely
I
look
forward
to
using
your
your
product
and
I
cannot
wait
to
see
what
the
github
for
startup
team
has
for
us
in
store.
A
I
can
tell
you
folks,
I
know
some
of
these
humans
that
are
in
this
team
and
it
is,
there
is
an
incredible
talent.
There
is
folks,
like
alex
who've,
been
there
done
that
so
who
better
to
guide
you
through
that
journey
that
someone
who's
experienced
that
themselves
and
with
the
know-how
right
now.
You
also
have
the
advantage
of
all
these
incredible
tools,
so
we're
here
to
pass
that
on
to
you.
So
thank
you
very
much.
Thank
you
to
everyone
who
joined
you're
awesome.
Thank
you
for
spending
your.
A
I
don't
know
lunch
hour
breakfast
hour,
maybe
before
bed,
no
idea
if
you
join
at
the
intel
or
if
you
are
in
the
apac
region
and
you
were
kind
of
like
yeah.
This
is
not
the
time
for
me
to
be
doing
this.
A
Yet
alex
has
been
generous
enough
with
his
time
that
he's
actually
gonna
be
back
you'll
be
back
later
this
evening
and
we're
gonna
have
demo,
actually
ask
you
some
other
hard-hitting
questions,
so
I
think
there'll
be
an
opportunity
to
learn
also
from
that
session
yeah
if
it
works
better
for
your
region
great
regardless,
and
to
answer
a
question
from
the
audience
we
are
recording
and
this
will
be
loaded
up
into
our
youtube
channel,
so
you'll
be
able
to
go
back
to
it
and
just
kind
of
take
notes
from
some
of
those
amazing
tips
that
alex
gave
alex
any
part
in
wars
like
he.
A
B
All
I
was
going
to
say
is
be
diligent
if
you're,
if
you're
out
there
founding
continue
to
be
passionate
about
what
you're
doing,
regardless
of
all
the
things
that
you
have
come
up
against,
will
come
up
against
and
are
currently
coming
up
against
right
now
and
yeah
they're
they're
definitely
going
to
be
people
that
are
going
to
be
supporting
you,
so
whether
they're
official
people,
like
myself,
I'm
in
a
github
capacity
or
honestly,
I'm
rooting
for
every
startup
out
there.
B
Now
that
I
know
how
hard
it
is
that
anybody
that
I
ever
meet
so
if
you've
got
startups,
seek
support,
but
also
there's
a
lot
of
people
that
you
don't
quite
know
that
are
that
are
pushing
for
you
as
well
join
startups.github.com
or
go
on
startup
github.com
and
sign
up
for
github
for
startups.
We're
we're
looking
forward
to
hearing
from
you.
So
we
know
exactly
how
we
can
help
you,
and-
and
so
we
can
make
this
program
better.
A
Absolutely
thank
you
so
much
alex
it's
been
a
treat
to
have
you
here.
Thank
you
so
much
to
everyone
who
joined
and
again,
hopefully,
you
join
us
tonight
this
evening
and
get
some
more
knowledge,
if
not
check
it
out
on
youtube
and
make
sure
you
subscribe
to
our
youtube
channel.
So
you
get
the
notifications
when
we
do
more
events
like
this,
it's
been
a
treat
alex.
Thank
you
so
much
for
sharing
your
amazing
story
and
I'm
excited.
I
can't
wait
till
we
we're
talking
about
your
ipo
in
a
few
years.
Like
that's,
gonna,
be
fun.
A
Exactly
so,
if
you
watch
this
and
you
are
thinking
of
creating
something-
or
this
might
have
been
the
thing
that
you're
like
you
know
what
maybe
I
can
go
ahead
and
sign
up
for
it
and
start
that
idea
get
that
project
going
I'd
love
to
know.
Let
me
know
in
the
comments
dm
me
I'm
on
twitter
at
la
colombia.
My
dms
are
open,
literally
text
me
message
me.
I
love
to
hear
your
story.
A
I
love
to
hear
your
feedback
once
you're
in
the
program
as
well,
alex
I'm
sure
you're
going
to
do
a
lot
of
that
user.
Listening
to
make
sure
that
we're,
actually,
you
know
doing
the
things
that
we
set
out
to
do
so.
Thank
you,
everyone
you're,
absolutely
fantastic!
Thank
you
for
being
here.
I
hope
everyone
has
a
great
rest
of
your
day
and
we'll
see
you
on
the
webs.
Thank
you
alex
shout.
